I usually have a great time when I go in except at night …… the night manager I’m assuming cause he’s always there in the evening is just so unpleasant the way he talks to his employees the way he jokes around too much I’ve even heard him say and I quote “ no one can fire me I’m untouchable” that kind of attitude makes him think he can talk to and treat people however he wants
I was trying to replace a part in my car in the parking lot as the store closed, and was struggling because I know very little about cars and this is the first time I have ever tried to replace anything that is under the hood of a car myself. Jorge noticed I was struggling and while he was off the clock he helped me in pointing out how to replace the part, as well as helping diagnose the real issue once I tried to start my car and realized that the part I replaced wasnt the issue. If I ever need to diagnose or replace something, I am coming back here again whenever possible.
Came in today needing help installing a reverse light. Jorge was about to leave, as his shift had ended, but decided to help the last customer in the store (which was me, at the time). He was very helpful, attentive, and even took the time to explain each step and tool to me as he did so. It may not have been much to others, but it was nice to experience great customer service; something a lot of places lack. Thank you, Jorge.
Store clerk and store manager said they couldnt give me back my hundred dollar bill because they had already dropped it. I didnt have enough money to pay for all my items. I asked them to take a item off so I could pay for it and they said they couldnt do that either it seemed shady to me the whole transaction
So I came in yesterday to get an alternator. Come in today to return the core and it showed up on my account as a charge not a refund. I asked to just verify, and the manager Bryan called me a thief and said I was trying to get over on him. I brought my receipt to the store to settle the issue and he wouldnt speak to me. Sent another manager to handle it and he let the line go out the door. It was as simple as saying a credit would be issued. I will be speaking to the store manager on Monday.
One STAR because I usually get good service. Tonight at 7:45pm (9/10/2021) we went to exchange a part. There were 8 employees ON THE CLOCK and only ONE working ON THE REGISTER . They did not listen to what part I needed when I ordered it so I Had to return it for the right one. My son had to go to the back to pick out the right part.I live in Dallas and this store is in Haltom City. OWNERS/CORPORATE NEED TO REPLACE EVERYONE BUT THE CASHIER. IFI wasnt Getting my car serviced already I would have went to PEP BOYS/ ADVANCE AUTO/ OREILLY.
I typically wouldn’t bother to leave a review but I am extremely grateful for the employee Victor Mileo that works at this location because he was the only one who payed attention to the fact that I was struggling to change my headlights while he was on his way out on his break. Thank you Victor if you get a chance to see this!
Man I came to auto zone late at night looking for a break light and Jorge did a amazing job at helping me with my 2013 Nissan Altima light bulb for my breaks bro even came outside and helped me put it on because I didn’t know what I was doing 100% I appreciate him and will always come back to this auto zone as long as he is there great guy thank you Jorge keep up the good work bro
Item I bought was priced 14.99 and at the register it was much more I didnt notice till I had payed the bill and was walking out of the store thinking that was a high bill for what I got. The item was a 12 piece star bit set cost 31.99 ut again it was labeled 14.99 bummer
Went into AutoZone with a lot of people in line. they had two people working the front counter and four people stocking in the back. After about 15 minutes waiting they finally brought the people from the back to the front to help out everybody. I needed an oil filter.This the third time they gave me the wrong part. The guy did not even apologize for it. Im beginning to have concerns about AutoZones professionalism as far as the right part goes. Im thinking OReillys looking better.
They were very patient with me, even while I was stressed out and didnt know what to do. They too helped me out with part information and gave me some extra details that will help tomorrow morning. Its good to know there are many friendly people here, just not any on the highway.
Man, the old beater that I drive requires me to be at the Haltom City store at least once a week, and man Ive never met a more helpful bunch of guys! Not only are they very knowledgeable about their product and auto mechanics in general, but they are also always willing to share that knowledge to help you out in your purchase or your problem. These guys deserve more than 5 stars.Every time I come to this store, I come home happy and want to write 5 star review but keep forgeting until today.Some months ago, the brake light bulb in the middle of the back glass burnt out. I came there and bought a new one. One young man (I regret I forgot his name) helped me to change it right out there in the hot day.Some days ago, the strip on the frame of my car, top of the doors came off at the end, the young man name Jay G. advice me to buy the right glue and helped me to attached it back.This morning 6/1/2019, I come to buy the emergency kit and ask them to check emissions for my car, another young man name James C. (I hope I got his last name initial right) doesnt hesitate but happily checks it for me.He checks the parts prices for me, prints out the list of codes and problems that my car failed.Im more than a happy, satisfied customer and I know Im not the only one because the way they help and make customers satisfy have been going around for long time.I used to live very close to that area. Now, Ive moved about 7 miles away but if I have anything about car, I drive there and get help and they never fail me.Thank you guys and girls. Thank you, AutoZone.
Came in on Thanksgiving Day at 10 minutes before close. Irwin assisted me and went the extra mile. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! He definitely deserves to be recognized as he is a great asset to this company. I am totally clueless to anything about cars and although it was cold, sprinkling rain, and almost closing time; he did not seem to be annoyed by 484875 of my questions or make me feel rushed. I appreciate it, Irwin. Store is also clean, upkept, and well organized. Thank you!!!
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I did not get any attitude or the feeling that I was bothering them. They tested my battery and while it passed advised me that due to the age theyd recommend replacing it. They provided me a pair of gloves free of charge and ensured I had everything I needed to swap the battery out. I then decided to replace the battery bracket and they helped me ensure it would work before I purchased it. I dropped a part in the engine compartment and they provided me a magnetic probe to get it out without issue. I was there for an hour and completed my repairs. I have no complaints and would not have a problem visiting the store again.
Please please please hire people who know what they are doing. I went in ordering over $650 in parts, not only was I there for an hour, I was told from the lady cant use coupons, cant order the part I wanted, she didnt even ask or look into why she just said couldnt order the part and left it that. She tried to order the 4 of the same rotors haha really?! Then went to pull the parts and was complaining about getting the parts and that she had to leave by 5pm ( 4:47pm) to get her kid in the middle of my order.
Wow open 24hrs! Thats a 5 star review right off the top lol! The staff here are quick, efficient, accurate, knowledgeable and, so friendly and, accommodating! And they are all of these things with the pressure of long lines and anxious customers.Thank you guys my visit to your store was quick and painless! Keep up the good work guys! Marcos was very rude to me on multiple occasions. I spent $800+ on parts and asked him for some advice to make sure I bought the right items. The employees are typically be very helpful and the location near me but Marcos just gave me some grunts. Then when I was returning some items the general manager was issuing my refund and needed a second manager code. So Marcos comes over and I say hi to him. What does he do? He completely ignores me! Not a single wordThe general manager jokes he must of not heard me. I cant believe hes allowed to work with such a bad attitude and disrespects customers right in front of management. This is unacceptable
Waited in a long line to get oil and a filter once I finally got to the register Brian was helping I already had the oil all I needed was the filter Brian printed out the paper and pointed to the back and said your parts over there next customer I had to get the filter and wait in this long line again the worst service Ive ever had in any autozone if I didnt already wait in the long line i wouldve gone to oReilly down the street never coming here again.
They were beyond helpful. Greg helped me find out if my battery was bad, then proceeded to switch out my new and old battery in the freezing cold. Then he checked to see if my alternator was bad because I had concerns. Overall it was an easy experience for me, which is exactly what I need. I even had a chance to meet the DM Adam as he was leaving, I wanted to compliment Greg on his service. This is a great location and the only one Ill visit going forward.
Thats it. Im done with AZ. Customer for 20 years. Buying parts and supplies for half a dozen cars over the years. The one time I take back a part for warranty replacement the old part and I get heavily scrutinized . Correct part number on the old part but the clerk didnt recognize the name brand. My warranty is contingent on him remembering if that brand part ever been sold at AZ. He has to call his manager at 4 30 AM on a Sunday to get approval. Past sales of everything Ive bought there including all my personal info are in their system. The clerk is more worried about loosing the company 30 bucks but in actual reality he lost the company thousands of dollars in me not returning to AZ in the future. Cant teach common sense. Found the same part on ROCKAUTO for half the price. Moving on.
This location is a joke. my husband contacted this store and asked about an alternator for my car and he was told they would have to order the part and the part will be there at 3.i planned to go to the location after work to get the part come to find out the part was NEVER ordered. they said you have to come IN STORE to order parts and pay for them. of course paying is no problem but when im at work during crazy business hours theres no WAY I can come in store. i am 7 months pregnant without any form of transportation now. the manager on duty when i called just now was rude and laughing while i was explaining what was going on. i DO need a call back or someone to follow up with me ASAP. i will NOT let this location do this to another customer. the LAST Time i come to this location for any kind of business!!! its so sad!
Theyre experts and have the parts you need, sure. But its more than that. The fellow who helped me not only took the time to analyze the problem and sell me what I needed but also recommended the best shop nearby to finish up the work - - Auto Xperts - - which will now be my go-to shop for any car issues. Customer service is top notch at this store.
This store is ny least favorite. The employees dont want to be bothered and they are not very trustworthy. The icing on the cake was tonight. I raced iver there this (Monday) evening from Grand Prairie only to find the doors locked at 9:45pm. They close at 10pm. I dont suggest going to this location.
I have had a Neverending slew of problems with this store, but I keep coming back simply because its the hub that has everything. I hate going to this store, and somehow, more often than not, I end up being sold the wrong part. Today was the last straw. I dont care if I have to wait until the next day anymore. I was sold the wrong part, and when I called back to find out if they actually had the right one, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. In that 30 minutes, I waited for 10, then proceeded to drive to a different Autozone and return the part before they finally picked up. The customer service is abhorrent at this location, and no matter how many times they seem to turnover the staff, it never improves.
This one particular store is one of the few that opens at 7 AM. Today I bought a battery for my vehicle and the store manager had one of the employees change it for me without asking me if I would like it installed. This for me was above and beyond costumer service and for that it deserves five stars from me.
Having to come by and pick up a part after calling and letting them know I was in my way bc my local store didnt have it. The associate had a attitude. Was rude and took to long to find the part due to trying to help other associates! One thing at a time my friend! Customer service was a 4 out of 10!
Crowded, unattentive, slow and ignorant sales clerks, and shady people in store. Left my products that I was going to buy, bcuz got impatient waiting on ignorant clerks helping ppl in line ahead of me couldnt identify correct belt or brake rotors. And then ppl coming into store after ive been in line about 10 mins are helped before me. Took my business across street and will continue to do so.
HORRIBLE SERVICEI walked in the store to return some car seat covers I bought the night before because they did not fit as expected so when I tell the guy at the front who I did not get his name but if I had to describe him I’d say he is overweight Hispanic short hair... I tell him I need to return this but I don’t have a receipt. He looks at me and says I don’t know if I can help you with out a receipt. He does not even offer store credit. I only wanted to switch them out for some that fit. Then after i ask can I just switch them ? Finally says yes. Then I spend 10 min looking at the ones I want and he tells me did you buy them here ? I said no at different autozone. He was like you need to take them there. I stood there thinking this guy is doing everything he can not to help me. After standing there another 2 min he says ok I’ll do it for just this once . I say ok then he scans and says the upc is not in his system. I wasted 45 min of my life in this store. I went to the store on nrh and the guy there helped me and was very polite.
The man I worked with today would not listen first told me the brake pads didnt have warranty then realized they did and brought out the rear pads to warranty replace front pads. Then when I was telling him they were to wrong pads without saying a word he answered the phone and the walked away. The man was rude and didnt seem to know what was going on.
Order part at the Green Oaks, Arlington store. Supposed to be there by 5:00pm on Friday, it wasnt! Told Saturday by 9:00am at the latest. Arrived at store at 9:30am still not there, I was told I was supposed to pick it up at Halton City hub store. Arrived at that store 30 minutes later and was told that they didnt have the part and its not are fault you should have called Not the first time but it will be the last. 30 year customer now going elsewhere.
I came in with two car batteries for a battery check, the guy at the countertop said they were both bad. I went to OReilly to get a second opinion and BAM the clerk there tested it and said they were working just fine. WHAT the heck guys & gals, that was 45 min of diagnoses that I did have to do.Its been a week since then and the problem wasnt even a battery problem.
Went in aprox 11pm after spending 30 or so min picking out over $100 of accessories, get to regester guy tells me it has to be card only. Ok, I had to put in all my info manually because the swiper wouldnt work at night. Manually put all credit card information, and personal information and he says it didnt work. We need to do it again. Screw it, I said, Im not doing that again. Waste of my time.
I t said it had a part but did not. And computer down would not let you order a part so sad. That at 24 hr one in haltom City. I like at times but they did me that with a battery could find it on lancaster in Fort Worth. Shame on them you will lose lot of customers if u dont do better. People trying to get there car fix.
JOSE ,RIGO AND MAX taking care of commercial are THE BEST!! They are always on point! And are extremely helpful when it comes to getting us the parts we need!! No ones going to help Like they do! These fellas are what makes me come all the way from Haslet ! I Wouldnt go anywhere else
Severely understaffed to the point that they’ll put you on hold indefinitely. When you call back they’ll “ask” to put you on hold only to do so before you can respond. And I recall when I went in a few weeks back that it took 20 minutes to ring up 3 customers with two staff at the register and no one had more than 2 items. Off to O’reily’s
The worse Auto Zone I ever been; I went late night to get stripped lug nut tool but they gave me or pushed me what to buy which is a wrong tool and waste my time big time. I wont ever be back this a Auto Zone back. The people work there dont know their stuff or dont know what theyre talking about.
Recently while helping a customer diagnose an intermittent Air Conditioning improper operation on a 300C late one evening the local police department was dispatched to the location. AutoZones parking lot is filled with light pollution and paved open space, particularly on this night plenty of this luminous hum allowed fuses in both locations to be checked for opens. After finding the TIPM faulty for an intermittent A/C command the boys in blue arrived. Three squad cars from our greatly appreciated Haltom City Police surrounded our two vehicles without intentions of shining flashlights in a diagnostic solution minded mannerism. Two thumbs down to THIS conglomerate automotive part store challenging our American freedom to occupy tarmac so that _________?Someone else might purchase inferior electronic remanufactured parts if we didnt occupy that zone of parking lot?The AutoZone team might diagnoses or sell a Haynes manual?Junebugs wouldnt hurt themselves by contact with these particular two vehicles one with the hood and trunk open?AutoZone personal would not display a glazey stare when the requested replacement part is a Totally Integrated Power Module?Mechanics are deemed threatening by this 24 hour location and safety is most likely compromised?Who knows, just unnecessary hassle that resulted in a frustrated 300c owner and a flabbergasted me.
I called this store to try to buy a part. I get put on hold for 6 mins the guy picks the phone back up I can hear him talking to other customers he never answer me or says anything then hangs up on me I tried calling and talking to someone for over 20 min and finally gave up.

2022-04-16I bought a car that had lug nut lug nut locks and I thought I could just buy a set of lug nuts that have the lock on it and it would fit what I was trying to take off my car because its a used car. But the clerk explained to me that each one of those kits are specially made for just those lug nuts. So he suggested for me to go to Discount Tire and they would take them off for $10 a lug nut on the locks. Great information cuz thats exactly what Discount Tire did. And I would have never known that without going into AutoZone and the gentleman helping me. So overall it was a great experience I should have spoke to him when I first went in there to buy the kit and I wouldnt have wasted a trip so they definitely knew what he was talking about.

2022-04-18The store manager working today on Easter needs to learn a little more patience and have less of an attitude with women customers. First, I worked every aspect of the auto supply business for 10 yrs and dont appreciate the way I was treated . I drove across town to pick up parts for my husband that were supposed to be transferred to the store 5 minutes from our house. It isnt this managers fault that the other store put a previous fuel pump on a different vehicle so now they wont honor the warranty. However his poor customer service and attitude towards me is definitely on him. Apologizing to everyone behind me didnt embarrass me it did make me angry. There were atleast 3 other associates working. And Noone apologized for the long line when I walked in the door. Not sure how he made manager with that attitude but it is definitely going to cost him business.

2022-03-30Customer service at this location is non existent. I called asked for a part the lady had me on hold 10min I call another location they confirmed. I walked in asked for the part the lady types it in pulles it up and just looks at me... I said why are u staring? She said Im waiting for you to ask me if you want it or not!?! She didnt even tell me the price! Wonder why automous robotics is taking service related jobs The incompetence level is about yaye high...

2022-05-09Autozone seems to have the Technology peice down in that, instead of saying simply Out of Stock at your local store, they provide options out of the area to get the part today! Also, Autozone has hours the accommodate both the Business Man and Working Man alike

2019-01-02Love this place, the quality of the parts and the lifetime guaranteed, what could possibly go wrong. As long as you have all your ducks in a row and the receipts in place your lifetime warranty is in place for many years to come. The service is great the staff works as a team and the management is awesome. Ive been going to autozone for nearly 17 years and have yet to come across any issues.

2022-03-19Drove 30 minutes to get here showed up at 11:57 they were trying to close up and had the doors locked but still let me get what i needed, definitely good guys just try and get there before 11:57 so they don’t have to stay late.

2022-04-07I haven’t been to Autozone in a while I came in today thinking that since it’s still kind of early I wouldn’t be stuck in line but instead there’s a certain manager upfront named KK I know that’s not her real name but that’s what she told me it was I don’t know if she’s new or if she’s just dumb but everything she was telling me I know is wrong she had the worst attitude and I just seen her be very rude to one of the girls I see up here every single day

2022-01-07I came in to confirm that my check engine code is still the same one that intermittently comes on and so I walked up to the counter (once invited) and asked to get a code checked and at first the cashier (possibily manager) didnt know what I was talking about or joking with me the whole time with pretty funny lines that I actually havent heard before (if that guy ever reads this sorry for giving away your punchlines) asking if I opened up the hood and checked on the engine to see if it was still there or if I flintstoned the car here among other jokesStories aside I do enjoy knowing I can come here and get a free in-depth check in that after you bring back the device they can plug it in and show you exactly what parts it could be and print out all the info
