Berrett Pest Control is a great company! They are very professional and always provide the best service. Jeff was the person I talked to on the phone and he had the most professional and friendly demeanor, and was very quick at helping resolve my concern/issue. I greatly appreciate the level of quality and care that every employee I’ve interacted with has shown me.
Barrett pest control is awesome! They are always so friendly and very professional both on the phone and in person. I spoke with Joseph and he was able to make the change I requested without any issues.We had some MAJOR spider issues, and they have managed to get rid of them within 2 months!
Do not use this service. I have been using them for four months and they continued to show up late or just not at all. I had to constantly reschedule and waste my time waiting around for them. When I talked to management they would just talk circles around me and neglected to do anything to make it better. One manager didn’t even have the decency to apologize to me. My technician was unprofessional. I had a horrible time with this service. Today was the last straw. I called and made an appointment last week for today and they scheduled me for Saturday. I already took everything out of my cabinets to prepare for a treatment just to find out the appointment was made for another day that I did not request. Having a bug problem is already frustrating enough, do not waste your time on this service they will just cause you more stress.
This company is the worst. They constantly cancel or reschedule with no notice. The chemicals do not work. They treated my house from July to October.. most of that was at least once a week. They supposedly did 3 heavy treatments in my house. And none of it helped. I even still have spiders. And my roach infestation feels like it was never touched. And one of there guys came to do a heavy treatment and didnt even bring a mask. How do they expect to treat a home properly if They dont where a mask while the foggers are going off. Now they are sending me collections when I told them I didnt want their services any longer because they sucked so BAD. where is the I am aloud to cancel at anytime if I am unsatisfied. I guess they lied about that to
I contracted this company to come and service my home. They came twice and I had to call for them to come a third time. They did not resolve my problem. They just want to charge your bank. Thats Al that matters to them. My contract with them has been over for a while and they still take money from my bank. They stay charging me. I was told I would receive a statement that would fix this and I havent received any letter. I call them and speak to their representatives and they do not listen. This is the only way to learn about a company. I would not recommend them. They dont deserve ones respect.
Customer service rep Coley very professional when taking my call. Answer all myQuestions for up coming second service visit. My Gmail was incorrect on their system andShe corrected it.. I was able to receive my first service report. Service tech MichaelExplain details of work so well on the first service visit. Very satisfied customer.
Berrett has been an excellent service for my backyard as after just over a month of their services, there has been a dramatic difference in the mass mosquito frustration in my backyard and pool. There have been a few techs come out and the service from each and every one has been very friendly, professional and informative. Jonathan has been out the last few times and he is very quick to share tips and tricks to help combat the problem on top of the pest control. Berrett has been very happy to come out between scheduled services to try and get an upper hand on the situation with no questions asked. A strong recommendation from me for sure! Berrett Pest Control is a great company. They come out to my house 3 times a year to spray for pests. They have a guarantee so if you find you need them in between your scheduled times they will come out again and spray your problem areas. I needed to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow. I spoke with Paige. She was so awesome. She double checked the weather and helped me pick the best day and was also able to schedule the driver I wanted. Definitely 10 stars!
Spoke to 3 different people and was given 3 different pricing information for inspections needed to close on our home.The only and absolutely only thing good about this company is the last rep we spoke to Letha and the first guy to come out and inspect our home for pests.Also the company never emailed any confirmation of services just all around a waste of time and they over charge for services. They charge $250 what we eventually got for $70 through a second company.
I found Barrett Pest control online by reading their reviews. We had a mouse a few months back and they came out to do some pest control. We paid for 3 months in advance and theyve been charging my card for the past two months (in addition to paying ahead). My issue is that after that first visit they never came back to do anything else. They didnt follow up on the initial visit. Theres still equipment here that we were told would be picked up two weeks after the initial visit. I had my husband call to cancel this morning and they charged him to cancel! I cant help but feel like they scammed us for over two hundred dollars and provided nothing beyond the initial service request. I would not recommend this company.
Berrett has been a great pest control to have. We have used them for over a year and have been very happy with the results. We have found we do not have any of the pest concerns our neighbors do and if we need them to come out in between treatments for anything they always do. Our main guy, Adam, is very knowledgeable and takes time to treat our property inside and out and finds things we never noticed. I have appreciated his dedication and work ethic. LaToya, in customer service, is very friendly and helpful anytime we call. She is always able to get us scheduled quickly.
I have used Berrett Pest Control 2 years in a row for bedbug treatment. I find all employees to be honest, hard working, professional, and friendly. I honestly dont know if their prices are competitive, because i never compared. While admittedly painful, the price, $541, was necessary, as bedbugs are a horrible plague... a living nightmare... eating your skin while you sleep, and leaving blood stains on your pillow and sheets. Ugh! I am glad to have such a competent service at my disposal to battle these monstrous bugs. I feel empowered.And, today, i found that they treat their customers right: I asked for a minor reinspection a full month after service, and Berrett cheerfully complied... at no extra charge to me! Now, thats customer service!
Wonderful experience with Mark! I saw a rat in our house around 11am and got him cornered, was sufficiently freaked out but didn’t know what to do then! We called Berrett Pest Control and Mark was at my house at 1pm. Took care of the rat quickly, sprayed the house for future pests, was thorough and friendly, and overall wonderful to work with. So glad we have found them and will be using them for future pest control needs!
I subscribed to Berrett’s quarterly plan. The tech, Jake, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He sprayed the perimeter of my house for spiders and other bugs, then left a box for potential rodents in my patio area. When I had a new issue come up months after his visit, I sent a photo of the pest, and Jake suggested what it could be and helped get an appointment set up with the office. Shan, the rep on the phone arranging this new appointment, was also professional and friendly. So far, I am happy with the service provided by Berrett Pest Control.
This is my 2nd review I contracted with Berrett Pest control in June 2020. I have unlimited services but only had them back once in July for wasps the service was great they were out the next day no problem. Its now time for our quarterly services just scheduled it they will be out on the 9/16/20 Asya was great at scheduling services and my technician Kenneth is professional as well. Keep up the great job.
I recently used this company to rid my dog and me of a serious bee infestation that was brewing. Have not seen a sign of them since, but they still provide a reassurance follow up.Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa to, again, reschedule an appointment for another pest issue, since the constant raining keeps interrupting the process. Vanessa was very professional and handled my appointment rescheduling to better fit my busy work schedule. I truly appreciated her fitting me in on a Saturday.Many thanks for that and greatly appreciated.
Yes sir/maam, I had to reach out to you guys a few times just to get someone here. Blake had a broken hose, no follow-up, so yall sent out a veteran AND him. fast forward 3 weeks and the yellowjackets found a new home. tech is coming out again tomorrow, awesome, but it did seem like I was doing all the legwork just to get someone out here the first time.
We have quite a few wasp nests around our house and we wanted those taken care of. they set up an appointment, easy and quick. they came out and treated for everything but wasps… that’s all we wanted. so we called back and the guy came out to knock down the wasp nests and i just checked around my house and he only knocked down 1/5 nests. they’re easily seen and i don’t understand why they weren’t either sprayed or knocked down. not happy with this company. doesn’t listen to what you ask them to do.
LaSonya was absolutely amazing, she was able to schedule a technician to come out and service all of our issues without any issues. Very friendly and professional. Made the whole process simple and easy to use. I absolutely recommend this company for any pest issues.We’ve had them come out a couple of times. Every technician has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had a very pleasant experience setting up our service for pest control in our new home. The guys that I have spoken with have been very professional and helpful to provide plenty of details and assistance. I have not had a technician out to my home yet but I already have great expectations from the care that their team has shown me.
Love these guys, I use them for 3 of my properties. I’ve gone through a few pest control companies now, and they are by far the easiest to deal with. Getting a hold of them only takes a minute (45 min wait time was my biggest issue with previous company) and they are often available same day or next day. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Berrett Pest Control has great product, but I had a few unacceptable experiences with the technicians. Although I cancelled my service, Keavrick, the customer service rep who handled my cancellation request, was very helpful, professional, pleasant and understanding. If the kind of customer service experience I received from Keavrick was given in the field, I would not only keep the service, but recommend Berretts to many others as well. Whoever is Keavricks manager, know that he caringly did what he could to keep my business, but unfortunately he cant guarantee the behavior and service of the technicians. Thank you Keavrick!!!
I kept giving Berrett pest control chance after chance. The first person they ever sent to my house used my account phone number and started texting me inappropriate messages to where I had to call and have them never send him to my home again. Time and time again they would take forever to get an appt. three times now I’ve set an appt and three times I get confirmations and I’ve had no shows. It took me weeks to get another appt and this happens. They cancel without notice as well. Then it’s on you to make a new appt. I had no clue in the first few months I could have them come out and re-spray. I was only told I pay a monthly fee and then I get an quarterly spraying done. Happy to not be a customer anymore. What a headache.
I called Barrett Pest Control this morning at 8:00a.m. as soon as they opened, and talked to Joseph. Joseph was friendly, cordial, and very helpful in getting me an appointment to have the technician come out to address issues we were having with ants and spiders. I was able to get an appointment quickly set up for tomorrow, which is exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Barrett, as they are responsive and dependable.

2022-07-23We just received this service yesterday and I was very impressed. Both customer service reps were friendly and helpful. LaSonya helped me communicate with the technician to arrange a time that worked for me when my schedule changed the day of. The other gal I spoke with was also so kind and I wish I remembered her name! Connor our technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I haven’t even seen the results of the service yet, but had to write a review since all the people I encountered were so friendly and professional!

2022-07-20We hired Berrett as our pest control company and we have been very happy with them. We have had them for 2 years and they come out regularly, and they are prompt when we have called for extra services. We never wait more than 2-3 days if we need an extra service done. And when we had a wasp building it’s neat right above out front door they came out the same day. We also have the same service man each and every time, Brandon. He’s great. And he treats any ant mound he sees when he’s spraying the back yard. I appreciate him a lot for never missing an ant mound.10/10 highly recommend Berrett

2022-04-01I’ve used Berrett for my home pest control for a few years and they are always do a great job and are professional. Because I get quarterly service, the technician will let me know if anything has changed or if they notice any new concerns. Recently, I had to reschedule my appointment and Ashanti helped to make sure I was able to get the day I wanted. She was extremely friendly and made sure everything was set up for my appointment. I highly recommend Berrett not only for their pest control services, but also for their friendly and helpful staff.

2022-08-12Update/reply....So you want me to provide my address to everyone on Google? BY the way your tech showed up today and stated he could not service the outside due to weather and I have to reschedule again. He was asked to do the inside after he passively attempted to not do any work. So the inside was done but he quickly just sprayed baseboards missing several spots then left the location not explaining anything. Oh and you guys charge my card 128.00 with uncompleted work. You guys stated the charge would be 119.00 as well. This experience was supposed to be a relief to many other stress going on at the time but your company just created more stress.End of update....Very disappointed. You guys failed to show up when scheduled and even worse did not notify me. I rearrange my day around this appointment and waited up after the scheduled time awaiting a late arrival of your tech who never showed up. I called and found your office to be closed and no one to speak to for any guidance.Next day I find the tech called in for family issues at 4pm. That being said I was still not contacted and left to wait up for the techs arrival.The time laps of your office hours and techs on filed issues should be addressed. Its poor customer service.I received a call to reschedule which was three days out. I need this done asap. The two call takers I spoke to had no empathy or even offered an apology.I should have canceled and still might by my schedule appointment.Did not expect this experience from this company which brags about their Google rating so much.

2022-05-09We just re-signed up with them after using two other businesses. We had Berrett for many years before that and are happy to go back. My customer service agent, Letha, was very nice and went out of her way to make sure all details were covered and understood clearly. I’ll update after our first service is complete.

2022-06-30The only reasons this company has 1 star is because I’m required to click & their price was good. I had an appointment scheduled Monday for a Friday service. Thursday afternoon during the workday I missed a call & was immediately text about my Friday appointment being cancelled & rescheduled for the following Tuesday during a time that did not work for me. No one asked or spoke to me, just changed it because the technician “would have to drive too far.” I was respectful although irritated and their attitude was basically ‘too bad, management made the decision’. So I cancelled our service appointment. Not impressed at all, not offered any sort of discount for inconvenience, etc. & no flexibility to receive service within 3 days of my initial appointment. I’m a teacher on the clock for 12 hour days & my husband is in Kuwait on an Air Force Base so taking off to be available again or having help is not an option for us.

2022-07-20Have to edit my initial review. What I thought was quick and effective communication devolved into a he said she said situation. They were never able to give a time for a tech to come out. The tech would no show and claim to call and leave. After rescheduling 3 times all ending up in a no show I had to cancel the service and they still continued to charge me even though only the initial ineffective service was rendered. Im baffled at how they handled this situation and have not had issues with the new pest control company Ive used. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDFast and easy to schedule appointments with a text. No need to call or wait on hold. Send a text and they respond right away and take care of scheduling.

2022-06-04Berrett Pest Control is unreliable. We never know which branch is sending a technician, and both branches seem not to care about the customer at all. The initial treatment, I asked if I needed to be home and they said no. The technician came to the home but refused to treat the home because an inside spray was required. When I got an email saying the treatment was not performed, I called to ask why. Turned out, I was told incorrectly, we needed to be home. They rescheduled me two weeks out. Two weeks later, I waited all morning with no technician showing. I called at the end of the 4 hour window and was told the technician had an emergency, would not come that day and they tried to reschedule me again for two weeks later. I asked to speak with the manager and had to plead to be added to anyone’s schedule for the next day. Finally they accommodated me. I called two days ago to get a treatment after seeing an increase in critters (scorpion, spiders, ants) and they put me on the schedule for the next day. Yay, right? Nope, no show from technician yesterday. I had to call, wait on hold for 10 minutes just to be told that I was too far off the technician’s route for the day, someone should have called to reschedule me, and the next available day would be next week. I immediately asked to cancel our account. Third strike of unreliability. I was told that Management would call me to discuss and I would get an email if/when my account was cancelled. No email yet. No offer to refund any part of the first quarter payment I paid up front either. It appears only a few of us are unlucky. I wish I had a good experience to report but I can’t manage to get them to actually perform the services they tout.

2022-06-15I called 5 times today and was assured every time that the technician was on his way. They couldnt give me any estimate of when hed be arriving, which is why I kept calling, and then by 5pm I was starting to freak out. Again, they reassured me that he was on his way and would be here by 7 at the latest. Surprise, surprise, at 6:45 their phone lines said they were closed and no tech ever came. I gave this company my business and my cc because they assured me they would get someone to my house TODAY. They probably take their sweet time so that they can charge for a bigger infestation. I wasted an entire day waiting for them when I could have been calling other companies and/or buying my own traps and repellents. Instead I trusted them and I just sat and waited and called...and called....and called....and called. Now they will probably try to hold me to the $300 which I will contest.
