We stayed here while working in the Port Arthur area. Park is very nice and the management is great! Lots to do in the area and it’s close to shopping and restaurants. Kinda off the beaten path, but well worth the stay!! I would recommend to anyone who works in the area to give it a try.
We stayed here for 3 months for my husbands job. Management is extremely helpful and professional! Loved them! ❤️ The park was always clean. Even though the gate wasnt working for a couple weeks, there was no problem with any one coming in and causing problems. We loved staying here! And will choose to come back if we come back to visit! Also, I LOVED the fact that dogs were required to be on leashes! Not so at other places in the area!
If you want a great place by the water with the friendliest staff this is the place for you. Its completely gated and is minutes away from the hustle of Beaumont. Its tucked away quietly you would think you were in the country. I loved staying here and when I get back in this area this is the only place I will stay.
This place is awesome! Nice and new. Huge RV pads and very clean! The bathhouses are nicely redone and spacious. The grounds are kept very clean. Easy freeway access and the water views are beautiful. Crystale and Paul in the office are kind, and very helpful. Loved staying here! Will be back :)
Great place excellent ramps and Paul always courteous and very attentive. Facility is clean and secure, I used to launch at public ramp on Pine Street and damaged my prop at the ramp. I also noticed broken glass from cars getting broken into. Once I saw that I came to the Beaumont Yacht Club were you never have to worry with these issues.
The management at this facility is top-notch! Enjoyed sitting by the river watching the boats and all the wildlife! We had no problem pulling our 39 foot Discovery with dolly into our space. New facility easy hook-ups would highly recommend! Definitely would like to revisit!
Beautiful park! Sherry, the CSR, was VERY patient and helped us tremendously!!! Easy after hour check in by text message! Gates work, and pretty well lit. They are super booked, probably due to storm, etc. The only issue was the dryer, i had 2 towels, a pant and socks, the machine could not dry it. But it was easy to find a laundromat and quickly dry what i had washed. The property is really nice! Oh, also the sites are pretty spacious to park any RV! And fit 2 cars!
The facility had the worse service we have experienced in 12 years of full time RVing. No one was on site to help us find our way and then the next morning the gate wouldnt open. Another resident had to come over and open the gate after we and another tenant waited a half hour trying to find some one to deal with the problem. The owner obviously transfers their laziness / management problems onto the customers.
Though it has concrete drives and site pads there are no amnesties such as community room, activities or swimming pool security gate has been out of service twice in 2019 monthly payment dates are never on the same day of the month difficult to keep up with the 28 day rotation and frequent fee changes now they have added a $10.00 monthly fee for processing automatic debit/credit payments unless their app is used which is useless if you don’t have a set date for payment
I stayed here a month, and it was very quiet, well maintained and orderly. The beautiful boats in the marina are an added plus to look at, and theres a nice park-like area to take a stroll and enjoy the sunset. Great water pressure, too, for the welcomed shower in this horrible heat! Being a new RVer, both Crystale and Paul couldnt have been more helpful to me. I enjoyed my stay here.
My wife and and I were out on our boat and my fuel gauge dropped very quickly and it became clear we did not have enough fuel to get back to Port Neches. We pulled into the Yacht Club to see if they had fuel. While they do not sell it, I found a very nice lady who was staying in the RV park that was willing to help me out. She helped me find the manager who loaned me a gas can and drove me to a gas station to get enough to get back where we were heading. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to help us and I could not be more grateful.
Its been 23 years ago 4th off July weekend. Back then I was 15 yo and there were alot s hell of alot of distractions;) But no worries I still remember like it was yesterday. I know even at 15yo I was impressed by the Marina everything from roads, where people parked and just a short walk to the docks. Everything was as one would expect from a Marina nice clean, and orderly. And even today as i drive by there everyday I look as I pass by. Its better today then it ever. So much has been done.... Improvements, RV PARK super clean super nice all concrete marina roads concrete pad for parking RV, truck or car. Nice multi lane boat ramp, and coverd docks. And also big boat and rv storage units. The Neches river is great and has beautiful scenery of Beaumont. I dont know any prices( my apologies ) but definitely worth going and checking it out for your self
We had a great experience at this park! We dealt with Crystal, and she was great. Very sweet and outgoing person! Definitely an asset to this company. Also, the spots are very, very nice. All concrete, no cracks or unlevelness. Park is very well kept. Laundry area is wonderful. No complaints and WiFi is amazing!
Very nice workers and great area on the river. Crystal and Paul are top notch and go above and beyond to make you happy. I store my boat there and use to facilities and have never had a moment that I was not totally happy. You can tell alot about a place from how clean the bathrooms are daily. I have never seen a bathroom there that was not spotless 24/7.The ramps are wide and easy to use to launch your boat and the slips are very nice.
Many of the BYC members were just told to leave. I asked about my rv and being able to charge my electric car when I am there. The reply was not interested? This spot is close to the river but as poorly as it is managed it may have a poor future. After all they dont seem interested in even keeping customers.
Not a bad park, i stayed for about 6 weeks and would have stayed longer if the gate had not broken. As a woman traveling alone security risk and surroundings is always something I am aware of. The park is in a questionable area so when the entry gate broke and wasnt repaired after an acceptable period of time (2 plus weeks) i decided to change locations. Most of the spots are pretty tight, you can definitely hear the neighbors conversation if they are outside. I would stay again if the gate was working.
I was very impressed when I met Paul and Crystale today! Their knowledge of the Beaumont area, their friendliness, and their responsiveness to my many questions was, frankly, way more than I could have expected. The facility appears to be both well run and well maintained. This looks like a truly good find!
Took our boat out yesterday to run the river for the first time since becoming a member and our gate code worked but as we drove towards the launch they had installed another gate barrier and the same code did not work on this gate (they had never contacted us with this new information) , after waiting for somebody to drive out so we could drive in we finally we able to launch. After a couple hours on the river we brought my 88 year old mother to use the restroom and found out there was not a working restroom for her...needless to say we were aggravated with this place!!
Having just bought a 17’ tow behind casita trailer, we were searching for a place to take our maiden rest. With daylight running out, we turned to google maps on our route and found Beaumont RV park and Marina. With its 4.5 star rating we thought it would be a good place to rest. We called and Crystale quickly called us back. Having never driven in reverse with a trailer we hoped for a pull through spot, but alas they had none available. However Crystale hooked us up with a spacious spot with plenty of room for multiple attempts at backing up the trailer. Thanks to the trailer Gods of Texas we were able to back in on our 5th try.... in the dark no less!!!! We settled in and made our way to the facilities since we did not hook up to the water. The showers were beautiful and clean, the water pressure was good and temperature was hot. The bathrooms as well were impeccable. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. The property was clean and well maintained and Crystale went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. 50 gold stars for Crystale!! Should we find ourselves in Beaumont again, would stay here in a heartbeat.
****Debris in boat launch ramps*****Literally crushes our rear cross support when backing down into the water. We decided to give this Marina a shot for a run to Lake Charles. If you are a power boat guy, or have a trailer longer than 35ft, DON’T DO IT! Destroyed our NEW trailer. Not to mention, your angle to offload and reload is a disaster.
Okay for a night as we travel from FL to Reno. Your almost under I-10 but our air conditioner minimized the highway noise. When you step outside though it is loud. Cement pads with a tiny bit of grass on each side of the pad - okay for a night but longer. Check out Meager State Park near Mobile- now that is a place to spend several nights.

2021-04-06Great place to stop over in a boat or an RV.Clean facility. Free cable and wifi. Good water pressure. The freeway noise can be loud. So be prepared. It us on an Interstate. Security gate with code. Driving in can be very sketchy looking. But it is not a problem.

2021-04-19In town for work and drove the extra few miles for this place. Crystale the office manager was very knowledgeable and personable when we called. She let us know to call once arriving as its a gated community. Once in we got a tour. We immediately said yes to staying the week there. The best wifi we have ever got at an rv park. Clean shower house, laundry house aswell, only half the washers and dryers work but its coin free. There was cable also. You can hear the cars on the interstate would be the only negative and that was not enough for us to say no. If ever back in town, we would definitely stay again. Im adding pics, as you can see even in the morning fog still a nice place.

2019-09-06Had a great 3 weeks here at the Marina and RV park! The marina itself is nice, and the wildlife is cool too.Crystale is super nice and helpful! The Wifi here is KILLER. Best we have had at a park. I didnt get pictures of the inside of the bathrooms or the laundry, but the Laundry is free, and its nice in there. The neighborhood getting to the park is kind of sketchy to me, however the park is gated. We didnt feel uncomfortable in the park.

2021-11-02Great place for an overnight stay or a few days if you are visiting people in Beaumont. The park is clean. Its not a resort, so dont expect a pool. It is right off the highway, so it can be a little noisy, but in the RV you dont really hear it. All concrete sites. Cable Tv. Lots of grassy areas if you have a dog. Showers are very nice and clean. It has a Laundry facility, but I didnt use it.

2019-05-16Great place to stay! Nice, clean and quite at night. Friendly staff. All paved so no muddy mess when it rains. My husband loved the fishing. Easy access from I-10. We thought this would be an issue being so close but it was no problem. Highly recommend!!

2021-05-11I grew up on this marina. I have a lot of good memories of being out there when my family had a cabin cruiser. Flash forward twenty years and I’m a member with a trailered boat. A lot of things are like I remember, however our old slip is still empty. It’s a shame what time (and hurricanes) have done to this place, but I have high hopes for the new management to turn the place around. I see new gas pumps being installed on the waterfront and the other day I saw them working in the community center. The wash down rack is not working due to the last freeze but was told it’s on the list of improvements to be done. The pilings on the public dock are appreciated, but I would like to see more cleats installed in the future. It is a far trip to the jetties from Beaumont, but the added security of the gated access helps me to relax and know my truck windows will still be in place when I get back. The RV amenities look nice. I’ve never used them personally but the pads are clean and spaced out and the grounds are well maintained. The dry storage is still the same metal buildings. They aren’t flashy or attractive but they get the job done.I hope the improvements continue and hope to one day see all the slips filled again. As long as I keep seeing progress I’ll remain as a member.

2021-02-13Less than expected. Parking lot right next to the highway. Clean but very stark. Getting into this place was scary. Had to drive through an asphalt plant to exit. Heavy construction, bad neighborhood.
