Dont buy with this poor company! I paid in full for my couch on November 21th and until today I never received it, very unprofessional, and disrespectful. When I called asking when they were going to deliver my couch they told me they had no order in my name, that I was wrong, and they blocked me! I filed a lawsuit!Be careful. Don’t pay in cash! Just in case you have to Dispute the transaction.
I’ve recently moved to Texas and have been trying to find some affordable nice furniture. I found this company on offer up (I always shop on there) and contacted Michael. He was very helpful and communicated with me well. I needed my furniture delivered ASAP and after going in and looking around I left with the perfect set for my son and myself. The price was a bit more than was advertised but after I mentioned that they gave me no problem adjusting the price. I received a couple discounts which helped me tremendously. They were able to get my furniture delivered same day (today) and the delivery guys Chris and Rudy were very careful and fast. Product is exactly what I saw and in the show room and I’m in love with it. Thanks Bella
Our visit went very smooth and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us find our perfect couch. Michael with Blue Dot Logistic delivered our couch the same day with care. He was very friendly and handled our couch gently, but was also very efficient and quick to set it up for us.
Santana was phenomenal! She helped me pick out the perfect dining set for my family at an efficient cost! I will definitely be coming back to buy my furniture here! I loved the customer service, respect, and honesty (which is huge for me) that Santana was able to give me! I felt valued which is important when buying things with your hard earned money! Great delivery experience. Somehow they missed the night stand and a small crack in the leg of the dresser. Next day they replaced the dresser for the small crack and also delivered the night stand. The delivery guys John and Rudy are more than professionals. Cleaned every bit upon installation and were polite and communicative through out the process. Would recommend for anyone
I went into Bella Furniture Store. I found a living room set for a fraction of the cost of Ashley Furniture. I bought the set, and it was delivered the same day. I could not be happier. I have bought from Bella before and have always had great service. Highly Recommend.
My girlfriend & I were in desperate need of a new bed. Santana was the BEST. She was patient, she took time with us and assisted us with finding what suits us best. She was very kind, and worked with us financially! You can’t beat that! John and Rudy were our movers! We were running behind and they were early! However, they were patient as well and flawlessly installed our brand new bed! They were quick and some of the kindest movers I’ve ever met! I had no worries or regrets with this purchase and the entire process.
BEAWARE!!!. They take every opportunity to cheat the customer.I bought a couch and a dining table a couple of years ago. They have a lower price. So I went there today to buy an outdoor furniture. There was no price tag on it. It is a regular cheap sectional. Mostly in the range of $500 or less. I looked around, almost all furnitures were under $1000. There was a three seat leather recliner for $1300. When I asked for the price of the outdoor sectional, they came up with a sign which says $1800. What the heck, holly cow!!! What a shame. They want me to believe that is the most expensive piece of furniture in the entire store. Very shame on these guys and never go there again. Most funniest thing is, there was a very fancy outdoor bed next to it that was priced around $1000. Very silly sales person.
Me and my family went to Bella’s furniture they was the most prejudiced people I ever seen in my life I would never recommend the store they need to go out of business they are terrible people their attitudes your customer service they are prejudice if you are looking to buy furniture do not go to this location they are terrible and prejudice. They even told me when we was negotiating if I paid him in cash they’ll give it to me at a cheaper price completely ridiculous
Michael was a nice sales guy, but that was about it. My husband and I spent a lot of money with this company and youll be better off picking up your furniture. I tried to arrange delivery but no one, or at least none of the ladies, like to respond. Good customer service will take you a long ways. I gave two stars because of the sales guy we had.
Horrible customer service as soon as you give them payment that is Pretty much the last time you’ll hear from them or them willing to work with you. Purchased a sectional a few days later I try to contact them in regards to possibly getting another couch received no responses. Went into the location and the owner yelled at me stating he does not make money if he provides me with an extra discount to purchase another $1000+ couch from him. The crazy part is I was still willing to purchase the couch even though I was dissatisfied with the original purchase however the way he spoke to me he will never get my business again.
If you could give a ZERO stars i would! the WORST QUALITY BONDED LEATHER EVER AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!I had bought 2 sectionals from them over the past 4 years!First one started peeling off after 5 month!I went there and showed them the pics - And they convinced me to buy a different sectional from them that cost $1700 - By presenting it as much better matirial that will last long. 2.5 years later the sectional is completely peeled and cracked !!!!! Although it is only me and my husband living in the apartment and we have been taking a really good care of it ! We went over to Bella furniture and mattress a weekago, hoping they will fix the sofa and will take some responsibility on their very bad quality sectional, And guest what - they just blew us off -saying they cant do anything for us - We even offered to pay for the fix - as we will have to throw it away in its current condition - And they said sorry our repair team will only deal with customers that bought the sofa within the passed year . Then i asked if they could help us find a place who will fix it - they said sorry we dont know of any other company that is dealing with repairs . This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER CARE I HAD EVER RAN INTO !!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVER BUY FURNITURE IN Bella Furniture & Mattress !!!! SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE - WITH BETTER QUALITY GOODS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
They deserve 0 stars. I purchased 2 mattresses last Friday. Items were never delivered. Called the number and of course no one answered. Text the number and they asked for my invoice. Provided a copy and still didnt receive a response after texting several days later. The customer service is horrible. Ill be requesting a charge back from my bank. Definitely choose a different store.
If I can give them 0 stars I will ,I bought them in June a living room,1 queen bed frame and a mattress, a full size bed also mattresses and a coffee table ,well I paid half cause they was gonna hold it for me a few days ,so few days after when I went to pick up my furniture what was my surprise that they sold my living room!!! So to solve the problem they offer a free delivery after that ,I didnt received my full size headboard ,they told me that it was out of stockand they will have it at the beginning of July I went around the middle of July to check and they said that they have back orders and will be here by September,I called them 3 days ago the lady who answer the phone after ask me for my invoice number said Give 10 mins let me call the storage almost 4 days after Im still waiting for her to call me! This is insane!!!
Great experience. I had gone some months without furniture because everywhere I went was just too pricey or had cheap, shoddy stuff. I came here and got a great deal on a clearance couch and a brand-new dining set. One of the employees hooked me up with a discount and delivery/installation was very affordable and quick. I’d shop here again and highly recommend, especially if you’re on a budget but don’t wanna skimp on quality! Thank you everyone at Bella!
It was mediocre at first, we got 5 year warranty but when we sent in a complaint to fix the furniture they denied our request. We got a dining table, a sofa, and a recliner and all of the furniture started ripping and breaking after just 6 months. Please dont waste your money or time dealing with this store
Do not buy from this place. If you don’t believe all the complaints they get and horrible costumer service just call their telephone number that no one answers and voicemail is always full. They did not assemble my furniture correctly. They gave me a molded mattress. Insurance company approved replacement and it has been 7 months and Bella continues to make lies up about delivering furniture. I’m reporting them to BBB and to insurance company.
This place is awesome! For someone who struggles with bad credit and young with limited income I am so happy with my new couch. I wish I knew how to upload a photo but I am absolutely in love with my couch. A very nice new sectional for $800. Nicki and Mimi helped me every step of the way! I will definitely be back if I need more furniture and I would highly recommend this place!
Great place to get high quality furniture that wont break your bank!They can deliver same day. There is a charge for setup though.Bought a great mattress and box spring from them on a Sunday. It was delivered that afternoon. I believe the setup fee was $30.The bed is great! Nice and firm with pillowtops too.Will definitely go there again for any furniture needs.Sales staff very helpful and friendly and made us a great deal.
This place is so unprofessional paid for my blue couch and went to pick it up since they said they will hold it until I get it and they said they don’t have it when my daughter ask for her money back that she bought for a vanity she purchased they didn’t want to give it to her then when the lady said to get another couch she would give them a discount and they said they would think about it she then said you should of said yes in the first place and said my daughter and her boyfriend was unprofessional no they are. I will never buy nothing from them again or tell anyone about them
I bought furniture from them, they told me it had lifetime warranty, if anything happened it was covered. The first time I called, they said it was 5yr. warranty not lifetime, but after I told them when I purchased the furniture, the runaround started. I called for months, it was obvious that they were waiting for the time to expire, plus the 3 different ladies I spoke with, were no longer there. After I pressed them, they said that they didn’t show it on their records, and that the salesperson oversold me the warranty and she no longer worked there. Regardless if the sales person (oversold) me, she was a representation of the business, and they should stand behind their words. Then she tried to say that if the furniture was stored in a storage unit that’s why it got damaged and warranty wouldn’t cover that; let me remind you that the warranty was said “It covers everything”. What comes next is going to astonish you. I bought a mattress which came with a membrane and a sleeve with a zipper, and plastic around it. I never took it off because I knew I was moving soon. Unfortunately, things went south with my relocation and things stayed in storage longer that expected. When I got to my new home, I removed the plastic and took off the sleeve to wash, the membrane had like yellow oil stains which none showed on the white sleeve, and mattress looked yellowish like old. The sectional sofa is made of bonded leather and it’s pealing off all over, plus the springs are not even
Im giving one star because this place isnt completely terrible. They do have lots of options, huge warehouse. At affordable prices. Where not a whole 5 stars comes in is because we were ripped off with a few things. One they had a sale going where they were doing no tax on all items in the store. When the lady checked us out she took tax off every item except our couch. Which was the most expensive item, so as you can imagine that was a lot of tax. I reached out to the owner directly and he said he would follow up with me the following day. He didnt, so i waited the next day i reached out again and no reply. By the time i reached out i seen that our couch was $100 cheaper, literally within days. So i asked about the tax, and the lower price. No reply. I messaged a sales person that was posting their furniture on their social media with the same concerns and he read my message, no reply. Lastly our QUEEN mattress is about 2-3 inches shy of a queen mattress on both the length and width of our mattress. Almost the exact same size as a full! So we fill ripped off there. We even paid $75 for them to deliver our items. We bought a pretty nice queen mattress and a very pretty bed frame for it to match the living room furniture we bought. You can see the bed doesnt even fit fully on the frame bc theres several inches of open space. If someone would respond to me or apologize and try and make it right in some way i would possibly come back to shop. But as of now, i wouldnt go here again!
Although thier prices are cheap compared to other places thats where the positivity stops! I communicated through Facebook with who I thought was the owner but ended up just being someone who works there. I was told the specific bed and love seat I wanted was in stock. I drove an hour to see it in person and then am told once I got there sorry its not in stock! And the guy that I was messaging just blew me off saying he was in the stock room that day and one of the ladies (who by the way didnt acknowledge me when I entered their business, and I had to ask them for assistance after walking around 30 minutes) could assist me. I tried to remain positive and ended up making a purchase anyway as I drove an hour and the prices where the cheapest. Well it doesnt end there, I purchased a love seat and bed to pick up at a later date. Well today is that day go to pick it up and am told they dont have my love seat as they sold it to somebody else!! WTH I recieved a partial refund for the love seat and picked a different one as again a drove an hour. I also had to go to a different location to pick up the bed! All in all I will never do business with them again I ended up with nothing I originally wanted! Update I get home and unwrap the love seat I decided to go with and it is full of scuffs and a small rip! It was wrapped in plastic w/ no damage to the plastic wrap so this wasnt from transport! I guess they switched out the new one for a used/damaged one since I got a discount! Never again! Cant upload pics or I would.

I purchased an extended 5-year warranty on a sectional couch I purchased with them. When I wanted to use the warranty, they did not even have a copy of my original invoice in their system. At the time, I paid with cash because they offered a discount on cash purchases. I guess, it now makes sense that they wouldnt have a copy of my original invoice since they probably did not report that sale for tax purposes. Fortunately, I had a picture of the invoice, which I provided them. Then, they told me they did not know which company they were using at the time to sell warranties since they have gone through so many of the past few years. Pathetic excuse. After going back and worth with them for like 8 months, I gave up. I would give this place a negative star rating if it was possible. STAY AWAY!!! In addition, the quality of their products is garbage.
I looked for a new bedroom set and went to this store without searching first online. The staff was a little busy that day, but I found the set I liked and bought it. I did not do credit and payed for everything upfront. This was on May the 9th. The girl who made the order told me someone was going to call me to set a time. Next day I tried to look up for a mattress and an adjustable base for the same set in their online site, but what a surprise I found. They had the same set for much less online. Of course I call them to ask for an adjustment. No one answered my callas and I decided to leave a message. It was a waist of time, nobody called back. On the delivery date (5/16/20) I called back again and talked to Margarita. She had the most defensive guard, did not let me talk, and did not answered my questions. One of those questions was about the pricing on the online site. She asked me did you check the old site? Like if I new there were 2 sites. (That is their problem. They should not have running the old one anymore) So, when I tried to address more questions she started been rude and disrespectful. So I hung up on her (I was upset because she did not let me expressing my questions and concerns. So shortly after I started receiving some text messages from her and received a call to let me know it was going to be delivered. The loaders came in almost of the end of the day and started working immediately. They took out the headboard and we found spots on it (if I can figure out, I’ll upload the pictures). Then, the workers found out that the furniture was not matching colors. I needed to call the store and Margarita went to talk with someone in the store. They put a new order to replace the damaged one and she said a new order was placed. She said someone will call me on Tuesday the 19 to let me know delivery date. No one called on Tuesday and here I come again trying to call her On Wednesday to know about the status of the order. Between 1:10 and 1:30pm I called them 29 times. I also sent a text message which was not replayed and and email. They never picked my calls and I am still waiting a worry from them.Just be aware that this place has no customer service as many other places have. Before buying search on line for the furniture you want and check the reviews to have an idea of who you are dealing with.
I found this shop through one of the employees on the mobile app OfferUp, and she was extremely helpful and kind from the first day I showed interest in a piece of furniture. When viewing the furniture in store, she was ready to answer any question myself or my mother had about a specific couch, and any other furniture that piqued our interests. I am very grateful that I found this shop, and will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future. Very professional, clean, organized and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Get over artist , furniture is badly built and tell you that they are giving you a discount just to add it back on , in some way or another, like with delivery fees and installation fees to get the discount back . Once they deliver the furniture , the end table leg broke while getting the end table off of the truck , still waiting on them to replace it. Last time we spoke with them about the damage end table. they told us that the manufacturer wouldnt replace one end table that they can only do the whole set . As I said before they are rip off artist , over there never again would I go back there

Furnished my whole house for 2k and i am Absolutely in love with my furniture. I would go here before Nebraska furniture mart or rooms to go. Check it out! You wont regret it :). Never Buy stuff from there. They keep prices low because of defective product.I bought a sofa last weekend from their store and it came with packing. Once I opened it up it there were several oil stains. I called their customer service next day and they ask me to bring it to their store and I have to pay from my pocket for transportation. Hello@ where did you mentioned such terms and conditions, they dont even mentioned in the invoice. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE and they dont even call you back.I asked to give the phone to your manager several times but the lady is so rude and kept saying you dont understand and finally someone will call you... But no one calls you. Pathetic!!!REALLY SUGGEST AVOID GOING THERE AND BETTER TO BUY FURNITURE FROM RECOMMENDED STORES. and save your moneyI WILL GIVE THEM ZERO RATINGS
Great selection and even better prices. I found the sofa Id been looking for and saved a lot of money compared to prices Id seen around town. They also helped me find a bar-height table that was a perfect fit for my space in one of their catalogs. They special ordered it, delivered it, and Im now a happy customer. If youre looking for heirloom furniture to pass on to your grandkids shop elsewhere. If you want nice, quality furniture at great prices shop here.
I have purchased furniture from this place on multiple occasions and I am very pleased with the services I received. The owner is very nice and so are the sales associates. My sister and my cousin have been buying furniture from Bella since 2013 and both of them recommended me to Bella because they are very much pleased with the services they received. I found this furniture place on OfferUp and i totally regret it first thing the lady who works their name cianna told me to ask for her thinking she will help me out looking for a table but nope she did not! only reason why I bought it here was because i sure did a good drive to this place paid my table full price but the staff is very unfriendly no help nothing! I would not recommend this place to no one ! I rather buy somewhere else than this place ! Not even a welcoming or a thank you or a goodbye ! Very unfriendly staff!
When you go to the store they are very helpful. That’s the only time you are helped is if you are at the store. Do not call to try to reach anyone, they NEVER answer. You have to do pop ups. Oh yeah, they don’t deliver on your delivery day & they tell you your items are out of stock the day of delivery. Your items will be delivered once you go up to the store to complain, then once they send your items , items will be missing. I will NEVER return to them and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ☺️
This place is great! Me and my girlfriend went to check this place out on Friday and we were instantly greeted through the door. The gentleman who works there was happy to show us whatever we asked for. We then applied for the finance plan they offered and we were approved within seconds!! Suzy was the lady that took care of us and explained all the information that we needed. She did let us know that they offered next day delivery but she was honest with us and told us that unfortunately, for our “next day” Saturday, was booked full of deliveries already. But that was fine with us because what’s just one more day? So Sunday came around and our times were 11am to 2pm. Sure enough at about 11:30am, they gave us a call and let us know they would be here in 10 mins! The delivery guys were great and very helpful! They delivered our furniture up three stories fast and careful!! Didn’t damage a thing! However, there was a bit of a mix up and the wrong sided sectional was delivered.. it was MY fault cause I didn’t tell them what side I needed during the purchase, but, I gave the office a call and spoke with Suzy once again, she stated that she would correct this TODAY! Sure enough, a couple hours later the delivery guys showed up once more and with the correct sectional!! Wow! I was amazed! I have to admit, I wasn’t so sure we would have had everything today, but boy, did Bella Furniture & Mattress prove me wrong! I would definitely recommend shopping from here! Great prices and Terrific customer service!! Thank you!!!
I am really not sure how this place is still open. Yes, they have a decent selection. You might even say a good selection. And yes, their prices are quite good. However, they are lacking the most important thing any business can offer: customer service. We stopped by last week to look at a sofa we were interested in buying. Luckily it was right by the front door so we were able to find it easily. Not once did anyone come over to us and see if we needed help or offer any assistance or see if we had questions. We walked around a bit and still no one showed up to help. In order to get any information at all we had to go seek out the staff. We found all of them siting at their desks, chatting amongst themselves, laughing, just relaxing. Shame, cause we might have purchased from them. Instead, we went across town to Plano and bought the same thing from a location where we were able to get some actual attention and customer service.
I had Elizabeth help me with finding a new couch for my new apartment. She was amazing and best customer service ever . I had went to 5 different furniture store and with Elizabeth and Bella furniture I was able to leave Satisfied with couch I love . I will be using them more often thank you
Worst customer service I ever received. I was ignored by the customer service rep for 5 hours as you are able to text and call because they couldn’t find my “invoice” and called back @3:30 when the first time I called was @11 and the delivery is supposed to be from 3pm-6pm. There wasn’t any concern about that either, probably because she wasn’t the individual spending her money. I won’t ever come back.
This place can seem nice until there is an issue. My first purchase from them was ok, but the delivery was extremely unprofessional. The drivers called the initial scheduled delivery, but called and said they would not be able to make it. They wanted to reschedule for the next day between 11am and 1pm. But they were still late getting to me. The next purchase was 2 weeks after. And I paid 300 cash, since they said paying cash is cheaper. And I would pay the remainder amount once the delivery was made. The delivery was set between 3pm and 5pm, in which they never showed nor called. I had to call the company twice at 4:30pm and 4:45pm to ask if they were still coming. And I was told they were on there way at 4:45pm and provided the gate code to Bella furniture. THEY NEVER SHOWED! No one bothered to even call the next day. On my receipt were 2 phone numbers to contact me and my sister, who was helping me to receive the delivery. After work on 3.9.19, I went to the store and requested a refund and told the owner that my sistersand I have not received a phone call nor a delivery. The owner said that the drivers tried to call me and I didnt answer. And said the drivers said my address was undeliverable! I asked, how could both phone numbers be unavailable and an address be undeliverable, if you just delivered to that location 2 weeks ago? The salesperson that took my order 2 weeks ago and a few days ago was there and he was condoning this behaivior from the owner too. The owner became extremely DEFENSIVE from the beginning and called me and my sister (who is an extremely calm person) ghetto and told us we had no class. I asked the owner, Are you calling me ghetto because Im black? He refused for me to show him the proof of no phone calls, or voicemails, and even called me a Liar to me face. And said he would keep the money since the delivery drivers tried to deliver to no avail.I told the owner that I will be filing a few complaints, which are still under way. And I didnt appreciate the way he continued to address me. After realizing he was not going to keep my money, he was going to refundthe money, but only with a 25% restocking fee. My sister just suggested to call the police, since this was theft and the conversation was going absolutely no where at this point. I stopped talking and started calling the police. He then gave me $200 dollars back, and after counting, I told him I was another $100 short. And then he gave me the other $100. He refused to give me back my original receipt, but instead he gave me some elses original receipt. So I feel bad for her, because she probably will not receive her delivery either.People are not lying about this company, they tried to pocket my money without rendered services. Check your products if purchasing anything. Just realized yesterday, my $150 lamp does not work. There is no way to turn the lamp on, no button or anything. Wonder was it a display.I have so many important things coming up this week, but I will have to file complaints for this company. People work hard for their money and do not deserve any disrespect or to be mistreated.
My name is Kristi Worrell and I usually dont do this but I think reviews are telling.I give it one star because of their new employee Margarita. I bought my furniture for my move in January purchasing they insurance plan. When they delivered it the couch was damaged one of the chairs we bought broke the first time it was used. Upon delivery my mom was here and she is actually the one who pointed out the damage. The delivery guys were suppose to deliver a new replacement piece for that part of the couch over the weekend. It didnt happen. So on Monday I started calling. I reached out through Facebook (how I originally found out about this place) text, and calls. I have followed up every time I was supposed to get the furniture delivered. I refused to pay and the finance company agreed.After 4 months I had to contact the BBB, because I was going to return the furniture and they were saying I damaged it. Which I didnt I have the original pictures, call log, and all the text messages and Facebook messages which tell the truth. So either way it should have been replaced. And, Dont forget, I have the warranty because apparently I cant say it enough and in my experience may not mean or do anything for you. It seems to be an amount collected for comfort to the buyer without having follow through. So finally today got the furniture replaced. The delivery guys were mad and rude to me in front of my kids their demeanor and attitude was very unprofessional saying slight remarks and while they were walking out said they werent going to come back to replace anything... Unless I had warranty. Which I do. And I told them.I am in a sales and marketing position myself. Luckily I work in a job where honesty is the key to selling and growing and also getting referrals. After referring a lot of my friends I had to go back and tell them about my experience and they have shopped elsewhere. I would not recommend buying from here, if you do check your furniture, finance it and do not let them leave it if its damaged.
Absolutely never never never buy your furniture from them. Absolute cheats when its comes to actually delivering your furniture. They rescheduled my delivery 3 times and even after following up all day, they tell you its on its way and you wait all day and it doesnt show up. At one point, Veronica, the sales person I kept calling back to follow up actually hung up on me I supposed coz she was tired of lying to my face. Its absolutely bad customer service and I feel like I have been duped out of $2200 dollars worth of furniture. The price was definitely worth the pains after!! And I still dont have my furniture so I am no longer sure if its going to worth anything.
A bunch of negative reviews particularly with respect to customer service at this crazy place should be sufficient for Consumer Protection Agency or BBB to take some action against this business.I went to this place as I was shopping for furniture. While I was there, I found information from an employee pertaining to my product which completely contradicted the info I had been given two days ago over the phone. Of course, a customer will get frustrated in this situation. What the hell do they expect? Are we going to salute them? Hell no! I got mad and the crazy employee uttered the cheapest words I ever heard in a customer dispute. She said I DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO BE SPOKEN WITH LIKE THAT. Well! I believe these few words very well reflect what kind of personality she carries around with her. A male friend sitting right next to her who didnt seem like an employee meddled into this matter which is another example of extreme non-professionalism. His meddling into the matter which was not needed further enraged the whole situation. All of a sudden the owner showed up. All I can say is that as far as being unprofessional, rude and offering worst customer service, Mr. owner surpassed his two predecessors. I took an oath right there not to go back to this crazy place again.Quality of the products: apparently good looking and well designed but internally weak and breakable.
I bought a dining room table after finding a nice salesman, the others were extremely rude. I was patient because I saw a piece that was unique and it was a Signature Ashley piece that wouldve been more expensive elsewhere. But the service was horrible, all the girls that work there are super rude and dress extremely trashy. The delivery guy was also super rude and a jerk. I wont be returning, I found a piece I liked but after the customer service experience I will never be back or recommend to anyone.
I shopped with them and later read these reviews. Was kind of scared reading all the negative reviews.I did lot of research for my living room furniture and they offered me the best deal.They were amazing. Delivery was spot on. I found one of the items damaged after delivery.When I reported it they were quick to respond and replaced the item without any hassle.They dont deserve such negative reviews.
I cant say that i got to buy something from them because the owner didnt hold furniture for me like he had agreed to do. Customer service is the worst I had ever seen, no one EVER calls you back. The OWNER told me to get a life when i told him his customer service sucked and that he didnt need my business anyway. Well i dont see this place staying in business for much long with the way they treat people. Im glad I didnt have the chance to buy from these people...all the negative reviews about this place are 100% accurate. Screw this guy and go buy from some place youre at least respected as a human being.
Bought a Twin mattress and box spring a while back, my mother and I were trying to tie it to the roof of her small car. Although the warehouse workers were not obligated to help, 5 of them did decide to watch us struggle. It’s one thing to not help (which is perfectly ok with me) but standing there watching us was just rude. Then an employee finally walks over to us and hands a some small rope, tells us what to do, how to tie it, then walks away back to the other employees while we stood there thinking he was going to physically help us. Sorry our mistake, this would’ve been a completely different review if it had not been for the fact that they were watching us the whole time.
I had an AWFUL experience with Bella furniture. After selling me a bedroom set that they did not carry anymore, they sent me the wrong set twice before even telling me they didnt carry the style I bought anymore. Then they sent me a third set in hopes the similarities were enough, however the difference in color between the bed and night stand were extremely obvious. They then said they wouldnt refund me because they only give store credit, even though I never received the product I ordered. Finally after two weeks of arguing with them the refunded me partially. Dont EVER shop here. This was the worst experience... I wish I would have seen the reviews and the score from BBB because they obviously do this a lot!
These guys sell warranty but they dont honor it. I paid a lot of money to buy furniture and the insurance on that furniture. I have bad quality furniture now and I am asking them to help me with warranty that I paid for but they dont. They dont even answer. Beware when they promise you the quality or the warranty. They proved to me that they are liars and cheats.
Customers service is very bad, all of them love their desks and acting like they are managers in an office. lol you are working in a furniture store you dont need an executive desk 🤣, I was there for a hour still nobody comes to help me with the price and after I asked the executives it 😅 took them another 15 minutes to come to my family and ask what we need help with.
The customer service here is terrible!! The owner here Is very rude, I will never buy from here again, They just lost a loyal customer, please do not spend your money here they will rip you off and will not help you, and speak to you so disrespectful. If you want a bad experience come here, you will get it for sure.
If I could I would rate this place 0. Everything they state about there low prices might be true but when it comes to receiving your furniture they come out saying its not ready yet itll be in 2 weeks; 2 weeks come around and still they dont have it, they offer a loaner until you supposely receive your furniture but its all a lie they end up giving you the loaner for the same price for one you pick. Almost happen to us, but go thing a friend warned me not to take it. About 1 month ago we placed a layaway order for a bar table. We come in to pay our full balance and pick it up and they state that its not in yet how are you going to tell me you dont have it since it was in clearance. They tell us that they have it on the back we go and they try to give us another one which is not the one we choose and instead of fixing the problem the manager gives us the the money while smiling as if it was funny. So people please read all the comments for this place before you go there we are not the only ones that have experienced this. If you really want your furniture on time please dont go to this location. They dont even say sorry for there mistake on the other hand they just laugh.
After reading all of these HORRIBLE reviews, I’m so thankful i did not give these mugs 1 dime. Thanks to those who are really trying to look out for people going through the hell they went through. So sorry for y’all. Sounds like they need to be shut down. GET A PETITION SIGN AGAINST THEM TO BE SHUT DOWN.
I was verbally harassed and called terrible names because I told Bella she should include the actual price on the ad. She told me she makes a grand a week and needs doesn’t need business from my dumb... She used words that I refuse to repeat here or anywhere else and insulting me. Obviously they don’t care about getting any sort of real business or customers or referrals. I wouldn’t take my money here if it was the last place selling furniture in the city.
Stay Away !! Worst after sales service. The owner sold me a recliner sofa saying it is with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Eventually a manufacturing defect surfaced in the 7th month. I contacted Bella Furniture and they asked me to send the pictures, i did the same and they acknowledged that this is a manufacturing defect.They refused to repair it stating it only carries 6 months warranty, liars!!After multiple calls when I insisted that owner sold me with 1 yr warranty then they asked me to bring the sofa to them, get it repaired and then take it back. Owner never bothered to talk to me, he only comes in the picture when a sale has to be done.Will never buy from Bella again.
It took them six months to get me the new dinning set i paid for, (they let me have a used one while i waited, i was told I had to wait no more than two weeks), i drove an hour to go there and exchange the set, and surprise, they order just the table, so i end up leaving with just the table, i was told i was going to have the chairs delivered to me the next day, i got them two days later unassembled . How disappointing, i never had this problem before.
If I have chance of giving 0 rating, I would prefer giving that.Got sofa, which has issue with first seater, got folded inside,later everything is messing up.it is just three months old. they are asking me to pay $100 for repairing now. bad customer support too.. abusing for asking good service... cheap quality products..I will never recommend this... also please go through other reviewers as well.. they are also saying the owner is yelling at customers.. be careful friends.. everyone is getting the same service from them..
Its definitely not an expensive place. I live in apartment so i dont want to get expensive furniture. I definitely get bang for bucks from this store.Its more like Ikea in terms of prices. For what you are paying you will probably find something great looking (for the price) but then remember its going to have its shortcoming in a year or two. Quality is where they fall short but i personally dont mind that for the price.i bought a bed frame which is very nice looking but the center beam support legs were not touching ground so i had to put a thin hardcover book. I also bought a wooden chair (not for daly use) which was very nice looking and no problems until a year and then it kind of stated making bit sound when you sit on it.
This business operates on one cell phone to run their business. I dont understand why they dont publish a landline number with a proper voice mail that someone can actually monitor. Trying to communicate or provide any type of customer service is almost impossible. Bella sells plenty of furniture and needs to realize that doing business is more than just the sale.
So, I was just at Bella Furniture and Mattress. And I was insulted and disrespected by the OWNER! After being on the store for 10 minutes not one of the 3 sales reps offered to help me. So on my way out I asked them if they actually worked there. They all said yes, I went on to tell them no one had offered to help me. After a quick conversation with one of the girls who offered to help (now that Im complaining) the owner says he can help me, I said no and started walking out of the store, he then gets up (mind you he is a large MAN) and starts to approach me as if he was going to put his hands on me! He then starts yelling at me saying You people were not going to buy anything here. And starts getting in my face!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. EVER!!!
We bought sofa in July 2016. Venessa who works there told us there is no manufacturer warranty. So we went ahead and purchased the warranty offered by a third party montage furniture services. Within less than a year in April 2017 I called montage to talk about the cracks in the material on my sofa and they said Bella furniture has not sent our order information to them. I have to call the store to tell them to send my invoice to montage and surprisingly they dont even have copy of invoice. I have to send pictures of the invoice to store so they can send that to montage services. When I called montage , they said they will not cover material cracks. So I was clueless what to do. I called montage again in August 2017 as the material cracks are even more visible. Then I came to know from montage that I have a manufacturer warranty of one year which would cover the cracks but that was expired in July 2017. Great....right. I called Bella to ask about the manufacturer warranty and they don’t take responsibility as venessa is not working anymore.To much surprise, not only the cracks in the material , for even rips or stitches that come apart or for any issue you say to montage, they say we won’t cover it. I feel like ...what the hell do u cover.If u buy furniture at Bella and take warranty from montage you are going to repent
I had time to kill before lunch plans with friends and yelped furniture stores because Im moving and needed to furnish my new apt. I saw Bella furniture and dropped in and they had array of furniture items. I had no idea this place existed. OMG, they had everything but electronics! Price is reasonable, style is hot, and the people there are really chill and helpful. I love my sectional & bed set. I kid you not, I got a steal deal and I love love love what I have.
I hate this place so much! Today is Tuesday August 8 2017 and I am still waiting for my dining room table to be fixed. I paid my balance off on Thursday 8/3 & I was told they would deliver my items on Fri. Well not only were they late but they told me the manufacturer didnt put all the parts in the box for the table. So I was like okay thats not your fault. So they came back Saturday and now they talking about the manufacturer said its defective and theyll have to bring a new table on Monday. Well what do you know it is now Tuesday and I havent heard from anyone yet. I called this morning (@9a) and some lady said send a pic to their #. I did what she asked its now 11:56a & nobody hadnt called or texted yet. All I have to say is they dont ever have to worry about me coming back there. And to all the potential people please dont waste your time

You can find almost everything..Scandinavian style furniture, Mod style, Contemporary, High end and Low end even. Accessories, did I mention accessories? Wall, floor, table and door accessories galore! OMG! They deliver and Assembly. If they dont have it, they know where to get it.. You gotta go there! They offer financing options for all. Cash gets ya the best deal...
The best place to purchase furniture. If its not on the floor they will have it at your door the next day, that was my case. The staff was friendly and courteous. The delivery was on time and the guys were very professional. I would recommend Bella to all of my friends!
The table was nice it was at a fair price but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! The whole transaction was just a really bad experience...When we picked it up we were just pointed to where our things where and not one of the employees offered to help us!I will definitely not be going back or recommending this place. It almost seems like they arent even interested in selling so I dont even know how theyre even still running!Also the owner is seriously on heck of a jerk!!!
Unsatisfactory customer service. Horrible experience i do not recommend this so called business. My girlfriend and i went in to pick out a bed frame, we chose one and the sales lady spoke with the manager he garanteed it was in stock. I paid for it so i could pick it up the next day. Come to find out the next ready to pick it it wasnt in stock they lied on top of that they didnt even call to tell me i had to drive up there wasted my time and gas for nothing. They wanted to give us the one on display the white all dirty and scraped. First and last time i go there. I found what i was looking for elsewhere.
So though lots of selection is present, what is available lacks the wow factor. It felt chaotic and the warehouse was awkward since the AC is not available except in the front show room. The sales people are nice enough but lack of order that is visibly uncomfortable.
They advertise on Facebook saw a particular bed and sent an inquiry to “sales manager” Michael who told me the bed came in the color i wanted. Drove 50min from Saginaw to Farmers Branch only to be told the bed doesn’t come in the color i asked about. TERRIBLE business.
I would have great things to say about this place if after a few weeks I didnt find a big hole in the side of my couch covered up by a sticker tag. I didnt notice it until I was cleaning my place after the couch had been delivered and I was getting settled in. So disappointing and shame on you as a business.

I bought a bedroom set and she told me that they had dresser and everything but not the bed , so i was told to come 2 weeks later for everything to come and find out that they didint have nothing but the bed .. pathetic ! so irresponsible ontop of that the guy just threw the stuff like nothing and didint fix it properly or tied it ! They saw me strugling to tie it and didint help! horrible experience !
Only reason this store got a 1 is because i couldnt go no lower. Do not buy platform beds from them . Ours broke i 2 days and they still wont fix it. Im reporting to the bbb and gonna try and close them down. I will be call ing channel 4,5 or 8 to see who will come to the this bogus place.
Extremely poor customer service. I bought Dinner table set and had issues with one of the leg of the table from Day One. I called them 4-5 times with Invoice number & texted them pics .. but all I was told every time I followed up that Owner shall get back to me. Tried following up 3-4 times.. no response what so ever.. Experience was so Frustrating !!!
Edited - its been two years after buying a $1000 piece of furniture and the true quality shows up..1. Recliner was not sturdy on the 3 seater and there is a gap between the seats2. Leather is faux and has started to peelI knew this was the cheapest 6 seat leather recliner set when i got it but didn’t expect it to have issues so soon..
Worst customer experience.They delivered the table with broken leg.When I call them , they asked me to send the picture of the broken leg.The lady says , it looks fine, I dont see any thing broken.I called them with in 5 mins after delivery. So rude and horrible experience.Big cheaters.
HORRIBLE communication... Wasted 2 days due to the reprentative Victoria Galvan stating they would deliver the furniture at a certain time then stopping all communication untilthe nnext day... Only to do the SAME THING again... Waste of time and horrible sales skills.
This place is dope. No one in the area is touching their prices for the contemporary stuff. Those of you that had problems well that just sux for you. When you go there youll understand thats its a small operation doing a lot of deliverys so forgive them sometimes. Id rather go here and pay nearly 70% off.

2022-02-10I recently bought a loveseat, couch, coffee table and a pool table. The quality on all the items are exceptional. Im not sure if its because I paid cash, but I got a really great deal on all of these items. Plus they delivered to my 3rd floor apartment 40 miles away on the very same day and put my furniture and pool table together. Im very satisfied with the products, the customer service and my whole over all experience with these folks. Im in the market for a new bed now, and this will be my first stop to see what they have.

2022-05-05I bought furniture from them one year ago and purchased the 5 year warranty that was recommended by the sales associate to make sure if any damage happens it will be fixed. My couch is already broken and Ive been to this store to try and get it replaced. The owner told me he had to locate my receipt and will give me a call on Monday because he was no longer working with the manufacturer to fix the furniture so he will give me my money back for the protection plan. Ive been reaching out to him for over a month for my refund and he will not return my calls or txt. I will not let this situation go due to the fact that I work hard for my money. So unprofessional....

2022-06-23Bella Furniture and Mattress are one of the worst! for wanting to save a few dollars, it turned out worse! dont buy in cheap furniture stores! and with terrible customer service! if you order by catalog they dont accept returns or exchanges unless you pay 25%! I bought a living room set from a catalog and it said it was white, when it was delivered it was another yellowish white color, and damaged! I asked them to change it and the owner said that he couldnt, nor change it for another set or something else, but on the contrary he charged me $467 because it was open box!Those who deliver the merchandise are not professionals! They deliver the furniture damage!

2022-08-12Bought a sectional about 6 months ago bought the insurance with it. Now my leather couch broke completely in one of the sides reached out for insurance and now is like they don’t even know what am I talking about showed them receipt blocked me and now I’m stuck with this cheap sectionals.

2020-06-28Read until the end! ** I have been looking for a sectional for a while for my growing family. I thought I finally found the perfect one when I was browsing on the Facebook marketplace for businesses that sell new furniture. I came across a large sectional that was priced exceptionally and thought to myself This is the couch, the look and color if perfect and the price is even better. I messaged the seller that posted that said they were in Fort Worth where Im located and was told that they were in Farmers Branch.. That kind of threw me off because I only search in my area so its close for delivery. After I was told the location and the name of the store, I went to look at reviews. I should have let them speak for themselves.. I ignored them though, still thinking I found the perfect couch and was told by Michael that I could most definitely expect my delivery that same day between 2-4. Okay perfect I didnt want to drive to Farmers Branch so I paid over the phone and I paid IN FULL with no financing at all.. meaning I paid basically $1,000 up front. I am now wishing I drove there to see the couch first. I had an errand to run but made sure I was back by 2. I waited and waited for my delivery, tried contacting the store multiple times wondering where my couch was and was told several times that they would try to find out why it hadnt been delivered yet and they were so sorry.. It was literally 3:55 before the delivery people arrived. I expected my delivery to be done BEFORE 4 because it was scheduled to be delivered between 2-4 and being a customer that paid in full, I should have gotten treated with more respect and gotten way more help than I received. When the delivery drives finally arrived they blamed it on traffic because they had to come all the way to Fort Worth from Farmers Branch but this was on a Saturday in the middle of the day so yeah right.. The sectional does look perfect, but IT IS SO HARD, like literally no softness. Its so cute in my living room so it makes me sad how cheap this feels. On top of that, the pillows that came with the sectional have holes and are poorly stitched together. The customer service and the furniture is not at all worth the price and BS you have to put up with when dealing with this place. Save your time and money for something better!

2021-07-15Just recently moved to the area and needed furniture immediately. They were very friendly and helpful. Got a sofa, dining room table, end tables and it all was delivered and assembled for us the same day. Surprisingly cheap too. Would recommend this place

2022-04-16Fast to sell but not fast to deliver paid extra for delivery and installment was set for 5-7 pm and delivery didn’t happen until next day don’t pay for delivery if you expect it the same day quick to take money but not quick to hold their end of the deal even went back to store same day to ask what was going on, and only thing they said was delivery was close to arriving and it never showed they will tell you that they will text 30 mins before arriving that is if they ever do that day

2021-08-28This is going to be a long review but its an honest one. I would definitely recommend that you purchase the insurance for your furniture. Here is why. I bought a recliner sofa and love seat from this store. A month later one of the seats on the sofa had stitching that was coming undone. I called and I spoke with Melony She asked me if I could send her pictures of what I was talking about. She called me back and said she would have to show the manager and get back to me. Now, I don’t know about other people but when I speak to say a customer service line or in this case a store associate I take their name and I write down all that was said in the conversation/ phone call. That way I can follow up and have notes because later I will forget. Any ways, she calls me back two weeks later and said that her manager agreed to completely exchange the sofa for a brand new one. Not for free though. This is where I am glad I made the choice and paid for the insurance. The insurance covers a lot of things and because I had just recently purchased it, I would be getting a new one. She said the manufacturer did not have any available at that time and it was looking like mid August. I said okay. I will wait because they agreed to come drop off the new sofa and take the sofa I already had back with the movers. I did not have to lift a finger. It would all be taken care of. Come to say that mid August Melony called me and informed me that the sofa was available for delivery right away, The movers came and dropped off and took the other one just like she said they would. I am so happy and overall impressed with this store. I do not regret making my purchase here and I do recommend it to my friends and family who are looking for furniture.

2021-11-14I had amazing customer service. I’m very disappointed with the communication between employees. I drove over an hour to get a couple of couches for my new home and my family has been coming here for years. I got both of the couches I wanted and financed for. I get home which is over an hour away! And they call and tell me that they sold the couch to someone else. I’m not pleased at all. I’m sad to say I will have to take my business else where since we have been coming here for years. And they offered another sectional which I don’t have time to drive another 3 hours for a couch I might not like. Have better communication to what has been sold please
