Had them come out for spiders and roaches and I still have no both . Was mostly concerned about the brown recluse spider I have been killing because I have a toddler . They came out on the 5th of July its now the 19th of July and I killed a brown recluse spider this morning I. I was not really happy with the person that came out to spray because he was not very professional so I called to try to cancel the contract and they told me it would cost me 100 dollars to cancel the contract so we decided to keep it because it will end up costing us 20 dollars more to keep it .
We have nothing bad nor negative to say about the service we have been receiving. Cody is the tech that has been treating our problem. Cody actually listens and gets the job done. We have used other companies such as Terminix and never seen any change. After Cody did the 1st treatment we were amazed and now we have him back every 2 weeks with each visit results are amazing. Oh and the price is way cheaper than expected.
0 stars. Absolutely awful company and service. From customer service to the techs - I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Theyre customer service is awful and they dont give you any answers. They typically “dont know” the answer and refer you to a manager who is never around and won’t ever call you back. We moved into a new home and chose them as our pest service, which was our biggest mistake yet. The first time out: their tech told us they didnt have our card on file (which was false) so he needed cash. Came in and sprayed for less than 5 minutes for interior and exterior. He completely missed huge sections of the house! Took our cash and they continued to charge our card 4 more times for over $100. They swore they wouldn’t charge our card when we called as well. Refused to refund, they couldn’t get it figured out and didn’t seem to care that they were constantly charging our card for no reason. They didn’t have any techs come out even though we were calling monthly to fix the charge issues. Never offered to resolve any issues. They refused to cancel our contract or send out techs. We paid for four services and only received two. This service is a total scam.
I set up an appointment with them, and the guy came over and seemed very laid back. I paid 100 for him to be there only 20 minutes. After he left I walked around the house to see that the wasps nests were still there. I called him and he said that they were too active and he would be back. I tried to reschedule his next visit but they ended up not showing up, and I have had to take the issue into my own hands. If I’m paying that kind of money I expect to at least have someone do their job.I would recommend that you use another company.
I am surprised how this company has so many positive reviews. For the situation I had in one of the units in multi-unit building, I wanted someone to service the same day. I explained at length to the scheduling guy what kind of building it is and what kind of problem we are having and the urgency of the matter. He took all the notes and assured me of good service. Sold me some additional services along with first time inspection and service fee of $99. No issues there, I signed up for it. For me the need of the hour is to address the issue and I was also fine with the monthly charge for next four months as per their Policy. Later in the day a manager calls me and says they simply cannot do the service because $99 is too less for them. They apparently thought that the house was single family. I specifically told the sales rep that it is a four unit building. Either the manager lied to me or has not been communicated. Also they signed me up for a year contract without my notice (I was told only for four months). Anyway, the manager says they cannot do the whole building for $99. So I asked, I am fine paying more but I need the service. He said he cant do that either because an inspector should come out to give that quote. Fine. Next question. Can you service the unit that has problem for that $99? Answer is yes, but they will only spray something for the maggots but wont take immediate affect and also he cannot fix the root cause of the issue. It more sounded like because they were at the site they just want to do very minimal stuff and leave. And guess what, before all this discussion happened he already charged my card. I denied their service and he returned my payment. The bigger problem here is not just the money part, but the purpose of servicing the unit the same day did not happen. My whole day got wasted. I wish I could give zero stars but there is no such option.
I hired them because of their raving reviews but look at most recent reviews! Instant regret. They have a contract that they put you on and charge you for services never rendered! Customer service never answers text, phone, email. Didn’t come twice when scheduled but charged per contract anyways. Speaking of contract; they sent mine to the wrong email address so I never received or signed but am expected to abide. They just showed up whenever they wanted. When they sprayed, they only did a few rooms. Not outside around the house or yard. LOOK ELSEWHERE ~ NOT RECOMMENDED
We have been using Berrett pest control for about one year and 8 months. Here lately they have gone down hill with their Customer service and communication. We had a service appointment and no one bothered to call or show up. We waited until 7pm as Rachel the Customer Service Rep stated that Technicians work up until 7pm. No call No Show. Wasted our time waiting for them to show up. Closed our account and sent an email about the problem we faced. No one has reached out to us about this. Closed our account!
Firstly, this service is ineffective - we signed up for a four month contract (unlimited treatments) after spotting a couple fleas inside our house, and the technicians treated the both the interior and exterior of the house + yard for mosquitoes and cockroaches as well. After two treatments within a couple weeks of each other, we were actually noticing a significant increase in cockroaches inside our home, which had not been an issue before. When I called to talk to someone about this and request another treatment be done, a representative tried to convince me that it should be expected that there would be an increase in pest activity after a treatment, and this in fact did not indicate that the treatment was ineffective (???????).Secondly, they are dishonest. I called their office after they had messaged about a scheduled treatment on a Saturday and then not shown up. The representative I spoke with was extremely condescending, told me that his notes showed the service had been completed and attempted to convince me that I just must be confused about how their service works. I informed him I had been home all day and had multiple dogs and people in the home due to a visit from relatives and it would have been impossible for someone to spray in the backyard without any of the dogs noticing and barking (our dog notices every time someone so much as walks across the sidewalk in front of our house). Furthermore, no one had knocked on the door to let us know they were here - wouldn’t that be not only appropriate but expected if a treatment was being done while people and animals were home? In what world would it be acceptable to open and close someone’s gate to their backyard and spray down pesticide without letting the customer know that pets should be kept indoors for a period of time until gates were closed and the treatment had dried? This gentleman refused to consider that their technicians could have made a mistake (or worse, lied altogether about providing a service) and continued to condescend to me that I simply lacked awareness of how their service works.Even if their technicians had somehow managed to sneak into our yard without informing us of their presence and without any of us noticing (which is both inappropriate and virtually impossible), it still wouldn’t mean my service had been provided because I signed up for both interior and exterior treatments.I don’t appreciate paying for a service that is ineffective, and I CERTAINLY don’t appreciate being lied to.
I signed up for four months contract and experienced very poor quality service. I still find bugs here and there. The technician just shows up with his tank and applies the chemicals. He has no interest in examining the corner or prior applied areas and document the progress. We had multiple fire ants even after the application. Im not saying chemicals were ineffective, Observation and inspection are literally zero. Even though you signed for four-month contracts, it doesnt terminate automatically after four months. You have to call them multiple times; even then, I get charged for an extra month. Finally, I received my termination note. Berrette pest control itself is a bug. Stay away from this company.
Ive had this service for about a month now and Im a fan! Weve gotten the general house treatment for cockroaches and now we got the In2Care mosquito treatment for our outdoor area. Every interaction Ive had with the team has been awesome - theyre easy to schedule and nice. Rod (our assigned technician) is AWESOME. I can tell hes an expert in pest management and hes really speedy. He goes above and beyond with his personality which is positive and upbeat. Thanks Rod and Berrett
I called them due to a flea infestation in my house. The woman who answered was very pleasant and the price was reasonable. The service was another story entirely. The exterminator had no idea why I had contracted their services leaving me wondering what the point of asking me questions like, Where is it more focused? was on my initial call. It obviously was neither passed along, or it didnt matter since they were going to do the same thing regardless. The exterminator spot sprayed my baseboards in like 5 minutes and said he was done. I was told initially that I would have a follow up appointment in two weeks. They have never contacted me again except to bill me for their monthly service. The treatment they provided did absolutely nothing. My house still has fleas, I still can barely sleep at night or feel comfortable in my house, and now Im paying them $40 a month on top of it to do nothing whatsoever. I wrote them an email requesting a refund since they basically did nothing and have received no response. This place might be great for preventative maintenance but, if you have an actual problem you need taken care of, I would highly suggest you find a professional exterminator. This place is not it.
We had been on this service for about more than 1 year now we never had that problem until one guy from berret pest control his name is john came to do service in our house.He was very rude ,the way he was talking to us was super rude and the way he was doing service was unprofessional. My husband was just trying to show him way but he was talking and acting so rude my husband had to tell him to just stop doing that service and we dont want to deal with this pest control anymore. And i called them rightaway and cancelled the service.Now , I dont want to recommend this pest control to anyone.
My customer service representative was wonderful and sweet, kind, and helpful! She helped provide several options for me to solve the scheduling issues I had, and figured everything out quickly and efficiently. I’m so happy with my service and with Barrett altogether!
I dont typically leave negative reviews and like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this company really dropped the ball on multiple occasions when doing business with them. Communication within this company and between their employees and with me was very poor. The first time they were supposed to come set out a squirrel trap the technician called to confirm and said that no one told him he needed that type of trap so service had to be rescheduled. Another time when I had scheduled service I had to call because at the end of the time window I still had no received a call that the technician was on his way. Then I had a complicated problem with rats in the wall and was told someone would contact me and then the district manager of the company went MIA. If I could give one technician in this company 5 stars I would because he told me about the situation and then said someone would reach out to me after a higher up guy in Dallas visited. Weeks later I never received a call and I had to call them to let them know to come back out and pick up traps. Not sure if this is just a series of unfortunate events but I would not recommend this company to any busy working professional who has a schedule to keep. I should not have to track this company down to do a service I paid a high amount of money for them to do. Will definately not be using this service again unless it is to use the warranty for their work which they didnt complete.
Great experience! Rod was my tech and he did great. He was not only on time but was fast as well. I definitely recommend this company. I had originally called another company who must have thought I was dumb. Berrett was priced very well and I even started the membership with them for less than the other company quoted me. Ask for Rod if you want someone laid back and professional at the same time.
We have used Barrett for approximately six years. Always have had amazing service, will come out whenever they need to, and very, very friendly employees. I just spoke with Joseph on the phone today regarding a random issue that popped up, and he already has someone coming to our house in three days. Stellar service, great prices, use them, you wont be disappointed.
Had a fantastic experience with Rod today. This is the first time Ive utilized pest control and didnt know what to expect but Berrett treated me like a valued longtime customer. Rod was super friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. His work was quick and thorough and I will definitely request him to be my technician in the future.
We started with Berrett Pest Control last month. What a difference they have made. We also signed up for an unlimited quarterly appointment that is very affordable. The gentleman that did our service was very professional and did a thorough job spraying our home and property. The office personnel are also very kind and personable as well as professional. They Ofer other affordable monthly subscriptions as well.
I called Berrett, after reading their wonderful reviews, and experienced the exact same outstanding customer service. I was greeted by an extremely pleasant and comical woman (sorry, I forget her name), who was also exceptionally informative and courteous. She quickly explained the process, service costs, and had us set up with an appointment immediately. The electronic correspondences were also efficient and user-friendly. I cant wait to be rid of all these pests!

Recently, I was thinking of canceling due to financial reasons of this Pandemic...but Michelle from Berrett Pest Control understood my needs and was able to work out a great price for me. The first experience is always the lasting. From the beginning of my conversation until the end was a very comfortable yet rewarding experience. My concern was addressed & was resolved with a follow-up appointment to revisit the campus the next day.It is so hard to find good quality customer service. My experience todaywas of excellent quality. Also, every technician that have made a visit to our campus, have proven to be professional as well as knowledgeable of their job.
I highly, highly recommend Berrett Pest Control. They have the best customer service, everyone I talked to was super sweet, attentive, and professional. They were always on time when they said they would, so I never had to wait around for hours. Plus, they have the best price in Austin and efficient results.
Excellent service! Techs are always on time, thorough, and effective with treatment, and all the operators are helpful and friendly, too. I just scheduled an extra visit in between the next visit on my quarterly plan, and not only was it free, but the entire call took less than five minutes. Ronald took my call and scheduled me at exactly the time and date I needed, not to mention he was super friendly and patient! You wont find better service anywhere. These people really care about making sure youre happy.
I had talked with Cassie regarding needing service to my house with the technician, she was cheerful and helpful. I had some changes that needed to be done to my acct and again so very nice. I would definitely recommend Berrett from their knowledgeable technicians to their knowledgeable office staff. Great job!
We had Berrett Pest control for 4 months. We were experiencing fleas in our home, so we decided to give them a call, everything was well explained and made sense. Up until recently is when we became very unsatisfied with the service. Our technician Garry had good communication with us and helped us with the problem we had. For some reason we couldn’t get rid of the issue, so I stayed in contact with Garry and asked him if he could go on a Friday he said he would let me know when he could go but 3 days passed by and I didn’t find that reasonable. I didn’t want to let that week go by without getting our service because it was something that we needed, also I didn’t want to be put a week behind for our next service. I called the office so I could actually schedule an appointment and they lady wasn’t able to find something on Friday and Garry wasn’t available so we made an appointment for Saturday from 4-6pm with a different technician. Saturday around 1pm the technician calls me and says he can be at our house in 12 min, I said thank you for the offer but that won’t work for us. He got upset and said “what am I supposed to do for 3 hours”, I didn’t understand why he responded to me this way because as a client it wasn’t my fault he finished early plus I had a set schedule for them which was whenever they were available as well. He said he would call me when he was on his way later. A few minutes later the office calls me to say unfortunately he won’t be able to show up today because he just ran out of spray for our house. Which sounded like a lie because what a coincidence that he ran out but still needed out house to do and he was upset about waiting. I don’t find this fair as a client because I feel as if I’m being pushed around, when I’m the one paying and agreeing whenever they’re available. That’s the reason we decided to cancel our service with them.
I chose Berrett based upon name recognition only. I called and spoke with Letha as I am a first time customer. She was excellent in describing exactly what to expect and answered all of my questions in great detail. When I questioned her about how they would treat the home, she was very accomodating regarding our peculiar circumstances. If the actual treatment comes with the same service and professionalism that Letha provided, Im quite sure well be very happy with Berrett.
2.19.19 Response by phone to my request for treatment in between my quarterly service was met with understanding and lightning quick action to get a service tech back out. Service tech will be out in 2 days at no charge. I love this company.Brianna was wonderful...so accommodating.She listened to every word I said and changed the schedule for me after I asked more questions.
We’ve had Barrett service our home every three months for nearly a year. They are always very courteous, professional and thorough. The past two technicians, Stephen and most recently Brandon were prompt, friendly and they put up with all my buggy questions. When I’ve called to reschedule my quarterly service, it was no problem at all and the service rep was very nice as well. Overall, I’m super pleased with my experience and best of all haven’t seen any pests or bugs in the house! Thank you!
Seth was an absolute ease to work with to get service setup this morning. He not only was knowledgeable regarding the products and pricing - he was also very willing to switch over the sale credit to the gentleman I had originally spoken to on Monday. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was a truly great experience.
This was our initial visit. Miguel seemed knowledgeable and he was good with our dog (she can be a pain in the butter cookies) and they got over to the house within 1-1/2 hours of my request. Who could ask for anything more? The treatment was just a few hours ago so I dont know how the spider-kill-ery went but, I assume it will be fine. By the way these guys do business, Im sure they will take care of us.
Not only was Michelle polite she gave me some good insight on our small talk. I really appreciate someone who can connect with their customers. My call was handled very professionally and quickly. They listened to what I wanted before making any recommendations instead of trying to sell me some kind of package and they were able to set an appointment two days from now. If the appointment goes even half as well as the call, they have another satisfied customer!
Ive been using Berrett for a year and have been so pleased with both their customer service and the effectiveness of their treatments. Their techs are always friendly and thorough. They really listen to particular concerns and immediately address them. Ive just started a new contract year with zero hesitation.
Their service has always been great. Our technician always notified us he was going to spray. He would always ask if we had any specific pest to spray for. Customer service is always friendly and responsive to any questions or last minute rescheduling that Ive requested.
J von came to my house to help today when I heard a critter in my dryer vent. He was thorough and helped me to locate a hummingbird in my dryer vent ! He helped me relocate the bird and move the dryer etc. which is a huge help Bc my husband is out of townHe was professional and polite and went the extra mile. He did a great job. I’m so grateful They were prompt with timing and communicated when he was in route and mind you it’s saturday as well ! I think I’m going to switch my regular pest control company and start using this one. They have a group of specialist that can come seal up the entry point we found. Rod is a superstar. He came on time and provided the best service. We paid for the outside and inside spray service, and he even took care of the high up wasp nests in addition to everything else. He was super friendly, funny, professional and completed everything in a timely manner. (He was in and out within 30 min)I will definitely be reaching out to this company again!
On 7/9/21 I received my initial flea treatment service from technician JVon Thomas. He was in and out of my apartment in less than 5 minutes. I thought that was odd, so I looked at my receipt. Under products used the only product listed was Pivot Ultra Plus, which is an aerosol that he used on the interior. You can buy this yourself on Amazon for about $20, so I reached out to my technician and asked him why I spent $100 for this service. He replied by saying that he used 2 different brands. He said, I used Top Choice first then pivot after. When I then asked why Top Choice wasnt listed under products used on my receipt, he stopped replying. On 7/10/21 I called customer service, which was not helpful. If my technician actually did use Top Choice, then as a client I deserved to know what was used in my home, as Top Choice is a commercial grade pesticide, which CAN NOT be used indoors. The manger called me after my technician admitted over text that he used TopChoice inside my apartment. The manager said the technician is new and must be confused, and that he most likely did not actually use TopChoice in my apartment. However, I have pictures of the TopChoice granules inside my apartment that he spread. The manager refused to refund me my money, saying we provided a service that should be paid for even though he couldnt tell me what the full service was (if JVon didnt actually use TopChoice...which he did!). I am filing a complaint with BBB and reporting them to Poison Control. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
One of their trucks hit me on Christmas Eve and their insurance company found the guy driving (while on his cell phone, in his hand) not at fault. It was a three lane road (with a right only lane being the 4th lane) and he turned left from the furthest right lane which was a strictly straight lane. I ended up having to pay my deductible out of pocket. The call center person I talked to couldn’t even get the austin area manager on the phone for me, she had to give me to someone outside the area, he was super nice and seemed concerned. The insurance didn’t seem to take my statement in account and disregarded everything I said. This company shouldn’t have employees who don’t abide by hands free laws or that don’t pay attention to roads.
Always a good experience. They obviously care about their customers. Today I spoke with Ron who was very courteous and professional as all associates have been over the years. We have been Berrett customers for years since they totally solved our pest issues. Highly recommend their services.
I called Berrett Pest Control. I was immediately impressed with the questions they asked and the prompt service. Our inspector came the very next day. Chris was very knowledgeable and got us a quote right away. I was thankful that the cost of trapping the wildlife was reasonable. I really appreciated their time and energy. I would highly recommend Berrett Pest Control.
Chris came to my house to check for rodents in my attic. Great news, he couldn’t find evidence of anything up there! He checked for places where something could gain access to the attic, there were no openings. He would have been able to sell us a service we didn’t need, but thanks to his honesty, he didn’t even try. We will certainly call Barrett Pest Control again, if we have a problem
Had a wasps nest, so we called them. He sprayed some sort of solid pesticide. The wasp nest was on our unattached garage, but he put the pesticide all over our deck, including our $100 yoga mat. It now needs to be replaced because who in there right mind would roll around in pesticide? The guy obviouslycould see the mat. Honestly think they should replace it.
I am a new customer, and I have been treated so amazingly by Joshua and Walter!! These two have amazing customer service, and made me feel so at ease with the entire process of getting all set up! My first treatment is next week, and I am poking forward to seeing how it goes!

Stop looking and use them! Absolutely fantastic company. Honest, timely, and friendly. We purchased a home about 6 months ago and just found evidence of wood-boring beetles in the flooring. Contacted Berrett Pest Control and they were able to come the next morning. Cliff was on time and very personable, and gave us his honest recommendation without trying to upsell us or anything. I will recommend them to everyone and we will continue to use their services.

I’m so happy that I found this company. Every person I’ve spoken with here has been extremely helpful and kind. Geno, our service person, Michelle, the woman in the office, and the other office people that have helped us have all been compassionate and highly competent and wonderful! It’s really a relief for me because of the severity of our mosquito and scorpion problems. I feel like I have people who understand and who are doing everything they can to get it under control as quickly as possible so my nieces who live with me aren’t getting bitten and stung. I can’t thank them enough. I also find their fees very reasonable especially after experiencing the level of service they provide.
The pricing is great compared to competitors, and the scheduling is quicker. Gary came out today to help us with an ant problem. Not only was he punctual, efficient, and personable, but he also realized I had mistakenly signed up for termite control and he saved me about $30 off my contract! On top of that, when he found out the ants were biting my small children, he automatically scheduled a follow up a week out (which normally they only do upon request if there was a problem with the service after 7 to 10 days.) He did not make me feel rushed and let me aak lots of questions. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!
Amazing customer service. They are so kind on the phone and anytime they come for my quarterly peat control service. I called today to have them come take care of an ant Hill and wasp nest and theyre adding it to the list of things to take care of. We were supposed to have our treatment last month so Im not sure why its late, but any time I call, theyre on top of it.
I purchased a Groupon for a one time service and thats what I received. The technician was great and friendly. He asked me more than once if I had and questions. He definitely is a great tech and I hope our spider issue goes away. I will definitely use their services again.
Incredible Service! I’m so happy I was able to find a company to do a 1 time spray that’s doesn’t charge $200+. Only $80 and some change. What a deal! Once we finish our move I will definitely be calling to set up a reoccurring service. The tech (Sergio) was very professional & nice. He explained what he was doing and gave further instruction to achieve the best results. I’m also happy that they use green, Organic spray. I have a small dog & a 2 year old running around. Worst pest control in the city. Guy came out once and set cheap traps that never worked. Sprayed a little of the pest repellent and left. Havent seen him again since. All the 4 star and up ratings are fake! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! Hutto pest control is way better and actually does the job!
Michele has always been incredibly friendly and thorough in taking note of my concerns. Berrett has always been quick to get out to the house and treat for any concerns that appear during regular maintenance. We’ve been using Berrett for over a year and have been very pleased with them.

I had a serious past control issue and was very pleased with the friendly, thorough service I was given. They changed their usual routine to address my particular needs and returned 2 days later and went about a different approach. My country cabin will no longer have to worry about uninvited guests.

I had been using Berrett and had been having a pretty good experience overall with them . About a 93/100 due to one small mishap on a treatment visit that they remedied immediately. However, due to a miscommunication recently the relationship went downhill quickly when I spoke with two other Berrett associates. Michelle called me when I was upset and thanks to her made things right with me and did what a company SHOULD do. Michelle gets 5 stars , but overall as a company they have to lose 1 star because of the other 2 people I spoke to. I will still continue to do business with Berrett in the future thanks to Michelle and her eagerness to make things right with and take care of the customer. And, I appreciate the willingness of the company itself not to make matters worse but instead to make things right. Hopefully in the future there isnt any miscommunication.
We moved into our home about 2 months ago and it had been vacant for a long time so we started to notice a spider and ant problem. I called Berrett Pest Control late on a Saturday morning hoping to get same day service and they worked me in that same day. The technician was on time, friendly, and informative.Noticed ants again 3 weeks after initial setivxe and called to have another treatment done and was scheduled next day without any issue. The customer service rep, Reggie, was very friendly and efficient in getting me scheduled. Highly recommend!
We moved into a brand new subdivision that was previously a corn field. Within our first few days living there it was obvious we needed an exterminator quickly. Berrett set up service to be at house within 2 days. We have a regular technician-Gary, that is extremely knowledgeable and came back quickly each time we needed him between regular service calls. Hes gotten us to a place where we only need the scheduled quarterly appointments but I know if we need them for anything extra theyll be there quickly. Also they are very conscious of pet and ppl safety regarding their treatments and that is a huge plus!
Today was my first pest service with Berrett. Cliff was very patient with my questions and was able to solve a mystery with some bugs that were dying in the corner of one of my bedrooms for months. I was impressed with his knowledge and insider advice. He was very thorough and considerate. I’m looking forward to using this service in the future.
Berrett Has always been a reliable service for us. Their customer service department is always courteous and incredibly helpful. We are always able to get a technician to come out to our home within a short period of time. The products that they use are not harmful to humans or pets and are extremely effective at keeping pests at bay. I highly recommend Berret Pest Control.
I never would have thought that calling a pest control company would be so painless & effortless. I was supposed to call a few pest control companies around our area and compare services & fees... long story short there was no need. Just one call to Barrett & I was very pleased with the lady over the phone. She answered all questions and was very kind. There was no need to keep calling other companies because as they say- first impressions last a lifetime. The reps answering the calls are always helpful and are very understanding. The tech that came by was knowledgeable & prompt. These dudes & dudettes certainly know their business!
After calling around to a couple of places, Berrett Pest Control was not only fairly priced, there customer service was outstanding. They answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and made sure I understood all of the terms of the contract. It was an awesome experience!
Berrett Pest Control is great -great service at a great price. Gary is very thorough and does a really good job! I have no bugs, and if anything shows up, he will come out and retreat free of charge. I had a problem with ants in my oak trees and he completely took care of it in one treatment.
Barrett pest control is easy to communicate with and they come back to the home quickly if you need them to come back out. I have been with them since Feb 2016 and would recommend them in an instant. Customer service rep Lana was so helpful when I needed to get copies of all my receipts to show the buyers of my home that I have had a coverage! She was polite & helpful
I have used Berrett Pest Control for almost 10 years and have been very pleased, up until recently. I began having issues with scheduling, and decided to call and try to find a solution. I’m happy to say that Lana was so much help, and handled the issue in a professional way. I can’t say enough about the technician, Angel. He is so kind, and goes out of way to do a good job. They did an absolutely fantastic job when treating our home. The Tech was punctual and worked efficiently to spray the home. He then targeted main focus areas to reapply and investigate.We are very glad we chose Berrett and will definitely refer them to family and friends.
Hello everyone, hope this review is helpful to the ones looking for new pest control service (I personally like to read at other consumers reviews before making a decision and excuse my grammar, English is not my primary language 😬lol). I live on the Manor tx area and we have a lot of fire ants/spiders/wasps/hornets/flys in the area but not too long ago I notice very small roaches inside my house 🤢🤮 and TBH o could be ok with spiders or scorpions but CANT stand roaches, Anyways, long story short, I decided to hire Berret pest control base on the reviews (they do have 4.9, but honestly not sure why lol) first visit they did, thought the guy was great, spent good time spraying but after couple weeks no changes, decided to wait at least 30 days but still nothing, I called, set up second visit, waited another couple of weeks and, with no exaggeration, I think the insects only reproduced even more, I have lots of fire ants, huge hornets and roaches still visible at my home 😩😩 last service was performed on the 12th July and still not success. I think I’ve spend more money buying Hornet spray and insecticide than before lol oh well! I had to give it a try. GoodLuck to all of y’all! I’m done with Berrets, any other suggestions?🧐

Michele was very helpful and understanding as I explained an issue I’ve had in-between my quarterly services.She listened, got me scheduled ASAP, and reassured me that they wanted to take care of this issue (annnnddd that I’m not paying to have pest in my home (which I had honestly thought to myself once or twice before) ☺️).I’m a new homeowner and learning the ins and outs of things like pest control! We just moved into our home and Gary was the technician from Berrett. Gary was great. He explained what he was doing, what would happen after he sprayed, and what we should look for In The next few weeks till he would come back. Gary was very knowledgeable and was able to put my mind at easy concerning the animals that live in out home and if anything would affect them. I am so glad we chose Berrett because Gary will continue to work with us in the future.
The gentleman I first spoke with while scheduling my pest control service, Ron, was great to speak with, as he did a great job of walking me through the process. Everything occurrred just as he laid the plan out. My technician Adam was very curtious and professional. I appreciated him explaining the scope of the job and all costs, potential and expected, before he got started. He was also very knowledgeable and proficient. I will definitely use Berrett again in the future.
We had ants. Berrett tried to upsell and sent a contract for everything BUT ants. After verifying address and coverage 3 TIMES, my husband drove 4 hours to meet them at our 2nd home . They called at the time of the appointment saying they didnt serve our area (Taylor TX). Then, they sent an email asking why appointment wasnt completed. Avoid this company.
Love our Pesticides lady Shamnon. We have 2 Hugh dogs and they really like her. Nust called to verify payment made on the w4th of Jan. I have been billed electronically and understand it was too early for my payment getting posted for billing Jan. Cycle. Then after emails and 2 calls I was told it was good. Then I got a paper bill dated 2-23-18 with late fee. Just call for 3rd time and my balance shows Zero due. Glad it got cleared up. I was able to set up about 90% of everything via text since my phone service connection is bad. The tech assigned to my location texted me per my request prior to arriving. She explained explained each procedure in detail and what to expect in the following days. I have my next 2 treatment dates and times scheduled. If necessary I will be using this company in the future,
I only had a first time treatment which I believe to be pretty bare minimum. I was hoping to have a complete 1st time service with indoor and outdoor treatment but it just addressed the ant problem we were having. With that being said I think were going to be getting a routine account with them so Ill know more later.

I have been a Barrett Customer for over a year. As a first-time homeowner I was concerned with pest specifically rats and roaches invading my space. Anytime I’ve called on Barrett they have been quick to answer any questions or send out a tech. Some may think the price is a little costly but I find it well worth it to keep my home sanitary for my family.
They don’t care if you use them or not. We used them for three years and just cancelled and the lady even half laughed from what it sounded like. They didn’t show up when at all one time when I stayed home all day waiting. Other times they were late. The pests would go away for a few days and come back so your always having to call them back again. I think that if customer service isn’t willing to apologize or rectify a dissatisfied customer then the company doesn’t deserve your business. I don’t recommend using them.
I spoke with Mike over the phone about a flea infestation that we thought was taken care of with store bought flea sprays, but had recently discovered it was not! He was very personable, informative, and relatable as he has the same animals as my roommate and I do (2 dogs, 1 very scaredy cat). After talking with him I didn’t feel the normal sales pressure to book right away and he was very understanding of the fact that I needed to speak with my roommate before signing up for anything. I can’t wait to have them come out and get rid of these annoying critters!
Very nice professional people. I had termites. A friend of mine suggested Berrett Pest Control. (Berrett fixed his termite problem and the termites never came back) I have had the same GREAT experience. Berrett fixed my termite problem on the first treatment and the termites have never came back. I pay a small fee each year for an warranty. Each year Berrett sends one of their experts to check my house for termites and if they were to find termites they would fix my termite problem at no additional cost.
Adam was awesome! He provided details about what he was going to and what he used to get rid of the bugs in my house. Very trustful young man who obviously takes pride in his profession. He had more knowledge about little critters than any other pest exterminator Ive used in the past.I will sign up with Berrett going forward, mostly because of Adam.Thanks!
I had a visit from Gino Salinas on Saturday. I received a call that he was on the way and arrived promptly when he said he would. He asked what problems we were having and where I wanted him to start. When he finished our service, he communicated what he did and what issues he saw. I appreciate the customer service while taking care of all of our pests!
Ive had a fantastic experience with Berrett Pest Control. They assisted with some nasty critters we inherited from the previous resident. Thank you very much to the staff on that end especially our technician. I cant recall his name at the moment but he was a real stand up gent.

2022-04-25Upon calling I get nervous because I wasnt sure exactly what to do. I was in the process of purchasing a home in Corinth and was in need of an inspection. Now I dont understand the jargon of anything related to realty and was told to just mention it to him and he would know. Once I mentioned what I needed the gentleman made it so easy for me and guided me on the terminology and made me feel at ease. The costs was great and he scheduled me in the next day. The inspector texted me letting me know that she was on the way in estimated time and was friendly and courteous. She made sure to let me know what was going on and called me to let me know that she was done. Berrett not only has great pricing but great service. Made me at ease about the quick smooth process. I will be using them in the near future again and would recommend their services to everyone.

2022-06-02I hate cockroaches beyond measure, and the team at Berrett really saved the day. Becky in the front office got me scheduled quickly and explained the pricing very clearly. Kenny came out the next morning, promptly and extremely friendly. He was knowledgable and made the entire process comfortable and easy going. He said he wanted to treat our house like he would want his house treated, and it truly felt that way. Amazing service!

2022-05-05I tried to establish new service and after they no showed 3 times over 1.5 weeks I canceled and went with another company. They had me completely empty my cabinets and drawers and was very inconvenient as I waited over 1.5 weeks for no show. When I called after the last no show they had canceled my appointment and were going to reach out to the manager and call right back. I never got a call back. They are extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.

2022-09-02Stay away from this company. I had 4/5 no shows, the last straw was this past week. I’d schedule a visit the week prior and they no showed, AGAIN, this time not calling at all. I called the next day and left a message, not call back. They claimed they called back on Wednesday, two days after the appointment was scheduled, to reschedule and we’re nonchalant on the phone when I called back irate. Called to cancel and still haven’t received the cancellation confirmation email. This company sucks!

2022-07-12It’s borderline impossible to get an appointment unlike what they state with initial appointment. Once you sign up for service they rarely have availability and when they do, they’ll cancel your appoint with the expectation that you will work around their schedule. The women who called to “reschedule” was rude and unprofessional. Cancelled our contract immediately.
