I love this store! My wife and I were given the opportunity to buy a new grill as a wedding present. We looked at Costco and online, but really wanted to stay local. Once we’re set foot in the store we knew this was our place. Everyone was super helpful. My grill was delivered the next business day. Very satisfied!
Jamie was awesome! I emailed some questions through their app and Jamie responded immediately. Due to covid19 we had to take care of my purchases over the phone. All my questions were answered and the customer service provided was impeccable. I was very pleased with the service and the quality products this store provides. Ordering local form The Backyard and Patio Store was a definite win for me. Saved me hundreds of $’s in shipping and I feel like I made a new friend. Would definitely recommend this place. If shopping at the Lakeway store, you can’t go wrong with Jamie.

2022-07-21We highly recommend Backyard and Patio Store. They have a huge variety of styles. The salespeople are helpful but not pushy. We were able to buy two pieces directly off of the sales floor, but another piece had to be ordered. We were given the truth as to how long it might take for the piece to be available. The delivery guys were very helpful and explained exactly how to care for the furniture.We will return.

2022-07-26Ryan and Tristen arrived when they said they would to deliver our Tuuci umbrella shade. They were both courteous and professional. They hand-carried the 150 lb. base to our backyard where I asked them to place it. They set up the umbrella and explained how to raise and lower it. The umbrella shade is very beautiful and we are very pleased with it. Jack and Haley, who we talked with at the store, were very helpful explaining the pros and cons of various umbrella shades. They also explained how to take care of our shade. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Backyard and Patio. They were GREAT!

2021-05-25We were looking for new patio furniture and had been to 5 or 6 Big Box Stores and found very little to like. Backyard & Patio has an amazing selection and we found exactly what we wanted. The staff was very helpful and the furniture will be delivered in a day or so, which is less than a week after the purchase. Could not be happier that we went into this store.

2021-03-23Fantastic selection and customer service! We came here looking for furniture after having an unpleasant experience with a different store where we never got our furniture. We ended up purchasing some lovely outdoor chairs from their Ratana collection and absolutely love the style and comfort of them. Customer service was great and we got our furniture within 2 days which was so nice. We would definitely shop here again!

2020-10-13Jamie & her moving team were excellent! Delivered right when they said they’d be here and placed it where we asked. The quality of the patio furniture is superb. We are using it as our LR furniture until our house is built. The back pillows are tall & super comfy. I would highly recommend Backyard & Patio store.
