I’m usually nervous about going to the dentist and have had a bad experience at other locations, but the front desk was absolutely great, especially Erika. She answered all my questions and went into detail with her explanations. She also informed me about the grant to help me pay for my dental procedure. Thank you at everyone at Brightway Dental for making this a great experience for me.
Very Happy with Brightway Dental. I was looking for implants and had several consults. Dr Shariati is awesome. He spent a lot of time answering the million questions I had. I was wanting to make sure my dentist is very competent. He was an engineer before becoming a dentist. He is very meticulous. Since I was very nervous. He offered sedation. He is Level 2 certified which very dentists are. I was completely knocked out during the procedure. I got 8 implants, 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom. I just got my final snap in dentures and have a very beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Shariati and Brightway Dental. I will be referring my family and friends to this office.
Worst dentist office EVER!!! I have non removable piercings and they dismissed me as a pt because I can’t take them out as well, he used the mirror and pushed down on my gums after me telling him I was in pain and tried to take a pick and push on a nerve that was exposed when I asked him not to, and stormed out of the room slamming doors and lied to me as well and sent his assistant do his dirty work dismissing me… 3 or 4 other patients left in the middle of their appointments due to the way they were treated and roaches all in the facility… I drove over 2 hrs for the appointment and I was in the office waiting for 2 1/2 hrs just to be dismissed over non removable piercings and being in pain!!!
Erika at the front desk is an absolute pleasure! She goes above and beyond to greet you and help with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place on her alone.

For years, I have searched for a place that can help me with many issues that I have had since I was a kid. Every place I have ever been to, has just taken a look and offer one option (each one different) and then leave it at that without much explanation or compassion of any kind. I’m always left with questions that remain unanswered, no options to really choose from and always have a very uncomfortable visit with fear of the only option they claim to be available for me as treatment. I never find any help or real solution which only leaves me with even more issues to address later. I finally took a step toward learning more about possible options and came across a program that offers a grant to individuals needing help with the financial side of it all. The foundation that manages the grants, recommended this office for my initial consultation. I drove 4 hours from San Antonio to this location. I have to say it was very much worth the drive. The staff is very compassionate and has been so helpful and kind. I finally feel some relief knowing that someone has taken the time to sit down and explain each detail of what I have been dealing with everyday for years. And knowing that I have a few treatment options to choose from, I was able to pick a plan that I am comfortable with without worry. I am confident they are going to be the ones who do give me the care that I need. I have read a few reviews on here and first want to say that I have never read or been told that the grant I received approval on for this treatment; is anything to do with the government. I believe it clearly states that this is funded by a private foundation of some kind. I find it very hard to believe that anyone in the facility is capable of being careless or inconsiderate of a patient’s needs. I am very happy with my time spent with the staff who helped me today.

I loved my visit and the staff were great!
I filled out a government grant for dental work, I thought. Claiming to be the government. I get to the appointment and the name on the building is Rightway Dental. I filled out the paperwork then went for xrays. Then went to a loan room, they came up with an estimate of $16,000 and my portion is $7000 for partials. Well, partials cost under $4000 everywhere. I walked out didnt say a word. Scam, there was no government grant.Dental Grants of Texas website only sends people to your location period. I am not mistaken and didnt say anything about Medicare. What you are doing is a ripoff and the public needs to know.

I cant explain the dignity I was shown when I went into the office. I walked in in tears due to embarrassing work that another dentist had done. But I wasnt there for that, Dr. Martinez, I think, was gracious and understanding of my tears. He reassured me that all would be ok and came up with a plan and fixed what the other Dr had fixed and made me look and feel human again. I CANT THANK YALL ENOUGH.

I had my surgery on June 4th 2021, which consisted of full mouth extractions and 6 implants. I had 4 people in the room with me who are : Savannah, Dr Ladak, Dr. Khaushik and Alex.They were HANDS DOWN the best I could have asked for. They made sure at all times that I was ok and in no pain and that my anxiety was under control (severe phobia of dentist).I am now almost 2 weeks post surgery and I have not had ANY pain. NONE. Again, they are amazing!!The other ladies I have encountered there have been super sweet as well and never judge or treat you any less. I am not done with my process yet, but I am beyond thankful to be going thru this journey with this office and staff. I already have a smile I show off constantly now and cant wait for the end result!!

Don’t let the appearance of their surroundings fool you. Once inside the dental office you are treated with the most respect. Front staff has excellent customer service they make you feel welcome and ease your nerves. I am deadly afraid of dentist and all of the staff made me feel heard and were patience with my phobia. I had very little pain. Doctors and dental assistants went beyond to make me feel comfortable. I recommend and will be coming back!
Just to start off with a little background. I’m terrified of the dentist. I went 40 years ago and had a horrible experience which scared me to death. I tried to go again 6 years ago and had another horrible experience. I was scared to go this time too but I am about to lose my front teeth so I thought I would give it another go. When I got there, everyone was so understanding of my fears. They took extra care to make sure I was at ease and understood everything they were about to do. Dr Kaushik was amazing. He made me relax and told me step by step what I needed to have done. I expressed my fears of needles and pain and he assured me he would make sure I was comfortable and wouldn’t feel a thing. I love him!!! The girls at the front desk worked with me and my daughter to schedule our next appointment, answer questions and work out our payments. This office is amazing. I highly recommend them!

I was scared to use a new dentist but this dental office went above and beyond for my appointment. The dentist Dr Kaushik is very thorough when explaining what you need done and why. The front office went above and beyond to get me financed to get all the work I need done accomplished. They stayed after closing to finish and the dentist even examined me again when I wanted to argue that I Thought I had more cavities than he said. Lol super great guy awesome staff would definitely recommend!
You will not regret going to this clinic. They have the most professional staff and their doctors are amazing. Their prices for different procedures are reasonable and affordable. I will definitely recommend to this place to my family and friends.
Very unprofessional. Money hungry...got the money from the dental grant and nearly 10 grand out my pocket..never finished my dental work and never returned my phone calls...after they played me on the work to be done vs what I went in to get done.
Zero stars if I had the choice. Dr. Kaushik has had me under his care since February of 2018. Ashley charged me a high interest debt due immediately without any work done. I have had to chase his practice from Pristine Smiles, Asana, Divinity, and now Brightway Dental. He is an amazing dentist if you can get ahold of him. The likes of which I have been trying to do since 2018. Dr. Daniels ofBrightway told me he had only had 2 complaints in his career, and when I told him of my experience he would make it right. He promised me a call by that Friday. Dr. Daniels, I am still waiting for you to make it right? I thought you were the professional that would make things right. I have been to emergency care for headaches, had dental assistants (Lady) perform adjustments on my teeth, and have been insulted by the staff continually. Do not go here. I am about to pay a professional to have $6,000 of his work redone because he cant and wont respond to a phone call. I think I sum it up when I say his last office manager told me that the only thing I can do is take legal recourse. Of course you cannot. No attorney is going to take a $20,000 case. Also, they let people in and wait without wearing a mask.
I had applied and was approved for a dental grant. I have dental insurance which I was going to use in conjunction with the grant. The dentist called me by the wrong name several times even after I corrected him politely. When it came time to discuss the financial part of which my part was substantial I couldn’t get an itemized breakdown I just kept getting told told don’t worry about it that’s grant prices. So, not only does the dentist not know my name but, I don’t get to know what I’m expected to pay for. No thanks.

Brightway Dental is the best dentist around. Others may have more fancy settings and dentist who are on D magazine’s Best Dentist List, but I will assure you through trial, error and personal experiences, they can’t compare to Brightway Dental or their staff.
This dentist office works with Dental Grants of Texas. They try scamming you in using the grant and pay cash for whatever amount the grant dont pay AND if you have any insurance they will use that too. The estimates are almost triple the amount than any other dentist. $30k-$50k in Dental work and grants pays 40% leaving you with a balance you can not pay smh why would you apply for a grant if you had money anyways!! Oh and yes I was a patient they try replying to bad reviews saying you got us mixed up with another place smh NO!! This is the right place and are legit scamming those who dont know better. Yall prey on people who really need Dental help. Shame on you dentist and the workers there. I have reported this office and all my emails and recordings. I hope nobody goes through what I went through. I drove from Etx to get help and Im worse off than before because they did work I agreed on and another dentist changed my plan adding $15k more work I could not afford. So now I have no teeth!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! Dental Grants of Texas does not care either. I wrote and called them and nobody ever contacted me about my complaints.

2022-02-16I came into this office the end of last year and after multiple failed tries to find the right dental office for me I have FINALLY found the one! The front desk staff is so sweet and attentive, I never felt ignored or like I was bugging them like I have in past offices Ive been to. The staff in the back was just as great. The doctors who saw me explained my treatment so well and answered every single one of my questions. I never left the office without feeling answered, heard, and important. My treatment took multiple visits as I had quite a bit of work needed, but now that Ive finished my treatment Ive felt the absolute best. I LOVE my smile now ! Cant wait to go to my 6 month routine check up.

2022-03-16The staff is very friendly and caring. I was looking for a smile makeover. I can here on a friend’s recommendation. The dentist I saw was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed me my x rays and then lots of examples of cases he has done. It was really beautiful work. My work consisted of a combination of crowns and veneers. First step they designed the upper and lower in a wax design and showed me how my teeth will look. Next they finished my upper teeth in 2 visits. Then they did my lower in 2 visits. Now I have an amazing smile. They also got me an affordable payment plan. I am so happy that I went to this office.

She assisted with checking me in and not only that but she asked me how my day was and really engaged in a short conversation. I love great customer service. It’s very hard to find these days. She took the time to process my documents at a good rapid time making my in process smooth and quickly. 2022-06-17THIS DENTAL APPOINTMENT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. NOT SURE HOW YOU LOOK AT THINGS, BUT APPROVAL FOR A DENTAL GRANT THAT TAKES ABOUT 40% OFF YOUR DENTAL BILL EQUATES TO A PRETTY GOOD DISCOUNTED COST.I drove 4 hours one way to Brightway Dental in Balch Springs, Tx with hopes of using this so-called dental grant that I was approved for. I was told my dental implants and crowns would cost a little over $100,000 minus the grant, for a net total cost for me of over $57,000. My net cost that they quoted was going to be higher than any other quotes I had received from 5 other highly reputable dental offices (mind you their quotes were lower than BD without a grant) ...UNBELIEVABLE!!! My advice to anyone is to get at least 2-3 other quotes to compare to theirs before making a decision. Good Luck!
