I love braums but if you decide to go do Not choose this location. Go to the one on the boulevard. I waited 15mins then they forgot my coffee, when I got my coffee I drove home to find out I didnt have my hashbrowns 😔

Good place to eat, even thou my wife and daughter got ill from there stomach for what ever reason. The food and ice cream were good. I was told by them if I have a stomach of Steel, lol. I did feel some effects after eating here but not as bad as them. I will try it again as Im a hard head but my family said they wont. I hope it was a one time deal cause, they are friendly and I enjoyed the burger and banana split.

Delicious strawberry and Cherry Bordeaux ice cream cones. Staff was very friendly and happy. Nice to see employees laughing together as they work in a kitchen.
Have given a few chances on getting orders right.Accepted some not right but it getting old when u cant even get an egg on sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuits where too hard to eat eat.
This is by far the worst braums I have been to. The region manager needs retraining so they can go retrain there stores employees to greet customers when they come in instead of looking at the customer crazy for interrupting there lean on the counter time.
Place was not very clean, had to pay for fries at one register, then move over and pay for banana split at other register. Then they lost our banana split order.
Very fresh everyone working there was very polite and we got our food quickly and hot it was very clean and neat inside definitely recommend coming here.

I live in arkansas so we dont have these. When we come to Texas to visit family or whatever, I genuinely look forward to going to braums while Im here. Feels like this place built for people like me
Fries were ice cold (so cold I had to exchange them), hamburger was not hot, cheese wasn’t even melted, and shake was warmer than it should’ve been. Food quality wasn’t the problem, cooking just wasn’t executed with care. I never have these issues with the Braum’s in Dallas where I live. Maybe just an Amarillo issue. I hate giving Braums a bad review cuz it’s usually very good. Love their crinkle fries when they’re hot.
Ive been to other braums before. I bought a burger got down to my last bites and bit into a plastic bread bag tab. Disgusting.
I was the second person in line. Had to wait almost 10 (literally) minutes for employee to acknowledge I was there. A kiosk gas more personality than he did. ALL employees moved exceptionally slow. No customer service attitude at all. Never saw manager assisting employees when there were 10+ people in line. Highly recommend training for all including manager
It takes 6 people to keep the ice cream line moving but no one will take your order for food.
Not many places take checks, serve up decent fast food and have a place to buy a few decent groceries. Also my boyfriend has an ice cream addiction....that in itself, tells you everything you need to know.
The food was alright. But the bathroom was dirty and the glass in the store were filthy. I use to work for braums and we had to keep it all clean. I guess they have lowered their standards
I absolutely love braums! Like love it! But... This braums in particular was the NASTIEST one Ive ever been to! There was so much trash all over the place. The tables were all dirty, I had to clean one just so we could sit and eat. One of the booths had soda spilled on the seat and some underneath the table. It was absolutely disgusting. I was beyond scared to use the bathroom, but I had to go... It was just as disgusting. There were womens toiletries on the floor(used!) The floor itself didnt look like it had been mopped in a week. Absolutely gross!

The food is great! I wish they were more generous with their Picante Sauce. I use it on my fries and need at least 5 packs. I ask for 5 and usually get 3 or 4 packs.
Braums is a farm and most of their ingredients are produced in house. The burgers show this fact. Excellent!
This place is awesome! If you see one, stop in and get a frozen yogurt in a waffle cone for $1 or $1.69 for a large. Lunch was good too, great salads and burgers! Wish they were in my state!

This was the weirdest place I had ever been to. It was a buger joint, ice cream shop, and a weird mini mart all in one. Im not saying not to go, but just be mimdful when visiting it may be a little run down

Many good ppl there but unfortunately they have a guy taking payment in the evenings that sounds like he hates his job. Ignores you if you say anything politely to him, and doesnt bother to pay attention to what youre ordering.
I love Braums and the concept under which it operates. I wish I could give it a better rating, but unfortunately it seems like their stores are always dirty. Even when you go in and its not busy theres crumbs all over most of the tables. They just always seem to be slightly disorganized. I love the burgers, and I wish I could still eat the ice cream! And its still a good place to buy milk.

Our most favorite kind of milk, milkshakes and ice creams is Braums!!We dont have any in New Mexico but we dont mind traveling to Lubbock, TX just to get a bite from Braums! Loved Braums then, love Braums now will do forever! ❤️
My daughter always ask for a cherry on top of her ice cream that is in a cone and they do it. Thank you for doing this because some places act like its to hard to push a cherry down a little bit so it doesnt fall off. They tell me that they cant put a cherry on top.
Staff was super sweet and went out of her way to spend time talking with my son. We appreciate the time and the burgers were good.
I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant than I was today. The children who worked here played like an elementary school play ground. Throwing around dirty rags and serving customers with the same gloves used to empty trashcans. Hair unkept with no hairnet. Not one mask to be seen in the entire place. I felt so disgusted I couldnt even finish my meal. I have to say that I will eat out of McDonalds dumpster before I eat here again. Sad because on a day when the temperature is 103 I really was looking forward to some cold treats to make my day better. Im ashamed of the staffs unprofessional behavior more than the management. Pick your game up an hire some staff who understand hygiene and safety in the food service industry.
First time Ive ate at this location and Im very impressed. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was delicious, cannot go wrong with those chicken strip baskets. So thanks to these guys I still have a good place to eat in Amarillo.

I was traveling and decided to stop at this location, my whole order was wrong. The ice cream tasted spoiled, the meat was not seasoned at all on the burger that was given (I did order a burger with one pattie and got a burger with two). The lime aids need major work, they are not sweet at all.
Omg, I love going back home, and passing through to hit up Braums. Makes it that much better 💯 the brownie sundaes with butter pavan ice cream always had me doing a happy dance 🤣♥️ the limes for my salad were dry as all get out tho, leaving me dressing less, and I had to pay for those limes 😅😂😅💯. If I could I’d give it a 4.75 🤩

Great place for frozen yogurt and to buy ice cream, bread and love their brownies. I wasnt really pleased with the staff and their hamburgers are very small for what you pay and they throw them out with very little care. I thought Id try again, but was very disappointed when one lady taking my order had walked off, then another employee took forever taking my money. I bet she walked off 4 times and left my food sitting there, by the time I got to eat, it was cold. They barely put any BBQ sauce on the Bacon BBQ cheese burger. The yogurt was delicious as always. Think Ill stick to burgers elsewhere from now on.

The Iceceam is Fantastic. We live in Kentucky and were in Texas for a Wedding.It brought back great memories for the time we lived in Lawton Ok.the ice cream and price have not changed. Great Service.

I had a very unexpected experience at this location, the employee making the orders was using one glove. Which is fine if she was only using the gloved hand. Well she was touching the food with her bare hand. I asked if they could please remake them and agreed too, well they started to mix up the order with the old order. I just asked for my money back and went to Mc Donalds. I really wanted Braums too.
Only time Ive been to a Braums where they handed me a pre-made shake instead of making it to order...
So good! Food is great and service is, too. They have helpful staff for just ice cream, just groceries, or just your fast food order. Their meal specials are actually a good deal. You can even get a shake for the same price as a soda. (Which of course, I did!) Bought some snacks for the road after lunch. Plenty of seating for a relaxing lunch break. Great location right off of the interstate, so its a great spot to rest after driving lots of miles down I-40.
Good friendly staff. Clean place, customers are a little scary sometimes, but good food and the best Ice Cream variety in Amarillo.
Ordered the guy went to next 4 ppl then I ordered again and I could tell he didnt want to do it r was who knows a bad day I guess then took other ppl order again. Finally no one else to order I ordered again then he finally went to do the drink. I only ordered a drink really worst place Ive been in awhile while visiting Amarillo

The birthday cake Sundae was really good and so was the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast English muffin. They have a little grocery store in the restaurant. Definitely a spot worth checking out.
Tid crowded to many inexperienced counter help. Didnt know the difference in a kiddie/ junior cone and a regular cone.. The toppings on my sundae were a total mess. The whole thing was a mess. My kids hamburgers were a mess as well. It all fell apart. Tasted ok. Presentation was awful.
Service was very friendly and food was good but that place was groooooosss. Ketchup smeared all over the drink counter, old food sitting out on tables, trash swept under the counters in the kitchen, wow.
Great burgers for a very inexpensive meal
The burgers were good.....but the fries were not hot and a little hard. I suspect we got the old fries that were in the bottom of the bin. Not very appetizing. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I did not ask for fresher fries because I had enough to eat with just the burger I ordered.Now its 2 years later.I dont have anything nice to say.....only negative so Ill not say anything at all.

Had the advertised BBQ bacon grilled chicken sandwich and it was so good! The french fries were undercooked though. Restaurant was clean and not busy. Young man at the counter was friendly and efficient.
Every Braums Ive ever been to has terrible customer service for food and ice cream orders. Food is ok, but staff needs work.
My favorite fast food restaurant PERIOD!Double burger with cheese, crinkle cut fries, and drink or shake(your choice!) How anyone eats McDonalds or any other fast food joint when they have a braums is unimaginable. They make almost everything, from the buns to meat, never frozen and never farther than 300 miles from their farm(Tuttle, OK). This keeps everything fresh as well as giving their drivers the ability to stay home with their families and sleep in their own bed every night. Their ice cream can compete with the best in the country,. They have a small store in every braums( I believe) where they sell all of their products they make. From milk and butter, to produce, hot links, cookies and muffins, even strawberry whipped cream, they have a nice selection of fresh in house items!Have taken many friends to Braums and have never had someone not agree that its the best fast food burger hands down!My 90 year old grandmother loved braums ice cream and we would always take it to her before she passed. They added my favorite vegetable for limited time(not local to braums) the green chili, with pepper Jack cheese which was amazing! Now if only we could figure out how to get braums nationwide and still keep the freshness/quality!?!?!
The worst braums in amarillo by far. I have had atleast 6 instances where they completely mess up my order.
Normally love Braums but this location seemed to have a serious cleanliness issue. Tables werent clean. Seats were worse. And the flies were out of control.

We had to stop and get some biscuits and gravy for breakfast. We moved from Okla to Arizona over a year ago and dont have Braums. Got some ice cream and milk. Not a fan of the the A2(two)milk. Guess our Braums milk days are over.
Didnt eat the food but got a frozen yogurt cone and a birthday cake sundae. The fro yo was good but the cone tasted a little like burnt sugar and the birthday cake sundae was not good at all. The cake tasted like a weird angel food cake and the ice cream had very little flavor and was dyed very blue.
I went to this restaurant looking forward to a good burger, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I tried the jalapeno pepper jack burger and it had no spice to it even with the jalapenos. Too bad, since it was clean and the staff were nice.
The manager of this store just kicked my service dog out of the store. She wispered to me that i had to get my dog out! I preceded to show her all of my service animals documentation. I made an attempt to call corporate and was hung up on twice when they were trying to transfer me I cannot believe anyone would discriminate against a service animal in this way . Next call is to my attorney
We love Braums. Super friendly staff and they make everyone feel welcome. We love that their burgers are made with fresh meat. We love the chicken strips too. The shakes are the best and they have a wonderful variety of ice cream. We love their milk. We are starting a rumor that they are putting a Braums in New Mexico. :)
Frozen yogurt machine was down and when I said never mind and turned around, two girls in the front yelled “yes!” And started laughing, very unprofessional if you ask me

Theyre clean & the food is fresh & fairly priced. Ive read about how they raise their cows & run their dairy. No gmos, anti-biotics or pesticides so much safer than the average store. Its small & much easier for disabled people to get in & out of. The best ice cream is the Sea Salt Caramel cashew, which is my favorite. Good burgers & fries too. Enjoy!!

We only visit a few times a year for breakfast when driving through town. The quality is consistent with the company standards. Bathrooms are clean. Food service quick and correct. What more does a traveler need? :)
Employee greeted as I came thru door, counter employee explained their sandwich and option for ordering and when ready spoke clearly for being able to hear when order was ready with several families sharing night out with children and noise level was a little loud and everyone enjoying time. Employees helped younger patrons reach lids for drinks, cups for ketchup and getting it served for them to have for their food order. Really nice experience seeing extra steps taken by the employees.
Ask for a double hamburger with no cheese. Told the kid behind the counter 4 times no cheese. Hamburger came out with cheese. The manager came over and took care of things. Hamburger was good.
Great burgers and ice cream
We normally love braums, but this one was bad. Our burgers werent even warm enough to melt the cheese, the milshakes were so thin and had very little flavor, the fries were cold and had NO salt!!! The lady who took our order was not friendly and wouldnt listen to what we wanted. She only wanted to hurry and get through with us.
Trash every where. I know a restaurant can get busy and workers can get behind but we were the only ones in the store at the time!
Chicken is dry and lettuce for salads is old.

A little convenience store selling anything from milk, condiments, bread, lettuce, and lets not forget 1/2 gallons of Ive cream (more than 20 flavors) inside a full service hamburger shop with a full life cream parlor too! There only thing missing is a pool and you would have your perfect place to have a party!
NASTY CHEESEBURGER.The french fries in my to-go order were the *only* redeeming part of the meal. I had been craving a Braums burger for days after arriving from Colorado where we do not have this chain that I grew up with in Oklahoma.I was sorely disappointed and disgusted as I ate in the car. My cheeseburger was cold, not even a little bit warm. It was completely overcooked and the driest burger Ive ever eaten, even with lettuce, tomato (one slice) and a drop of mayo. Clearly it had been sitting a good while. I was not willing to make the family turn around and go back, so I just ate it.The WORST PART: I was more than 3/4 of the way through the burger and found a longish HAIR. In the actual burger. I worked not to gag.GROSS.I finished my fries and called it a day.There are other Braums in Amarillo. Try one of those and steer clear from this location.
Usually love this place but I come to find they have discontinued the best burger they had. I asked for the four cheese burger with mayo and they tell me the rule dont allow them to add anything to the burger. Seriously idiots, Its mayo. So they give me a side of mayo. Then I get to my vehicle and discover a crappy burger, not even got, and literally nothing on it accept meat and cheese. How are you going to serve a burger with nothing on it and refused to add a condiment. Very poor business practice. I wont be stopping at any Bruams anytime in the near future.

Hamburgers are old fashioned style. Fries are bland, but add some salt and pepper to them and youre good to go. But before you leave, you have to get an ice cream!!

They screwed me over. The register prompted me if I wanted cash back and I selected $15, added to my $6.69 order. They charged me around $21 and it showed on my banking app, but they wouldnt give me my $15 and charged me AN ADDITIONAL $6.69 cause apparently it didnt go through. So thats over $28 for a large shake and small fries. I want my money back.

The food is good. At this Braums we get treated like Royalty. Lisa and her staff are excellent. The only bad thing is it is too cold to where you cannot enjoy your meal. During the summer several people complain to how cold it is. I cannot enjoy ice cream due to being so cold.

The experience I had at store #60 1900 S Grand Street in Amarillo, TX......I was winding down from celebrating what has been a wonderful experience for my birthday in Colorado and every where else in Amarillo. What started as a very great experience was ruined and furthermore not corrected by the assistant manger. The young man who took my order and accepted my payment at the first window was polite and very professional. When I got to the second window I was not greeted and nothing was said to me but 2 young male employees stood there talking and then one decided to go and retrieve what I ordered. When I received my order my kids cups of ice cream was uncovered but as I’ve been a customer for years and have always been asked would you like a top, it was not asked. I then got my sundae which all of the toppings were at the bottom and the whip cream off to the side and 2 small scoops of vanilla. I requested that I have more ice cream. The young man took it to Karen G., the shift manager, who came to the window defensively. I told her that I would like more ice cream and as she was already more defensive I could not speak but was cut off by her neck rolling, eye rolling, very disrespectful, unprofessional replies. I was asking if I could pay for more but again she cut me off with more neck rolling, eye rolling, and asked did I want to pay for another double scoop. I asked why would I pay for another sundae and at this point was cut off again with more very unprofessional correspondence. Karen G. said that if they gave me more all the toppings would come off which mine were already at the bottom. I asked for the manager which she did not want to give me and cut me off giving her name, Karen G., with more neck rolling and unprofessional correspondence. Even saying that Braum’s will lose if they gave me more which I had asked to pay for. At this point I felt so disrespected I asked for my money to be refunded. Karen G. then took the ice cream grunted rolled her eyes and stormed off. Not to mention the inappropriate correspondence she had with another female employee about me while I viewed. I was then addressed by the Assistant manager who wanted to rush me out of the line, which at this point the line had grown long, and did absolutely nothing to even attempt to address my concerns. She handed me my money back and never even said is there anything that I could do to address this matter. I then understood the comfortability of Karen to address and treat me so unprofessionally. I was very upset by the service I received. My Paternal grandmother worked for Braums upward of 20 plus years and the Braums near my home, in Desoto TX, would never allow this type of service to go on. It tarnishes the brand of a family oriented environment we are used to. I will go through lengths to make sure that this location is completely revamped of the current personnel it considers management.

Had lunch today at braum it sucked. food was cold chicken sandwiches was under cooked took food back .i went inside and the place just looks nasty inside grand store has went down the workers had dingie shirts on . No more .health department needs to pay them a visit
I ordered LARGE fries.. I was given the amount of maybe a Medium size😒 then.... I ordered a Handpack pint- with Black Walnut ON THE BOTTOM & Chocolate Almond ON THE TOP (Please) i asked. Tell me WHY was it the OTHER WAY AROUND?!!??! 😡😖😞AND ON TOP OF THAT😡- the container was more like 2 SCOOPS instead of hand spressed😠 OVERALL I WONT GO BACK THERE👎👎
Braums is always a good place for a burger and a shake. While I cant say their food is amazing, you get a lot for what you pay, and they have good specials, including 2 for 1 deals on Tuesdays. Will probably raise the rating once they complete some much-needed renovations on this location.
Our ice cream was phenomenal. The twins love the soft ice cream and variety of flavors. Always quick service and good ice cream. Love to go here for quick ice cream dates.

Decent food when it is fresh. But if you dont ask for fresh well, dont expect to get fresh.
Four stars may be a bit generous. The crinkle fries were disappointing but the shakes were good. We tried the strawberry blondie and the spicy mango.
Since moving to this side of town we frequent this braums a lot. Ive never been able to finish an order without an employee walking away before i was done speaking. Most of the time they forget what was ordered. Though my last visit took the cake order an oreo blizzard or mix whatever its called asked to have marshmellow added as a topping after 5 minutes of the cashier not being able to find a button to charge me he says its not doable. Literally order it everytime at any braums.

Love to go get ice cream with the husband every now and then. It seems like we always run into someone we know. The service is good and the food is as well.
Chili was on point! Fries as well, sweet tea was delicious! Wife and children were satisfied. Dont get Braums in New Mexico so its our last outpost until we travel back to Oklahoma. Ice cream is always the fanfavorite for us.
Horrible management!! Workers are mainly teenagers that hate there job! You can definitely tell and very rude, very immature. Good luck buying anything from the store area nobody is ever at the register! I hate this braums!

Well their food is never good, hard bread and not fresh. On the Amarillo Blvd one is better
Some of the staff must be mentally deficient. Ordered a chicken club sandwich with no lettuce and tomatoes, what I got was a slab of grilled chicken between two buns with mayonnaise. It was missing the bacon, pickles and cheese. Got it to go and was already outside Amarillo by the time I started eating it. I guess I cant expect too much from people that think they deserve more than minimum wage for doing brainless work. I just expect a worker to do their job right I guess.
Good ice cream only chocolate chip mint was melted ,this is the second time I have had this happen recently. Make sure its not too mushy when you get it or its a mess!

This particular store is huge. Not only do they have enough seating for more than 💯 people, there is also an attached grocery type store with a good selection of products. There is also enough registers to minimize any waiting. Their 🍔 are AWESOME! 😉!!!

I had the1/3 lb. Green chili cheeseburger w/pepper jack cheese combo. They are fast, the food was excellent. The service very good and cordial.
I dont eat too often anywhere, could my own vittles in my rig.... But the little market inside sure is quick and convenient....and the Braums brands are good products .... Sure like those cookies
I wish we had Braums where I live. Some of the best ice cream you can get anywhere at how do they do it? prices. I got a scoop of Rocky Road and a scoop of chocolate raspberry ganache and it was more than I could eat, on special for $1.79! You cant beat that deal anywhere. I highly recommend Braums ice cream.

Usually have bad experiences with braums in amarillo, I mean all I order is a bag of burgers and its usually very poor quality and takes a lot of time. This location is not as bad as others in town but learn to cook its not hard to not burn the burgers

I thought they only had ice cream. When I stopped in I saw that they served burgers, chicken, etc. Got a cheeseburger basket. The french fries were so crispy. I would go there again just fo the fries!!

Both of our burgers were so cold they couldn’t melt the cheese they put on them. There was no wait, so there is no way they cooked them fresh.

Everything was fine except the restrooms. Lets just say there was chocolate smeared all over the toilet but it wasnt chocolate. Couldnt be used without getting it on oneself.sick people out there. Who would do such a thing!

Convenience is the main reason. There is never a line at the market side and their product fresh, and all in all reasonably priced groceries.
Braums is a favorite. The food is good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Did I mention the chocolate milkshakes? ;-)
Ice cream was very good, several flavors & the staff was very nice. Also has mini convenient area to shop in.
Always great food and ice cream at Braums. We live in Arizona now but always have to stop at one when we visit friends and family in the Midwest.

Customer service here can improve BUT they have sugar free vanilla ice cream for my son. Its a favorite of ours.

2021-12-13Braums is amazing. THIS Braums is dirty, my order was wrong, there was hair in my food, my fries were served in a literal puddle of grease, and my burger had more raw onions than meat plus the smallest amount of lettuce and mayo I’ve ever seen. The burger was so cold my cheese didn’t melt. It’s a cold dry puck. Completely unappetizing.

2022-04-27Great place, but very dirty. Behind counters, under counters, is trash, spill ice cream, milk, chocolate items used to make your orders. Restroom are also unclean, along with tables. I have come in regularly, for I just moved to this side of town.I see people standing around, when they could be cleaning.Im hoping management sees this REVIEW, and will take action.Great place, who doesnt love Braums and there ice cream and food.

However, recent drive thru experience the employee on intercom was laughing during his introduction which clearly could not understand and no suggestive sell. then I pulled up to second window and a young lady with no friendly attitude at window just open window and requested I moved to the right and will have it right out.

2022-06-02Who doesnt love Braums. No matter if Im having lunch or an icecream treat it is good. The seasonal salad with sliced strawberries and grilled chicken is wonderful with the poppy seed dressing.

2022-05-09Something grabbed my attention today poor management and cleanliness and customer attention. The first thing the customer walks up to is the dessert station and that said it all. Milk shake machine dirty, yogurt machine dirty, counters, glass all needed at least wiped down. In the dining room every single table was needed to be wiped down. I dont really do reviews but I feel the public needed to be informed about this visit.

2022-06-16I WOULD NEVER Eat there. The employee dont wash their hands . They made my ice cream with pimples juice on their fingers . Then I went to the bathroom and seen BLACK MOLD in the toilet seat . Also I seen that the grease for the fries havent been changed out since a month . And they are using the same thing to cook with . Health department hadnt came there since 3 year ago. Be careful where you eat at .

2022-05-30Not only was I given the wrong order but almost had a high risk food allergy which Im glad Ive check my bag at the store. Told a older female staff member that this was NOT my order and that I was highly allergy to the pineapple. She started to argue with me saying that it was my order and didnt get what the problem was. The other staff member came over and told her to remake it. I watching her switch out the chicken that was touching the pineapple to the new salad and had to tell her again to make the chicken again cuz cant have the pineapple. She rolled her eyes at me. Im not going to location anymore.

2022-06-14We came in early in the morning and it was still dirty from the night before. There was food and trash under the prep counters, tables were still dirty. Trash was full. Food debris was on the can lids. We have eaten there a few times passing through on vacation. Braums isnt what it used to be. I have eaten at Braums since the 70s. They are all dirty. Cheese doesnt come melted on burgers. I could go on.
