Yknow theres a million places to get these kind of things but you will never get the kind of knowledge or passion for the craft anywhere else. The owner is a great guy. He knows his products and can answer any questionsEvery employee has been nothing but kind and helpful.I cant give these guys enough stars, they really are great. Im glad weve got them in this little town of ours

This shop is run by really good people who take it very seriously. They make an incredible effort to make sure the product that is delivered to us is pure and safe, and give compassionate, helpful advice about ways it can be used therapeutically. This is absolutely the kind of place you want to support. Not to mention the owner is a Vet and an all around good dude💗

What happened to people who wanna work?? Practically got into a brawl over always getting there just before closing. and problems with my visa card at first and co.ing from a family who owned three stores....Closing Time is 7pm Ithat means you lock your door at 7pm and when your POLITLITELY help those inside . Then when youve helped them you count money etc...these guys griped cause of that Never asking why, maybe people have reasons they do what they do!! Were a one car family so I have to wait till he gets home to go anywhere so Im so sorry that 6:40 is to late and after getting JACKED on buying a Vault and $65 butter at a total over #300 cause I really just wanted one I can add to like liquid THC orNicotene ....a vape?Anyway even after Frankies explosion a few days ago I hurt my back and could barely walk and Frankie says his boss has to talk to me first or he cant sell me one. Manager comes out and HE YELLS at me before even ASKING what happened just took his word! Im sorry but my back was killing me so I just told him I would go to the one by T Mobile which is Great! Just farther for me with pain and that I would NEVER return n tell all people I know that this place sucks in customer service and the customer is always right is not spoken hereAt least Frankie is young and a clerk but how the manager threatened me!! I will be reporting them to whomever will listen to have their license removed however dont wanna chase it out of Kerrville Texas either! The Vape shop by Walmart and T mobile is AWESOME. Ore stuff cheaper larger selection

The Atmosphere and Customer Service are beyond exceptional. For only a second time patron here i feel welcomed. The knowledge of the staff on the different types of CBD and Delta 8 strains is second to none. Highly would recommend this shop for all you CBD needs.

I live in San Antonio and have a genetic connective tissue disorder causing many symptoms including chronic musculoskeletal pain. Great service! Some places are like walking into a dungeon, but this was a nice clean atmosphere. Veteran discount was a nice surprise and it seems like a family run business that I’ll continue to support.
