Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities:
Today July 15th at around 9 pm is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever came across in my whole entire life. We’re out of towners and we were looking to eat some good wings. Our experience was absolutely horrible from the very beginning entering the restaurant with the hostess wanted to sit us in one table but, we wanted to sit in another table that was more confortable for our family. The hostess proceeded to explain to us that we couldn’t sit there because they were doing some rotation of servers. I didn’t think that the hostess should’ve made that information known how they work they’re tables it’s about making the customer confortable. So we proceeded to sit down then a girl with blonde and pink hair approached us as our server to take our order. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and food but we noticed that the server had a bad attitude. We waited around 20 to 25 minutes for our appetizers and still nothing. Then I decided to ask the server what is going on with the appetizers and she seemed annoyed about it and said, “ I’ve been checking it already.” But never apologized when I said, “ You haven’t checked on us to let us know anything.” Then she proceeded to argue and say ,” You don’t need to be talking to me that way.” I was just simply asking if she can check on my appetizers and she had a huge attitude about it. So we literally got up and immediately asked for the manager Tracey and spoke to him about the issue. He was awesome and very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He also mentioned that this particular server had been written up prior for the same thing horrible service. Honestly it was such a bad experience for me that left me not wanting to go back there ever. Some one has to do something about this server she’s costing the business a lot of customers.
So for this being the first time here i don’t know if i would be back cuz i waited over an hour for a chick wrap and fries. Now because i was drinking a few beers with my friends i waited but after 45min and no food i finally asked “i mean did our server go home or what?” Then only cuz i had to mention it the manager comes out saying only sorry y’all it was a printer issue and thanks for understanding.” Not a let me offer dessert or let me take care of y’all’s app . No i waited still another 20 min my food arrived and the fries were cold . I don’t think I’ll be back.
UNBELIEVABLE experience. I placed an order online. After paying, the system showed it would be 1 hr and 43 minutes before my order was ready. I get that businesses are understaffed because of the pandemic, and I try to be really forgiving, but that long for 10 wings is ridiculous. I quickly called the restaurant to cancel my order. After repeating my name at least 5 times and being told an order wasnt received in my name, the clearly very bright employee was able to find my order. He said hed cancel my order. I verified that Id receive a refund and his response was oh..yeah...youd need a refund??? Let me get my manager. The manager gets on the phone and at first was very nice. UNTIL...She tells me that my order wasnt paid for. I tell her I most certainly had to put my card information in when I placed the online order. She puts me on hold to go check on that. When she gets back she says she cancelled my order and ask me to verify that my account wasnt charged. I signed on to my CC account and sure enough the card was charged. She then tells me to reverse the charge, Id have to call the credit card or Google pay directly. At this point I lost it (not proud of myself) but clearly I wasnt going to get that money back from the CC company or from Google for this order without contesting the payment as fraudulent. She then told me that it was a 2 hour wait because I created a future order. I most certainly did not, and told her that. I asked if she was telling me it wouldnt take 2 hours to get my order. She said yeah were busy so it probably will (clearly she knew I hadnt created a future order) Then she tells me if I would have called earlier she could have gotten me my money back. I remind her that I called immediately after placing my order, to which she responded I wish you would have told me that earlier. I reminded her that I mentioned this to her and the prior employee as soon as I called. She just repeated that she wish I would have told her sooner. Ive never been so frustrated and even my credit card company is saying this isnt normal. I will NEVER deal with this franchise again...shady, shady, shady!!!
Sooo... service was good. Our waitress was awesome. COVID is still making things a mess. I would assume a little short staffed in the kitchen. It took over an hour for our wings to come out. 20 traditional and 10 boneless. All cold. Cooked but cold. We sent them back and they fixed it... by recooking the same wings...ewww.The manager comped our check appropriately, but damn!
Same experience of the US Wings Chain. Sports Bar with Wings, burgers, nachos and cons beer.Lots of screens to watch sports, the staff is friendly, they have a large smoking area. It may get crowded on weekends and during popular sports matches. Parking lot also gets crowded but across the street it is the whole parking lot of Galerías Mall.
Went to buffalo wild wings it was great the wings were swinging and the beer was bearing which was. Yuengling glad they had that beer, it finally made it to Texas welcome brewery but anyway buffalo need to add more to the menu knowing its a chicken and burger place might want to slide in some other goodies but we leave up to you keep up the good or should I say great wings.
I haven’t been to BWW in over 5 years. However, I attempted to order from them on Saturday 2/5/2022 at 5 pm since my son was patronizing another location of state….. This was a horrible idea. First of all Trey answered the phone ( no greeting) and said, “ I’m going to put you on hold”. I was placed on hold 21 minutes. My husband then arrived at the restaurant as i was going to order and he would pick the food up on his way Home(20 minute drive from his job to BWW). I told my husband to ask for a manager while he was in the restaurant ( let’s Tag team to see how we can get our food). Trey picks up after 23 minutes and I asked for his name and manager…. Andrew picks up and says “ Yes”. That’s extremely rude and non appropriate for a business nor leadership. It’s as if he had an attitude and was annoyed before taking the call. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!I told him it was rude, and his reasoning was that they had 3 parked calls and were busy!!! Ummm excuse me, but you still could answer the phone politely. So I asked for the GM and Andrew initially told me he was. I reiterated my need for someone with a little more customer service so I could ask a question about the sauces and place my order and he told me he didn’t have the time or patience as he was busy and hung up! I told my husband to walk out of there!!! This is totally unacceptable and I can PERMANENTLY, scratch Buffalo Wild Wings off my places to patronize and spend my hard earned money !
Both managers have poor customer service called to place an online order and one of the manager took the order acted like it was his first time ever taking in an order and the other manager on duty was just not polite at all just over all bad customer service from both managers in the other hand when I usually order there is another lady there who does such an amazing job and treats you like family when you go in to get your order now these 2 managers act like they don’t want to be at work and don’t even smile while taking your order if you simply do not like your job let someone else do it! Specifically being a manager don’t act like you don’t want to work there.
Wings taste pretty good, but I also went there after rock climbing for a long time so I was pretty hungry. I especially liked their lemon garlic seasoning. A friend ordered the dessert nachos, which were huge! Loved the little cheesecake bites. The nachos themselves were ok.
Staff was very good. But we ordered our food and they came back after each time to tell us they were either outa breaded chicked, or outa some of the appetizers we wanted. Finally we hit the nail on the head as far as what they had left in their freezers and coolers. Sounds to me like someone needs to learn how to order food for their store so customers dont get upset and go away. Just sayn.
Wow! 😯 🤩 Just ordered this for delivery and A) came early, B) everything was fresh and hot, C) order was made exactly right, D) tasty, E) worth the money, F) generous portions, G) soda was still ice cold too even though it was delivered. Will definitely order or eat in again. Impressed.
Seated at one table then was told there had to be space between due to C19 tables and moved. Service was OK did go during BOGO (Buy one Get One) on wings. Service was hot and cold as it got crowded. Funny toward the end our meal they decided to sit parties on both sides of us. Food was good ordered 20 wings Lemon Pepper and Buffalo. Buffalo was hotter than expected but over all good.
Service was horrible. It was just after midnight and the MMA fights were on. It was loud and so filthy. Food and trash on the floor everywhere. As we got our meal we witnessed employees throwing food, drinks and even a broom at each other. One employee dumped an entire glass of liquid straight on the carpet, ice and everything. Intentionally. And the cursing!!! By the employees, ridiculous. The food was average but I will not be returning.
After a long night me and the fam had great service from Jordan. He was super patient with our ordering and had a bunch of tables he had to get to besides ours. He still didnt rush us. He was super knowledgeable of the menu, made ordering a breeze. All the food came back correct. Hopefully we get him the next time we come in!
More like a bar inside than a restaurant. My first visit here and I was seated quickly. I was on my way from a hospital in Austin and just wanted some wing before I headed home. It is sort of a sketchy neighborhood. Sat at my table for over 20 minutes and no one came by even to take my drink order. Finally frustrated, I got up and left.I would like to try another location in the near future but don’t think I will be back here .Tried again a few months later. Service was very good seated quickly, ordered and my food came out in no time. The wings do not have flour/batter on them!! Main reason I chose here. They were very good!I would come back. Much better experience this time!
They have the worst customer service from all the BWW I’ve visited, and yes, I’ve lived in several different cities. We’ve gone when the restaurant is almost empty and they still take a long time to get our order and bring out the food. The waiters are usually not very friendly either. I would’ve rated 1 star but decided on 2 because the last time we had dinner there they finally got our order right (just asked for wings with extra sauce) and the waitress at that time was nice. However, we’ve been here several times before as well as ordered out and something always was wrong. We decided to give it one more try after a few months to see if anything had improved. No improvement. Also, when I tried to scan my receipt after dinner for their rewards program, I got a message saying it had already been scanned. I laughed it off as it’s just something minor but, it was not the first time this happens. I’m assuming it was an employee that scanned it before giving it to us because that receipt went straight from the table to my purse and then out to be scanned. The first time it happened I sent a brief email and got points but this time I’m not even wasting my time. Why bother? It’s not like we’re going back there anyway.
While I love B dubs, the service at this one was atrocious. Food was dropped off, order was messed up and cold, and took over 30 mins for the waiter to come back and check on us, never getting our order fixed or even getting a drink refill. Waiter then stood waiting for the credit card to be handed to him when he brought the check, and acted annoyed as we checked the receipt to make sure at least the order on the receipt was right.
Went there yesterday and had the worse experience. It started when I read the fan deal that stated 30 wings plus sides and veggies for 30 bucks. Excited about deal so asked just confirm....was it wrong? So blue cheese and ranch is considered a side now. Didnt make any sense so I spoke with a guy manager and he says well corporate made a mistake on the flyers and thats it. If corporate made a mistake and U know this then mark it out if not u have to honor. Did they? No. Second item. Husband order a tall and short beer. There has to be price difference, right? No. Gets receipt and waitress never informed us of a drink special like why will I order a short when I can get a tall at same price. No apologies or anything for their miscommunication issues. Will never get our service again.
More then hr waiting, when I see what happened they says people of the kitchen miss my order thats stupid answer, The waitress did not place the order, she was like distracted or she not wanting to work because not even the sodas were filled at any time or see what we need
Came in for a few drinks after work. The restaurant closes and as I’m trying to exit, I get told by Karen (the name she told me) several times I have to leave the restaurant because it is closed. Mind you I was heading on my way out. I tried to calmly tell her I was on my way out, but she didn’t even try to hear me out, as I’m walking to the exit, without her getting in a panic and yelling at me a few more times to leave. I guess customer service goes out the window when you have Black skin at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was just trying to leave and got treated like I was trying to rob the place. What’s makes matters worse is when I asked for her name she told me I have to leave again, I was halfway through the door. As somebody in the service industry, I would never be as rude, hateful, impolite, and unreasonable to a paying guest who was simply trying to leave
Things started off well and quickly took a nose dive. Our server Ashley was attentive at first then became stand-offish as the meal progressed. I ordered a Mex Martini, and confirmed with her twice that I wanted it with no salt, before it arrived with salt. Kids food, ordered with first round apps, came out with my entree. There were missing condiments and even an app that came out after entrees. First 5 packs of silverware that came to the table were disgusting. It was obvious that the flatware was coming straight out of dish and getting thrown into individual wrappers without inspection or polishing. We could not get Ashleys attention after all of the food arrived, which was hot and well prepared. We very quickly decided to leave and asked to speak with a manager. Karen (the manager) came over quickly. She was far from proactive. After listening to our complaints, she offered no solution or apology and instead asked what wed like for her to do. We requested boxes and the check, paid, and left shortly after. Ashley didnt return to the table until after management took our payment. I understand the industry is pressed due to lack of staffing and high customer volume right now, but all of the problems we experienced today could have been easily avoided. Writing down and confirming orders is the most basic requirement for waitstaff. Management is dropping the ball, HARD. We will not be returning.
Told me it would be ready in one hr when I ordered on the website, got there an hr later and still waited 30 more mins. Most likely because they started making it until I got there. The tenders had no sauces as well as the mozorella sticks we got because the forgot to add them. The fries tasted a day old and to top it off half the sticks didnt have cheese in them. Never going back there again.
I had two bad experiences in one week. first was inperson second was a to go order. first in-person the waitress was new and never checked on us once we had to keep calling for her and we even got incorrect items i guess she just was busy talking and attended to bigger tables. we let that go and order to go two days later the food was so cold and meat was tough i called the store was told a manager will call me back regarding replacing my meal this was on 08/19/2021 still havent heard from anyone. i emailed the corp office and still havent heard from anyone. spend $70 that week alone you would think they will return my call or email.find somewhere else to spend your money. poor customer services and poor manangement.
Every time I order from this location I am missing items. I called patiently today and the manager Joseph tried to divert blame onto the delivery service without even checking with his staff. I was literally told that my driver stole marinara and nothing else as if that would actually happen...its ridiculous you immediately go to such a laughable excuse before even checking with the person who prepared my order.
Our server didnt acknowledge us, she would go by every other table several times but only talk to us twice. I had to literally walk up to her at the checkout to have her even give us a to-go box or the bill. Typically the service is great but this time we felt discriminated since we were the only POC table she had.
I ordered today just 25 wings and 3 different flavors, I made it online because I know there it could be space for mistakes over the phone, at first they gave us the most spicy wings they had then we returned those with no problems, next wings we received were a completely different order as well then I decided to speak with the manager because obviously something was going on with the staff, he came to me and said a bunch of non logical situations “because you ordered by phone and we took what you said” “you changed lately your order” “our staff did what you requested”. I told him that it was their mistake because they supposed to follow the order on the ticket, then he started yelling way tu rude to me that I CAN LEAVE IF I WANT OR JUST WAIT WHILE THEY MAKE THE NEW ONE. I hope you guys learn how to provide customer service and as a person if you are wrong admit and fix it.No going again in my life to a BWW.
Service was good. Food was not that good. Boneless wings kind of dry. And the kitchen did not send the right sauces. They did send the missing sauced wings and they came out super fresh and tasty. Wish all the wings would have come out that way on the first try. Clean and social distancing was at full force. Beer could have been colder
It was a little confusing for us to find. It was ok, not much to say. Food ok, service was adequate. Some lady out front, probably not affiliated with BWW, was taking donations for children backpacks. I started to donate $5 and she rudely said minimum is $20.!! So I didnt donate!🤷♀️
Ive always stuck to Wingstop or Pluckers in the Austin area, but this BWW location was AMAZING! First time Ive ever been to a BWW location and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Isaiah was efficient and super helpful! For an NBA finals game night, we felt very taken care of by all staff and the environment was fun!
When I first moved here last year, I was super disappointed with this location. The food was ok, but customer service was terrible. Long waits for food, drink, and the check. We came in last week though and HOLY COW! Everything was amazing! Our waitress made sure that we had everything we needed, checked on us frequently, and was super friendly! I made sure to let her know how blown away we were with the 180° turn that the restaurant made! Im a very loyal fan of BWW too so to have a great location this close to home is a dream come true for me! Id give it 10 stars if I could!!!
This is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. They ignore you, instead of updating you on your order. I watched 2 different women just hang up on people calling in to order. After waiting 20 minutes, we finally just left.HORRIBLE!Reply to BWW... you cant make it right. This happens all of the time. We wont be back. We dont do rude. Your staff is awful!
I appreciate that they have limited tables and that they socially distance them... But I noticed at least 3 employees who were wearing masks but not covering the nose. As far as I could tell the manager was okay with that...Otherwise... the food is still what you expect from a buffalo wild wings and the drink I got was strong; not watered down.
Tuesday its but one get one. I bought 18 and got 36. So yummy. Got 4 flavors! Wonderful. Lots of seating. Waitress wiped down table for us without us asking even though it wasnt dirty. That was nice. We did try the hottest wings they had. Blazin. Its a creeper hot but they could be hotter 😈😉😏 is suggest trying em out
Hubby and I come to the location often. We normally love it!But last night was a disappointment! We had been on the road for 6 hours. We wanted to pick up some wings and go home and eat.We got home and the wings were so dry!And rubbery and extremely fatty. Spent 35 dollars. We got 30 wings and probably only ate 6. Huge disappointment.
Had dinner here and was charged a 75 dollar tip for a 65 dollar bill i called management and explain my issue they said they would look into it and that they would get my money back to me they never did. called back and they said that everything looked legit and that if i really wanted to take the tip away from the server i do not recommend this place
Food Is usually great. Service questionable at time. Today I came in and was told it was a 25 minute wait, ahh no just due to only having 3 servers when there was 8 tables open. We the customers should not have to wait you staff should be trained for a crowded house, everyone working as a team to accomplish the mission. There was staff just standing around. Wait staff is always on the go, every table visited every few minutes, but no just standing. Please help your staff as management.
Not a great experience here a few nights ago. Me and my cousin were staying at a hotel nearby and wanted to place a to go order.. we go to the site and was able to place the order around 11:30pm ish. We immediately see on our receipt AFTER we were able to place a order that the order will be placed THE NEXT DAY. We were not placing a future order and nothing in the site said they were no longer taking orders For that night as the website google and Yelp say they close at 1am. My online receipt said my order will be filled 12 hrs later which is strange. So we call and the guy at the counter tells us they stop taking orders at a certain time that’s why online pushed it to a whole other day.But why were we allowed to place an order to begin with if the kitchen was closing? It just doesn’t make sense. So then he says he will release the orders but NEXT TIME order before hand. He was very Rude and had an attitude but this problem wasnt out fault. The website should have said something g about the kitchen closing and should not have allowed US to PAY. He tells us to be there by a certain time to pick up our food so we get there and there’s atleast 30 people seated still ordering food... again something is not making sense. So we get our food and get back to the hotel and our food is COLD. Our hotel is on the same parking lot as BWW so the distance wasn’t the problem.Needless to say this was the worst part of my Austin trip. Nasty food, nasty Attitude and horrible customer service
The wings were a complete disaster. Dry, smelly and unappetising. We had friends over so this was a very embarrassing situation where we served our guests such disgusting food. A complete and utter disappointment. I would really like to know how old the wings were because they were beyond stale.
Weve been here a quite a few times and lately, maybe starting a few months ago, their service has slipped. We had a poor waitress experience before and this time around, the waitress was great but they were out of three items we wanted. So nothing major this time but still annoying. The food was great and the place was clean as usual. Theres also plenty of parking and TVs.
Alright, Ill be honest with you: most of the times Ive come here (BWWs off of Stassney and IH35 in Austin, TX) Ive usually sat in the bar area, which is open seating.Having said that, the service is ALWAYS quick and easy, and the food comes out faster then expected, even when theres handfuls of people there to watch whatever game or sport coverage is on!Ive come to BDubs for years, but this one has got to be one of the fastest and easiest ones to get a drink and some good food to watch your favorite sports. Ive come here multiple times and would definitely come again.Good job guys 👍 thanks, as always!
Great for our family! Needs some improvement with training the folks that work there. We had drinks made incorrectly and cooks need just a little more training on how to prepare things once and well. Had to send a few things back because drinks and food were made wrong. The manager took care of everything!! He fixed the food and drinks himself! Great experience because everything was fixed and we were charged appropriately. Great management!!! Fun atmosphere for littles and adults!
Slow service even when not busy, employees goofing off and hanging out instead of pitching in to speed up service, all in sight of customers. To go service is the worst, I have never waited less than 20 minutes over the time specified to pick up, for my to go order to be ready... even during slow hours. I am not one to complain, slow is one thing but have experienced really rude staff at this location recently. Hence the full review. Food has always been good, love their salt and vinegar wings. Seems like a management issue more than anything.
It could have just been that I went on an off day, but there was no other people dining it and our server only came back to check on us maybe twice in a thirty minute time period. The food was subpar as well but the service was what really made the experience not all that enjoyable.
Avoid this place. Servers are rude. Visited with a party of 5 and went to sit at the open seating of the bar area. Most of the tables were dirty. So we were waiting at a clean table that sat only 4 only until a bigger table got cleaned. The waitress came up to us only to say Only 4 people can sit here. She was rude from the beginning she wiped off the larger table and walked away. She didnt acknowledge us or let us know she would be right back just walked away. We waited longer and I saw the manager so I asked him if we could get service. I saw him go to her and ask her to take our order then saw her yell at the manager. This place is a wreck. Its dirty and servers have nasty attitudes. We left immediately after I saw the confrontation. I wouldnt let her come close to my food.
I will never go here again I ordered one thing and they gave me another with out saying they discontinued the item originally ordered they just gave me something else without my knowledge. Spoke to the manager Nick and he was nasty and unprofessional and threatened to call the police I was upset because you just don’t decide what you gone give the customer. I will never spend another black dollar with them. He was very empathetic.
Wings were good, flavors were pretty basic. Service was insanely slow and terrible, staff was overwhelmed and it did not appear there were many people working.I had the blazin wings, the hottest flavor available, and the server disappeared most of the night. I never got any refills on my water which was already almost empty by the time I got my wings, since it took well over an hour to get them. Server also vanished after I paid and I guess never heard me ask for a to go box, so i ended up borrowing some paper napkins from someone (i never got any) and wrapped my wings in them to carry out.
For what they are, they are pretty good. I cant say I have ever had an exceptional experience at any location, but I always leave feeling satisfied with the food. Love the honey BBQ boneless wings. Husband loves the medium regular wings. Service is typically a hit or miss. Any time you live in close proximity to a college, you can expect some less-than-perfect part timers at a sports bar.
The website would not let me order two for one boneless Thursdays. So I called and they said they actually did offer that at this location. I put my order in over the phone. When I pick my order up they didnt give me any dipping sauce or carrots and celery that I asked for.
Good food and a good atmosphere for watching sports. Lots of large TVs with the current games on. The service was great and the food was delicious. Only word of caution is that if you are planning to use a gift card, check with the staff to see if their system is working again. As of 10/30/2019, it wasnt.
Ive been disappointed the last couple of visits here. Weve been on a low card diet and wings seem like a good option. But wings have been soggy and scrawny lately. I feel like theyre ordering B quality wings. I counted 5 drum sticks ( the good half) out of 19 total wings ordered. Being their name sale, they should have the best quality wings. Hooters lets you order all drum sticks and we may go there next time. Food aside this is a solid place to watch the game over a few beers. As a sports bar I can recommend it. Wingwise, not so much.
Open during Covid-19 crisis. People have to work I understand, our waitress had been off work for 3 months due to foot injury. We saw her limping while doing to orders to each of her tables. We asked if she was ok. She said she was glad to be back at work, I dont blame her, we all need that extra cash during these times. Even though we took our time to order and the place got packed for dinner time. All tables were socially distance, no host available so we sat ourselves. I personally just wanted to get out the house, no need for sports playing reruns on the TVs. We are and left, left a good tip cause we understand the need for that extra cash.
Does wing sauce come out of the cooks paycheck or something? Yall keep sending me super dry wings. Tell your cooks that hot wings means wing sauce should be on the wings. And not just 2 of the wings. ALL the dang wings. And yall want pay raises and cant make a basic order of wings
Wings were mediocre, onion rings and fried pickles werent good, and we sent back the coleslaw. Had to ask for drink refills, had to ask for missing sides we ordered, had to ask for silverware. Had to reask for things we asked for. This was my 1st and will be my last time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Walked in, told by waiter at door to sit anywhere. All empty tables were dirty. Waited at a table for over 10 minutes and not once was greeted or helped by a member of staff. Same thing happened to another party that arrived minutes before us. Walked out due to absolutely no service, extremely disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Not a good experience today. Ordered a sweet tea waited 10 minutes for it because there sweet tea wasnt made yet, then ordered a buffalo Mac the rest of my family got there wings and then we asked for my food and the waitress said there oven was broke so they couldnt make my food. OMG had to order something else. Plus the waitress we had looked frustrated. Overall today sucked.
Dude its a Buffalo Wild Wings. I have been ordering take out from this location for some time, I dont recall a wrong order on their part and if we ever did face a wait, they were polite or compd a drink or something that didnt really have to be done. The quality of the wings is excellent, staff are awesome during all the times I have visited and if you love your sports or have a weird attraction to being surrounded by large televisions, then this is YOUR place to be.Great during football season - see the location, go Cowboys and all that.
Wings were undercooked, blood still in them, I was praying to not get sick from that ,waitress was rude with an attitude, treated us like criminal for pointing out the facts about the wings. Manager was not rude ,but was not very interested in owning up to that problem, he just said will take it of your bill like it is no big deal. From there, things didnt improve just got worseBad serviceBad managementBad foodWill not go back
I did enjoy coming here, even though it is a chain restaurant , if you need to watch sports, this place will have it on, there are plenty of TVs. The wings are good, I havent tried anything else on the menu, but the main reason for coming here is for the wings. I did ask what they had for local beers, the waitress didnt know. I ended up getting a Shiner, it seemed to be the only local beer they had. Good place to come with some of your sports friends, or if you are in the mood for wings, other than that, I can easily find better restaurants around town.
Worst customer service ever. The To go cashiers were very frazzled and unprofessional. The female working was drinking a beverage and chewing on ice while helping customers. Waited over half an hour then asked the status of my order. Then I was asked “Where did you order?” I ordered at this location and they kept forgetting about my order or saying they didn’t have it. I understand there is a longer wait for larger orders but no one seemed to check on us or let us know when it would be ready. As a GM myself, this is highly unprofessional.
Im very impressed by the service and clean this place was also the waiter was very nice and bring our order at no time so fresh and hot I definitely will be back and recommended it to anyone else keep up the great work guys thanks for all your hard work God bless you 🙏 Arturo
Terrible customer service, I called before coming to the restaurant, to verify that they were still open and the closing time. The waitress the answered the phone at first wouldn’t answer my question, then, when she finally did she was like yes come on down. I get all the way to the restaurant to put my order in, and the waitress starts my order, then the manager comes up saying they were all out of chicken. I literally had just called maybe 10 min prior, and was told I was good to come. The staff really needs to do a better job at communicating.
The food is consistent with every BWW Ive ever been in. However the service is hit or miss. Its not that the staff doesnt know what theyre doing, its that the place is usually understaffed and everyone working is spread way too thin to actually offer a good experience.I used to hang here quite a bit but theyve raised their prices so much in the last couple years that going someplace else is way more economical. Unless you really enjoy drinking bud/miller/coors light almost everyplace close by has cheaper drinks.
If there is 0 rating Id have rather given it to this place. Food was horrible. Never had such pathetic boneless wings before. Even the chicken wings with signature sauces were very dry and no different than the dry wings. Added to that, a big delay with customer service. We had to wait for almost an hour after placing the order.
If I could put no stars I would. This place sucks! We were starving and went here for the first time we didnt like it at all. Its expensive for what they give you and the food is not good at all the wings were so dry and didnt have taste and the mac and cheese had no flavor to it and the fries they gave us such a small portion. It was 9 people and literally none of us did not like the food and definitely will NOT be returning I got a drink and it was 10$ how ridiculous. But on top of that they made us wait 40 minutes until they brought the food. We paid 58$ and I left hungry still how sad. The service was horrible! I hate this place now terrible food and service and too expensive its not worth your money!
I love traditional wings tossed in hot sauce. I go very often and the food and service is really good. Except for this last time that I asked for something special like spliting an order into two a plates and she said she couldnt do it. Really? I always ask for that in other places and never is a problem. Also she said no when I asked her if she can tossed french fries in sauce. And I can understand that the options is not in the menu, but two no in a row it really bothered me. I think this place has very strict procedures that not allow to change or modify anything to satisfy the costumer, but overall food is really good if you are a wings fan.
Historically, this has been one of my favorite guilty pleasures but the quality lately is abismal.I called ahead and arrived promptly when they said the food would be ready. Instead of a waiter, I was greeted by a dark, empty entrance where I waited for 10-15 minutes before being helped, then another 5 or so to actually get my food.To say the wings were half covered in sauce would be generous. They were mostly bare, dry and extremely crunchy.Just make it easier on yourself and dont go here. Wings arent that difficult to get right, plenty of other places can make them just fine.
Order a to go combo with a ceasar salad. After waiting 10 + minutes after my order was ready i get my order. My salad was pink and had NO DRESSING, super nasty. I call back to talk to manager, but was on hold for 5-10 minutes with no answer. WING STOP way better price and food.
If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. I preordered wings and fries and veggies for the superbowl...of 40.00 worth. Got home and the wings were cold and the fries were like cold rubber. There was almost no lemon pepper on the lemon pepper wings and they were not well done as I specifically stated. Had to come home and cook and re-season them. Never again!
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and usually I don’t complain because I am also a server but it was awful. Our server was more concerned with watching tv than taking care of us or his other tables, we sat with empty drinks for about 15 minutes before the manager came to see if we need refills. Once we eventually got our food the server didn’t come check on us so I had to wait 20 minutes to tell him it came out wrong, when I told him it was wrong he said okay then never came back, apparently he told the manager we wanted it taken off the check and that was all, he didn’t even ask if I wanted another or if I just wanted it fixed. Luckily the manager “kind of” knew what she was doing or I wouldn’t have even given this place one star.
I dont suggest this place for any parties more than 30. We tried to have my daughters party, thats what she suggested but they said that they could do it. They couldnt hold any spots for parties that big. First come first serve. There manager was not so helpful either he sounded like a regular employee that didnt want our business. I recommend to everyone to go to WING Daddys, they didnt have a problem in hosting a party of 35+ people. They were awesome and the food. Thank you Wing Daddys.
My experience was quite poor. The hostess barely spoke to my wife and I, ushered us to the table, threw our menus on the table and left before we even started to sit down. My wife wondered if she had an argument in the kitchen or something because she seemed angry from the moment she first greeted us. We saw our waiter 3 times total, once for apps, once for drinks and main course and then we had to track him down for more drinks and a check. He mumbled when we spoke to him and he didnt seem interested in checking in or making us feel welcome. I give 2 stars because the food was fine, but our service was attrocious.
The second best place in Austin to get a good plate of wings. The staff is always friendly and personable, the food is consistently good, and the service is pretty quick. Always enjoy it here whether I pick up my wings or sit down to eat. Great place to hang out whether its early afternoon to avoid crowds or in the evening for a game
Showed up and the place was dirty. That’s cool I’m here for the beer and wings. I get my beer and it’s warm. It’s ok, the food will make up for it. My queso was a soup but that’s fine too bc the server said it was due to the new menu. But when I got my wings with hair on it that’s when I had to get up and leave. When I approach the manager to let her know the situation, before I even begin she tells me that I need to pay for my alcohol. I had two beers and of course was intending to pay for them but I received zero empathy. All I got was sarcasm and extra charges from one of the managers, Keren. If she put as much effort into her restaurant as she did into her sarcasm I would be giving this place 4 stars.
We waited 8-10 minutes and were never greeted. It was very clear that nobody wanted to take our table. We came in 3 hours before closing (according to google). There were probably 4 people sitting near the hostess stand (including the manager) and 2 servers cleaning their sections literally one table away. They avoided eye contact and it was very awkward. They also had hushed conversation about whose table we were, apparently Tiff’s. But still nobody greeted us. As a former server, I️ would have greeted the table, gotten a drink order, and found their server. We’re at Trudy’s now, and have gotten great service so far.
It’s disgusting that y’all aren’t practicing social distancing. Picking up Chicken should not be a life threatening situation. People waiting to be seated were clustered way too close to others standing in line to pick up. Folks not wearing masks. I feel bad for the employees who have to worked in that crowded little nook area. DO BETTER!
The restaurant itself is in need of a good cleaning. There was a stale smell in the air and the carpet stuck to your shoes when you walked. The gameday specials promotion is a good with $5 cheeseburgers and fries and $5 beers. The $5 pitchers of domestic beers will only fill 3 pint glasses and they are not a true pitcher, but still a decent deal. The burger was also overcooked during our visit.
I visited BWWs on the occasion of the latest UFC fight. There was a 3.5 hour wait at 8:45 on a Saturday night which I get because of the time of week and what’s going down. What seemed to be lacking that night (I’ve had two days to consider this review), was how glaringly understaffed they were for this. We were offered patio seating with no wait (at the door) but us and 25+ people in various groups on the patio were under-attended, if at all. No one had menus, drink service was sporadic and overall, it just seemed like the place was open because a handful of people decided the day before that opening a restaurant for the first time ever would be a good idea. I tried to be proactive and order my own drinks at the bar. There were TWO bar tenders. In my experience, you overstaff for a Saturday night (especially if there’s a PPV fight being broadcast) and cut servers if the floor is dead. That way, the roster is covered even if someone decides to no call/no show. The two bar tenders looked as though they were over it and their ordering organization didn’t exist. I got passed over 3 times from people who randomly walked up to other bar areas after me. The service bar (were servers got drinks for their tables) looked like there were signs of a struggle with glasses and service utensils strewn about the area. In the time I stood there (7-10minutes), no servers retrieved their orders so I can only imagine how many of those drinks died on the line. We only saw one server at our table over the course of an hour and fifteen minutes. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to wait for- what is probably two people in the kitchen- to spend who-knows-how-long on my food. There are better ways to spend my money and my Saturday (or any other day) nights. I suggest you heed that notion too. Two stars. One for TV. Two because there was beer somewhere and the only way you can screw that up is by making people wait outside of a reasonable time for a busy night (which they did). Don’t keep up the bad work, BWWs.
Many TVs where a few sports events were being televised. Service for seating a bit slow after the lunch hour and service can be lacking in general. Calm atmosphere and service is moderate from when you are seated to the time you request a to-go box and ready to leave.
This place is really terrible. After coming in to try and find a table for 12 the waitress didnt want to sit us at 2 separate 6 person tables that were side by side. The hostess was extremely rude and no way was willing to accomadate our request. She told us we could go to the patio for self seating. Yet she never asked anyone of her managers for help trying to find us a spot. We came in at 1pm and have waited 30 mins and still dont have a solution. Birthday only come once a year. All the people here dont seem to care. Thanks buffalo wild wings. This place is terrible.
I really enjoy going here to watch football and basketball game(s). Sitting at the bar area, service is pretty darn fantastic and the wings come out hot and delicious. Thai curry and honey BBQ are my favorites. Enjoy .60 wing night on Tuesdays (subject to change). beware the really spicy stuff, it can get serious in there.
Our waitress was great. Came at lunch time it wasn’t busy at all. The food was great but I couldn’t get over the smell thAt hits you as soon as you walk in. It’s like moldy smell idk it’s not acgood smell at all. Its sad bc food was descent, service was good but the smell I just couldn’t get over. Maybe time for new carpet or spray the whole restaurant with bleach and fabulouso. Msg to owners of this place please fix this I won’t be coming bk for while.
The staff is the issue here, this is Texas where everyone is nice! They dont greet themselves, they hardly ever come back to your table. They are too busy chatting at there little server table near the bar being loud. Food was good, but its the people here who make me not want to return
Im not much of a sports fan anyway, but if you are there are plenty of screens to watch sports on. Cant really say much about the food it wasnt that great. The beer is not bad, 😁 not a huge variety, but a decent selection. I didnt have any drinks from the bar so I dont know how well the mixed drinks are.But there is a bar for your mixed drink pleasure!
Asked for boneless wings not fried hard due to braces. Received bone in wings instead. My friend ordered lemon pepper and buffalo wings boneless and received buffalo dry dust over a fried chicken. Ive been to buffalo wild wings in other states and I must say this one was the only bad one Ive been to with service and food quality.
Horrible customer service. The host working named Logan was texting for 5 straight minutes before looking up to see me waiting for a Togo order. Then when a family walked in he had no idea what tables were available. Ive been waiting over 10 minutes for my Togo order that was suppose to be ready 15 minutes ago. There are 3 other people here waiting for Togo food with no one running the counter or coming up to check the status of orders. The one person ringing the orders named Sean could at least fake being nice to customers. He just walked away from a lady mid sentence and slammed her food down. Looks like this chain needs some serious management help. Everyone could clearly care less about their jobs here.
Food is always great but i cant stand the smell in that place. Smells like piss.. Ughh i would love to stay there n watch few games while having some beer n wings but that smell kills me. Please fix it. I would love to stay there and eat instead of taking to go all the time. Good service always.
Good wings. But the staff could be more attentive to requests. Asked for side sauces and our waitress forgot. Finished our food by the time she came over and asked if we needed anything. Yeah. We dont need our sauces anymore.Added note: Got the worst service ever today. This establishment can try to recruit or learn from Pluckers. They dont attend to your needs nor are friendly. I try to make the best of it and its closer than Pluckers. But not as close to being nice as Pluckers. They have my business. BWW does not. Im using up all my points and that will be the last of me. They dont deserve my business.
You should probably get someone helping your waitress in the bar section. She wasnt bad but we only got to see her twice in a hour and half. Which is way to long to have only had a drink and our food come out cold. Management help your girl out. Dont let her fail and look bad.
Worst Buffalo Wild Wings. 2 1/2 inches of beer was missing from the top which they called 1 inch for a better beer experience. The way their glasses get smaller on the bottom it was a 1/3 of the beer. Ill never go to this one again, and the manager argued the inches which I measured. Ridiculous. Plus lousy service. I had to flag down the waitress every time we needed something and they werent that busy.
If I could rate zero, I would.Racism is live and real at this location.I visited your restaurant location on April 24th 2019 at 5:40 p.m. I ordered street tacos for takeout but youre waitress inform me that a happy hour was taking place all day. Therefore, I canceled my order and told her that I would go see whether my family wanted to come over to eat.I returned to the restaurant by myself to order food off of happy hour menu and was informed by another waitress that the happy hour was over, I explained to her that another one of your employees told me that it was all day.She went to confirm with your manager whether happy hour was all day and returned to tell me unfortunately it wasnt. I left from the table and ask the original server to find out whether the manager will extend the happy hour prices to me because I was misinformed. The manager Karen agreed to extend the happy hour prices to me and when I ordered my cheese sticks, the and spoke back with Karen. Karen came back over to the table and said she was only a standing the happy hour prices for my tacos, she will not extend the price to the cheese sticks. I was upset, I felt like I had just been targeted as an afro Latina female in a predominantly Caucasian community.I asked her do you think I will leave the restaurant just to come back to to only order tacos and receive a $1.29 off an order just the pay higher than the amount with a tip.She never even smiled at me and had a frown on her face the entire time especially after she realized the color that I was. I asked her rather she was racist because when she actually came out to tell me she frowned and seemed to be displeased that I was an Afro-Latina woman that she had extended an offer to.I told her that it wasnt my fault that I was misinformed and that employee should be trained better than they had been. I believe that if an employee tell a consumer or customer something incorrect and it is up to the company to correct that. In my case it did not happen completely and correctly. I asked for the managers business card and told her that I was going to promptly report this to the corporate office.Karen then asked whether I was still interested in receiving the tacos. Of course I was, I literally walked over twice to obtain the food that I wanted but under the impression that I was getting the happy hour menu price. Therefore, I canceled the order because of the mistreatment and left out. When I got up from the table she followed me to the door as if I had done something wrong and when we got near the door because I asked her whether she was racist again she said get out in front of some other customers that was waiting on a to-go order as if I had did something wrong to her.She also told me Im not racist, we serve diverse people all the time. What does that mean? This is unjust and unfair treatment in any establishment and a business that is ran like this will only result in downfall. Id appreciate if you can follow up with me.I never once got loud with her. Yes, I expressed my concerns and my feelings and she continued to try to prove with me that she wasnt racist and that everything she did was right.Im a citizen, I pay my taxes oh, I work every day, I am a middle school teacher and I expect to be treated with just as much respect as the next person.I would appreciate if this is handled in immediately and seriously. I have never in my life been treated this way.Respectfully,Lakeisha Diaz
Decent service, they were busy for the champions league final, decent cooking of the chicken wings themselves but the flavoring was terrible. Probably the worst lemon pepper wings ive ever eaten as they came out literally a pile of wings with a heap of dry lemon pepper on top. Not rubed on during cooking or even afterwards but dumped on top like an afterthought.
Recently decided to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings on 901 Little Texas Ln inAustin. I had been craving some good wings for a couple of days. Everything was going great until we completed the order of 24 wings (hot) and were told that for every ranch or blue cheese we were to be charged an additional .60 cents each. This just rubbed me the wrong way; dont get me wrong I am not cheap. It’s just ridiculous that a wing place charges for dipping sauce. That’s like a hot dog vendor charging for a bun. This is how business fail, making poor choices. Did I forget to mention they were having a special .60 cent wing sell, I guess they were making up for it by charging for dressing. Seriously! Retail a 16oz bottle of Wishbone Ranch cost $3.99 at .60 an ounce this is a 240% mark up. If that were the case, there probably paying more like $5.00 a gallon making it a 1420% mark up.If you have to charge for condiments you are in the wrong business. The Desert nachos were good and I didn’t mind paying the $7.99 for them either. Sadly I will have to find them somewhere else, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
Ive been twice - the first time I was super disappointed in the service. I dont need to be checked on constantly, but our waitress wasnt even visible for long periods of time and we did need her because our drinks were empty and order wrong.Second visit we sat at the bar and the service from the bartender was great.
If I could rate a 0 I would. I am very dissappointed in how we were treated today at what we called the place to go eat wings. First the girl who took our order brought us really small wings that looked like they had been sitting there for a while. We realized that they were too small and asked the waitress to clarify why the wings were so small and she even stated that they looked really small so she went and brought back some much bigger wings. So we told her to take back the small wings she had brought to us earlier and to bring us the much bigger ones that looked fresh and she agreed. She then came back with only 6 of the much bigger wings when we had given the waitress 20 of the small wings. So we got up to leave because that was ridiculous and the manager came out instead of asking or trying to fix the issue he came out telling us that we had to pay for the food. We said and he started throwing his hands up like if he wanted to do something and so we told him watch it there is a camera and he stopped then we told him to come to the table and look at the wings that the waitress brought us and he said he was going to call the cops. We told him go ahead and call them and we will tell them how you are feeding people. He then told us to get out. So we left so dissappointed. Hopefully we dont get sick from eating small wings that were sitting for awhile.
I was pretty disappointed in my trip to this bww location. The food was very subpar. Nachos were dry (hardly and cheese) and the traditional wings were not as wholesome as I remember them being. Service was a bit scattered. I couldnt imagine this location hosting a big event where everyone wants to come in and watch a fight.
Food is normally really good, but why cant I ever get anyone to pick up.the phone when I call? Been trying to call for 30 minutes. It would be a lot more professional if they told you youd be put on hold or something atleast especially since apparently their online ordering isnt working either.
I got the buy one get one free traditional wings on Tuesday and I ordered some onion rings and the waiter informed me that if I just got two large baskets that it was happy hour and I save money on that too overall great experience oh and the wings are so hot and fresh it was amazing
Worst service EVER at any of the locations in Austin I have been to. Our server was completely rude. She acted too good to do her job, what she was being PAID MONEY TO DO. The night went to hell after one of the 3 people at our table recognized her from the last time we were there and she was our server and requested someone different help him because she was rude and terrible last time.
The service was crappy, the waitress brought my food out & it was all wrong, it wasnt even what the menu said it was supposed to be. Then when she brought the chips out they were stale. I told her and she said no they are just over cooked but they all are so if I bring more it will be the same thing so theres nothing I can do. They do not show UFC fights either which is a huge disappointment. I will never eat at this location again.
This place has went down hill horribly they barley put and sauce on wings anymore and there always cold and old even tho u gotta wait 20mn for the wings u would thunk there fresh but the quality just isnt there anymore and this used to be my favorite spot at least 2 times a week not anymore
Got my wing order wrong twice and it wasnt a big order either. I drove home the second time to discover one of my flavors was their choice and not what I ordered but reassured me it was correct. The guy working To-Go completely showed no concern to get it right. Terrible. Goin somewhere else from now on.
So yesterday for the cowboys game and my first time I decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I had a waitress named Tiffany, oh my gosh she was so rude! Worst costumer service!!!!!! When my bf had asked her for a water she rolled her eyes and walked away. Then she took FOREVER to get the water. She was getting guys their beer but couldnt get us a freaking water??!! SHE SUCKED! Like it is your job to give good service, dont be a waitress if youre going to have a sucky attitude.I give it 3 stars because the food was good and there was one gentleman who was also waiting us and he was so nice and attentive.NOTE*** if you go to Buffalo and your waitress is Tiffany, BEWARE!!!!!!!!
Its ok ok. Chickens are only good, sides not such great. My man ordered boneless but the waitress misread and gave him traditions and he asked for large, not such large like he think. Drinks are ok ok. Not many people like I remember. Wing stop is better than this. Sorry.
Theyre hot buffalo wings were not that hot. I dont like being charged for my dipping sauces and for my celery sticks. Also I dont like thinking about that two beers cost me more than a six pack. Only reason I gave him three star is because they change the channel to the game that I want to watch. If they did not do that I would be sure not to go back again. Most places dont let me watch what I want to or turn up the volume like they do unless its already on TV when it comes to Bastrop. If they ever stop turning on the TV and putting up the volume then I definitely will not go back because of their prices. Just being about 10 or 15% too high
Horrible Experience, checked in for a family of 18, told us there was only an hour wait, we waited that 1hr just for them to tell us, they only had two tables and 8 chairs, and that we’d have to wait another hour. When I was standing outside and about 10 people walked in to the patio and sat on empty chairs instead of checking in the front. I even saw when the waiter came to the table and allowed them to sit. This is ridiculous!!! I’d rate this place 0 stars !

2022-05-15I went to a different location recently and remembered that their chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever had, the fries as well. So I went out of my way to order from this location and go pick it up. It was pretty pitiful. The fries are old and dry, the tenders did not appear appetizing at all and taste like grease, and some of them were hardly even the size of a tender. I was very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan to return to your location. Kind of made me nervous about other locations as well. It was not worth the money that I paid or going out of my way to get it.. was sloppy and low quality. You’re better off going to McDonald’s.

2021-11-06Our waitress name Angel was very nice and friendly and with a smile and checked up on us , and Greeted and thanked us and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent waitress. Food was so delicious 😋 and just as we ordered, very much enjoyed my dinner and our waitress was great 👍. Thanks 🙏 11-5-2021

2022-01-09Part of my order was missing. When trying to call they keep you waiting in an automated system and nobody gets the calls. Sometimes I’ve received fries not fully fried, other very dry and “old” (like they have been sitting for a while). Not to tell that customer service is poor.I know this chain from other cities and it’s very good. Particularly in the state of Pennsylvania. My bad to have returned to the South Austin location. I do not recommend this restaurant.

2021-11-03First off, the fries were burnt! Very crunchy, stale tasting, I ordered mine with cheese and I received dry stale fries on all my orders! I payed 50 dollars for bs! Worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings for sure! They forgot seasoning, they added a meal I didn’t ask for. Wouldn’t recommend unless they shaped up some!!

2021-11-28Asked for extra wet, extra crispy and got neither. There is literally no sauce on these wings and they’re chewy rather than crispy. Won’t be going back to this location

2022-07-05Service was shot prior to pandemic. Its like every single BWW hates being a wing bar and fails miserable at being anything else they are attempting to be. Its been over six years that I have not cared to have a sit down experience at any BWW so I just dont. If the service doesnt suck, rest assured the food will be cold or suck. Theres hardly any consistency. Its like nobody cares. This time one waitress handled the whole place so my two stars are for her even though she deserved five.

2021-09-17This is a decent BWW. The chicken sandwices are pretty tasty, but the boneless wings seemed to be on the small side. At least they are BOGO on Thursdays..A couple seats in the booth we sat in were ripped, but overall the place seemed to be in good shape. Get the app for free stuff. I got some free Ultimate Nachos just for signing up.

2022-02-28Visited between lunch and dinner so the place was pretty empty but it still took 30+ min to get a table. Drinks and food came out incredibly slow. Everything was hot and drinks were made well, just a very long time between order and being served.

2022-06-25This place is a joke ! It took an hour for an order of wings and they weren’t even nice , I won’t be returning to this place ever again !
