If I could give Zero star I would. The storage place is in the country and thats fine and I used it for 2 years. The problem is when I called yesterday to close out my storage unit I had a super rude person named Marthy (or some name close to that). At first she asked me about my name and I gave her my name then she immediately asked is that your last name?. If you want my last name you should ask me first about my last name not my name. Secondly, the moment I said that I would like to close out my unit, she said ARE YOU THE ONE WHO FILLED MY TRASH BIN YESTERDAY????!! I was not even there that day and the storage unit was empty most of the time with just a few items. Then she stated WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUND FOR THE PRORATED AMOUNT... what???!! did I ask you to issue a refund? I just asked you to close out the storage unit. Very bad customer service. Not even appreciating 2 years of my payments on time. Add to that I still havent received a confirmation email that the storage unit is closed.

I called yesterday and needed a storage unit immediately and within ten minutes Ken was able to help me over the phone and set everything up for me. He explained the rates and helped me figure out what I need. Its a clean facility and I find their rates very competitive. Im very thankful for how quickly they were able to set everything up and how incredibly helpful Ken is.

I really enjoyed this facility. It was easy to get in and out, and the manager was always friendly and helpful. My biggest complaints were that the rental of my unit seemed to go up $5 every year, so what was a good deal at first didnt seem like such a good deal year three. The driving surface is gravel and in Texas that normally only lasts until the first time it rains. Often times there were big ruts and potholes in the main lanes of travel, which made it difficult to get in and out in anything other than a pickup or SUV.

The first unit we had there was a moisture issue. Water was coming up through the cement or the bottom of the door or something because the bottoms of the boxes were damp and there were actual beads of water on the items near the door, so we moved out before the month was over.The later units we used were okay except they were harder to access and kept getting dirty somehow. Stick with a unit on the inside and not on the end or on the outside aisles, and monitor the stuff youre storing for potential damage because they obviously arent sealed well. Also, the outside units would be fine if all you are using is a car, but they are more difficult for a uhaul to maneuver. They would be fine, though, if it werent for all the RVs parked along the outside. They make maneuvering on the sloped corners a little precarious because you have to hug the steep side to make the turns, which is worse in a truck with a high center of gravity.

We stored our 30-foot travel trailer at Affordable Storage for three years. Their service and security were great and we highly recommend them.

It is not my fault your internet is down. It is your fault you left no explanation. It is also your fault I cannot and have not been a been able to access the website for over a year to pay my bill..and my storage room is full of rats and spiders.There is a sign out front stating the area is protected by some pest control company. Might hire somebody else!!Looking for storage? Keep looking...

It was a great pleasure to work with Tisha when I was searching for a safe place to store my brand new horse trailer from an impending storm. Tisha went above and beyond by taking and sending me pictures of the space available If I ever need storage again, for my trailer or otherwise, I will definitely be calling Tisha again.

Very clean, secure and professionally managed. Weve stored furniture, other household goods here for many years and have never had any issues or damage.

The office smells real bad from CATS.. CAT hair everywhere.. Very unprofessional in the office. Manager was in such a rush leaving and backed into my vehicle when I was looking to rent a unit.. Handed me his insurance card and left said call his insurance... I would not rent here
