What an awesome place... its a one stop shop for custom t-shirt businesses, they have everything from heat transfer vinyl to silhouette cutters, heat press machines and a very tangible variety of t-shirts. They have the best prices in town and they are open to the public. What I can say more, perfect store Aviva.
Do not buy at this store if you need to change anything you buy here,they only give you 48hrs to change it even if you have your receipt and the merchandise is in perfect conditions.I had it and they just said :Our policy is not to exchange anything…..That is not nice for customers……There are many stores in Dallas that we customers get to have a better customer service.I will never come back .

Today was my first time in the store. If u are running a small business like I am and you need shirts sweatshirts certain vinyls and much more they are your go to store. I will be a repeat customer. It was nice to see they had the certain shirts I use for sublimation readily available. I was needing shirts like today and they came through for me.
Like most other businesses they have inventory challenges, but what sets them apart is their customer service. The staff act above and beyond checking to see if they had inventory that wasnt out in the sizes and colors I was looking for. In the end I had to switch up what i was doing because they just didnt have what I needed. The check out process was quick and easy and the ladies I delt with were awesome, kind, and funny. They laughed and joked with my Husband and made his day. I will definately be back for all my bulk needs and vinyl purchases.

I used Aviva Sublimation shirt & ASub paper & cosmos ink but I feel like it is good quality I’m debating on using the paper again it is affordable but I didn’t like the quality seemed like the ink was wet still but I loved everything seeing that I had 40 shirts to do. Aviva is always my first stop before I go anywhere else 👍🏽

Such great customer service. Great variety of Bella Canvas shirts which are so hard to find. They have an entire section just for vinyl and have tons of options. I can really get everything I need in just one place it’s so nice. The lady who answers the phone is named Emily and she was so kind and helpful.

Best vinyl store ever. This store is my go to! For shirts to vinyl, the staff is so helpful! Bilingual staff as well. They never run out of what you need. & the shipping is awesome! I stay in Dallas as well and i received my box within 2 days. If your reading this review wondering if Aviva is worth going to it is! You wont be sorry, my fellow crafters i have found heaven and im never leaving. Im at aviva about 2-3 times a week and everytime i walk in i get treated as if it was my first time there.

Even though I have to travel a good distance the prices and customer service is well worth the drive and besides I use it as my break from the kids. I absolutely love this place. Loyal customer, dont ever come in and spend less than 100.... Today I grabbed 2 of the wrong size shirt and walked to my car and they couldnt let me exchange sizes so I had to buy again and have shirts I dont need... No exchange is understandable if I left and came back, I walked to my car receipt didnt even say 2 minutes ago... I drive over an hour to support this company, weekly... If you like great customer service and exchanges once you walk to your car and realize careless mishap go to HOBBY LOBBY..Edit: Dont try and comeback and say it was wet from the rain it had 3 little spots on it and need I remind you I bought to many of that size so I could of easily gone outside and grabbed the bag and got you some shirts with no water spots... Like I said if your a loyal customer and make simple mistake by grabbing to many of anything this is not the store for you

This is the best place in the whole of DFW to get your vinyl , blank T-shirts and hoodies. They have very affordable prices and the lady believe she is the manager she is very nice and helpful. I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered from this place for the first time and this will definitely be the last time. First off it said that if I ordered by 12pm I would get the order the same day. That was a LIE! I received my items and they gave me the worst vinyl the sheets were bent and scratched up and then my shirts were just shoved in the boxes like trash.. GO TO JOINUS FOR VINYL AND T-SHIRT WAREHOUSE FOR SHIRTS.!! Don’t waste your money with these people!

From 2 stars to 1 (UPDATE-After sellers response)IF someone told me that earlier, I would have totally understood. No one, Absolutely NO ONE told me where the warehouse was in ANY of my phone conversation. For all I know its just down the street or in a different state. I am not a mind reader, its not my job to be informed of those things. Its YOUR job to keep your customers informed! Hearing it now it sounds like an convenient EXCUSE! If I am right, than that makes it a lot worse._______________________________________________________From 5 to 2 Stars:I think in an earlier review I gave Aviva a five star rating. My last experience didnt go so well.I placed an online order for pick-up which I like (convenient) on Monday night. I only need to make one trip, nothing online shows out of stock, I presume they have everything in stock and ready.Tuesday late morning I get a text that my order ready (gut tells me its not). I call to confirm the whole order is ready for pick-up. I let the person know I want to make only one trip. Their initial response is yes. Great! I start getting things ready to start going. Then I get a phone call apologizing that the order is not complete with a promise that Id get a call when it was all in as soon as things are in from the ^warehouse*--I have no idea where/how far that is. So, fine. great, thanks! I get it, things happen.I missed a call, I called them to check, wasnt them. It wasnt.Later on Tuesday afternoon I get a text that its all ready. Great! Im in the car, so I changed directions and started heading that way. Gut feeling again, so I pull over to call to check, different person answers. I ask if the whole order is in? Yes...oh but wait there are some missing items. I reiterate that I want to make only one trip. He says he made note.The next (mid) morning (Wednesday), I get nothing...no call, no text, so I call. I Called after getting a promise that I would get a call when things were in. The person I spoke to was thinking out loud...order was missing two shirts, blah, bah, blah...they are here...yes your order is all ready. I ask again, the Whole Order is ready? Yes.I get there the person helping me was kind, apologetic, and empathetic. When I asked for a manager. She pointed to a man behind the counter helping someone. So I told the person my whole story (she turns out to be the person I spoke with first). As soon as the *manager* was done with his client, I figured hed come over to check on the status (He Was in earshot), but nothing from him.The person helping me went over the order against the shirts, order was Still wrong...but this time in My Favor, two Extra shirts!!!The Fact that I had a gut feeling to call ,and my gut was right says it all.Is this place worth the savings when they waste so much of my time? Something to think about.
I come all the way from Oklahoma to buy here and they always take good care of me. They have a great variety of shirts up to 5XL and youth xs and 2t to 5t. Also a lot of vinyl for heat transfer. Im very happy to have found them and happy that they help me when im in need.

NASTY ATTITUDE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND TAKES UNPROFESSIONAL TO ANOTHER LEVEL!Horrible customer service the owner is so unprofessional, he told me dont call his store to order from them again, trust me I will not! I ordered the first time a month ago and my order was late it did not go out at the time they promised. The second time I ordered from this location my order was pending they said they cancelled it they did not. I was charged twice for the same order the order was late (AND I LOST MONEY AND CUSTOMERS) and they did not answer the phone for more than two hours or at the time the store was supposed to be opened for me to confirm shipment. I emailed them, they did not respond to my email.John one of the managers tried to blame the situation on a computer malfunction and wanted to take 0% responsibility!!!! These people are unprofessional, uncouth, have no courtesy and will be going out of business a lot sooner than expected with service like this. The owner was not apologetic, had an attitude and after promising me a measly $10 discount (which they did not follow through on) on my next order had the audacity to get on the phone and tell me not to call his store or order from them. Trust me, I dont want to do business with people who have such a poor and disgusting attitude towards the people who keep them in business. PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS AND DALLAS AVIVA DOES A POOR JOB WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hello all I placed an order with this company and i thought I had it made. I called the guy a couple of times before i placed my order and he told me i can use this vinyl for the cricut machine. I placed my ordered for 187.00. 1 day later they emailed and said some items were out of stock but they let me place my order anyway. Few days later i got my order it was the totally wrong vinyl. I had to return it myself and i asked for a return label she said they dont do and she hung up on me. All companies send customer a return label now im out 25.00 that i had to pay to return it and now I have no materials. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Had a great experience! Im so upset i didnt know about this place earlier! The proces for the shirts and vinyl were lower than any place ive gone to before. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They answered any questions I had and if they didnt have the answer they found someone who did. I got everything i needed for my client all in one place. I am still in shock!! I called this location (I normally order online from the company) due to the website stating they had a shirt I really needed for a project but it seemed as tho I could t add it to the cart. So I called to see if they really did have it in stock. The gentleman who answered the phone has a forgiven accent and told me he was to busy to help me and that I needed to come to the store. I didnt even get a chance to him i live 4 hours away. He then hung up. Wow!!! Horrible customer service!! I will not be ordering fro. The website nor the store.... thats not good customer service.. I dont return.

They rip you off with sublimation paper. They had the real paper then switched to basic typing paper, yet still charge the same amount. I still tried to use it and my blank came out dull and dark. 😒
So I placed my order on June 08, 2020 mind you they shipping just abut $9 for 1BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING I received a call on June 09, 2020 from them stating they were out of I do know at least 10 of the ORACAL 651 colors I ordered I of every color so they end having to swap my color out with black and white or I could gotten my money refunded but I ended up choosing b&w not only did they didnt have majority of the color o ordered which was all available online when I ordered they also pushed my shipping date back which means it wont be here in 1 BUSINESS DAY like the website said IM REALLY MAD !!!!!!

The store is convenient cause it is open on Sundays however they are very unorganized OT friendly at all (except this one older guy) they don’t have a variety of things mostly raglan shirts. Dri fit only comes up to xl they don’t carry shirts small than 2t. I’ll just make sure I get everything I need from my other favorite store before they close

Cheapest and durable HTV vinyl youll find. 12×20 starting at $2.25 a sheet. The more of the same you buy the cheaper it gets.Gilden shirts all sizes and colors are also cheap.Ive always had a good experience here. Wish they had more stock but Im happy that they supply the basics and some more at a reasonable price
I really love the new face lift. The new location is spacious and they always have an abundance of everything stocked.
There is a great variety of vinyl here but not as much as one doen the street. They have an ok amount of shirts there but some where hard to get at. I had tried to grab one shirt off a top shelf and and the pile of shirts fell on me plus another next too it. This place is ok for what we needed. Some of the shirts were still in bulk packaging so you had to open up the package and then pull out one shirt. You arent allowed to try the shirts on so hard to know the right fit. The womens v neck shirts and tank tops run very small. The prices were very reasonable. The staff there were ok but did not go out ofvtheir way to assist you or greet you.

Prices beat everyones.. however the vinyl here is cheap! Does not wash well at all. The glitter is ok but otherwise I wouldnt advise anyone to use theirs, especially if youre serious about a business.

This vinyl store is much better than joinus. The only thing they don’t have is all the patterned vinyl that joinus has (the stuff you need the transfer paper for) they do have patterned metallic vinyl (more variety than joinus) and lots of different holographic vinyls. They don’t sell by the yard but if you get 3 sheets the price drops. Their rolls of vinyl are $10 cheaper than down the street and better quality in my opinion. Weeds easy and applies easily. Washes well. Plus they have a good variety of shirts so I can get everything at just one store most the time (unlike joinus) I still have to go to joinus for one specific patterned vinyl but that’s all. Not trying to knock joinus because they were my “go to” for a long time and I loved them! This place just saves me more time and money 😎
Great hours of operation! Great stock - would love to see new and different vinyl offerings. Staff not overly outgoing but that’s ok.

I went to Aviva for the first time today and love how nice the people were and how cheap the vinyl was. Plus the shirt selection for adults went up to a 5x, which can be hard to find. I WILL RETURN SOON!

I’m this close 👌🏾 to not returning. I can’t stand the rude staff at the registers, and if I hadn’t recently found the Lord they would’ve all got the cussing out of a lifetime.

2021-06-20This is the best vinyl/ shirt shop in Dallas! Great customer service and music. Easy to find what you need. The signs that they have to tell you what brand your looking at is great too! It’s also every clean and well organized. All the cashiers are super nice and sweet I really enjoy talking to them! I will always bring my business here from now on.

2022-04-25Been here a couple of times. Child friendly compared to other wholesalers. But I will admit that the older employees are more welcoming and helpful which are the ones who take care of organizations and stocking up the place. The upfront cashiers need costumers service experience like smile n not judge what ppl look like ( will have to mention the white woman seems more friendlier then the other young ones working at checkout)

2022-07-15I have been shopping at Aviva for years and now I am a very happy customer because of Amy. She is a very helpful person and a people person. She takes her time with each customer. I witness her talking to a customer on the phone and helped me to the fullest with her wonderful personality. I will continue to shop at Aviva.

2022-05-13Only reason 3 star is due to the quality of the items. They do have a large selection but also a gamble. Not going to lie it hasnt stopped me from buying for myself since its pretty cheap. The gamble comes if you buy and make shirts and then it starts unstiching now youve spent money on vinyl youve spent time and if you sell them youve managed to irritate that buyer.

2022-03-31The cashier & the manager were extremely rude and need customer service training. This was my first time shopping at this store. While the cashier is checking out my purchases, she advised me to insert my card which I did and I advised her let me know when I need to give her my phone number for my discount. She was very dismissive & without even trying to help me she told me there was nothing she could do since the purchase had already went through. The card reader was still on the signature screen which I had not signed yet. I advised her that, I would like to void the transaction & redo my purchase as I wanted to get my discount. Once again she was very rude & rolled her eyes and advised that thr store doesnt do refunds & that I should have given the phone number at the beginning of my purchase. I informed her this was my first time at this store so I was not familiar with their policy & she did not ask me for a phone number prior to checking me out. She stated she would have to get the manager which I said was fine. They talked amongst themselves for a few moments before he even acknowledged me. He was rude & said he couldnt do anything bc my payment had already went through. I advised him that I was not aware that I had to provide a number prior to checking out, the cashier did not ask me for it. He said yeah we really dont ask people for their phone numbers, I advised him this is my first time here & I wasnt aware of that information. He rudely said I can only do this one time. Finally, the old transaction was voided & I was able to checkout correctly. I understand there are policies and not every place is the same but that was so uncalled for. Do not give your business to this store.

2022-01-15I purchased a 16x20 heat press in June of 2021. Since purchasing it, I’ve had to bring it back a total of 3 times. The 2nd time, instead of properly fixing the issue, they traded me my press for the display. I asked if it was faulty and I was told no. That was about 3 months ago. Now that same press is not working properly. I brought it in earlier this week and was promised it would be looked at. I left it overnight and called the next morning. Amy said the tech got distracted and would look at it before he left. I left it overnight again. I called last night and Amy said again, will look at it and order a part. I then advised that I would come pick it up TODAY (this morning) before I went to work because I have orders to fulfill. Well, I get there and they tell me my heat press is not there. At this point I’m upset because I have been inconvenienced because they failed to do their job. The manager then comes to me and basically belittle my concerns by rolling his eyes at me and interrupting every sentence I make saying “I understand” without even listening to what I’m saying. I paid $600 for that heat press and warranty. They didn’t even try to come to a resolve. “I’m Sorry” is not a resolve. It’s a word they just say to get you to shut up. They need to work on problem resolving properly with good customer service. Just as they are a business, their customers have businesses. There should be something in place when a customer has to bring back something faulty.

2022-03-14Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Do not buy from this location. They will follow you around the store constantly, pretending the straighten and fold already folded shirts. I would also caution you not to purchase any of their cutting machines or heat press machines. They dont include the yearly warranty for nothing. The issue is when its time to fix, they will give you a hard time and make you think you caused the issue. Very, Very, Very rude individuals.
