Some of the staff seems nice but there are several that seem to have an issue. The issue that I have is when I first went to visit someone, a child that receive services from ne, I was asked for ny credentials, they took a copy. A week goes bye and I go to the same club and someone else ask for my credentials, I told the young lady that they took a copy and sge replied, I dont see them. This is not good at all. I plan to talk with the branch director about the displacement of very important documents of others and if I dont feel as if I have gotten my point across, I plan to get information and go higher.
I got to the boys and girls club and they help me with a lot of stuff like making beats, singing, and playing instruments. It’s a fun place to for kids and teens to express their self. And I thank the boys and girls club for helping me. 🤘🏽👍🏽
I bring my child here it is safe, but the children are something else, and the new director made this place horrible. Mr.Larry was better she really should quit.

2022-01-25Just wanted to take the time to let this branch know how much they are appreciated!!This FAMILY (Eastside Branch) has been through our ups and downs, they have provided a safe place, food in rough times and presents to all the kids who attend here. Is a place where I know my kids are being cared for. if I ever have questions or concerns Mrs. Raquel at the time and now Mrs. ShaKia always take the time to hear me out. it takes a village to raise your kids and no doubt I found the right one... THANK ALL OF YOU , for everything you do!!!

2017-07-03I love this place so much and so will your child. They teach them respect and responsibility which is very important in their life. Your kid will make life long friends here and will learn great communication skills. I grew up here myself and it hasnt changed much. The staff still love the kids like their own just like they loved me. It is a very diverse establishment and you will not find a better Boys and Girls Club.

2018-08-24My son has been attending the Eastside Boys and Girls club for 6 years. He has staff available to help him with homework, free-time on the computers and plenty of activities to burn the energy off. Its a safe environment where the staff really cares about your children. Eastside also provides transportation services. For $10 a year, you cant beat the services Eastside provides. We give a big THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO to Ms. Gigi, Ms. Alicia, Ms. Janice, Ms. Amanda, Mr. Hill, Ms. Rick and to all the staff pf Eastside Boys and Girls Club. YOU ROCK!!!!

2018-05-29The staff is very sweet & kind they always pick up my son with no problems! He is the only one at his whole school that goes to the boys in girls club in they go out of there way just for him they could of just dropped his school but they didnt. they teach him to be a good boy & also feed him all for a very small fee which is awsome how nice & caring they are! I am so thankful for them. My son loves going there!!

2018-08-23Ms. Ricquel thank you for all you do. You are so awesome inside and out. You and your staff bring the best out of this children. All my children grow up in this club. Now my nieces and nephews are here. Couldnt ask for a better safe haven for this children. Thank you Eastside for this great opportunity.

2020-01-02My family attended Christmas party and Halloween party this year. Both were very well organized and a lot activities for all ages of kids. Good place for the older kids to go for after school programs.

2015-11-06They need to teach their staff about phone etiquette because their female staff are lacking in the customer service department and because of that i am choosing to look somewhere else. These are not the type of people i want around my kids. I have never used the boys and girls club so i need all the information so i am ready when the time comes to send my kids. What i got was rude females answering the phone then put me on hold then hang up in my face, i call back to no answer, i call back and there is so much noise that we can hardly hear each other then i got half the info i needed before she just hung up in my face again. Just rude, they dont give you their name when they answer then they rush you off the phone. SMH if i did that at my job i would get fired Im just saying.
