I highly recommend Autoscope to anyone needing repairs and maintenance done on their car. Such a great experience, they are down to earth, dont try and inflate the cost of work with unneeded repairs, and give great advice on what and what not to do. I really enjoyed their inspection process where they inspect the car and determine what the issue is. They take pictures of the issues they find so you can SEE IT for yourself, which is amazing, and they outline all the cost associated with what they find. This is viewable through a link they send you, and you can pick and choose the work you approve to be done, all easily done on your computer or on your phone if youre traveling. They take great pride in their customer service, and helped me work through several issues with my car. I dont ever do reviews to be honest, but these guys really deserve a good one!
I have a 2007 mini coop that needs the TLC to keep running smoothly that Raffi and his group at Autoscope expertly provide. They are polite and timely. When I leave with my car after the work is done, I am confident that my old baby is in great working condition. Autoscope emails reminders for oil changes and such; also alerts me to wear on my vehicle that needs attention. I highly recommend this place.
Raffi and Moe are the best I have a Porsche Cayenne and they fixed it and it is running better than ever. They are also reasonable with their prices and ver professional & kind. If you have a foreign car or any car this is the place to go for any repairs. Raffi is a very knowledgeable mechanic
I cannot recommend Autoscope White Rock in higher regards! Owner Raffi has put together an EXCELLENT team! From Jodi and Cami in the office, to Marco in the service area, I was treated as a valued customer from the moment I pulled in. Jodi had my paperwork ready and in the service bay in less than 10 mins! Price was surprisingly reasonable and they even shined Zoom Zoom up before leaving! I drive a Mercedes-Benz e550 and will go to no other service center from here on! If you drive a European or high end domestic, I would drive 50 miles to put my car in Raffis hands. 10 out of 10 hands down.
Raffi AND Marco are ALWAYS so pleasant and patient, with my lack of knowledge about vehicles (I just know something’s wrong), but there’re always informative & expeditious with the diagnostics & repairs. The prices are reasonable and the work is superb! They clearly have a solid/great & efficient team!!!I found this place on a whim, but they have truly been a gem! (No pun or rhyme intended).
Autoscope you all are awesome. The receptionist and the mechanics are very good at the what they do. We the Thomas Family are grateful to have y’all to come to when it comes to any problems for my Mercedes Benz. Last year y’all fixed our electrical computer problem and this year y’all fixed our alternator problem. Prices are reasonable too. Y’all are the hospital for foreign cars no doubt. I bought a house in White Rock Lake area and had been slow to find a new place for maintenance. Jodi was great at scheduling and following up. It felt like everyone was genuinely interested in helping me out. Overall - GREAT service - a GREAT value - and Im very thankful to have tried them out.
Honest reliable work. My 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S runs a lot quieter now. I brought it in for an oil leak, and an electrical problem, where it was dying intermittently. They put in a new alternator and pulley, new water pump and pulley, and a new junction box. The oil leak is fixed, cant really say about the dying because I havent really had a chance to drive the car very much. They had a fast turn around on the repairs. Web site says 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I dont know if thats true, I was given a pamphlet for nationwide protection plans nationwide 24 month, 24,000 miles.Total cost $5,000.
3/11/21I had been literally driving by this business for a year before realizing it specializes in foreign vehicles. Im new to the area and was in need of an oil change, with covid 19 causing so many problems I was glad I stopped to see if I would be able to schedule an oil change. I was met with the friendly face of the receptionist who gave me a business card and gave me a little background of services they offered. Because they were closing soon I took the business card and called the following day. I was told if I could make it by 5:15 my vehicle would be serviced. I clocked out at 5:00 got there by 5:04 and was on my way home by 5:50. I was impressed and will definitely be returning and referring anyone I know with foreign vehicles. Especially if their original warranties have expired!8/21/21I had another great existing m experience with Autoscope White Rock!!! It was time for a routine oil change. I called Thursday and was able to get service the next day. As usual, I was kept updated throughout the process and made aware of the other services which I had put off because of limited time. I work down the street so I dropped my vehicle off that morning and picked it up that evening before they closed. From Jodi to Raffi, everything was great!!!
The owner, Raffi, was super professional and they have safe Covid protocols in place. I needed a 65k service and I also had an issue with water leaking from my A/C into the driver’s side floor board. They found and resolved the issue as well as removed the mildew smell that it had caused. I’ll definitely be back for my next service.
I tell ya what. My father in law was right on the money when he suggested these guys. So nice. So professional. I think I’ve been goin to Autoscope for 4 years at this point. When I first pulled my 2004 Honda Element in, I honestly didn’t expect that I would be driving it 4 years later. I’ve gotten nothing but quality and trustworthy service at a fair price. No, it’s not as “affordable” as your regular fly by night garages but the little extra you spend now will save you tons in the future. I’ve learned this lesson for sure.
My personal experience with Autoscope has always been top notch. They always go above and beyond what I usually bring my car in for. That to me shows a great deal of concern for me and my livelihood. I use my vehicle to pay my Bills so this is a very big deal to me. As long as Ive been doing business there Ive never had any issues and I know that my car was done right. You guys definitely get a 5 star from me and Thank you!
I had all eight sparks plugs and coils repaired this past Friday .I couldn’t leave work to pick it up do I sent my husband to pick it up. I knew I had errands and plans for Saturday so I went ahead and paid the almost $2k for the repair. Immediately when I started driving I noticed my car making a sound that it has never made before , it sounds like fireworks or popcorn. The check engine light alert is coming on every 5 mins even when driving 30 miles per hour! Now my weekend is ruined and I am afraid to drive anywhere, I can’t even get groceries and essentials for me and my four kids. This is why I am hesitant to get any repairs, there is clearly something way worse and new wrong with my car! I cannot believe this is happening to me!
I dont like to take my car to a shop. Especially since I have the skill and ability, but don’t have my tools here in Dallas. I took my BMW to Autoscope after seeing the pictures of their clean shop. I paid for premium service and that’s what I got. They even washed and vacuumed it, which was a nice surprise that most shops don’t do. Also, my seat wasnt moved out of position. A small detail that separates a premium shop from others. Ive got other things that need to be fixed on the car so Ill be taking it back to them. Im very pleased with the service Marco performed.
Absolutely fantastic service. I was in a little bit of a pinch and needed my car repaired in one day. I went to the BMW dealership initially and was told they couldn’t do the work till the following week due to parts not being available. I called AutoScope and they searched for the parts and repaired my car all in 1 day. I will continue going to them for any work needed from now on. The service and price can’t be beat. Completely professional and reliable group.
Friendly staff and service!!! I worked with Raffi, Brigid and a young guy that I don’t know his name. I had a check engine light on with my Mini Clubman that I needed fixed.My original car dealer, Mini of Plano, closed and I didn’t have a go to place to fix my car. I googled Mini car repair and Autoscope had great reviews. I didn’t get a “free” Mini to drive while my car was service, but I don’t mind because this shop is a lot closer to my house and I believe the price was reasonable.Thanks again!!
I tend to be VERY rude & gruff but everyone was very nice & polite! I didnt even complain too much at the bill $1900.00 to replace my ac compressor, no point at complaining since I was then that I love my Benz. The only complaint I have is that it took 6 hours to fix my car. Next time Ill just leave the car & get a uber. I love everyone!😁🤗
Raffi and his team took care of my vehicle promptly. Being a brand new client is always a little scary but I never felt uncomfortable dealing with them. Raffi and his team have done great work on my BMW for a couple of years now. They are thorough and professional. The costs have been lower than what the BMW dealership would charge. They even came to my house to help when my car wouldnt start. I recommend this business.
Terrible, was over charged with the labor , did not get a itemized statement to explain the charges. Owner could not explain the charges but stated that he will discount my next repair. I will never use this business again. Businesses such as this one is taking advantage of essential workers who need their vehicle to get to their essential jobs. You should be a shame of yourself and you business. The Mercedes dealership wouldnt have been as costly and they would have been able to explain and provided an itemized invoice of the repairs completed.
I cant say enough positive things about my experience at Autoscope with Raffi. He worked on a number of projects and kept me informed of options and progress with each one (including photos!). I felt as though he approached working on my car as if it was his own. I will gladly bring my car back to Autoscope for all future maintenance and work.
I was taking my 2001 Volvo here until I finally got to trade it in this year. Thanks to the staff here, I was able to drive it much longer than I should have thought possible.The people here are SO nice and were always willing to work with me. I would highly recommend Autoscope for ALLYour automotive needs. They do fantastic work and in a very timely “as advertised” manner.Raffi at their Ferguson Rd location gave me a very fair estimate and came in even under the estimate....the car was washed and vacuumedWhen I picked it up and everything was very professionally done. I have had a great experience with this place. Not sure why there are bad reviews. They are very honest and time manageable people. I would discard those reviews in making your decision on where to treat and pamper your vehicle. The service was great! They picked up my car did all the services and brought it back shiny as ever! They were punctual on their time of delivery. Im a first time benz owner, and I have to say I felt like VIP. I would recommend them to everyone. Very good service. They allowed my vehicle to be towed there on short notice. The people here know what they are doing and talking about. Only compliant is $200 for labor to install a relay is too much. But I did get a full diagnostics scan print out with other problems to keep in mind so Im willing to look past it. Other then that, I do have plans on returning for future work. Thanks Autoscope.
I took my 2017 CLA 250 with a few dash lights on and to have service B done and also to have a front brake replacement work done as well. Raffi was very helpful and cordial. He called me and informed me of all the findings and texted me the quote which I think is pretty cool as you can see what all will be done to your car on your phone. The turn around time was pretty fast for the amount of work they put into my car. Prices are very competitive compare to other non-delars shops, but way cheaper than the dealership. They also honored a 10% coupon I had which save me money. What counts the most is that they give you a copy of the diagnostics and they are honest about the issues with your car and prices are competitive and affordable for European cars. I had ran my own diagnostics before taking it and it match with theirs. I will use them for my everyday needs of maintaining my benz. My CLA drives so smooth once again thanks to Autoscope White Rock. Thank you Raffi and your team for the hard work.
AUTOSCOPE provided very professional services. Throughout the entire process Raffii kept me updated and provided a complete description of the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. The receptionists were very nice and courteous and the detail specialist did a great job. Awesome service!!! Highly recommended!
Wow another fantastic experience with Raffi and his team, I got a front end strut/suspension done, this car feels like brand new!!! I couldn’t believe it, when I drove it home!! I have to say the level of care, and the ammount of service Raffi and his team provide, they are almost family!!! Raffi and his team are top notch! Fantastic being able to work with the owner. OUTRAGEOUSLY honest! and a joy to work with.
The staff was very professional and took their time to address my questions. I wanted to see the shop area and this was the cleanest shop I have ever seen. The services I had performed were reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Autoscope to anyone needing work on their European automobiles.
Needed my catalytic converter replaced after it was stolen and this place charged me more for labor then what they agreed to with my insurance company. When I questioned them about it they lied about what they agreed to even though my insurance had the agreement on record.
The Autoscope White Rock on 9697 Ferguson Rd. Dallas Tx. 75228 had a good good reviews the reason why I took my 2003 C320 Mercedes-Benz car for repair in March 11,2020 and its my first time in this shop, I met Mr. Raffi Mavellan who was the one who help me after I told him what was wrong with it. I had a message on my dash board about braked pads wear. So he looked at it, then he called me to show that I had oil leaked, showed me the drive shaft needs to replace. I told him about my right front parking light is out, front right passenger door couldnt opened. I went back in the lobby and waited until he gave me how much it all costs.I didnt question the costs. I appreciated Mr. Raffi to asked Marco to give me a ride back home. The next day March 12, 2020 my car was ready to pick up. When I arrived Mr. Raffi was talking to someone. At the same time I was paying my bill with his receptionist. Then afterwards Mr. Raffi told me that he fixed my door. I thanked him for it. Went back home. Then I decided to drive it to get gasoline while I was driving it felt somethings wrong. I called the receptionist and told her about it. The next day I drove it to get groceries from Sams, I feel the same thing, then on the way back home I smell smoke so, I was praying not break down the road until I get home. Got home pop the hood up and look where that smoke came from, I was devastated what I saw. This never happen before, what it happened. I will continue my review when I take my car back to Autoscope on Monday because I think they are not open on the weekend when I called. The answering machine says, business days Mon-Friday didnt mention weekend. Monday got a call send someone to pick up my car, worked on it and fixed and brought it back to me. I appreciate Mr. Raffi and Marco for everything theyve done to my car. I recommend them 100%. Ill be back.
Recommended by a friend that was a customer years ago .Oil and filter change on a BMW 528i ..these folks are 1st class professionalsI definitely have found a shop for my service and repairs .They did a safety check and washed my car ! n/cthanks guys .. and Doris is a real asset at your front office !!
The mechanic was either ignorant or incompetent, he lied to me about the repairs it needed and ignored the repairs it actually needed. The check engine light came on when I left the shop after being so ridiculously overcharged that the owner immediately discounted the repairs $200 when I complained. I have no proof that any work was actually done, the engine was filthy with oil spilled everywhere. They did wash the exterior, theyre great at cleaning the outside of the car, thats about the only positive I can come up with.
Hands down the best costumer service I’ve ever received ANYWHERE! I can’t say enough positive things about this business! If you want a good honest quotes and you don’t want to fell like you’re getting the run around, this is the place for you! My car drives better than the day I pulled it off the lot! Ask for Raffie! I’ll never take my car anywhere else!
Very disappointed in this shop. They are very expensive. I took my Range Rover in to repair the fan motor. They looked at it and quoted me over $4600 to fix it with over 36 hours of labor at $127 per hour. I said no and took it to another shop. The new shop quoted 8.5 hours to do the same job. But they just reprogrammed the computer on the car and charged me zero. It works great. Buyer beware here.
Excellent customer experience every time I walk through those doors. They know me by name and I know theirs ! Vehicle is clean upon returning to me always and problem has always been resolved. Ive never had to bring it backup there after the fact. Exactly what I expect when I want great service!!
Heres the thing—the people are great, and I think that they are genuinely interested in helping you. However, after taking my Mercedes to them for years, I was having a problem starting it and brought it in. After trying 4-5 times (spanning about 9 months) and spending upwards of $8000 on what ended up feeling like guesses, I took it to a different place in Dallas and they charged me $50 to look at it, found the real problem within 15 minutes, and cost me less than $1000.Im certainly not saying that this is something chronic, because I trusted them without being let down for years, but I will never take another car to them.
Mercedes Benz S550 air suspension slammed to the ground after a nasty encounter with a construction pothole. autoscope of white rock towed it to their shop, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem all in two days. and for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. definitely a go to shop for professional and costly import fixes. definitely will use again and refer friends to that own these complicated high dollar imports.
This was my first vist to Autoscope, and i was highly impressed. BMW of Dallas has lost a customer. At autoscope they kept me informed with what was going on. I had my car at BMW of Dallas once and it was a week before i heard anything. Upon that i had to call them and they said oh im sorry Mr Hill, i do apologize, i forgot we had your car. I was very pleased with the service from autoscope and have already suggested them to friends of mine.
Autoscope is the ONLY place I take my BMW. Chris and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Chris and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.Autoscope has performed numerous repairs, maintenance, and tuning on my E46 and I have always walked away completely satisfied. Chris always explains diagnostics, repairs, and other pertinent details so I can ensure that I fully understand the repair process and all the alternatives.Go to Autoscope, you will not be disappointed !
Raffi and the team at autoscope made my day. I bought a used Lexus suv with a lot of miles on it. Love the car but it needed some serious and complex brake work. Even though autoscope seems to work on European cars they gave me back a car with brakes that work better than my newer car. I’m very pleased - they took great care of me and I’ll be seeing them again!
I hired them to conduct a PPI on a Maserati I was considering to purchase. Being that I am located 1,200 miles away, trusting someone to inspect a vehicle is very important. Raffi did an outstanding job at performing the PPI. He did not try to sell me on doing the work needed, and he was very honest with his findings. I have had many vehicles inspected by shops across the USA, and Autoscope was one the best that Ive dealt with. If I lived in the Dallas area, Id have no hesitation bringing my vehicle to Autoscope for any necessary repairs. Thank you for taking such good care of this long distance customer.

Ive been nothing but happy with the service Ive received at Autoscope. Marcos in particular has been great about answering questions, getting information about my car, and helping problem-solve the little things until I can bring it in for major service. I truly appreciate the willingness to help even between major service calls!
I brought my car to these guys after it was having problems starting. I told them I had a tune on my ECU and they said that could be causing the problem so they offered to revert it to stock. Couple days later they say they cant fix it because its an ECU problem and they dont do ECUs. So I go to pick my car up to bring it to the dealership and they present me with an outrageous bill. upwards of $700 because they charged 400 for the ECU flash (bringing it back to stock) and then $300 more to diagnose the ECU. They were nice enough to give me a printout showing what they thought was wrong with the ECU. I bring that printout to the dealership and they determine it was the low pressure (in tank) fuel pump. Didnt have anything to do with the ECU at all. Way to go Autoscope, you guys are true professionals.
I have used Autoscope exclusively for my Chrysler Crossfire (Mercedes engine and drive train) for years along with my old Austin Healey. I only wish I would have found them sooner. Each and every service regardless if its routine or a unforeseen repair has been a great / painless experience. The owner, service writers and mechanics are all professionals. Carson and the team at park cities autoscope are a prime example of how to do things the old fashioned(in a good way) way, right! They are extremely flexible and completely understand that this is a service business. I drive an America made CTSV, that is heavily modified, and the dealer has essentially turned a cold shoulder to me on the service end. Autoscope took me in with open arms. The wheels on my car are painted with a pinstripe on the very edge, so again no one (accept Frank, formerly at corvette world(has true touchless mounting)) would even mounting a tire...its like my vehicle was infected. Carson and his team didnt flinch. The key to there quality is communication, they tell you what to expect no bs. Carsons moto: you went out of your way to come here, so we need to go out of the way go serve you . Here is a perfect example. I had a flat tire, 10pm on a Friday..I texted my service representative(keep in mind I didnt buy my car there and have had only 1 tire mounted and balanced previously...so a total of 45-50$ spent, not some heavy spending longtime loyal customer), he responded in minutes, I dont work tomorrow, but let me check with Carson...10 min later...bring it in tomorrow when we open. Saturday it was determined I needed a new tire. With Carson the only customer service person there, there was no way he could leave. So he hands me the keys to the customer service 5 series bmw, go pick that tire up, you need to get back on the road...I felt as though since I trusted them, the trusted me. Tire mounted and balanced and on my way, jaw dropped by the level of personal service, considering Ive spent a total of 100-110 dollars total and gotten 2 free car wash. They are genuine, passionate, talented, professional, and quick. What else could you want in a shop.
When looking for an auto shop, the one hindrance for anyone is finding a trustworthy one. I recently had Autoscope bid on a job while my Porsche was at the Porsche dealership. It made sense for the car to remain there since it was dissassembled, but by Autoscope bidding on the job it saved me over 1k since the Porsche dealership matched it. Autoscope couldve attempted the quick buck, but by walking away from this deal, they gained my confidence in using them as a lifelong customer.
I work with auto repair shop owners all over North America. Subsequently, I am very familiar with how they operate their businesses and the type of shop owners they are. While I have worked with thousands of shop owners over the last thirty years, I can say with the utmost confidence that you won’t find anyone who cares more about their customers, or is more principle-centered, than Nerces Mavelian at Autoscope. It really is an honor to be able to work with a shop owner like Nerces. He has proven beyond any doubt that he is truly committed to never putting money ahead of people.This is why he is such an asset to the industry as well as his community.
Was told $135 for diagnostic... Went in for the diagnostic got it done... Then the guy is like we found the problem now we have to do another diagnostic but its $369... I ask so its$500 and your not gonna fix anything?!?! Wow highway robbery... Bait and switch... Will never go there again... The lady in the front is nice but thats it.
I feel that it is appropriate that I can post this review. To be completely transparent, I do not live in the Dallas area nor have I ever had my car serviced at Autoscope. What I can comment on however is the character and integrity of one Nerces Mavalian, the owner of Autoscope. I also have a European Specialty Service Shop in Queens, New York and Nerces is my business coach and mentor. Since working with Nerces I have gotten to know him pretty well. If Nerces guidance and coaching has any indication on how he operates his business I have to say it is with the utmost ethics and honesty. Never once has Nerces steered me wrong or told me do something dishonest in any way in running my business. At my shop we never put money before people and we always do things for our clients for the right reasons. Nerces has taught me how to foster a business culture or integrity and I am sure that is exactly how he operates his shops. A+ for Autoscope!!!
I really had a great experience with white rock auto scope, I really like the way they keep you informed, you just dont find that anymore these days, they had my car repair well before the time I was expecting it, even before I brought my car to them I drive the dart bus and would notice how every night they would store the vehicles inside and I liked that, I told my brother about them he also had a great experience, I really appreciated the good nice friendly service, thank you all so muxh

2022-01-07I’ve been looking for somewhere to take my 2012 BMW, since the person I used in the past is no longer in town. A few people had recommended this place and after looking at some reviews I decided to make an appointment. I am so glad I did!Not only were they following clean and safe practices, but were very professional with me and my vehicle. I thought it was time to check my rear brakes and a few other diagnostic items, so I made an appointment and brought it in. They did a full diagnostic and told me I did not need rear brakes yet and gave me a full picture of the car and the questions I had. I also had them do an oil change and they recommended some other items which I have been putting off.They work on foreign cars of all kinds, new or old and I am very pleased with the service I received. They are a family owned business and you can tell they love what they do. I found my new go to place and I highly recommend them to anyone with a foreign vehicle!

2022-07-08My check engine light came on and I took my car to a different shop that made a repair but didn’t fix the issue. A friend recommended Raffi so I took my car there. They diagnosed the exact issue right away and had the car fixed within days. It runs better now than it did when I bought it.

2022-06-09So glad I found this place. Staff is extremely professional, polite & competent. Went in for an oil change with a couple of other issues I had questions about. Got an honest assessment which saved me $$$. Any other place would not have been as forthcoming. Now I understand what Im looking at & have a definite timeline. Thanks, gentleman!

2022-06-02Replaced AC Compressor with new R134 unit and repaired system leak. Operates better than OEM equipment. In addition adjusted front Camber for neutral steering alignment. 2022-07-05Cheaters and DishonestIn July 2020 my turbo fails and needs to be replaced.I had at that time an extended warranty (used parts 100% or new only 50%). Autoscope require new parts, to give you a 2 year warranty and if it fails they will replace it at no cost.My extended warranty paid around 2,050 and I paid 1,700 out of my pocket, $3750 all .In 2021 I decide to change the turbo muffler delete pipe on my own,i cant change (the part where the pipe goes is sealed). I check the turbo and see that it is not the same original part.I check in google the serial number of the turbo that they installed and I see that it is worth around 1100.They said in an estimate that they made the price of my turbo was around 1800.I talk to them, and they just say the only way to change it is if it fails. They say they just made sure the new turbo was 100% working and didnt look at the difference between the turbos.!!!$3750 and no original part installed !!!I told them to pay me for the turbo muffler delete pipe. I couldnt install it because of their mistake and they didnt want.

2022-02-18After the initial $150 to check in my car and for them to find out what was wrong they called at a later time and asked for $250 on top of the $150 because they couldn’t figure out the issue. When we called back after that initial call, they said that they’re “boss” doesn’t want to try to figure it out anymore.

2021-08-02Since getting my first Mini Cooper, I have used Raffi and Auto Scope to take care of my car. They are always very attentive and detailed to make sure my experience is a great one. Their prices are very competitive and easier to deal with rather than taking it to a dealership and getting repair sticker shock. They are consultative about the auto repairs and make sure I am fully aware of the maintenance necessary to keep my mini running at her best. 2021-07-21Had extensive repairs performed on my car by Autoscope of White Rock and could not be happier. Repairs to the car required insurance involvement and was overall a complicated process. However, the shop handled the repairs phenomenally. Raffi the owner was excellent, responsive to all of my phone calls for updates on the car, and was very transparent and informative during the entire repair process. Repairs were completed in a timely manner for such an involved repair. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for European car repair/service, perform professional work in a timely manner with excellent customer focus.
