I am so happy I booked a transport with this company from San Antonio airport to a hotel in Austin! After 4 flight cancellations due to an ice storm, I was able to get a flight to San Antonio but still had to get to Austin with 5 people at 10pm on short notice. With the weather, number of people, and all day flight complications, I wanted peace of mind and a sure thing. I spoke directly with the manager by phone and made the reservation in a short time. I received texts notifying me the car was there and where to go. I was in contact directly with the driver. The SUV was perfect and immaculate. Our driver immediately put us at ease and we has a great ride to Austin despite a very long day of plane cancellations/delays. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We used Black Car exclusive to take us to an event at the AT&T center & they were great! Ignacio was our driver & he was such a kind gentleman & took wonderful care of us. We have found our new car service in SA. Highly recommend this company!

We used Black Car Exclusive for our trip out of Austin. We had a early flight, he was on time, polite, and very professional. An when we returned the was there at baggage claim waiting. My wife and I appreciate your service and would not want to start our anniversary trip no other way. Highly recommend using Black Car Exclusive.

Great experience! arrived into San Antonio Texas after midnight the driver was waiting for us in the baggage section. Very very attentive delivered us and our luggage to the front door I give them 100% recommendation. Also made a quick stop for a Burger. Courteous, great driver.

We have used Jharlan several times. Prompt and very courteous. We were on our way to SAT airport and our flight was delayed 7 hours. He turned around and got us to Austin in time to keep our vacation plans on schedule. Best service in the area.👍

Reserved an SUV for the afternoon to celebrate a birthday and had an amazing time. I had an alternative motive to propose halfway through the trip and Jharlan went above and beyond to accommodate. There isn’t enough I could say about him except I’d recommend everyone in my family to use his service.

We have used Black Car Exclusive several times. We were tired of the airport parking options and are so happy to no longer have to deal with the San Antonio parking hassles. Our pickups are always on time and it wonderful to be dropped off at the front door! It’s a much nicer way to start and end out trips.
