Asked for fudge on a banana split and got chocolate syrup... :-[ . Chili was okay, but not for the price. Neat store and had several things Id like to try, but didnt need at the time.
The last 2 times I have been there they have burned my bagel

Burger was less than desired. Took less than two (2) minutes to make. I think it was precooked and being kept warm. Enjoyed my Ice cream.
This restaurant service is ok, but they need an alternative or back power source. As it started to rain, the power went out and after we have already ordered and paid there stuff got erased and they forgot what we ordered also they didnt ask if we wanted recipients.
My wife and daughters were there Monday. My oldest daughter started severely choking on part of an ice cream cone. While my wife should have preformed a Heimlich maneuver on her my wife instead screamed to the counter people whom just did not get what was going on after multiple attempts to communicate. She said loudly to get her a cup because her daughter was choking but noone processed what was happening or could be broken out of their loop, even after multiple attempts to communicate the situation. The old lady manager told my wife to put in a credit card etc, and the price as if there was multiple days to save my child.The whole situation was just wrong.These people are about as bright and as fast as turtles.None of the employees are trained for any emergency. You TOTALLY are on your own folks.I have instructed my wife and children to pull a fire alarm if they have one to start EMS as these people just stood around with their heads in the clouds.While I was not present and not happy with my familys performance, and am exasturbated by the total lack of any grasp of reality from any of the staff.THIS WILL BE BROUGHT UP TO CORPORATE AND I WILL BE GETTING THE MESSAGE OUT TO WHOM EVER WILL LISTEN ABOUT BRAUMS TOTAL LACK OF TRAINING.
Great burger and fries, also had double dip cone. Awesome. Great food and wonderful people, very satisfied.

They were busy which I absolutely understood. But there just didnt seem to be enough good help and had some employees who just ignored customers
Yall! We already love Braums for their burgers, shakes, ice cream, etc, but why didnt anyone ever tell us about the chicken strip dinner?!!! This is not only tasty, but it has a ton of food for such a cheap price! Why has this been kept a secret?! Go get it...NOW! (Bring me one too!)
We had the strawberry, chicken salads. My husbands fried chicken was delicious. My grilled chicken was inedible. It was rubbery and grainy and tough. It tasted like the chicken that has the stripes in the meat. Very disappointing.The manager offered me another salad, but I had eaten most of the fruit and greens, so told her no thank you. I only told her so shed be aware of the problem. She was very nice.Next time well order 1 fried and split it. Its a very generous salad.
The only way I couldnt give Braums ice cream 5 stars would be if they threw mud at me when ya walk in to order, and they are way too nice of great folks who work there, fortunately for me. Great food, great service, great market & great ice cream!

Terrible experience today at this location one of the workers asked what do you want I told her I was waiting for my order and when I got it iasked her for if I could have the braums sauce and she literally slammed it on the counter she was super rude and the ice cream tasted horrible unfortunately ihad to leave at least one star they dont deserve that
I really should add more variety to my Athens eateries, but I usually end up here just about everytime...and its always the bacon, jalapeno burger👍
Dine here is great I enjoyed my self service is terrific and on time no long wait and the food was good as well thank you.
Fairly standard braums experience. Nothing sticks out, it isnt perfect but its pretty good stuff.
Did not get to eat here. They had a nice little grocery store in there, as well, offering even produce, A2 milk, eggs, meats. We purchased the milk.Nice! Very friendly employees. The establishment has been there for decades. Really wanted to order some food or ice cream. Didnt have time. 😞 Always plenty of customers doing so, though.

In town to dive and was excited when I saw the sign. Wanted to share the ice cream experience with my 12 yo son. So many yummy flavors to choose from. He loved it and asked if we could go back one more time before we headed home. Prefect ending to a hot summer day.
Beware who is cooking your food.. they have a few people who are obviously on drugs and wear dirty clothes cooking most days. don’t get me wrong, they deserve jobs too, just maybe not handling food.

Blank stare from the employee when I asked for a single dip chocolate chip on a sugar cone. She got the wrong cone and asked me the flavor again. I said chocolate chip but on a sugar cone. Guess what I got.....cookies and cream on a waffle cone. SMFH.
I had a good breakfast of eggs, sausage and pancakes. It was washed down with some good coffee. Very pleased.
Best Bruams around. Found my dogs food at the grocery store that is combined with restaurant. Its a good place. A lot of good things in athens.

Great eats at reasonable prices!!!! We cant say enough about inside market. Fresh meats, vegetables, variety of sliced breads (wheat, rye, buttermilk, raisin-nut, etc), of course many dairy products (butter is excellent, especially for baking),as well as dry goods and frozen foods. Its unbelievable how they can have so much in small area of the restaurant!I almost forgot the most important, ICE CREAM!!!! Yummy to the tummy!😷❤️

I love Braums because their food is usually fresh! Well today I was craving it so went thru drive thru and got my food! Fries were hard and cold! When the fries are bad it ruins my whole meal!
I went through the drive through and ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and a coke light ice. When I got back to the office and opened my lunch there were no napkins or plastic ware, the coke was all ice, and the salad was frozen. The grilled chicken was ice cold, the strawberries frozen, and the lettuce was frozen as well. Ended up throwing the majority of the salad away. Won’t be back.
Beyond disappointed. I bypassed all the other fast food joints to go there. The burger seems semi-fresh but if I get a small burger and a large fry then Im really wanting the fries it looks like they scraped them off the bottom of the holder and stuck them in a carrier they were cold and they were coagulated and it was no way a large. I will never go back and I will tell everybody I know not to go. Im so disappointed. Kind of funny though my review is the most recent and you cant see it

Strawberry shake was to die for!!!The young man taking orders at the drive thru was sooooo helpful. I was thinking of getting a simple salad. Thankfully he let me take my time and talk myself into a burger and fries...best choice I made that day. They even fried my french fries just the way I like them.I was only in the area for the day, and Im so glad I decided to stop at a local favorite rather than one of the chain restaurants in the area.
The lady named Ms.Sharon was extremely rude despite us trying to be polite with her when we had card issues. The other workers were very nice but she ruined the whole experience being very snappy with us. Youd think being an assistant manager she would be nicer to her customers and set a good example for other workers.
It was a little busy so our wait was longer than normal. Our burgers were good but the item that really thrilled me was the EGGNOG shake!! It was so yummy!! Hope to get another one before the Christmas season is over!

Went to grab a quick breakfast right before they stopped serving breakfast; on Christmas Eve I might add... Let me just say how refreshing it was to get someone so sweet taking our order and greeting us at the drive through window. Most drive through employees at chain restaurants act like you’re an inconvenience but not the manager working the window! I didn’t catch her name because she was running around working hard but she was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
They always have good products and very good ice cream. We had to explain our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. I didnt try to get my money back, I just threw the ice cream away and got another one for my wife. She got a flavor i didnt want or else I would have eaten it. Lesson learned, check your order before you leave the drive thru.

Had dinner there on our trip west. We got off I40 and looked for a place to grab a bite. There were a lot of cars there so we made the choice figuring that if it was that popular it cannot be too bad. I had the classic burger and fries and they were quite good. Decided to try their ice cream for dessert - it was fantastic. Among the best I have ever had. Highly recommended.
Best lunch in Tyler. Kind employees, interesting decor, and. The food is great. Restrooms are clean and tidy. When we are in Tyler, we have lunch here for sure.

Service was quick. However the woman that gave us our food was rude when we asked for Ketchup. We were told everything we needed was in the bag, well as you might guess not one package of ketchup was in the bag. Would have let it go if she hadnt been snotty to begin with.

I always stop here for my froyo! Not many places in Athens that sell it by the half gallon, and my favorite flavor is Blackberries & Cream with almonds. I also like the Cappachino chocolate chunk froyo, they have a great raisin & nut bread and all their products at very reasonable prices.P. S. Their frozen section carries a Pecan pie that tastes like homemade!
Delicious, as always!!! Glad to see Rocky Road was being served again. It is my favorite, although you cant go wrong with any flavor.
Good Mushroom Swiss burger and good fries too. Its kind of cafeteria style for getting your good and you decide where to sit. Finally theres a small grocery area where you can shop for cold cuts, milk, and ice-cream. Very nice atmosphere.

As a customer I was fairly impressed with the food, the vibe n all. Nice little place. As a former employee though, I’m very disappointed. I wasn’t trained. I was treated like helping me learn was a chore when someone showed me just 1 thing. One particular person in the kitchen is very rude but I will not say her name. I’ve only seen 1 person actually care about cleaning in the kitchen and today was the first day I came in to a clean grill. 10$ and hour was worth shaving but not worth the experience.
The ice cream was really good the food is also good and the employees are really nice
I walked in and saw 3-4 employees working behind the counter. There was one person finishing up paying and the guy that was helping them didn’t even acknowledge I was there and waiting to order. He then began wiping down the glass on ice cream freezers. Two more people walked by with headsets and did not even make eye contact. Keep in mind I’m the only person waiting in line. After standing there for another half minute I just left. Hopefully the managers read these comments and teach their employees about customer service.
My wife and I have been going to this Brauns for a long time and have always had a good experience until today. We had to come to town today so we decided that we would go to Braums before we went home. We ordered our sundays, one with hot fudge and one with carmel . Both had very little fudge / carmel and they were both cold. Not even warm enough to melt the ice cream. I hope this is not going to be the new norm with no manger on site.
Went there to get my kids breakfast and had a bite taken out of my 5 year olds food, no refund but they offered to make me another sandwich while preaching covid saftey...havent had a problem with braums in awhile but this draws the line for us. Management if thats who they let me speak to was giggling about the situation and excuse my family for not being entertained by someones criminal mischief and braums theft of services while endangering my family during a worldwide pandemic.

I work here and it’s an amazing place to work at and I absolutely love their peppermint ice cream and fresh strawberry topping. The burgers always fill me up and it’s the only place in town that serves the crinkle cut fries that I like. I love the selection of fresh market and after I get off work it saves me a trip to Walmart. Management is amazing and always willing to help out any and all employees.
Fast food. Good food. Good price. GREAT shakes!!! The kids had a blast. They are selling natural chicken with no steroids or antibiotics. I was impressed.
This Braums restaurant was very clean. Service was okay. I did have to wait a bit for some help. But in their defense, they were busy. Food was hot and fresh tasting. The person who took my order was very nice and even counted my change back (no one counts back money anymore).
Messed up our food order 4 times. They say they will make it right on our next visit....fair price and good food

Love Braum’s don’t get me wrong, parking is a bit dicey, at this location, small parking lot, traffic moving both directions, hard to get in and out. Overall the food was excellent, hot and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and patient despite being busy. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The store/ restaurant is a little older than most, but well kept. So very happy to have this Braum’s so close instead of driving to the Corsicana location. Keep up the awesome job and great food!
My family loves Braums, its the only milk we drink when we can get it. But this location is the absolute worst location weve ever been to. The staff is rude and consistently messes our orders up. I have never had anyone mutter so much as an Im sorry when I tell them my order is wrong; they just glare at me like its my fault.For the past two weeks, Ive gone in on Monday, and they have been out of whole milk. This is the closest Braums to my house, but it is still a 30 minute drive. I just cant justify spending an hour round trip for them to not have milk in stock. I can understand a one off, but two weeks in a row indicates a problem with how the staff orders milk. When milk is your business, youd think it would be in stock!
Best ice cream and shakes and malts French fries are cheese burgers just a great place to have lunch or snack.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Wish they had more frozen yogurt but thats not their main focus so cant hold that against them. I just wish my kids would eat a burger and not be so picky. They are truely missing out.

Burgers are edible, but not even as good as dairy queen or any comparable place. The service was not fast, but it wasnt terribly slow. The limeade tastes like they put 10x as much syrup as they should have. Fries were okay, but the place is nothing to write home about.
Order was wrong. I should have checked my order. Drove 15 miles and discovered it was wrong. This is the norm for this location. I have NEVER gotten a correct order from this location. Enjoy the flame broiled meat. Tired of paying full price for sub par service. Management needs to step up

I love Braums but a lady working there, named Rebecca, I asked what her name was, bc she was so rude to another customer that I decided to just leave! Its not the first time! Shes always been very rude to me when waiting on me too! I dont even know how shes still working there! Very unprofessional!!!

The shake was good but the service was slow. The lady that took care of me kept asking a guy to help me because she was tending to another guest but he kept talking to another lady. Also heard a lady being rude to an old man. I wont go back. They have shakes at other places so Ill try one of those next time i visit Athens.

My grilled chicken was cold and was like trying to eat shoe leather. I threw over half the sandwich in the trash.I threw my fries away because the girl putting them in my bag grabbed the ones that fell on the counter with her bare hand and dropped them in my bag. Very disappointed. Wated $7 for lunch that went in the trash. Not likely to EVER visit a Braums again.
Horrible customer service. Got a vanilla milkshake, doesnt taste like vanilla, had weird chunks and was super liquidy as well. Waited at 2nd window for a few minutes before someone finally gave us our stuff

There was a long car line, we ordered ice cream cones and a couple of sundaes. Instead of waiting for the line to get shorter or us to get closer they must have made the order. We were served with melted dripping cones and soupy sundaes. Yall need to invest in a cooler to set orders in at the drive through your going to make orders too soon.
Ive only been here once and they take a pretty long time to make the food. When I got there, there were only 2 other people and a few minutes later, a whole bus full of high schoolers come in. I thought my food would get out before theirs but it doesnt. I get my food AFTER they get their order. Then they forgot my milkshake and make me wait another 20 minutes which in turn made me late for work. The little grocery section in there is nice but the speed of service alone is enough to deter me from going here again.
Pulled up and waited a solid 4-5 minutes for someone to take my order. I circled the building and tried again... another 4-5 minutes. Finally, after someone took my order, now I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting on a burrito that I’ve already paid for and I’m about to be late for work. Don’t come here for breakfast unless you have a good 30 mins to go through the drive through.
Worst breakfast I had there in 15 years. Gravy watery. Tator Tots cold and hard. Biscuit hard. Whatever shift on duty this morning, need to be retrained. Jay Benson at Dairy Queen would have us retired or fired for such service in the 70s when I worked there in Highschool.
I have been here on two separate occasions months apart and they are always out of the ice cream that I want. Firstly, they stopped carrying the hard chocolate which is fine I understand that. My alternative is to get the cappuccino chunky chocolate frozen yogurt. Both times Ive asked for it, they are out. I really like it but I dont think Ill be wasting my time to come all the way over here for nothing again. Bye Braums.
Good food-met with out of town family... halfway point was Athens. Dine in cashier seemed impatient and agitated after all 9 of us (4 adults 5 tween/teens) made our decisions and ordered, but hey, we werent familiar with the menu ((theres not a Braums in our area or Waco) and we arent locals so.... ice cream server was nice!
Wonderful visit at Braums Ice Cream in Athens, TX today. We were given a friendly greeting when we entered and a hardy goodbye when we exited the restaurant/store. The customer service was excellent, the food was great and our orders were correct. This is a very clean, well kept Braums.
If you like your burger plain then dont come here. Argued with me about what the definition of plain means. I also heard an employee griping because they had to remake another burger. Then they gave me another burger with ketchup smeared all over the wrapper. Who wants to pay $10 for a meal that is not appetizing to them? Sorry but McDonalds is much better.

I have made 4 trips to Braum’s in Athens, Texas to get Banana Pecan Yogurt, and NEVER do they have it. The employees won’t go look, they just say “No, we don’t have any”. Today I was told “it’s a rotator, we can order it but we only get what they send us”. That’s a lousy excuse if you ask me, l don’t have that problem in Terrell or Mesquite.It’s a 28 mile drive from my house to Athens, 56 miles round trip for NOTHING!! 64 miles round trip to Terrell, and 108 miles to Mesquite round trip, today was the last trip I will make to any Braum’s!!Blue Bell is always well stocked at my local grocery store and NEVER lets me down!!

What-A-Burger in Athens didn’t refuse it and will be our family burger place from now on. What happened to the days when businesses made an effort to keep customers instead of flipping them off.You former “long time” customer.
I went to the one in Athens, TX on a Friday evening. There were nothing but kids working and playing. They were standing around talking, one took off running, orders werent being dispersed in order. However, the following Monday was much better. E-man was the manager and had everything running smoother. The workers werent standing around talking and playing like on Friday.
It was a new nice visit. The food is great, but the prices are a little much, but you get what you pay for.. great food and atmosphere. Every one had a smile on there faces and a can do attitude.. I love this place after so many years of not eating here...

Brought the kids for a ice cream treat and sundaes. Brownie sundae gritty. My daughter said this to the lady working the counter that somethings wrong with the sundae, she became sarcastic and snarky to my daughter. Bad representation of Braums with this employee.

Great service and food as always! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because one of the employees MOTHER decided that, at the table directly in front of where we were eating, she was going to show her ass by completely humiliating and scolding this girl (maybe 16 or 17 years old) in front of everyone in the restaurant! My heart went out to this teenager. Shame on the mom for not having enough sense or class to handle her personal business in private. I sure hope the mom felt better about HERSELF, after acting a FOOL in front of not only her daughter and friend, but in front of the rest of the people in the store, too!
Was sooooo disappointed. My husband got a sausage egg cheese on a biscuit. The egg was yucky the biscuit wasnt done the cheese was fake the only good part was the sausage was actually good it was the only part that got ate of the whole sandwich. Did breakfast caterers were so greasy that in the corner of the bag there was a puddle of grease. I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and it was very good that was the only good thing of the whole meal and thats why I gave it two stars. The original taters they gave us was cold when I told the lady she said oh oh oh okay and walked off so I had to find somebody to give me hot breakfast tators and then they were that greasy. Wouldnt necessarily recommend this Braums for breakfast unless youre eating a breakfast burrito.
The Ice Creme and Food is really good. Employee Ariana is extremely rude. The manager on duty at the time doesnt seem to care when her behavior was reported
I used to like this place but the dive-thru is an absolute joke. Charged me 1.50 for water after they told me it was complementary and asked me to pull up where there was no one behind me. They are on a timer and literally wont take your order untill they get the first person to leave because their numbers are bad. Theres always like 5 cars.
Lots of icecream flavors, with some you cant find elsewhere. Very fast service and good food although the staff was a tad unfriendly. Clean environment, though there are occasional flies that get in. Will be back. :)
This is the worst place to eat at. The person that was taking orders took the order of the ebony person that was behind me first. Then when the employee took my order she COULD NOT get it right three times. I had to ask for a manager just to order my food. U will need to bring ur own drink, dipping sauce and coffee. The employees that work there cant keep the shelves full. They r more worried about the tables being clean. I hope that this fast or SLOW food restaurant does not treat there employees the same as the costumers.
Was good. Lids were out and the manager came right out and refilled and apologized. Food came out really fast. Ice cream guy was very patient while we decided what we wanted.

I have eaten at Braums for many years so this is based on more than one visit. I like to eat at Braums because it is one of the cheapest places to eat. I think they have the best chicken strips in town. Speed of service is a hit and miss. Sometimes food takes less than five minutes but there have times in the drive through I have had to wait twice as long for same meal. Lately there fries have been undercooked but I think they are training new staff. The remodeling looks great but the tables usually are not clean. The staff is not super friendly but I dont recall anyone being rude to me.
Wonderful, fresh ice cream! I wish I had one in my town!! But that is what makes their ice cream fresh. I will take slight detours to visit the Braums in Tyler, Athens, and Hillsboro... My favorite is cappuccino chunky chocolate frozen yogurt!
I frequent Braums regularly. The market gets 5 stars for easy on and easy out and the best milk on the planet. I like the bacon egg and cheese biscuits but they are inconsistent. One day you get gourmet the next average quality. Love my Braums though

We took the kids to Athens to avoid the Tornado Warnings for our hometown Mabank & Eustace. We took our time eating ice cream until the weather was safer to go home.The employees were quick to serve and the environment was clean and inviting.We enjoyed the banana split, double cone, brownie sunde & a dish of vanilla. Everyone liked it. Well worth the $15.We go every couple of of months when we are in the area and have to time to stop.
10/25/2019 about 5:05 pm after I had enjoyed a frozen yogurt waffle cone I went over and picked up 1/2 gallon chocolate pecan yogurt. I walked up to the check out counter, waIted for SOMEONE to come take my money. I waited about 5 minutes and 2 other people, a man and a woman approached the counter. STILL no one came to check us out. FINALLY a girl working by the Malt machine asked a Male coworker whos supposed to be checking customers out? The Male coworker just shrugged his shoulders and never responded. After a few more minutes I left my product on the counter and exited the store, probably never to return. I can get horrible service anywhere!

They gave me wrong ice cream with sugar after I asked for no added sugar ice cream. Then told me company only sent 1 container of no added sugar ice cream.
Ordered cheeseburgers and fries. The cheeseburgers were so salty and dry, it was difficult to choke them down. From the appearance of the burger it seems they never clean the grill off while cooking as burnt bits from prior burgers were stuck to mine. It was kinda gross!

Health issues, table not being cleaned with clean water. Taped off tables that are taped off per spacing. People removing blue tape off tables an sitting at the. I was able to talk with the assistant manager Emanuel informed me that they ran out of the blue tape. He walked away from me while I was talking with me. No one was in forcing the issue customers not removing the taped off area.
We love Braums. Good food at decent prices. Friendly service. Clean facility. Just a little slow service but everything is made to order, fresh, & hot!
Slow. Always have to park to wait for fresh meat when you go through the drive thru and when you finally get your food half of it is cold. Service inside is ok.

This is our family tradition now coming home from Dallas. It seems so wholesome and the food is great - juicy cheesy triple burger, hand dipped real ice cream shake, and fries, all for under $10?? Cant beat it.
I kept hearing go to braums youll love it!! I almost gave this 3 stars bot because of taste but the quality vs the lit up menu. My 4 cheese burger had cold unmelted cheese which messed up all the texture anf the double dipped sundae was not even single dipped... Overall that ice cream and burger itself was amazing quality which saved the review to 4 stars.
The burgers were fine. The sweet tea was soured though and the fries were stale and cold. Disappointed.
The morning drive thru crew is the worse in town when a customer has to ask for fresh pancakes every single time you come thru the drive thru that’s just not acceptable at all I come thru there once a week every single time my order is messed up or I don’t get what I ordered I get my food and hurry of to get to work and get there to find either half cooked pancakes or no butter or 1 syrup or no silverware or my food basically thrown at me thru the window ok rant over but I’m going to continue to tell people about this place daily

Best ice cream and burgers in town. Ice cream cones are extremely affordable. I wish you could get grocery items through the drive thru. It is a hassle having to get the kids out of the car just to get some milk.
Friendly southern atmosphere. They even make the the kids feel important unlike other places we have been. My children LOVE the cappuccino icecream the best
Love the food, love the prices & service. However, when I ate in today and went to the bathroom, one of the food preparers used the facilities and didnt wash her hands. I have a huge issue with that.

The employee Brandon cook was really sweet to me when he saw me really upset he sat down with me and calmed me down and then the food he made for me was extremely delicious and I was very grateful that he helped me out.

All the employees seem unhappy, no greetings no smiles. They got my order wrong and the food was mediocre at best the meat was over cooked and dry,the fries were cold and limp. Will not eat there anymore

The Ice cream and other treats are good. I have not eaten here. I do buy all our milk here when it is on sale. It is cheaper and much better quality than other stores in the area

Worst service. 20min to make a milkshake and still didn’t get it. Asked for refund and it took the Asst. Manger 5 min to figure out how to do it. Store had 12 associates and 4 customer with two orders pending. Will never eat there again!

2022-04-17I love their milkshakes the most. They use real ice cream instead of soft serve, of course. Theres something about a good old fashioned milkshake though. The burgers are pretty good, too. They are better than most fast food burgers. Expect the burgers to be smaller because of the quality, however. Higher quality at a fair price is always going to be a smaller portion size, but its definitely worth it. Ive always loved their huge selection of ice cream and the small market. All in all, very great quality, service is great too.

2022-06-26Went today around 11:00 am because I had to meet someone in Athens. Had a wonderful lady wait on me, and they quickly had my #1 ready. Excellent as always.After that, I thought Id get a small cone. The young kid went and made my soft serve twist. When he brought it to me, it looked like it had been sitting outside for 20 minutes in 90 degree weather. I said this thing has more water in it than ice cream. Why would you serve this to someone? He said, do you want me to remake it? I said no, Ill throw it away. He changed me for it, and I left.Folks many people are not worth minimum wage; in fact, whatever theyre paying this kid is to much. Why would you serve something that looks like diarrhea to a customer? Hire the brainless? Is this what things have come to? Sad.

2022-06-20Very rude. 9 pm crew. I asked for extra hot fudge on my sundae and that I would pay for it, and the guy walked in the back with it and a lady came back and said that she made it herself and that there was extra hot fudge on it. I know that, I wanted more and I said that I would pay for more to be added to it. She then said to give her my receipt and she’ll refund me, and I didn’t want a refund and I told her to just give it to me and that’s it’s fine, just so she would stop being rude. I then had to wait for my sweet tea, because the guy walked away for 2 minutes, and when he finally gave it to me it was half full, it’s really messed up. I just wanted one thing and they got really upset ab it and I offered to pay for the extra hot fudge. If u don’t want to work or ate ur job, don’t work there

2022-06-20Management was rude, every table we tried to sit at was nasty with food and liquids on it. Trash overflowing condiments station was just unbelievable nasty. Worse part had 3 employees on break eating but going back and forth in kitchen getting more food to eat and drink. That was last straw for my family we threw food away and left. Also Im African American before my review is judged every employee Im complaining about was black and disgusting. No ice nor tea when fixed my drink cup had grease all around it from them fixing food to ice cream without using gloves so that there is cross contamination all around. I love braums but my next visit to Athens wont be there so customers beware this place needs new trainers who care.....Worst 36 dollars I ever spent to throw away..

2022-04-19430 pm 4/19/22--Stopped as we were going thru to Tyler wanted to try new flavors in a ice cream sundae... Guess we were not allowed to choose our flavors the woman was rude and all she asked waswhich one u want? I wanted hot fudge bf wanted hot caramel. She went straight to vanilla scooped them in to dishes and made the sundaes I asked for no whip cream... She said say what? So I repeated no whip cream. Wanted to come back thru on our way back and just get cones of new flavors but I think we probably wont. Bf not happy with woman being rude

2022-06-05The food is good, but the staff can be so rude and clueless all the way up to the manager Crystal. I think the best service weve received has been by the young folk doing clean up. She was loudly complaining that we needed to come pick up our order before we started complaining it was cold where the whole store could here.
