Be careful using Ellen Johnstons realtors! If you dont mesh with them for whatever reason shell write the termination of listing so that youre effectively forced to keep your house off the market for 30 days, even if that isnt an option for you! And when you call her to try to explain your situation she says shell call you back in a couple of hours and then when you wait a full day to call her back shell send you straight to voicemail! Not a good look!

My experience with Debbie has been the worst out of any leasing agent we’ve dealt with so far on this journey of finding a rental. Which is already difficult enough. I put interest on seeing a home she was the agent for and it took over a week for her to contact me to schedule a viewing of the property. She set the day and time and I made myself available. I waited at the property for 40 min and she never showed, never answered her phone, and finally texted back that she had a doctors appointment for that time. A time she chose just the day before. I immediately texted back that I’d like to reschedule and she within the same time frame stopped responding to my texts. It took 2 hours for her to reach back out to reschedule. We finally see the property, she informs that there is just one application on the home and the prospect had not turned in a document that had been requested for quite some time and that she didn’t think he’d be able to get it done. Once we left I requested the requirements for the home and she never presented them. After waiting to hear back and never did I didn’t want to lose our chance so I requested an application upon which having responded to none of my messages she immediately sends an application. We turn in application and MORE documentation than was even requested right away. I NEVER heard back from her. It had been 4 days so I reached out to see if there was any updates and she said that another applicant was chosen. I would have never known had I not reached out. I then asked if she could at least let me know what my credit score pulled and she never responded. After pulling my own report I show that she never even ran a check on any of my stuff even though that’s what I paid for. I Do not recommend Debbie specifically, she’s incredibly unprofessional and lazy. I can’t speak on any other agents with this company.

Sharon Flynn is wonderful! My lender recommended her to me. She is everything he promised she would be: a go getter - on top of her business - aggressive - punctual - doesn’t stop trying to help you - never gives up - it was my pleasure buying a house from her.I hope everyone will call Sharon if you are in the market of buying a new home!Thank you

Great group of real estate professionals. They truly care about the best interest of their clients, and it shows in the high level of service they provide. Ive had the privilege of seeing some of the training Berkshire Hathaway provides its real estate agents, and I was blown away. This group, in particular, is great for anyone relocating to Tarrant County. I highly recommend BHHS Worldwide.
