2021-09-08Pam Yungblut at Senter was my realtor for buying my very first house.God blessed me with finding her because we found a gem in the rough that I was able to fix up a bit and then sold 5 years later for more than others in the area were getting.Listen to her!! Look past fixes like paint or things she says you can fix. My house was purple and I wasn’t sold but it was such a good buy I fell in love even with the purple color that made it unique!She also referred me to her electrician, house/car insurance, cleaner, etc. and they all are not only used by her, but some of the best, kindest working people I have met.I worked in real estate in college and someone like Pam is rarely what you get. She got me in a home in WEEKS when I was in a hurry to find somewhere and it was the best decision I made.I had an issue with the water after I moved in and she even took care of that. This woman goes ABOVE and BEYOND.

They helped us buy our dream house in Remington Estates HOA and a few years later they helped us sell it very quick for almost what we were asking. We were SO very pleased with Peggy and the staff at Senter. Family owned company for many, many years in Abilene who all give back to the community every day. Highly recommend them and Peggy!

2020-06-30I was very fortunate to have connected with Sharla Wallace to begin my home search in Abilene. It was certainly challenging with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and my living 3 hours away. Combine that with my home being sold in 4 days after listing on the market with a 30 day move-out....the stress level was pretty high to say the least.Sharla really helped make it all go smoothly and reduced the stress level with her efforts to find the perfect new home. I can honestly state that she went the extra mile through the entire process which I am quite grateful for. She knows the market very well which was a big plus. 2020-03-25I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Pam Yungblunt. I was viisting from out of town and she found me excatly what I was looking for. On my return closing visit, she above and beyond the duty to get me in and out of Abilene. You just dont see superioir customer service like this anymore. If you need a beautiful home in Abilene for any reason. Call Pam she WILL get the job done !!!!
