Buying a car battery is so easy. I have purchased 3 or 4 auto batteries from you. Ive ordered on-line, driven to the store and each time my battery was installed within 30 minutes. Your associates are well trained and can answer my questions on all kinds of batteries and bulbs. The LED bulb selection is the best in the area.
I was really happy that I found this place! I needed a new battery for my 2006 Porsche 911 S and ended up finding that batteries plus bulbs had the best price in town! The employee Mark was so helpful and he installed my battery for me while I waited! I highly recommend them for all of your battery and Lighting needs!
I will start off by saying that overall the store experience was excellent. They were extremely efficient and fast at getting my car battery that I ordered online. Im extremely disappointed that the batteries plus website guided me to purchase the incorrect battery for my car. I spent 20 minutes driving each way to pickup and return the incorrect battery. I called Batteries Plus customer service to let them know their site has an error and that it really inconvenienced me. They apologized. I was still out 40 minutes for the wasted drive time. This is my first experience with BP and it has created concern on whether I can trust their recommendations.
When I arrived at Batteries Plus Bulbs I realized I forgot a mask so I called the store. Ron provided excellent customer service at the sidewalk safely distanced. I would say Ron went above and beyond and more people like him need recognition! Thanks Ron and Batteries Plus Bulbs!!
I went in and dealt with Mark (not 100% sure on name, it was his 2nd day) and he was 100% professional, communicative and a just a great guy. I had to replace a battery on my Jaguar and he was so helpful pulling it out, installing it. Good stock of inventory. Very good customer service. Clerk seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide recommendations that fit with our plans to add more juice to boat to accommodate added electronics on boat.
I love Batteries Plus. It offers so many diverse services -- from watch battery replacement (so much less expensive than the mall)to lamp repairs (who knew) and so much more. The people are very friendly and helpful and service is fast!! Im glad they are in the neighborhood.
I had a broken iPhone screen and brought it here for repair. I worked with Jake, who was very helpful and professional. He asked questions and checked the phone to diagnose the problem, gave me an ETA for repairs and called me when they were completed (which was earlier than expected!). Will definitely come back!
They ruined my key!! I had to buy a $500 key fob from Land Rover. It came uncut since the dealer didnt have a laser cutter. Batteries Plus copied it for me and it didnt work. They claim that their laser cutter wasnt calibrated. Now Im stuck with a $500 useless car-unlocker hanging from my keychain. They didnt offer any sort of compensation or apology. Do not do business here!
I dont know why, but I had the impression that Batteries Plus was overpriced. I have now purchased to deep cycle marine batteries and both times got a very good deal. good knowledgeable service and they knew exactly what I needed.
IM SO ANGRY. I have an iPhone 6s and needed a new battery. They replaced my battery and all was good... except they broke both of my cameras. I went back and they had to replace my cameras. It’s a worse camera than before. I took time out of my day and paid for this. So disappointed. Never going back. THEY BROKE MY PHONE. they guy who broke it was Arron.
I picked up my on line order with a discount and got a warranty replacement with ease. The owners here hire capable and friendly people. I give them all the business I can. I will go more often when they put in a bar.
My online experience was very efficient and great! However, when I went to pick the order up from the store, I experienced a grumpy sales associate, who seemed bothered to have to wait on customers. I heard him being grumpy with the customer in front of me before he waited on me. When it was my turn, I told him I had an order for pickup. He asked for my name and I told him. He retrieved a bag and began ringing something up on the register. I told him that I had already paid online, and he responded in a patronizing and cross way that he had to enter it in the machine. He could have politely told me what he was doing, but he seemed to be annoyed that I said anything. I will go elsewhere next time.
My car battery died. These guys were great. They even put the battery in for me. To be honest, though, I didnt even know they did car batteries until a friend mentioned it. Im glad she did. The dealership is much more expensive.
I cracked the screen on my Samsung S7 and after Best Buy said they couldnt touch it because it had been exposed to water (yes it is advertised as waterproof) BPB repaired it in 1hr. It works great again. Thanks Chris for doing such an amazing job.
These guys are always great with customers. I had no problem returning an online order, and the clerks were all extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store over big box stores. Customer service is still important here.
Worthless- tried to get an iPhone screen protector replaced that they had installed. not available in shop, no let me have your number when we get it in stock etc. Another place may have it.... Seemed like it was too much effort to work on a Sunday. Will NEVER go back

They charge $10 to replace one battery in a FOB. 2 batteries cost $2.50 to purchase. Total RIPOFF - I will NEVER patronize your store in the future.

My car was acting weird and I suspected my battery. The guy from Batteries Plus very kindly tested the level of my battery so I could make wise decisions about what to do. Very helpful.
Expensive, very low quality screen replacement. The screen wasnt even installed all the way, so you could see the edges of the screen sticking out the front of the phone. Screen cracked again after a few days. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Very easy to order online and pickup in store. Once I placed my order I received an email in 15 minutes it was ready to pickup. Now that is fast!

2022-07-20Car key fobs, watches, and garage door openers -they quickly fixed them all in a short window. I used to get my watch battery replaced at a jeweler for three times the cost. They also have a program for a few extra bucks where they will replace your battery for life - that was a no brainer. Great service both times I’ve been. Marc and Alexander were super friendly, speedy, and explained things in an easy to understand way. Much appreciated!

2022-05-09Batteries + replaced my car battery on January 22, 2022. It cost $178 and came with a full warranty until 1/22/2024). The last few days Ive had to jump the car several times to get it to start. I took it to my mechanic, and they said the battery was dead, and he replaced it. I took the Batteries + battery back to their location on Bee Caves Rd. They tested it and said the battery was no good, but that it hadnt been maintained properly. What the heck? The battery is 3 months old, Ive been driving it regularly. Essentially, the full warranty was totally bogus. Total waste of time and money. At least for car batteries, get a real battery from a reliable place that will honor their warranty.PS. Please see the owners reply. They state the limited warranty doesnt cover my battery issue. I wonder why on the receipt it says full warranty until 2024? The new battery put in by an auto repair shop is working fine. Im driving the car the same. There is no charging problem in my car. Bottom line- I paid Batteries Plus $175 in January for a car battery that lasted less than 4 months. Go elsewhere!

2022-06-27One of the batteries in our boat died and wouldnt take a charge. Bailey assessed the battery and got me a full warranty replacement with NO issue ! Got us back on the water in no time :)

2022-08-05Its so convenient to have this store nearby. It has a wide selection of batteries for every purpose. The staff is super knowledgeable and eager to help. They will even install your new car battery. They also repair mobile phones and replace the battery in your cars key fob.

2021-09-27Asked to have my watch batter replaced. They said sure. Took it to the back for a few minutes but then brought it back saying it’s “one of the few types of watches where they can’t open it up and replace the battery.” They also didn’t bother to tell me that the scratched up the backside when trying to open it.

2022-01-04This store, and Bailey specifically, turned what could have been a bad experience into a great experience. We took a watch in for a new battery and they said they couldn’t get the tiny tiny screws out and In the end the screws got stripped in the process (which I found out later when I took to jewelry store). I called and Bailey spoke to me and without hesitation said to bring it in and they would make it right. She kept me updated along the way as the process to fix it wasn’t straight forward and replacement was the solution. Bottom line, the integrity and customer service shown was amazing and I am confident to keep going back here for service. As fyi, they earlier had helped us replace a 2010 car key fob which also wasn’t straight forward as we didn’t have a working fob to start with. Again they worked thru a detailed process and got us back on the road with a good fob at much lower cost than the dealer would have. Thank you!

2021-09-11They had just repaired my iPhone screen a few days ago, and then it broke again, but in a very weird way. I had accidentally dropped it from very low (like 8 inches), and it did not break from this. It left a very small mark in the corner of the protective cover film.But then suddenly after 3 hours it immediately scatters all over the entire surface (like a truck ran over it), but underneath the protective film which was still nice and smooth. The manager had never seen anything like this, so she was so kind to replace the screen again. Thank you for this awesome service.

2021-08-28Mark, Bailey, and other employees at this store are terrific. So helpful in fixing items, finding low-cost car batteries, testing the charge on my car key fobs, charging my old car battery (overnight! For free!), etc. This store may have the best staff and customer service of any spot in the West Lake Hills area!

2021-11-03Everyone was so friendly and they saved me hundreds instead of going to the dealership to get a key and get rid of My Key. Bailey was fantastic and id happily go back and tell others to check them out. Worth every penny!
