I absolutely love this place. The staff are completely friendly. Anytime something would quit working or I had a problem they were quick to fix it. Its quiet and a peaceful atmsophere.The only problems that I seen or head were not with the complex but those things would happen anywhere and any town you lived in.I absolutely love Teresa the manager and Roxanne the leasing agent. She would do anything for anybody. Be very professional and curtious. I would live her my whole life if I could. Beautiful place to start a family or live with your pets.
This place is a total waste of time and money. the manager Mary does not care about any reported problems, i honestly believe that she is racist and she will not hesitate to give out the eviction notice if youre so much as a day late even if you let her know itll be late. and even if you do pay the money she will not drop the charges and still take you to court. there were so many people there who played loud music at all hours of the day and night and others had really loud cars that half the time they wouldnt even go anywhere. the apartments themselves are really not worth how much they charge for and she recently changed the lease time to six months and raises the rent when that happens. outlets were loose, floors creaked, pet owners leave their pets waste everywhere, the water is constantly being turned off at random without any kind of notice to residents, half of the washers and dryers have been out of order for months and have yet to be fixed, the maintenance people are a total joke. if they ever show up to fix a problem theyll enter the apartment smelling like they just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes and leave the whole place smelling nasty. this was a horrible place with horrible management and staff. i do not recommend anyone wasting their time and money on this place because you will get royally screwed.
This place is so horrible. Mary is so rude and unprofessional. Although Roxannne is very nice and helpful. They never fix things on time. I’ve told them for atleast 3 months my dish washer is broken and they have yet to come fix it. Ac/heating constantly going out. If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would. I’m actually paying the rest of my lease in advance so I can go ahead and move. Do not waste your money or time on these apartments.
In 4 months, the hot water has gone out twice (Hartford Place) still uses a central water boiler. Apartments leak like crazy when it rains. $250 charge if you accidentally miss your pups poop.
Crystal is the best manager ever. She has the biggest heart and is the best landlord Ive ever had
Place is a dump...worst complex I’ve ever rented in Abilene, and that’s saying a lot because most apartments around here aren’t that good. Roaches, loud neighbors, nasty smells from other apartments, the works. Avoid living here, you’ll regret it.
I currently live there and I was told when i first moved in that it would be all bills paid my rent has been 1200 every month due to a ridiculous late fee Im not happy about at all
Very nice, staff is super friendly and cares, sometimes it takes time for them to fix things but you have to remember there are others. very clean and not loud even though you are by a school.
I strongly disliked living there. Management took forever to get stuff done not to mention constant noise from being next to a school.
Heather’s service is amazing she helps with anything you need
This apartment is horrible. They never fix anything. It’s sad honestly and really I just can’t wait to move. If incould give it 0 stars I would.

2022-02-03The staff recently are really nice and understanding. They help my needs like missing keys an making new ones for my P.O. box. Fixed my heater before the snow. Fixed my Fridge when it wasnt keeping my items cold an frozen. great place

2022-04-21Bel Air West is an amazing place to live!! Chrystal is an awesome property manager. She is always attentive and helpful!! Maintenance requests are answered and completed quickly!! Apartments are clean, nice and redone!!!! I have been here over a year and love it!!!!!

2021-09-27So we were scared of the reviews, but we saw they were from a few years ago and decided to give this place a chance. Im SO glad we did! There has been a ton of work done since the new manager took over. Shes super responsive and helpful, and has more improvements planned in the near future. Our townhouse is in great shape, the laundry facilities are clean and take cards so no more saving quarters! Everything has seemed well maintained. We love our place here and are so glad we gave it a shot.

2021-10-28Lived there for 7 years and never had a complaint or problem until they sold out to Bellair west! All bills were included before they took it over. Then my rent goes up over &100 a month due to the same rent with a bunch of bills added on top. Like electric, gas, sewer, water, pest control, utilities and trash!!! With no control of knowing how much you use! Then when I moved out, they bill you for anything and everything!!!

2021-06-04Lived here in 2018-2019 when it was Hartford Place. Moved out as soon as I could. All the apartments have a weird/gross smell that won’t go away, there were always leaks that were never actually fixed more than a few weeks, and I never felt safe living there. People tried to come into my apartment one night and I’m lucky my dog barking scared them away. These people also lived there. Overall, I was relieved when I left

2021-01-16Upon reflecting on this establishment and reading other peoples comments. I can clearly see that this place hasnt changed a bit. Even though I was there 10 years ago when it was Hartford Place, people are still experiencing today the same things I experienced then. Its good to see that a ten year problem with the leaking roofs in the townhouses is still going on and the maintenance people are still as uneffective with the repairs as they were before. Even though you can change the name of an establishment, if you dont change it from the inside out, nothing will change.

2018-10-16If I could give zero stars I would. First of all Ive been here for quite a few years, theresea wasnt the best manager but ever since the new manager Mary has been here it has been awful. Mary started doing 6 month leases so that she can up charge you $50-60 more when its time to renew, and these apartments just arent worth that much. Also had a friend move in, and the place was filthy and had not even been cleaned. Ac/Heater are constantly going out, heard about water leaks in the townhomes from the top floors. Bed bugs also run rampant around here and all they do is bring in someone to fog them, which is just going to cause them to spread into neighboring units, all you have to do is take a look outside at the dumps for proof with all the nasty bed bug stained mattresses and furniture. This place used to be a great place to live, now its awful, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Thinking about suing Mary as it is with her awful managerial practices.

2020-10-24I used to live there a couple years ago, and then I moved I loved living thereand then I moved. Currently looking for a place, theyre under management and owned by someone else, I already knew that, but I calledd up there, theyre no longer all bills paid, they are now way overpriced as if this was Dallas or Houston, no where close. Pricing is ridiculous. I hope they lose business and get shut down.

2018-08-20This place sucks! The new manager...MARY...is very rude and lies about everything. My husband and I lived there for a while then all of a sudden she said we had to get out cause of some misdemeanors from over 20 years ago! When we asked to speak with corporate...she gave us excuses. I cant stand her! Im so glad we dont live there anymore! Oh...and they dont get anything fixed...water is constantly being turned off without any notice so if youre taking a shower...too bad. The washers and dryers suck and their laundry area is always filthy! Dont waste your money on a place like this...its not worth it
