Just left the store after ordering a number 3 with NO CHEESE, No mayo!!! Got home and opened it, not only was the top bun hard, it was drenched in CHEESE and mayo.Why is it no one seems to be able to read what they are making, anymore? It clearly said on the receipt triple 1/4lbs HAMBURGER. NO MAYO!!!
The food was really good. Love those fries. Pretty clean but the restroom could use more attention.
My family and I try to come to this place at least once a month. For being a chain food store they actually have some good ice cream and food.
I never knew I could get different ice-cream in a banana split. The guy who made it was awesome. Food was good as well super friendly people
Used work at this location 20+ years ago. Chicken was dried out and luke warm and fries werent hot either. Disappointed
Best place for ice cream in town by far! Has four locations in Amarillo. Everything this place has comes from its own farms in Oklahoma! Has a mini grocery store in all four locations. Everything from here is so delicious! Mint chocolate chip shake is my favorite from here.
They cooked the paper into the burger. I understand mistakes can happen, but when I took the burger up to the counter they made me choose between a refund or remaking my order. The customer service I experienced today has made sure I wont be going back to this Braums.
Horrible service the foo window guy was just occupied space.Asked for Braum sauce. Didnt gee it. Went inside to get it and the Cook said napkins are out in dining room rude. I was a smart mouth and informed him I had to come inside due to the window person not doing their job. Didnt put nothing in the bag but food. The shakes where watery. Fries over saltedBad bad bad. Our favorite store. Not noo more.
We drove from Midland to have a burger and icecream its that good.
The food was good. The strawberry shake tasted a little funny. Bless those young kids they were working so hard and they were very busy. The poor new kid was very nervous at the register and needed more help than readily available but he did a great job.
The Red Velvet Brownie Ice Cream is to die for!!! And their milk is the best ever as well.
My chicken was raw and not fully cooked all the way and when they gave me more the batter wasnt cooked all the way on that batch the only reason why I would go here again is to hang out with friends and eat ice cream dont get the food.
Used to be a good location. Must have had a manager change, because the food and service has degraded significantly. The fry oil is not being cleaned. Trust me, I l know after working at Burger King what that nasty flavor is. The buns are stale. And when I asked for ketchup, they handed me a wad of ketchup packets soaked in what I hope was just honey or syrup. The night manager here really needs to be fired.
Looky here, I went for the ice cream but want to go back for the food. I was not prepared for this place. I thought I was going into an ice cream shop but it turned of to be a good looking burger joint and convience store? Ive been giving out 5 stars today for some reason. I didnt actually try anything but their ice cream and so I dont know how fair that rating is but the ice was good and the food made me want to eat there even though I had just had dinner and was just on the prowl for dessert. So I am sticking with 5 stars because it is my unbirthday today and I can rate what I like.
Ive been coming to this location since it opened. They always deliver consistently good Braums style food. Tye service has always been great and the food and ice cream has always been perfectly as ordered. I do like the small grocery area and when they have a sale its been excellent also. Love this place.
Came back to one of my favorites today, and it just got sweeter thanks to Lisa at the register! Awesome bubbly attitude, great customer service! The new bbq burger is great too!!
Apparently Braums changed their menu on May 1st now the prices have gone up at least $1 now for that extra dollar youre paying you get a 1/4 pound burger which is smaller than the one third-pound burger that used to sell so basically in summary youre paying more getting less I would definitely avoid them from now on
I never ever wrote reviews but I am compelled to this time. I am terribly irritated with this locations and the one on 34th. Same thing every time I get I the drive through line. Every single time!I wait for 10 minutes in line, my kid is irritated and when someone finally takes my order…the soft serve machine is broken. It is always broken. How? How is it possible that the soft serve machine is always broken!! Can Braums not afford a new machine or to fix it.I’m absolutely livid today. I will never ever ever come back here or any other Braums location and I urged anyone who is thinking about going to not.So absolutely disappointed and irritated!!!!!

Our favorite family outing restaurant to celebrate special days with the kiddos. Great food at great prices. Employees are very nice & helpful. I love the little mini grocery store inside each Braums. Their whole or A2 milk is so fresh & delicious. Once you drink their milk all others are a huge disappointment. Love their delicious ice cream & sundays, banana splits, & shakes we look forward to our trips to Braums. They sell most ice xream flavors in 1/2 gallon boxes inside their mini grocery frozen section.

The food was ok and the staff were courteous but the experience was lacking. My mom ordered a he burger with no cheese, add mustard. She got the mustard but also the cheese. I ordered a regular burger with mayo only and I got mayo but also ketchup. They told us they only had one size of drink cups but I saw them offering other sizes to other customers. And finally our number was 218. They served customers up to 222 before they finally called our number out. I noticed those higher numbers were all customers wearing braums uniforms and aprons.Disappointing. I likely wont be back anytime soon. But their line on the ice cream side stayed busy so I guess thats what we should have had. Everyone was ordering ice cream.
Good place to pick up a few groceries without having to navigate a large store and wait in a line to check out. The ice cream selection is very large and they typically have the best bananas in town (not 10 days away from being ripe..) The restaurant side of Braums is good as well. The burgers, fries, and shakes are delicious.
I ordered two breakfast burritos for my own breakfast, as well as some pancakes for my daughter. As a diabetic on an extreme low carb diet, the breakfast burritos is one of the very few things I can eat. And the burritos were the ONLY THING missing from my order. Thank you, Braums, for being a gigantic screw-up. Do you mind paying for my insulin, nincompoops ?
The lady in grocery check out is awesome and so pleasant. Got a salad to go at restaurant they were great,friendly and work so well as a team. Love to shop and eat there

I go to this place pretty much all of the time whether that be for groceries or fast food this place is always great. They have a very chill atmosphere and the place has the best ice cream in town in my opinion.
Never been to a Braums before. Was a bit different layout but nice to break up the standard routine of the average burger joint. The staff were helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms. To sum up this review all I really need to say is ICE CREAM! They have ice cream. Not your prepackaged gas station stuff. Real ice cream. Good day we had!
My family and I were passing by this Braums location after being on the road for a while, and it was very worth it! The prices were excellent, very cheap, and the quality of the food is no less than other restaurants/fast food joints. The workers were kind, and my family enjoyed the ice cream and small burgers that we purchased. Whenever I go to a Braums, I always enjoy their small grocery store within the building, because it is very convenient, and again, the prices are great!
I have always been a regular at Braums when I had the money. I have had far more good experiences than bad ones. Consistently good customer service and delicious food at all locations in Amarillo. I was feeling hungry so I had decided to have an early lunch at 10:30 am on the dot on 10/23/2020. My food was ready within 5 minutes of my order, it was perfectly cooked and had a nice presentation as well as very good flavor. The man who took my order was very pleasant and made me feel like a valued customer. Nice job Braums
The food market part of braums is excellent for being a small store. We ate grilled chicken sandwiches and they were dry and tasteless. Think I should stick with the hamburgers I always enjoy them.
Braums Ice Cream is one of the places that I enjoy going to when I come to Amarillo and well miss when I leave again. The ice cream is delicious, the prices are low and I enjoyed my visit every time I come in here. I dont think Ive ever used to drive through. Sometimes when I just need a cheat meal and Im in the mood for ice cream then I order the kids meal that comes with a small milkshake and I can get yogurt instead of fries and the whole meal cost me just under $5. I usually get the chicken strips because they are pretty good.
Have visited this location several times with good results, except today I didnt like one of the employees laughing at one of us while ordering our food, it was rude and inappropriate. You dont make fun of customers that are different or have hearing problems. Be professional and treat your customers kindly if you want is to return.
The fam was universally satisfied with their meals and Ill say that the cheeseburger I had was one of the best Ive ever had. Well definitely be back the next time were in the neighborhood.
Not happy, watching hunter make some of theses ice creams, he had his hands on all of it, then he used his hands for the cake and also nuts on counter he wiped it into someone’s ice cream and gave it to drive Thru! Very wrong apparently the manager don’t care here at 9:24pm
Going for milk and eggs is okay but Ive had bad luck with wrong food orders and poorly prepared (burnt) food at the drive thru.

They have the most wonderful ice cream. I love the German chocolate the best. Their salads are always fresh and I like the combinations they come up with.
This review is of the pimento bacon burger only and has nothing to do with any other aspect of this company. The husband and I got this burger last night and we were extremely disappointed. We were expecting enough pimento cheese to taste, not even. It was not even a teaspoon of pimento cheese, maybe a 1/4 of a teaspoon. Couldnt even taste it.🥺So if yall are going to try it, save your money, get a different burger.

Very nice location. Same great service you expect from Braums. This time around I tried the breakfast. The biscuits are fresh and fluffy. During breakfast they have happy hour where all size drinks are $1.One of the things I like best about Braums is that you can exchange your beverage for a shake or malt without an upcharge. Show me any other restaurant that does that! Of course the ice cream and fresh market are awesome. I recommend the milk for sure. They now sell the A2 milk so those that may not have been able to drink cow milk may be able to enjoy a cold glass of milk. I only wish there was Braums in the part of the state where I live instead of just being able to dine here when I come back home for a visit. Of course that may be a blessing.... I do like a chocolate malt 🤣
Usually the food is good... But went thru drive thru and ordered bag of burgers and fries. Burgers was old and cold..edges were burnt and fries were cold and grease soaked.l tried up give to my dog. He didnt eat it either.check bag before leaving from now on.

Today had a really poor selection of fresh fruit and the box of ice cream I purchased had apparently melted then was refrozen and was ruined! It was horrible.
Ordered rootbeer floats for the family. Sadly, they were extremely light on the float. Would of been much better and cheaper to make at home. Sorry. Usually love braums, but not this time.
Went in for ice cream for the kids. We dont have Braums where we live and its always a nice treat. Kids and I each ordered a scoop in our favorite flavors. Wife ordered a sundae. Counter help were very quick to fill our order. Even provided a few samples when the kids couldnt quite make up their minds. Clean store with friendly employees. They seemed to all enjoy what they do. Great experience.
Service was ok. Although I had to repeat my order multiple times before she got to a point she could repeat it back right. However my order was all wrong when I received it. Ordered a crunchy chicken BBQ sandwich with no veggies. I received a BBQ burger with veggies. They werent that busy since employees were standing around talking. So its not a matter of getting the wrong order or they were overwhelmed with customers. They just need to pay attention to what they are doing. The restaurant was fairly clean. The store side was well stocked and organized. Hopefully next time they will get it right.
Walked in , we were there standing ,no one around for about 3mins then someone peaked from the back and forth started walking up front place was empty it was only one more couple there. Waiter was very slow we waited for refills and chips !! Very poor courtesy ! But the food was good when we got it

Why oh why cant you be in AZ??? The selection of ice cream and sherbet and frozen yogurt makes me so happy...But as Im traveling by car, packed to the gills, I cannot take home more than I can eat. I did have a chicken sandwich..it was good, but really the frozen desserts are what makes this place a must see....Ill be avoiding the scale for sometime...maybe its better there are none in AZ.

I take in consideration my order was bit interesting and I went probably about 7min. to closing & even though my burger was cold and cheese wasnt melted I drove back around and the manager fixed the issue with a smile & advised of what had been done to rectify the situation.
Food is a hit or a miss sometimes the food is a bit salty. Sometimes fries are cold as they get everything ready while they are making the food.I have not been inside since Covid but previously the restaurant dinning area was a bit sticky tables and such.
So when you have to buy a crew lunch, this place is key. With all the different specials it helps. Also I didnt realize they sell their ice creams as well! Yummy 😋
Stopped in to grab some cartons of ice cream, and wound up eating some lunch while we were there. The burgers were pretty good. But the most exciting news from this visit was that holiday flavors are back! Go grab some, but leave some more egg nog for me. Ill run out of what I picked up today eventually.

It was very busy but customers were being served in a timely manner with a smile, the whole place was clean and comfortable, I recommend it, the food was delicious!
The food is excellent and the service area behind the counter is clean and organized. BUT I can not often find a clean table. They have enough staff to clean the dining room every 10 minutes or so. It would then be easy for me to give the store and the yummy ice cream 5 stars.

I cant in good conscious give anything fast food greater than 3 stars. Braums comes in with my highest marks when it comes to fast food. Their prices are very affordable and their food is always fresh and very tasty. They have great burgers. Hole in the wall, dive burger quality! The crinkle fries are my favorite in town. After our meals my family likes to indulge in their ice cream selection. Whether it is a traditional scoop and flavor in a cone or cup or a candy bar sundae with chopped candy, hot fudge, nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. Its all pretty good when it comes down to it. A nice place to get a quick bite at an affordable price for the whole family. Did I mention they carry groceries? They have a whole grocers section with things like milk and eggs. Of course ice cream among many other frozen and refrigerated goods. Braums is definitely a family favorite when we indulge in something less than wholesome. 😉
AMAZING! We are life long Braums lovers and Travis went the extra mile to make sure we safely got our (cancer patient) Aunts favorite Ice cream! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!Cooperate give this guy a raise! We tried several other locations (in ok) and no one would help us :( Travis truly came through for us, now we take our bounty to Phoenix for her enjoyment, shes so excited! #icecreambootleggers
Visited this fine establishment tonight. The ice cream was cold, as expected. The service was an emotional rollercoaster that I have not quite recovered from...and may never truly adapt. They told my platonic companion that there was no whipped cream. Heart broken, distraught, never sure she could ever trust again, we arrived at the window to find there was in fact whipped cream upon her sundae! While the service and iced cream was delightful, the emotional whiplash was a tad much. Will be seeking counseling. 4 stars.

They are the worst Braums in Amarillo. All incompetent employees. One of the managers has nasty greasy hair and body odor. You can smell his stinch when you walk up to the counter.
I love their ice cream! So many different flavors to choose from! Their burgers are great, and fries are always hot and fresh. Also, they can make a milkshake from every flavor of ice cream that they have! I love this place!
This Braums has only gotten better since it expanded and remodeled and became bigger what did better drive through and it still includes a great many grocery store of all of Braums right products on the inside. Yeah they said the other side has a dining area where you can still get their great fast food and great desserts.
Really love the food at the Braums I love their ice cream I like all of their sandwiches there. chicken meals I love the service. Braums this little shopping market is pretty cool idea also their ice cream with all the different flavors that they offer pretty doggone good.

Always love to come here for a banana split and some high quality produce (though usually I buy from elsewhere). Still on the occasion I stop here for a treat of course Ill pick up a salad kit or some broccoli. Such a strange kind of combination of restaurant and grocer, but the oddity is part of the charm. Friendly staff!
I can do my major shopping here in a short amount of time. Everyone is friendly, helpful and the products are high quality. Service at the lunch line is always good & the food is delicious & fresh.
Clean!! I love the service. The employees are super sweet. My parents are elderly and love for me to do quick shopping and get what they need fast. Close to home. They love breakfast lunch and dinner from there.
I enjoy this place, foods alright, gravy is too thin. Really the best thing about this place is the icecream, Im particular to the frozen yogurt. It also has a built in grocery store, if, ya know, you remember youre out of milk while eating icecream, I guess.

Customer service went out the window at this location on Western. I know it’s bigger taking a lot more customers in but I pulled up to window one. Where the person was taking my payment he was still on his microphone taking the payment, talking to another person all he did is reach out to grab my card I handed it to him he ran it and was taking a second order wrap the receipt around my debit card and handed it back not one word was said to me.The second window we pulled up to to get our order she handed us our drinks in a hurry handed us a bag and turned around grabbing the next order I’m assuming for the person behind me so I asked which burger is which and she looked and goes I don’t know then I asked her about the other fry that I ordered because it was missing handed her the bag back and they put another french fry order in the bag again communication was horrible the only thing lacking to this place is customer service.Braums is famous for customer service a big smile a big welcome and big customer satisfaction in this case it was like we were hurried and at another Buffett restaurant where they hand you your food, it was that rushed. Just a recommendation maybe some of the employees need to slow down and just be a little more considerate and you will be golden at that location!

I usually do not have issues with Braums but tonight was a very clear exception!There were three of us in line for ice cream, and the first two orders went fine. However, as my luck would have it, my order was not filled correctly. When I took the ice cream back in an attempt to get the ice cream I ordered, the clerk proceeded to put the ice cream that was wrong back in the bucket it came from!It was evident and I had stated that I had already sampled the order before I realized it was not what I had ordered. But to my surprise and shock, he went ahead and REPLACED the wrongly filled ice cream order BACK in its original container!!I have gotten ice cream from here before that appeared to be not frozen correctly, and now I wonder: Was I served previously sold ice cream that was REPLACED back into its container??I guarantee you that from now on I am going to pay a lot closer attention to the ice cream that I am being served!!
Horrible service. I came in, went to the counter to order. There were maybe about 8 people working. No one came to take my order for about 30 minutes. After the first 15, I wasnt even sure I wanted to eat there. An older couple came to the counter actually after us and off to the side, the woman from the drive through came to her and took her order, and still we continued to wait. I hate to say this, but I felt like this was racist.
My wife and I frequent this braums because of how close it is to the house. They really have the best fast food burgers in town. Then their ice cream is amazing. They have so many flavors. Just watch out for their milkshakes because they do not mix them very well.

Burgers and fries are some of the best in fast food. Tastes and looks homemade. Sales on ice cream and milk are hard to beat, and the fresh market inside is a God send to busy people. Like a mini grocery store! Much like Dairy Queen in the restaurant half. The drive through takes FOREVER!
Ice cream is obviously great but the food is surprisingly good as well. Had a burger and I would choose it over any other fast food joint in the area. Has a nice grocery section with all the essentials. Braums milk is easily the best Ive ever tastes as well, just have something to d ok with the cream in it but its great. Highly recommend this place.
I always love going to this Braums. In my opinion its the best and cleanest one in Amarillo. This last time I went I just got ice cream and it was really good. I usually never have any complaints about this Braums, it is my go-to store.

The drive through service is getting very sloppy. I have had to ask for napkins everytime, and they either dont listen or they shut the window before I can ask. They also turn their backs on the customers and ignore them.
Im not usually super impressed by Braums food, but today it was amazingly fresh and hot. Chicken strips were loved by the kids and my cheeseburger was smokin hot. The ice cream was of course great as usual.
I stopped here in between school activities to get my childten the $1 yogurt cone (normally $1.49). I was told that the yogurt machine was down, so I asked if they could honor the deal with something else, like a scoop of ice cream (also normally $1.49). I was told by the manager that hes not allowed to do that, and that he has to be able to ring it up as yogurt to get the deal. When I said, okay, ring it up as yogurt, he said that then hed be short on ice cream. Um, really? Do they weigh the ice cream? Is three small scoops truly going to break the bank? I was informed told You can buy ice cream. Youre just not going to get the happy hour deal. I have two issues with this kind of customer service; first, Braums is primarily an ice cream store; fix the yogurt machine! Second, I have trouble believing that a manager doesnt have the ability to make that decision. My disappointed kids and I went elsewhere. This is not the first time weve experienced poor service from this store, either. Service is super slow, and our order has come out wrong several times. Once they made a banana milkshake (ordered as a banana milkshake, nothing more) with whole walnuts mixed in. We didnt discover it until we got home. So strange. Anyway, we give up. Braums is great, but this location is NOT. Well be going to the one on 34th or farther North on Western instead.

Heavy remodeling right now food is still great. It would be nice to sub cheeses for ones you want. No female bathroom right now, have to share mens. 5/31/17, disappointed a bit my previous visit here was amazing.

You can taste the fresh when you take a bite of Braums anything and a great place to buy and support local agriculture and to top it off dessert ! Did you know its maybe a fact that the grown ups on grown ups were eating Braums ice cream when they got so wasted , probably cause they couldnt stop! its delicious! and I cant just go around making up facts you know !
Ice cream is AMAZING, would give 5 stars, except the food isnt that great. If they had some better burgers, then I would give it 5 stars, but the burgers are just not that great, Stick to Ice Cream guys, youve got that down PAT!
We just had ice cream but it was delicious, many flavors to choose from. Service was fast.
We waited in line for about about 10 mins to get 2 singles dips. When being helped she only gave me half a dip of ice cream. When i asked for more she just glared at me and didnt even say sorry or have a great day. This store has lost all customer service. Not only that but when driving off I found a hair in my ice cream!

I’ve never been so mad. The last time my boyfriend came here, he said his burger was horrible. So I talked him into trying it one more time. We both order double cheeseburgers. My boyfriend wants no onions. I check the receipt and the cashier only charged us for one double and one single. So we go up there and tell them he wants a double. I go to pick up the food and they gave us one double and one single. I send back the single and tell them we ordered a double. Finally get the double and it has onions on it. Take it back to take off the onions and the new one now has mayo on it. I could be wrong but the last time I asked if the burgers had any sauce, they told me that it only comes with “Braums sauce.” So why the hell is there magically mayo on my boyfriends burger. I’m so upset. I’ve never had to send a burger back three times. I will not be returning ever again.
This is the best place to buy fast food in town, the burgers are excellent, and you can buy ice cream too. I like the idea of being able to buy groceries too. The dairy products taste amazing.

Love the burgers, friendly staff! However, last night I ordered the chicken strips and gravy. I dont know if it was the chicken strips or the gravy but it made my stomach upset all night.
The drive thru was really busy . So we went inside.. they are friendly and let me buy groceries in their ice cream checkout too.

Ordered a root beer with vanilla syrup and cream added.... Girl came back on speaker and said they didnt have vanilla and cream.... Ordered something different.... Asked girl at pickup window if they quit serving rootbeer with vanilla and cream.... She proceeded to tell me they never have served it.... Even though I ordered at least once a week last summer at this location.... Thought their comments were assinine. Being an ice cream place....

So after waiting in the drive threw for over 25 minutes, I finally ordered my family some icecream. I ordered 2 small cups of icecream, a banana split and a sunday, I pull forward to the window and everything starts being handed to me without kids. So I politely ask for kids. It was just me in my vehicle, the young man huffs and turns and hands me kids for me to put on two of the cups. As Im doing this he is still handing me the rest of my order. I then asked him to hang on while I put the kids on and he slams the window shut. He then hands me my last item well so he thought. I was missing my banana split. So I beep and ask him for it. I asked him of they had a bag and I was completely ignored. I guess I inconvenienced this kid tonight. I asked for the manager and he hesitated to tel me but claimed it was him and his name was Jordan. Like really the worst customer service ive ever had. I asked him who his boss was and he was speechless. He then says, I could look it up on the website. I guess nowadays employees dont know there higher ups names.
I was unimpressed with it. Very very slow. I was the only car in the drive thru, and it took them 10 mins to get me a frozen yogurt in a cup. Not at a busy hour of the day. The last time i was in the building I was also unimpressed or I would have let it slide that they were having a bad day. The restrooms were beyond filthy.

Great burgers. Lots of ice cream choices. I love the cherry limeades here. There is a small market in the store. Stop by to get quality milk, eggs and bread.

The Braums on South Western is the newest of all the location, with the largest dinning area & a good sized Grocery Dept. The full staff is friendly and attentive, orders are made fresh everytime with no long wait on most occasions. I recommend this location & give it 5 STARS.*However the only complaint that I can say is...there is a heavy set female student worker (she maybe handicapped or functional living, and only cleans tables) that has a unsettling demeanor about her and tends to stare down or stock certain customers...luckly as Im told she only works acouple of hours aweek...so running into her are slim.
Our favorite fast food Hamburger joint. Why do people go to McWhatsit when for the same price they can get a lot better food here?...Just doesnt figger...and their ice cream is just waaaaay better!
If all Braums restaurants were this clean and efficient, I would go to them more often. Staff was very helpful and kind. Facility was nice and clean and roomy.
Great burger, biscuit and gravy, and many other foods. Come by for a good meal and grab a gallon of milk and some eggs on the way out. How many fast food restaurants have bagged ice!!!!
This place is good. But i gave it a 2 star for the reason that there isnt a changing table in the bathrooms to change a babys diaper. Had to lay my baby on the bathroom floor to change her diaper. Disgusting!!!

Im not as empresses as I use to be. Theyve given me the wrong orders or partial orders several times. Most of the Brauns are pretty good, but the one at this location just doesnt seem to care.
I love it but only gave it 4 due to the fact i live in lubbock and we dont have one so when i travel is the only time i get to go but other than that i give a 5 i would rather have braums ice cream than any other ice cream place havent found any better than braums

Terrible service, this last month the new people there are not the brightest bunch. Food is cold at drive thru and not fast at all. Shame cause Braums is great food but the service at this location left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

2022-05-24Braums has delicious and affordable food. All their meat and dairy come directly from their farm in Oklahoma. All Braums stores are within a certain distance of the farm, that way they can ensure fresh meats and produce. I had breakfast with my Grandson at the location on Western this morning. We had sausage and pancakes and they were delicious, better than going to Waffle House or McDonalds and they were a much higher quality of food. The location on Western is clean, restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. From what I saw, most of the staff are still wearing masks. I highly recommend Braums.

2021-09-14My family and I went to this Braums location tonight and it was horrible from the get go. As soon as we got to the drive thru speaker my wife ordered her meal and waited for a second with no response so she started ordering my meal. The girl finally comes on the speaker and was like I got the one meal but what was the drink. Needless to say my wife had to reorder everything. Now, my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I ordered a double cheeseburger with Mayo and ketchup. My kiddos split the chicken strip dinner. We get to the window and pay. Get to the second window and the 12 year old opens the window and hands out the 1 drink and one of our shakes. Never spoke a word. Then he tosses out the food and finally acknowledged our existence. My wife was like we are missing a chocolate shake. Instead of just making the shake he asked us to move forward out of the way and they would bring it out to us. Ummmm ok that doesn’t make any sense. Finally got our full order and drove home. Once we got home both the burgers were wrong, my wife’s burger didn’t have bacon and mine has the smallest amount of Mayo known to mankind and no ketchup. The chicken strip dinner had the tiniest pieces of chicken as well. For what we paid for these meals we definitely got jipped. Braums used to be really good. Now it’s going down the drain like everything else in Amarillo.

2022-05-17Our food was fresh and hot. I had a chicken club sandwich and my grandson had a chicken strip snack. My only issue was that my peppermint milkshake had zero pieces of peppermint in it. The flavor was good, but the peppermint candy really makes it. Plus, the consistency was a little slimy? Not like real ice cream and milk mixed by a blender, but more like soft serve. I wonder if they used vanilla yogurt plus flavoring? Not sure. I didnt finish it, though.

2022-07-08We came in late, and we had a very large order. The crew was extremely friendly & pleasant even though we delayed them from closing. The food was awesome as always. We always stop at braums when we are in Amarillo. From now on we will only stop at this location! Thank you for your excellent service!

2022-06-29The braums on soncy is on their game! Best in town but this location I will not be be going back to. My fries were not fresh they were cold and old. I ordered two orders of bag of burgers and half the burgers the buns were burnt. And the entire meal was not satisfying at all. I will keep my business at the soncy location!

2019-10-23Love their milk. It is smooth and creamy. We also bought eggs and two small yogart cones. The eggs were only a dollar, so we bought two and they were so good. My husband ordered our cones while I checked out. The chocolate yogart cones were a real treat. They really topped off our day. Bare in mind, the cone in my picture is a small. I was pleasantly full when I finished.

2021-02-03This is usually my favorite braums. However today the person taking our order at the drive thru seemed less than enthused to be working there at all much less having to deal with people. And our hot fudge sundae came out with barely any hot fudge on it which has never been a problem before.
