The place was not that busy but we did go in with like 15 people it took forever to get our drinks or orders and the place wasnt really that good as flavor-wise. If I had a choice I would rather go to Wingstop. I had a drink called a Mountain Dew Long Island I could not taste any alcohol in it. I would not recommend getting the nachos. I will not go back to this place nor would I recommend anyone going there
It was trash service. They said new management, but it was the same ol’ same.We sat down for about 15 minutes before I got up and asked for a waiter or waitress. Let me preface this with there were only 8 tables, including ours, with people and 6 waiters and waitresses just standing around. One waitress just stood around the whole time we were there! The guy next to us saw us looking around for another 5 minutes. He told his waiter we needed someone, so he finally came to us.He put in for the wrong beer even though I pointed it out on the menu as their featured drink. Our food took quite some time to come out. The sauce on them was great. The wings were not. Hardly any meat. They were cold like they came out of the fridge. Super weird to taste wings like that. But the fries were fresh hot. He also forgot my water. Usually not a big deal, but it would be a different story if things were going well.Overall a 2/10 experience and I’ll keep avoiding BWW.
Waiting 10 minutes standing at the entrance to get seated while waitresses just looked at us standing there. In those 10 minutes, I watched 3 tables that were already seated, stand up and walk out because “their table was being ignored” and that came from the people walking out. There were 5-6 tables with people minus the 3 that walked out so not busy at all. Waitresses did not look like they wanted to deal with customers, did not feel welcomed at all.
Arrived to a seat yourself scenario. My party and I were not upset by this, however it was different from normal visits. We seated ourselves in the bar area with a high 6top table. Our waiter was the bartender, he did a fantastic job. The only downside to this visit was the high noise area in the bar, we did not realized it was open mic night for Karaoke, (I hope I spelled that right.) The food was good, garlic parmesean boneless wings definitely tasted like straight mild... I will definitely eat here again, on a boneless wings BOGO Thursday.
I NEVER leave bad reviews but this time I had to. I walked in with my daughter yesterday around 4 pm. It was slow so there’s no excuse for the terrible service. The servers were all in the front gossiping and didn’t bother to greet me. I took my daughter to the bathroom and came back out and they still didn’t greet me. They were too busy complaining about some girl that works night shift and just gossiping. So I had to ask them myself if I can go ahead and sit in a booth. Then they all looked at eachother like which one of them was going to take my table. Just tacky and rude. I ordered a drink and the server went to put my order in and then she comes back to tell me “ that drink is $10 because it has red Bull in it” like okay? I ordered the drink. I want the drink. I didn’t ask the price. The whole experience was just awful. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing white knee length spandex gym shorts. I still tipped $15 and really shouldn’t have. Dusty is the only person I cannot complain about !!!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I totally understand that they are short staffed but my family and I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody greeted us. Employees passed us and acted like we werent even there. After telling a waiter about our situation, he didnt apologize or anything. He wasnt concerned at all. We will never be going back.
Haven’t been in for awhile, but stopped by this evening for wings and a beer. Good service and the wings were still great.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our road trip. Staff was extremely helpful and lively. Bar service was great .. drinks made beyond expectation.Food was hot and very well prepared.Have to say great job keep up the great work !
Horrible just go somewhere else! They sat me and my family of down (4 total)and they forgot about us after 20 minutes we had to call someone to order our drinks. food took forever and when the fried pickles finally came(entree) they weren’t cooked right. My sister felt sick after eating and my husband ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese they never brought a spoon even tho he asked three times. He just ate some wings.We had to ask for to go boxes and I had to scoop the Mac and cheese into a box with my hands and then after the waiter brought the spoon. RIDICULOUS.Paid $150 for horrible service and food. All I know is my dogs are getting the to go boxes of food.
Probably an off day for the staff. Wrong sauce on my wings (was something sweet and not Thai curry) and Mac and cheese was off too (too much of a cream cheese taste) and my wife’s wrap was missing some listed ingredients. Usually food isn’t bad
Listen the food was fine and the place was dirty, but the staff was amazing. They were super sweet and doing all they could to get everything done while being short staffed. Very grateful for them.
Ordered 12 sides of blue cheese to go for 60 wings as well as southwest ranch for cheese curds and got a total of 3 things of plain ranch. This has happened twice now and while I understand that they are busy Id really like to get my order. Prior order also was supposed to be 15 barbaque and 15 dry rub but they gave me 30 barbaque.
So I decided to get Chicken wings for a super bowl pot luck i was going to.The store was very busy, understandably, so I sat in the bar area and ordered a draft beer tall, 20 boneless honey bbq and 20 jerk seasoning.Enough time passed where I ordered and finished a second tall beer. Yes very busy, no problem. Bill 70+I went to the party and tried my wings.. OMG Hockey pucks would have been easier to eat.Flavor was ok but the tenders were far from tender and 60% of them were thrown out, 40% made it to peoples plates where I watched them take 1 bite and either spit it out or 1 bite was enough and the rest went to trash.This is my experience only and I hope yours is much much better.
Do not go here!! My order was 20 minutes late and I had to go back in twice because over half my order of wings was missing. I specifically asked to make sure my sauces were in there and they lied about it. If you eat in it take 30 minutes to get food even if it’s empty. I stood around for 10 minutes while making eye contact with 4 employees and a manager waiting to be helped at the register. The manager walked away to watch the game after he looked at me. I will never be coming back to this location. They are horrible and extremely slow.

Was the worst experience iv ever had anywhere..we sat at our table for 30 mins. Waiting to get drinks .i had to go ask for the drinks .and then it was around 30 mins more before they took our order ...the only time we seen our waiter is when he was serving everyone around us and told us sorry but still never waited on us ..had to go give my own order to a lady that said she was the manager
5/24/2022Came to BWW on Coulter and sat down for 10 minutes and never was acknowledged. There were 3 other people in the dining area. We just freaking left. It was stupid.
Service is horrible!! Girl with green hair was just cussing away loud and rude. Waited 45 mins for my order then she tells me dont come back. No manager in sight!! Just a bunch of kids running this place.
Terrible. Ordered on the phone the BOGO on Thursdays, they said Id get 12 if I ordered 6. They gave me 6 with my order and said its an in store purchase only and did nothing to fix the 10 dollars worth of wings I was screwed out of

We stopped coming for a reason. Place still smells bad, wings were not cooked all the way and really small for the price of the food. It says under new management but still the same thing.
It wasnt the best. The Buffalo chicken tots were terrible, the tots were burnt. The table was sticky i grabbed my kid baby wipes and cleaned the table. Im pretty sure i was sitting on some crumbles of someone elses food.

Took much longer than expected for carry out and it’s like they didn’t even care to actually coat all of the wings fully. It’s been over a year since we’ve eaten here and thought we’d give them another chance. Not worth the disappointment.
Went here bc my daughter wanted to go out to eat for her birthday and chose this place. Havent been here for a while since new restaurants started popping up and weve been trying those out. She chose this place bc Dad used to bring them here to watch the games so those are her special memories connected to Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered buffalo loaded tots which were amazing and fresh. I recommend dipping the tots in the ranch dip. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich... I have had better at other restaurants. Potatoe wedges were delicious. Was a bit disappointed with my sandwich which my husband also ordered the same sandwich and agreed something was off. Also, please fix your drink machine bc our drinks were flat. I was expecting a crisp drink. There wasnt really an apology when I brought it to the waitresses attention only a Pepsi guy needs to fix it. I bet it needs a good deep clean on the nozzle and the soda would have tasted a lot better. Speaking from experience. Daughter had a great time and thats what matters. Was surprised bc usually their food is delicious and everything is on point but they were off their game this time.
Want some wings and yummy appitizers to go along with your order than this is the place to go. They have so many choices on their menu and each one is delicious, pick the right choice for you. Orders are made fresh and you can dine in or carry out. Eat inside and enjoy the music or the TVs they have with so many stations playing at all time. This is a great get away for a snack, dinner or evening out.
Service was good until we needed our ticket. Had to wait iver 30 minutes after we were done eating to get it and had to qsk another waitress.
The service was bad, took a long time to greet us, they took a while getting food out as well. There was yelling and cursing in the kitchen from maybe a server & a cook. Overall we have not had a good experience here at this location the past two times we have came.
It’s been a while since I’ve been here, decided to give them another shot well it didn’t go too well, waited an hour for food my wings had no sauce just plain when I specifically asked for extra sauce to cover my wings. They brought me only a 2oz side I even joked around and told my husband I should have brought my Buffalo sauce from home lol , ordered two sides of Mac and cheese that were completely cold I had to send them back out waitress who was very attentive btw brought me back 2 more sides that were a replica of the previous decided not to eat them, we also had to wait longer for a side of fries after receiving our food. Not to mention how dirty the bathrooms and the dinning area is ! Maybe a fourth of the restaurant was full not pleased at all after seeing my bill close to $80 for long wait and cold food very disappointing
Buffalo has always had good wings at times. It really depends on the time you go honestly. Some days service is amazing and food comes out within 30 minutes.Other days its almost an hour an half till you get your food. This last time I went. The wait was pretty long.The overall environment is very casual for a family dinner or get together. Overall, the food still was good and the server was very helpful.
After several tries over the past I have figured out their business model. Suffice to say that if you are not drinking alcohol, then you will receive poor service, food, and overall dinner experience. Will not return again.
The place was super loud and even our waitress was complaining of the noise. Food was ok I had the 4 piece naked tenders but only was served 3 and a half. My son is sensitive to loud noises and with the TV being up so high you could hear it outside he was miserable the whole time we where there. I also left with a headache because of the noise. We had to ask several times for them to turn it down and took them 45 to turn it down one notch. We wont be back.
Terrible service last week. Wife had to get her own refill. Waited 20min for appetizers and another 40min for food and still nothing. We left .
I was excited about special parking for veterans but when we entered the building it was All dirty. My family and I wait for 10 minutes and no one show up to get us a table. Disappointed. Not recommend it.
Literally Poor service from our server Vany. Every time we asked for a drink it seemed like we where bothering her. At a time when we asked for a corona she made a really bad face impression. She needs a new job if she doesn’t like help serving people.
Buffalo wild wings is a great place to watch a game. Food could be better. But I keep coming back. Always a good time here

Well I went in hoping to watch some football and enjoy a nice meal. 1 hr later after ordering I had to go find my food. Long story short, after asking a manager where my food was I then got the silent treatment from all the staff. It was like I was infected with a disease. Nobody would look at my direction. This place has really gone down hill. If I could give a zero I would. Best of luck to this location.
Called in an order on weekend and no answer. Had to place online. Ordered Buffalo Bleu burger for pick up and very little fires and no sauce or bleu on the burger. One near Airport Blvd was better.
Clean place. Order was 100% correct with great fast service and food was hot! Definitely recommend

Arrived and was immediately seated. Only 2 groups already seated and eating. Waited 10 minutes for waitress to take order. After 45 minutes, and other groups arriving after getting their orders at their tables, never recieved food. Had to ask for to-go boxes. Waited another 15 minutes. Will not return as they cannot respect my time.

Tuesday night karaoke at 9pm usually fun and food is good but sometimes, like last night, without any prior warning, they delay start until some sports event is over. Last night, this was a baseball all star game that started the 7th inning about 9pm. Lasted until about 10:30. So 30+ people had to wait while 3 people watched the ballgame at the bar. Management should have come up with a compromise like buying those 3 a complimentary drink or two for watching the end of the game without sound so karaoke folks could have done their thing also. One couple makes an almost 100 mile round trip. My round trip is over 50 miles. At least 10 gave up and left because of the long wait. If this happens again, I for one, will find somewhere else to go.

Worst service we have ever had. First we have no waitress than when she comes over after 15 mins, we can hardly hear her. She takes our order and then another 15 mins she comes back and asks to take our order again. We barely got our drinks after all that. I don’t know if she was having a hard time or she was high. But awful service. We even talked to the manager and he didn’t help at all. So after 45 mins of no food we left.
First off, if we had checked the recent reviews we would never have come here. When we first got here we had to wait ten minutes to even get seated, there was no one else waiting. It was just that there was no host, and no one seemed to care about seating us. Once we finally got seated we were helped quickly and were able to order. The food took an hour or longer, and we were only a party of two. I had ordered boneless wings but for some reason was given bone-in wings. I would’ve said something but didn’t want to wait another hour for six wings. Won’t be going back.
Called in a $74.00 order and was told that it would be ready for pick up in 25-30 minutes which was fine. When I arrived I paid plus tip. I was told it wasn’t ready yet and again I was fine with that until after 20 minutes I was told they didn’t have my order in the kitchen. Then I waited another 25 minutes to finally get my food. I asked 3 times to speak to a manager but neither one would come out of the kitchen to speak with me. I would not be writing this review if one of them would have taken a minute to speak to me. I will not order from them again. Customer service goes along way
Came in with my cousin to get some wings. Took an hour to get our food, my coke sat empty for about 15-20 minutes. Took 30 mins for my cousin to get his drink. Food was kinda warm when we got it. It tasted ok but nothing like it used to. Waiter came by I think 3 or 4 times in the total hour and a half we were there. They werent busy when we got there at all and it didnt pick up until right before we got our food so that couldnt have been the issue for the bad service.This will be my last visitOh and update I paid cash for my order. The waiter never brought me change. I guess he assumed the change was his tip. I dont even care about the money but I dont appreciate the assumption especially after sub par service
Despite waiting over an hour for our dinner, due to the kitchen being backed up, our waitress was phenomenal. She kept our drinks filled and kept us informed of what was going on with our meals. Would return simply because our waitress was great.
Went in 12/15/21 at 12:10, received food an hour and a half after ordering, then was expected to pay full price. Every table that I could see people sitting at was also void of food, and spoke to some others that were there for almost 2 hours and had not received food either. Very poor service, will not be going back.
I custom made my boneless wings with chipotle bbq dry rub spun in asain zing. Perfect for a Saturday night getting off work with friends. My server Trevor was super nice and friendly but it did seem they had a staffing issuse because there were only 2 servers on the floor and it was busy. Food was great cant wait to go back!
Our server was rude, our drinks were empty for quite some time, never brought us any napkins for traditional wings. Only checked on us one after she took our order, we came in around 730p and didnt get our food until close 9p. I understand if someone is busy, but only checking on us one time, our drinks completely empty, its uncalled for.
Sadly we did not get to attempt the food. We stood at the entrance on Sunday evening for about 10 minutes and we had to wave someone down for any type of contact. This was after everyone walked by us with no acknowledgement. Once we were seated, again their was no acknowledgement after numerous servers walked by. I am not blaming this on lack of servers. This was full on no care on all the faces of servers. I seen other people frustrated as well. This was our first experience at BWW. Hopefully we can try again and get better experience.

There is a whole assortment of negative things about this place. Waited two hours for cold wings and cold fries. Our waitress performed astounding being that she was so bogged down. But the atmosphere was terrible. If I could rate the atmosphere alone, it’d be -1 star. I love Kevin gates and Lord knows I love Fiddy cent but not while I’m eating my final meal of the day. I don’t wanna feel like I’m about to trap or hoop while I eat with my family, especially (and I cannot stress this enough) wait two hours for some cold food.
Typical bar vibe with loud customers and music. The food was mediocre but the bartender was very attentive and did an excellent job serving. Will be back when the occasion arises.
Ordered a salad with chicken. I literally got lettuce chicken tomatoes salad dressing and thats it for 11.00 ish. I thought s bit pricey for a side salad and it took well over 15 minutes to make and I was the only customer in there. Bar tender was fast kind and apologized for slow food.
There were no bone in chicken wings. We came in a party of 18 and no one wanted us. We had to arrange our tables on the inside deck and later on the outside deck, deciding it was to hot on the inside. We had one server who was exceptional considering the size of our party. We needed at least 2. We were there for over 3 hours bf everyone was served and we took out a few things bc the chef was still gathering up the last of our food orders. As I said before, our waitress deserves employee of the year. Did I mention she had to dance around 5 children ages 3 to 13 who barely sat down the entire time. So ultamitly, the franchise should always be ready for big party bc they sell big party food. The manager kicked in his assistance at the last minute so kudos to him as well. The waitress had as little help here and there from her go workers but it was clear they they did not want to help out.
I’ve had two experiences in the last month or so. The first experience we waited forever to be seated ended up seating ourselves at the bar once seated we were served quick it was super busy we expected to wait on food to which we did a solid 45 mins but other then that service was good. Second time was last-night, walked in waited a few mins SEVERAL employees walked by didn’t offer any assistance so we again went to the bar; all tables were either sat or dirty tried to clean one off ourselves but then a sweet server stopped by cleaned it for us then told us food orders were about an hour behind which we said okay too and asked if we could sit outside on the patio and have drinks while we wait for food. We went out found a table literally waited 15 minutes no one came to our table but several servers walked by and served every single table by us one actually made eye contact with us and kept walking as if she was too busy to even say hi have you been helped! So we left to which no one noticed either; on the way out several employees walked in front of us like rudely crossing without saying excuse me. I waited tables for years I know what it’s like to be busy/swamped they were not THAT BUSY if you have open tables you have time . Even if they were nothing excuses their lack of general customer service, kindness, etc. Will not spend another dollar at this establishment.
The wings and wedges were a sure thing. The beer was pretty warm though. The service is why we stayed after drinking that beer. Great job Lacey

I loved this place, the wings I had were very good and the whole place was very clean. The staff was so nice and respectful. I really recommend coming here with your friends for lunch or dinner! Definitely gets a thumbs up! 👍
Service was great staff was very attentive and the food was good. Heads up on the chicken tenders!! They stay hot long after they reach your table. Proceeds with caution before enjoying the delicious chicken tenders.
The wings were great but the service was terrible. We had China as our waitress and it took 20 minutes before she even came to get our drink order. She never came back to check on us/refill our drinks. She kept trying to run off before we could finish ordering food. The food took over 40 minutes to come out when we did finally order and they didnt even get everything. We had to ask other servers for help because our waitress wasnt seen anywhere.
Horrible!! We did have a big party but had called and was suppose to have tables ready but miss communication tables are not ready. After we get seated..which took 30 or so minutes, 1 hour later we flagged down waiter he says 20 more minutes, 30 minutes later we flag him down again....manger comes to tell us they are out of hamburger. What? We left and will not be back!!
Went in during lunch on a Tues and didnt seem busy, thought sweet we will get service fast. Boy was I wrong. No one greeted us, no even knowledge us standing there not even a ill be right with you as we were standing there to get seated. I saw at least 4 or 5 waitresses stare towards us and just didnt even say anything. I was fixing to leave until after waiting for like 15 mins and finally someone said give me a minute and then I got you. Friendly girl but not friendly enough to want to come back and the bad part is we live 2 hours away just to come here next time Ill just go to the one by the airport.
If I could give zero stars I would. We should have known it would be bad when we were carded for beer. We are well over 50 so being carded was beyond weird. 45 minutes after ordering we left without eating. Ordered beer and wings. I mean isn’t that what BWW specializes in? But we had one beer and our waitress didn’t bother to notice that our glasses were empty even though she waited on the table next to us twice. When we inquired about the delay in our boneless wings we were told it was Friday night so everything took longer. At 50% capacity I can’t imagine how bad it would be on a normal night. We left and went to a different restaurant and within 5 minutes of sitting down had drinks. Within 10 minutes we had bread and salad. Doesn’t matter that it is Friday night at that restaurant.Also what is the point of a mask if you pull it down to talk when you are taking orders? And the person that delivered food to the table next to us didn’t even have a mask on.
Starting with the good - the TVs. Lots.The bad - beer selection was mostly exhausted. Tried 3 different selections and every time the waitress came back saying they were out.The ugly - ordered 10 wings way past the dinner rush. Still took 45 minutes to deliver. When they came out, the were cold. Not warm, not room temperature, cold. As if they were in the refrigerator prior to serving. I dont understand how this could be possible as they obviously were cooked prior to serving.
This was the frist and last time I eat here. The services was awful and the food is over priced for the serving amount. My family tipped them anyway. But I do not believe in rewarding bad services and bad food. They can not follow simple two-step directions and want a $15 an hour pay. It was a slow day and they need classes on how to services your customers.
I order two boneless wings orders, and was served regular wings. Then the wings were completely over cooked and too hard to eat. Plus the lemon pepper chicken was barely seasoned. It seemed someone simply threw seasoning in the box and completely missed the chicken. The taste was completely dissatisfying. I’m new to Texas and I WILL NOT order from this place again.
We wait 20min to get a table and it wasnt because they were busy but because no table had been cleaned. Waited 1hr 30min to get our cold food and couldnt even get a refill on our drinks while we waited, poor service and food. Definitely will not be back ever again.
If you like waiting an hour and a half to get served this is your place. My kids where even complaining about how long it took just to get an appetizer and drink refills. Finally got our food and mixed up our order I know Im not the only one this has happened too

Was going to drop by last night while I was in town. Saw a sign that said “we’re short staffed please excuse wait”. That didn’t bother me much because other bdubs are usually busy and this one had like 4 or 5 cars out front. Sat down at the bar for 10 minutes nobody came by. I looked around as I left there were maybe 2-3 tables and 1 server. Pretty awful. I also noticed a foul smell at the entrance that was sickening.
The waitress took a long time to serve us. It was not that busy. Also they have very liberal views regarding the virus. No menus, condiments, salt 🧂,pepper, nothing. Also I ordered a cheese curd burger. She served me a bacon 🥓 cheese burger 🍔. Very sad.

We were quickly seated, our waitress, Sunnie, came over in a very timely manner, she was EXCELLENT!!!Our food took a bit of time, the 4 guys ordered wings & I ordered all American burger, all the food was really good.The waitress was wonderful, the food was really delicious, just a little slow!It was my first time to ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings, I’m POSITIVE I will be back!!!! Don’t know why it took me so long to check it out!!!!
The place smelled bad, service was poor in dining room a little better in the bar. I would not go back however. I am sure there are better places.
Have given them three attempts and each time have watched staff walk past us more than once and never get waited on. Last time manager just watched us not get waited on and only tried to apologize for not getting served but never stepped in to give customer service. Epic failure and this was before, during, after covid.
Took my kids to eat here because they love the wings. Sat at the table for 20 minutes and no one ever came over to take our drink order. As I sat there looking around, all of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and they had no clue what they were doing. We used to come here about 3 or 4 times a month but quit because the service was bad. Decided to give it another try and again, the service was terrible. I will not be back.
Was promised my to go order at 6. Arrived at 6, was told to come back as order wasn’t ready. Came back at 6:10, was completely ignored by the people behind the counter until I spoke up and said my name. They went into the kitchen for another five minutes only to come out and say it was just being put in the oven. I had been waiting for almost an hour and a half at this point. They came out with a bag and didn’t bother going over what the food inside was. Turns out they were giving me the completely wrong order and my order had been in the warmer the whole time. My fries are cold, and my order was still wrong because the boneless wings they gave me were regular buffalo and not spicy garlic. And then they didn’t have any of the condiments ready either. Completely disorganized, would never go here again. If you can’t get even my simple order right, there’s something wrong with your restaurant.
This place has gone down hill! We have been waiting for over an hour for our food! It seems like only one waitress is working and only one cook. Seriously if they dont have enough employees maybe they need to close.
Buffalo Wild Wings on Coulter showed the worst customer service tonight. I placed an online order at 6:30 and received an email with the expected ready time of 7. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:55 and patiently waited for my food. At 7:15 I was given our order, but it was the wrong food. I waited 10 more minutes to get the right order but then it was missing part of our food the second time. So, I waited for about 15 more minutes. I then asked to speak to a manager because I had been at the restaurant for almost 45 minutes and still had not received all of my food. The manager said he could refund me my money since I had already paid, but then he came back and said he could only refund me half. When I told him I would like a full refund due to half of my order now being cold he proceeded to grab my food off the counter and throw my entire bag of food into the trash can without a word and stormed into the kitchen and then would not return to talk to me. I left the restaurant with no food and no refund. I will be calling the restaurant tomorrow to speak with a general manager and get my money back but this restaurant won’t be getting our business again. Jeff is the managers name. In no situation is it acceptable to throw a customers food into the trash can when they have already paid for it in full. Nobody could give me the name or number to Jeffs boss so if anyone knows please let me know. The rest of the staff was friendly and apologetic. My only problem is Jeff the manager.
Had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. Ordered a House Sampler and wings and was told that it would come out in 20. Ended up waiting a full hour before being told there would be another 20 minute wait. The service lately has been going down since COVID hit. Most likely wouldnt come here again.
I ordered 20 traditional wings online for pick up. Upon arriveing to pick up my food they had made boneless wings. I told them this I was told I cant order traditional wings to go. When I complained about this I was told there is a wing shortage. This is the 1st I heard of this however if this is true they should have stated this before I ordered. Ive been a customer for yrs but no more.
Horrible place order food. If you call in they tell you its going to take an hour for you food. After you order and hang up they laugh at the time they gave you. I didnt order food over the phone I ordered carry out at the counter just overheard the phone calls while waiting. After I made my order and asked if it would take an hour also. They laughed and said no just 15 mins thats just what they tell call ins. They have also disabled online ordering.
The short blonde waitress that works in the bar acted like she had better places to be. She was rude and seemed to only start caring once me and my friend we obviously irritated. We both ordered appetizers and did not receive them until we got all of our food and to top it all off, our food was cold and the wings had a hair on them.
I love Asian Zing! Enjoyed every bite! Parmesan Garlic was pretty good too but that Asian Zing one is on point! Their Mac and Cheese is really good too. The reason I’m giving a 4 star review today is because the person they had working the counter and answering the phone seemed less than thrilled to be there and had a bit of an attitude. That and no covid restrictions in place for protection. Non of the employees had masks, which I know Texas got rid of the mandate but I feel like covid is still a big concern in our community. Last time I visited some of our food was cold but this time it was all good. Will be back to try more flavors. So far Asian Zing is my favorite! Husband says he wishes y’all would carry rolls and we both agree that your ranch sauce could be better, we do like the ranch better at wingstop

They took an hour to give me my food and when I got it the order was wrong. They took another 30 mins to give me the right order and the food wasnt even that good. This isnt the first time its been like this either. If you mind waiting an hour for your food then thats on you. I dont recommend it.
So, I havent been at this location in a while. The waitress nice, the food ok. It literally took us an hour to get our food....smh. they apologized to us & explain that the cooks were trying to get it together lol... ok. Im not sure if Ill be back
Came to this location & was not satisfied at all...... waiter brought out our food, it was cold, & tasted like refrigerator. Once, we said something our waitress rolled her eyes & walked away. Not even, giving us the option of our money back.. She was very rude once confronted & yelled ignorant comments. The cook than tried to fight... Do not recommend very very un professional. Do not waste your time confronting, unless you wanna fight the manager, waitress or cook.

Called to ask if they were doing the bogo traditional on tuesday and spoke to 2 different people and both said yes, get there and the waitress said the store wasnt doing that.. she was very rude only saw her once , she didnt even bring us the food somone else did, she finally appeared when she dropped off check.. asked to speak to manager about the bogo deal and was told there wasnt one around....THIS LOCATION SUCKS ..NEVER AGAIN
The patio was very dirty. Tables were filthy on the patio. Trash was blowing around like crazy. A customer picked up many handfuls of napkins that were blowing around. Service was poor until manager was notified and then we were very well taken care of after that. Love the boneless wings and that we got to watch the Cubs game.
We had a blast here tonight! The music was great, each TV had on different sports, the wait staff was friendly. It is loud in there but it allowed us to sing and dance and laugh our butts off. It also allows for cheering on your favorite team. Our server was great and prompt with our order and refills. The mozzarella sticks were fresh and hot, and the cheese did not fall out with the first bite. The buffalo chips were also tasty. Our wings were spiced just right and were messy (as they should be) and delicious! The dessert nachos were amazing! We have never had dessert at BWW but will definitely have the dessert nachos again next time! The staff even found the Golden Knights hockey game for us and got it playing on one of the TVs.
The waitress was polite and nice, but that was the only thing good about our visit. The food order was wrong on 2 of our 3 orders and all the food was cold when it came out. We had to wait at least 30 minutes, probably longer for the food to come out. We told the manager about the issues and he said he would credit part of our food, but that didnt happen either. We wont be returning anytime soon.
I meen it was good once we got the food i think she forgot our order after 20 mins i had to remind her about the fried pickles waited another 10 they were fresh though but then another 20 mins or so our food came out and we only ordered 20 wings and they were not very busy 3 people who sat after us got there food and were done before we got our main dish
Never have a good experience here. Waited almost an hour and a half to get our food. Poor waitress was running herself to death. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and it said it had panko on it but there was so much it was awful I could only eat a few bites. They have really gone down hill. It was not my choice to go here as I was meeting others and this is where they wanted to go despite my warnings.

We ate at your restaurant this afternoon at 3 pm on June 12 Th 2020 and were completely devastated . When we walked in the door was about to fall off, the overall smell of the restaurant area was less than appetizing. The wait staff was courteous but were preoccupied with other duties and understaffed. When we were seated the table was still dirty from the patrons before . The sun reflected off the walls and revealed that kids had wiped their hands on the 2”/4” railing beside the booths. The meal was almost cold when received. The beer is always warm and flat. I gave up on BWW and tried to give it another shot after a few years. But still disappointed. Draft beer was way warm. So we ordered bottles and they were even warmer.
Dude I wish there was a 0 stars offered. This restaurant has gone so down hill in the past year. The wings r discussing and older than the Egyptians. They look like mummies no lie. They never get my order right and just tell me to come back in to get it fixed. Problem is I don’t live in town to be able to do that. Don’t waste ur time just go wing stop people.

My daughter went with her friend to have dinner. They had terrible service and both decided not to leave a tip. The waitress took it upon herself to add a ten dollar tip on BOTH of their tickets after they left! UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!
Every single time we go here we have a problem. Today is the third time our wings had no sauce even after asking for extra sauce. Don’t know why I even try now 🤦♂️ Before this a fly was in my drink (which I drank before realizing). And many other issues that clearly show no one cares working here. I’m done with this location.
As usual, the food is decent but the service is lacking. You can count on this place to be slow with your order and at least one person at your table will get the wrong order or have a missing order. But its a sports bar and I know what Im getting into when I go.
Ordered 30 boneless wings online. Big mistake. I requested 6 different flavors, I got 5 and only 24 of the smallest, over breaded boneless wings I’ve ever seen. I’m not even sure some of them had chicken. None of the flavor labels matched the actual sauce on the wings. All hot sauces. And to make it worse, the wings were only half covered. I ordered sweet bbq for my 1 year old, it was hot bbq and of course labeled wrong. My mistake I guess for ordering while they were busy... Horrible quality and expensive lunch for me to come home and make my own. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Walked in for dine in right before noon on a Friday. First time Ive been to this BWW location ever. Apparently they dont give you menus cuz of the virus but the hostess didnt tell me that. I noticed the bar code on the table for the menu and figured it out. The booth they sat us at was dirty. Napkin pieces, fries, crumbs and a toothbrush (of all things) were in the bench cushion. And not exactly hidden either. I guess the super rush of 7 people in the dining area was too much for them to handle. So if you cant keep your place clean now, in the time of covid, can you imagine how they keep it during normal times? We walked out after making the hostess aware of the filth. Wont ever come back to this joint.
Our server Loagan was amazing! We arrived at 5pm and he was the only employee working the dining area. We saw him working all the tables, the pickup counter, and the hostess podium without missing a beat. I didnt see additional dining staff until we left an hour later. Whoever was working in the kitchen also did an outstanding job, our orders came out fast and everything was delicious. Major kudos to Loagan and the kitchen staff!
The BWW on Coulter in Amarillo has been going steadily downhill for at least the past year. Our last three visits have been soiled with very poor, inattentive service and slow-to-arrive food.We ate there this evening, and it was the worst visit yet. Waiting to be seated, standing at the podium, one wait person after another walked past us. Not a word. The wait to be seated wasn’t that long, but still it’s good to at least be acknowledged. We were then taken to our booth, which had food, drinks and a dirty table from the last customer. The dude seating us left to get a wash cloth, and we were left standing there. We finally took a seat at an adjacent table on our own. Two of our three orders were wrong. One member of our party got the wrong drink. The fries that came with my (wrong) order were cold.This was the last time that I’ll visit this franchise.
The food here is awesome, wings are perfect, the food is excellent the wait time is horrible thats why you get 3 stars. I know you can get busy but when you wait 40 mins for your meal things get frustrating. The service staff are nice and attentive.
Plastic ware, pricey beers, and poor service, oh my! B-dubs was never the best food (or wings), but its clear to me that in all the changes theyve made recently, making better food wasnt a priority. Its definitely trying to be more sports bar than restaurant these days, but it feels more like a burger king. It astounded me how everything could look and feel cheaper, but somehow be even more expensive than it used to be. If youre looking for a recommendation, Id say youre better off with any other wing place or sports bar in town.
We used to eat here every Tuesday for about 4 years straight, until the sales on traditional wings stopped. We love the staff. Our waitress 95% of the time was a wonderful girl named Carmen. We no longer eat here because nobody in my family likes the boneless wings 😕. Its too bad the specials are not what they used to be.
Gave this place another chance! Still terrible! The burgers were cold, the order was wrong, never even got the onion rings we asked for twice! It took more than 30 min. to give our order and another 30 min to get our food! The one star is for the brisket nachos were good, even though we ordered chicken nachos. Needless to say we wont be coming back!
I placed an order at 6:30pm to be ready for pick up at 9:30pm. Got an email that it was ready. Got there to pick up at 9:35ish. Was told it would be out in a minute. Waited till 10pm... still no order started asking questions and they couldnt find my order and didnt know what happened. Very disappointing! The staff is always very nice, the poor girl up front had no idea what was going on and we finally got a manger out. I honestly think the computer system set up is the reason for this mess up. The only way for corporations to make a change is bad reviews!!!
I had my chips and queso 20 min later after order was takin & my children got there salad 45 minutes later, but wait our 10 wings x3 showed up 1 hour & 5 minutes later when we’re in the middle of a pandemic which is half the occupancy there used too. Absolutely do not recommend this establishment. FreAkinG ka ka poo poo!!! Seriously..

Hello me and my family used to love coming to this place. We used to be a really have a really friendly staff and a great environment. But now this place have gone down to hell. Bunch of teenagers on their that dont even greet you anymore.
They needed two bartenders. One was not enough considering the restaurant was full and the servers need to acknowledge helping one another out with each others tables not just their own. All team members should be responsible for the room they are in. In this case, bar and dining room. If they worked as an actually team, theyd make even more money. Ended up canceling our second drink order after patiently waiting 15 min and then being asked if we got our drinks. The wings were room temperature when they came out so they got cold and stale pretty quick. I wont be so keen to return.
Been here for nearly 2 hours and when we asked the waiter where our food was, she said they just started them because apparently there are a lot of orders. There’s 4 groups of people here. Don’t come to this one unless you like wasting your time
Worse visit ever! Ordered online and went to pick up at 6:40 when my order said was ready. Waiting until 7:10 to get my food. Asked the employee Samantha I’d our food was ready she picked up a back with a receipt asked if that was my order I said yes. The bag only had plastic utensils. She walked to the back that is in customer view and turned around and talked back out. No response to us. Helped 3 more customers and when she walked back from the kitchen the 3 time I asked again if the order was ready because online it said it was ready 20 minutes ago. She rolled her eyes and said the guy in the back was getting it ready. Finally she walks back takes our order out the warmer and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for my drinks instead of checking my receipt she said what size and what kind. We had 5 drinks they do not have drink carries. Our food was cold and just thrown in the box. I didn’t get straws for our drinks. Spoke to a manager while there and he asked if we showed up at 6:40 basically trying to put the blame on us. Didn’t show any care in the world.
My coworkers and I work a late night job that lets out around 12:00am -12:30am, so naturally we arent left with many options to grab a bite to eat at this time. Ive visited this location before and had a way better experience, however this particular night the place was pretty much empty aside from maybe another table or two, and when we walked in, one of the waitresses looked at us and mumbled something like we were just fixing to close (mind you, it was a whole 2 hours before they were supposed to close anyway) and didnt even seat us (Another, kinder waiter did). After being seated she walked by us several times and gave us dirty looks and rolled her eyes very noticeably. We were treated very hostile and didnt enjoy sitting in the tension with her staring at us from a distance. We then waited almost 45 minutes for our food after we ordered even though we were the last ones here. Awful experience. Well stick to Dennys on Georgia for our late night meals from now on!

I am not a fan at all of the food, very bland and dry and our server wasnt attentive at all, only came to check on us once and at one point came walking through and had her hands up and let out a tough sigh in frustration . It wasnt till we were leaving that I finally got my second drink, which I didnt finish. Will not return anytime soon for anything.
Our waitress was Sunni! She was AMAZING! she appeared to be the only waitress when we first arrived and she was killing it! Great response time, very attentive, super nice! Not only was she a bad a** waitress, but great hair advice too!

Tried the take out the order taker was very customer orientated. She was willing to take time and answered. All my question. The most impressive time was when my order was ready showed every thing I ordered. No a fast food look what Im missing when I get home... Very pleased with the food and the service.
Very surprised that the food was still hot when it finally made it to the table. The only good thing our waitress, Dora, kept up with was my husbands beer. She sat at a table the whole time with a guy and talked to him. When our order finally made it out, we asked for an extra boat to cut some food up for our baby. She gave my husband a very nasty look. He finally had to get up and go get one himself because she was standing around talking to another waitress. She really doesnt need to be in the food service industry. We travel all over Texas and New Mexico and this was BY FAR the worst BWW we have been to. We usually tip very well when we have good service, but we also believe that they earn what we give them too. We wont be going back and we will definitely be warning people that the service was terrible.

I would have enjoyed it better had our waitress not given an attitude when we asked when our food would be ready. I understand when your busy its frustrating, but your being paid to try, and keep your composure. Not gaggle with your co-workers about how awful we are being for asking for our food.
Wings so good, Im apparently very picky while pregnant and this seems to be something that Im not picky towards. The waiters and waitresses are always nice, helpful for when we came to see our football team playing and theyd put it on a tv close to us. Love coming here

Wow!!! This place is filthy. Dirty floor, dirty tables, restroom trash overflowing, paper towels in the sinks. I cant even imagine what the kitchen must look like. Wings were ok except one order had hardly any sauce and had to request more. Not a single employee smiled. There was some obvious in-fighting between the waitress staff. I used to really enjoy this place, but I will not be back. BWW in general has gone down hill.
Manager and waitress were high as a kite! Took over 45mins to get our food that was messed up twice, came cold, and incorrect orders due to the waitress being a rookie pothead. We were there for about 45minutes to an hour waiting for our food, when we finally got our food it was so cold, I ordered a cheese curd burger, the burger pattie itself was so dry and burned (overcooked) and it had 3 cheese curds, asked for more and took about 15mins to get 5! Also ordered a drink from the bar and that itself took another our, we were all done eating and ready to go before I got the drink!! Im giving it 2 stars because our waitress was nice and friendly.
Highly dissatisfied. I usually never have problems with this restaurant but tonight I got a carry out order. When I got home, the boneless wings were so small they looked like popcorn chicken! The unsweetened tea that I ordered was vile. It did not even look like unsweetened tea. And the taste was just horrible.

We had to get our own refills and the another waiter got refills for us. I went to the restroom and it was pretty nasty, trash on the floor urinals were smelly and dirty and the toilet sure wasnt any better. There was trash every where in the restaurant itself, it was gross. Im pretty sure that is the last time I go there. We had 6 people. Food was ok just a nasty place and a bad waiter. I wonder where manager was..not taking care of business I think.

We ate, got our drinks and what not at the end we got our check and ended up paying for another table. They said they had fixed it but didnt. I went in the next day to fix it, I wrote my name and number down, and was told it would be fixed. it never got fixed. There was a 15$ difference in our tickets. Also it was dirty, we had to ask our waitress multiple times for different things. 1 star, dont recommend this buffalo wild wings
Our server was polite but other than that everything else was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food and when we spoke to a manager she didn’t apologize nor offer any type of discount. We ended up waiting 15 more minutes and finally decided to just leave without any of our food.
We frequent this Buffalo Wild Wings with our family. Its always pretty slow but decent food. Tonight we went and were sat immediately. 10 minutes later, still no one had even spoken to us. At one point we counted 6 servers standing at the computer talking, which was steps from us. Disappointed!
Horrible. Lousy service and no regards for face mask covering. Countless people without mask walking in and walking all around with no enforcement. Took 15m just to be waited and another 35 for food. Our cheese appetizer was served crusted over. Will never go back.
We were seated around 1110 today. No one ever came to take our drink orders. People were standing by the computer, looking at their phones. There were only a couple of other tables. The place was not busy. At 1120, after no one came to take drink orders, we left and went to Teddy Jacks. At Teddy Jacks, within 10 minutes of being there, we had our drinks and appetizer, and they were packed.
Took over 15 min for us to even get a server. Then it took over an hour to get our food and when we did get our food, it was cold. The place wasn’t packed and there were several servers standing around. Our waitress checked on us one time the entire time we were there. Poor service and food was awful!
I have eaten this place on a to go order basis and I love it. Today for the first time, I went inside to eat. I just have to say that if you are on a schedule and only have a limited time, like say a lunch hour, order ahead and get it to go. We had to take our food to go because it did not come until we were out of time and had to be back to work/school. I got to eat my food once I got to work, but my daughter could not take her lunch into class.
Went at 2, it wasnt very crowded but still took 15 minutes to get drinks. Food was good tho.
Ive been to good bdubs before, so Im not hating on the chain. I just had a very bad experience at this particular restaurant. The waiter took our order quickly and brought out drinks, but didnt refill them for at least 15 minutes, when everyone at the table was out. The bathroom was also disgusting, and the food took a long time to arrive.
The boneless wings sucked, service is not very friendly, food was cold and stale. Plus there was children in the bar. Only had plastic silverware had to ask for metal ones. It had been over a year, I guess I wont return, they said to call them and the person taking the review , was just as bad as the food, too many other choices , to ever go back!

Our server, Kelly, was a total blast! We came a few hours before closing and just after most of the crowd left from the game earlier. Kelly was absolutely great! She was super friendly, really funny and nice, and even gave us actual suggestions on the best food to get (as we couldnt really decide). She was what made that night so fantastic! The food was quite good also, albeit a bit on the messiest side of things, but that was pretty well expected. All-in-all, it was a great experience!
First customers here. Womans Bathroom is distcusting. Toilets were not clean. Associates standing around talking. Went a second time and still bathroom was gross. Waitress did not check on us like we would have like and was not busy at all. Came in at 11 am. Very disappointed. Food was great thi.
Just went to grab a carry-out order. The food was ready on time and it was delicious. The waitress had the food and double checked the order the second I walked in to make sure everything was right. Will definitely come back for some more wings!
Had a great time with my daughter. We laughed and the staff was friendly and attentive. B-wings were great.😋 I really enjoyed myself. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings! Oh and the beer was good also😊
Ashley is the best server Ive ever had at this restaurant. She is extremely attentive, respectful, and does her job quickly and efficiently. I eat here regularly, sometimes the wait is a little excessive, but the food and service make it worth it every time.
Slow service took way to long to get my food like almost 2 hours and then it didnt taste good at all. Im very disappointed. It was my first and last time here.
I didnt believe all the other reviews about bad service because it would make sense for someone to leave a review if something went wrong rather than go according to plan. However, after going in by myself (I travel so I eat by myself regularly and understand you dont get first priority) I stood up against the wall by the host stand for 15min and never even being spoken to I walked out. They were not busy at all. No football game, no fights on, just a regular night and there was plenty of open seating. If it wasnt for the please wait to be seated sign I wouldve sat myself. I made eye contact with several waitresses and none of them came up to seat me. And I also noticed a customer walk up to the to-go table and ask for ranch, meaning they hadnt seen their server in awhile.I cant say how good or bad the food was because I didnt even get to order. Im not from Amarillo, but I am glad I wont have to come back to this one again.
I ordered food on line and it took over an hour for the food to arrive! They took my money very quick but the food never came out. The food was excellent like always. The on line ordering needs to be tweeked. I dont care if the order is going to take an hour just dont tell me the time to be there and then bring the food out 45 minutes later than the time told.
Usually good, but overpriced. Also have mixed reviews on service. It is not consistent, good one visit, not good the next. The times they quote for carryout are often inaccurate.I would definitely visit more often if they had curbside pickup options as the parking can be difficult and the atmosphere inside is usually too loud for me to enjoy eating in the restaurant.
This was our first time eating here. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and when it arrived the cod sandwich was mushy and another persons wrap was wrong she ordered curry wings and was given a basic chicken wrap. A drink got spilled by a baby and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get a new sprite even though the waiter was there when the drink got knocked over and we asked for a new sprite and he came back to our table twice and forgot it every time. We asked for napkins at the beginning of our meal and he didnt bring them until we were ALL finished eating which was completely pointless. Dont think well be going back again after this experience.
One star gives their waitstaff a little too much credit. If you are in and out in less than an hour and a half its a good night...unfortunately my husband and kids love the food here, but we leave agitated and swearing never to return each time we leave. To me, it is so not worth ruining an evening with the incompetency that is their service.
The last 5 or 6 times I have been here, I have recieved horrible service, I have had to go to the bar to get my own beer several times, when the food comes out it is Luke warm, and the food takes over 30 minutes to come out. I keep going to this establishment in Hopes it would get better but it has not. I am sadden to say they have officially lost my business.
I remembered why I dont go to this location. Placed a mobile order, took 50 minutes for a lunch meal. When i received it, it was the wrong wings. Took it back, and they gave me the right wings but with old soggy fries.
The service was impossibly slow, and our order wasnt right. Then our receipt only had the total not the break down of our meal. The food was decent, but we arent going back.
Sad thing is the wings are good but the place is So Dirty. Everything is sticky even the dang entry your feet stick and your hands to door nasty. The place smells bad and menus are dirty and sticky. I cant even imagine what the Kitchen looks like it the rest is dirty everywhere

So sad on this one because BWW used to be one of my favorite spots to meet up with the family. The service was bad, food was cold and it took over an hour to get the food. Had to ask for more drinks and only saw our waiter 2 times.
Placed a carry out order that included a bottle of sauce as part of the purchase. When I got back to my hotel room, there was no bottle in either bag. So, an unwanted $5 donation. The food was not as good of quality as other BWWs near home. The fries were cold and tasted like they were a day or two old, not just left on your plate for 15 minutes. Service was friendly, but the quality was far below my normal experience.
Service has gone down. Plus they had half price wings but for boneless only. Traditional are the only real chicken wings.
Not bad for a sports bar. Its usually pretty crowded and the TV screens are large. The only problem is that sometimes it takes them a long time to get your order ready.
Me and my brother went here thinking that to go would be easier. We did that and they got the order wrong. And if you are wanting something fast dont come here.

Found a few short black hairs in my to-go wings about a year ago. I had already eaten most of it too when I found them. Ive ordered from here once since then, but only because they were the only place that was open.
I told the lady who answered the phone I would call her right back with the rest of my order. Bc I forgot the dry rub wings my husband wanted. I have called for the last 15 mins and the phone has just been ringing. No one has answered except one time when someone hung up. I know it is super busy but please have some common curtesy.
It took an hour to get our food even though the restaurant was only half full. Wings were over cooked and they were out of menu items.
Omgosh!!!!! Im sorry guys but Sunni is the best waitress Ive encountered at B-dubs in Amarillo, Tx...Her service is exceptional and her attitude is great!! 2022-03-08I love the food, really delicious. I really disliked the fact that theyre so short staff which again, I dont blame the staff. I blame the management, of which, they should have had management out their helping these guys!

2022-03-17Honestly probably the worst wings Ive ever had. The only reason Im even giving this a star is because of the quality of the basketball games on during March Madness. My wings came out cold after an entire hour of waiting, the fries were stale as can be. They werent even busy either, just not happy or satisfied with anything. I would not recommend this location if your looking for decent wings and fries. March Madness saved this restaurant 1 star.

2022-05-03I was pleasantly surprised. I went in to do a to go order about a month ago. And had employees pass me by and ignore me. After 15 minutes I had left. I decided to give them another try. And Im glad I did. I was promptly waited on. Awesome customer service. Delicious food.

2022-07-03Our wings were not fresh and half of them were so small. It was not clean and the utensils looked dirty as well. I also found it odd that there was a server outside of the bar area selling Jello shots at 7pm. I will say our server was very attentive though and the food wasnt bad, it just would have been better fresh.

2022-07-04I am a Door Dasher. This was my first time to pick up a delivery from this place. I waited 50 minutes for the order! There was very minimal staff with no manager in sight. The little waitress that I was dealing with was nice enough and doing her best to take care of everything. This was the exact reason I stopped going to this place personally. There are big flags flying in the front that say under new management. I cant tell the difference.

2022-03-172.5 out of 5. Not one of my best experiences. The service was slow even though it was not crowded. Some of my friends wings and sides came out cold, also wish they would have had more tvs with March Madness playing.

2022-02-05Everytime I come here Im disappointed in the food and I feel like its taken to the kitchen and am brought the same food back. Tonight my daughter and I had some wings and like always the wings were below average. I told our waitress they didnt have any seasoning they were just plain chicken wings. She instantly brought me different ones and tonight was the best service Ive had in this restaurant. I didnt catch her name but today is Feb 4 2022 and we went in around 9 oclock Shes an older lady. She is the only reason I gave 5 stars she is what your restaurant is missing please find more like her

2022-02-22Go somewhere else! Food and trash all over the floor. A lot of dirty tables. Wings had feathers still on it. Waiter said he would get the manger because cooks are supposed to throw those away. Manager said it happens sometimes and to have a great evening. It was the weirdest conversation ever with the manager that couldn’t be bothered. For sure stay away!

2022-02-13They are amazing. At first looking at the prices was kinda worrying but once you get your food the prices are amazing. Great service and they were understaffed. Great food. Great people. 10/10 would recommend for a nice dinner with the boys. Get together whichever.

2022-07-12Worst experience Ive ever had with a restaurant. My wife and I have tried to eat at the restaurant on Coulter Street 3 different times and each time we get seated at a table the waiter/waitress never comes to our table to take our drink order much less our food order. Each time we sit and wait for 30 minutes while the staff stands around and makes eye contact multiple times all while never speaking to us. We end up having to get up and walk out each time.
