Great people. Know they business. Rv & trailer repairs.
Great place. We are staying in the campground, and will be storing our RV there after till we return in the spring. Nice clean campground, friendly staff.

Im giving 4 stars for value. Its quite inexpensive. There are nicer places with more amenities, for sure. However, at Bennetts, you get a good sized lot - most pretty level that we have stayed on. They have spotless bathrooms and showers, full hookups -- even good cable with Fox News!! The location is good if you are visiting Granbury. The people are very nice, and it is peaceful there. (Except when our family is there....) The down side -- its not the prettiest place. Some of the spots are a bit of a tussle getting into. And, if youre around space 28, youre gonna be smelling the dumpster! Plus, if you have a big rig, say 40, there are only a few good spots for you. Bottom line, we will be back.

Looking to buy a trailer. They had a used one that was the correct floor plan. Staff was great showing us the trailer. Answered questions and showed us options of other floor plans. Never pushed us, let us go at our own pace.
Purchased a 2017 fifth wheel from Bennett’s in 2017, and was given a four year warranty. As we approached the end of the warranty we took trailer in for a few things, one being our Dometic air conditioner had quit cooling. After claiming it was repaired, (only being a wasp nest,) we picked it up. After turning it on we noticed it still wouldn’t cool. Also found out that during those years from 2016 to 2018 Dometic had tremendous problems with those units due to Freon crossover. Bennett’s failed to repair it correctly, and our warranty had expired, and so had our trust in Bennett’s.
Ordered or received wrong wiring harness to install tow hitch on wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee.Blamed the parts distributor for the mixup.They were apologetic, but again, they were sorry for the other people being wrong.It would have been nice to hear, “sorry that we did not check the parts when they came in to make sure they were right.”If you want to hear excuses on why things are not done right the first time this is the place for you.
Im so depressed...bought a 2016 Voltage Toy Hauler for 50k and been fixing things on it for 3 weeks now.. What really made me post this is when the 2 awnings got damaged from 12mph winds..obviously loose...We are having to tighten up a lot of things falling apart especially when we where promised the beds would be fixed and didnt.
Awesome motor home park! Always helpful with any RV mechanical issues. They have fixed all issues I have had on my Vintage Bluebird Wanderlodge over the years I have been there.
We have been so pleased with each and every interaction with every person on this staff. We stopped in just to look and Scott spent hours working with us to identify our needs. When we moved forward with a purchase the whole staff came together. From helping us get the additional items we needed to a walk through orientation, they tried to ensure this was a pleasant experience. Then when I lost the orientation checklist, they answered the phone and walked me through all of my questions. I will forever be grateful to Bennett’s for partnering with us on this new adventure. I highly recommend them to everyone, and feel comfortable assuring you of their knowledge and integrity. Happy RVing!
Super helpful, we were on vacation and needed a valve. Emailed about our toilet vavle. Got an almost immediate reply that they had it and the price! Would highly recommend!! Staff was super helpful and made sure I had what we needed.
GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT RVS! Our daughter found a 2021 RV in Arizona that she wanted but Bennetts had the same RV for $10,000 less. Not only did she get a brand new trailer but all the extras that she would have had to purchase seperate everywhere else were included. The drive to Texas from Arizona was well worth the trip to pickup her new trailer. These people are honest and go above and beyond to make the buying experience a pleasure. Thank you Wayne for all of the help you gave our daughter to ensure she got a great trailer at a more than fair price!
I very rarely leave 5 stars. I had several repairs needed to my TT. It was very fortunate that the RV park and RV repair was in the same place. They are very accommodating to our needs. Lindy is the person to talk too. Very nice and made us feel welcome. The park is very clean, shower and laundry is top notch. The retail store has anything that you will need. If not they can order it in short time. Highly recommend to our fellow RVers.
We had a great experience with this company. We had gone to several other places to look for an RV and did not receive near the service we got at Bennetts. Our salesman, Scott, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. There was no pressure to buy. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and patiently did so again when we went back to decide between two units before we made a final decision. The office staff were great helping us get our loan. When we went to pick up the unit, Trouper showed us all the things we needed to know. He spent a lot of time with us and was super helpful. We would recommend Bennetts to anyone.

My husband and I wish to say a special Thank you to Jim, Stacey, and Judy for all your help in buying our fifth wheel. We’ve had it nearly a month and we absolutely love it. We had a pleasant experience it was not as much trouble as I thought; the process was quick actually and they answered all our questions. Trooper was also helpful and funny too. We will be calling them soon to assist us in ordering and installing a generator and stackable washer dryer for our Blue Ridge. Thank you so much Bennett’s Camping Center!!!!!!
I told the lady the size door I needed and she convinced me it was smaller. She was wrong and then I had to pay to get the door returned and a new door in ft. Worth. The door in ft worth was better and less expensive than the one bought at Bennett. Yes, Bennett gave me a refund but I was still out for the expense of having my guy travel to ft worth. That I didnt get a refund on.
Not a good customer service basis, they refused to give me a price on camping at their RV park because I have a suped up van. Definitely not a friendly place, apparently they only accomodate the rich.
Each person we dealt with at Bennetts camping center was very helpful and patient with all our many questions. We got the camper of our dreams! I would highly recommend Bennetts to anyone searching for a camper.
Great place to find RV parts. I called them looking for a water strainer. They had the part in stock. The store had a large selection of RV parts and accessories.
We bought a 22-0 dream trailer at Bennetts 11mo ago it was in the shop 10 time some times 3 times for the same reason almost avery thing they did had to be redone after I bought the trailer I found out the manufacturer went out of businessDo not use Bennetts Im 67 year old and disabled I bought this trailer for retirement and fun with my grandkids its been a nightmare .1 The bathroom lock was on the outside 2 the kitchen table fall off 3 right taillight didnt work day one 4 leaking awning Bolt leaked in bedroom in shop 3 time for fix 4 furnace will not light in shop 3 times 5 leaking under shower I fix after Bennetts field it 3 time and said it did not leak ? How much do you need to know not to buy here I ask about a trade inOn a trailer I spent 19000$ on 6 mo olda was told it was worth 9000$ ho they deposit fast? I cant get my money back but I dame shoes can keep people from making the same mistakes I did.

We purchased our 5th wheel from Bennett in 2017 after shopping at other dealerships in Ft Worth area. We are so glad we did, it was an easy purchasing and then any repairs are taken care in a timely manner. The staff is very nice always willing to help either in person or on the phone. We have had RVs for 23 years and Bennett is absolutely the best dealership we have dealt with.

We went into the store looking for a 50amp power cable replacement. Walked out with items we have been looking for for awhile. Found all that we needed and then some, at lower then normal prices. the ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and friends. This will be our go to store from now on. Thank you guys
We’ve stayed with you twice now on our way North. One night stays. Convenient except the heavy traffic on the highway in front. Also, it’s inconvenient to have to check in at the RV store then pull the rig back around to set up. Otherwise we’ll be back if we have to come through Granbury.
Wonderful pace to stay. It was our home away from home as we prepare to move into out newly bought home near by. Very clean bathrooms, showers and laundry rooms.
I only gave this business 5 stars because I could not give it 10 stars!The people here are friendly professional and extremely helpful! The owners are kind and treated us like we were family. The guys on the yard, trooper and Michael were awesome! We bought a used pop up and being used we found some minor blemishes that they fixed on the spot! There was one repair which required a few days to fix that we did not notice till after we bought the camper. Most places would have said you bought it get it out of here, its your problem now! Not bennetts we talked to Mrs. Bennett and she said of course we will fix it for you. We are extremely satisfied! Also Scott are salesman was great. Bennetts is a mom and pop family owned business, not many of those left and thats where you get the best service, no cold big box corporate business service here. Been in business since 1972, you do not last that long without quality reputable service. Thank you bennetts for your exceptional service. God bless!🤗✝️
Flash flooding this weekend and they won’t let me reschedule my rental. They would have no problem charging me my deposit fee due to any damage from the heavy rain or being left in their lot all packed up on Sunday. Seems like you’d want to protect your asset better than that and also help ensure your customers have a good experience so they would rent or possibly buy from you again. I’m disappointed with their refusal to reschedule and their disregard for their own property. It honestly feels like I care more about the trailer than they do. When learning about the set up, we were told that we need to make sure no water gets in. I mentioned that when I called to try and reschedule and was told “that’s just something they’re trained to say. Worst that would happen is we will charge you your deposit fee.” My rental price just increased by 71% due to the rain that I could not predict and Bennett’s cannot see past the end of their profit to actually take care of their property and customers. I will not rent from Bennett’s again nor will I refer them to anyone I know looking for RV rentals, sales, or service in Granbury.Their response in a nutshell: We had bad weather cancel our events too. Sorry no reschedules.I could understand if we were wanting to cancel or wanted our money back, but we don’t. We just would like to take it out on a weekend that wouldn’t potentially damage their camper and us be held liable. But they just want my money. Such shameful business practices.
Such lovely owners and staff. Nice, well kept small rv Park. They don’t want you on the grass, but you kind of have no choice. Although they have grass doggy area. But they are very kind and easy. Will stay again.
We spent 5+ months at Bennett’s, a great place to stay. Everyone treats each other as family. Friendly atmosphere.
We were camping at Bennetts RV Ranch and we had a power surge from our electrical cord.We lost our battery power. I went to the serviceShop at 8:00 and Jessie was at our rig by 8:30.We needed new batteries and a new inverter.Jessie went above and beyond and I am so happy that we were at Bennetts when this happened. I would highly recommend the service dept. The campground has 50 amp service, full hookups, and free cable for a reasonable price. When you are in Granbury give them a try.
A store with all the camping/RV person needs. This store has lots of inventory and a very experienced and informative lady working who sold us just what we needed! She is smart and sweet and very helpful.
Dont waste your money buying from them. Service dept is a joke. Wish I never would have. They refuse to do anything for a paying customer unless you buy new. Bought a brand new trailer last year and they have been nothing but a headache. DONT BUY from them!!

Great place for parts for campers and RVs. Ive been looking all over the place for for w canvas sealer for our pop up and they carried some for cheaper than online. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
Provides a peaceful spot to rest. Laundry and bath house are clean. RV sales, service and supply store in walking distance. On sight service is a plus. Full hook ups with 50 amp. Cable and wifi ( via Ethernet).

We recently took our camper in for service. We were treated with respect, the service was very quick, and all involved showed excellent customer service. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

2022-06-13Bennetts is a family-owned business in Granbury that has been around for many years. We bought our travel trailer from them in 2015. They treated us very well during the whole process and set up our weight-distributing hitch on our Tahoe (which was included in the deal at a discount, I might add). We had some warranty service done by them, which they handled with professionalism and a smile. We just brought the trailer down for service. If you buy your trailer from them, they offer a 10% discount on parts for any repairs. That helps us a lot. Would we buy from them again? Absolutely! Highly recommend.

2022-06-21We just wanted to praise your company a bit.Greg, Jimmy, John, Roper, Scott, Jackie, the wonderful Mr Bennett and his lovely bride Ms Fay, and absolutely everyone else there are super hospitable and gracious and at least a dozen other similar accolades. The campground is well maintained with full hookups and has a very nice laundromat. Were the proud owners of a new camper which is much nicer than our previous one thanks to them. 2022-05-23Had exactly the AC motor I needed for a respectable price. The staff were absolutely lovely and a few of them seem to be Full-time RVers. I would recommend them to anyone. Very helpful, Great price 👍

2022-05-12First of all if you don’t honor manufacturer warranties don’t tell your customers that you do! Hire people that know your policies and don’t waste peoples time and money. Get service managers that dont cuss and yell at customers when all we were doing as asking a simple question.

2021-06-06I needed a repair part and they had it. Great friendly service. Really like that the place is compact and just has RV parts and accessories. No need to wonder 100,000sf of stuff that could be used for camping but could also be used for a dozen other reasons and really isnt necessary to fix your camper.

2021-09-21We loved Bennetts. Stayed about 6 months in 2021 while our home was being built in Granbury. Nice and quiet. Lots of wildlife in the open field behind. Deer, bunnies, etc. And lots of beautiful birds. Very friendly, helpful and honest staff.
