This is such a mixed bag...most of which was beyond Big Stars control.Like most vendors, getting the spa was difficult! Delay after delay. Ours just arrived this morning (ordered May 2021 - great sales person). The order is correct (minus the assist lifter for the cover - dont know whose fault that is, but its being ordered), and the delivery guys were great. There was also some missed info about who would connect the electricity. Sigh. We are happy it finally arrived and look forward to using it...when it gets connected!UPDATE: connected and running! Tomorrow we should be in! Adrian went above and beyond. Mighty was terrific!New update: Service tech discovered the problem and we need a new circuit board. Makes me nervous about Jacuzzi…
We got our first hot tub from Big Star, and we’re so glad we did! The Jacuzzi has transformed our backyard, and Big Star was awesome throughout the process, offering guidance on building a foundation for it and getting electrical hookups installed. The spa was delivered on time, and Big Star was great with communication throughout the process. They’ve even helped answer questions about service and maintenance since delivery. Thanks Big Star!
I originally ordered a Jacuzzi J335 model which was supposed to be delivered and installed by the end of March. Then I found out the it didn’t make it on their truck and they couldn’t give me a new day because they didn’t know when it would get on a truck. So I had to settle for a J345 which did make it on their truck and could be installed in the 1st week of May.They came to install it but they couldn’t hook it up to my newly installed breaker box because I didn’t have a cable from the breaker box to the spa. I was never told I needed this so they just set the spa in place without hooking it up.The installers were good and knowledgeable but the hydraulic assist cover lift can’t be worked from one side like it is intended to…it takes two people, one on each side. I’m not sure if it was installed properly or if it is just a cheap quality lift…
These guys were amazing! I still dont know how they were able to size up access to my hot tub location and make a plan to get back there. I am grateful to Cody, Adrian and team for their tireless efforts to make sure the tub and house was not damaged and went the extra mile to make sure we were all hooked up with my electricians.They have a really good team and must have a good culture to have such dedicated members.Thank you!!
Incredible people to work with. From Jim, the owner, to the installers, all were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a minor issue with start up. Jim and his repairman, Chris, we’re at our house at 8am. The issue was quickly determined and fixed in short order. I would highly recommend Big Star Backyards as your go to place for your spa needs.
My Jacuzzi hot tub installed in 1988 did not survive the winter of 2021. Given its track record, Jacuzzi was the only brand I would even consider. There were Covid and supply chain delays but was always updated on the manufacturing process. Big Star provided excellent contacts for electrical and new slab requirements. The spa is built into the deck so install was difficult but was completed with no issues. The new Jacuzzi start up was simple and all the new features are better than expected,
I originally gave a low rating on my involvement with Big Star, I am changing my rating to reflect a more accurate up to date rating of their services.Ordering a hot tub in todays current market will require patience, expect a 7-9 month wait time despite what you hear.I expected to be treated unfairly after giving a low rating but it was the opposite, Mighty has been wonderful in helping with the process and has been accommodating.Thank you for being understanding and helpful, it’s been very much appreciated. Mighty, you deserve the 5 star service you’ve given me.
Adrian and Cody were absolute professionals! Super nice guys and easy to work with. The pathway to install the hot tub was rather complicated and they had railing issues. No problem for them. They patiently removed what they had to and worked extra to get it the tub to fit. I’m super happy and appreciated of their efforts. Let the hot tub fun begin.
Big Star has gone out of their way to make this purchasing experience as good as possible in very tough time. Chad was our sale person and he was very nice and helpful through the sales process without being overly “sales y.” Even though supply chain issues have caused backup and lengthy wait times for pretty much everything, Mighty over there has been on top of communicating updates to us regularly since we purchased our tub in September. Without having to check in she provided monthly updates on the status of our order and when to expect the order to be ready. When they received the tub from the manufacturer, Mighty called us right away and scheduled delivery for only a few days later. After delivery we had a concern about using the controls and a small leak, and Mighty sent out a maintenance person the same night to fix the leak. He then spent additional time walking my husband through more information on the controls, how to check for leaks and common issues, and general maintenance. We have been so happy with our decision to purchase from Big Star and can’t wait to start using our new Jacuzzi. We would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality spas from a quality team of people.
Wanted to leave a review for the customer service we received. The hot tub thermostat wasn’t working properly and was showing to be cooler than what it was. I emailed the customer service email and received a response pretty quick with a date they would be coming out to take a look. The technician showed up when he was supposed to and changed out the thermostat no questions asked. Thank you guys for the quick response.

We just received our hot tub today and was happy with the process. Adrian amd Cody did a great job setting it up, explaning how to use it, and they were patient with answering any questions I had. Very professional. We ordered the hot tub with Chad and he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
Ordering process was quick and efficient. They were open upfront about COVID related delays, and were pretty accurate on the arrival timeframe. The only reason I deducted a star is they really need to to do pre-delivery site inspections like most other companies. This would have saved us money, and a lot of headache and back and forth about whether our unique deck was properly prepared for the hot tub. Also a site inspection would have insured the delivery crew came equipped for our situation, which would have allowed for a better looking and more professional electrical connection. It would also help if all of the employees (Mighty) they have answering the phone or emails had been on several hot tub deliveries, to avoid giving poor advice. Overall good experience, love the hot tub.
Chad and Mighty were very great to work with. You can tell good customer service when they openly communicate every step of the way despite market issues. The delivery team was professional and in text communication before my appointment and even delivered in light rain conditions instead of rescheduling. I am filling the tub now and am excited to jump in tonight:)
Big Star did a great job throughout the process, including providing valuable advice on sales tax savings, etc. Also, big shout out to Cody and Adrian, who both did a stellar job on the install and training. I had a very challenging environment. They managed to safely get my hot tub installed without tearing up my yard, without damaging the tub, and without killing themselves. Also appreciated the training, so Im all set for maintenance.

Big Star Backyards installed our new Jacuzzi tub and have been great at helping us maintain it. Chris, the service technician, was both intelligent and efficient in diagnosing a leak, and then getting it repaired.
Not sure I could recommend indoor Jacuzzi tub. If anything goes wrong they are of NO service. I have a faucet that WILL NOT shut off. Seems like an easy fix right? Well, apparently not. First, during the install they DID NOT leave an access panel so we had to open up an area to access the pipes. Secondly, there is a SPECIAL tool needed to remove the cartridges from the faucet. Guess what, no one carries that tool. I cannot reach Jacuzzi tub support . No one will call back.... left on hold indefinitely ....NEVER answering. When I call the ONE person in our city (Austin, Texas) that works on these tubs I get no return call despite numerous attempts. The Jacuzzi store tells me they only sell the tubs they know nothing about servicing them and continue to refer me back to a company called DC Professional Solutions who doesnt know how to solve our problem either. We are at our wits end. An affordable fix is turning into a VERY expensive remodel projects. Well steer clear of these style tube in the future.
I spent 6 months looking at hot tubs before I finally purchased from Big Star. Staff was very knowledgeable lwithout being pushy which is something that is a complete turnoff for me. Another benefit is they were able to get me what I wanted at the price and time frame that I wanted!! Great job everyone!!

While shopping for our first swimspa, we found at Big Star Backyards, by far, the best display and selection and concluded of all the makes we had investigated that those made by Hydropool to be the best. We were very happy with the price we were offered, but were dissappointed that it would take 9 months to receive, later to be told by Hydropool that it would be delayed another 5 months. However, Big Star was able to get us what we wanted on time. Big Star has given excellent post sale service. I would give them my business again.
All of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I purposely drive out of the way just to get refills on chemicals because they always have knowledgeable advice. I also bought my hot tub from this place and it is awesome!
Very happy with the sales and install of our hot tub. Easy and very straight forward to deal with on the sales side, and the installation crew did a great job installing and setting up the tub.
The technicians did a great job in finding ways to navigate and put the swim spa properly on the concrete platform. Adrian even offered to help us in more detail and call him once the electrical connection has been completed and the spa is filled up with water.
Big Star has been extremely helpful and transparent throughout the whole purchase process. They have also been very good at staying in communication and setting clear dates that we should expect things. Would recommend!

Nobody wants to have to repair something that costs this much, but Big Star was quick to diagnose and order the warrantied part, even if it took a few weeks to fit us into the repair stream. Still, Chris and Cody did a great job on communicating with me on the day of the repair, and were as quick and efficient as they could be to be done and out of my way as soon as they could. Things break, good to have Big Star on our side when they do.
Chris came to our house today to help us better understand how to work our hot tub, and provide tips on how to drain and maintain it going forward. He was super helpful & friendly!
From ordering to delivery everything was great. Even though it took a while (like everything these days) it was delivered when they said it would be. Everyone was very professional and the jacuzzi itself is just perfect!

Worked on hot tub. I was not home, but talked to the technician on the phone. Not sure he has fixed it, but if it happens again, he said the smart tub module may need to be replaced. It was working after he left.

I would give more stars if I could. The guys at Big Star Backyards, Jim, Chad and Chris, are great and super easy to deal with. My friend and I each purchased swim spas at the same time and I have to say it is easily the best impulse buy Ive ever done.Jim honored his original quote for delivery and installation even though the site conditions at my house were very difficult and resulted in needing a much larger crane than anticipated. The swim spa has a 4 week lead time, which allowed me to prepare the necessary infrastructure for the spa. Once it arrived, the crane was scheduled and the installation went flawlessly.I ordered the CalSpa F1325 and couldnt be happier with my purchase. It has proven to be a miracle cure for the searing hot Texas summers and the shelter-in-place orders havent phased me since Im home enjoying the spa all the time anyway.
Our new jacuzzi had a couple of the cup holder coaster-lights that didn’t work on the left side. We also noticed the cover panel was bulging on that side too. Chris arrived and discovered a wooden support had cracked and disconnected the lights – this cracked support caused the cover panel to warp and we didn’t have time to get a replacement due to contractors who were scheduled to build the patio enclosure the next day – so we texted Mighty who was very responsive and helpful and quick to offer some options – then when Chris replaced the support and reinstalled the panel, it looked good as new. Really excellent service from this team – we are so relieved the issue was addressed in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Big Star Backyards. Thank you Mighty and Chris!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Cory was very helpful when choosing a Jacuzzi hot tub. Delivery people were professional and resourceful, they placed the large hot tub in a tight spot surrounded by stucco walls and it fitted perfectly as planned. I’m very happy with the purchase. WARNING!! Avoid this business. First, Communication between office and customer and installers/technicians is terrible. This family run company is disorganized and not professional. Ordered an almost $30k swim spa in January 2021 and it was finally delivered October 2021. Upon delivery, it came with the wrong rolling cover we paid extra for. Turns out they never ordered our cover. Spa also did not come with WiFi or variable speed motor, both upgrades we paid additional for. We had to discover the missing features and notify the office manager, Mighty, because the installers or company made no attempt to provide instruction on the spa or check to make sure we got what we paid for or that all features even work. One of the jets did not work. They also gave us an exercise resistance band set that was missing a band.Over 1 month later they send technician out to install cover, bring missing band, and provide swimming resistance tether. He provided missing band, but had no cover. Mighty confirmed in an email that very morning that it would be delivered/installed. He also did not have and was not aware of swimming tether, also confirmed in email.Technician agreed to come back in 2 days with everything, but WiFi, as it had not been shipped yet. He called to say our cover was not at their shop and he would have to find where it is.Why would the office manager tell us it’s all here and ready to install.We are so frustrated with this company! I will never do business with them again or recommend them. Ownership should re-evaluate family members roles and responsibilities. They have never conveyed appreciation for our business, empathy for their mistakes, or a professional customer service.There are too many other companies out there to waste your time with this one.

Men showed up on time as promised. Worked carefully in moving hot tub to avoid damaging nearby plants (access on side yard was limited as well). I highly recommend Big Star for all your hot tub needs. Had one issue with one cushion not staying in place; Big Star sent out a replacement in short order and all is well.

This was our first hot tub to purchase and we have been happy with the tub so far. The team delivering it were on time and very helpful with telling us how to maintain it. The hot tub cover arrived with a few cuts and they were able to replace it. They were quick to come out with new the cover when it arrived.
Great crew and deal with Jim, Chad, and Chris!I took a friend to look at swim spa sales around north Austin. Jim ended up selling my buddy and I swim spas. Other dealers couldnt beat the numbers and service. I purchased CalSpa FM-1681.Several crane companies gave estimates (too big require Right of Way permit to close street) and the smaller crane one was selected. Delivery and installation was smooth and fast. From truck trailer to filling water in an hour.Delivery from factory was about 1 month wait.Chris wired it up internally for stealth look.Chad and Chris set up hydraulic levers for cover lid.Quick review of basic spa operation and maintenance.Few weeks later when the deck is finished. I need to trade levers for cover baskets. Jim ordered it and Chris installed it with no additional cost. Jim threw in some additional spa cleaners as well.Chad and Chris are professional and friendly. Jim provided great customer service. He always responded to calls and texts, even after store hours.Theyre all focused on a great customer experience.Definitely recommend for anyone considering a hot tub or swim spa.

Super satisfied. Hauling away the old hot tub was a beast but Chad and Chris got it done. The bottom of the old one fell off and they had to cut the tub into pieces with a chainsaw to remove it. Cleaned up nice and tidy afterwards (there was insulation from the hot tub everywhere after they sawed it). Dropped in the new tub couple days later, walked me through it. Definitely recommend. Flexible, professional, knowledgeable, friendly.Update: 7 months later and still love it. Stained the fence and decking around the tub and it looks amazing (see pic). Thanks again.

We walked into the showroom on a Sunday right at opening. Jim was so patient and answered all of our questions one right after another. Delivery was very fast, professional and once again all questions answered. We have been enjoying our hot tub for 2 weeks now and couldn’t be any happier. Cory and all of the staff we have worked with have been very friendly and helpful. This was the easiest process and best decision we’ve made for our backyard!

I am enjoying my Calspa hot tub since it was installed 2 months ago in my backyard. Jim and his son Chad were and still are super helpful. Jim was instrumental in choices when I bought my first hot tub ever. The choice was great. His sons delivered and installed the tub all the way in Wimberley- very professional and efficient. As a new owner I still have a lot questions and the are very helpful and available to answer. I’m very happy that I went to their shop, which I found by accident 😁.
Only Hot Tub Location in Austin you Need to go To. I visited two other locations on the same road and I felt like I was at a used car dealership. Every-time we discussed price they had to go to the back and talk to a manager. Additionally I already had a hot tub I needed to get rid of and the other locations would not remove them and the other locations would require me to hire an outside electrician just to plug the hot tub in even though I already had the correct wiring. I walked in this location and I met the owner and he made us feel warm and welcome. I told him the features I wanted and he showed us the perfect hot tub that was actually below our budget and did everything we wanted. There was no haggling and he even threw in the upgraded cover and stairs. Two weeks later they called and delivered the hot tub on time. We actually had a problem getting our old hot tub out and instead of walking away they spent 5 hours at my house getting it out and installing the new one. The owner gave me his personal cell phone number as well to call him if anything went wrong. We went in it for the first time last night and loved it!!! They went above and beyond any expectation. If you need a hot tub, dont even bother going anywhere else!!
I recently bought a top of the line Jacuzzi hot tub from Big Star Backyards, and could not be happier with the whole experience. Jim was extremely responsive and helpful, and made the whole process of choosing, buying and installing (we set it into and flush with an elevated deck) painless. I did research with other Jacuzzi dealers, and Big Stars prices were far lower than most. Thrilled I went with them- they delivered a top notch product at an extremely fair price, and were supportive throughout the process, even after installation when I had silly questions. The hot tub is a dream- definitely worth it if youre considering getting one!
After looking at other spas this company seemed reliable. They did not try to trash their competitors like other stores I visited. Spa arrived in Austin on Schedule. The installation crew were experienced and all went well.

We are very happy with our purchase of our J-485 Jacuzzi from Big Star Backyards! Everyone - Jim, Mighty, and the guys who made the delivery were excellent. Cant tell you how much of a joy it was doing busy with these people. They were honest and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the experience. There were pleasant to talk to on the phone. Even gave me a price on the phone when I went in they remembered and stuck with the deal they quoted over the phone even though I purchased a week later. Set was great they want to put it exactly where we wanted even though we didnt think exact placement. Explained doing chemicals and testing. The even the put it in when I turned on the tub for the first time there was an errori called the service guy after 6 and he walked me through fixing the issue it was so simple.
My husband and I are so happy with our experience at Big Star Backyards. Kristine and Jim were knowledgeable and accommodating. What surprised me the most was the affordability of the Jacuzzi brand. We got all of the bells and whistles for our customized spa for the same price others were getting old floor model inventory moved out. We cant wait for our Jacuzzi to arrive.

I just bought a jacuzzi J445, and I’m 100% satisfied with the jacuzzi and everyone there...from the moment I walked through the front door, until my back gate closed from the delivery. The honesty from the front office and the scheduler. They will not disappoint you!

I spent many hours searching the web for customer service going to showrooms to see actual tubs and talk to actual people before deciding to go with Big Star Backyards. Chad was very helpful and answered all our questions even when they seemed ridiculous. He didnt hesitate when we told him we needed to get in the one we thought we wanted to be sure it was really the one. He was great with our 5 year old daughter. We ordered a tub that was in stock and were told 3-4 weeks and it came in right at 2.5 weeks. Install was fast. We had a faulty module (likely from shipping) but Chris repaired it the next day and within hours we were in the tub. Ive been in the tub every night since we got it! We got a fairly large Jacuzzi brand hot tub delivered. It ended up being larger than expected in order to get into our backyard. It would not fit through our gate so we had to take off the fence panel on the other side of the house. It then required maneuvering around our other side fence and the slab for our AC units, and on a severe slant as we live on a hill. Cody and Adrian were tireless in working to get the tub through this tight space and even called someone from the office to help. It took longer than expected but they got the job done and I was impressed with their perseverance and professionalism to make sure I was happy. They even helped me put the fence back together. 5 star service in a difficult situation.

We have been looking for our first hot tub for more than a year, everyone we talked to all quoted us between 9 to 15 months before anything we ordered. We had been to Jacuzzi of Austin in the past and just by chance we went back in to see if they had any floor models for sale. The sales person we spoke with was great same as we has received in each previous visit. We were new to hot tubs and wanted a good mid range tub. The sales representative showed us the Vikings tub we were blown away. It was perfect for what we were looking for and it was close to ½ the price of the other places we talked to and they could get us one in less than 2 weeks. The technician came out for a small thing that I wasnt sure if it was a leak or not. He identified the problem and recommended draining the spa, ordered a new part, and said the entire visit was covered under the warranty. Very pleased to have knowledgeable crews working on these spas and getting the job done right instead of a patch job that might be worse later.

In our search for a spa, after many stores and expos we stopped by Big Star Backyards. We immediately liked the feeling of a family own business. The sale speech was spot on and we ordered our Jacuzzi on July 4th 2020. Because of the pandemic, the estimate delivery was mid Nov to mid Dec 2020. Long wait, here it is. The installation was a breeze, the 2 guys were super knowledgeable and did the setup in no time. We are extremely happy by the whole experience. The technician Chris was incredible as usual! Was his second time out to our home to service our hot tub and on both occasions there was an issue with getting the service door off of the hot tub. This was our fault as the deck installation was not done quite right. Chris patiently help free the door by unscrewing the deck panels that were obstructing. He could have easily just left and said there was no way to access. First class service by a first class technician!

I will always give 5 stars to companies who are honest with me about service, even if the news might not be what I want to hear. “It might not be worth the fix”, but they quickly found and fixed the problem and gave me a fair price, an honest estimation of the hot tub life, what it would cost for long term fixes, and were polite and knowledgeable to boot. 100% recommended.

The ordering process for an E2E Sport Cover was efficient and the installation went smoothly. The installer showed up on time, which is always a plus! The cover is very easy to roll up and unroll and fits perfectly! I am so glad I replaced the boxy foam covers for my spa with this soft cover. So worth it!
Don’t know about how they treat their customers, but they will definitely block the neighbors driveway while working and be very rude when asked to move.
Recently purchased a hot tub through them. The first part of the process was okay. I will say that they missed some set-up details that caused water issues. However, I kept asking them questions and we were able to get my water back on track. My bigger issue is, apparently they gave me a nicer set of stairs then they meant to but they didn’t realize their error for a month. Thus, out of the blue I get a call that they are immediately (like in an hour) coming to my home to take my stairs and give me a lesser set because “the boss said so.” My response was “I guess I don’t have a choice.” I was told they would bring me free spa chemicals for my trouble. Well, two hours later I had different steps by my spa but no “free” chemicals.Let me be clear here, I really don’t care about the steps. Steps are steps (which makes this even more unbelievable). What I care about is the lack of professionalism. 1) How do you demand back a used product that was your mistake to give in the first place a month later? 2) I wouldn’t want to be the people given these well used stairs as “new.” 3) The immediate demand to come get them “now” was tacky and inappropriate. Their lack of planning shouldn’t be by emergency. 4) To try and make up for it with a couple of spa products that they didn’t even leave is the icing on this ridiculously poorly executed plan.If you simply want a hot tub, go here. If you want a well run business that respects you and delivers the correct product, go elsewhere.
I cant account for the quality of their service in the store as I reached out to them for service on an existing Jacuzzi hot tub. To add further insult to injury, Big Star Backyards was referred to me by Jacuzzi.To this end, I have been trying to get a hot tub repaired since early May. I first called Big Star directly and got a call back from their technician early one Sunday morning some 4 days later. He need additional details on the hot tub that I didnt have at that time.After that, I called their tech back numerous times with no answer or return call. So, I started calling the Big Star main number directly. Finally I get to talk to their repair technician, Chris, again.He schedules an appointment to come out and then on the day of the appointment, some 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I get a call from him that he cant make it because his truck was broken into.Ok, I get that. Totally understandable. So, we reschedule. He doesnt make that appointment either and instead I get referred to another repairman - Kyle the txhottubman - Ill write a review of him later as its more of the same with that guy.To be clear, I understand that during the COVID19 pandemic not everything is going as smoothly as it should. But, basic professional courtesy warrants return calls and timely follow ups. None of which occurred with Chris and Big Star Backyards. That is deplorable service.One further note, this hot tub is used for the therapeutic needs of an elderly man, not myself. Its not a recreational hot tub. Hence, the delays caused by Big Star Backyards and their referral have further aggravated a problematic situation where timely professional service is highly warranted and needed.

Just wanted to take the time to Appreciate Good Business. Search the web trying to figure out the way to go as far as Hot Tub goes will take you on a rabbit hole which is hard to return from. Before my stop in Big Star I had an appointment at another local store, I was to be the 1st appointment and sure enough we sat in the parking lot for about 25 min. Needless to say we departed. We ended up going to Big Star, the door was open we were greated by Big Yellow Lab wearing a suit and tie. It was a family affair with everyone playing a role in the process. Jim and Kacey made it a great expirience and even with a little confusion later on things all worked out. Due to everyone looking to have some sort of water outlet at this point we do have a little waiting period so to this point things are great. What sold me? A local distributor that stands behind the product and a strong warranty. The other two places we went did not have a product that we were interested in or a person to show the product. It is important to make the right choice in making big purchases like this and we feel like we have done just that.

Just prior to the freeze, the breaker to my jacuzzi kept popping off. I was worried that without heat, everything would freeze and cause major damage to it. After it was safe to walk on my deck, I discovered a leak and now my jacuzzi was nearly empty. Thankfully, I found this jacuzzi service close to my house and their service manager Chris was dispatched to my house. Turns out a tube had come loose causing the leak, easy remedy and one of the pumps was going out so it was the cause of the breaker popping. Chris was timely, friendly and knowledgeable and I will happily refer them to other jacuzzi owners! My ten year old jacuzzi is back to great form! Thanks Chris and Mighty!

After researching hot tubs for months, I finally decided on a Jacuzzi brand. Big Star/Jacuzzi Hot tubs on Burnet was by far the most helpful of all the local places around Austin. I went and looked at tubs 4 times before finally deciding on the one I liked best and the owner Jim at Big Star/Jacuzzi never pressured me into buying, offered numbers on each model, and told me exactly what was needed in the yard to get setup. I didnt receive this level of customer service anywhere else. Months later after purchase, I had a water question and they walked me right through the process over the phone. Well done.

My old Jaccuzi spa cover became badly water logged. I called them expecting to order one to be delivered some weeks later but they came out and installed a new cover that same day. Awesome! Everyone was great and professional. The only thing not top shelf was the removal of the old cover. The technician did take the old cover away, but when he installed the latches for the new cover, he did not take the minute to remove the old latches which are now useless. Other than this slippup, I find these guys great andf will work with them again.

The sales process, the delivery, the reschedule of delivery (they were so understanding and patient with our situation.) our delivery address and placement of the hot tub was not the easiest, but the guys made it seem like a breeze. One of the easiest purchases all around that we’ve ever had.To add onto this. We had a small problem with a bad temperature sensor. They were out the very next day to replace. The technician asked if I had any questions about the system, which was great since it is new to us. even though they explained it when they delivered it, it was great for him to check and take the time to see if we needed any help with it. 2022-01-15Big Star delivered our Jacuzzi and spent all the time necessary to explain the system to us. They assembled the retracting cover and positioned the hot tub on our pad. We had levelled the concrete using quick setting, self levelling concrete which worked great. We could have made the pad smaller. If you need to make a pad for the hot tub, I suggest that you carefully measure the bottom of the tub. It is smaller than the rated size. We have been using our J385 for a week now and love the tub and the jet options. We highly recommend Big Star and Jacuzzi.

2022-05-12Big Star is a great family owned business. We bought a Jacuzzi Soul which is a basic plug and play model, but its been great. They were very helpful during the buying process and informed us that we could avoid paying sales tax because our doctor said we needed hydrotherapy. I also appreciated that they came out and serviced it free of charge after some of the panels warped, covering it under warranty. The buying process is straightforward and I felt like they treated us fairly throughout the whole process.

2022-03-07In an emerging pandemic world, it is important to separate the purchase from market factors. I rate the actual business as 4 of 5 for being helpful, and knowledgeable. Chad did everything he needed to close the sale, and we opted to keep our business with Big Star Backyard based upon the level of customer service we received. We have yet to receive the hot tub, and will update the review after it is installed.

2021-12-02Adrian and Cody did a great job delivering and installing our hot tub. They made sure that they set it up exactly the way we wanted it. They also had to remove the existing hot tub before installing the new and a took extra measures to make sure the existing deck wouldn’t be damaged. They worked carefully and diligently. They spoke to us very respectfully, seemed happy to be here, and they were incredibly professional. A+++++++++
