This man is very confused and rude. We told him our old grandfather clock was not working properly. It did not chime correctly. With our help, he finally got the insides out to take to work on. He said it was very dirty and he cleaned it. Charged $1300 to fix. The clock is not fixed and when we called to tell him he went nuts. We stopped payment on check. Larry and Phoebe Miles

2022-08-12The owner is very experienced with clocks. He found a solution for fixing my grand father clock, 3 antique clocks and my cookoo clocks. Please don’t judge his communication skills-be patient-and he will do a great job. He was so good and reasonably priced, I gave him a tip.

2022-08-05Older Asian fellow charged 40.00 to install 2 watch batteries . For that price he should invest in a charm school course.

2022-06-08My watch got wet (5/25) once and I have to bring twice (5/25, 6/7) to his place to get it dry. He did poor repair job with bad attitude.

2022-01-24Watch battery replacement was still a reasonable $10 per battery. Now watch batter replacement is up 50 percent in 2022 to $15. Its hard to spot in a run down strip center. Also there was no air conditioning so it was incredibly hot. No longer recommended.

2022-01-25Had a complete overhaul of grandfather clock movement in Sept 2021. One of the three weight winding cranks has squealed loudly since right after overhaul and this week the hour chimes no longer works. I would rather get a new person to fix the problems as I no longer have confidence in Bissonnet.

2017-08-03Rude Ride Rude! We got around 4:50 it says the place closes at 5:30 but when we got there guy didnt even greet us he looked at his watch to see the time. I asked him if he could repair the battery in the watch or if he was closing and he rudely said he was almost closing. I explained online it said 5:30 but he once again rudely said he knew but needed to leave. He took the watch and looked upset and didnt even say anything to work on it. By far horrible service and no customer skills. Not to mention super hot in there with no air conditioning running.

2021-12-20Took my Grandfather Clock there for repair. Found the problem right away and will refurbish the clock. The clock is over 70 years old.
