I never never write reviews but I felt like I have to brag on Broadstone on Trinity. Ive been here for little over 3 months, and I love it here. The complex is dog friendly which I love - they even have a doggie spa on the complex!! The amenities are amazing, cant wait to use the pool this summer. I signed my lease directly with Vanessa the manager, she was very helpful and was very transparent about rent amount, fees, etc. Cant recommend this place enough!!
We’ve lived at Broadstone on Trinity for 14 months. We have a nice view of the river. Also, a big area to walk the dogs, and restaurants close by within walking distance down the Trinity. The office staff is great and maintenance comes very quickly when you need them!
Not a bad apartment complex at all. It is nice to be on the Trinity Trails and there is plenty right around the building. Maintenance was great and super helpful. The staff was pretty responsive. There were some serious safety issues and a lack of responsiveness for fixing community projects. Elevator was constantly broken, the gate to get into the garage was broken often, and there was a break in resulting in the police coming and breaking down the door to the trash chute. That was not fixed for 5 months and management never addressed the issue by checking in on the units near the incident. I was directly across from the incident, and I was disappointed management never reached out directly to insure the community was safe. The backdoor into the building was constantly broken making the building accessible to everyone even if the person did not have a key. Crazy things happen that apartments cannot control, but community safety was not always prioritized because doors to the building were constantly broken and the gate to get into the garage was broken often. The photos are of my two bedroom unit, which I enjoyed and overall had a decent experience.
I have never came into the office and Vanessa did not greet me by name. Anytime I had a question about my bill or the community Vanessa went above and beyond to assist and assure me. She is a cornerstone to The Broadstone community; this review is just a small token of my appreciation. Thank you Vanessa and the ENTIRE Broadstone team
Please please PLEASE don’t apply to this property unless you know you’ll be approved. I was not, but that’s not the issue. I was told I’d be refunded my half of my application fee/deposit but it’s been two+ months and I have not been refunded and the two girls in the office have nothing to say but “I don’t know, give it a few more days” every single time I call. We applied for the property on May 7. Today, June 23, I have still yet to be refunded. And I live in the same state the check was issued. They claim is was mailed out two weeks ago, but why would it take 2+ weeks for paper mail to get to me if I live 35 minutes away. I can’t speak to actually living at the property, but if the office staff is any indication to how the complex is run, I would definitely steer clear.
I liked my household here for a bit! The location is great - right off the Trinity trail and close to everything in Fort Worth. Otherwise it’s a pretty standard apartment. Also, the maintenance team responds within a few hours which is a win. Some negatives: the wifi connection is very unstable - I used AT&T like they suggested, but still periodically have to get a technician to come out and service my apartment because there are complex-wide fiber issues. The treadmills in the gym are often not working. And the staff, while initially genuine, is really difficult to work with should something with your lease go wrong. LASTLY, the fire alarms do go off quite often, and its pretty loud. Seriously, maybe consider buying earplugs because it happens periodically and its usually a false alarm.EDIT: the fire alarms have now gone off 3 times in one week, one time being at 1:30am. This problem is persistant.
No need to do any apartment research… I have done it!!!! 😃 From my first phone call, and many after, the Management at Broadstone on Trinity, were so genuine, extremely accommodating, suggestive, responsive, and sincere about making my “apartment search,” experience, the BEST!! ❤️ Now that I’ve moved into my apartment, the Management continues to be so welcoming, caring and FUN!! I LOVE the atmosphere here. Like the Management, the Residents are super nice. Everyone has time to say, ‘Hello’ and are very respectful. My apartment was perfect when I moved in. The outdoor spaces and courtyards are extremely well groomed with GORGEOUS flowerbeds everywhere. There’s two separate pools, grills, cabanas, outdoor gathering areas, that were recently remodeled. It looks like a vacation Resort!! 😃The location is next to the Trinity trail and a dog park, which is awesome because I have two dogs. (Plus, the cleanest, most modern, dog washing room) I haven’t worked out yet, LOL, but there is a very impressive gym!! An added bonus is all the Boutique 🛍 shopping which are close by. I can not say enough great things why I LOVE living here! Thank you so much, Broadstone on Trinity, Management and Staff. You truly are, THE BEST!!! ❤️~Cheers~
The location of the Trinity Residences is amazing! Even their non-renovated units look quite nice. The renovated ones are even better though! My roommate and I changed our mind on a floor plan multiple times and the leasing manager, Angela, was patient and understanding each time. She was a huge help and made sure that our experience was as stress free as possible! Everyone we talked to was kind and knowledgeable, but Angela was the best! We cannot wait to move into this wonderful community!
We absolutely love our new place! The views, location, and just being close to everything is AMAZING!. When it comes to management, this is as good as it gets especially Angela and Ashlei. Angela made the paperwork process so easy since we lived 5hrs away.On our move in day we showed up 2 mins after office hours due to having to do electronic payment because the apartment payment system was down so everyone was gone. Right when we started planning which hotel to stay in with 2 crying babies, a dog and a giant Uhaul thats when Ashlei drove out of the garage and asked if we need help....On Halloween weekend and despite her plans, Ashlei put her car in reverse to come to help us. With a smile on her face, worked an extra hour....she got us through the paperwork, gave us the keys, gave us a tour of the area and our new place. She made transition so much easier. For that, we are grateful.
We’ve been here a few weeks and love it! The floor plan and apartment itself feels open and spacious. I love that there are two pools and the gym is nice. Two things could use improvement to make our transition from our old place better. The dog area on the far side of the complex near Rogers Roundhouse is the closest “grassy” area for us to take our dog out, but it doesn’t have much grass and has been more muddy. Also, being tree level on the second floor, we get to hear the birds chirping which is nice during the day. However, our bedroom sliding door leading out to the patio and trees does not block any sound. I don’t know what kind of birds are out there, but they chirp ALL night long! Better windows would be nice as we haven’t been sleeping well since we moved. We have several fans and a white noise machine for now. Overall, we really do love it here so far.
Angela was a HUGE help with helping my roommate and I find the apartment that was the best fit for us. We switched floor plans about three times and she still remained patient throughout the whole process. I just wanted thank Angela for walking us through everything and answering our 100 questions we had! I really recommend you ask for her when applying for the Trinity Residence.
My roommate and I have loved every second of living at the Trinity Residences. The location is incredible. The amenities are amazing. The staff is even better. I had issues with a previous renting location and Angela helped me tremendously and was very cooperative, patient, and caring throughout that entire process;Angela and Melissa have been so helpful any time I have had any issues or concerns. Even despite the uncertainty with the pandemic and the winter weather that has been very unpredictable in our city, I have had constant communication through email to notify us of what is actively going on. I know they have been in touch with city officials as best as they can be and very quick to help curve any anxiety surrounding what is happening in our city at the moment. The location has been what got us here, but the staff has been what has made us love staying! I am so thankful to call the Trinity Residences my home. Thank you Angela and Melissa (and the rest of the staff) for making this apartment complex feel so welcoming, inviting, and like a home. You guys are the best!
I love my newly renovated apartment. Angela Thomas, the leasing manager is great. Convenient apartments to everything with Trinity River trails just outside the door and a restaurant right across the street. Wonderful outdoor seating areas right on the river. The renovated apartments have wonderful hardwood floors, new appliances and nice bathrooms. Easy access as garage has bridge from third and fourth floors directly to apartment building. Garage is not too big so doesn’t take long to navigate. A hotel is located next door so convenient for visiting guests. Jose the maintenance tech is professional and very efficient.
Good day! I recently moved from Florida to this amazing community in Texas. I honestly have to say that Im extremely happy with my decision to choose Trinity residences as my new home, it truly feels like home.....Not only the apartments are BEAUTIFUL! the entire surroundings are heavens design....Big thanks to the management staff, Angela, Amber, Melissa: Ladies you are a blessing to this community. They went above and beyond for us to have the very best experience moving to an unknown city.... 100% recommendable to anyone transitioning to a new beginning in Texas. God bless!
I have been a tenant for over 4.5+ years with Trinity Residences and have had great experiences with them. My wife and I originally lived here from 2015-2016, but had to move out of state for schooling. After graduating, we moved back to Fort Worth in 2017 and decided to sign again with Trinity Residences because we liked it so much the first time. So that should tell you how great this place is. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They are also willing to help and accommodate with anything you need. I would recommend someone to live here. The area is very nice and close to TCU campus. This is prime location, as there are restaurants, parks, walking trails, and many more areas to explore. Not to mention about a 7-10 minute drive to 7th street where the night life occurs. There are more restaurants and bars there that you can check out.I hope this helps anyone looking to rent an apartment at Trinity Residences. Like I previously mentioned above, I would recommend a friend or family member to live here without hesitation.
If you are thinking about living here.... DO IT! This is literally the best place I have ever lived. The management is amazing - Angela, Melissa, Nitanis, everyone I have worked with is so wonderful. The amenities are great and the location is exceptional - so close to fun things to do, and right off the river. The apartment grounds are always clean, the maintenance is always quick to respond to requests. The demographic of folks are such a mix - students, young professionals, families, but all around it remains pretty quiet. If you live on the side near Woodshed, you can hear music into the evenings on Fri and Sat, but I personally love that :) I literally have nothing bad to say. This complex and the team running it are A+++.
Moving here was such a great experience for me. Angela, the leasing manager is awesome. She is incredibly nice, patient and all around just a super caring and wonderful person. I love the area and the entire complex. You can tell they really do want you to enjoy your stay. The courtyards, pool, gym, garage, everything is beautiful! I signed the lease during covid time so finding out where and what my apartment looked like was like going on a blind date with someone you’re going to be spending the next 15 months with.. You know when you open a present and its something extremely dissappointing and you get that weird feeling?? This was NOT that!! I love it, thanks Angela! (:
I’d like to start out by saying I felt the need to post this review because I feel it is appropriate to recognize progress, quality, and excellence. Below are a few things to consider when deciding where you want to live. In my opinion, there is not a better apartment complex for the money in the Central Fort Worth area.1. The one star reviews for The Trinity Residences are inaccurate. Most of the experiences were under the former management companies and prior to many of the innovative changes the property has undergone over the past six months. The new management company, Grey Star Management, has done an exceptional job fixing the many issues listed by previous residences.2. Nikki, the property manager, and her staff do an exceptional job with turning resident feedback into actionable and tangible results. I can personally attest to numerous issues that have been brought tot her attention and quickly and efficiently fixed. Angela, the face of the property, is extremely helpful and welcoming.3. You will need find a better deal in terms of location, rent price, square feet, amenities, and quality. It is a fact—plain and simple.Thank you to the property staff for your continued pursuit of excellence. My wife and I appreciate you!
Weve lived here for 4 years. It has great amenities with a gym, 2 pools and outdoor areas. Weve even rented a beautiful event space within the complex for couples shower. Plus, location cannot be beat with the Trinity trail footsteps away. Oh, and the staff here. Awesome. Weve never had an issue with the management office or maintenance crew. Theyve always been eager and ready to help us with kindness and efficiency!
Trinity Residences is a nice apartment complex, very visually appealing. However, it is not worth the $1700+ to live there. During my lease, there were way too many times maintenance had to come into my apartment to fix something, the fire alarms would go off sporadically, and the leasing office hardly ever answered the phone! The amenities were nice and the pool was definitely a plus! However, the constant need for maintenance to perform some sort of necessary repair & the lack of response from the leasing office is the reason for only 3 stars. The complex cost is definitely based on location, not service alone.
My fiancé and I have lived here for over 2 years now and LOVE it. We are close to everything and are right on the river. We plan to stay here until we find our permanent home. Management is quick to respond and always helpful. This is a clean and safe place to live. I definitely recommend this apartment complex!
It has been a blessing moving into Trinity. My apartment was was perfect when I moved in. I met Dan with the maintenance crew and boy is he professional and polite. He wanted me to let him know of any maintenance issues and he would resolve them right away. The pool areas are as well kept and maintained. The grounds are well maintained as well. I such a happy resident.
The people who live here don’t care for the property well. Trash left in all public areas (hallways, pool area, gym, walkways). AND the property staff rarely clean up either. Beer bottles and cans in the grass, elevator waiting area, and pool areas for days. Dog waste left along perimeter of property and is never cleaned up by dog owners nor the property maintenance staff. The gym is in real disrepair (several treadmills missing keys and their belts don’t work without excessive noise - the weight benches are severely in need of replacement) - sad because otherwise could be a good option for residents.Disappointed by the care given to the community. It otherwise, could be great. Great location and nice amenities. Just needs more love from the people who live and work here.
Heres the most honest review i can share with you guys after living here for four months now. Ill start with the cons first because i think thats what people want to see first.Cons: THEFT is the biggest problem here by far. Something gets stolen and reported here almost weekly... Im not including the non-reported thefts. Ive almost had my motorcycle stolen, my truck broken into, my apartment door tampered with, and even my welcome mat stolen. Ive heard other peoples stories of their vehicles being broken into and storage units broken into and taking valuable items. Even after all these issues so far there is still no type of security cameras (yet) although they say its in the works. Took me nearly four months to get weatherstripping on my rear patio doors but typically the maintenance is decent.PROS: Amazing location, fairly priced, most of the staff here are helpful and friendly, thick walls so i hardly hear my neighbors, newly renovated, typically a pretty clean property as well.Hope this was helpful in making your decision.
I would like to state that I have been living in these apartments for 6 months and have been treated horribly. The management is quick to fine the residence for everything they do while they refuse to take responsibility or fix broken things in the complex (our garage gate has been broken for months). Dog feces are covering the apartment halls a vast majority of the time. Ive never seen the pool not green. My roommates tires where punctured due to glass in the garage. Their maintenance team also has a master key to every apartment and they enter our apartment with no notice while we were not clothed. The team in the office is hostile and uncooperative ( Derrick Giles, Assistant Leasing manager). Its sad because your home should be a safe haven and this has been the complete opposite. I hope they fix these things for future residence. In hindsight, I wish I listened to the other reviews before deciding on moving here.
Trinity Residences is an amazing place to live! Ive been a resident for almost 2 years and Ive seen the complex under two different management teams. The new management company is the best and the management team is so helpful, especially the leasing manager Angela. Angela is always willing to go the extra mile when any problem presents itself. I can always count on her to know whats going on and to get things done in an efficient manner.
Although were (relatively) new residents here (approx. 9 mos.), weve been pleased with our stay here! Management has been quite easy to work with and are very competent. The couple of (minor) maintenance issues we had were resolved quickly (less than 24 hours). Love the location-only 5 minutes to my wifes employment and about 15 to mine; in addition, appreciate the amenities (both in the complex and nearby) as well as the Trinity Trails. Now, not everything is perfect; the complex is behind the Davidson Train Yard (Union Pacific), so theres occasional noise and horn blowing. Also, every once in a while, a TCU student thats had a little too much liquid enthusiasm will make a racket in the street beneath our apartment. As to items directly within managements purview, sometimes the trash chutes get full (although to be fair, I have my suspicions on some of the tenants use of the chutes). Also, prior to cameras being installed, there were issues with wheels being stolen off several trucks. My view-if your experience is primarily suburban or rural, you might have some issues; as for us, we have been urbanites for years, and so are not particularly fazed. All in all, we enjoy living here, and are likely to remain for some time to come!
This place is the biggest joke ever!!! My car was broken into last night and I have contacted them 17 times with 0 response via email or phone call. When we moved in they told us there would be a deal with 6 weeks free for new residences and then they charged us the first month with a weeks worth of late fees which took days and email proof until they finally removed it. We had our fire alarms go off MULTIPLE times in the middle of the night and it took them over a month to finally send someone to replace it. When they finally did, they left our apartment complex wide open with the universal key STILL IN THE DOOR. I still have the key and have contacted them for weeks and not one person has reached out to me. Do they not see this as a concern? I was told to speak to Amber and called multiple times and sent emails and she has not responded once. Also, we were told when we moved in they had “valet trash” and you leave it outside of your door but that is not true and we got a complaint when we put our trash outside of our door because the leasing office lied to us when we signed. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! I promise you, it will be a big mistake. They only want your money and do not care even the slightest to respond to you concerning safety.
All the 5 star reviews seem to be from future or brand new renters. I have lived here for 2 years.Pros:- it is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and trinity river path,.- The woodshed has music on the weekend and I like opening a window to listen.- Mix of residences, families college students, and young adults.- Front office people are usually nice.- Multiple pools.- Gated parking and plenty of street parking.- Maintenance is usually pretty quick to get your requests fixed.Cons:- Fees!!!! but most apartments also do this. I just got rebilled for utilities and I am not entirely sure what this means or why i am re-billed.- it is not close to any grocery stores unless you travel through campus.- Slightly overpriced but supply and demand. Plus i have lived here for 2 years and I decided to pay the overpriced rent twice now. So take this con with a grain of salt.- The trash is usually located in stairways and just dropped and left alone for months. For a while I knew I was on the right floor when I saw the egg carton on the second floor landing.- The mix of residences means that (at least in my case) one of my neighbors complains about noise after 8:00 pm and the other blasts music all night. This might just be specifically my apartment location.- Tiny dog area in the back that is usually muddy.- the pool is very nice but noisy & echos when a dog or people are yelling in the area. Only really noticeable at night.
We have lived at Trinity Residence for two days now and it has been quite an adventure already. We ran into typical move in issues you would have anywhere and the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything worked out. To reward ourselves for the hard moving work we did, we decided to take a night stroll along the Trinity River, it was fabulous. We are looking forward to this new life we will gain by living here at Trinity Residence and all of the adventures that await us!
I recently visited Trinity Residence with some friends. The location is very nice and pet friendly. I also met the leasing manager Angela. She was outgoing and seemed to really enjoy working at the facility. She answered all of my questions and made sure my visit there was very pleasant. She even mentioned local eating spaces that were close or within walking distance, which I found very helpful.
My overall experience at trinity residence has been a good one. The entire staff team has always been willing to help. The maintenance request have always been smooth. Every time I have ever had to enter one, it was taken care of quick and efficient. The complex is located in a great area with access to many amenities. I would recommend trinity residence!
3 year resident here. I dont ever write reviews, but the quality of Trinity Residences has risen dramatically since the new ownership took over last year. The front office is no longer a mess and seems very organized and well put together. The staff seems to genuinely care about you as a tenant. The facilities have been updated and are well maintained. All of that, combined with the perfect location, makes me definitely recommend Trinity Residences.
Love this apartment complex!! Super reasonable rent and pet fees. My pet fees paid for themselves in the amenities alone for pets! The front office people are incredible and have become really great friends. Anytime I have people over they always remark how incredible the location and price is.
Much like all the rest of the reviews on here I have received the same poor treatment and experience. From the fire alarms going off at all hours, to non existent maintenance, to the pool always being trashed from parties on the weekends. I put my 60 day notice in back in April and to no surprise they dont have a record of it. They automatically are trying to month to month charge me for my apt. The manager doesnt care and basically was telling me I made it up. She then had to go across the street to get my file to see if my notice was placed in my file (why its not kept at our properly perplexed me) and hasnt called me back like she said. Its been almost 3 hours and rent is due today. This is after I called last week and never got a response so I had to go to the office in person. Thank god the assistant manager (who has always been helpful and nice) came out and remembered that I came in and put in my notice. This property is a mess and the turnover is insane. The prices are way too high. Im moving to another equal property with all the same amenities for 400 less per month and an extra 100 square feet in space. Plus a free storage room. Ive read several reviews saying once you are leaving they do not care any longer. That is most certain here of the manager. I would bet I dont get my deposit back even though there is no major damage and its normal wear and tear from living. I highly highly recommend not living here. Look at the amount of vacant apartments and that will tell you something. All around the pool is lit up at night because of the amount of vacancies.
I lived here for over 7 years. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The new management is not only incompetent but also shady. I have had numerous issues them and I strongly advise looking else where. They will tell you one thing and then also say it never happened so get everything in writing! It has been going downhill for a while. There are much better and safer places to live in Fort Worth! Also the office workers are useless so if you have a problem go to the manager. Even then you will most likely still have issues. Make sure when you move out that you sign that you are done otherwise they will nickel and dime you for things that were never discussed at the final walk through. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
I am deeply disappointed in the trinity residence management team. We signed our leasing contract under the false promise of safety and respect. On multiple occasions their maintenance team has entered our property with a master key, with no notice to us ahead of time. The management will not respond to emails of concern or questions but are quick to send fines for any little lease violations (ex: leaving trash out 10 minutes before pick up time). They claim that their residence safety is there number one concern, however they refuse to fix the gate to the garage, meaning anyone can enter the apartments without a key. I have heard of several cars getting broken into and personal property being stolen or damaged. My friend also lives in the apartment next to us and durning a surprise maintenance check her personal property was destroyed in her room. The management team refused to pay for her damaged property and instead offered a formal apology. I wish I had headed warning to the online reviews before deciding to live here.
I lived in this complex for over a year and had a less than ideal experience. Dog feces was in the hallway more often that not, and the stairwells almost always smelled like urine. I would have taken the elevator to avoid the smell, but those were broken more often than they were functional (an ADA violation, at that). Maintenance requests were slow to be fulfilled, even if it was something that would be classified as an emergency at most other complexes (ie, AC not working). The garage gate was broken almost the entire time I lived there, allowing anyone access to the building - maybe that explains the almost weekly vehicle break ins? All in all, if you are considering living here: just dont do it.
Without equivocation, this is the worst place Ive lived. Trash overflowing from the chutes. Elevators broken. Building smoke alarms in the middle of the night sometimes an hour long. Then mgmt did things like... closed the pool all last summer. Painted the building with loud annoying beeping machines for an entire spring. Unwarranted eviction notice on the door the day before Thanksgiving(didnt call me). Lost my rental check. Changed the lock to my door accidentally. Did I mention trash piled into the hallways? Do NOT recommend.
So far I’m loving this place. The hallways are clean outside right my place and the grounds keeping is on point. The amenities and events are fun and entertaining. The staff is always willing to help and are super friendly. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the Sole Internet provider. I work a lot online and not a fan of AT&T service.Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the winter events!
Have lived here for seven months and the fire alarms keep going off while youre sleeping, sporadically, extremely loud that you have to vacate the premises and office management has no communication to why this continues to happen. Fire Department shows up and shuts them off. Its never a fire, its always just alarms going off in the middle of the night, for no reason. Many times, several times a day. Office staff, that has a high turn over rate, doesnt seem to care, as they do not live on the complex, so they dont experience this aggravation. [Kristen and Katrina from the Cares Team rock! They really do put together some great community activities. I also wish the rest of staff was as caring.] All the office staff does is reply to reviews asking you to email them on how to help. You can help by stopping the alarms from going off in the middle of the night. The other reviews about office staff are true. We cannot wait till our lease is over to move out.
I Have Enjoyed wonderful, amazing experience here @ Trinity Residences/Greystar Communities. It’s an excellent place to Live, Attend College/University, Work full-time, Visit friends on week &/or weekend &/or call it your new Apartment Home! 🏡 The Staff & Management are wonderful & helpful, it’s close to Trinity Trails & we can Walk/Exercise & it has gym 💪 & it has amazing Amenities & great Community Events also! I wouldn’t live anywhere else 🙏📚🎉❤️🏡🌈💊🎅🎄🌆📱⛪️🔑☀️📧🥳
I have to say out of all the communities that I have toured Trinity Residences was by far the most professional. I had the pleasure of touring with Heidy and she was beyond helpful in helping me find the perfect apartment home and helping me realize the IMPORTANCE of having the perfect home. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family.
Fire alarms have gone off four consecutive mornings between 6:30 and 7:00am (were going on 26 straight minutes as I type this). This has been a recurring issue dating back at least 8 months (based on Facebook reviews), but it has gotten significantly worse in the last month. The door handle in the parking garage is broken, and instead of fixing it, theyve chosen to leave the door unlocked all day, so the building is unsecured. It should be a decent value apartment with a good location, but management either doesnt care or know how to manage an apartment complex.
Before renting my apartment here in February, I asked tough questions about the alarm system which I had read was an issue. The management team assured me that the problem had been permanently fixed and that false fire alarms would not be an issue. As of today (May 2, 2017) the fire alarm has gone off 3 nights in a row and a team of 4 firemen has had to waste their time and resources driving a firetruck to this complex. If there is a real fire in the future, 100% of the residents will burn alive because there have been so many false alarms. Classic boy who cried work tragedy waiting to happen. Aside from the persistent false fire alarms waking my toddler and fellow residents up late at night, there are many other problems. Unlike most apartment complexes that restrict large dogs to the first floor, anything goes here. I live on the first floor. The ceiling separating me from my 2nd story neighbors might as well be made of parchment paper. I hear the giant dogs above me jumping, bounding, barking and thumping their thick tails on the hardwood floors while my upstairs neighbor has an orgasm on average of 3 nights per week. I can hear her every moan, and his pre-explosion grunting. I thank god that their sessions are incredibly short in duration and occur just 2-3 times per week. Run for your life. This place is inexpensive relative to other buildings for a reason. They dont take care of this place at all. Locks on entry doors have been broken for weeks at a time, key fob beeping 24/7, inviting burgers to enter. Puddles of dog piss in the hallway can last for months at a time. There is no option to recycle. The office staff will be friendly until the moment your lease is signed, then every request is met with a go ---- yourself attitude. Imagine the worst apartment building and management in the united states. This place is actually worse. But hey, the location is wonderful.
This place has been notorious for car break-ins and stealing tires and rims. I actually had the bad luck of experiencing first hand January 23, 2018. My truck was broken into. Window was broken. Worst of all, my tires and rims were stolen and my truck was left on blocks of wood. To top it off, my truck was not the only one. Two other trucks were also left on blocks the same night. Security is horrible. There is no sense of safety!! I don’t recommend anyone living here unless you like getting your stuff stolen. I RATE THIS APARTMENT 1 STAR AND THATS ONLY DUE TO THE NICE LOCATION IT IS IN!!
The new management is just as bad as the old management. I don’t think they ever walk around their own property because the hallways are covered in bird poop and trash. The fire alarm continues to go off randomly in the middle of the night. I was really hoping Greystar would be a better management company, but so far I’m not impressed. They’re spending more money trying to attract new tenants but aren’t concerned about the conditions their current tenants live in. I’ve put in multiple work orders to get my hallways cleaned and they’ve both been closed with no action done. If the location was not as good as it is, I would have been gone a LONG time ago.
Would not recommend at all. Terrible place to live. I mean it has four walls and keeps you dry but thats it. Much better options out there. New management is terrible and does not care about you at all. Theft in the garage is terrible. My car has gotten the window broken out twice. Maintenance is non-existent. The whole place is just run down. Save yourself and keep looking if you are searching for a place to live!Edit: I contacted the office after they made the below response and they obviously did nothing to make this situation right for me...
I dont write reviews but I should have known this was a bad idea when we arrived to move in on our first day and nothing was clean or done. It was 3 in the afternoon and the cleaners had just arrived to clean the apartment from the previous residents who left the place trashed. That should have been done days prior to our move in date. I have explained this following and continuing issues to each management team since moving in and not one has listened. So what good is having community events if managent does mot listen? So I am making an exception and making it public. This place is a joke. With all due respect to the current managers who have only be here a few months. Yet even they appear to be following the same path as all the previous ones. THAT WONT WORK.Breakins to cars are common, my truck has been broken into twice and tried to steal it. 3000 dollars in damage. I have found homeless people inside the building and a blind man could breakin here. The fire doors in our building.stairways have been broken for 2 years. If there is a fire on one of the lower levels its coming straight up through those open and broken doors in seconds. The AC on our floor (6th) has not been working in almost 2 months. When my wife complained about the AC the responce was will get used to it as it going ro get hotter in August. To a person who does not speak English very well not can express herself well, sarcasm was not appropriate. The gates are continually breaking or getting damaged by people, security is almost nonexistant. Not sure if the cameras are real or working. 5 count them 5 managements or owners in 2 years. I have explained to each what they should do but no one does it. Make sure you take care of your current customers first but they keep putting lipstick on this pig to attract new residents. Bocce ball courts were put in, for who again? Who plays that here, how much did that cost and for what? Things go unfixed and the internet is ATT only. I have talked to the ATT tech and they say the junction box only has 100 connections for 400 or so users. So it keeps going out 5 to 10 times a day. The elevators continually are broken. It seems they are putting Band-Aids on major problems that only patch the issue. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews, those are people not paying attention, young college kids or employees. People move in and move right back out.The standard apartment business playbook wont work here. Let me say that again. WONT WORK HERE. Fix the relationship with the residents first, stop the bleeding then focus on attracting new business. But yet again no one is listening.
I lived at Century Colonial (now called Trinity Residences) for 1.5 years and am breaking my lease in December 2017.I am moving due to:- Garage gate constantly broken- Broken door for over a year. This door should be fob-access only. I and other residents have contacted management regarding this safety issue (be email with pictures and in person) multiple times and the door is still broken. Last spoke to management in person early December 2017 and door is still broken.- Rodgers Road has loud traffic which can be heard from the apartment.- Due to the fire alarms going off several months ago, my roommate now has permanent hearing damage and tinnitus.Trinity Residencies is unsafe. I would not recommend this complex to my family and friends.
Horrible experience since new management in 2015. Finally was able to send my 60 day notice to vacate email to the apartment manager Sabrina. She asked why I was moving, and I replied with the below reasons. She never responded back:1) Nice location but price too high2) New parking rulesa) Gated parking garage should be for paying residents - there are plenty of parking spaces and thats what we are paying for. The non-gated section of the parking garage and street parking should be for guests. And not just 2 guests per resident, this is unrealistic. We should be allowed to have however many guests we want but where they park is at their discretion (besides the gated portion of the parking garage.)3) Parking garage -b) We should have designated parking floors/spaces per what unit you live in. (i.e. If you live on the 3rd floor, you should park on the 3rd floor.) Since there is no walk-across access for residents that live on the 2nd floor, they all park on the 3rd floor leaving no parking spots for 3rd floor residents.3) Traffic to get in and out of location (i.e. S. University Dr.)4) Maintenance of hallways, stairwell, and parking garage is run down (beer bottles, trash, food constantly laying around on the ground)5) Amount of break-ins/securitya) There have been an unsettling amount of car break-ins in the gated parking garage. I have lived in 4 different apartment communities in DFW and this is the only community I have lived in with a gated parking garage and it has issues with break-ins. I also emailed the apartments about a busted windshield that I saw one morning and no one ever responded.6) Gym equipment is constantly broken/not working for months at a time. I even sent a few emails concerning broken equipment and no one ever responded.7) High turn over of office staff. The staff that I have been in communication with since I have lived at Century Colonial have been unorganized, losing information, and they cant find packages for tenants.a) I have had to go in to the office several times to guide the staff of where to look for packages that were sent to me.b) Last year when I stated that I was going to re-new my lease via email, the office never sent me the lease to sign and claimed they never received my initial email and began charging me for month-to-month rate.c) After they did send me the lease to sign, I had to go in twice to re-sign the lease because they kept losing the information.8) Location of pool is poor and loud since all the sound echos off the surrounding apartment walls - minimal sunlight at peak times of the day.9) Maintenance request take long time to be responded toa) I sent 5 different requests to repair my refrigerator door and it was never repaired correctly.10) The fire alarms goes off sporadically in the middle of the night - sometimes lasting for hours. Its so loud you must vacate your apartment in the middle of the night. The fire department cant ever seem to find out what is wrong with it. Over the course of 2 years of experiencing this, the management only sent out 1 email explaining the situation. Very unapologetic.Eventually had to email and call several times to find out what the protocol was to move out. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Short version: DO NOT LIVE HERE.I realize that most people don’t write reviews unless they are unhappy, so most of the time bad reviews can be ignored and discounted to one angry individual. I can assure you that this is not the case. Everyone I have talked to is very dissatisfied with the complex. The pools have been closed all summer, with no good explication. I have called and always get the runaround and excuses blaming the others. The management (especially corporate) does not care or help when we call to ask about this or any other issues. The public areas are disgusting. For example, someone threw up in a stairwell and it stayed there for over a month.I have been woken up at 3 am by construction workers.I could go on, but I would hope this warning is sufficient to prevent you from making the mistake of living here.If not then proceed at your own risk, and don’t say you weren’t warned.I hope this prevents you from making the mistake of living here.
Pre move in review....I just signed my lease and the 15 minutes I spent with Angela confirmed this was the right place. Super friendly, great communication through the entire process and a follow up call when complete. I am looking forward to the next 12 months there!
Unfortunately i have to agree with Alex Torres. The cleanliness and management of this business is abysmal. Paying for luxury accommodation when we are not getting most of the services i.e no pools, no business centre, one elevator out of action, dirty outside areas, filthy corridors and smelly elevators, dog mess every where. I would suggest to look elsewhere to live at present. Dont let the management kid you into thinking the upgrades are almost done we have been told this for at least last 6 months and still no further forward!!!!
I absolutely love the location as it is right next to the trinity river and the trinity trails which are very convenient to take morning jogs and going biking. It is also right down the road from downtown and near many great restaurants! (Huge win for me) I was toured by Heidy who was extremely kind and understanding of my needs when it came to choosing a unit. Great property all around.
Pros: Pretty good location and the maintenance team is personable, timely, and on point overall (Cheers Preston).Cons: They send out the early bird renew your lease special A DAY BEFORE it is due (spoiler alert, the special is that your rent doesnt increase.... woah blown away right?)Website is continuously under maintenance for some unexplained reason. They market a state of the art gym when the benches are torn, equipment is worn, and weights are missing.FORCED into paying $420 per year for valet trash when chutes are EASILY accessible and the halls smell and look sloppy.Management team: turns over constantly and you never really know who youre dealing with.Leasing office (except Steven, Steven was chill and looked out): everyone on a different page, not punctual, defer your problems to someone else, would rather attract new tenants than retain existing tenants hahaha and they waste money by doing so. I guess they think offering $500/$1000 move-in promos is cheaper than comping $420 trash for one to simply walk his/her trash a few steps to the chute.
I had the opportunity to speak with Nitanis regarding Trinity Residence and was very impressed about this residence. Close to many of the shops, 24 hr gym access and very friendly staff. If I ever need an apartment this would certainly be the first place I would consider.
I can tell they are making changes and I appreciate that but still a lot of issues. Biggest being cleanliness, which has more to do with my fellow residents than the complex employees. People don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s always so annoying seeing and stepping in dog poop.
I lived here when it was still gallery 1701, I moved in April of 2017 and moved out by November 2017. Since I received approval from the manager of the building to move out when I did, with a signed contract to break the lease, I have received numerous calls from the company to receive a late rent that I was told I didn’t have to pay. This building is terrible, there is no organization, the entire time I lived here they never had our rental insurance, even though I went down there and handed it to them physically. That aside this building is filthy. As of this posting (August 2018) I believe I am able to safely say that nothing as changed in the conditons of this place. People have been posting saying that during the summer of 2018 the pools have been closed all summer, well the pools were closed in the summer of 2017 as well and they claimed the reason it was closed was because when ever they ran the sprinklers dirt from the flower beds would run over and into the pool, another favorite of theirs is “we are changing pool companies”. During our time here we experienced the management change, the on site manager changed 3 times ( at least) in those 8 months. Our apartment upon move in, in April was filthy. We had to call in professional cleaners and carpet cleaners to do the job that the building should have done as just basic “make ready” prep. They claimed the dirt was because the apartment was vacant for a long time, I understand why because this building is disgusting. The public areas, i.e. the hallways, and entry way, have pee stains from pets and I have even seen feces laying on the ground for several days until who knows came and picked it up. The garage gates were 90% of the time broken. The exterior doors to enter the property were never, ever working in the entire time I live there I never needed a fob. When the gates worked (on the two occasions they were in fact closed) my gate openers didn’t work. If the exterior doors were locked, people could just walk into one of the garages and enter the building through one of the doors accessing the elevators or stairways. Now another matter, the garbage chute, on my floor (the 3rd because the second is just another car garage) the chute door never shut or opened fully, and it always stunk of hot, old, decaying trash. I have photo evidence of all of the dirt in this building, doors never being locked, and filthy carpets inside and outside the apartments. Other than this, we have a sample of some sort of crude oil that came up out of the master bathroom sink, call Williams oil, they sent us a notice of oil leakages that could have affected us, it obviously did, and the building ... guess what, did nothing cause they don’t care. If you want anything done don’t call the maintenance if it’s something you can do, do it. The building never had any on site replacement equipment, our air conditioner went out and they had to replace the entire thing but even so they still couldnt have replaced something even if it was simple they would have had to order the part. But pro tip, call the city health department. Everyone do it, we did and they did nothing. The more people that call they will be forced to do something. Call the EPA and the media too. We had to move due to chronic illness in the family and nothing was ever done about the oil, health, or bio-hazards through out the building.
I wouldnt recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Moved in to moldy smelling stained carpet after promised it would be replaced before our move in from last remnants. Water stains from the ceiling. Toilet leaked. Bike was stolen from inside stairwell. And its only been a few months.
I have resided at Trinity Residences for 6 years, and have truly enjoyed my living experience here. With the recent staff changes, I can see that they are truly trying to enhance our community to the best of their ability. I have spoken with office staff, and they have been warm and welcoming of my personal suggestions for the community. This allows me to believe that they do find my voice important, and are dedicated to making my experience here a great one. I trust that they will continue to improve on communicating with residents, and understand that with construction often brings challenges. I am anxious to see all that the renovations will bring and am excited to see how the community will continue to grow. The location is FANTASTIC, and you just cant beat it! It is a beautiful area.I am very satisfied in my decision to live here.
I went to the pool this morning and noticed the one of the maintenance guys picking out all of the furniture in the pool. Straighting it up and making it beautiful again .after talking to him it was die yo storm yesterday .well i love living here at trininity residences and i think the maintinance mans name was daniel .
There is no security here. Most of the gates to walk in are broken and I routinely have guys rattling my doors in the middle of the night checking to see if my front door is unlocked. They go around and check to see whos left their storage units unlocked about twice a month too, you know when they make their rounds too because they leave the doors open and the units looted. Ive had my storage unit robbed three times and my car broken into twice.
I am posting this review in April 2018 after 5 years of living here. Previously, I had posted a review in 2016 with 3 stars, mostly for the positive attitude of the leasing office. Many things have changed since then, unfortunately for the worst.Beware that the positive reviews come from leasing office staff living here.As indicated by other reviewers, after 2 months of painting the buildings and having to put up with construction workers from 8:00 am to sometimes 9:00 pm the only thing that has changed is the color of the buildings. One of the things that have deteriorated over the past 2 years is the security on the building; breaking into cars (even inside the gated area), packages get routinely stolen in corridors; recently the tire and seat of my mountain bike were stolen while inside the gated area. I filed a police report and I talked to management, the answer from management was: The gate is not supposed to deter robberies or people entering the area (then I dont understand why we have a gated area). The problem is that less than 50% of the garage lights work; the place is really dark in the evening and night providing perfect coverage to whoever is stealing stuff. The excuse for not changing the lights since the new leasing office took over (6 months ago) was that new lights were stuck in CA; this was well over a month ago. Also, the lock on the main doors rarely work and anyone can enter the building by some of the doors located in the garage. And although there is a police officer living in the property I am not sure is very useful as the police car was parked next to my bike; moreover, the phone number provided for the police officer on-site, doesnt work; I reported this to the leasing office and never heard back from management.Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, if you are determined to live here (the location is the only thing is positive for the place right now) ask the leasing office to walk you through the parking garage after 7 pm and use the stairs, hopefully you wont have to maneuver around feces or dog urine or beer bottles. This is supposed to be the upscale property of the 2 they administer, but there is nothing upscale about it.In summary, the leasing office is only focused to renting apartments but not to address security issues or any concern from current residents, so you will be treated like royalty before you sign your lease; afterwards you will join the legions of people ignored by the office. They dont answer the phone (the number provided is a general number that no-one answers); they never respond e-mails and when you go in person, you have to wait for 45-60 mins to talk to the manager (the assistants are not helpful at all). Absolutely ridiculous.
When we moved into this property a year ago we did not expect what we ended up with. While our actual apartment is fine, the property, building and management are horrible. They were bought out and since that day its been a revolving door of new employees. The have been updating the property for an entire year, so residents have had to put up with cranes outside their window first thing in the morning 7 days a week. There have been nails and screws left all over the parking garage and the dog area. The dog areas are sometimes without poo bags for weeks at a time, and the trash where pet owners are suppose to dispose of the waste are overflowing as I type this. The cleanliness of the property is abysmal. There were two spare tires just laying in a parking spot in the front of the building for over a week. It is obvious that no one walks to property, there is trash everywhere. There was gum smeared in the elevator that went uncleaned, the carpets in the hallways are stained with fluid for trash and dog urine. The parking garages were extremely unsafe for months because there was no lighting and the garage doors stay open half the time. There were even a series of break ins. As of right now, in the dead of summer they have shut down both pools for and indefinite amount of time. DO NOT LEASE HERE
I have lived here for over two years and so I feel confident in saying nobody should sign a lease with this complex. As soon as new management took over, everything went downhill.1) I have had my Jeep broken into and my stereo stolen TWICE in less than six months. Another resident spoke with my boyfriend and told him his motorcycle came close to getting stolen, and another resident told me that their tires were stolen off of their vehicle. This is all while parked in the gated parking garage AND having a “security guard.” When the first break-in occurred, the front office assured me that they were installing cameras in the parking garage. When the second break-in occurred 6 months later, I requested footage from the cameras only to be told that they are not installing cameras. They have re-painted everything, gotten new signs, and re-striped the parking garage... but they dont actually care about the safety of the residents clearly.2) After being forced to re-sign up for the online payment system, I accidentally typed a bank account number in wrong. Completely my fault. Instead of being notified that my rent didn’t go through or that my bank account was inccorect (I actually got a “thanks for your payment!” email), I was charged with two late fees - one for the first rent, and then another when my next months rent didn’t go through because I wasn’t notified there was anything wrong with my account - even though I was told it did (another thank-you email)! No notification that I needed to fix my account. My account was then suspended even though I went to the front office and paid in full (including late fees) and fixed everything on my end and I had to fight for three months to be able to pay online or with a check. They kept telling me to get a money order because the corporate system hadn’t unflagged my account yet. They just hadnt gotten around to it; pure laziness.3) A couple days after paying full rent and utilities, I received a written notice on our door that we still owed a certain amount of money and must pay ASAP. I double-checked what I paid vs. what I was billed, and I paid the amount in full. When I went to the front office to figure out what was going on, it turns out that the management team didnt bill all residents for water 3-4 months prior, and they were making up for it now. This was never explained on the notice - they just demanded us to pay the money that was late. Its not my fault it was late if I was never billed for it.4) Please read all other reviews about construction, shutting down the pools all summer, and randomly forcing us to move our cars when there is no other parking for us to go to.
This place is awful. Management is horrible. This place has two pools and BOTH are broken. We ask the front office when they will be open and they give a sorry answer of “hopefully by Memorial Day we are working really hard on it”. The pools have been broken since February and they decide to start doing construction on it mid may??? Makes a lot of sense. This place doesn’t deserve one star it deserves zero. I would advise no one to live here. Can’t wait to move out ASAP.
My post was deleted so I’ll keep putting it up! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! My wife’s and my vehicles have been broken into 5 times!!! FIVE TIMES!! The office lies and won’t do anything. We looked up crime reports and this place is 10 times the crime of surrounding apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
Best apartment I have lived in, in a long time. Maintenance is always quick to respond and I LOVE the fact that they are completely pet friendly, no breed restrictions whatsoever...I was not moving anywhere my dogs couldnt be and being that I have an American bulldog and a German Shepard mix which are not welcome at a lot of other complexes in the area They also do little community things for the residents here, a couple weeks ago they a yappy hour and they have also had several other little events too, Thank you Trinity Residences for being such a welcoming community! If you are looking for a pet friendly community in a great area this is the place to be!
I have lived here for almost 4 years so I feel that I can post an honest review. Since the new Carroll management it has been terrible!!!! We have been dealing with constant renovations. We are now dealing with not having any amenities such as a pool during the summer. When you call to find out when they will be available the management team says they dont know and to call Suzanne in Georgia at the main office. What? Georgia....we are in Texas. Of course I called and left a message and have yet to receive a call back. There are signs everywhere claiming that we have beautiful pools with private cabanas. ....ya right!!! We have no pools. They have been green with algae. Just clean them!! Easy enough solution. They also tried to raise my rent significantly due to the renovations, painting an outdated building does not justify the major increase. Thank you to Katy for speaking up as well. The residents are being told I dont know to every question. Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews, most of them are from people that work there. Trinity Residents is definitely going down hill quickly with no sign of relief! Very disappointed in the new take over!
Please read the reviews for Century Colonial Park, new management have made things even worse if you can believe it. Nothing has changed but the coat of paint on the buildings which took five months with CONSTANT BEEPING from their construction equipment. We still have issues with moldy busted pipes in the stairwells, fire alarms going off all the time, roaches, giant dumpsters overflowing with trash BLOCKING the fire lanes in the rear of the building, and to top it off the management has been lying about recycling for years. We became suspicious when they ran out of recycling bags last year. Then I saw one of my recycling bags in the overloaded dumpsters. I waited to speak to the trash pickup guy that confirmed we have NEVER had recycling pickup at this place. They also have issues with figuring out charging for services such as water and trash. Sometimes they dont bill you for months and then come back asking for double the fees in very confusing emails. These people have ruined our experience here and we will not be renewing this summer. Avoid at all costs.
This place is absurd. I moved out November 19th. It is March 1st. The contract states that I should have my deposit back in 30 days. Since December 19th, Ive been in constant contact with these people in an attempt to get my deposit refunded. Ive even showed up in person trying to get some answers. Today they told me that I received a full refund and they mailed the check out in late December (I obviously never received this). They said theyd see what they could do about getting another check sent out. 10 minutes later they call me back and say, Oh actually what we sent you in December was a statement and you have a balance of $109. But I dont see that its gone to collections yet. Ridiculous. Do not sign a lease with these people if you want your deposit back. I kept my apartment in pristine condition, always paid rent on time, but it doesnt matter. Theyll keep your money.
Following a management change after living here for 18 months we had high hopes of improvements to the community. Unfortunately things have declined significantly and can only advise to look elsewhere for apartments around Fort Worth. The new team seem utterly incompetent in being able to offer a well run, well managed, and pleasant place to live. From general upkeep and maintenance, a fit for purpose administration system, and effective communication, all sadly lacking.
DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO APPLY HERE! The leasing agent is so incompetent along with the rest of the management company. They have no lack of common sense when it comes to future and even current residents. I applied here thinking it would be like all other places Ive applied to but no I was wrong. I got my welcome letter after multiple calls and emails asking what was going on. 10 days before my move in date is when someone reached out to me. How is that even enough time to give someone?
This is was a very nice place. I feel like I got good value and service for my money. They went thru transition of ownership which was not smooth but really not that bad. Im recommending the place to a friend. The location is ideal for any age. I walked to nearby shops and restraints and will miss that benefit.
Thank you for always going above and beyond for your residents. No matter how busy you are, you guys always make an effort to respond and take care of any issues reported and I appreciate you all very much! I have referred a few people looking, so they can come and enjoy their home here! Thank you Billy, Angela, Jevita and Rachel for giving us a great experience! I love my home❤️ You guys make the difference. Keep up the great customer service and care.Sylvie
New management is a joke. They dont respond to emails or calls. The pools are a muddy mess. Car has been broken into twice and they dont care. Fire alarms went off three times in one week and they are LOUD. Theres trash everywhere All of the dog stations dont have bags so theres poop everywhere. Renovations have been goin on for six months and nothing has changed. These pics are what they dont show you on a tour. If they really respected their residents they wouldnt have us living in a trashy mess. I know they will respond to a review but not to a real person and make up a renovation excuse here but people should know.
If I could give a zero I would. Sign a lease at your own risk. Signed a 1 year lease and moved into an apartment with none of the amenities discussed. Waited for 2 months before moved into an apartment that included partial amenities. Put in 30 day notice (60 day with 3rd management company only to be told by Rachel Brooke asst manager that the only lease they had on file is a 12 month lease that executed from the day of move in into correct appartment. So an additional 2 months tacted on.Of course they have no record of original lease. No itemization of payment remittance and Rachels position is the lease they have on file. Although, direct evidence would clearly indicate miss handling. All residents should request an itemized invoice of historical payment including the over $1,000 in mysterious water meter charge back. You will find their accounting system and CRM platform have some major gaps.I have a call into my attorney who is reviewing the original lease. I dont know what or if there are state laws to protect tennats but I will update this post with his advise.Note: once again its put on the Tennant to take action. Dont let the paint fool Trinity residence managements position is to protect the revenue at all costs.
Edit:Feel free to check my review under Century Colonial Park, which is the old name of this building.Since the new team took over things are significantly worse. The entire complex has been a noisy dusty construction yard for the past 2 months.Renovations mostly consist of a pointless repainting. None of the major issues have been addressed. Fake concern on the google reviews page isnt fooling anyone.
It took me 30 seconds to send money to an antique shop in London with my phone, and I received the item I purchased within a week from that same shop halfway around the world. Tomorrow, I have to drive 25 minutes to my bank and back to get a cashiers check to pay my rent to the office directly across the street from the door of my apartment which is, maybe, 50 yards away. I haven’t had a checkbook for at least three years — because I can send money with my phone in 30 seconds. The complex has been under new ownership for at least six weeks, and they still haven’t figured out how to take an electronic payment.
I enjoyed my time here at Broadstone on Trinity. I lived here for a year for grad school at TCU. It was a quick, convenient drive to school and was close to other attractions as well. I really liked having a balcony view of the Trinity river/trail and easy access to the trail. It made living in the city not so “city like”. Very convenient to walk over to the colonial golf course for the Charles Schwab tournament in May as well! The office staff was always helpful and nice. I would live here again.

2022-02-01We have lived here for a few years and I have always been happy here! I feel very safe in our complex, day and night. Very nice amenities including a dog spa 🤗, a gated dog park, multiple dog runs to take them to the bathroom, two pools, two gated garages, a storage mail box system to keep packages secure, and it’s right on the trinity river. Angela and Derek in the office are super helpful and they answer emails really quickly! They are very welcoming here. There was a while where the fire alarms went off all the time, but that issue seems to be resolved as of late. We love living here and highly recommend it.

2021-11-07After a year and a half, we can confidently say that we are Broadstone on Trinitys biggest fans. We read lots of reviews before moving in but none captured the true experience: living here is an absolute joy! Location is what brought us, but the details keep us around. We recently renewed our lease and moved to a larger unit. Our first unit was sparkling clean when we first moved in, and our new one was no different. Maintenance is faster than anywhere else weve lived. We once put in a few requests and left the apartment for the day, expecting them to get back to us in 48 hours or so. I got a text message 20 minutes later asking for entry to the unit! Both units weve lived in are classic/non-renovated units. We think theyre really nice, so its hard to imagine anything could be better. Most neighbors are courteous, keep to themselves, and lots of dog owners. Plenty of parking for residents and guests. Maintenance and cleaning staff friendly and communicative. Angela especially has been SO attentive since day ONE! Hallways stay clean, valet trash schedule is consistent, and the pools have been amazing places to hangout with friends and family during hot Texas summers.A short fire alarm issue could have been really difficult, but thanks to clear communication about what was going on as well as quick resolution, it was honestly no trouble at all. We are glad to be safe in the event of disaster.A few more notes:- Life with our husky/lab mix works perfectly here - multiple dog amenities including frequent doggy bags, sidewalks, and a dedicated dog park. Also, theres a dog wash, which is soooo much better than bathing him in our bathtub.- As a fitness enthusiast, Pops Gym around the corner is a personal highlight for me. The Trinity Trail is also a great place to run, bike, or even kayak if you own a boat! Theres a drop-in really close by the apartments. You can also walk half a mile down the trail to Ascension Coffee for breakfast, or HG SPLY for dinner. We love both.- University Park Village shopping center is somewhere we visit daily, especially for Starbucks. Apple Store great to have close by.- West 7th food is GREAT. Our favorites include Cookshack, Hanabi Ramen, Snooze Eatery, Serious Pizza, and Crumbl Cookies.

2022-03-17I recently moved to Texas from Chicago and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve had a couple complications transitioning and all the ladies have been so patient and caring throughout! HANDS DOWN the BEST office staff I’ve encountered. Angela made my leasing experience seamless!!! Very patient and detailed!! Vanessa has been the most patient property manager I’ve experienced! The area is safe and secure! Nice people in the complex. Dog friendly! Minutes away from food, the zoo, and the park. Apartment floor plans are as advertised and maintenance is very quick if any issue should arise in your apartment! I would recommend this place 100xs!!!

2022-04-27Honestly I love where I live. Angela is amazing and deserves it all! Great location and cute community. The fire alarms were an issue at one point, which was listed in previous reviews. They haven’t gone off in about two months now, so that’s progress. They are also extremely communicative. Keep doing what you’re doing!

2021-09-09I resigned my lease the other day for a 3rd year at Trinity Residences. I absolutely love it here!! They are dog friendly and in the perfect location. You can walk outside and be right on the trinity river, which was my selling point. Angela, one of the leasing managers, has been here since I signed my lease 3 years ago and has always been kind and helpful. Staff responds back to emails in a timely fashion. They are great about updating residents when the office will be closed or about anything happening around the complex. I live on the East side and have the perfect view of downtown. The package delivery system requires packages either be placed in a locker or delivered to the office, which guarantees your packages will be safe. I think the fire alarm issue that many others talk about is an old and outdated issue. It happened twice back-to-back times in the past 2 years and they notified residences that it would be fixed. Haven’t had an issue since! My bathroom has a stand-up shower AND bathtub separate… how could I live anywhere else!? It’s spacious, friendly, and perfectly located!

2022-02-05Moved from Illinois to Fort Worth without much prior knowledge or experience with renting apartments. The leasing staff here was extremely patient, friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the entire process of applying and moving in to the apartment. Ashlei and Angela made a conscious effort to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. It really helped me through what was a very stressful experience in finding an apartment. Very excited to spend the next 13 months here at Broadstone!

2022-02-26EDIT: After receiving insight from the property manager regarding the fire alarm situation, I’ve decided to amend my review. The clear and honest communication was much appreciated. Like I said before, I love living here. Staff are prompt and helpful, the location is amazing, and we love our unit and floor plan. I really hope there will be a permanent solution to the fire alarm problem soon.

2022-02-15At first it was a fine experience, however I did have a small complaint that the fire alarms would go off randomly for no reason but they assured me that they were upgrading the system. Its been this way for the full year that I lived at the complex. Speaking of a year, I was in a lease for one year while I finished my degree at a local university. then I would go month to month while I searched for a job. As I approached the end of my lease I asked how the rate would be determined, I was told that the month to month rate would be determined by what was stated in my lease of $1,400 a month. I asked this multiple times and was told this multiple times, come around to January the month my lease expires. Im told I need to pay a $680 fee for being month to month. This is quite the increase when adding the fees that are tacked on my rent went from the $1,200 in my lease to $2,200 a month. They either mislead me for many months with what my monthly rate would be or were grossly misinformed throughout the entire process. On a more positive note the new front desk lady is very nice and was understanding, the maintenance is fast to respond and the location is convenient (however it is right next to a train-yard so the noise is very loud regularly.TLDR; Fire alarms are a constant issue to the point where no one listens to them, Will be told on thing and then another thing will happen and MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.

2022-06-06Angela and Ashley in the leasing office are awesome. Quick turnaround times for fixes, plenty of amenities, 2 swimming pools, shopping and food super close, and stone counter tops! Super safe area and a nature trail runs along the Trinity River. Beautiful golf course nearby and close to TCU.
