Very clean and bigger than other B&N I have been to. Its also conveniently placed near everything else in Beaumont. Walmart is right behind it, along with several other fast food joints. Its also very close to multiple stores if youre looking to do some shopping.
Staff was very helpful. The lady that helped us found what we needed quickly. She was very nice and patient.

We always find more than expected at Barnes and Noble. I know other online stores are cheaper, but there is something about being able to put your hands on the book and know it is not getting bent and damaged in careless shipping.
It was actually enjoyable the person helping me help exactly where the book was that I wanted in the movie
Normally when I think of Barnes & Noble, I usually think of books. But this particular day we decided to go to look for some childrens toys that are often hard to find. We were able to find a fairly good selection, not 50 or 100 of each one on the shelf, but a good range, and I noticed that it covered a wide range of ages of children. I was thankful that we were able to find some toys that we wanted to get and we will probably return some time to do it again!
They are your typical book store. With crazy misses. Book 2 and maybe 3 of a series, but well order book 1. Its a mess that way. But still you get your book buy on with the amazing smell accompanied.
Im such a book nerd so this place more than tickled my fancy. I could stay in there for hours.

Went to pick up books for my job. Was told to ask for Kevin once I got there. I met Kevin inside the front of the store and he wasnt very helpful. I was told by Kevin to speak with Ally, as he apparently had more important issues up front. Ally on the other was super awesome, we spoke and she walked me to the front of the store where both Kevin and my box were. I hope my job never uses them again, solely because of Kevin.

Introduced my daughter to reading on the floor in a bookstore because a book just grabs you. Because thats how you know if its right for you! We love going back old school before technology advanced so much!
The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, easy to loose track of time. I love coming here to look for new books and to forget my worries. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the chocolate chip cookies are DELICIOUS. Love this place so much!❤
Im not a fan of chain bookstores; however, this Barnes and Noble is one I frequent. They always have an amazing selection, and the store is well laid out with good signage. Employees are always helpful and good with remembering regular customers.
You cam get the books cheaper on Amazon. Every book I wanted I priced on Amazon and purchased there but I still love going to the book store. The inside starbucks is good though. The oreo stack is a must try 😋
Always nice but WAY TOO PRICEY. I shop book stores for books/gifts, not high price coffees and pastries. Wonder if they realize why most people buy and read online. I bought a book (new) online for under $10 that they sell for $25. Reading and owning books should be encouraged not discouraged by high prices.
Love this bookstore! The $25 yearly membership is worth every penny. I renewed yesterday, was given a $2 coupon off of my coffee at their Starbucks, then after finishing my studying, found multiple 50% off items to buy, which rang up at 60% off with my membership. I saved at least $40 with the 50% off items and another $6 or so on those items and others with my discount. The membership pays for itself quick. Love it!
Maybe Im biased because i love Barnes and Noble but the atmosphere is on point and very clean, the staff is friendly as well as helpful, and they have an incredible selection.

Theres something so comforting and homey about this place. There are always familiar faces that have worked there for a long time and are very helpful without being pushy. The selection is always excellent. Prices are more expensive, but between sale prices and my Educator Discount card, Im always able to find wonderful steals for both myself and my classroom. It is a book lovers paradise! I even managed to find a book for my sons end of the year kindergarten graduation!
When I couldnt find what I was looking for, Mary Terry was able to locate the book right away!On another visit I was looking for a book by a local author. Lindsey Romero looked it up in the system and located the book in a couple minutes!The customer service at this location is excellent!

Really nice store. Its quite large with an excellent selection of stock. Several places you can sit and browse a book youre interested in as well as a coffee bar. You can find some pretty nice books on markdown too. A pleasant place to shop.
Abit pricey but great selections and great parking
I always love going to Barnes & Noble. They always have a good variety of book, games, movies, and other things. The employees there are helpful and willing to help. Sometime I have a hard time describing things, but the lady that helped me took the time to look for what I was asking about with a limited description. It also helps that theres a Starbucks there too. I would honestly stay there all day if I could.
This Barnes & Noble is always clean and comfortable. I always feel that I can talk to the staff and ask questions. It would be nice if they kept more in stock but that isnt their fault at all. I can always depend on Barnes and Noble when I want to spoil myself with new books! Plus they are open late, which I appreciate so much!
I enjoy the atmosphere and selection available here, though I mostly purchase Criterion Collection Blu-Rays and the occasional book, but the prices can be a little too steep compared to other places. Despite this I still enjoy coming here and talking to the checkout lady about movies and other things

The place is really nice I love going to Barnes and Nobel but the people who work at Barnes and noble are really rude. One time I called them to ask if they had an item in stock and the employee was really rude to me. The next day I went in to purchase the item the girls behind the cash register are really rude it makes me want to stop going to Barnes and Nobel. Barnes and Nobel FIX your employees attitude or you will lose lots of customers! I feel very uncomfortable going inside of that store now and I love Barnes and Nobel looks like I’ll have to find a new place!
The cafe staff has been great (christina) except lately one person (carson) who seems to get an attitude over the littles things, such as me asking for a drink holder since I was having to carry two drinks, a cookie and a pizza. I am a regular visitor and do not appreciate the attitude when I ask for little thing like that.
I love this place!! I mean the employees there will help you find a book in the store if you are having trouble and if they dont have it in store you dont have to go try another place because they will order it for you. Plus they have a cafe with coffee I mean who doesnt like reading while having a cup of caffeine. They are always so nice each time I visit this is the first place I go when looking for that new adventure.

Wow! This place hasnt changed a bit over the last 20 years. Its still boring and pretentious and impossible to find help. I was excited to find adult coloring books. They had a nice selection of various varieties. I bought two books. Ill be back to shop here again, I just wish for a change up.

This is a good sized Barnes and Noble with a great selection of magazines, books, and manga. They have a fair selection of music as well including vinyl selections. Tyler helped me and was incredible, she helped me find an R.A. Salvatore book and was very happy to do so.

Starbucks had one table available. Their electrical outlets were taped so you cant plug in anything... At least they had bathrooms though. No starbuck has public bathrooms anymore. I dont get it. Why is it that Ihop Dennys and other cafes you can do these things but not at Starbucks.
Ok. Nice people, wernt able to help to much. I found the book I was looking for, even though they said they didnt have it. Their search was limited to the computer. No effort was made to come from behind the counter. Kids. Pricing other books, they ran slightly higher. That would be expected for this location...maybe. We decided to give the coffee shop a try, neat set-up! We ordered our pastry and coffee and paid. Was told to have a seat and they would bring the coffee out. After eating half our treats, I finally went back to the counter to check..... It hadnt been made yet! She forgot. They wernt busy, just not paying attention. We should all enjoy our job, but please, cut up and giggle after you see your job is performed! Not really impressed. And sadly, I probably wont be back.

I went in there today and was not liking my experience. Had women fixing my drink start involving my age in conversation I just wanted my drink fixed and told her to shut it and fix my drink. Then we she saw she wasnt annoying me enough she decided calling me honey baby like I was that way which Im not and told her I didnt appreciate it. Im sorry had to tell on her she kind of deserved it.
Ordered my book from Amazon while in your store because I could not get assistance. Stood at the counter and waited while the clerk typed and typed and typed. She never acknowledged me, told me to wait, nothing. I prefer to support my local merchants, but cant hand you money if you wont take it. 10am Sunday morning, wf.

Good assortment, though they didnt have the specific Neil Gaiman book I wanted. However, they put it on order for me, and hopefully will call when it arrives. Also, discovered by chance at the register that the kid toys (or some of them) were actually on sale... didnt have time to go back and browse more, but had they actually had sale signs up- I would probably have purchased more than I did.
Would be better rating if the checkout experience would of been better and smoother. six people in line waiting to be checked out with only one clerk dealing with a customer who apparently had to facetime someone for their card information so they could check out. absolutely RIDICULOUS. four customers in line waiting decided to just leave because the wait was getting out of hand & then another employee did come over and check us out but didnt give us our receipt, instead just walked away so we grabbed our own receipt & left. very UNHAPPY and UNSATISFIED.

Its always fun to stop into B&N when I find myself on that end of Beaumont. The staff is friendly and I can guarantee Ill find 2-3 (or 200-300) things I cant leave the store without. Long live ink and paper books!
Nice store, mediocre internet (1.5 mb/sec down). Store manager is prejudiced. Kicks me out for fun and banned me. My friend came in and got kicked out and was told they dont want his kind in there. The other staff are great, but watch out for the store manager.
Fabulous as usual . I could spend hours just browsing and reading . Everyone is always so helpful . I complaint...stop moving the books around . That is frustrating to us the consumers as well as the employees. 1 star deduction for re arranging the books .
Well...for some reason some brilliant person decided that the chocolate mouse and red velvet cheese cake was broken and needed to be fixed. BAD MISTAKE. Cant stand the new versions. Mouse has a watery crust. Yuk. Red V cheesecake is more like a thick vanilla pudding...doesnt even taste like cheesecake....the cake is dry and has little flavor. It is the right color though. Precious little compromise. Take my advice, idiot. Go back to the previous recipes. I wont be back.

Large selection of books in Beaumont spanning several genres. Mediocre music and movie collection. Also a great place to pick up stationery and childrens books.
Up until now I have always had a pleasant experience. I have been a frequent customer of this location but the barista, Shannon, always gets my order incorrect and when I politely explain that she gave me a tall instead of a venti she gives me a hard time. She needs some lessons in customer service! So, needless to say, I now avoid coming to this location!
Customer service was great. I was greeted when I came in and I looked around for just a little while and someone came up and asked me if I needed help finding anything. At the check out the cashier was friendly.

Barnes and Noble had what I was looking for and on sale!! They also had some True Genius puzzles that are super cool and my son will be excited tomorrow when he sees them.
Its a bookstore. I was able to find what I needed and if I couldnt then they most likely could get me what I wanted. The staff is sometimes limited the times I have gone in which are few, but they are very willing to help with anything Im looking for or get me someone who can help.

I usually visit B&N for their board game selection. The last couple of years their board game selection has been on point! The prices are a little higher than I would expect but still competitive.

I usually just get the ebooks online. But sometimes you just need to get your hands on a real book to read. A lot of times I will get technical type books where I can add more information beside the paragraphs. Also they have a lot of music and dvds that I cant find other places. Music like Celtic Women for instance.

2022-06-23We frequent the B&N in Beaumont and its our favorite. Its never crowded and super quiet. Every worker is helpful and knowledgeable. The kids zone is kept nice. Bathrooms also super clean. They were even good sports and let my daughter take prom photos.

Hobby sets galore for your curious kiddos.For adults, lots of great options. Good layout and the great bookstore/coffee smell is great to wind down to if you’ve had a busy day. Wander among the aisles and get lost in a new section you’ve never considered before. Seek out old favorites. Ask a B&N rep for a recommendation.Ultimately, if you leave here disappointed, it’s your own fault. Love this place.

2022-06-05I usually have a good time in here but today one of the workers questioned me because of a book I was trying to order and in all honesty it was weird that she looked at me like that and proceeded to eye my mom because it was “It ends with us“ but it was like she was grossed out so I didn’t end up ordering it and she was putting me and my mom on the spot

2018-07-16My one stop spot for all the Bluebonnet List books I need for my children every year. They are in Gifted and Talented in school and must read 5 of these books to attend the brunch. I buy 6 and let them rotate. Works perfectly!
