Debbie was amazing! I made 2 appointments to really decide what my dress was. Debbie gave honest feedback and kept in close communication. I went with my mom and she adored Debbie as well! I highly recommend Baleys Bridal but mostly because of Debbie. I went to 3 other bridal shops and this was the most unique experience, Debbie not only listened to what I wanted but was able to find me the most perfect dress!
I had an AMAZING experience today at Baley’s Bridal. I am a plus size bride and was scared that I wouldn’t find a dress but that was not the case. I found the perfect dress! They had dresses for every single size. Kaleah was super patient and helpful. I truly believe my experience was so great because of the service that she gave me. She was outstanding!!!! LOVED this boutique! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and everyone made sure I was taken care of. My stylist was Stephanie she was absolutely amazing and so sweet. I took my daughter, Brittany, to try on dresses and she found the perfect one! Our stylist, also named Brittany, was so kind and made sure we knew about all the ways we could make dress customizations. It was an easy and seamless process, stress-free, and we were happy to leave with a dress that made my daughter look like a princess.
The selection here is amazing, every piece has amazing character and quality. I had poured over several sites before coming here. Debbie helped me - she was patient, honest, and supportive. I was able to peruse the dresses both on their pinterest and at the start of my appointment. I can be a bit of an independent shopper but I never felt rushed! She learned my exact style and was able to make very valuable suggestions, even during the process of trying-on pieces.This is exactly what I hoped for when shopping for my dress! She respected my budget, and gave such valuable input. Thank you for everything! I found my dream dress :)

I booked this appointment at the very last second after some previous “failed” appointments. I described them as fails because I left each appointment more frustrated than the last after trying on beautiful dresses that were NOT right for me. Mrs. Cindy was PHENOMENAL. She took the best care of my mother and I from the start. She let us lead the appointment, but she knew when to step in and direct us back to our main focus. She never once made us feel rushed, or uncomfortable. This woman was able to find my perfect dress (she actually picked my dress out for me to try!) , while also getting pulled to help other associates with questions about their own brides- which says a LOT about who you want to be assisting you with this whole process. If you consider yourself as a “difficult bride” who can’t seem to find that dress, GO SEE MRS CINDY.
Came in with my mom and siblings and was greeted by such a wonderful spirit, Maureen! She knew EXACTLY what she was doing . She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Thanks to her I said YES to the dress . If I could bring her with me on my wedding day , I would . Just loved her spirit.
Debbie was amazing!! It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, so I didn’t really know what I wanted. She helped me find the perfect dress, and the overall experience was amazing with her.
AMAZING customer service!! You walk in for your appointment and are treated like a true individual and special bride, NOT just another customer. And each time we came back- for try-ons or fittings or even for preservation- they remember you and are just the friendliest most accommodating bridal shop ever. I love that the same consultant sticks with you for the whole process- that way they are tuned into timelines and everything specific to you without you walking in and having to fill someone in on all that. The consultants help you get the dresses on and really help narrow down what styles you like, what works on your body, what’s trendy, etc. they really know their stuff and supported us through the decision making process.
Everyone was so sweet during my appointment. Mareen helped me find my perfect dress and the whole experience super fun and enjoyable. I’ll defiantly be coming back for bridesmaids and flower girl dresses.

Thank God for Baley’s Bridal! I found the perfect dress in a bridal parlor in Shreveport but they were very unaccommodating. BB saved my day! Despite the fact that I thought I knew what I wanted, Keelie gave me a first class experience with selecting, trying on, deciding, and ultimately purchasing my dress. Cindy, who I learned was not only the seamstress but also the owner, was also a dream. Brides, if you find yourself dress shopping in the DFW area, choose Baley’s Bridal!
This will be an UPDATED post: And I have to say I am very displeased. I purchased a dress from Baleys Bridal, I havent received it yet. Sadly my fiance and I decided to go a different route with our wedding and will no longer need a wedding dress of the magnitude. Baleys Bridal refused to give us a refund for a $1,674 dress, that we also paid in full and shipping for on the same day. Yes you do sign a contract, however they should have more grace and concideration when circumstances change, because they do not know what someone could be going through, they have no respect. They really do not value you. Not to mention their tactics. When you feel pressured to buy a dress because they make all their associates come out and watch you while youre in a dress trying to decide. Then they want you to write a good REVIEW on google because they were having a competition which I didnt mind to do, but they are more worried about a good review than actually being honorable. So I am speaking out about it, I 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND this boutique. Go somewhere else.
The experience at Baley’s was fantastic! Debbie helped me through my initial consultation and when I then went back to officially “say yes to the dress.” Everyone was super helpful and really made all the customizations super clear and up front. I would highly recommend!

Amazing. I cant recommend enough. I was taken care of and made to feel special and individual. No pressure. I really felt the love and care from this place. So patient with me and my anxieties and didnt push me to make any decisions🥰 Kaleah has my highest recommendation. She got to know me, what I liked, was so patient, listened to all my concerns and she actually ended up picking out the dress I said yes to!! Debbie at BALEY’S Brides was absolutely wonderful, when booking our appointment she asked about what we were looking for as well as any pictures of our dream gown, she had a few gowns picked out before we even arrived and during the introduction discussed the process, had us walk around the show room to pick out anything else we might like, the second dress we tried was the one!! We will need minimal alterations or customization- Debbie is a dream to work with
I had the MOST AMAZING experience at Baileys bridal! Everyone there was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Shelby helped me with each dress I tried on, she helped me invision myself the day of the wedding, and was very gracious to let me try on as many as I needed too! If youre looking for a place to find THE DRESS I highly recommend baileys bridal!! Make sure you ask for Shelby to help you, she is extremely KIND!
I found my wedding dress at Baleys Bridal! I was shocked, but I knew it as soon as I tried it on--there was no mistaking it. I felt like a princess and like royalty in my dress and was treated like it too. Baleys Bridal even has all the props to complete your look like tiaras, bouquets, and veils. It really helped solidify everything for me. Shout out to my stylist Sandra and coworker Cindy, who helped me before, during, and after the appointment. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend Baleys Bridal!

I absolutely loved the service at Baley’s Bridal!!!Hailey was my help and I can’t thank her enough for helping me find THE dress.I’ve gone to different bridal places and this location definitely took care of all your needs. They really listen to what you like and what fits you the most comfortable. I did like that I was allowed to bring my daughter with me! And my guest.They have individual bridal rooms so you’re not bunched together with other brides shopping! Like other places *cough* Davids Bridal *cough*.But nonetheless, I am thankful for Hailey and Baley’s Bridal.Edit: So few months later, I got contacted by my mother-in-law who’s supposed to be helping me purchase the dress from Baleys and told me my dress price had increased. Hmm I thought, then contacted them myself to find out why and what happened. I was told by the store Manager that my dress had gone up in price and that I needed to pay $1100 by the end of the month to secure my original price… Well I had never been told that I needed to pay the 75% of the price to look the original price down! I didn’t have $1100 that I could easily give up, so I asked to cancel and refund the money I had already put down. Store Manager said ok, and said I would be receiving an email to confirm the cancellation but it never came. Don’t know if she just forgot or was busy, but that just seemed sketchy to me. I had to drive up there the next day, which took me about 40 minutes, spoke to a different lady who had no idea about what I was speaking about. No notes were left by the store manager in regard to my dress and my request to cancel. She had to contact the store manager and they spoke for a while… Now at this point she had me sign a paper that just had written on it “Cancel and refund $400 for xxxxxx xxxxx” (myother-in-laws name because she initially made the first few payments. Lady also started telling me about the whole 75% problem which at this point I didn’t care anymore. It’s just stressful haven’t been told that at the beginning of the purchase. And apparently the price increased a month after I started the purchase, but we were notified of this change 8 months later!!!! And also got my wedding date wrong… Just a mess to deal with.And to include this, the store manager kept asking me to pay the $1100 by the end of March after I had repeated myself multiple time that I was not able to just due to the fact that I don’t have a thousand dollars laying around… That was the whole point on putting my dress as payments or layaway if you will.. I understand you have to make sales but after I have requested my money back, don’t keep asking me if I want to pay you $1100!

I went to two other shops before checking out Baley’s Bridal, and Baley’s was the best experience! The employees were incredibly sweet and helpful. I’m a plus sized bride so finding dresses in my size can be difficult, but they have several lines of plus size designer dresses. My mom and I found my dress and were able to order it with no problems!I also got my alterations done at Baley’s and they did such a a fantastic job!Baley’s was such a stress free experience, and I definitely recommend it to anyone dress shopping in the area!
A little late to post this, but here it goes. I really wanted to love this salon; however, I was pretty disappointed with some of the things that happened. When selecting my bridesmaids dresses we were told there was a discount program since I had 7 bridesmaids, I can’t remember now but I think it was $20 off per dress. When my bridesmaids each purchased their dresses each bridesmaid paid a different price, some and the $20off some didn’t. Some where told there’s is no discount program some didn’t even have to ask. It just felt all over the place. We were told that the $20 off was already calculated into the dress price; when the tag on the dress had the same amount. It was all pretty confusing to an already stressful time. The dresses selected were expensive (not complaining about that because I already knew they were an expensive style/designer) but because they were expensive I figured they would be treated properly. When picking the dresses up they were falling off the hanger, the lady who brought them to us didn’t even attempt to fix them before bringing them out to show us. One of my bridesmaids ordered her dress and paid extra for shipping since she lived out of state. Her dress still went to the salon and not her house as promised/paid for. The store itself feels cramped and disorganized, which makes sense since the dress buying process seemed a little chaotic. Overall I really did enjoy the customer service of the consultants, I just think it’s a poorly managed store.
After going to a few bridal shops and feeling discouraged because of my budget, I am so glad that I took the chance to go to Bailey’s. Stephanie was assigned to us and THANK GOD she was! She took the time to understand my style and was aware of my budget. She allowed me to pick out some of my own dresses but after trying on a few and not getting “the feeling” she took matters into her own hands. She found the PERFECT wedding dress for me as well as keeping it in my budget!! I couldn’t believe it!! She was amazing! If you got to Bailey’s PLEASE SEE STEPHANIE! She will make your dreams come true!
I had an appointment at Baley’s Bridal at 10 am on the 26th of August. As soon as I arrived with my mom & Maid of Honor, it was instantly an awesome experience. Stephanie was our stylist and she was absolutely wonderful!! She went ahead & had all three of us choose our own options of dresses for me to try on, & then even chose a couple choices herself. She made the experience super fun and answered any questions we had for her. Thanks to Stephanie, I found the dress of my dreams! Highly recommend this place if you’re located in the Dallas area!
My bridal consultant Angie was very sweet, funny, and informative. Very hands on with my dress selection and advising what looked best on me & body type. She made me feel comfortable and assisted with me putting on and taking off the dresses. I did not have family or anyone with me at my appointment so having her really made my experience still worthwhile. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything either (even though I did) lol!
Debbie was so kind and helpful. I was very fortunate to have found my dress and fallen in love with it on the first try! I’m very thankful for Debbie’s advice and guidance in selecting the right veil as well. So glad I stopped in at Baley’s Bridal and that I found my dress.
What a great shop! I loved my experience here with Angie & Cindy! When I came in, they got me signed in then took me on a tour of the shop. There were so many beautiful dresses it was so hard to pick. I was very impressed with the amount of plus size dresses. They were true plus size not just size 16. After I picked the ones to start with they grabbed some more. We had casual conversation while getting dressed and she would button me up and help me feel confident before walking out. It was just a great experience. Angie let me form my own opinions and then pointed out great details about the dresses and talked about how alterations would go. She was so kindly informative and kept the appointment fun. It couldn’t have been a better experience and I can’t wait to get married in my beautiful dress!

Brides, give this shop a shot! Eva was the stylist I initially spoke to when I popped in for information. That same day I had already visited 3 other dress shops and just didn’t feel too certain of where I wanted to shop.Why I chose Baleys bridal:1) I felt welcomed2) I was so grateful to have had it all broken down for me. (I had 101 questions)3)Eva was super informative and knowledgeable.4) Reasonable prices without sacrificing quality.5) In house seamstress6) My stylist (Eva) really went out of her way to help me decide by asking what it was that I liked on each dress and even chose some that she felt would interest me.7) It was all about me and I was able to really enjoy that…even if it was for just an hour and a half 😏😜First impressions matter to me…After my first visit speaking with Eva I knew I preferred that she be my stylist and I’m so glad and grateful for her help and services on such a special day.Second dress in and I knew I had my dress! I found this place online and saved it in my back pocket for a rainy day. Came in because many places arent open on a Monday! Made an appointment 10 minutes before close and got a confirmation call after they closed! Came in on time and NO ONE was there. Carolina was my bridal consultant and knew my every move or emotion meant something. She read my vibes and fed off of them. Came in not expecting much and was floored by the customer service!! They have wedding dress prices ranging from (in my opinion) $500-??? Will be coming back with my maid of honor! If you buy your dress here they will give you 50% off your moh dress OR if its discontinued its free! Look at their website its full of pictures with off the rack and clearance dresses.
Hailey was ABOVE and BEYOND. I walked in expecting pressure to purchase (as was experienced with previous wedding dress shopping trips at multiple places), but instead was met with someone who showed us nothing but patience and amazing service. No pressure, no rushed feelings. If you are looking to find a wedding dress, look at Baley’s first and ask for Hailey. By far best shopping experience, and, obvious perk, I said yes to the dress in a pressure free environment with an absolute lovely staff member!
I was completely dreading the experience as a plus size woman size 24. After today and my experience with Eva at Baleys Bridal I would recommend it! The selection of dresses were impeccable and super affordable. I brought my fiance which is unconventional but Eva made him apart of the experience and didnt make me feel awkward at all! I was so comfortable! She was patient and kind as I tried dresses and went back and forth between some. She listened to my style and my budget never pressuring me to go past it. She made the experience so enjoyable I can not say enough amazing things about the entire adventure I had while dress shopping. Plus size brides this is the place for you!
I loved my experience at Baley’s Bridal! Eva was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! Eva took time to discover what I like and she helped me understand the layout of the store so I could pull dresses while she also pulled dresses for me try on. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the time of my appointment, and she was also a lot of fun to chat with. I have been to a few other shops and left feeling defeated and never feeling confident in a dress. Eva was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses and alterations. She had a plethora of tips and tricks, I truly learned so much. She was honest and very transparent about pricing and what to expect. She guided me through a variety of dresses and gave me ample time to decide. She never put any pressure on me and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. She took great pictures that I could send to those who weren’t there of the dresses I tried on. Eva was AMAZING!!! She made both my fiancé and I feel special, she didn’t rush us, she let us try on multiple dresses a couple times to make sure we found the perfect dress. She spent nearly two hours with us both! Sweet as can be and SO helpful. We ended up both finding our dresses!! We did not expect to that day, but Eva made it super easy and relaxed! I really enjoyed my experience at Baley’s Bridal! Stephanie was a terrific stylist. She did everything she could to find a dress I would love, and she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the trying-on experience. The staff as a whole is personable and friendly and worked with me through all of my uncertainty and questions. Where do I start about how amazing this place is. I walked in Sunday April 11 to get a dress for my wedding that was April 17 after David’s Bridal did a horrible job in alterations for my first dress that I bought. Needless to say Angie helped me find The dress and alterations were done in 3 days!!! The dress was a size 26 and I’m a 12. It turned out flawless. The staff was nothing short of amazing and my wedding day yesterday I looked stunning thanks to their hard work! And just look at my bustle❤️
Angie was amazing to work with! She is not only talented at what she does but also a kind, warm person. Angie encouraged me to try on what I thought I wanted and helped guide me to the dress I ended up purchasing. She shared ideas of what we could do to alter my dress to make it exactly as I wanted. Because of her, I feel confident and beautiful! Even after purchasing, she has checked in with me to ensure all the details of my big day are coming together as we discussed. Angie is one of a kind! 12/10 would recommend working with her.

Went in for my first appointment to find the perfect dress for the big day; I saw the dress of my dreams in their website, but they didnt have it in store, I was kinda disappointed, but my consultant Angie was absolutely helpful and she helped me to find a different one from the same designer. She was extremely nice to me on each step of finding my wedding dress, and then she found me the perfect vail to go with it. she gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. Even though my friend didnt speak English Angie always tried to be in the same page with us . I loved that! She was amazing!. Thank you for making this wedding dress experience stress free.
My experience at Baley’s Bridal but nothing but outstanding ! Truly exceeded my expectations. I am a very picky person when it comes to decision making, much less saying YES to my wedding dress. Debbie was wonderful and experienced. I picked out a few dresses of my own in which I was not liking how I looked. I honestly was beginning to loose hope and saw it almost impossible that I will find THE dress in my appointment time. Debbie asked what I was looking for and was able to pull info from the choices I selected, noticed my likes and dislikes. Pulled one dress from the rack. I tried it on. And It was IT !!! 🥰❤️👰🏻♀️
I had an appointment with my mom at Baleys Bridal on 3/12/2021 and my consultant Hailey was excellent. I am having a destination wedding in December and came in for a specific Rebecca Ingram dress, but ended up ordering a different one. Hailey was friendly, professional, and put me at ease while trying on so many dresses. I ended up saying YES to the the dress after trying on 4 different styles and appreciate everything Hailey did to make my experience excellent!
I had a horrible experience at another bridal shop yesterday 1/30/21 and was left in tears in the middle of the showroom floor. I was so discouraged and wanted to stop the shopping process all together. I made my appointment at Baley’s with Debbie and as soon as I walked in SHE WAS AMAZING!! I truly felt that she cared about me and what I liked. She took care of it all from the veil to the tiara to making sure I loved how it looked. I felt that she was apart of the process with me and she completely renewed my faith in the process. I said Yes to the dress!!! I felt like a million bucks the whole time and the entire staff was so supportive. I wish I would have went here first! If you are looking, please stop by here first...plus their pricing was extremely reasonable! My budget was $2k-$2,500 and I found the dress of my dreams for $1690! I went to Baleys Bridal to look for a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. My stylist was Sarah, who was so helpful and sweet. I live in Texas but my sister lives in California and the wedding is in Hawaii. She was so great about helping me narrow down colors and styles, taking pictures to send to the bride, and figuring out alterations.
From the moment I called until the second I paid for the dress it was effortless. What a great experience that I soon will never forget. I went alone and made my choices for me well with the help of these great ladies. Thank you!
The sales lady was beyond rude to our bride. She made multiple disparaging comments about her opinions of what the bride looked like in different gowns and made no effort to help her see herself as beautiful. Our bride left the salon in tears. Seriously, the appointment couldnt have gone worse. Fortunately, another salon was able to salvage the experience for our bride.

I loved my experience at Baleys Bridal! I worked with Missy, and she was absolutely amazing! She took me around the store and got my take on a lot of different dresses and pulled many different styles for me to try on. Missy was incredibly patient and really helped me narrow down what I was liking in the different dresses. The selection at the store is wonderful and they have so many beautiful gowns. Ultimately I had my heart set on a dress I had already seen at another store, but would highly recommend Baleys to any bride searching for their perfect dress!

I absolutely loved my experience getting my wedding dress at Baley’s! Missy is the most incredible consultant in the world! She made me comfortable, we had fun, and I love how they let you browse the inventory yourself.The dresses at Baley’s do all seem reasonably priced, I didn’t see any dresses over $3,000, which is great if that’s around your budget because you can look at any dress!I would give Baley’s five stars if it hadn’t have been for my experience with the alterations department. The alterations ladies were definitely not fun, made me feel stressed and they quoted me almost $800 for my alterations. I decided to get a second opinion for the alterations and they said that was fine but basically said “good luck finding it cheaper”. I took my dress to CC’s tailor in Plano and she did an incredible job and all of the alterations only cost me $280! I saved over $500 by taking my dress elsewhere for the alterations so I would recommend if you do buy a dress at Baley’s to consider taking it somewhere else for alterations.

This place is AMAZING! I had no idea what kind of dress I was looking for... and I started to feel worried that I wasn’t going to find a wedding dress that I absolutely loved... Eva was amazing!! Before I even arrived at the bridal shop she had already had dresses pulled for me to try on! I was in love with all of them! But the first dress she had picked out for me... I FELL IN LOVE WITH! SHE HELPED ME FIND MY PERFECT DREAM DRESS! I couldn’t be more thankful for her! She was nothing but helpful in every way possible! My experience at Baley’s Bridal was great. Caitlyn was my stylist and I could not have been more happy. She helped me find several dresses in my price range that I loved.Besides being helpful she was also very fun to be around. At my return trip several other stylists assisted me and all of them were super helpful. They were very accommodating with my requests and were able to work with me as an out of town bride. This place was great!! Went in for my first appointment to find my dress for the big day and Shelby was sales person for the day. She was sweet, patient and informative. She was helpful and asked me questions to help me choose my dress and wasn’t too personal or overbearing. The store was clean and all employees took the Covid protocol seriously. They allowed me and two guests in my bridal suite as I modeled my dresses. I was the only person allowed in the store to look for dresses while my guests waited in my suite. She gave us as much time as we needed to make our decision. I can’t wait to go back and have my dress altered. Thank you for making this experience fun and stress-free!

Carolina was incredible. She really took the time to get to know me, our relationship story, and wedding theme and was able to cater to it. She was very knowledgeable about the designers and always offered solutions for potential alterations. She was able to keep me focused and always put things into perspective. I loved my entire experience at Baleys Bridal. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a laid back, casual, low pressure gown shopping experience. I came to my first appointment alone so that I could really just hear my own thoughts and feel my own reactions to the dresses and I had such a good experience.I cannot say enough about my fabulous consultant Shelby. She was everything you would want in a consultant. Friendly, welcoming, personable, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured into buying before I was ready which I really appreciated (I did experience this at another bridal shop and it completely ruined my experience and I just wanted to leave). She took several minutes to get to know me and get a feel for what I was searching for and then I was able to go with her to see their inventory (which I loved because not all shops allow you to actually look with the consultant and I always felt like maybe a dress I would have liked didn’t get pulled). We found multiple options but there was one in the bunch that just stood out and sure enough it was the ONE! First pick and she nailed it!!!I decided to schedule a second appointment with Shelby and brought my MOH this time. Once I saw her reaction to the dress I knew it was my dress. Shelby was so patient and so accommodating to spend another hour and a half with us so I could put it on again, take pics and video, and just spend some time in it so I could be 100% confident in my choice. She even helped me navigate some alterations (adding straps) to make sure the dress would be perfect. I highly recommend Shelby to any bride looking for a special and personal dress shopping experience. You won’t regret it!

SANDRA WAS AMAZING!!My original dress was ruined by the previous shop I bought it at so I was forced to find another dress with my wedding only being 2 months away. As a plus size bride, finding a dress off the rack that you actually love is pretty difficult. Baley’s was the 3rd shop I went to yesterday and I still had 3 more appointments afterwards. I came in stressed and pretty down, but as soon as I spoke to Sandra, all the stress and emotions went out the window. She was so kind and encouraging my entire appointment. The first dress I tried on was her pick and let me tell you... I was in actual tears. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and it actually fit!! I was so shocked and happy because it was everything I ever wanted and she knew. She’s that good! I cancelled all my appointments after that one because I knew I found the one. All the other dresses I tried on after that one didn’t even compare. Sandra was so unbelievably sweet and she was my savior. I couldn’t recommend Sandra and this shop enough. They will absolutely take care of you!!

I had the BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE at BALEYS BRIDAL. Weeks before I came here I went to David Bridal and have the worst experience ever. I googled other bridal salons near me and came across Baleys Bridal. I saw that they have alot of plus size dresses and was having a huge sale on dresses around Black friday weekend. I took my mother with me to my bridal appointment. I was so amazed on how clean the store was an the atmosphere and meet Missy. Missy already ahead of time has text me ask me information about the type of dress I wanted and sent pics. All I can say is trust Missy and what suggestions and advice she gives you. This Wonderful Superwoman knows what she is doing. She is so knowledgeable. I felt like a superstar and my Mom didnt have to lift a finger. The dresses they have there are all amazing and the quality doesnt compare to Davids Bridal. I almost feel in love with the 1st dress I tried on. Missy is caring and listen very well. She was the best and if I could do my bridal experience over I would of came here 1st. She help me find my wedding dress and was under budget. I had my bridal moment and everything. Thank you so much Missy for helping me. She was my Angel.
Staff seems nice but a little young and inexperienced - almost unprofessional (at least with the consultants I encountered the two times I was in the store). I chose Baley’s because they had the designer/style I wanted (after trying on dresses at an out-of-state store) AND boasted in-house alterations (unlike other bridal salons).At my first appointment, I decided I wanted to purchase THE dress and the consultant took my measurements. Long story short, I was urged to purchase a dress that was WAY too big (I was told to purchase a size 10 - the dress was altered down to a size 4/6. Mind you, I lost NO weight between the time I was measured to the end of my alterations. Unfortunately, a lot of the features of the dress changed because it had to be altered so much).The second time I was in the store was to pick up the dress. I was so disappointed that the dress was SO wrinkly (maybe I have high expectations and steaming the dress isnt the norm, but it would be nice to try on my white mikado dress and it be beautiful and crisp). I wanted to try on veils, but their selection was very limited and in TERRIBLE shape (most were ripped and dirty). I get that theyre samples and you order your own, but I just gave up because they werent labeled with any info and the consultant didnt know anything about them (at least know the length and color). I asked to speak with someone who would be altering the dress – this person lead me to believe that some of the alterations Id like wouldnt be possible” (P.S. I went somewhere else for alterations - everything I wanted was possible). Lastly, after my dress was handed to me in a clear plastic garment bag, I asked for a nicer (maybe zippered vinyl/polyester bag) thinking Id get it for free and they wanted to charge me $25 (So I went to Amazon and paid $10)!A positive was the dress came in very timely (though that has nothing to do with Baleys) and the staff was very good at communicating via phone during this process. However, as mentioned earlier, I chose not to go back and went somewhere else for alterations.
Angie was the absolute best person to work with while finding my wedding dress. She wasn’t pushy, she didn’t make me feel like. I had to like something, she was the most ideal person to help me!
My experience from beginning to end was amazing! Anna took the time to find out what my style was and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Hannah made the entire experience so worth it. I ended up saying Yes to the dress on my very first time going dress shopping! She was extremely sweet and patient while I tried on every dress. She not only was interested in finding the dress of my dreams, she literally did not mind going back to the racks to find dresses to find my likes. I purchased my bridal gown and flower girl dress here today. They have a wonderful selection and great prices! My experience here was far better than other shops I’ve been too. My family lives out of state so I unfortunately had to shop alone. My consultant Sandra was wonderful and made the experience great. She helped FaceTime my mom and included her a lot in the appointment even though she couldn’t attend. Sandra was also the most knowledgeable consultant I’ve ever worked with and knew exactly what I wanted!

Carolina was amazing. I had a miserable experience at David’s and I walked in fragile, anxious, and honestly feeling like I wasn’t meant to be a bride. I am plus size and on a budget. She didn’t measure me, then talked to me about my wedding, picked out a few dresses. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical but I put the first dress on and ugly cried I felt so amazing. I tried the second dress she suggested and it fit me perfectly, no alterations needed. I highly recommended this place. Ask for Carolina and if you’re her boss give her a raise.

I am a wedding planner and my bride had a 911 on her original dress that she bought from a different shop. Mind you, her wedding is on September 5th and find I need a good and quality place was first priority. During the time of being a wedding planner or anyone who is in the event industry we always want to go far and beyond for our brides and Baleys Bridal did not let my bride, her maid of honor, or me down. During the time of planning you really grow a connection with your brides and she became one of the best people the entire world and now I got to gain a new friend!To ensure that my bride would have a wide selection in her style and many others I did extensive research, looking through the reviews, designers and styles. My bride had an appointment right before this as well and we set a few after. I promptly called the shop and spoke with Cindy. She answered any questions I had and I knew that they would take care of the bride and her perfect dress.We get to the appointment and we were kindly greeted by Sandra and she showed us over to the fitting rooms. She asked the bride maybe 5 to 6 questions and stopped and said I have the dress you want. With out the bride looking at any of the selection prior. The bride even said she didnt like straps but she sure does now. So Sandra brings over a few choices but she told us the first one will be the one my bride says yes to...the second my bride and sweet friend stepped out of the dressing room we all cried happy tears, I could see it in her eyes that this was the dress. She paid for it and was so happy she finally found her dream dress thanks to the ladies at the shop.I recommend this shop to all brides! You will not be disppointed!

I could not have imagined a better bridal shop experience! Bailey’s was the first shop I went to. I was warmly greeted like an old friend. I was allowed to pick out dresses that I liked instead of sitting and waiting for someone to pick dresses they think I might like. Emma helped me change in and out of dresses and kept it super causal and fun! Everyone in the store was so supportive. I ended up going with the first dress I tried on. After adding a veil and a headband, I just knew! They gave me a discount on the veil and the dress which was so kind! I was so taken care of and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I went in overwhelmed with the amount of options and was losing track of what I liked and didn’t like but Missy helped me figure out what kind of style looked best on me and what I preferred. Tu did an amazing alteration on my gown I needed for my civil wedding - I actually thought I needed to buy a new gown but she saved my gown for me with the excellent work she did - and just in a weeks time ! I went to Baley’s bridal to look for a wedding dress for my October wedding. I only brought my sister with me to look since we had to have limited people and wear face masks. I felt super comfortable with Carolina my stylist and she helped me pick my dress that I was able to take home same day! 10/10 recommend going here!
So, this would be a 5 star review, EXCEPT that I got my bridesmade dress shipped to me today and it was the WRONG dress.3 Months ago I went into the store with my Sister-in-law (the bride) and tried on dresses, I chose one that would be comfortable for me at her wedding in July because I will have a newborn baby and was going to need a dress I could nurse in. The employee wrote down the information on her clipboard and then we got dressed, and checked out.Fast forward to today, I get my dress in the mail three weeks before the wedding and its a different style.I ordered style 21657, they Ordered me 21567.( Clearly the sales lady could have just transposed the two numbers or the tag was wrong or mislabeled since the numbers are so similar.)When I called to let them know that the dress was wrong I ended up on the phone with Cindy the manager and she blamed me, as a customer, for making the error. She kept saying that because I signed a sales contract that there is nothing they can do, or would do.I kindly asked, Why would I know to check the contract to make sure the style number was correct? I just assumed the employee would have written the number correct since I was in the store with the dress on my body.She then accused me of possibly changing my mind, and that I just want a different dress.She not once owned up to their mistake, asked how that they could make it better or offer me a refund.I have photos of the dresses I tried on, and a photo of the dress I ordered, and the dress I ended up with is none of those dresses.My sister-in-laws wedding is in 3 weeks, and I am stuck with the wrong style dress that I did not order. This dress doe not work for me and my needs as a new mom who will be nursing my newborn.After the bride called, they finally offered me a very pitiful $20 dollar refund off my 164.97 dollar purchase as a courtesy for me, but refused to offer me a full refund or even half off my purchase.Overall I am just disappointed that they refused to even acknowledge the mistake, and would not just make an effort to make it right.
I had the best experience finding my dream dress! The shop was very clean and well organized and the staff was absolutely amazing!! My stylist was Angie and had it not been for her I would have never fell in love with the dress that I chose.
I had a terrible experience at this place. The girl with blonde hair, sorry dont know her name, was extremely rude. She kept interrupting and cutting in when I was trying to talk to my stylist, Ruby. I was not allowed more than two people at my final visit which I understand covid but we were all in masks and again, she just flat out said no (when I wasnt even talking to her) no accommodations. I explained to Ruby I had family who drove over an hr to be there and she called her boss, who allowed us to take turns. While Ruby was trying to see other options for me, the other girl was talking to other employees saying things about my bridal party like they are too many they need to leave etc. I found this immensely disrespectful and completely ruined my experience for yes to the dress. Ruby was amazing, if it wasnt for her I wouldve left and took my business elsewhere

As soon as I came in, Carolina asked what kind of style I was looking for. She saw a few of my inspo pictures and stopped me. She knew EXACTLY what I wanted. I tried on a couple of dresses but was unsure if I wanted to commit. She wasnt like the driving-the-sales stylist I had at my first boutique. She respected my feelings and told me to think about it if I wasnt sure. I came first and that spoke volumes about the type of person and stylist she is. While I was changing back into my clothes, she stopped me and said wait girl!!! I have the perfect one!!! Threw it on and fell in love. We all got emotional including Carolina!!! Sorry for the narrative but I cant thank Carolina and Baleys Bridal enough! Didnt think I was going to get my moment, but GIRL, I did with Baleys Bridal.

I had a wonderful experience at Baileys Bridal. The owner was accommodating to my needs, the seamstress, Tú is top notch with over 20 years of experience! And last but certainly not least, Carolina was hands down the BEST. I came into this bridal boutique several months ago, frazzled, self-conscious and worried I would not have a dress in time for my wedding. Carolina put me at ease and made me feel SO much better. She showed me the most flattering dresses for my figure and she’s so good I ended up with the first dress she showed me! I was so happy and grateful for her that I was crying and ran back in and gave her a hug. I just picked up my dress and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Thank you Baileys Bridal for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!
I had a wonderful experience with Baleys Bridal! I had absolutely no idea what I wanted in a wedding dress, and went in with an open mind. Sandra was SO helpful, sweet, and patient during the entire appointment! She comes with TONS of experience and it definitely shows with her knowledge of the gowns. I found a Pollardi gown that (I thought) was the one, and immediately scheduled an appointment for the following week to bring my mother back with me to see. When we arrived for that appointment, we were still in the car looking into the store windows at the mannequin the dress was on and I eagerly pointed out (what I thought was the same gown) to her. One of my bridesmaids, who was there the previous week with me said I dont know, that looks different for some reason. Upon going in, I was, once again greeted by not just Sandra, but all the stylists. It felt nice to be remembered. I asked them about the gown and they said it was indeed different but EXTREMELY similar to what I had tried on the previous week. They said they had only gotten the gown 3 days prior and had been waiting on it for months. I took that as a sign, and boy am I glad I did, because that ended up being the ONE! They pulled the gown off the mannequin and from the time I put it on, I did not want to take it off. For the sake of argument, I put on the gown I had originally gone back for, and it just didnt compare. It was the same designer, same style, and the same exact price. It was crazy how similar the two gowns were, but also amazing too me how I could love one so much more than the other! I have my dress reveal this weekend for all of my bridesmaids and I cant wait to put the dress back on! Sandra, Carolina, and a couple of the other girls (whom I didnt catch their names) are who I have to thank for my experience. They made me feel absolutely beautiful and I have never felt more like a bride. I am proud to be a Baleys Bride!
Terrible. Rude. Poor customer service. Needed a special occasion dress that could be similar to a bridesmaid dress. Of course its by appt only, so I had to call first. The lady argued with me on the kind of dress I was looking for, and whether it was what I wanted/needed. Last I checked, Im the only person who can determine what Im looking for. Ridiculous. 🙄🙄
Cindy and her team are amazing! Although I didn’t buy my dress from Baley’s, I trusted them with alterations for my wedding dress that I bought online. The alterations came out amazing and they were so helpful that I ended up purchasing my veil and jewelry from them. Highly recommend going to Baley’s Bridal in Frisco!
The owner doesn’t care about you as a bride/matron of honor/bridesmaid or mother of the bride. The owner interrupted our consultant twice in 20 minutes trying to upsell. When finding out we were not ordering a dress right there on the spot because we are still searching for the ideal dress, she immediately belittled my sister (the bride), and we were so insulted we left 38 minutes into a 60 minute appt. Please don’t support a place like this. The owner is all about dollar signs and doesn’t give any woman the experience surrounding a wedding that they deserve.
Angie was a great help at Baley’s Bridal. She listened to what I liked and didn’t and found gorgeous dresses for me to try! So glad I said yes to the dress here!

I visited Baleys Bridal in January 2019 with my friends while visiting from out of state. We had the BEST experience in store with our consultant on a Friday morning. I did not think I would find THE dress, that day, but I did. The consultant listened to what I was saying and brought out the most beautiful and unique dress. I tried it on and fell in love. Of course I had to Facetime my mother to make sure she loved it before saying yes. I was measured, deposit placed, then out the door to celebrate. When I received my dress ONE month later, I was very surprised! Happy because I was happy it was in, but shocked to see it arrive in a small box, without a nice garment bag, and the worst part...it did not fit. Granted, if it had been the next size up, it would have fallen off of me everywhere else, but still. Its off a half an inch, which is not something a bride wants to worry about. All in all, I was happy with my experience at the store, the after checkout experiences have been less than desirable.
Great dress options and pricing, but you sacrifice service. Service is horrible here. The ladies are all friendly. Cindy is the manager and whom I struggled with the most. I wish they were more up front with all their conditions. They are not fully clear on the rules. I was told during pick up time for my dress. I can do a fitting to make sure I like it on. So thats what I did...I didnt know I had to check for errors then. I was told I didnt need to make an appointment for pick up. It turns out I did.I also called a day after since I realized a dirt mark was on my dress. I was told by Cindy it was my responsibility after I left the shop. She said just try to clean it at home. She was nice enough to tell me how when I asked. But I was really upset she said do not bring it back to the shop when I asked if I can come in to show her. She said I should have checked when I did the fitting. I told her I was upset that no one mentioned it. The mark was on my back of dress. I didnt notice it until next day since I decided to try it in front of a friend visiting my place. Very poor service here. My friend even told me most bridal places their alterations person can normally help with this.
Best wedding dress shopping experience EVER! Amazing selection to look through and budget friendly!
So... this was not the first place i had planned on going, but i had told my maid of honor and another birdesmaid that we were going dress shopping this Saturday, the original place i had planned on going was booked so i wasnt going to rearrange my date for dress shopping, luckily Baileys had a spot open, and boy they did not disappoint! Debbie took care of me phenomenally! This was my very first time and i was so very nervous, but Debbie was very helpful and understood what i wanted and what i wasnt comfortable with, she was very kind and very friendly and made it sooooooo not awkward. Thank you to the original boutique for not having an opening and thank you to Baileys and Debbie for having the dress that was MY dress, and for the discounts and amazing prices great service. Im so glad i found exactly what i wanted !
I had an awesome experience here!! I would definitely recommend this store to other brides looking for friendly and patient people who are also willing to work with unique alteration requests. I walked in without an appointment and they were very receptive toward me. Not only did I find a beautiful dress at an affordable price (without sacrificing quality of fabric, etc), they tailored it to become my dream dress. I wanted something specific and kept finding that I liked the top of some dresses and the bottom or silhouette of others. I ended up falling in love with a dress that was super close to what I had in mind and just asked if they could create the look I was wanting via alterations; they did a wonderful job! They took the time to alter each area of my dress one step at a time, having me come back in for approval and to ensure everything was fitting correctly/comfortably before moving on. They even did some alterations with me standing in the dress to ask how I liked it and moved things around to show me options so I could make a decision without anxiety. Very sweet girls working for the owner. I brought in several shoes to see which one went with my dress best and they helped me try all of them on. They spent time helping me find a veil and belt (I was way indecisive and they were very patient with handing me one thing after another, over and over). I never felt rushed and I was always greeted with a warm welcome each time I came to the store. I am excited to write a review for Cindy and her staff. It is disappointing how unfriendly and unaccommodating some other establishments can be (bridal and otherwise) so I am thrilled that I can write a great review for a place that knows how to make their customers feel cared for!! - P.S. I had to purchase a bridesmaid dress when I was only 6 weeks pregnant and the staff helped to measure and fit me for a dress. When the dress came in Cindy was able to make alterations and the dress looked amazing. I highly recommend Cindy and her talent to alter even the toughest dress! The pricing is also very competitive, as the same dress I bought was much more expensive at other bridal salons. It was a great overall experience!
The service at Baleys Bridal is astonishing. I walked in without an appointment this past Saturday and was helped immediately. I ended up finding the perfect summer wedding dress with Saras assistance. It was almost the perfect fit. The only thing I love more than the dress is the price. I had such a great experience here! Made an appointment and came in with one dress I wanted to try on. The lady that helped me understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick a few other dresses to try on which only helped confirm my love for my first choice. She was easy going, sweet, and beyond helpful! While she was typing up my contract, another sweet lady helped me look at veils. They were incredibly accommodating and I would highly recommend future brides!! Also- they had BY FAR the best prices for the exact same dresses that I saw elsewhere. Like hundreds of dollars cheaper than other shops. Great service, great atmosphere, and great prices. Cant beat that!
Ms. Cindy and her girls in the shop are so helpful and attentive every time I go in. You can tell they really care about their customers. Cindy also did an amazingly fast turnaround on my alterations, as I now live in NY. She did everything over just a few days while I was here visiting family! They can also store your dress for you until the wedding if needed (which I definitely did). I went to shops here in NY and shops in DFW and Baileys Bridal was by far the best. So glad I said YES to the DRESS here! Thanks girls!!

This was the first shop I went to to try on dresses in January of 2018. It was super easy to make an appt! Found my dress on the first visit—they had a great, affordable selection. I had A minor setback as the dress I had ordered came in with the wrong color related to a mislabeled tag, but the team was able to send it back and get my dress I had paid for in Ivory! They had even offered to comp the rushed alterations if necessary. Alterations were super , too. They did a great job as my dress had a lot of intricate beading and lace/mesh like material. Very friendly staff, too.
I found my dress at Baley’s and they were nothing short of wonderful! Priscilla was very helpful. Say yes to the dress here for good prices and many options!The only concern I had was about my veil purchase. I bought my veil off-the-rack and instead of giving it to me to take home that day, they kept it in store (allowing other brides to try it on) until my dress came in and I took them both home together. I didn’t realize that until after taking home everything and thinking about it later.
I just want to say I am BLOWN away by these wonderful ladies. I get married in 7 days!!! This was my very first time to try on a wedding dress and I went shopping by myself and They made it so special for me. I said YES to my dress💗💍 thank you to Katelyn and Cindy for making my dreams come true!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am NOT a complainer but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had dress shopping. My daughter had an appointment, she got there early because this was her first ever wedding dress shopping appt. She was told right away she needed to hurry because there were other appts coming in-she tried to explain she was just wanting to browse for a few minutes because she was very early and her appt time hasn’t started. Then was told she had too many people with her and was expected to pay $75 to accommodate her people. Our other daughter, who is in the wedding party has an infant-who doesn’t walk, so we hold him-was basically shamed for bringing him and asked to sign a waiver for bringing a child in the building-ridiculous!!! The consultant told our daughter the dresses she was pulling were “really big sizes”-that were, I should add-FOUR SIZES TOO BIG for her. So she basically told her she was fat! THIS IS NOT the experience my daughter deserved to look for her wedding dress, but this is what she will remember! SHAME ON YOU for taking that from her!!! We were treated like we were trash and unwelcome! I wouldn’t have bought a dress from this store if it was the only store in all existence! We did however, go to our scheduled appt at David’s Bridal, she was treated like she was the only bride in the store! The staff welcomed us with open arms and were WONDERFUL! We purchased her dress, head piece, and bridesmaid dresses! Your loss Baley’s Bridal!
GO SEE AUBREY! Shes super sweet and worked hard to find me my dress. I found it somewhere else but the whole crew there is so supportive and encouraging without being pushy. A lot of the bridal boutiques I went to were pushy on sales and they are not at all. Their customer service and REALLY GOOD prices would have been enough for me if I had found my dress. Thank you guys!
I went in with the expectation of not finding a dress. Sandra was my stylist and she knew what she was doing!! She had me pick out dresses that I liked and after 3 dresses she brought me my dress. She knew what I was envisioning in my head and brought it out. I would recommend this shop to all my friends!!
Our Consultant was helpful in the fitting but once I mentioned that I was not ready to make a purchase that day, she walked away and said theyd send me a link of the dresses that Id like. I did not hear back so I followed up via email and voicemail the next week. They texted me 2 weeks later asking when I can make my next appt. I let them know that I hadnt heard back and they just sent back a picture of one dress. I asked about price/designer and did not hear back. Definitely lost out on a sale. Id hope in the future they take more time before rushing a sale and not return communication.
Awesome experience at Baleys Bridal with Cindy! She is so sweet and very accommodating. She really listened to me regarding what I was looking for in a dress! My wedding isnt until next year (2017) so Ill update once Ive had alterations done.
My wife rarely takes the opportunity to go shopping, so when she does I am very excited for her! My wife needed to purchase a dress for an upcoming wedding, so she made an appointment at Baleys Bridal with her sister because all of the great customer service reviews. When she arrived she was questioned multiple times regarding the validity of her appointment, asked to fill out the same form multiple times, and not even helped when trying on dresses. Thanks for ruining this experience for my wife.

This is an awesome bridal shop! Unlike the mainstream chains, like Davids Bridal, you get EXACTLY the dress you want for your big day. The customer service they extend to you is amazing as well. It makes you feel like a valued person and customer. I appreciate the hard work and dedication the ladies put into their work here.

Cindy and her girls are so sweet and helpful. I went to a couple of bridal shops and none of them even had ONE dress that was worth me trying on. I came here and found at least 7 that I loved. This is definitely the best bridal shop around. Plus the prices are lower for the same dresses than other places. Love it. Would def recommend.
Mixed reviews for this shop... The bridal consultant I worked with most, Kirsten, was fabulous. Thats about the only good thing about this shop. When I came in for alterations the owner was very brash and made comments such as I have another appointment I need to get to after spending only ten minutes with me (after I had driven over 45 min each way to come to the appointment) and brushing off my concerns about the way the dress looked with her proposed alterations. The worst was that she did NOT sew the clasps for the bustle on correctly, so my dress fell during my wedding reception and ripped. When I had a different seamstress fix it she pointed out to me that the clasps were only half sewn on, which is why the dress fell. When I phoned the shop to bring my concerns forward to the owner/seamstress, I was again blown off, with no attempts to make the situation right.Buying a dress here was ok, but I would NOT recommend getting alterations done here. Very unprofessional.

Although I wasnt able to try the dress on in store, Sarah was very helpful on the phone in helping me determine what size to get for a bridesmaid dress. The other members of the bridal party had nothing but nice things to say about Baleys Bridal when they went to try on their dresses.
I was accompanied by Izzie to try on wedding dresses and she was super helpful!!! She always made me feel beautiful and confident. On the other hand, the other staff was not friendly or helpful and if it weren’t for Izzie, the whole experience would have been miserable. The salon was nice and clean and there was a great assortment of dresses.
My stylist was Haley she was so patient an caring and was very helpful and made me feel good she was very interactive with me and my guest so I definitely said yes to the dress by the time I left.
Baleys bridal was a lifesaver for me! I had bought my wedding gown here and loved their service! We had purchased bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo which shut their doors without notice 2 days prior to the girls dresses being ready to pick up and 1 month before the wedding date. Baleys bridal was so helpful in finding us dresses that would all match and could be here within 2 weeks!! Love them so much!!

Planning a wedding was crazy! My now husband, asked me to find a Pastor, Date, and a Location of my Choice. My first thought was...I need a dress! I wanted to throw the planning out and elope, but I also wanted to look beautiful. I wanted it to be intimate and special. I wanted someone who had a strong faith filled marriage to marry us, instead of a judge whom I did not know. During my lunch break at work, I found Baleys! I tried on a couple of dresses and I found The Dress, and shoes! A few days later my pastor agreed to marry us, but was extremely busy. We married within a few days. YES, DAYS!! Baleys thankfully did the alterations because it was too long...I am 5 4. They even let me try it on for my mother and daughter when I went to pick it up. They were so professional, and genuinely excited for me. The dress was from the SALES rack, what a win. Thank you so much for all you do. *this is the only picture I have on my computer of the dress...friend took the picture. We planned wedding in ten days, under $1k.
My sweet and kind fiancé had a horrible experience buying her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at Baleys Bridal. Caroline was dishonest and rude without provocation. We ordered the dresses in March and Caroline quoted a 10% discount and insisted we pay $125 for a rush order for our wedding day this September. When it came time to pay Caroline made up some excuse and did not honor the 10% discount and we also received the wedding dress in two weeks. Thankfully we didnt pay the upcharge for it to be rushed. It did however add to the stress of planning our wedding. My sweetheart was thirsty after trying on dresses for two hours. Another sales lady lied and said they do not provide water for customers. Then indignantly gave her some tap water in a paper cup. After l spoke with the owner she apologized and said thats not true. They always have bottled water available for clients. How lazy do you have to be to not want to get water for someone who is spending thousands of dollars for six dresses!? If my wife-to-be was a b*tch or had a bad attitude l might understand the poor service but thats so not the case. Caroline also used the same upsell tactic with the bridesmaids to pay for a rush order as well. They all declined. Of course all the dresses arrived in plenty of time to be tried on and altered accordingly. Caroline again put her foot in her mouth by stating out loud the bridesmaids dress didnt come in size 18. For one who says that? And two in what universe is it OK to assume what size a woman wears?! Just rude. Baleys Bridal also charges an exorbitant amount for alterations. If you buy your dress or dresses there Bongs Tailor in Willowbend Mall does an excellent job at almost half the price. Its unfortunate Baleys Bridal did not choose to enhance the wedding dress buying experience over a 10% discount, a bottle of water and an unnecessary rush order upcharge. We will have a beautiful wedding ceremony with an amazing reception and a honeymoon fit for royalty. Nice try Baleys Bridal but youre not going to ruin our big day.Follow up: In response to Baleys reply below. Please look at my 18 other reviews of businesses over several years. They are all 4-5 stars with glowing recommendations and kudos. Im not a negative person who nitpicks when someone or a company is having an off day. My wife had three or four bad experiences on different days at Baleys that prompted my review.
The Worst Bridal Experience Ive Ever Had - When I visited Baleys Bridal, I had made an appointment over a month in advance because I had a large party coming with me to the appointment. When we showed up, they seemed surprised that I was there and had completely neglected to prepare for my large party - even though I had reminded them multiple times. I was told to go pick out my own dresses and then they would pull them for me.I selected a few dresses and then we were left waiting in the store while they tried to hustle another bride out of a room. I was approached by who I believe was the receptionist to start my appointment. They pulled the dresses I wanted and put me in the smallest dressing room in the store with make shift chairs (folding, mismatched, etc.) set up right around it. It was not a bridal viewing area.I started trying on the dresses and the receptionist was now my bridal consultant. She was helping me in and out of the large ballgowns I was trying on and then she flat out OPENED THE CURTAIN WHILE I WAS NAKED TO MY ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY AND THE STORE! I cannot express how frustrated and annoyed I was at the situation.While I was in dress #2 they told me I would now be moving to another room - they had clearly gotten a bride to leave. I was then transitioned to another bridal consultant who didnt ask me a single question about what I was looking for. She started picking out dresses that were not at all what I wanted and forcing me to try them on despite me saying that I did not want that style.Needless to say, I made it through 4 dresses before becoming so frustrated and disappointed with the situation that I left.I would never recommend Baleys Bridal to anyone and will be actively spreading the word that this store is a joke and not worth wasting your time.

Stopped by to take a look at Prom dresses. No one greeted my daughter & I when we walked in, offered assistance or said good-bye when we left. Wasnt impressed with the organization of the gowns. It was difficult having to dig for the tag to determine sizing. I really thought this was more of a wedding/bridesmaid caliber store over a prom store.

2022-05-19I went in to the shop thinking I would just try on dresses and just shop around but of course I found my dress. My stylist was Debbie and I could not be happier. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was nervous thinking about wedding dress shopping but as soon as I started trying on dresses it felt great. I did not feel pressured and she paid full attention to me (even though I had the place to myself anyways). She is such a great person and I’m glad this is where I went first. Now I cannot wait for my wedding. Would definitely recommend this bridal shop.

2022-04-20I had the most wonderful experience finding the perfect wedding gown here!!! Kaleah was by far the best consultant and attended any bride could want!!!! On top of the regular wedding nerve as a non-binary trans person I was terrified. I almost left moments after entering the store but Kaleah greeted me and my party with such warm and welcoming energy I felt instantly safe. She took all the time to listen to what is was going for in a gown and understand my personality and style. The first gown I tried on ended up being the winner but she stilled helped me go through about 8 other dresses just to be sure the first one was absolutely my favorite. Both myself and my bridesmaids had an incredible time and left extremely happy. I can not recommend this bridal salon or Kaleah enough!!! Baleys Bridal made me feel save and loved.

2022-02-27Wow What can I say about Baley’s Bridal! They were amazing!!!! From the minute we walked in we were greeted and felt so welcomed! Stephanie was my stylist and she was so patient, understanding, and truly an angel. I’m so glad it was her that helped me find my dream dress. When I came back to make my final decision Hailey helped me out until Stephanie could get to us. Hailey was super sweet and helpful!!! I am so so thankful and forever grateful for them!

2022-06-01Where do I begin?! From the moment I walked in they were so accommodating and very helpful. Unlike other bridal stores I went to, Im glad they gave me my space and their focus was on me. Hailey helped during my entire process, she is AMAZING! Ive never been into the whole wedding idea and hardly ever had that image of what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. I went in with the idea of wanting sleeves, back covered, slightly loose fitting because of insecurities, but nothing I tried made me fall in love. Then Hailey suggested I try on a dress, I thought it wasnt for me because it didnt cover what I needed to cover, yet, it ended up being the perfect dress. She said if I wasnt comfortable I didnt need to step out and get out of it, but it felt perfect. She made my experience amazing and truly knows how to help her brides out. The other staff have always been so friendly and nice every time I showed up and always so helpful. They have a great veil selection and their alterations process was so smooth. 2022-03-20I am so happy I decided on scheduling my first ever wedding dress appointment at Baley’s Bridal! Debbie was my stylist for the day! she made me feel comfortable and at ease because I had no idea what kind of style dress I wanted. After trying on a few of dresses I thought I loved, she pulled out a different option for me to try on. This dress ended up being THE dress. I’m so grateful for the experience, 10/10 recommend booking an appointment at Baley’s!

2022-02-22I said yes!! Kaleah was the perfect stylist! She was patient and definitely listened to me and my wants versus at other boutiques. I’m extremely picky and Kaleah helped me find the PERFECT dress. This boutique has plenty of options to choose from and I am glad that I found my perfect gown.

2022-07-30Baleys Bridal gave me the best dress shopping experience I couldve asked for. I got to pick out a bunch of dresses to try on, and my family/MOH got to pick some out some for me as well. The staff was so so sweet and helpful. Whenever I put my dress on, everyone crowded to tell me how gorgeous it was and how great I looked. Debbie was amazing and I felt like she really listed to everything I wanted. She was actually the one who picked out my dress for me to try on. If youre wedding dress shopping, I would 150% recommend coming here!

2022-02-19Had an amazing experience. Went to Davids Bridal and didnt like any of the dresses. Called Baileys Bridal and were able to squeeze me in same day. I was assigned to Maureen and she was amazing!! She was very attentive and supportive when selecting out dresses. Will recommend!

2022-02-27I just bought my dress and will say the process was stress free and I truly felt cared for. My stylist Brittany was the sweetest and helped me get in and out the many dresses flawlessly. Not only was she amazing but everyone at Baley’s was super nice as soon as I walked in!

2022-05-29My time at baileys bridal was amazing. I was looking for a low pressure and fun experience and it was exactly that! Maureen was wonderful and was able to help me pick out the exact dress I had been looking for! A bonus was that it was “off the rack” dress that was in perfect condition and so well taken care of! Cannot recommend this place enough!
