Just called in for a quick inspection (it’s been out for months) and oil change on a super busy Monday. They fit me in and had me in and out within an hour. The staff is extremely pleasant! I also didn’t have to deal with them making stuff up to charge me extra 👏 We all know that’s common. They were spot on with everything, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!!!

I came to this location last minute for rear brakes. Steve and Joey were extremely accommodating and made my extended stay very comfortable. It’s a very clean establishment and the staff treats you like family. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.Keep up the good work gents!! 10/10
Steven was great! The entire experience I felt like I was being given updates and was given an accurate quote and not surprised when checking out. I was hesitant to get my back brakes done (but knowing myself it would be much longer before I got around to getting them done) but did not feel like I was being pressured to do them all the same day. I was given the information and recommendation but it was made very clear to me that it was my decision on what services they would do. I’m unsure of the other 2 gentlemen’s names but the guy who worked on my car was nice and even checked out an extra part for me. The other man at the front (as well as Steven) kept checking on me and making sure I didn’t need anything. Overall great customer service which is hard to find when it comes to a lot of shops.
I checked with them to see if they do RV inspections required by the state to renew your tags. The inspector said they do so I brought my rig to them and they got right on it and were very friendly. RV owners, this is a convenient place to get your inspection done. Easy access in/out. Good people. This will be my go to every year.
Everyone was so polite and professional. Steven helped me out and his positive attitude was so refreshing from what you typically get in customer service these days. I’ll be going back to this location simply because of that. Not to mention the timely and efficient manner in which they performed everything I had requested.
Life saver!! My tire went out and the gas station next door air pump wasnt working. A kind gentleman named Steven took care of me and changed my tire with my spare just to get me on my way! They dont even provide that service! Talk about going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! 10/10 Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Justin. He found a bolt to fit my camshaft sensor and replaced it for me. He and Joey brought me home and picked me up while I waited for my car to be fixed. My name is Annie & I have been a Brakes Plus Customer for several years. I recently moved to Aubrey and came in on Saturday for my oil change & inspection. The place was packed. I was disappointed that I had to come back later. I waited until Monday and was treated so well by Steven and the entire team. Steven looked up my entire profile after discovering a leak checking to see if it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, the leak wasn’t but the courtesy shown was much appreciated. Had to schedule the service for a few days later but all is well.
The service here is nothing far from AMAZING!! The professionalism and service was impeccable. I loved how the staff kept me updated during my wait and informed me of all the issues that were found. What a great place to service my vehicle going forward. Great job Stephen, Stas and Justin!!

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years for regular maintenance. We have been having an issue with our steering assembly for almost a year since Stonebriar Chevy did a factory recall, then they made an additional repair to the steering system which only continued to get worse. The truck became unsafe to drive last week, and I didnt trust Chevy enough to take it back to them because they never fixed it correctly in 2 tries. I went to see Steven at the Aubrey Brakes Plus, he and Justin diagnosed the issue and assured me the steering rack was the issue. After they replaced the rack. The truck turns and feels very stable and in control. I guarantee we wont be taking any of our 3 vehicles anywhere else, theyve earned my trust and business for life 🙏🙏.
I had an appointment scheduled for a state inspection today. I arrived and was told they were unable to do state inspections due to their system being down, which I completely understood, but there was no apology for the inconvenience. They could also have called me and told me before I dragged my two young children along with me, since their system clearly showed that was the only thing I needed done that day. The man who told me they were unable to do inspections seemed irritated that I was even asking about it. I drove a half mile down 380 to Jiffy Lube, where they were pleasant, friendly, and had me in and out in half an hour. I guess Brakes Plus loss is Jiffy Lubes gain!

Jason is an honest kind person who helped me with a noise in my brakes. It happened the noise was caused by a tiny rock that he nicely took out. Lol. He could have lied and make up a story and charge an arm for it, but thankfully they have honest people working there.

It should not take 4 hrs for an oil change if you make N appointment** UPDATE 7/8 Received a call from the manager apologizing for the delay and I agreed to give them another shot when I need service again.

I do not recommend getting car work done at this Break Plus location. Upon entering, I was informed that the wait would be one hour. ONE HOUR and FORTY-FIVE minutes later, an employee told me that the store did not have the brakes for my car. The employees could have told me that they did not have the brake pads needed, and I would have just came back later.Side note… I had be been sitting here for ~2 hours and counting

Stephen and the guys at Brakes Plus have been very good to work with. I have two newer vehicles a 2020Tiguan and a 2016 Chevy truck, and a few older vehicles. 2007 chevy HHR 250K miles. These guys are put to help you get your car road worthy not sell you things you dont need or want. Yes they recommend as all good shops do the needed repair and or maintenance. Stay around cars long enough and you know you pay now or pay later and the sooner the service is done the better. I have asked the techs many questions and they have always been helpful and honest. They do the work right and are very affordable. Cant say how nice it is to have a shop so close that is so reliable!
Steven was amazing! The communication was great and they were not pushy at all. They did all the work in one day so I was not inconvenienced. I would say they were trustworthy and did not upswell.

I told them up front the car my noise makes doesnt do it all the time and with my description they were able to make my car make the noise and they literally TOOK ME TO THE BACK and showed,explained what was going on with my car. I really appreciate everyone there,they did not talk to me like i was stupid or do to much and make me uncomfortable(if you know what i mean) they were so professional and really went above and beyond. I live near by and told them i was about to walk and they offered to drive me home and pick me up, I WAS SO RELIVED i wouldnt have to walk on the side of 380. I appreciate it so much i know they didnt have to do that. I WILL be back if my vehicle has anymore issues/maint.

Ive been coming to this place for a few years now, and every time has always been a great experience. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and what I appreciate most is they dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. I went in a few years ago after Firestone said I needed new brakes (dont ever go there btw, absolutely awful). Told the manager what Firestone had said so he took a look, and told me my brakes were fine I just needed an alignment. He even brought me in the back and showed me my brakes compared to ones that actually needed replaced. He could have easily told me I needed them replaced and I wouldnt have known any better, but instead he was honest and earned my business for all my future car maintenance needs.

Best service ever! I have been a loyal customer at Brakes plus for 2 years. I go to them for all my car repair needs. I have had my rotors and brakes replaced, a tune-up, state inspection…you name it. I always receive professional treatment and their prices are affordable. They even came to my house to jump the battery in my car after it died. They drove it to the shop, replaced the battery and picked me up. I trust Steven and his crew with all my car maintenance. They earned it!

I always leave feeling happy and like I got a good deal for my money. Never any hassles and best of all the boys in the back know what they are doing. I just moved to the area - so I started looking at all of the reviews about the different auto shop around the area. The reviews for this one spoke for themselves - luckily they were close to me, but I would drive 30 minutes to get the type of service that I received from this Brakes Plus team (Steven, Joel, and Blake). I worked with all the of them at different points after having quite a bit of work done on my truck. Not only did they perform great work in a quick turn around the Customer Service was 5-star hands down. They even made adjustments to help accommodate my needs — I had a Safelite guy coming to replace windshield and it was raining - they let me know that they would allow him to use their bay to get it installed!Prices - was extremely fair and it’s nice that they have coupons on their website too! So that’s a plus!I would highly recommend use Brakes Plus for allof auto care needs - please go in and ask for Steven, Joel, or Blake and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Justin and Steven did an excellent job getting my vehicles up and running. The service was excellent and they are true professionals. They help me find coupons to lower the price. Customer service was the best! They went out the way to drop me off at my place and when my vehicle was finish, they came and got me. I have never gotten that kind of customer service at an auto repair shop. I trust those guys and their judgement! It is nice to finally say I’ve found a reliable auto repair shop that has great service, and great customer service.
I had my Jeep TJ serviced there for a transmission fluid leak. The entire staff of Techs were fantastic. Steve the manager and Blake took very good care of me. Very professional team at this Brakes Plus. The tech that worked on my jeep did a great job. I will be bringing my Jeep back for more repairs.

Jason my service technician was very informative and honest about what was going on with my vehicle. He set expectations right up front. I knew what to expect and what not to expect.
While traveling through headed to E. TX my brakes were starting to grind. I had purchased parts and wanted to know if they could put them on. They quoted me a price but did state if I used their parts all would be warrantied. For just a few dollars more, they gave a great complete full inspection, priced out other repairs that I would need, turned all 4 rotors, replaced the brakes on the front of my truck and with a coupon that I found online, & veteran discount, the price was less than quoted. Amazing work, great customer service, warrantied parts & labor, super friendly and a great place. This is how auto repair shops need to be run. Professional, clean & great customer service.

This place actually cares about helping the customer and working with them. I went in expecting to just get a wheel alignment but ended up needing my brakes done too, and they really worked with me to stay within my budget and kept me updated with everything they were doing. First time using them on my Ford Mustang and the service was fantastic. I got a oil change, breaks and replace the purge valve and all was completed very fast. Steven was fantastic on his customer service skills and really took care of is. We will make sure all the vehicles in my family will continue using this location.
Good service overall - I was given a quote to fix my AC issues.The total was around $2000. I hesitated and decided to ask for a second opinion. Turns out, I only had to replace the hose for the AC and there was no damage to the compressor (which Brakes Plus said it was leaking). Another company replaced the hose for me and said the compressor was not leaking. It ended up being $500 only. Not sure where the ball was dropped with the inspection of the AC...

They got the job done quickly & effectively, at a much better price than I wouldve found elsewhere. Brought my car in the morning for an oil change Sam took me home to sleep, since I work overnights. Woke up in the afternoon gave them a call, Stephen anwsered gave me the run down then Sam came back and picked me up.Everyone was completely nice in the entire process. Will be using Brakes Plus in Aubrey again in the future.
My family and I cars break down a lot, we always always come to this break plus to get them fixed. The are always super fast and professional. Just today I had to get a oil change before work and the got it done faster than I expected. I 100% would always recommend them to anyone. Steven is the ones that helps me out every single time I go in and he is always wonderful to interact with. Also there very upfront with exactly what they need to do for your car how long it will take and exactly what you need.i havent had one bad experience with them.
I dropped my truck off with them last week because I was having some electrical and overheating issues with my truck. And they found out it needed new fans. Easy fix right? Well not this time they had to drive 3 hours away just to pick up the parts for the truck when they could have just had them delivered but they knew I need my truck. They all went out of their way to help me and went way above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Will definitely be yawing them from now on!
Steven the manager and Blake the service advisor we’re nothing but amazing throughout the entire process of getting new brakes and resurfacing my rotors. They are honest people who care about people ! Blake was able to give me an amazing deal on brakes and rotors- their prices are simply unbeatable!!! I called several shops to get different quotes and nothing beats their prices. You have to stop by brakes plus in Aubrey ! Or give Steven or Blake a call. I will always shop with them from now on! Also; they don’t just work on brakes, they also offer tune up, transmission maintenance, oil changes, etc.

I brought my car in for standard maintenance yesterday. This location has excellent Customer Service. Steven helped me and was excellent to work with. He kept me updated on the progress and always had a smile on his face. I feel like I was treated fairly on the services and the pricing. I will definitely be back for future service needs.
Just want to make people aware, my daughter took her car to this place for an Oil Change, then after picking the car she noticed a loud noise in the front wheels. She went back and mentioned that there was something wrong with the car, but the employees said that they did not touch the tires, and after they inspected they tried to sell a $1,400 service to my daughter. I took the car to a different place and found out that Brakes Plus exchanged the wider back tires with the more narrow front tires. The wider rear tires were hitting the sides and making the noise.

I am always skeptical of going into repair shops and being taken advantage of. This was my first time at Brake Plus and the moment I stepped in, I was treated with respect and received amazing customer service. I actually understood the explanation given to me about the repairs I needed. They even had a shuttle take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Stephen is the best he worked with my budget, especially with all this Corona stuff going on. Brake Plus is definitely a gem.

Fantastic place for an oil change! I had to change my appointment last minute (my issue, not theirs) and they were extremely understanding and booked me the next day at the time I wanted. When I got there, I talked with Justin and Steven, the GM. Both were very polite, upbeat and doing an excellent job of ensuring that my service and experience with them was positive! Very quick oil change, great pricing but the personal interaction was the best part. Definitely using them from now on! Thanks so much Steven, Justin and staff!!!
BEWARE!!! They used to be a decent outfit but lately theyve been putting the shady in Shade Tree Mechanic.Latest incident involved getting fluids flushed. What should have been a simple job ended up leaking all over my driveway within an hour. I call them up and they say the parts on the truck are defective it wasnt them.Now, shouldnt they be looking at that kind of stuff when its in the shop? At any rate they offer to replace everything for $500... Funny enough, they also said I needed a new radiator and several other parts $$$. I didnt.Like so many shops, Im convinced they mess with stuff to make more work (and money) for themselves. Suffice to say I got it squared away for half of what they were charging and will never be going there again.

Steven has always been pleasant, fun and informative when it came to my vehicle repairs. Auto repairs aren’t fun but he made it as painless as possible. They were able to locate issues I was not aware of but were very apparent when my car was on the lift that would have been a bigger issue if found later. They are fast, have fair prices, knowledgeable and provide superb customer service. Will be returning for sure!!!!

I refuse take my vehicles anywhere else for service or maintenance needs. You have a customer for life as long I am in the Aubrey area.
I had an issue with the temperature gauge in my car, so I decided to call Brakes Plus. The General Manager Steven answered the phone and politely asked to place me on hold. I wasnt on hold for any longer than 60 seconds. Upon his return to our phone call, Steven asked how can he help me, and I explained to him what the issue was with the temperature gauge. Steven then invited me to come to his location and said that he can test it right away in order to give me an exact diagnosis. Within 5 minutes of our phone call, I had arrived at Brake Plus. Upon arrival I was greeted and given exact pricing for what the issue could possibly be (cooling fan and/or thermostat issue). Within 15 minutes after I arrived one of the Service Technicians had pulled my car into one of the bays and began to diagnosis the problem. As I waited in the lobby, I noticed how Steven and the Service Technicians interacted with other customers. They were very friendly, professional, and made you feel welcomed, and this was with EVERY customer that walked through the door. I stepped outside to make a phone call. 15 minutes later Steven personally came outside and notified me of the issue. Come to find out, I needed the cooling fan replaced and a coolant flush. He asked if I would like for them to perform the repair. I asked him to give me a few minutes and I would be back inside. When I walked back in I spoke with Blake, and let him know that I would like them to fix the issue, and asked how long it would take. Blake gave me a time estimate and said they will take care of it. The issue was fixed and my car was ready before the estimated time. This was my first time at a Brakes Plus location, and given my experience and the service I was given, I will definitely go back!
Breaks Plus in Aubrey has Amazing Customer Service!! The location is clean and easily accessible. The manager, Steven, is friendly and genuinely cares about his store and people in general. My parents and I stopped by a week before they opened and Steven took the time to talk to us and help find a place that was open for my father to take his van for an oil change (he was leaving for Michigan that day and it was raining). I usually go to the dealership, but because Steven was so nice that day I decided to try Brakes Plus out for my own vehicle. Im so glad I did...they did a great job and were super fast!I will definitely will return to this location to service my vehicle needs. Great job yall!!
First time trying Brakes Plus. I went in expecting just an oil change and brake check but the mechanic ended up finding several problems. He called me over and showed me what was wrong with my car then explained possible causes for them and how to address the issue. Ive never been to a location where the mechanic actually shows me what the problems are, so that was a pleasant surprise. I was even motivated to educate myself. The atmosphere was also welcoming. Stevens energy and friendliness is contagious. Overall the service and staff was exceptional. They stayed an hour later after close just to finish up my car and thats, again, another first for me. Will definitely be back at this location.

Most places will not allow u to go into the area where the repair the automobile.I explain what I thought was a problem , so the mechanic road with me so I could explain to him what I was hearing in the car.They took the time to explain it to me and showed me it was another problem and not what I thought.Most places will not take the time out to do that...👌
The customer service was great however the price on the oil change I recieved was misleading and in my opinion over priced. I was told I couldnt get an unconventional oil change for $30 and would have to get one that was $60.At checkout I used a $10 coupon and was told my total was $58 which made no sense to me. That was the most Ive ever paid for an oil change so due to that I doubt I would go back.
I called for a quote a month ago and I spoke with Steven. After asking questions about the services provided, I found out that he was the general manager of this location. I asked him to send me a quote over and I was totally impressed as it was sent over within 15 minutes. I had some questions on the quote and while looking at all the details, I received a call from Steven verifying that I had got the quote he sent and he then asked if I had any questions. I was very impressed that a GM would take the time to do this so fast and answer all my questions. I explained that I was not ready at this time to get the work done but would let him know when I would be ready. I called back 6 weeks later and got Steven on the phone again, he called me by name and I let him know that I was now ready to get the work done. I made it clear that I wanted the best deal, and I felt through our conversions and his professionalism on the phone I was reassured I would. I took my wifes car in on 09/27/18 at 8:00 am, and finally met Steven. We discussed the work to be performed and all the details. He called me throughout the day to let me know progress and also to recommend things I might not have thought of. With that being said, There are few shops out there that I trust, but at this location, Steven has my business for life. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and when we picked up the vehicle, he even greeted my wife by name! It was a pleasure doing business here and if you ever need any type on automotive service, Steven is the man to call! 5 Star rating with excellent service! Thank you for keeping our family safe sir!
Steven was most excellent with helping me to understand what was going wrong with my car and the options I had for resolving the problem. Justin has the most welcoming personality and made me feel comfortable while waiting to get the work done. Shawn demonstrated and explained the technicalities of the parts that were needing to be replaced. This was overall a great experience with a fantastic crew. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way. I would most definitely recommend this specific location to anyone needing work done and understanding why they need the work done.
My tire went flat on 380 and I didn’t have a Jack and these guys were great and helped me out! Sam is the best! If you need help these are great guys to ask

I went to this location today in Providence Village to get my car checked out because I was hearing a noise. Steven and Joel did a great job and went above and beyond to help me with my car. They told me what I needed to do and exceeded my expectations. The listened to my concerns and gave me honest answers. This is by far the best place I’ve ever been to get a diagnosis of my vehicle and they really care about their customers. They deserve 10 stars for service. I started taking our *only* car to this location about 3 months ago. I was drawn to this location based on all of the positive reviews I had read and I have not been disappointed with their customer service or quality of work.They have installed all new brake pads, rotors, shocks, and struts now (with oil changes mixed in there) and we have been pleased with their pricing and the fact that they have coupons to save a little on each service (every little bit counts).Overall I would highly recommend trusting Steven, Justin, and the whole team at this location with your vehicles.
I want to say first and foremost the customer service for this location is above and beyond expectations. My car broke down on Sat evening at closing time. Steven was willing stay later until my car could be towed but due to the time frame of the tow. I advised Steven I would not make it. Steven provided a follow up call with me on the following Monday to verify if I was able to get my car repaired and if not he would be more than willing to assist. Because of the customer service, I decided to have my car towed to the location on Monday. Steven provided me with timely updates on the status of my car. Brakes Plus Aubrey took great care of my vehicle and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a knowledgeable technicians with great customer service.
I had Shane look at my air conditioner and work on the brakes. We also discussed going ahead and rotating the tires. The work was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I have nothing but good things to say about this location and its staff. The GM Steven Burns goes above and beyond for his customers. He knows exactly what your vehicle needs but most importantly, he is HONEST. That quality is hard to find in an auto repair business. Ive had many cars and taken them many places but hands down, Steven makes this place worth coming back to. I have gone other places that were cheaper and have regretted it. Dont let the dollar amount deter you from the service. They do NOT oversell anything. They get your car working (correctly) and I can imagine how many times they have to fix another repair companys mistakes. I am a customer for life. I took my car in to Brakes plus for A.C repair after I had taken it elsewhere and they told me nothing was wrong with it. Yet, it wasnt really blowing enough air out. Well, I had a great experience at this location. Not only did they fix my issue and explained what was wrong with it and what needed to be done but the customer service provided by Blake and Jeremiah there was great. I will def. go back to this location if I need anything else.

These days you really dont know who you can Trust to work on you car and not try the get over and you and to do a good job. I found out today I can put my full turst in the guys here at brakes plus. I came in not really know what we wrong with my car just little things that I thought. To find it it wasnt it. They found out what it was work with me on the price and I a oil change! Seeing them working hard not just for me but everyone makes me thankful to have them around.
I went in to have an estimate done and ended up getting my brakes replaced. They knew I was in a time crunch to pick up my son, so they had the entire shop working on my brakes at one time. They are really great and personable. Fantastic customer service.

We love Brakes Plus! We have never actually been there for the Breaks! Just the Plus! They are fair, helpful and so HONEST. Unlike other places on 380 (Integrity Car Care, both locations) at Brakes Plus weve NEVER been told the car needed something that it didnt need. My dad even loves this place and takes his car when hes in town! Weve taken our car to other shops only to take it back to Brakes Plus! We love them!Side note, Steven is the easiest mechanic weve ever worked with. He takes an already great experience to the next level. Super awesome guy, we just cant say enough good about him!

They did my oil change today and I couldnt have been happier with the experience. Each of the employees I encountered were professional, upbeat, and very service oriented. I never felt pressured for additional services or hard sale on stuff I need to do to my truck. Great job guys and look forward to coming back with my wifes SUV.
I had known that we have been needing to get some fixes to our suspension for a little while and after getting my first quote at my normal local guy I had come into contact with Blake at this Brakes Plus. He was extremely helpful getting me a quote to match the quote at the other shop without seeing the car. He was not only lower on the price by a few hundred but the warranty on the struts and the brake pads is way over what I would have gotten at my other guy! When I was ready to get the work done the next weekend I dropped it off early on Saturday and remarkably it was done by that night! Blake had already secured the required parts and was ready for me when I arrived. I would never hesitate to recommend Blake and this location as a trustworthy source for your car repairs.
The guys at brakes plus are awesome! They take care of you, and are super transparent and informative about why they recommend what they do, and why everything is priced the way it is. I knew there were some issues with my brakes, and Steven and Justin were super informative about what exactly would help the car, and what services I didnt need right now. I never felt like they were trying to push a sale on me I didnt need to buy. The prices are more than fair, and they will often throw some discounts in if youre getting more than one service completed.I definitely recommend brakes plus in Aubrey, and will be using them for any more jobs on my car.

There was a little bit of a wait for my car to get started on but, I did arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment and the staff always made sure to check up on me and the other customers. The general manager Steven is amazing!! He ensures that he and his staff deliver great customer service at all times. The service is always quick and done correctly. Most places try to get over on services needed with the prices, but Steven will not do that. If there is something your car doesn’t need, he’s 100% honest. He very knowledgeable and answers all questions you may have. I would recommend this business to everyone in the Little Elm/Aubrey area.
Great honest work. Car needed to have brake fluid changed and added. Car has 56k miles. They didn’t come and tell me I needed new brakes like others have with my vehicles in the past.Steven came and told me my front and rear brake pads were still good and I didn’t need to do anything with them, just flush and refill the brake lines. Great place, definitely coming back. That honesty goes a long way.

Great personable experience! The manager not only greeted me at the door, but he helped me up onto the curb since I walk with a cane. So kind! He was very professional and friendly. He asked me if there was anything that I would like them to check for me other than having my state inspection done. He answered all of questions and didnt try to push any services on me at all. I usually go to the Brakes Plus on 423 (and theyre great too), but I will definitely bring my car back to this location.

Very pleased. I normally do my own repairs by we just moved to the area and all my tools are still at the old house. Had a busted rear hub bearing and the car was also overheating because of a coolant leak. I dropped it off before hours at about 7:15, got a call by 9 with a quote, and the job was done by the afternoon. Very competent and reasonably priced, with friendly and knowledgeable customer service. It drove to work cool as a cucumber. Will be coming back for sure.
The staff here was really friendly. I was a little concerned about the price of my oil change for full synthetic but after calling around they had the best price. My car took a lttle long than expected to be completed but I dropped it off with the understanding that it was Saturday and it would take a while. Will definitely go back to this location for other services.

Our car needed an oil change and I have been taking it to the dealership because of a deal we got when we bought the car. The wait over at the dealership was usually close to two hours. And keeping two little ones entertained and quiet at a dealership for that amount of time is close to impossible. I decided to take the car to this Breaks Plus location. I called and Tom told me that they could help right away. We walked in and only waited for the car for about 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly and the lobby is clean. Steven understood that waiting with little kids is very difficult. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this location for Moms that have their kids with them.

They have gone out of their way to accommodate us and they know how to take care of their customers. The pricing is the most affordable I’ve found, especially for oil changes. I take my cars no where else for maintenance and service.

Went in to the Brakes Plus on 380 (University dr) in Aubrey after a warning light came on in my car. Spoke to the general manager Steven Burns and found him not only to be exceptionally knowledgeable, but also exceptionally efficient and exceptionally friendly. If you’re keeping track at home that’s A LOT of EXCEPTIONAL! Despite not having made an appointment and despite the shop having lots of customers there (I guess word has already gotten around!) Steven and his team took care of the problem and sent me on my way without delay. Very impressed with this place and it is now my “go-to” spot for getting my car serviced. Well done! 5 Stars are well earned!
Great service, honest folks. They changed my daughters AC compressor out in just a few hours on a busy Friday. I would not hesitate to send my wife or daughter there without my assistance, I cant say that for many auto repair places unfortunately. The GM Stephen is a great guy, and it reflects well across the rest of the staff.
Needed to get new brake rotors and pads for my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and have it replaced, and the guys here at Brakes Plus Audrey gave me a no BS price estimate and excellent service.They even gave us a free shuttle service going back home since I had errands to do and was running short on time and cant wait for the car to be done.I also have to return a couple of days later for proper adjustments once the brakes settled in - but it was not an issue. Normal procedure for me.All in all, I appreciated the courteous staff, excellent service, and after-sales support that Brakes Plus Aubrey branch has delivered. Youve earned a customer for life! 2022-07-06Had a great experience here today. Brenda, Justin, and Lyndon were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They got my services done in a timely manner, and gave me reasonable quotes for upcoming maintenance on my vehicle. The location is clean and orderly, and the entire staff was very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond by explaining to my kids how things worked and even printed off coloring sheets for them to keep them entertained. Would highly recommend!

They are honest about what needs to be done and dont try to force you into making expected repairs. They give you the information you need and let you as the customer make the decision. 2022-02-12My car battery died and I took it to another business. When my car battery died again 2 months later, I took it to Brakes Plus. They were able to tell me that the 1st business had put the wrong battery in my car. With their help, I was able to get the correct battery put in and have had no problems since. I never would have known that my Jeep Compass needed a special battery had it not been for Brakes Plus. Steven, Justin and Sam were knowledgeable, honest, kind and very helpful. I took my Jeep back to them for my inspection and had another great experience. I appreciate this Brakes Plus so much. I will use them for everything I can and I highly recommend others do the same.

2022-05-14I cant express enough how friendly and helpful the staff here are, especially Steven Burns. Every interaction Ive had has been pleasant, informative, and easy. They embody the values of excellent customer service and integrity. Twice when Ive taken a car to them for service they gave honest quotes, but gave me the option, and recommendation, on if it was worth going through with, and took care of superficial issues without charge. I was more than happy to take my car to them when it ultimately needed brake replacements. I look forward to coming to them for any future maintenance needs I have. I highly recommend you do the same.

2022-07-02I was having probably one of the busiest days ever, I had issues with the front brakes. I decided to stop by and see what they could do… after talking to one of the employees I decided to go for the repairs. Excellent customer service, great job done to the brakes, they worked it out within my schedule, competitive prices.Definitely will come back and I highly recommend their services.

2022-07-05Had to get two out-of-state vehicles inspected in a short period of time. There were other comparable businesses closer to my home, but they didnt have the great reviews I read for Brakes Plus (specifically Store # 11 at 26585 E. University in Aubrey).They were able to get both cars inspected despite it being the day after a three-day weekend, which is usually a non-starter to begin with. But Brenda was the penultimate in courteous service and just a very friendly person. And Id met Steven for all of 10 minutes, but it seemed as if wed known each other for much longer.Being a transplanted Texan, I think weve found our neighborhood mechanic! 2022-03-10I have been here multiple times for my car and am never disappointed with the work. They have helped me keep my car in great shape which is very important to me at the rate I drive it. I never feel like I am being fleeced or treated unfairly, especially as a woman. This is one of the best experiences I have had dealing with mechanics and my car drives like a dream as a result. Will be back and strongly recommend.

2022-01-13Brake plus is a great place to get your car repaired, the Staff is awesome! Steven is very knowledgeable, he keeps you posted on whats happening with your vehicle and get this they have a courtesy shuttle if you live near so you dont have to wait in the shop .I have used several brake plus locations for different things because the pricing is very reasonable but by far the Aubrey Texas location is the best because the customer service just rocks. 2022-02-25This location is the best location I have been to since I relocated to Dallas, Texas. I’m not sure if Steven is the manager or not of this location but he is always pleasant when I visit the establishment and represents the company well. I have never had bad customer service from any of the staff at this location which is great. As a woman it feels good to go into a Auto repair business and not feel like your being taking advantage of even though my dad taught me better lol. Over all great services 10/10 I recommend.

2022-03-23This location in Aubrey goes above and beyond in professionalism and integrity. We recently had the brakes worked on and Lyndon and Joey were both helpful and knowledgeable. Previously I had met Justin who also went out of his way to provide 5 star service. And they also provide a courtesy ride if you need a lift to somewhere close by rather than waiting. Highly recommend.
