Great atmosphere, always greeted with a smile. The food is good my husband loves the shrimp and crawfish pasta and our boys love their pizzas the one with no sauce and the pepperoni.
Not bad but I have asked for2 different tipes of red wines from the menu and they didnt have non then I asked for a shot of crown they were out so I got a modelo especial little hot to. not bad but they could do way better
Have been to the Bay city Billys about 25 timesOne beeing a birthday party with about 15 friends and have always had good service and great food and have bragged about this establishment. Which is what led to me and some of my colleagues at work to order some food tonight. Tonights food was horrible to say the least. The hamburger double meat was ashed, literally, ordered a large and a small calzone, large was supposed to be hamburger with mozzarella cheese mushrooms and extra marinara sauce, the small philly steak and cheese with ranch dressing. What we received was two small philly steak and cheese, just on was in a large box. We also ordered the cajon shrimp and crawfish pasta. Which they did call and say they did not have the pasta which was alright but we did not expect to get macaroni and cheese with a little shrimp and crawfish.Literally macaroni and cheese no seasoning.Like I said I bragged and some of these guys didnt know what Billys was and I am pretty sure that they dont want to know.
The food and service are excellent! Wonderful family atmosphere! We definitely come often :)

2022-07-03There is never anyone ever eating here when we come maybe 1 other group. But yet we have to wait for service wait to get drinks and wait almostb45 mins for our food.

2021-04-25First we had to remind waitress to bring us the appetizer after 30 minutes waiting. Then we waited an hour for our food just for them to get it wrong. Spoke with two managers and both could care less. Apparently this is an issue from top to bottom and it usually starts with management. Stop else where to eat before visiting Shulmans unless you want to spend your whole time at Billys.

2020-01-04Went out tonight with my family, took 20Minutes to get drinks and a hour an half to get all of our food while people who arrived after we did got their food in a timely manner. My chicken tasted weird so I stopped eating it, now at home sick. They weren’t all that busy, especially for a Friday night, there really is no excuse.

2018-09-23Are you kidding?I ordered Texas chili and cheesy sliders. Three spoonfuls into the chili, I feel hair in my mouth. So I pull it out, but it keeps coming. At least 18 inches long. It looked black to me, but I heard it was blue.Pork cheesy sliders were mostly fat with a little cheese. Tasted terrible, so I didn’t eat them. Fries were not hot, but probably would have been good if they were.I am so disappointed, not mad. To finish it off I got a vanilla hot fudge sundae to go. The fudge was actually chocolate syrup.Bad experience. I hope it’s better for you.

2018-08-13Atmosphere was ok but our waiter kept forgetting things, appetizer portions were ridiculous ($7 for 6 fried, salty and soggy pickles??) Then I ordered a Chicken Fried Steak which was overcooked, dry and tasteless! I had to ask for gravy and it taste like I was eating a fried piece of Insulation! Never Again!

2021-05-11Service was horrible this was my second time there the service didnt change. I like how our water and salads took 40mins servers were all in the back on there phone not doing there jobs and they still forgot my sons order. You lost my service..

2021-02-22We have been in town for work for a few weeks. So glad this place is right down the street. Great food, great atmosphere!
