Got my brakes done today. The experience was great with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff members. They were accommodating to my needs and got it all done in a couple hours. They even got me a Lyft ride home while they worked on my car and got me a Lyft ride back once they were done. I live like 10 minutes down the road so that perk may depend on how far you live. That was something no one else has offered me before which I appreciated very much. I will be going back for any other car service needs.
Wow I did call around to have my daughters jeep brakes look at, brake padel all the way to the floor plus engine lights were on! I try Brake Plus new on Eden street in Arlington, they were outstanding service! Fix the jeep and knew what was the problem, very professional and quick service, pricing was great, very affordable and reasonable, great place to go for service! They are awesome 👌 Stan Rott

New one stop car maintenance shop with reasonable prices and great customer service. From oil changes to brake fluid they seem to do it all. The waiting room has comfy sofas. Will be back again.

This place is amazing! Car died literally across from the street from theses guys thank god someone saw me in this heat came and gave me a free charge. I feel like i can trust these guys. For anything.
Came here to do a tire alignment, they dont install tires as they dont have the equipment. But they do have tire alignments tor $80 and a coupon for $20 off so $60. That is around twice as a mom and pop shop but they only give 1 month warranty, here it is 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever comes first.
I had a tire blow out on me and I didnt know how to put my spare on. I asked for help and they had someone promptly rush out to help me and changed my tire with my spare for free. Fantastic, helpful, and friendly people and service.
Very quick and easy process. Really helped to ensure they figured out the issue before performing work. Also super convenient if your in the Arlington/Mansfield area which they are building up.

My engine temperature gauge indicated overheating. The team quickly assessed that the sensor was malfunctioning and needed to be changed. Along the way they found additional issues in my coolant system and didnt charge me extra for the related repairs! They communicated all the problems to me and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. It runs great now. Awesome customer service!
Fast and easy process for a brake fluid flush. I was not aware there was a Brake Plus in Arlington because they barely opened this location not even 3 weeks ago! I will be bringing my vehicle back for them to change my brake pads later this week. Recommend bring your vehicles here!

You typically get rushed services and people trying to sell you on things you dont need, but not here. James went above and beyond in helping us diagnose the issues and fix the problems with our cars. From air conditioning issues to that weird sound we would hear when driving above 60mph, he was there to help us make the right call.I highly recommend taking your car to Brakes Plus.
Brakes Plus offered a free brake check before replacing my brake pads and was helpful with helping me understand what my car needed. Definitely recommend this location for your brake needs.
Ive called around and havent been able to find any shop that actually has 0w-30 let alone at a good price brakes plus was a last minute find for me they have good prices and actually have 0w-30 and friendly staff
I got my oil changed today at Brakes Plus on Eden Road and Matlock in south Arlington. Rich at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They just moved in and took over from the Kwik Kar that used to be in this building. As part of their opening week they gave me 50% off on my oil change so that was fantastic!! This place is in walking distance from my house so I will be back.

2022-04-14I had my car towed to Brakes plus after they were closed in hopes they would be able to fix the issue with my vehicle the next day. I called them when they opened up and Jesse was nothing short of amazing! His customer service and knowledge put me at ease. I was concerned about cost and he was helpful in that area as well. I had my car back same day fixed and for a price I felt was fair and customer service I felt was amazing! Would highly recommend.

2022-04-11Ive been using these guys now approximately 3 years and counting. Its been the same at every location. Excellent, friendly, & educational service. They have numerous coupons online as well. This is the 1st time at this location, Blue Mound, and Golden triangle have all equally been at or above expectations. Youre greeted with smiling faces and caring techs who look to keep or get you back on the road. They service all of my familys vehicles and will continue with this type of service.

2022-07-14I STRONGLY recommended doing all your car service needs here!! such great staff and each one of their workers care about every customers satisfaction. I heard about them through my job since we are located directly behind them. My job has taken the all work vans to them for numerous things and all work has been completed and well done with no concerns. I have also taken my personal vehicle to them to fix engine issues and they have absolutely blown me away with their work as well as their customer service. Being a women its hard to trust just any auto service team we tend to get taken advantage of most times but I promise you this team will change your whole perspective and make you want to keep them as your go to shop! I want to shine light on Shawn he is amazing! He understands times are hard when dealing with car problems which is why he puts all his effort into getting you the best price to get you back on the road. 5 STARS!!!!

2022-07-08Shawn gave me excellent customer service and he took the time to give me an estimate of the cost. Everyone is extremely friendly. Shawn offered me coffee and water as well. They will also allow you to connect your cellphone when your phone is dead. Please bring your cellphone charger. Everyone is very friendly . The price is reasonable as well. Brakes Plus does truly care about the Customer’s Needs!!

2022-07-20Fantastic customer service and surprisingly friendly which sounds odd but normally mechanic places seem to be focused on work, which is fine, and can often leave you feeling as if they just want to get you in and out and on to the next job. Not these guys, the manager actually sat next to me on the couch they provided to go over everything that my car needed, which was a lot, and upon check-out they applied their own coupons which saved me about $60.One thing that really impressed me was that they ordered me a Lyft to and from my house while they worked on my car. I personally have never seen this before and I dont know if you have to spend a certain amount to get that but it saved me about $40 in transportation fees and I got to wait out the repair time in the comfort of my own home.Definitely recommend these guys for car repairs and they do everything besides tires.

James got straight to the point and gave me an honest diagnostic of my vehicle he told me exactly what I needed, how bad I needed it, and what all my options were. 2022-06-01Very nice staff. Rich was amazing, went in there for a tune up and oil change. He showed me the parts that went bad and explained why they were. Immediately after I could tell the difference, the car doesn’t stall anymore or have a rough idle. Saved almost $100 with the cupons, thank you Breaks Plus!
