Amber is one of the best managers ive ever had to deal with. Its a ahame she has to manage this huge property by herself. With that being said, she still treated me like i was her only tenant. I will definitely be back for all my storage needs in the future. To whoever is the corporate representation for this company, you need to really consider putting someone with her so the property can reach its potential occupancy. I think with help, Amber could do even better maybe even possibly running one day.
I call every month to pay my bill and no one is ever there to answer. And when they finally answer they want to tell me how I can just come in but yet the hours they are open don’t work with my work schedule at all and want to continue to charge me late fees when they’re the ones never in the office. I call different days and different hours of the day and never get an answer but are quick to send late payments reminders through email and lock my storage. I like the old owners always there never had any issue until it got bought out. Such a bad experience with them.
Jana was fast friendly and courteous with a great personality. I would have to say her goal is to meet her customers needs. I was well pleased with my experience. The facility here is also nice and clean. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Jana!
This place is a rat hole. Very old, and run down. Elevator is a joke. No lights either. The agents never answer the phone and lied about refunding my money after I vacated mid month. Would give zero stars if possible. Lots of other WAY BETTER facilities close by.
I cant tell you how satisfied I am with this storage facility. Jana, the manager is amazing! She is helpful and caring. I had a flat tire on a trailer stored and she went out of her way to lend me an air compressor. This is a great place that I would recommend to anyone!
Jana is great and sweet. She really helped me out in a tight situation. She was very precessional and fast. She got me taken care of with no problem. I will recommend extra storage to anyone.
When I rented my unit I got the pleasure of being helped by Jana. She is awesome and the facility is awesome. The prices are affordable and the first month is free. I got to look before I leased, everything was clean, working well and in order. I will refer friends and family.❤️
So youre looking for a place to store your once beloved possessions but find you have no room on hand at the time being. If youre like us you may have found yourself on a pretty strict financial budget. So when we found extra storage space rental youre welcome by Janet and Ashley who guided us through selecting the best insurance policy per unit depending on what each one contained they were honest you really helped us find the best fit for our budget and our storage needs. The process was very simple the staff efficient and friendly. It is of my understanding that Extra Space Storage has a great running track record with the community here and stays pretty much at 80% capacity so if its a storage unit for a couple months or several for a longer period Of time check this place out. Youll definitely be glad you did. Special thanks to Janet and Ashley we couldnt have done it without you.!
This is a great place for storage as long as the hours of 6am to 9pm are the only hours you need access. Special permission can be given to business owners but it takes a lot to actually get this permission.
Michelle has the best customer service I have ever experienced! She dealt with my situation professionally. I will never use any other company again thanks to her! You are amazing!
Joni was very professional and friendly. Usually storage companies do the bare minimum and just want to take your money and keep moving. Joni actually took the time to educate me on prices and showed genuine enterest in my needs. Thank you extra space. Good people represent you.
Great office staff. Very professional and helpful. They helped me get exactly what I needed on short notice...in the freezing rain I might add. Clean and well secured facility and I like that they offered renter’s insurance paid with the monthly rent to protect my valuables. Thank you!

I had went because the online rate was great for an indoor unit and reserved it. However, they did not list the pics or details of the storage clearly. I went to see it, but first of all, the building looked so old and worn down. Second, the lift seemed not working. The manager then told me that it is broken and do not have plans to fix it soon.. wow. And lastly, the unit was not clean at all and looked unkept. I went out asap and visited another storage unit.
I havent been here long, but Ive been really happy with it so far! The new manager is great, friendly, and helpful. There are cameras on site which they are always keeping an eye on, and even when they arent in office they watch them from their phones! Also, the property is open until 9:00 which gives you time to move some stuff after work!

I have never rented a storage unit before I thought I was going to be a bit difficult to obtain but Ashley was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process and got me an amazing deal in the unit will definitely tell my friends about her

Me and my mom came in to rent a unit last minute and Ashley was great. She was very knowledgeable and got us in and out fast since we were in a hurry.
Service was fast, first month free !! Had all supplies we needed for our move, it was a one stop shop. Didn’t need huge space, so they proved us with a nice amount of space to store our one bedroom set, baby crib, our boxes of clothes, and household things, dinning room table and chairs, and bins !!! Perfect !!

Me and my fiance got a 5x5 at the extra space storage on W. Rosedale in fort worth tx. Stefanie was amazing and she was so helpful. She even told me alot about the application process for a job. I give this place and stefanie 5 stars. I recomend this location to everybody.
I lived by TCU and shopped several nearby storage facilities before deciding to go with these guys. They were a little bit farther from campus than some of the other places I considered, but they were much more friendly when I first walked in and they seemed way less corporate. They also gave me a promotional deal at move-in that no other place could beat. I was looking for a fairly large unit (I think I ended up with a 10X20) and I was afraid that the promotional pricing thing was going to be a bait-and-switch where my rent would jump once I was moved in, but I was only planning on being there for 3 months so I did it anyway. I ended up keeping the space a full year and my rate stayed the same the whole time! I never had any problems at all and actually enjoyed going in each month to see Michelle in the office and play with her cute little dogs. Next time I need space in the area Ill definitely be back!

Horrible storage place, new management will not allow people staying in unit for longer than couple hours, sketchy area and high crime rate plus if you plan of selling your storage items you cannot do it here !

The price goes up every year you are there. I was paying twice what a new customer would rent for from the internet. The space was small, upstairs and non-climate controlled.

Was informed about my storage being broken into, wasn’t able to throughly search through things until I moved out. People broke into my storage, took my Jordan’s, Apple TV and Speaker. It was only after they realized that my storage was broken into that they upgraded the locks. Before that it was a little latch that easily could have been cut. I can’t sue the place so I’m out of luck but I wanted to share my experience with this storage.

2022-09-14I agree with Brandon. My rent increased in the last year from 24 dollars to 91$ a month. And Im in an upstairs unit. No climate control, during summer it was near impossible to store anything. I am starting to think its not worth it anymore. Theres other units that have 24 hour access and climate control for a more affordable price.Management has always been nice but I havent seen them since payments went online only. Hopefully there will be improvements.

2022-06-16Both Letha and Mary have great customer service. Professional.. Willing to assist in any way. I have called many other storage facilities and nothing compare. I. Seen other reviews and i wanted to ask the questions about the break ins..But both were honest and up front and has put things inplace to assist customers. Thank you sooo much.

2022-06-19DO NOT STORE HERE! I have a drive-up unit and my unit door gets stuck when closing. It is an old steel door that is heavy and hard to close. I have made complaints to the office. The office is closed during normal business hours and the manager takes extended lunch breaks. No one returns my calls. Maintenance is not routine nor periodic. High turnover rate with untrustworthy staff.

2022-08-21NOT secure. All of my stuff was STOLEN shortly after I moved in😔. Cut my lock and cleaned out my until in the middle of the day. They said it happens all of the time No cameras. Gate is wide open all day. They wont do anything about it.

2022-04-11Have had a great experience here over the past 2 years up until this month.Both of my storage units have been broken into and gone through over the past 2 weeks. New management seems nice, and its not their fault, but ownership needs to step up and improve security. There have been a string of break-ins close to us as none of the cameras work in that area. I know I am not the only one in our area that feels this way.

2022-06-24Not a good storage facility. My rent continues to go up, my unit has been broken into twice and the office is closed often, therefore you cant get anyone to help when needed.
