Ali was personable, explained everything prior to inspection/treatment, and arrived the very next day for an emergency treatment. Private doctors office and suddenly insect problem. No harsh chemicals, no sticky residue, 2 week follow-up..... TOP NOTCH! AND no more bugs!

I called Be Bug Free this morning at 9am. At first spoke word the conversation was pleasant and helpful. They sent a technician out an hour later. I was shocked. Ali was amazing. He listen to me as billions of questions. Answered with honesty. He helped me today and I am very grateful for that.

Ali and his team are AMAZING - they are so incredibly professional- always on time, super knowledgeable, and actual consultants about what you need. I use them for clinical spaces and they’ve been so helpful in telling me what we need and when and also what we don’t need - there’s no feeling of upselling or fear of getting taken for a ride - Ali is an expert in what he does and has real pride in it. I recommend them 100% - always an immediate response to calls or texts, quick invoicing, always on time - I wish all vendors would be like this.

Ali is a true professional. He came out the very next day after I called him for pest( ants) issues we were having. He did a thorough inspection and wave a reasonable price quite and did the pest treatment the same day.we haven’t seen ants in the house since the treatment was done. We had a pretty severe fire ant issue at our house. As first time homeowners, my husband naturally thought he could fix it with ant traps and a vacuum. He eventually caved, and we went with Be Bug Free. This was about a month ago, and the ants were gone immediately. Now I sometimes find dead bugs around the floorboards of low-traffic areas, so clearly the treatment is still working. The owner is so polite (forgive me, I do not remember his name right now) and cordial, I was very pleased with our service. I think my husband signed us up for regular services. They are efficient, polite, and affordable. Thank you for making sure I wouldnt get eaten by fire ants while using my own bathroom!
We had squirrel problems off and on for 2 years. We heard gnawing and scratching inside one of our walls and running in the attic. The noises stopped during the summer but started up again when it started to get cold. I reached out to a couple of companies. The first company didn’t show up as scheduled, the second company showed up but did not do a thorough inspection of my house. The representative of the second company covered up one entrance but did not cover a second entrance I was concerned about.After not listening to my concerns and seeing that the squirrel situation got worse (more gnawing and roof damage) it was time to call a different company. I did more research and reached out to Be Bug Free. I first talked to Zach, he took the time to listen to my previous experience and concerns. Ali sealed any possible entrances and installed a one way cage. We had a stubborn squirrel that did not want to exit. A trap was also set in the attic but the squirrel managed to not get caught. Ali was persistent, respectful and punctual, very happy to say we no longer have a squirrel problem. The customer service was great from the beginning, I highly recommend Be Bug Free.
I trust this company. I feel like I made a good choice in selecting this company. I would recommendation this company to anyone. The tech takes the time to discuss things instead of just completing a job, getting paid and leaving.Makes me feel I am a person instead of just a job.

Ali is an absolute professional and Be Bug Free LLC was worth every single penny we paid them! If you set an appointment with him you can be absolutely certain he will either be early or on time and get the job done right.We had a pest problem that was getting out of control at our apartment and after his very first service call we noticed a dramatic reduction in sightings of the pests (roaches). Now after his second follow up appointment we cannot see any signs of them!. He listened to and understood our concerns against harsh pesticides and like us, he prefers less toxic and more natural products that got the job done very well. Ali is the post pleasant and through pest control service we have ever had. Always takes his shoes off upon entering our home, doesn’t use the the usual spray method that gets all over everything. We have been “bug free” inside and out, (over and acre of land with out buildings) ever since we hired Ali to do our pest control. Highly recommend 👍
The very first service Ali was extremely thorough. He checked every corner of my house, inside and outside, and even the attic. When we saw we had rats in our storage shed in the back yard he came the next day to take care of it. Very reliable and highly recommend!

When I moved into my house in June 2020 we had spiders and a few other bugs running around. The house had been vacant for two months so you can imagine the kind of party the bugs were having. After Be Bug Free Services came out the bugs and spiders have left the house, the guys are very professional and courteous.

Punctuation was a nice surprise for both the initial meeting and for the inspection. I heard noises in the attic in the night time. I called Be Bug Free in the mourning and they came out to do a free inspection that afternoon. I agreed to a solution and the technician came the next day to start the job. The technician arrived at all appointments early and did a very professional job.
I originally called them for a pest control issue. Ali responded immediately and was here immediately after that. Because of his positive, helpful, and kind attitude I decided to hire them to spray regularly for bugs here and I also tried the all natural mosquito treatment. After having the mosquito treatment done once I decided to have it done every two weeks. It is amazing and very effective. I couldnt live without it now! This is the best pest control I have ever found.My tale of woe begins with a doggie playtime going horribly wrong and Frisky the wonder mutt getting fleas. It was bad folks and the dog developed an allergic reaction making it worse. I struggled with this for 5 weeks then decided it was time to bring out the bug guns - Be Bug Free Services.They quoted me the best price for the work done, was extremely through, worked around my work schedule, and provided a follow up treatment to make sure the fleas were gone baby gone. Most bug spraying causes me migraines but these folks listened and modified the process so I would be ok.I am not going anywhere else....
Professional, friendly, reliable, and punctual! I cant praise and recommend BBF pest control service enough. We had a big mosquito problem in our backyard and two kids that love the outdoors. BBF treated our yard for mosquitos and we didnt have to worry anymore about spraying our kids. BBF also took care of a small roach infestation in our garage. They were able to schedule us in right away and we can always count on them to be on time. Everything is explained in terms that everyone can understand and they use only natural products. Ive been meaning to write this review since the day I received my first service from BBF. Right from the start, I was told in detail what my service included. I didnt have to ask or assume. Very friendly - super professional - extremely knowledgeable. Towards the end of spring and into the start of summer, I wanted peace of mind that I wouldnt have to deal with any creepy crawlers around my house and blood sucking mosquitoes—now my kids can jump on the trampoline without a swarm of mosquitoes hovering.We still apply a light coat of the Eco Smart insect repellent, but before BBF the kids would come in with a few bites (with the Eco Smart on them) and now with BBF controlling the problem, the kids come in with no bites and we don’t have to reapply the repellent. Why wouldnt you want to pay a few bucks a month not to have your kids bitten by those blood hungry flying mini monsters?The morning of my first spray, we coordinated and I told him how I hadn’t had my coffee yet (ran out of those Keurig pods) …and he immediately replied, “I’ll stop at Summer Moon and bring you a coffee, what would you like?” Pleasantly surprised I didn’t skip a beat and followed with, latte with an extra shot & a raw sugar, thanks! Once he arrived, I offered to pay him and he said the first one’s on me. We had a good laugh. Obviously, this was a onetime courtesy of awesomeness. He also caught me off guard by bringing in my trash cans in from the morning pick up. Then he cleaned off all the webs from under the roof area in the corners above my door and pointed out possible entry ways rodents may access the house (he suggested to seal them up for a reasonable up charge and I said probably in the next couple services as I’m on a tight budget).I had him spray the backyard plus the outside and inside of my garage, and along the baseboards of my kitchen and two bathrooms with green products. I don’t want toxic chemicals entering my veggie garden much less in my home.Overall, I’ve been using BBF for 3 months, I appreciate the thoughtfulness of grabbing me a cup of Joe and kindness, along with the remarkable pest control service. When he was leaving my house, I told him I’ll definitely let the owner of BBF know how impressed I was of the exceptional customer service & the straightforwardness of what to expect. He looked back and smiled as he left and said, “I wear several hats and this is my company, see you next week.”

2022-08-17We have been using Be Bug Free for about a year with great success. We had them do an inside and outside inspection and spray just before leaving for 2 months and returned to ZERO pests! No cockroaches, bugs, or even little sugar ants. Not even dead ones in the corner, so its obvious they never even made it in the door. In Texas! In Summer!Very Very Very impressed.

2022-02-15Alli was very responsive and great to work with. I had a raccoon issue in my attic that was affecting my internet service. I had an appointment for an inspection within 24 hours. Alli provided some extra service, making sure the trap I had was set properly. Really great guy. Would use him again.

2022-02-05Ollie who owns Be Bug Free is one of the most compassionate and efficient people I’ve ever met in this business. He is personable professional and very aware of the quickest and kindest way to rid homes of rodents. I was so afraid of sticky traps and poison which dehydrates the critters. None of that. My problem was massive with colonies of rats and although he had to kill, it was the most humane way to do it. He helped clean and put light into a pretty dark problem. Best yet and I’ve been through many ! Thank you Ollie.

2022-08-13We had 2 people come out to the house. Ali for the original inspection and then Travis for the actual process. Both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. Dogs, cats, not a problem, they use a eco friendly process that was very affordable. Very happy with the service and information provided.

2021-11-02We’ve been Be Bug Free customers for a few months now and are still so happy with the service. The customer service is excellent from start to finish - from the people answering the phone, to the tech, to the owner. I’ve always been happy with the service I get from Be Bug Free.They’re also just good at what they do. We used another local company for a couple years and the other company would dismiss our concerns or say “well yeah, it’s summer in texas. There’s a lot of bugs 🤷♂️“.Every time I bring up a specific concern to our technician Erik, he looks into it, treats or fixes an area of concern, and then explains to me what he did and why. He is so thorough. Our previous company would be in and out in 15-20 minutes. I think Erik was here for nearly an hour at our last routine service just checking and documenting every area thoroughly. He noticed ants on our property before we did and got ahead of it becoming a bigger problem.We recently had Be Bug Free back to check out some activity we’ve heard in our attic and again - where previous companies told us “we just can’t get to that back corner of the attic - call a roofer 🤷♂️”, Ali did whatever magic he needed to do to get back there and was able to find the access point that other companies had just shrugged at.It feels so good having such committed professionals on your side when it comes to taking care of your home ❤️
