I had what I figured was a possible catastrophe, but it wasnt. It was an oil line for one of the Turbos. Rick Farmer was my Service Advisor and He took great care of My issue. I expected to be without my Pick Up for at least a week and it was only two and a half days. I would never go anywhere else to have service done on a vehicle. Also had a Tune up done while it was there. Very happy to be a Customer. Very Happy.
I would like to thank management and customer service advisor Eddie Church for the professionalism extended to me on my visit to Bill Utter Ford Service Center this morning. Eddie is a true asset to your organization. He guided me through the recall process of of a couple of items on my vehicle. Eddie made this process easy and painless.I also would like to comment on the service techs who serviced my vehicle. They showed expertise in what they were doing. Did not hesitate in performing a function needed to service my vehicle. I observed confidence at its best.Your customer service waiting area is very nice. Phil Tysinger was an outstanding salesman. I called him one afternoon and told him what I was looking for and by the next afternoon I was test driving the exact vehicle I wanted. One day later I bought it and the whole process was quick, painless and easy. In fact, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Bill Utter Ford knows there is a lot of competition to earn your business so they do all they can to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them!
The team at Bill Utter Ford is absolutely phenomenal! On my way back from Oklahoma, I got a nail in my tire. They were incredibly busy but found a way to fit me in. Cameron my service advisor kept me up to date on my vehicle as well as timing. Although they did not have the tire, they called everywhere and was able to get the tire.Jacob the sales manager was courteous and professional. When I told him my story and he offered to buy me lunch, which he certainly did not have to.I cannot thank Bill Utter Ford enough for all they have done! They truly represent the best dealers have to offer!
First , I’d like to start with Kenny Morgan in the sales department. Kenny was amazing! He was very patient and thorough during my entire process. He truly went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted and remained personable while doing so. My process was far from easy , but he made it worth everything in the end. He stayed committed and I am blessed to have come across him.Toronto Spikes and Edward Sanchez within the Finance department were amazing. Toronto was very helpful in regards to making things happen. Paint and body dept. Has put together an excellent team together. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and will do all that they can do to help you. I have been along with my family a long time customer and will continue to be so. Bill Utter Ford is in my opinion the best place to buy, service any Ford product. Paint and body can overcome any damaged Ford you bring them, they will put it back to the truck or car youve grown to love. Thank you entire paint and body staff.
Bill Utter allowed me to order my truck with no money down and at msrp with no mark up. They were communicative during the process (7 months), and kept me up to date as needed. Financing took a little longer than I had hoped, but 2.5 hours from start to finish isnt as bad as past experiences. Truck looked great, and dealer installed items worked as advertised. Salesmen Cameron knew about the truck and features.
The service I experienced today at Bill Utter Ford is quite possibly the best experience Ive had at any vehicle dealer service repair center. I greatly appreciate everything Tony and the rest of the staff did to get me on the road again so quickly after an unexpected breakdown mid way through a seven-hour drive...and on a holiday. Saying they went above and beyond is an understatement. I would gladly return to this location for future repairs if possible.
Kenny Morgan and Edward Sanchez are amazing, went above and beyond. Great customer service and personality. They’re also very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our car buying process went smooth thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, I hope to buy more cars from them. Keep up the good work!
I understand that everyone needs to service their vehicle but when an appointment is made on the app, that should be honored. I shouldnt have to wait for 2 1/2 hours to get my vehicle back for an appointment I scheduled on the Ford app. If I go to the doctor and am told that my appointment is confirmed for 9:30 but its first come, first serve so I wont be seen until 12, that is problematic on the providers end. This needs to be fixed. I have stuck through it the last few times I have had service done but moving forward I will be going elsewhere.
The Bill Utter Ford Service Department did a great job. Friendly staff, great service advisor (Eddie Church) and a quick turnaround time. They diagnosed and fixed my car with two days, and were honest and upfront through the entire process. Thanks Eddie! Take your car to Church!
Adam was absolutely wonderful helping me get into my beautiful new (to me) car from a distance! I live in Austin and he spent so much time on the phone with me, walking me through things and shooting me straight - which I really appreciated. Would hands down purchase a vehicle through him again. Had a great experience at Bill Utter Ford.
Don’t bother booking an appointment for service. Their calendar shows appointment times they don’t actually have available and then when you get there for basic services they tell you they will have you keep your vehicle for 4-5 days. The entire POINT of an appointment is to schedule a time for the vehicle to be looked at and services rendered. If the dealership does not have capacity to look at the vehicle during the appointment time then they don’t really have availability for appointments now do they. Last I checked this was common sense but apparently common sense is no longer common. Moral of the story: find somewhere that actually know how to run a business to work on your car.
Had my son’s 2016 Ford Focus towed to this location at my expense, had to have a complete engine overhaul along with the turbo charger at less than 60,000 miles cost was almost $7,000. It was spotless when dropped off, when we picked it up it was filthy including the engine compartment. You would think for that kind of money they would at leas run it through the wash rack. I won’t be back, not will I ever own another Ford, their engines are junk. Only positive, Greg, the service manager was pleasant to deal with as was our cashier, didn’t get her name.
As soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted. I needed my oil changed in my F-150. I had a few questions about the details of the oil change and my service guy had all the answers. It took almost 2 hours. I know. What!? Its not just an oil change. They have an 85 point check, tire rotation and wash your vehicle. I took the 2 hours and got se things done on my phone to pass the time. I definitely recommend them. (If you need it done fast, youll need to go elsewhere)
Doyle was great as well as Justin for getting me into a beautiful mustang that I didnt think I would actually have the opportunity to own. From ordering the car, to delivery, to signing the paperwork. They made the process easy as could be. Proud to be a part of the Bill Utter family! Thank yall
The service team was extremely quick with my repair. When they found an additional problem during repair after quoting the price, they completed the repair of the additional problem with no charge to me. Had my vehicle in for warranty work over the past few weeks. The advisor was very helpful and had the vehicle diagnosis when a day or 2. Had to wait a week for the parts to come and the vehicle was repaired and out the door the following day. Great communication during the down time of the vehicle.
Literally the worst. Had my car there for 5 months waiting on a part they couldn’t seem to provide with zero communication or empathy. We had to take out a loan on ANOTHER car just to survive, while still paying on a car that couldn’t be driven. The minute they FINALLY had it fixed, they threatened to charge a storage fee if we didn’t pick it up right then.****Not really sure what you can do fix it? You’re not going to refund me or do anything to make it right…so lesson learned. Fords break. Ford can’t fix Fords. Ford doesn’t care. Don’t buy Ford.
The experience Was Awesome. Couldn’t have asked for better People to talk to and actually deal with.I stopped at other places before and after Bill Utter Ford. Phil was amazing ! He was able to secure a deal with me over the phone by the end of the day Tuesday before he closed to make sure the vehicle was mine by the time it finished inspections ! I was able to come sign all the paperwork and trade in my car Friday in about 30 minutes ! They were all amazing and so friendly there ! This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a dealership , would highly recommend to anyone ! I’m absolutely in love with the Jeep and would very likely come back here whenever I’m looking into a new vehicle again (:
My purchase of a new 2022 Maverick. Lariat was very pleasant due to the stall at Bill Ultter Ford My sales man Patrick gave me from start one cost for my truck which included TTL. No running you around from person to person. It pricing was equal to all other quotes I had. Patrick went to bat for me and went to the sales manager what our agreement was, no back and forth. They gave a good price from the start. Patrick did all work with finance and back once with what cost and payment would be. This gentleman did the tuning for you. When I agree then I went and signed paper work. Great people from sales to manager to finance I give them a 5 star rating. Tell them Tim sent you.
Good experience. I took my car there for an oil change and had my tires rotated. My car was in a stall that I had full view of so I know all of the work was completed. Cost was up like everything else I purchase but other than that?Service writer was really nice.I needed two air different filters, didnt pressure me to purchase either. Bought one for the inside of my car (hard to get too) and changed the one on the engine myself when I got home....and save a buck or two.
Went in on Friday afternoon just too browse with no intention of purchasing a truck, but I found a great deal on a Silverado in their used lot and spoke with Jason on a few details and too see if they could stay within my pay budget. They had me handled *stress free* and good too go in under 90 mins and 120 dollars below my budget. Great job by Jason and the rest of the sales and finance department! 10/10 would shop at Bill Utter again!
I just moved to the area. I made an appointment for a safety recall notice on my vehicle and was told by the Bill Utter Ford representative that it would not take very long because it was just an inspection. Upon arrival to my appointment I was then informed it would take 3 hours. I explained that the representative told me the inspection wouldn’t take that long and did not explain I would be without my vehicle for a minimum of 3 hours. The service advisor offered no solution such as a shuttle home for my unanticipated wait. Instead he told me he was done talking with me and was surprisingly condescending, dismissive and rude to me. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at any other Ford service department in my life. I made an appointment with a different Ford dealership in Lewisville and they were really efficient and immediately offered me an Uber to and from my home if the wait exceeded 1 hour. This dealership offered nothing. I do not recommend this dealership based on my experience today.
Had a great experience at Bill Utter. I was in and out quickly, everything was transparent, there was no pressure, and everything was on the up-and-up. Love my new truck and have the utmost confidence Bill Utter will stand behind their product based on my experience so far.

We can honestly say that our experience at Bill Utter was pleasant. Each person that helped us was friendly down to the lady who assisted us when we brought our truck back in to have a bed cover installed. She was very thorough! The gentleman who was our salesman was honest about the car-buying experience since Covid. We knew things had changed DRAMATICALLY! He shared with us some of the shady things other dealerships are doing such as adding a substantial amount to the sticker price - like up to and some exceeding $10,000! Bill Utter was our first stop. After checking around, we found this was true! Then, Bill Utter became our final stop. The gentleman in the finance department went above and beyond! He exceeded our expectations! Not only were we not upcharged, but he scoured to try and find us any breaks. All in all, our buying experience - despite the mess Covid has made of it - went well!

My service advisor put my car at top priority. We had some trouble finding the exact cause of the noise, but Tony worked with me and my schedule to get my car looked at and repaired with minimal disruption to my life. I highly recommend Bill Utter and Tony to anyone in the area.
Excellent small town service but not far from DFW area. Bought an F-150 in a difficult market to be a buyer. Appreciated these guys gave me a very fair deal and did not try to bid up the price. Most dealers with stock trucks right now are charging way over MSRP. I actually flew in from out of town and they even picked me up at the airport. Highly recommend!
I bought a F-150 at another dealership And was having lights signaling transmission issues. I tried to take it to them to get it looked at. They told me September 5, I could bring it in. It’s June 15th. It’s a brand new truck with 1500 miles on it. I used to service my old truck with Greg Hall at Bill Utter ford. I called him and he said bring it in Monday. It’s Friday. He got me in checked everything out and gave me a clean bill of health . Greg Hall you are the man…Thank you
Car dealerships are what they are. We all know this. When it comes to scheduled maintenance I hope you guys get to work with Alex. He came to me with issues but always had a solution in mind to make sure everything was taken care of. Even if I didnt own a Ford, I would go here for maintenance.

I just called to make a service appointment for an airbag light. They said I had to leave it for 6 days due to their backup of cars. Ok, I get there is a backlog for just about everything right now, but they would not let me make an appointment to bring it there in 6 days. I had to leave it on their lot for 6 days! Ridiculous!

A piece of my car broke off in a carwash and had to buy a primed replacement part. They said it would cost $75 to have it painted to match my car. Its a new car so of course Im going to have them paint it. When I went to pick up the part the manager, I think it was the manager, said no charge!! Cant beat that. Thank you !!!
Colton was awesome! Kept me up to date with my truck as the work was progressing. Gave me informed detailed info through the process. He was even kind enough to acknowledge and inform me of another potential issue that could arise on my truck. Colton along with the technicians went above and beyond to ensure my truck and myself were taken care of. Had warranty work completed that took almost 4 months. I had to call after two weeks and bug them to get me a rental vehicle. Then after 4 months, I showed up to pick up my vehicle and they brought it to me with something hanging from underneath my car and the car was absolutely filthy. When I asked about the item hanging from under my car I was told, it looks like just fabric, I wouldnt worry about it. I will never take any business there again.
After purchasing my pre-owned, 2018 Mustang at Bill Utter Ford in Corinth in November 2021, I knew that I would return to have my car maintained at their service department because of the great sales service I received back then. I only needed an oil change, but my quick lane service advisor, Colton, was prompt, professional and helpful. The waiting lounge was clean, very comfortable and I actually saw the mechanics busily changing the oil, checking the tires and transmission fluid level from the lounge (behind glass). My vehicle was washed and ready to go after Colton explained what was done. Without a doubt, this has been the best vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had. I will be back. Thank you!
I was very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. The service department had my vehicle almost a week, and not once did anyone call, email, etc.. to update me on the car. This was especially frustrating because they claim to not have any loaners, so I was scrambling trying to find transportation. Every time I would call my service rep, she was either at lunch, or just unavailable. I left several voicemails, and she did not call back one time. I find it ironic, the couple of times I personally came to the dealership, she coincidentally was sitting at her desk. I cannot understand how a company would allow this level of customer service to be acceptable for a consumer. On a positive note , I finally got in touch with the General Manager and he was very professional and seemed more empathetic of my concerns. While I understand that if things make it to that level that is his/or her job to put out fires, I am still appreciative that they made things happen. Initially I was told the vehicle would be looked at in a couple of days. Then it turned into 3-5 days. My vehicle remained at Ford service department for 6 days to have a battery replaced. I just hope this dealership starts to hold employees accountable and not just assume its a disgruntled customer. There are to many people not doing there job, and it affects others, even though they may not care.
In August of 2021 I took my car to this place to have a recall done for the doors that’s it! When I went to pick my car up a number of services was done for free and at first I’m thinking great … you know Thanks one of the services that was done was apparently there was a update for the transmission control module. When I picked my car up I noticed it drove totally different shift was erratic, my first thought was maybe it need to cycle a few times not the case however. Three days later the car stopped as I was going to work I had it towed back to ford and I was told after two weeks of it sitting there! The TCM was bad all of sudden might I remind you this is after the update was done by ford, that’s hadn’t gave me any issues before. I find out there is a recall on this part and this car only has 75,000 miles but because it’s ten years old I couldn’t get the recall warranty also the part is on back order. The car sat there for three month before I just got the part from another source and had the car picked up. I installed the part on the car and had it towed back two months ago! It has to be programmed yet I am still without a vehicle and every two weeks when I call for a update with my service advises (Don Swift) doesn’t answer the phone. Multiple voicemails left or he will answer and say it will be ready today or tomorrow, the last today or tomorrow was last Monday here we are another week down no vehicle horrible service I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this place or service. Then the lot had the nerve and audacity to call me yesterday and inquire about buying my vehicle that has sat at there lot all this time.
Dropped my 2020 explorer off that I had bought brand new and have only had it for a few weeks to their collision center due to the factory paint bubbling and chipping. This service was covered under warranty. However, upon receiving the vehicle back, I noticed paint overspray on other panels of the car. I asked them to remove the overspray. Approximately 25 mins later they bring the car back out front, and I then noticed it had ALOT of scratches and swirl marks all over the sides of the car. I immediately pointed it out to them and they said they must have missed the area with the polisher. It looked as if it went through their automatic car wash and the brushes had gravel or rocks in it. Before bringing my explorer in, the paint was free of any scratches. I have NEVER brought my vehicle through any car washes, and am very particular as to how I wash the vehicle. I told them to bring the car back in to remove ALL of the scratches from my brand new vehicle. ~30 mins later they bring the car back out front, SAME. Scratches still ALL over the vehicle, swirl marks, ghosting, etc.. At this point I was fed up and decided to leave before even more damage would be done to the paint. The car had to be professionally detailed, multiple hours worth to remove all the scratches and swirl marks on a BRAND NEW vehicle. I will never bring my car back to this dealership and would advise you to do the same if you care about your vehicle. TERRIBLE.
Bill Utter service department did an AWESOME job with my car! After a minor accident, my car was sent to their service and they went above and beyond. Not only did they repair it, they also changed the oil, checked for the recall, and washed my car! I did not even have to ask for that. They truly care for their customers. Anytime I make a visit, they are so welcoming and they make sure I leave satisfied.My car looks brand new thanks to their great staff. Your car will be in great hands with them :)
I love coming here. I pulled into the bay without an appointment for an oil change. Someone approached my car immediately and got me checked in via their portable tablet. Was told it would be about an hour to hour and a half. I was shown to the waiting lounge where I could see them immediately begin to do my oil change through the glass. About 40 mins later my car was ready. Thanx Bill Utter Ford.
I went in to buy a car yesterday, and I left happy as ever. Kenny Morgan did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. He worked with me and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. If you come here definitely go to him. He’s amazing and will make sure you walk out confident with what you get.
5...customer service was great but my check engine light is back on again the first time I drove it after getting it back. This is the third time I had had to bring it in for the same thing. This is getting frustrating having to bring it back up for the third time for the same thing. And there is not a loaner vehicle so we struggle to figure out having just one vehicle each time it is in the shop.
The professional that I met with, (Mr King) was very knowledgeable about my situation and recalls on my vehicle. Mr King took possession of my vehicle on Wednesday evening and I was contacted Thursday afternoon to pick up my vehicle. Mr King and his team are very expedient and knowledgeable. I will return for any further problems.
I like Ford and how they service my vehicle. They take good care of it. Everything is done in a timely fashion. I also like the preventative maintenance list they give when they see things that need to be taken care of. The pricing is good compared to other businesses. It may be a few extra dollars here and there but well worth having the dealership work on it as they know it better and get good advice as to the next steps. Great Job!!! 👍
5 star all day . Sitting at a dealership waiting to get a oil change and tire replacement is never fun. Bill Utter Ford had a nice waiting area with bombCoffee and water. The gentlemen working who move the cars were fun and upbeat. One gentleman named Alex Celis who helped my fiancé and I, was outstanding dude. Alex was professional and just a all around great reflection on the company. We used our rewards points for our oil change and a new tire.
I would avoid the service department at this dealership. I dropped a work truck at service in February for warranty work in which was never completed. Parts were ordered but I was never contacted when they arrived. I had the technician check for issues with the trucks steering and transmission before it went out of bumper to bumper warranty and several issues were brought to my attention. When I tried to get a copy of the invoice of issues they found, so I could give it to Ford Customer Service, they said they didn’t have one. Also the original service advisor wasn’t available because he had been “promoted “ so my calls weren’t returned.I went in and requested paperwork which was never emailed as promised . Also this dealership told the rep from Ford that they didn’t want to do further business with my company which I took offense to because this is the closest dealership to my business location. Now I am having to take my trucks out of town for service.I have had prior issues with Bill Utter being deceptive on a price change on a pickup they had advertised only to have the price $4000 higher once I got the paperwork started. I left and bought a truck down the road at James Wood.
We are so pleased with the amazing customer service we received from Bill Utter Ford. We had to trade our car in due to issues we were having and decided to go ahead and get me a new car. We were lucky to get Micah as our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! I bought my car at Bill Utter Ford. It was a fair experience but sadly that experience has only gone from fair to worse. Ive taken my car in several times for repair appointments and I dont hear back from them regularly to update me. I still dont have my car fixed and i took it in in February. Last I heard, they said they might not get it fixed till late this year. Things just havent been great there. I understand that some things are beyond their control, but as a customer, I take good customer service very seriously. Keep me informed, give me the best experience you have to offer. They have done the opposite, to the point that I will probably never buy a car there again. Very disappointed.
I am very disappointed with their service. I was disappointed last time too but did not provide a review and gave them another chance. However, it was terrible again. Took my car in on Thursday because the windows were not closing. I had made an appointment a week prior but was told not to bring it in since they were busy and wouldnt get to it till next week so I waited a week. When the attendant went to talk to the advisor, I could see the advisor roll his eyes. When he came to talk to me, he was more pleasant than what I observed in the window. They took my car. I did not hear back from them so I called Saturday afternoon noon. The lady said the windows were not closing due to dirt in the stripping so they cleaned it and it will be $145 for 1 hour of labor. I asked about my extended warranty. She said she didnt have access to it so transferred me. After speaking to another person, he told me he would have to look it up, after a while he said he will have to track down my paperwork and it will take a while and call me back. After an hour, he calls and said they are tracking the keys and paperwork and I can pick up the car after 45 minutes so they can finish the paperwork. When I arrived I paid $100 for deductible and picked up my car. They did not even bother vacuuming it. I feel I was ripped off- Someone should have called me and again this is not the first time. Last time, there was NO communication either. SO there is definitely lack of customer service at this location and I will not be returning.
Called up here yesterday morning to get some info and was helped by the most concise and friendly person! Kristen was absolutely the best and helped me with every question I had. Cant wait to move further with actually getting my vehicle if the service is gonna be like this!
I have a 2016 F-250 diesel. They have serviced my truck since it was new. Always have done a great job. This morning they had a state inspection with oil change and tire rotation done with fuel filter and coolant flush in a couple of hours. I appreciate Colton Spanos attention and customer friendly service. they even washed my truck and it looked great. I know that auto maintenance is a tough customer service business and I appreciate the work they do on my truck. I also appreciate the drive-up fast lane and that I dont have to make an appointment. I just get there at 7 AM! Good job on service today and thank-you.
I have nothing but great experiences when dealing with the service department!! Tony worked to get the price within the range that I was really comfortable with. Everyone is courteous and patient and really work to get you taken care of, as quickly as possible. I will continue to utilize Bill Utter Ford to service my automotive needs!
What a great dealership, I called Adam about an F150 Crew Max Lariat, I was very specific about what I wanted for options. They had the truck on the lot and the price was the best in the state, trust me I looked, I drove 160 miles from east Texas to get the truck. Adam had everything ready when I arrived, he spent time showing me all of the features and tech. Great service and friendly staff. Made my buying experience very easy and stress free.
Folks are always nice and service is quick. Even when I forget to make an appointment they still get me out of there in about an hour. The shop is super clean which speaks to how they do their job. My favorite dealership to visit.Colton was great and part of the reason why I get my vehicle service at Bills. They actually treat me like a long term customer instead of making me feel like they want to stack a bunch of services on my bill. I use my truck for work and I feel like it is ready to go every time they finish working on my truck. I appreciate the team.
Great place to get service for my 2006 F250. I’ve been going there since 2007.Marcos the Deisel mechanic did a great job! Very professional, informative and very efficient in getting my truck repaired and back to me within a week for some major engine work that was done. I was very impressed. I’ll continue to go to Bill Utter for all my service needs.
Every time I go there for an oil change it is 2 hour wait and for all good reasons. There is a lot of people waiting. The customer service is always friendly and they are always busy. Their lounge and snack area is really good too. They should add a microwave and some burritos! It would top the experience there.
Update: There seems to be new employees during this visit. The turnover was an improvement! Ralph was my new service associate, and he was very personable and professional. He helped make my drop off and after hours pick up a smooth deal. I will schedule with Ralph from now on!Previous Review: Quite a noticeable difference from my first experience at Bill Utter so I wanted to update my review.I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. The young gentleman that greeted me was quick to find a team member and let me know hed be with me shortly. When Tony arrived, I felt heard. 3.5 stars may be more accurate. The quality of the work performed seems excellent. The price of the work is not. Not even close. However, the truck rides like it did when it was new. The coolant leak was diagnosed and fixed and the two other odd issues addressed. However, it doesnt take much to undermine trust. When I was told that my front tires were nearly bald, I nearly laughed. That is blatantly false. I had four new tires put on that vehicle about 9 months ago and I keep an eye on my tire wear. So then begins the doubt, thinking, If they are lying about my tires, what else is misrepresented? Turns out, the air filter, another service I declined, was not that bad. Ive generally had a good experience at Bill Utter for the past 29 years, but I dont think Ill be back.
I bought a $32,000 used vehicle from this dealer that had a complete failure in the 4th month of ownership that was quoted $7,300 to repair.Used sales manager Ken spoke to me on the phone and stated that the manufacture should cover the cost being that their warranty was only 60 days from expiration. I pointed out that I bought the vehicle from them, not the manufacturer, and that my warranty with Bill Utter Ford was only 39 days past the 3-month warranty. Ken disagreed, seemingly holding the manufacturer to a higher standard than Bill Utter Ford holds itself.The next part is most concerning. Kens recommendation was to buy a used replacement part and have a third party install the part so that I could get rid of the car. I questioned the morals of this option as it would only put someone else in the same situation I am in, to which Ken responded: Maybe, maybe not.Anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Bill Utter Ford should consider my experience before doing so.**Update**Bill Utter Ford had offered to cover a portion of the repair, but cancelled the check they sent to assist me after I posted my experience across social media and review outlets. This issue was never resolved.
All I can say is WOW!! This is a beautiful dealership.Everyone is so friendly. I felt safe there because it was so clean and all the employees had masks on. The lounge was nice and they had Starbucks coffee. They even invited me to lunch on Tuesday because the new Bronco Sport will be there for training their sales associates. My daughter studies at UNT and loves the quick lane oil change. They have a great selection of pre-owned vehicles and Im sure shell buy her next vehicle at Bill Utter Ford!!
I have to say the experience we received at this dealership was superior!! They by far gave me the best price, service and attention. Doyle, our sales person, was knowledgeable, prompt and patient. Jacob, the sales manager, gave us a no haggle price and took the time to walk us through the entire process. Then, Eddie, in finance, was the cherry on too. He didn’t try to sell on things not needed and gave me the best price on warranties in which I was interested in! This service was exceptional and will keep us buying at the Bill Utter dealership.
We purchased a car in July of 2020, and it has had electrical issues along with the horn not working, making it unable to pass inspection, and unsafe to drive. We realized the horn didn’t work when we needed it to. Scary. We brought the car up because it’s under warranty, and they didn’t have the part to fix it, and refused to let us use a loner because they don’t have them anymore I guess? Regardless, we are paying to have a car that’s unsafe to drive, and have our hands tied right now as to what to do. They could at least call other Ford dealerships and try to arrange a loner. It will be a week for the part to come in so I guess I just won’t go anywhere, after the near wreck when someone was changing lanes and I swerved to miss them and nearly wrecked with my children in the car, I’m too scared to drive it. This is really horrible customer service. We were planning on purchasing a car from them in January for our daughter, but we will now be going somewhere else. Also, with all the cars issues, we are really worried about such a new car having so many problems, I’m not sure Ford’s in general are good cars. I hope everyone steers clear from this place, I think the chip shortage has made them do some shady things to stay in business.
I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer back to within a week for a recall appointment. My service manager, Danny Morris, made the appointment for me during a previous scheduled maintenance visit. Once again I was very pleased with the experience. I was given a new courtesy vehicle to drive home. My Explorer was repaired sooner than estimated. Easy in and out. I really enjoy dealing with Bill Utter Ford for service on my vehicle.
I had a great buying experience at Bill Utter Ford, they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and their salesman Micah had a vast amount of product and program knowledge which helped my make my decision. This dealer ship is family owned and does not add any mark ups or addendum fees, which is the current practice due to supply chain problems, and they stand by their deal and their product! I was very impressed and look forward to future business with Bill Utter Ford.
This could have been a horrible experience very easily. My hybrid battery was deemed unrepairable/dead and the cost to replace it was more than the vehicle is worth. Im not happy about that, but thats not anyones fault. It just wore out. I patiently waited 6 weeks to find this out due to a faulty machine they had (that wasn’t Bill Utter’s fault, it came from Ford). That wasnt fun, but we agreed that only the diagnostic fee should be charged in this case. It was a mutually acceptable solution which is why Im giving the 5 stars. Not the outcome I wanted with my vehicle, but that is another story. The point here is I was treated right and the solution was reasonable. Thank you!
Our experience at Bill Utter Ford was wonderful. Our salesperson Quincy Alonzo was very personable and professional. They understood our time was as valuable as theirs. When we got there all of the paperwork was ready for us to sign and we were on our way with our new vehicle.
When times are stressed (ppl sick ect. ) & customers are just wanting a straight answer (one over the phone $$$ before you arrived on site and one in person when you get there. It was a $100 more for the exact same part. The Service Manager Mike A Big guy in the last office closest to the street side doesnt know how to properly communicate or properly de-escalate the situation! He has NO skill sets! Granted, not all managers are created/trained to be good let alone be kind, smart, or respectful to customers. Some Life Lessons and Experience for a person with the title as manager it has to be lived to be learned If you really want someone that has Experience as a Manager that can handle his job and what comes with it ask for Perry! Perry seems to enjoy his job and seems to understand how and what a customers needs are.
Worked with Mike over at Service! Took my ‘13 F-150 in for its recall work, got it done faster than expected and they even washed my truck for me. They got a nice waiting area with TV and an area to setup my laptop. They took great care of my truck even though I bought it somewhere else and it’s 8 years old. Definitely will come back for the tasks I can’t complete at home
Service department has always been just ok but this time it was bad. Dropped my truck off, went on a family vacation for two weeks and it still wasnt ready when I got back. I simply dropped it off with just a turbo sound starting to whine only when it was cold - 2016 F150 with 80k and pristine - got it back and it was leaking oil and still not right. At one point they had called and said they needed to take the engine back apart because they found an exhaust bolt that was bad but this is already after they put it together to test it. since you dont get to talk to the technician directly its a little antiquated. Long story short had to take it back it stayed there another week just to fix the oil leak, mind you its never leaked before and I did not drop it off leaking. Then when I picked it up that time my antenna was busted off and sitting in my consul. Im just gonna fix that on my own so I dont ever have to go back there. One last note, my service writer Karina was great but she doesnt go in the back and do the work so she would just call me or update me and was very nice even when I was frustrated. I have always been a firm a believer in fords products and capabilities to maintain and repair any issues with their product. Unfortunately my experience at this dealership nearly cost me my life. I took my company issued truck in for service for the first time at this location. I have had this truck since 100 miles on the dash. It has been meticulously maintained at a ford dealership in South Florida for almost 2 years. The last service being several months ago. I dropped off the truck for service. The usual products were upsold as far as air and cabin air filters. The service advisor the goes on to continue to advise me they found a damaged fuel line leading to the fuel filter housing and that the previous technician must have damaged it. I found this odd as I never had any fueling issues or issues with my fuel pressure. The service advisor advised that they took care of it. This was strange but I went with their word as I have always trusted the ford name. Later on in the day, I went to pick up the truck from service.after paying for it, I started making my way to my first job site. While driving the George Bush turnpike, the truck alerted a message of low fuel pressure and then the truck burst into flames from the engine bay. The flames continued to grow as I was going down the highway and I had to swerve across all 4 lanes to get to the emergency lane to bail out the truck before the flames got to me. The truck burned to ground shortly after. I almost didnt make it back home to my baby girls and wife. This was the worst experience of my life . I can only thank God I was fortunate enough to get out the fire and make it back home to my family in one piece.

After my experience with the ford dealer in Austin that I purchased it from ; Bill Utter Ford has restored my confidence in the ford dealer network. The service staff was courteous and our attendance was great! Thanks Johnny! This is certainly not a reflection of him. However, I will be transparent regarding our experience. The prices were less than desirable. The part cost was $38 and the labor was over $450, and it took 45 minutes to install the new part. There is something outrageous about this. I will take my vehicle to Sewell from now on where the service is outstanding and prices are fair.
My experience from start to finish was excellent. The Greeters/Porterd were so friendly and helpful to get me to my service adviser. Danny Morris my adviser was so helpful and professional. I own a 2013 Focus that started having transmission issues. Being its 8years old, has 140k miles and me being not the original owner I thought I was toast and doomed to get a car payment again. Called up, asked for an estimate and Greg, one of the service advisors, informed me that it may in fact be covered. Brought it in and after waiting 2 months for the part I drove away only paying for the tire I blew just before I brought it in. Glad Ford sticks by their products and so thankful for Greg telling me it could be covered and getting it fixed up. Could not be happier with Ford and Bill Utter. Thanks a million.
I will give Bill Utter Ford zero stars. My Ford Edge has a recall. I made the appointment. The appointment setter told me no problem we have plenty of the recall replacement parts in.What bovine waste! Your department is very inept! After sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes I am informed that the YOUR service department is out of parts for the repair. OH but they will order in the replacement part just for me. I wasted my time that I blocked out of my day for this incompetence.
The service manager Mike, did not proactively go out of his way to earn the trust of the customer, a customer he knew from a previous dealership. He told us he would look at getting us an additional cost reduction on the engine (long block) repair for our 2019 F150 with 215,000 miles, that was previously maintained only at another Ford Dealership (Sam Pack - Lewisville, TX, advisor was Zac). The request for an additional reduction was made after the quoted amount that included the so called fleet rate for labor but when I came in to pay. He had spoken with my husband that same morning. When I got to the dealership to pay, the final cost was no lower and he just wanted to repeat that we already got a fleet rate. It was upsetting and the routine sales pitch was insulting, especially with a bill of $13,423. Ford can do better at treating loyal customers as if they value our business. We dont have to buy Ford in the future or stay with this dealership. For an American company, it feels like the customer is last, not first. This is from a family that has invested in 3 Ford F150s over the past 15 years and only do maintenance at the Ford dealership. Plus the service manager knew my husband from the Sam Pack dealership, and knows how loyal he is to Ford, and that he was in there every 5 weeks because his job puts a lot of mileage on the truck. We brought that business to Bill Utter, it didnt matter. Just really disgusted now overall with Ford here in Texas, we lived in VA and CT, we had our truck for 400,000 miles and never had to change an engine, they got in crashes and were written off, here in Texas we barely made it to 215K miles. Hope this gets better but Corporate Ford needs to get a better handle on this situation, its the wild west out here with these dealers and the quality of customer service, service advisors and their technicians.
I have been taking my truck to Bill Utter Ford for a few years and have always had a good experience and have always trusted the. Recently, there were a few problems but they recognized it very quickly and went above and beyond to correct it. I would recommend them to anyone.
I needed a 4 wheel drive truck for my new job in Southeast Texas as a forester. They hooked me up with a Ranger Sport Express with only a little bit over 11,000 miles on and great condition. I did need to have the service department align the truck and balance the tires but they didnt charge me for it. Ive bought 2 trucks from Bill Utter Ford and I highly recommend them!

Claire Jimenez was on point explaining to us the different accessories available for our Bronco. The whole transaction went very smoothly and I would and have recommended this dealership to my friends and associates. They were honest and upfront about everything.

2022-06-12This was probably the quickest and seem less buying experience. I was treated like family! The purchase was for my daughter’s first car, and everyone there celebrated with her! The absolute best part was the fact that I didn’t feel like I was being sold. They wanted to ensure that the car fit the needs. Not to mention, we were in and out in less than an hour. I’ll definitely buy again! Quincy was an amazing associate to answer all questions and concerns. It was an AMAZING experience!!!

2022-05-20First of all we were so impressed with the staff, friendly and very courteous; especially Mr Patrick .He went way above and beyond to help us find the car that would fit our budget and was so respectful of our sticking to the budget. He never tried to get us to lookAt more expensive vehicles or add a lot on the car we were interested in.I believe in things happen for a reason and after one conversation with Mr Patrick I felt very at ease and trusted he was a godly man and he was an honest man. I told my husband that I do believe of all the car buying experiences we have had in our lives this was by far the most pleasant and comfortable.We were asked multiple times if we needed anything, did we have any questions, could they do anything for us. We are so grateful to the entire Bill Utter staff especially Mr Patrick for helping us.

2022-02-04Had an alignment done on my vehicle. Alignment readout read perfect. Drove it home, steering wheel was still crooked. That was the whole reason I took it in. Contacted them. They checked it again. Got it back, still crooked. Emailed service manager cause he never seemed to return my calls.Another issue. Clear coat on wheels started flaking while under warranty. Contacted service manager several times. Never heard back.Service Advisor tried explaining it to me. Got quiet when I told him I use to be master tech. I never complain but this is just lazy.I never heard back on either of these issues and now I have an expensive vehicle with flaking wheels and a crooked steering wheel.I take both of my vehicles here. I wont be anymore.

We felt so comfortable at this dealership then any of the others we visited that day. Also, the employee that helped us with the finance department was very informational (cant remember his name). 2022-02-26My vehicle was transported to Bill Utter Ford for repairs, although my vehicle was ultimately deemed as a total loss by my insurance company, the service I received was exemplary. The staff at the collision center went above and beyond meeting my every need and answered all of my questions. Rob and Dylan were outstanding while assisting me through every step of the process to evaluate the damages and the total value of the vehicle. Thanks to their thorough inspection of the vehicle, I was able to have my insurance company pay off the vehicle and cut me a hefty check for the balance. The service was top notch, so much so that I have decided to purchase a new vehicle from Bill Utter Ford.

They have amazing staff that treats their customers with respect and dignity. They go above and beyond to help any way that they can.
