Unreliable - do not use if you really need something sent overnight!I dropped off an overnight package on a Friday to my visa service to get a rush visa for China to get a business deal. They told me the UPS driver was late so they went home and had 97 packages that didnt ship! My package shipped Monday afternoon! This is now going to cost me alot of money and possible lose an important deal because they were too lazy or incompetent to take care of the situation. You trust a business to deliver on a simple promise and they failed.
I have been here many times and service is consistently fast, friendly, and stress free. My go to spot for anything shipping related.
This is my usual shipping place so Ive come to recognize a lot of the staff members. They are always professional & efficient. I appreciate having them in the neighborhood.
Always very efficient and friendly - my sister has been a customer since it first opened and she loves it because they keep all her grandchildrens names and addresses on file ( she has 11 !) makes it real easy to send gifts never had a problem

2021-04-29I like to avoid the post office when possible, and Box&Ship is always helpful and quick. They have good affordable options and provide great service, and have good stock of envelopes, cards, etc.When I have returns from Amazon etc that are shipped through FedEx, USPS, UPS I can always drop them off here.

2021-11-09Shipped from here last month and was a great experience I shipped a vynil record halfway across the USA for a fair price ,then come back to send another record at same weight then magically a vynil record at same weight became $30 thats bull. Ill never come here again theres no way a record costs $30 to ship from Texas to michigan.

2020-11-12Love Box and Ship! I typically only drop off packages here, but whenever I need any other help they are always very helpful, whether or not I am making a purchase. I am always in and out in under five minutes no matter how many different things I am shipping. Great staff - Highly recommend!

2016-10-31I have had my business box there since January 2016.The staff is very helpful - service is outstanding. Often the owner of the shop is in working with his team and will go out of his way to service clients. They have the ability to text alert you when you have mail. They have a nice new printer setup there that is convenient its a great place to do work or personal business.

2020-07-30So I’ve never shipped anything to Africa before, have you? I had to ship to village in Africa so I walk into this shop. To these folksit’s like sending a post card to Dallas. First class professional and friendly service. On a 10 point scoring system with 10 being the highest grade, theyget an easy 15.

2015-05-13Box and Ship has handled shipments, drop offs, and gift wrapping for our family with incredible accuracy and professionalism over the last 2 years we have lived in Fort Worth. The owner has an incredible attention to detail and goes above and beyond for his customers. Occasionally the carriers have issues that are beyond the control of this store. However, they go above and beyond to make everything right. There is nowhere else I would take my belongings of high importance. This is the kind of local business we love to support!
