Very disappointed - they forgot to feed one of our dogs. We’ve used Bobbi Colorado’s once before, for a 10 day stay. As far as we know that was uneventful, in a positive way. No news is good news, maybe? So full of confidence we dropped our two girls off for a single night stay.Bobbi Colorado’s process appears good. At check-in, they have printed out sheets with information for each dog, including how much food they eat.We were able to review the sheet, and we actually had some changes in food quantities since the last time they stayed (different food now), so those changes were noted down diligently by the girl who checked-in the pups.We had measured out their food exactly, dinner and breakfast portions for each dog, and gave it to them in a zip lock bag. When we arrived to check-out the dogs, the gentleman who helped us brought out our zip lock, which had far too much kibble still inside it. We asked if they had forgotten to feed one or both of them, and the response was “I’m not sure”, the guy from the night shift wasn’t there. The dogs weren’t brought out straight away, because we were told they were eating their breakfast. It was just before 10am.This made us think the were only feeding them because we were checking out. So when were they planning to feed them? When we got home we measured the remaining kibble, and it was exactly 1.5 cups. This is the exact meal portion for one of our pups. We’ll likely never know what actually goes on at this place, but we are assuming that they just forgot to feed one of our dogs last night. The bar is pretty low for many kennels, but we would have assumed that remembering to feed the dogs would be the absolute lowest standard required to be in business. We won’t be taking our girls back here, simply can’t trust that they have the processes in place to provide even a baseline level of care.
Bobbi Colorado is absolutely fantastic for dog training and boarding. Just completed a one month training session for our 6 month old basset with trainer Jagger. While we missed our pup while he was away at training camp, it was so worth it. We now have the tools to keep our dog well mannered going forward. Jagger gave us a 1:1 training session and instruction sheet to keep up the progress at home. We’ll definitely be back for boarding in the future as well. Thanks, Bobbi and friends!
Im extremely happy with the results from our 4wk boarding & training here! Becca helped our 3yr old Husky mix with outdoor focus, leash obedience, threshold training and so much more. (Plus you cant beat the price!!!)Our boy had a skin condition that started a week before training and the staff graciously bathed him every 3 days as instructed by my vet - I deeply appreciate the extra efforts over the four weeks.Becca was extremely communicative throughout the process, sending update videos every week highlighting his improvement while also providing clear instructions on how to maintain the training as well. The results? Our boy Kono is SO much calmer at home - hes no longer antsy while indoors and is walking on the leash better than ever. He sits & waits patiently when any door opens, and is more attentive when recalling or performing tricks. Since hes a bit aggressive towards other dogs at the moment, they helped him with leash neutrality (no longer barking & lunging when dogs are nearby) and we now feel confident enough to take him around more public areas.Huge shoutout to Becca, Jagger and staff for taking care of our boy! We couldnt be happier with the results and highly recommend this facility for anyone who wants to set a solid training foundation for their pups.
I just picked up my dog Ziggy from a month long training camp with Jagger today. Although it was hard to leave my dog for so long, I felt very comfortable leaving him in BCCC’s hands. As soon as I saw him, I could tell he had learned so much. He was very well-behaved and I was so surprised to see how much progress he had made. I was so worried that with an intense training program, Ziggy would lose his goofy personality. I could tell Jagger and Ziggy really formed a bond and Ziggy still had his sweet, funny personality. We had a training session all together before we left and Jagger was very detailed on what I should work on with Ziggy. I can’t thank this company, and especially Jagger, enough for taking care of my sweet boy and treating him like one of their own. And also thank you for sending updates on my boy. Will definitely use this camp again in the future. :)
I love Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp! But most importantly my two huskies love it even more! They are always excited to go to doggy day care/boarding.. I can drop them off knowing they will be taken good care of and be shown lots of love. Thank you so much to the whole crew for taking care of my fur babies. Im new to Austin so Im very happy I found this place, highly recommend!
Bobbi Colorados is great!!! We have boarded our dogs here several times and have also used their training program. Jagger (the trainer) has been such a help with our puppy! In August, we enrolled our 10 month Weimaraner in the 4 week board-and-train program, mainly due to major challenges walking him on leash, and we aligned the time away from him with a long trip we had planned and couldnt take him. At that time, we had already tried a couple different collars and training methods but walking him had become almost impossible due to the constant pulling, sniffing and lunging. Jagger trained him loose leash walking, placement, hopping, and consistent recall - and kept us informed about his progress the whole time through texts and videos. When we picked him up, Jagger taught us how to reinforce the newly learned behaviors at home, and warned us that wed need to continue to work very consistently with him before he would demonstrate the same great behavior for us. Im so glad he told us what to expect and exactly how to keep the training up at home. Since then, we have been very consistent with walks and training at home, and also did a short refresher training with Jagger again when we boarded him at Bobbi Colorados in November for a shorter trip. I couldnt be happier with the progress our pup has made - we now go on walks and runs on leash with no problem, and also to off leash areas for hiking and fetch. We can now take advantage of all the wonderful dog-friendly areas in this great city!! Thank you to Jagger and all the wonderful people at Bobbi Colorados who take great care of our dogs while we are away!!
I have been taking my dog to Bobbi Colorados for boarding for at least a few years now, and he always has a great time! They post photos each week and he looks happy and well-cared for each time, usually with a staff member giving him nice cuddles. The business is really responsive and easy to coordinate with when going out of town. I like that they know him and even comment on his Instagram photos too :) Makes me feel like they really care about my pup!!
Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp has a wonderful team that truly cares for your pet. We feel so lucky to have found Jagger (rockstar trainer) and the rest of the team! We will absolutely be returning for continued education and boarding services. Our 7mo puppy, Wallie, just finished the 4wk Training Program, and we are BLOWN AWAY by how much the trainer, Jagger, was able to accomplish in such a short period of time! Jagger thoughtfully catered his teachings to address our concerns and consistently provided updates and timely responses to any questions. He not only did an outstanding job training and caring for our pup, but Jagger also educated us on how to apply everything our pup learned at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Jay trained our newly adopted pup, Cooper. He took a dog with no manners (pulled on leash and jumps really high) and taught him to behave really well, including heeling, sit, down, and place. The rescue group was really worried about him needing an active family. Mostly he needed to be worked and keep his brain occupied too. Jay THEN trained us so we could continue to keep Cooper healthy and engaged (including working with our excited 8 year old!). Im so impressed by what Jay was able to do!
We boarded our rescue puppy with Bobbi Colorados for 30 days, and opted for the training option. Jagger (trainer) did such an excellent job with our puppy, and kept us in the loop via texts and even videos showing our little guys progress. He was always responsive to our questions, walked us through all of the training and commands, and even went above and beyond by offering us advice on how best to introduce the new puppy to our other adult rescue. Our puppy is so much better behaved now. The training (puppy and US) has really stuck, and our two rescues even play together nicely and are easier to manage. We would definitely recommend Bobbi Colorados and/or Jagger to anyone looking to board or train their dogs.
We have been using Bobbi Colorados boarding facility for years! They take such great care of our dogs, they actually get excited when we pull up to their place. The owners actually live on site and have amazing employees helping them out at the kennel. I love that our dogs get to play outdoors with other dogs (of the same size) during the day. They are also kept comfy with extra bedding at night and gets baths and nail trims before we pick them up. I cannot say enough good things about this canine camp!!!!!
We love Bobbi Colorado! My dogs have been there for daycare and also boarding. I called a couple times on vacation and they answered the phone right away, gave me detailed information regarding our pups demeanor and most importantly loved being with them. The silly stories and excitement to share stories of our goofy pets warmed our hearts. We have one energetic puppy and one mellow doodle. Both dogs were taken care of based on needs. I also really like that the owners live next to the kennel. We will only go to Bobbi Colorado!
I’ve recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new facility for my pup. I saw wonderful reviews about Bobbi’s and it seemed more than perfect. However, even after I first arrived, I was dumbstruck. This facility is unsafe for not only pups but for any employees as well. Fencing is jagged, rigged up heating and cooling systems, looks very run down, and so many bugs! I have seen many facilities like this and they are the definition of a fire hazard. I do not know how people can give this place one look and believe that it’s the best thing for their babies. Not sure how facilities like this are allowed to be open.
Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp is amazing. We adopted our dog 9 years ago and boarded her at this camp without incident 25-30 times over this time, almost a decade. Our dog LOVES her time at camp. She gets excited just turning down the road to the camp. I cant imagine boarding our high energy dog at a place where she couldnt play for hours every day. Our dog loves the other dogs and staff. Every weekend the staff posts photos of your dog to Facebook. They will even text you a photo. I have so many photos saved of my dog having a spectacular time with her friends at camp and being loved on by staff. The staff at Bobbi Colorados canine camp are exceptionally communicative and professional. I have had only good experiences and so has my dog. Her vacations at camp are as good, maybe even better, than ours. I cannot recommend this business enough. Your dog will thank you.
Becca was amazing! Did wonders for my dog who is pretty lazy and insecure! Chuck was well taken care of and came home with a set of skills that can last a lifetime for him! Best decision we could have made for our family and best value for amazing results! Highly recommend!
We have trusted Bobbi Colorados for a number of years and our pup LOVES her time with the crew at Bobbi Cs. The team is organized, warm and dependable. We love how much playtime is offered during the stay and have consistently found the staff to be attentive/proactive to needs. The only challenge is that we cant get our pups belongings together too soon because shell just sit next to them waiting to go for her visit. And, we have to say our good byes at home because shes ready to go play with friends as soon as she arrives. Our family highly recommends Bobbi Colorados.
We absolutely LOVE Bobbi Colorado for boarding our 2 dogs and have just recently did training for one of them. Becca was amazing with Switch. She would send weekly videos of things that Switch was learning and working on. She listened to all of the issues and behaviors we wanted addressed and he was like a completely different and well behaved dog when we picked him up a month later. If you need training, I highly recommend Becca and Bobbi Colorado!
What an amazing experience!! We cannot say enough great things about Becca the dog trainer!! We placed our 8mo old German Shepherd in her month program and the transformation is incredible! We enjoyed seeing videos of her progress each week and when we came to get her, the interactive instruction with my kids and I was just great!! Becca is a warm and generous person that goes above and beyond. You can tell she truly loves her job and animals. I cant imagine leaving our pet in better care then hers!
We cannot say enough good things about Bobbi Colorado’s Canine Camp and trainer Jay! We needed help with our 18 month old golden doodle puppy, Lucy - she is huge, high energy, and needed an overall lesson on manners and, more specifically, heeling. She was impossible to walk on a leash! Jay was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He really paid attention to what we wanted for Lucy and sent us weekly updates on her progress. When we picked her up after a month of training, we couldn’t believe it! Jay spent well over an hour with us going over everything he had taught Lucy. We most appreciated the time he took ensuring our six year old son could handle her with ease! We are so happy and appreciate that Jay was able to keep our sweet Lucy’s goofy and happy-go-lucky personality, while making her a well mannered pup!We are also VERY appreciative of the rest of the staff for taking great care of Lucy and posting weekly pictures of her playing and having a great time with other dogs! The girls were very professional at check-in and check-out, while keeping everything clean and safe during this time. We 100% recommend Bobbi Colorado and her team! 🐾❤️
Our puppy Ghost attended Bobbis training camp with their training handler Jagger. We could not be more happy with the results! Prior to the training camp, we had an unruly puppy that we couldnt even walk with because he would jump and pull us non-stop.He would dig holes in the yard, as well as, destroy all of our shoes and pillows. It was really difficult. After training, he does none of these and they even gave us a 2 hour training instruction course. When we found Bobbi Colorados Camp, we were intending to board our husky during the holidays and ultimately met Jagger while doing the tour and decided that the training would be worth the money.Jagger sent regular updates to us of Ghosts progress including videos exclusively of his progression. Jagger made us feel like part of the family and I really enjoyed working with him. He is passionate about training pups and is in the right field!Who knows! You might see a movie animal while youre there - they also train and handle movie animals! We will continue to bring Ghost back for boarding and training refreshers. It wont allow me to post the video of Ghosts training, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions from a patrons perspective.
Becca at Bobbi Colorados is such a gifted trainer and we’re so lucky we were able to have her train our pup, Rocky. We did the full 4-wk training and every week we received video updates of all the training/commands Rocky had learned. My husband and I know half the training is for us and Becca has made sure to arm us with all of the info to help Rocky succeed. We’re looking forward to continuing to bring him back whenever we need to go out of town. Highly recommend!!
I had my 4 year old Red Heeler mix attend the 4 week board/train program here and could not be happier with the results! Shes always been an incredibly intelligent pup, but Ive had a hard time finding ways to motivate her when trying to train her and, accordingly, had never been able to build a strong training foundation with her. While she was there, she worked with the trainer Becca, who was really able to get through to her in a way that Id previously been unable to. I could not be happier with my choice to have Indy attend and will be back down the road if/when I need to have her boarded again or want her to get some more training in with a professional!Becca made sure to send me weekly video updates showing the progress Indy had been making throughout the duration of her board/train program, which meant the world to me. I cannot recommend them more if youre in Austin and in need of a trainer!
We love Bobbi Colorados! They do a great job taking care of our active dog when we need boarding. Our dog gets attention from the staff and daily playgroups which really suits her energetic personality. Its wonderful to take her to board and she starts wagging her tail as soon as she sees where we are. The Saturday pics are an added bonus to see the fun your dog is having while youre away. Highly recommended!
We did the one month board & train & it’s been amazing to see how much our puppy Moshi has learned! We’re absolutely thrilled to with the training & are already considering boarding with Bobbi Colorado’s when we travel. Becca & team are awesome! Quick to respond & keep us updated! Thank you so very much Becca & team! Appreciate you!Indu
Rebecca is awesome! We got a covid puppy and because of covid he didn’t have the chance to go anywhere or meet anyone. Now he’s 70 pounds and loose leash walking and socialization are a problem. We did a lot of research and selected Bobbi Colorado’s and Rebecca. We came out for the evaluation and we could see him responding to her training immediately. She explained everything and we put down the deposit and schedule a 4 week board and train. We’ve missed Griffin, but Rebecca sends great videos every week showing what they worked on and his progress. We’re on our way to pick him up now and are excited to have him back and continue what they started.
We recently brought our dog Sadie for the 4 week board and train. The results are amazing. She is able to be a part of our family without worrying she will run off, begin chewing things or being inappropriate with other dogs. Jagger was fantastic with her, sent weekly updates and collaborated on goals to work on! I highly recommend their services!
We had both of our dogs trained here. We absolutely love this place. Our dogs are so well trained it is unbelievable! Jagger did such an amazing job. He is so patient and knows what hes doing. We are so pleased!!! Thank you so much for this amazing staff at Bobbi Colorados and to trainer, Jagger. He knows exactly what hes doing! You will be so happy to have a well-trained dog!
We love these guys!! Weve been their customer since three years and we have two Goldens who love their stay there whenever we travel, which is quite often! We can enjoy our holiday knowing our boys are in safe hands, are well fed, and in good care. We get to see pictures of our pups via their Facebook website regularly which is hearting! I can call them anytime during their office hours and if they dont pick up, I know theyll call me back soon. I really appreciate them for doing that. Thank you so much to the entire staff of Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp.Much love from Zach & Cody too! X
Ive been exclusively taking my dogs here ever since we moved to Austin two years ago and weve had the best experience! They dont charge extra for things like playtime or giving meds, they know our dogs by name, and we can always rest easy when were out of town because we know our pups are happy and having the best time at camp. When it comes to boarding, Bobbi Colorados definitely provides the best value in the Austin area.
A friend of mine turned me onto Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp almost 10 years ago (yikes!). I have found that BCCC has been GREAT for me and my two dogs. The team there really care about the dogs in their care - my dogs went through not feeling well while there one trip and the staff were so great in terms of getting in touch with me to try to figure out how to get the dogs food changed over. As your dogs age, things that never bothered them before begin to affect them differently and the BCCC team (specifically, Beth) have been so great about this and genuinely care about their comfort and health. They even sent me a photo of the pups during one trip - which was great timing as I was missing them!Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to board their dogs and know that they are being taken care of like you would want them cared for.
The best decision I ever made was sending my 7 month doberman here. Four weeks is a long time to be away from her, but the results were amazing! She sits, heels, walks, and places with out an issue! She looks great and healthy and we had a visit before we dropped off and after at the vet and she checked out perfectly! I highly recommend using Jay and his team as your dog trainer!
It’s the worst experience ever. Don’t waste your money. They are not feeding pets well enough, my dog came back home sick and had diarrhea for a week after that “accommodating”.Beside that, they are promising “training” but it’s a fraud. They literally do nothing and charging ridiculous amount of money. Trainer keep texting that she is sick and can’t do any work with dog. Also, trainer was perfectly aware that the dog is not eating their food, but it doesn’t care her much. Seriously? How can you work with animals if you even don’t know such simple things?Filed small court for the fraud, hope the court will help to close this clowns.Long story short - have a mercy to your pets. Don’t leave them with that fraud company. No surprise why they have no clients and need to offer their “services” in the Groupon.
We have an old, difficult small dog. She just doesn’t like anyone but our family. However, for about three years now we have been taking her to Bobbi Colorado’s and she loves it. They take all my suggestions on how to get her in and out of her bed. She sees the same reliable staff and enjoys her stays. She spends 3 to 8 days each stay. We are always very comfortable leaving our dog at Bobbi Colorado’s Canine Camp!
The team at Bobbi Colorado was great to work with. We came to view the facilities a week before our dog’s first stay. They answered all of our questions about the experience of the stay at gave us a tour of the facilities. Our dog stayed only one night for her first visit and we plan on returning! We appreciate that there is outdoor space for her to play and that they were very attentive to make sure the dogs she was with were a good match for her personality!
We love Bobbi Colorados SO much! Boarded my dogs there many times, and they get so excited when they see me collecting their things because they know this is where theyre going. Thats so different from ANY other boarding experience we have ever had! I have one very shy/scared dog, and I could see her confidence grow just from being boarded here, and each time she was more excited to go to the facility !! Truly a game changer. And they take excellent care of the dogs and are able to accommodate specific dietary/health requests (and always remembered my dogs and their names!). Cant recommend everything about this place enough! :)
Bobbie Colorados Canine Camp is the best. We had used several other kennels, based mainly on distance from home with mediocre to horrible results. When Bobbie Colorados was recommended, we thought, Wow thats drive. But the Camp is outstanding. Our dogs were always happy to arrive and not frantic (as occurred in other places) for our return. Their caring attitude was most evident when our elderly dog went into a rapid decline while we were out of the country. They called us immediately to talk about what was going on, then took him to our vet, paid for his care, and with our vets go-ahead brought him back to camp where they cared for him until we could get back to the US. When Tyson passed, we were not the only ones to cry. I dont think it is possible to find better boarding. Just save room for our new, rescue dog when we next leave town!
Weve been sending our pups to Bobbi Cs since circa 2010 and absolutely love the attention and care they receive. Bobbi and her team truly provide the best customer service. Theyve worked with us on multiple occasions where weve really appreciated their flexibility and support over the years. We cant recommend them enough!
Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp is the only place I trust with my beautiful Dog Molly. They love her and all of the dogs in their care. The Facility is incredible with lots of big play yards so the dogs can have fun and make new friends. When I leave town I am worry free and even get to see pictures of her on facebook. Thank you to Bobbi and her wonderful caring staff!.
I brought my two German Shorthaired Pointers in @ 8 months. Previously, it was a NIGHTMARE to walk them together--I avoided it at all costs. I had been working with trainers since they were 3 months, practicing regularly. It was very difficult to train them together. Post camp, they walk perfectly and we have new skills that we are working on.The fact that I can walk places with them together now without worrying about an embarrassing meltdown in public has changed my life! Training other skills is also easier--they are able to focus better and have much better impulse control.Thank you Jagger!
At 4 months our lab Moxie went to Bobbi’s for 10 days and had a blast! She interacted with other dogs for the first time and she did fantastic! On Sundays Bobbi’s post pictures to Facebook and I loved getting to see her in action having fun. Although she wasn’t in formal training then, she actually care home calmer than before and went to bathroom outside more. Their wonderful trainer Jay spent a bunch of time with us right before was to moving out of state giving all kinds of advice, tips, and tricks for her and educated us on the training boot camp month long program.I figured it would be a while to replace Jay but I was pleasantly surprised that less than two weeks later I heard from Jagger proactively, their new Trainer, who already was up to speed on Moxie from all the notes and said he could bring her in the following week!So at almost 5 months we said goodbye to Moxie for a month. Moxie was a big jumper, a total spaz- super fun super crazy high high energy, was nuts on a leash and not the best “listener”. She loved all attention good or bad- she didn’t know the difference. She was awesome but a crazy puppy and a lot of work!Jagger reporter back that yes Moxie had some the highest energy he had ever seen in his career but that she was amazing and doing well learning. Each week Jagger would contact us with a video and update and on Sundays we once again could see pictures on Facebook.A month later? Wow wow wow! The entire family went to pick her up and we spent time with Jagger going over all the commands, he demeanor, her motivators, instructions on how to continue her training and follow up etc. Then we got to reunite with Moxie! We spent the next 90 minutes having Jagger take all 5 of our family members through our own one on one training with her. It was pretty darn incredible and fascinating to see this dog behaving, listening, having fun - and to see even our 11 year old grasp the commands.Moxie loved Jagger and all the staff and Bobbi’s!!!! She was SO GOOD following Jagger’s commands! Like legit he did not mess around at all and she was 100% compliant to him. So impressed! It is worth every penny!!!!!! Great great value!!!!She has been home now 2 + weeks and it’s been awesome. Moxie is a different dog. No more jumping, incredible walking at our “heel”, sitting, down, hopping, staying in place...No jumping issues or biting issues... calmer and super fun! A true joy to be around and so loving! This family has a lot of love to give and channeling our energy to Moxie vs getting caught up in the worlds woe’s has been a gift! She brings us joy - we are so happy we joined the #covidpuppyclub and so grateful so many people recommended Bobbi Colorados! Mox will be doing all her overnights when needed there!!
Ive been using Bobbi Colorados Camp for the past couple years, and always have a very good experience. My dog always comes home happy and is always very excited when she sees that shes being taken there again. Its always convenient and easy to handle dropoffs and pickups, and I appreciate the safety considerations they have taken during covid.
I put my 1.5 year old Rottweiler in the 4-week training camp, hoping hed come back with some obedience and commands. The results were far beyond my expectations. Jay trained him to walk on a leash, place, sit, and more. And hes a calmer, more disciplined dog which makes our time with him much more enjoyable. Jay was thorough, great with him, and very helpful. Well worth the price.
We have been taking our 3 German Shepherds to Bobbi’s since 2012. She trained all 3 of them and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care when we need boarding services. The dogs are always excited when we pull into her place and they always come back clean and happy!
My dog has been boarding at Bobbi Colorados for a few years now, and it is definitely our favorite. She knows exactly where we are going when we turn onto 290 and wags her tail uncontrollably when we turn down the driveway. The kennels are climate controlled and the dogs have a huge outdoor area to run around. They also put kiddie pools out in the summer, which makes it extra fun. Most importantly, the staff is AWESOME.Last time I dropped Maya off, there was a dog in the play yard who was visibly anxious. One of the caretakers said it was that particular dogs first time boarding. As I was leaving, the caretaker was sitting on the ground next to the dog, petting it and loving on it to help it feel more relaxed. If i hadnt already been sold on BCs CC, that would have done it for me right there.
They are kind and very friendly; true pet lovers! They have great prices too! They remember my dog’s name and post photos of him playing with the other dogs on Facebook. They take all special needs into account. We have used them for years! We moved to north Austin 2 years ago, but still make the drive south to use them!
My dog Lilliput gets excited when we approach Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp. She loves the staff and they love her. Judging from the photographs she makes many friends and has a wonderful time. She is an only dog and clearly misses all her friends at camp when we get home. This is our 7th year coming to Bobbis place and we will never go anywhere else.
I love taking my dogs here almost as much as they love going. As I get closer to dropping them off, they start crying with excitement. There are plenty of big, shaded, fenced in areas. Prices are reasonable. People are always around. Staff is wonderful. If I were to start dog boarding business, Id want it just like Bobbi Colorados!
We have 3 children (they are not just dogs!) and Bobbis is the first place we have found that puts the pets happiness before anything else. They love it, are always picked up in a a great mood, and exhausted when we get home. We even started boarding them for nights when we know we will be out late. The boarding and grooming rates are as competitive as any, and cheaper than many. As long as we live in Austin, we will use them.
My wife and I took our dogs here for the first time from 11/7 - 11/10, and unfortunately our experience was not good. When we arrived there were two dogs barking at us/our dogs right at the front fence, and there was a considerable amount of feces in the area that those dogs were in, which wasnt a great first sight. Dropped them off, prayed for the best. Upon our return all seemed good, except they didnt have our bag with our dogs toys and expensive chew bones in it. They said they couldnt find it, they were not apologetic about loosing our dogs items, and they said they would call IF they found the bag, (still no call back to this day). Fast forward a week ahead, both dogs were suffering from bad diarrhea, and constant vomiting. After a $308 vet bill, and two weeks of recovery time our dogs are still trying to normalize. Its tough moving and deciding what dog boarding facility youre going to trust with your pets, unfortunately this didnt go well for us at Bobbi Colorados.
Ive been taking my dog, Koda, to Bobbis for over a year and I couldnt be happier. The staff are always friendly and I know shes in good hands because they post pictures of her playing on FB over the weekend. It really helps leaving her there when I can see her playing online.
I first took my Shepadoodle for obedience training to Bobbi Colorados Canine camp when Deja was about 16 weeks of age. Her trainer said Deja was the smartest dog with whom she had ever worked! Bobbis is well kempt and has both indoor & outdoor facilities. I love the fact that there are grass yards in which the dogs can run & play. Most important is that the dogs all seem happy & well cared for. Deja was smiling both when I dropped her off & picked her up!
These folks are awesome! We have been leaving our dog here over the last 2 years whenever the need should arise and are always VERY happy with her care. It is clear that Bobbi Colorado clearly cares for your furry family member as much as you do! The pictures are such a clever way to check in and feel connected while you are away. Thanks Bobbi Colorado for all that you do!
We took our dog here for her first boarding experience, and we were nervous. She was a rescue, so I was afraid she would think she was being dropped of at a shelter. They had use bring her bedding, toys, food and treats, so she would feel at home. There were lots of play yards for the dogs, but as it turned out, she was too nervous to play. So the staff took her out for private walks and playtime! Before we picked her up, they washed all of her bedding for us! Wow!
My pup has stayed here a couple of times now and he always comes home happy and tired from playing! It’s also nice that they offer grooming add ones like nail cutting and baths which is great to have done so when he comes home he’s all set to spend lots of fun time with me :) highly recommend especially because they are so well priced!
Laughable. At best. The set up is great, but once you look closely you see jagged metal sticking out of the fences (towards the dogs!!) Not only that, but the kennel set up is basically a shed with a makeshift A.C. Unit for the summer, and space heaters for the winter-signed former employee
The owner showed up out of nowhere with a pack of dogs on a leash. He had this distinct accent but kept telling me he was from Texas and to not touch his dogs. He asked me how i arrived there then proceeded into a rant about all the mistakes i made in my life. He then told me not to touch his dogs when suddenly he vanished in a cloud of marinara sauce and some dog feces. I was very confused so i went to get some shwarma.
A million stars to Bobbie Colorados!!!! My dogs love going there and the staff is over the top great, professional, and know how to manage anything that comes up. My puppies get such great playtime which has helped with getting them socialized. The special treatment for my sensitive Border Collies has been the best I have ever seen. Little Jack Russell Louise is a special favorite, and her tiny face nips are understood in the loving light that they are meant. I cant say enough great things about everyone there and their program. Loooooove them! Anne Ashmun

2022-01-26My pup, Ender, spent a month training with Jagger about 4 months ago. He was already a year old and I was starting to worry he was going to have behavior issues (jumping, nipping, pulling on leash, poor social skills). I had an expensive trainer that made me feel hopeless so I reached out to BCCC. I was nervous about sending him away for so long but felt so reassured as soon as I met Jagger and saw him work with Ender for a few minutes. I missed him so much but I no longer have to worry. He is confident, playful, listens well, loves to learn, and plays nice with his dog and child friends. I am so grateful for Bobbi Colorado and Jagger for seeing him for the good dog he is and giving us the tools and training we needed.

2022-05-22I love how friendly the staff are to my pup and me! They helped me get her in super quick on late notice and with setting up her account super late at night. They were so accommodating to help her with her first time at daycare. I feel so comfortable leaving her there with them! She came home every day tired and worn out(in a good way)! I will definitely be back in the future and will get our other girls there too! Thank you for being so available and so loving to my girls!!

2022-05-12I have boarded my dogs at Bobbi Colorado for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. We recently had our 1 year old French bulldog trained there with Rebekah and I think she did a really good job. Rosie is much better behaved. Thank you so much Rebekah -- I think you did a really good job. We are very appreciative.

2022-01-01Having four dogs makes it very difficult for me to find the right spot for my crew- but Bobbi Colorado’s is the perfect spot and i know every time I drop them off I’ll be picking up some very happy, very tired pups. They get to socialize and exercise, fed twice a day on schedule and given any meds needed in the meantime. I live in Central Austin but I still make my way over there because the drive is beyond worth it. I trust them with my dogs completely and totally. 10/10 recommend!

2022-06-01We brought our first dogs to Bobbi Colorado’s shortly after she opened, and the abundant love and care Bobbi and her team provide has kept us coming back ever since. Recently, on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, one of our dogs experienced a medical emergency at Camp. Bobbi, Alexandra and team wasted no time in getting Violet to an emergency vet in time to treat the condition before it was too late, while at the same time tracking us down by phone and helping us understand what was going on. It’s impossible to overstate how much we appreciate their quick & decisive action, and their commitment to providing the very best care possible. The dogs love Bobbi’s as much as we do, and we plan to keep coming back for many, many years!Chris & Tricia Yost

2022-05-01Training with Jagger: 5 star experience. We recently boarded our 9 month old Aussie with Bobbi Colorados Canine Camp so she could train with Jagger for four weeks and get a good foundation of obedience to build upon. Shes high energy and has trouble focusing, so we knew he would have his hands full. While we missed her terribly during the time she was away, the videos he shared with us summarizing their weekly work together reinforced that this was the right decision to make.Jagger was responsive to my texts, provided updates regularly, answered questions, and took her to the vet for a quick visit for a booster. Week over week, we could see visible improvements in her focus, confidence, and behaviors. He went above and beyond to ensure they bonded, and I appreciated that on the boarding side of things, they reinforced what she was learning with him. Jagger provided us with a excellent document and training session to continue the work at home and has answered the occasional follow up questions as we adjusted to the new structure. Our pup is still sweet and playful, but in a way where we can direct the energies in a positive way. And to see her confident and mentally engaged is amazing! Likewise, we are better equipped to be better pup parents and bond with her in a positive way.Weve already decided that when needed, we would not hesitate to do a refresher board and train session, and continue working with Jagger to further her along. Any future pups we have would go through the same process. Thank you, Jagger!

2022-03-24I recently signed up my Koda (11 month old Rottweiler) for the 4wk Board Training program. Jagger was Koda’s Trainer. This man worked wonders! Sending me weekly updates, I slowly saw Koda’s progress. My biggest request was trying to get Koda to load up into my truck. He weighs 95lbs and carrying him wasn’t the solution. Sure enough; Jagger built up his confidence and Koda now loads up flawlessly. He too taught him how to stay, release, leave it, and proper walking. It’s amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jagger is a true dog whisperer.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to train their fur baby.

2022-07-01We did a 4-week board & train program with Jagger for our 7-mo-old German shepherd pup, and are so pleased with the progress he made! He was becoming dog-reactive and Jagger got him past that! We are so grateful to have a well-behaved and confident dog now, and very pleased with his progress!

2021-11-03So happy we went with Bobbi Colorado for training our wild 7 month old puppy. After our 4 week board and training, our dog no longer drags us on walks! He listens to sit, stay, heel, leave-it, come and hop (jump on a platform). He stays at my side on walks and no more jumping on us as we walk in the door. We can’t recommend our trainer, Jagger, highly enough. We received lots of updates and videos of Roswell’s progression during his stay. Definitely worth the money, our family and our puppy are so much happier. 10/10.

2022-02-19We used Rebecca the Dog Trainer at Bobbi Colorados Board and Train Program and she was fantastic! She struck the right balance of positive training and correction. We received weekly videos of our dogs progress and our dog looked like she was having the time of her life. Instructions at pickup on how to continue the training were clear and detailed. The time and money were well worth the outcome- I would highly recommend Rebecca.
