I moved in 2 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. Each building has a laundry room too. I dont know of any other apartment complex that does this. Come check them out. Bernice the Landlord is the BEST! ( :
Please read me!!!!!!For me this is the worst place ever to rent for an apartment, molds repeated build up in both bathrooms of my apartment, bugs, cockroachs, ants and some other type of pest you dont even have a clue bitting you on their carpet. My family had skin infections and other respiratory illness due to the living conditions. Multiple times when you file for maintenance, they wont show up and mark it as resolved on their website, if they show up, its whenever they decide to temporary fix these issues.I had to live before two months earlier than the end of my lease term, with terrible unjustified surcharges though I fully complied to pay whatever recurrent utilities, water and rent bills due to this ongoing lease term.So much other residents flee from this place like its a plague. Out raging expensive monthly rent payments,- Dogs feaces all over the grass- laundry machines dont always work,-pools always close,-gym always close,-rude manager and leasing agents. It funny because I see them walking around picking trash off the environment but theres some ones I had mark that they never took care of until i had to do it myself.
Took over 2 weeks to fix the ac.their is dog waste everywhere.trash is bad.no dog bags in containers.i said something when I first moved in.still no bags.hose bibs leaking for months.their is an underground leak between the buildings across from tennis court.they need more help.they are understaffed.do not rent here.its on the same level as the projects.they still have not cleaned up the dog stations.the containers are full of waste.and no bags.this place is a dump.managementis terrible.
Here recently I hit a rough patch with many unexpected expenses coming out of nowhere and ended up having to pay my rent late the wonderful women up at the office however were extremely understanding and were so helpful through the entire ordeal. Two of the women did an outstanding job and were so patient with me it was amazing to be treated with respect and to have them understand that sometimes in life hard times happen. Amanda and Bernice were so helpful and did an amazing job helping me through this time they deserve to know just how great they are and how at home they made me feel even when I was having financial troubles. If you’re wanting to go somewhere where they understand that sometimes stuff can go wrong and still be there to help you through it and make you feel like you’re still welcome then come here.
Being a resident here between the previous owners (elm creek ranch) and now the new owners (bel air creekside) I have seen major improvements with the staff and over all experience renting here! We recently experienced an unexpected fire within the complex and the owners turned around and got us in a new apartment within the end of the week following the fire and I can’t say that would have happened before! Not to mention they stayed in contact with all updates immediately! We love the office ladies and maintenance workers as we can tell they work their butts of to keep this a nice establishment! I highly recommend renting here they also allow little to big dogs which is isn’t very common in Abilene for the price range they offer! It is a Very affordable, safe and comfortable place to live for all sizes of families!
New management is amazing and easy to work with. I also have lived at properties the new manager has ran and would follow her everywhere she went if I could. Great customer service, very friendly, very helpful, spacious apartments, vinyl flooring, huge community and great location. Overall I would recommend to anyone!
The old owners would have my stuff looked at and fixed within a timely manner, had monthly pest control exterminations included with rent. I sent several emails and requests online for my dishwasher flooding my kitchen, my garbage disposable and bath room sink. About 2 weeks later they finally came and check it out, but didn’t fix it. I’m so glad I’m about to move.10/10 would NOT recommend
If you planning to move to apartments DONT go to Elm Creek Ranch which is Now Bel Air Creekside. They lost my last month money order for rent . It took me 4 times to check if they found it but when the head boss came in that’s when they started to look for it. They changed my late fees without telling me. The main lady in the office is rude as hell. They do not communicate with you until the last minute on things. I’m so happy my lease is up in September. Can I get the old property management back please.
I thought the old property managers were bad? HA. This one is a freaking joke. Never answers phones. Takes an extended period of time to return calls. I feel bad for my friends that moved into the complex on my word, they’d been better off at literally any other complex. I can’t wait for my lease to expire.

2022-06-11Do not rent here 🤦♀️ it has new owners are they are doing the customary raise in rent. Its not $700 a unit like advertising. After all their sneak in fees you are looking at 800 to 850 for a one bedroom. The pools are rarely open. Its a hit or miss period. The air conditioning systems are failing amd residents are being forced to buy their own window units or cook inside their apartments. If you dont put your issues in writing. They wont be solved and even then you have a small chance of getting something fixed. Save money, rent a house. For the price they charge you here, you would be better off.

2022-07-14Horrible Management in general. I have lived here for a little more than a year and none of the people who worked in the leasing office work there anymore even they knew how bad the place is. I had a horrible experience here, my central AC went out and it took over a MONTH for them to fix it and it happened in summer when it was over 100 degrees. I had to keep calling the Management office each week for them to do something but still took forever. I had to purchase a portable AC out of my own pocket due to their negligence and they didnt even offer compensation or installing a window AC unit for us, nothing. They originally said they would reimburse us for the AC but that was a couple weeks ago too and all the people I was talking to has left.

2022-06-10If you love roaches, you’ll love it here.Been here for a little over a month and my place is clean, yet I still have roaches coming in. Had small dead roaches on the floor the day I moved in as well, that should’ve been my first sign. Even after pest control came and treated inside and outside of my apartment yesterday I found a big roach roaming around my room just now. The apartment has poor paint, gaps in the floor board in between the walls and I can see sunlight through the door because there’s gaps in it as well. I let those slide even though I did bring it up to the staff because I just needed somewhere to live comfortably wasn’t tying to be picky, but dealing with roaches is totally different. The staff is great and very friendly it’s not their fault although they’re hard to get on the phone, but I’m seriously considering canceling my lease at this point, this is getting ridiculous and I’m fed up. I lived in the boroughs of New York and haven’t dealt with nearly as much roaches as I do here. It’s to the point I don’t even look forward to coming home after a long night at work because I’m expecting to have to fight off roaches.Edit: Been informed by friends after pest treatment it’s normal for insects to come out and seek food/water to thrive after being sprayed. Sucks I even have to deal with this but I’ll give it some time to see if I notice improvement. Still considering cancelling as I should not have to deal with an infestation that I did not cause.

2022-06-20Do not rent from bel air creekside. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. It’s been 3 months since they’ve told me they’ll replace my dishwasher. And now it’s starting to stink and grow mold inside it. The ac keeps going out even after they come and “fix” it. I’ve had to resort to buying a window unit because it’s been over 2 weeks I’ve gone in 105 degree weather with no ac. Do not rent from here.

2022-06-23Staff is rude and will screw you over. To many roaches. I lived there two years, constantly complained about water issues and they never got fixed. Honestly, they just need to sell the lot and get rid of the place.

2022-07-28Average stars sounds abt right been a resident for 10yrs it was good when it was las brisas then alright when dit was elm creek no it borderline alright not best with belair when you been here for long time with no upgrades but was told I would get a stove then one should get one when renewing a lease with the price yes I understand it’s inflation and market rate it’s all over the news but at least treat your long resident with some respect and fall through with promises no stove so far not going to call and complain about this since this promised earlier in the year.. as for rent price I’ve decide after my contract I can get a better apt with a wash dryer connection in the unit for what I’m paying now .. for request they are kind of good for a response not to sure if they are short handed not going to go into detail everywhere some places are short handed in workers.. as for payment posting when you tell me all is posted on the 1st then don’t apply the post some now rest of the 1st that really confuses a resident who makes their payment super early… with this new company it’s slowly turning it self around but the website really needs to be updated to show actually pictures just google the place on maps you can see the real deal on the place itself not website, you pay what you get for which is average living not luxury just simple living.

2022-06-06I have lived here for 6 months and my daughters bike has always been chained outside. I got a call today that we have to bring it in and it is not allowed to be outside; so if you have children that have bikes or any kind of outside toys, I wouldn’t recommend.

2021-12-03My 2020-2021 lease. After applying a month ahead, calling and emailing about my move; I was given an apartment with dead roaches on the carpet, torn carpet edges, broken floorboards, broken window screens, paint-covered mold on walls and cabinets, kitchen sink leaked, a yellow and brown stained bath tub, an open water pipe that flooded my kitchen on move in day, and a different floor plan than the virtual one on their website. It was all noted on the move in inspection sheet they said they would fix.The previous manager, Paula, called them minor issues and was difficult to speak with to get the issues resolved. She only wanted to hear about major issues or emergencies and not the cleanliness on the lease begin date. Still, it took ~4 months of repatching before they replaced a sink leak. Probably undermanned because of constant faulty parts and repairs.Other issues I noted were leaves piled in corners for months, pool was dirty and green for months, the fitness center closed for a year, mailboxes were an additional fee, constant pest problems, and your deposit is used for cleaning the apartment after you move (I dont get it, since my apartment was dirty on move in day).In late 2021, management changed and were more helpful to resolve issues than late 2020 management. Maybe they will become better.
