Been here multiple times and to multiple bww locations. We always go to watch the UFC fights, so we understand the chaos of bustling customers and understaffing. However, everytime we go here, the service is AWFUL. Not attentive. Takes 10 minutes to hours to get anything done. Literally had to wait an hour just for the manager to tell us that our waiter never put in our order in the first place. Will come and be seated and then wait 15 minutes to be seen by a waiter, even when its empty. And will often just end up going to the host to order a to-go. Will take 20 minutes to get your drink order from the bar, etc. Tired of it. Currently sitting here, watching a UFC fight, after waiting 1.5 hours for food. Sigh.
I am up and coming celebrity and no I am not crazy!!!! I came to this location to get my family some wings and they had the cooks PLAYING with a dog in yhe lobby area!!! Not only did they have a DOG around other people and their food scratching and sneezing.. But the manager and the EMPLOYEES were all there playing with it!This was an outrage and on top of that they got my order wrong TWICE!!! AND TO ADD INSULT THEY OFFERED ME A COMPLIMENTARY DRINK FOR THE ALMOST 40 MINUTES I HAD TO WAIT... SMH BE CAREFUL WHO HANDLES YOUR FOOD AT THIS LOCATION!!!
Had fun eating really hot wings an drinking .the drinks are limited tho an the bar tender didnt know how to make some of the drinks.plus she was new at that location but claimed she been working at other bars . But other then that had fun.the bartender did not a a bra on did tend to make me a little uncomfortable while she was talking to my boyfriend. But thats just me😁
My husband and Is first visit, the food was good, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger- it was very big! I substituted onion rings for my fries and they were a bit on the greasy side, but still very good. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, just the right amount of visits to our table. Its a bit pricey, I had a gift card, which was the reason we went and will maybe return if we feel the need for a good greasy meal. Definitely great place for sports fans, as every wall has about 3-6 big screen TVs.
This is probably the worse review I have ever written and in all fairness I have gone multiple times hoping for better but it just gets worse they never have staff they never seat u unless u want at least 45 min and if u dont watch it they short u on ur wings I since had to go to another location
Was a bit worried about coming here... But I shouldnt have been. The wings were really good asked the waitress if I could have extra sauces that made it even more enjoyable. Washed it down with a few mojitos and a coronita. Think the price was fair for what I had. Would go again if I was nearby.
The inside of this place is disgusting. The floors are sticky and look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Smells bad and the employees are using the dining area as a locker room. With shoes, dirty aprons and half eaten food left out. Service is terrible on top of all of that
Worst bww ever, Gabriel after 7 mins with out being helped asked me if I had an order I said I did told him the name went to the back came back to the front and said nothing to me. I figured it was just not ready yet more than 10 mins go by just waiting. I asked Gabriel to check on my order again just to see how much long, another lady comes out to say they didn’t have that order. Such garbage. Do not go here. Every other bww is almost always packed this one never has more than a few tables(not surprising with this kinda service) at a time and almost impossible to get one to help you out and often times there’s no one on the floor forlong periods of times. Don’t go here should be shut down.
Just dont bother at all. Last time I did an online order I showed up on time, was told my order had not been started, waited 30 minutes for it to be done. Thats pretty bad.Just did another pickup order tonight. Got to the restaurant, waited 20 minutes for someone at the front desk. No one came. Was told there were only 2 people working. I left without my order because what is the point? They either didnt start the order by then or it would have been cold by the time I got it and got home (assuming it was ready).I dont blame the wait staff, I blame management. If you cannot staff a location properly then dont open that day or at the very least turn off online orders because its clear you can barely deal with dine in orders.
Just got off work was looking forward to enjoying some wings but wait no buffalo wild wings cant honor their hours of opperations cause they closed 2.5 hours earlier than they were supposed to. if yall cant honor your hours why even have hours extremly unreliable i will never be dining with bww as long as they continue this absurd way of doing buisness. extremley upset
Waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. Took my husband out for veterans day. Waited over an hour despite the restaurant not being busy. Had to leave to get my husband back to work. No one had helped us andwe ended up leaving after almost an hour and half with no service. The staff does not respect our military personnel at all. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Not to happy with the food today. Im not going to say the service was horrible but the food definitely was pretty bad. I ordered a hamburger and it literally was so salty I couldnt eat it. I ordered the vanilla ice cream with cinnamon chips. I had to return it the tortilla chips had no cinnamon and they were just raw flour tortillas. The waitress did bring a new one which was much better. However, I feel as if all our food this visit was just not the greatest. Bad visit this time.
After 20 minutes of waiting for a table, we finally ordered a take out which arrived 20 minutes later. we ended up eating garlic Parmesan wings which had nearly any sauce, thank god we ordered Thai curry wings which were good. Apart from waiting the whole time, The management guys couldn’t answer questions we had, this store could use some serious good management. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want to spend their money over such food and service.
This location was in a good spot. There seemed to be adequate parking, but I could see it possibly being a problem for a giant event like the super bowl or something like that. The restaurant was clean when I went inside. I was greeted in a friendly demeanor and shown to my table. The wait staff was appropriately attentive and did an excellent job keeping up with the needs of our table as well as the surrounding tables. The food was good and fresh. The restrooms were clean and in good working condition.
I was the only one at the ordering counter and stood there for almost 10mins, I saw a lady sitting on one of the bar stools busy with her phone since I had walked in , after 10mins of me waiting she walked over to take my order, I was surprised as I had expected her to be a customer. After the order was placed it went pretty quick, I got my food in less than 15mins. Im still confused why the lady made me wait for 10mins at the order counter before taking my order 🤔
To start off it took 20 minutes for someone to get our drink order. Then 40 minutes later still no food. The cook ( guy with dreads ) kept popping out on his phone , walking back and forth from the kitchen to outside cussing loudly. Worse then that his pants were sagging so low the waste part of the jeans were almost down to his knees. It was very unprofessional. Another cool had on sweats and a sleeveless shirt. That’s now how you present your self at work. I took pictures and I will be sending them to headquarters. This is unacceptable.
Was under staffed. No hostess to seat us to where there was 6 groups of people just waiting. I wasnt that full. Took about 30 minutes to before we were asked what to drink and another 30 to get my first beer. My son ended up refilling his own soda. The wait staff did hussle and was apologitic. I dont know if this is regular or just this night. Food was on par with other BWWs.
Good customer service, there was 1 server that always served us he was more than amazing, what really caught my attention to him was the second time we went there, he took care of us and he basically memorized what we got ordered the prior visit, he remember us giving us the best customer service we ever had in a long time, not really sure what happened to him, havent really seen him in a while, I hope he still works there. Other than that 1 specific server, everyone else can improve on just about everything.
Their website defaults to placing my order _the next day_ and we checked out and it told me that theyd fill my order in 16 hours from now. There was evidently an option to not do this, so we called them and no one picked up. We had to wait through minutes of soul-crushing noise straight out of Black Mirror Fifteen Million Merits episode. We live in a dystopia and this Buffalo Wild Wings is complicit in its crimes.
Pretty bad service. Took forever to get seated even though it wasnt that busy. Staff just seemed confused, inexperienced, and immature. took forever to get our order taken and to get our drinks, hardly ever saw our waiter. I asked for wings extra wet, they came out dry as a bone. And cold. Getting the check took a while as well, even though we were well ready to go. Probably one of the worst B-Dubs Ive been to. Recommend going to a different one.
This is there worst establishment. I arrived at 11:59. Watched several families walk in to be served. Around 12:40, after several requests to the timing of my foods arrival I get my food. I asked to speak to the manager and was told it would be a 30-5 minute wait. Asked for a refund and got attitude and no corporate number was provided. Will NEVER patronize BWW again. During Covid-19 I have come to a conclusion. The way your treated is truly how that person feels. Covid has brought out peoples true nature. This should not happen in any arena, mainly food service You make a choice to go dine-in. And they should make every effort to make sure your visit was enjoyable. BWW fell way short of the minimal threshold of service.
Worst location absolutely ever, even for pickup. waited almost 20 minutes over my expected pickup time. no employee on the floor except the bartender (who’s job is not to run the entire store, poor guy). two parties waited to be seated for almost 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. the phone rang and rang, guess those people gave up. place is a mess. would have had a better time if i took the money used to place the order to go to taco bell or mcdonald’s, food would have been better there.update: OVER 20 minutes. in conclusion, HIRE MORE PEOPLE SO YOU DONT LOSE THE ONLY THREE EMPLOYEES DOING THE FAVOR BY ACTUALLY WORKING HERE. i know for a fact that they don’t get paid enough to put up with working at an establishment like this.sincerely,also a former BWW employee
The service was incredibly slow, this location is unbelievably understaffed. Our server was really nice, though I cant remember her name . The leather on the seats of the booth was so over worn it was cracked and basically missing, We waited for about 20 minutes for a table that had been Designated for my Guest and I to get cleaned off and then when we got there it was sopping wet .
The staff was just so nice, I went here on super bowl Sunday. And the guy at takeout with the multicolored hair was just so nice and then the lady behind the bar serving drinks and taking food orders in the bar area was just so awesome. I was just in town for a few days. But if I lived in the area I would definitely go back all the time.
There was no host/ess when we walked in, and after waiting for about 5 minutes behind another couple who got there before us, my boyfriend went to find someone. They told him we could seat ourselves at the bar, so we did. Waited for about 10 minutes and no one brought menus, so we left. There werent many people there at all. It smelled strongly of damp carpet, and there was a leak in the roof.
Great service, and the food was pretty good too.I always get traditional wings, all drumsticks, with Chipotle dry rub. Some BWWs overcook their wings, but not this location. They are never dry, always juicy. (Ive been to BWWs before where the wings were tough and dry.)My only issue was there was a bunch of customers without masks on in the restaurant, walking around, entering and exiting the building, and going to the restroom. And no one in the restaurant seemed to enforce a mask rule. I know the governor has lifted mask restrictions, but almost all restaurants still require them when moving about the building.
This is the second time Ive ordered from this location in just as many months, and they have yet to get my order right. The first time, after I had placed the order online, drove 30 minutes to get there, my order was still not ready at the time indicated(and there were maybe 2 parties inside, so they didnt seem busy, but I could be mistaken) and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the parking lot for it. After the frustration of waiting, I neglected to check my order (bc I just wanted to leave at that point) and they forgot an entire meal (of which we had ordered 4) but there were the right amount of boxes in the bag, so I didnt check. Turns out they decided to bundle all our fries in one box and it just looked like another meal.Tried again a month later and this time I will admit that our food was ready, and curbside was prompt and we had the correct amount of food, however, they only decided to season 1 of our 3 meals this time(I could not tell when I checked the boxes upon receipt bc it was dark outside and difficult to tell). I rechecked the receipt and there was no error on our behalf, they just flat out gave us bland chicken nuggets. If I wanted that I wouldve gone to McDonalds and paid less than half the price. So of the 7 meals(2 orders) that Ive ordered in the past 2-3 months, I have received 6 of them, and 2 of those werent what I ordered. Needless to say, from now on I will be driving the additional 10-15 minutes to the Little Texas location bc any time I have ordered from them in the past, Ive had no issue.
I havent tried there food yet Im pretty sure its amazing they get a lot of customers I only went there because I was on delivery for doordash a great company to work for but I will be trying there food I know there customer service is great I give them 5 stars plus 5 👍👍👍👍👍 up 😜😁😃☺️
Made a order at 12:00 for a veterans day Meal. Was told that it would be 15 minutes and it would be ready. I arrived at 12:13. I did not leave until 12:55. I had to re-ask for my mail to be made as the first one they gave me was cold to the touch. Wait an additional 8 minutes to be given what appears to be the exact same thing I gave back to them but warmed. This makes me feel like they were not honoring veterans but making a joke of us. meanwhile while I was there waiting on saw other people who came in after me and made orders get their food and leave way before I did. Please note on receipt they had it listed as me being a walk-in at 12:10 and that the food is ready 6 minutes later which it wasnt. Very disappointed in this place and will never go back as its apparent to me that they do not care about veterans or to actually honor them but to make a joke out of them.
My first and only time going here was maybe couple months back. Food was fresh and good but the customer service/staff was superb. My boyfriend and I just so happen to go on the day the Chime Banking system went down; long story short, they were patient with us and kind through everything. Thank you guys for serving us! It really does mean a lot!
If they ever mess up on your order, and you want a refund dont expect anything back. They will tell you that they submit it, and it will take 10 days to do it. When you call back after those 10 days they are gonna tell you the same thing. Not trust worthy. I had to call the headquarters to even get anywhere.
PLEASE READ ‼️When I first walked in I felt unsure. I had no service when I first walked in. I had a lady working there looked at me and walked away. Finally got service and was unsure what to order, the lady was not smiling and wasn’t friendly at all. None of the workers seemed happy to be there. There were only 7 families there. One guy walked in while I waited and he left 8 minutes later(nobody came to help). But the food seems good. Maybe pick a different place to go eat.
My girlfriend called in her order about 20 minutes in advance and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. The woman on the phone took her order and gave her her total, but when she showed up and waited for 15 minutes, she found out that the order was never placed. Instead of being apologetic or providing prompt service the girl asked her Who she spoke to on the phone? As if that matters??There were other people waiting there as well for about 30 minutes for their food, they also had received poor service and were complaining too. There was not that many people in the restaurant so there should have been no reason why the order was never rang in or poor service was given? Needless to say we wont be back or recommending this location to anyone.
Ordered pickup here on a Thursday, Bdubs has a great promo running on their boneless wings. I was a little disappointed with the sauce . I’m reasonable and don’t like my wings drowning in sauce, but I definitely like enough to taste and add some moisture to the wings... My boneless order was pretty much bone dry and they really skipped out on me.
The food is good but the rest needs work.I have been to this location twice.The first thing to note is the location:If you don’t know exactly what you’re are doing you will pass it while on 35. You have to exit around a mile before and sit through at least one light before you get there.Service:The first time we came our waitress was not attentive at all, so much so that I had to ask another server to find her. The problem was that she was so far gone that even that server couldn’t figure out where she was and gave up. At another point friends of hers came in for lunch so she sat with them totally blowing off her tables. The service was so bad that we wanted a do-over so the next day we went to the Georgetown location which was much better. Highly suggest Georgetown for the best experience.A week later I stopped at this location again on my way to work. I figured it was just a bad waitress and would give this place another chance. This time wasn’t as bad except that the server wasn’t friendly and got my order wrong multiple times. In the end I just ate the wrong stuff because the first time I told him it was wrong it took over 10 minutes to fix (I ordered wedges and they gave me frys, wedges are extra). I went in for a quick meal where I ordered as soon as I sat down but was still there for over 40 minutes due to the slow service and incorrect orders.This place probably wouldn’t be bad if they got new management or the manager were to fix the existing staff.I’ve always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings but I don’t expect to be back to this location.
This place serves the usual and it tastes great. The cold beer and ufc nights are fun too. But they keep hiring young people who barely know how to socialize with their customers. The few times I have been at this location the waiter or waitress first greets you but then sits far away and avoids any conversation.
Ive tried to give this location multiple chances but the customer service is just lacking on so many levels. I try not leave bad reviews but I feel like I would want to be saved the trouble of visiting an establishment like this. This last time I placed an order for delivery and even called the location to make sure the delivery time was right. Then come delivery time, I get a call from Door Dash saying that they said they couldnt fulfill my order because they never received it. I called them again and still they said they didnt have anything under my name, yet they could see it in the system. The staff pretty much chucked it up to be a technology error and never even offered to fulfill my order or give me a refund. Really disappointing.
Never get carry out from here. Ever. 9/10 theyll get your order wrong. Youll also be extremely lucky if the wings are actually cooked through entirely. This place is absolutely horrible.It isnt that this happened once and Im complaining. Its happened time after time after time. Today makes the third time in a row now that the sauces were completely wrong and they werent cooked. I tried giving them chances. I thought maybe, coincidentally, they were having bad days when I tried to order from there. No, they just dont know what theyre doing.Not that theyd care, but theyve lost a customer now.
Whoever answered the phone and was very rude! Then hung up on me. Im a cook, and regardless if I ordered through grub hub or not, I should have gotten everything that was on the ticket that I have and I didnt get it. You tell me to talk to grub hub. They have nothing to do with how the order is put together. Wont order again from here. Your people are rude!
The past 4 times we came here has been bad experiences. The first time, I waiter attended us one and that was it. We had the cashier look and couldnt find only to find out he had gone home. Another time, we sat for 15 minutes and nobody attended us but we saw the manager and another employee stand by the restrooms talking. Then other times was just long wait times when it wasnt even busy inside.
The register guy is faking a girls voice, its disgusting. Asked if the sauce was in the bag with onion rings, he said yes but when i came home, there was no sauce. Also, I didnt get the fork for my food. Obviously the owner of this place doesnt care abou the business and is not thankful for having customers at all compared to New Yorkers. Shame.
Got there and the place was pack because of the basketball game. Had been waiting for about 30 min to order ask for a manager and he made it a great visit. Jon came and apologized and gave us personal service. Food was great and the customer service was amazing. Great job Jon !! Will be coming back!
Perfectly serviceable buffalo wild wings. I go here 15 to 20 times per year to watch UFC fights, and while its not the best, this place isnt a disaster like some of the reviews say.Dont get me wrong, it is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been to (lived in 3 cities with BWWs). Their issues are mainly slow or bad service. Sometimes things dont come out right and you have to send it back, or you wait for a while for anything, etc. You can still go there and get some wings and enjoy your night, though. They do constantly have new staff, probably because the waiters never make any money due to low volume.
We never got our food. Ordered side salads and wings. 45 minutes later nothing came out, there was no staff around, never got checked on, so we left. I am almost positive we couldve walked behind the bar and poured our own drinks and no one would have noticed. I have no idea how they stay in business.
Service was great, but the food sucked, wings were cold, the lemon pepper wings were too dry. I should of just went next door. Maybe my worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Hope management makes it better. Paid over $50 in food and drinks and it does not feel like I got my money’s worth.
The beers are cheap and cold but the food is not very good. Ordered the fried pickles and they were very salty and over done. The side of fries we got with our wings was hardly any, paid $18 for 12 wings and some fries, they also forgot our slaw that the plate comes with. Service was okay but won’t be back
The one star rating is stretching it since you cant give negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Worst service ever. Was there at least thirty minutes and finally received drinks. One person in our party sent the food back twice and still wasnt correct on the third try. Waited about an hour for food and finally asked for the manager. Received food about an hour and a half after arriving. Salad was incorrect, dressing was missing, had to ask numerous times for our appetizers and finally received after the meal. Napkins and silverware was received after the food arrived and then only because we ask several times. Guests at another table left when they didnt receive their drinks.
I didnt get service until 10 minutes after we sat down. Ordered a water, which hasnt been refilled the entire 2 hours ive been here. Ordered my food and 45 minutes later the waitress still hadnt placed the order. After 2 hours of being here that we finally get our food. My wings had barely any sauce on them. Cant get any waters, cant get any ranch, cant get any refills on beers. Hands down the worst service Ive ever had. Asked for a manger half an hour ago, after he finally came he treated it like a joke.
Terrible customer service. I love BWW but this location is just awful. They take forever to give you your food, even when the place is basically empty, the waiters don’t ever refill your drinks, and they messed up my order. The waiters never come by to check on you and take their time doing everything. I had to refill my own drink & I ordered fried pickles 3x and he forgot to put them in. I would never go back again. The place is dirty and sticky with tables stacked with dirty dishes. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I would give no stars if I could.
Second time in this location and ordered through the online service and what can I say they don’t take the time to check if everything is right entered in the bag for customers to pick up. Wings are dry with out sauce and they forgot to give us the ranch and celery sticks plus the most simple things which are napkins. That says a lot of them they don’t take the time to make the best of customer service.
Went here just for the bacon wrapped tots...they were so good! The price of them..not so good. Guess we just missed the happy hour prices when we went. $8 for about 10 tots kinda not worth it. We got 2 orders so $19 for meh maybe 20? Nope, not worth it in my opinion. Liked the large amount of seating though and the other food looked yummy too.
The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or understaffed. Half our tables order came out, but the other half took another fifteen or twenty minutes before it came out. My order was not correct (garden salad and potato wedges). The food was cold and only just palatable. The bathrooms, both men and women, were out of towels and soap. Our waiter was friendly. I would recommend this place only for someone to watch a sports game and order only beer at the bar area.
We went here to watch some NFL playoffs games since everywhere else near by had hour long wait lists for a table. I realize now why BW3s wasnt on a wait. This chain has really taken a dive. There werent enough servers. The food was blah and cold. If you just need a place to watch the game then this is a good last resort.
The food was good even though the kitchen was backed up and it took a while to get the food. That happens at any restaurant but the two stars are for the service. They ran out of tea and never offered another drink. The waitress never came by to ask if we wanted water while we waited for tea to get made. Ordered a 20 piece wing and only got 18. Wings are overpriced as it is and then they want to short you. There are better places to watch the game and eat some wings.
I used to love B-Dubs. But they have changed the chicken wings or something. They dont taste like the quality they used to be. They do have the new American burger. Last time I went I ordered that and it was actually pretty good. If I went back I would order it again.
Really good wings, they have all sorts of flavors. In this particular store Ive noticed that they take longer to take your order and bring your food, sometimes this is compensated with free ranch or sauce. Not when the manager is around. If your looking for quick service you should see the one on I-35, but they charge that ranch there though.
Bad experience with the waiter. I asked the counter if I can get seated, and they told me that I should order my food at the counter. I was confirmed by the receipt clearly showing dine in. I got a seat, but they gave me my order in a plastic bag which is supposed to be take away order. After I left, they ASKED me to clear the table MYSELF and they said NO when I asked them if theres a trash can I can put the food in. Very confused and I dont know how I should behave to please the waiters.The wings Are OK. The buffalo fries are vey soft (not fresh), I ended with throwing all the fries away.
Went a few weeks back and the waiter messed up trying to charge us for our food. Waited patiently to help the waiter out to make sure all charges were correct. Spent 30 to 45 mins doing this. Manager came up to check if everything was good. I asked him if I could get some sauce to go. Says thatll be 35 cents. The money is insignificant, but the principle of taking care of your customers isnt there.
Walked in from neighboring hotel and placed a to-go order. Ordered 14 traditional wings, 1/2 parmesan-garlic, 1/2 lemon-pepper. Wait time was reasonable, but got back to the hotel to find a completely different order of what I believe from online menu pics were breaded boneless wings (looked like chicken nuggets). Simple Q&A check on staffs part would have easily avoided the situation. I get that orders can get crossed, but what frustrated me more was the nonchalant, indifferent attitude of the cashier/order-taker who was still working the counter when I returned. Ill update my star ranking from 1 to 3 to account for me and my room guests being hangry at the time of initial review, but this is a good opportunity for the owner to sure up Q&A and customer interfacing protocols.
I normally love BWW, but this was the first time Ive been to this location and my experience was horrible. Dirty bathrooms, unenthusiastic staff, and mediocre food.We arrived and were led to a dirty table. Every other available booth was dirty as well. We were then asked to return to the front while our table was was cleaned.Our waiter was awkward and lingered too long at our table, making us uncomfortable. He was great about bringing us new glasses of water when we ran out, but never took glasses off the table, which made it a cluttered mess.We ordered appetizers, which took 20 minutes to get. My house margarita was extremely watered down, so I sent it back and asked for the top-shelf margarita, which was much better, but took 15 minutes to get. I was brought the wrong salad, and when I mentioned to the waitress who delivered our food (who was not our original waiter) I ordered something different, she rudely said, no, this is what you ordered. Instead of pitching a fit and sending my salad back for the correct one, I decided to eat the one I had been given knowing Id likely have to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make the correct entree. However, I had to wait ten minutes for our waiter to walk back by so I could ask for dressing, since it was delivered dry. The dressing was disgusting, so I ate it dry.When the checks were delivered, I had been charged for the more expensive salad that I was given, but didnt order, instead of my original order. It wasnt until I mentioned something that the waiter offered to comp my salad if I wanted.Overall, the absolute worst experience Ive had at BWW. I will never go back to this location.
This is my second shot at this place and location, and it appears that this place is pretty poorly managed. Its playoff night and I believe I just heard the waitress say that they only had one person in the kitchen, it is a very long wait and well past when they told me the way it should be for. The previous experience was not very good service, Im typically a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but this place is not doing the brand Justice.
I used to love going to this place big fan of their wings but this location has been going downhill Very dirty floors look under your booth table and you can see that it hasnt been cleaned for weeks maybe months Not exaggerating. And when picking up called in orders you get very dirty looks if you dont tip them the amount they want
I had lunch here today and enjoyed it. The food is good for what it is, which is basically a variety of wings (either bone-in or boneless) with dipping sauce. If you like wings, then youre set.There are a TON of TVs in the place tuned to pretty much every sports channel available on cable. No shortage of sports-related viewing to keep you entertained.
We waited 10-15 minutes for them to serve us. And 40 minutes for the food to be ready, not to mention another 9 for the last meal. In addition, some customers got there after us, and they got served before us. Our waiter Shawn was trying his best, but I just think its disorganized. I blame the damn managers.
If I could rate this no stars I would. The server we had was absolute garbage. Our food took way longer than expected and when it did come out a burger came out burnt and the wrap was made very poorly. Our server took so long we asked the hosts to contact her to receive our check. We also asked another server to speak to a manager. After waiting 15 for the manager (who never showed) we left. Spent a total of 2 hours here. If u want fast and friendly service please do not go here.
Sadly, most of the other reviews are accurate. BUT, it seems to only be during peak hours and things are improving! Im another long-time customer of BWW who loves the franchise but dislikes this location but I went a couple weeks ago (March 2014) and saw some new employees. My waiter completely forgot to bring glasses of water we had requested, and then later napkins as well, but he was friendly and seemed to be trying pretty hard to get the hang of things. I suspect the problem is with management and not the employees.(Also, this B-dubs has a crowded layout compared to most other Texas locations.)
The place was dead and it took a half hour to get my wings. The chicken was really fatty and a lot of darker meat that was inedible. Ive been a wing man for many years and usually love B-Dubs. Waitress was young but mostly efficient and friendly. A lot of the staff standing around not doing anything. PS I was sat at a table that had not been cleaned. I had to ask for a towel to clean it.
This place is horrible! I don’t know where to begin. My family and I just went there today and it was all bad. There was literally no one there. The parking lot was empty. It took forever to get our drinks. Even longer to get our food. They finally brought food but it was just the kids meals. My kids had cold fries that were probably just sitting there forever. My nephews cheeseburger was still PINK in the middle!! Then finally our food comes and it wasn’t even all that great. I’d recommend another place. ZERO STARS!!!
Worst service ever! Definitely not coming back... server was always away, not courteous, not attentive at all. Ordered chips and salsa, horrible tomato sauce. Ordered fried pickles, soggy. Finally wings came in, no plates not silverware. They took forever to charge us. Checkout process almost took 20 minutes of waiting.
I was taking my sister and our husbands out to eat for her birthday. I ordered food for them and waters until they got there I didnt eat because they told me they shut the grill down at 11:30 and only serve wings and drinks until 12am that should be advertised online! Also the sever never spoke to my sister and her husband I have been in the service industry for many year and you should always greet your guest and ask them what brings them out then he would know it was her birthday. Im still going to tip minimum %15 even though this is the worst service I have had but!!! It would have be %30 and when I see my sister again in a few months we will try pluckers.
The food was ok, what I expected, the service on the other hand is awful. We were 1 of 2 tables and our waitress was not able to handle it. We were a table of 2, the other table had 4. She forgot some things we ordered and told us she didnt hear us order it...even though we ordered it and she asked us questions and seemed to write it down. So we were a little confused as to what happened there. Refills never offered, we had to get up and go to her if we needed anything. Just bad service.
I normally come here oh so often but today we waited about an hour and a half for food which was ridiculous. The bartender Karmyn didnt even bother checking on our food too busy on service bar making drinks for servers, atleast couldve gotten a server to check on it while they wait. She forgot our side order of fries didnt even bother to get the manager involved like youre supposed too *Im a bartender also* horrible Im also pregnant and waiting for food for that long made me mad luckily we met some good people that kept me distracted from worrying about the food. If they cant handle a bar alone add another bartender!
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! Jack, our waiter was the absoulute worst and time after time we tried giving him a chance but he never asked us if we needed a refill or if we were fine. My son Pedro ordered from the kids menu and they wanted to charge us for a refill, which is ridiculous!! We asked to speak to the manager and he was the most rudest manager I’ve ever come across. We were waiting for us to be charged and the waiter absolutely ignored us and went to another costumer who was non latino. I felt like the waiter was racist and i didn’t appreciate that he acted as if we were stupid! My daughter Lily asked him for boneless wings and he got a little upset due to her “pointing at traditional”. The service there is horrible and i recommend they get new employees because the servers don’t know how to do their job right! DISAPPOINTED! I don’t recommend this place to anybody.
WOW, love the chain however this location needs some improvement. Customer dropped a soda at the front door and the four girls at the front ignored it until the manager said something. Plus they do not do the BlazinRewards so for a traveler that likes to frequently eat wings I have wasted to visit. Even though they say they do they never show up on you account. Plus when you order and they say 10 to 15 minutes, well it has been 30 and I am still waiting.
I ended up in this poor excuse for a restaurant since the next door Ojos Locos place closed due to covid. Its OK, Ill take it in stride and go to BDubs - its a reliable franchise ive come to respect the last 10 times I went to other BDub locations.Here I am in an empty bar. And no important sporting events are on - its election day, after all. I was the only person in the bar within eye shot of the TV and I could not convince them to turn on a network news station. No reason was given, nothing. No Fox or CNN.I dont feel like BDubs is anti-biden or trump. Im pretty sure theyre just anti-democracy. This is the biggest sporting event of the year and you failed to capitalize on it. Why cant I drink a $3 beer, eat some microwaved wings and see the world fall apart.Highly dissatisfied that communism now grips the USA and all its mega corps.- a concerned voter
Worse service ever!! Walked in got seated!! Was not noticed by a server for 10 minutes!! Finally went back to host to explain we have not been waited on yet..Finally a server comes like it’s no big deal!! We have loved this BWW and have tried to stay true to our neighborhood BWW since another chicken wing sports bar opened. But this location’s restrooms are so GROSS. We may come in when they open, and restrooms are dirty from the night before. It makes me never want to eat here again. I wish they kept this BWW cleaner.
30 minutes for water. An hour after ordering we had to ask a different server where our food was. Our regular server had to retake our order and didnt seem apologetic at all. After 2.5 hours we finally got our food and it wasnt even up to par. I sent a complaint email and the manager sent back a canned response with no real apology or reconciliation. Worst BWWs experience Ive ever had.
Im not sure if it was just the day we visited, however our waiter was off his game. We had to keep asking for our drinks after our food had even arrived. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. We had to ask where our apps were when the wings came 1st. It wasnt busy so Im not sure what the issue was that day. Hope he gets on track.
I tried this place a couple of times, this would be my fifth time coming here. Its always something wrong with my order! This last visit here I had place my order online, got to the store 5min from the call. I get there to pay for the order that was placed on the phone. 35 min goes by to be told that the order was not place. At that point I told the manager that I already had paid for my meal, he told me that there was a 45 min wait because the food was canceled! I will not do business here no more! I encourage people to not visit any of the Buffalo Wild Wings locations at all!! Staff was very unprofessional, not committed to there job at all! Like I said last time coming here, will not do business here no more!
We were dismayed by this place. There was a line when we arrived, but there was no one taking names or anything for the waiting list. When we asked the people in front of the line whats going on, they said they have been waiting, so we waited for about 10 minutes. When I looked inside, there were so many free tables. They probably didnt have enough waiters that night, but they should have at least told all the people in the line.
This restaurant is one of our local favs. The employees are always nice, there is never a long wait, and they will put whatever game you want to watch on a flat screen near your table. We particularly like their boneless wings, and their bleu cheese burger and bbq burger are both awesome. We also really like their fried mushroom appetizer. Come to think of it, weve never had a bad meal here, and they keep your glasses full. They are super family friendly, but also have a full bar for the grown-ups. Highly recommend this restaurant to others even though there are many other choices nearby.
I love Bdubs food, but the service here is consistently bad.I prefer to order online and then pickup. They used to be good about getting the order right up until about 6 months ago. Now my orders are wrong completely, or missing something. Its very frustrating to pick it up and then sit down to eat at home to discover I was given somebody elses order.This used to be my go to restaurant for my diet (keto), but I dont trust them to get my order correct anymore.
Got there at 11:15 pm, 45 minutes to closing and they wanted nothing more than to get us out the door. First, they told me they already stopped serving beer for the night. Then, after bringing us our food at 12:00, closing time, they told us we had 15 minutes to eat. If youre going to stay open till midnight and somebody gets to your restaurant before midnight, you need to treat them like any other patron. the time of restaurant closes is when they will no longer accept seating. They may also closed down down some services, but you dont get to kick somebody out at midnight when without giving them enough time to eat their dinner. Not going back!
Pros: lots of TVs all around; Tuesdays are 1/2 off wings but watch out for extra charges (my waiter charged for extra sauce she encouraged me to get without telling me that it costs more!)Cons: the varieties of chicken wing flavors are just thin layers of sauces on the wings, otherwise all the wings are basically the same; service is not great.
The food is consistently awful and the service is bad, and there are a couple rude waitresses. BUT, they show free UFC events which is really the only reason Ive put up with the terrible food and service. I really need to find a new place to watch mma. I dont recommend whatsoever.
After a long day of work we went here for some dinner and drinks. They didnt appear that busy it was almost 10pm, but apparently the waiter was throwing a fit when he learned he was going to have to wait on us. He said bro I just waited on this big table He was obviously upset so we told them if its that big of a deal we can just leave.
Worst Buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to, waitress take forever, if you actually want good service I recommend you to go to BWW in Georgetown because all the ones here in Austin suck! I would rather drive 30 minutes to go get good service, good food and good drinks! Stood in the entry way for 10 minutes, no hostess showed up. Waitress finally told us to sit anywhere. Sat for over 10 minutes with no drink order or anything. Finally wound up walking out without ever having any contact with staff. Pretty horrible service, if you ask me. Granted, it was 2:30 in the afternoon, but at least acknowledge the presence of someone to is trying to give you money!EDIT: July 4th, 2012. I was dying for wings, so against my better judgement, I went back. I think I was literally the only customer in the place at 5:00 p.m.The waitress, Tia, welcomed me and sat me immediately. She was very sweet, my order was fulfilled quickly and accurately, my Coke Zero was never empty, and she even came over to check on me when I looked up at the TV - she thought I was just looking her way so she checked. She even brought me a full Coke Zero to go when I checked out. She earned a 25% tip, and Ive bumped my rating up from 0 to 2.Im still very dubious - after all, I was the only customer in the place, so I cant imagine how anything could have been screwed up. Ill definitely go back again to see if this was a fluke, or theyve turned the corner.
Takes long time for pick ups, employees need more training. Online order ia one of the worst service. Even of you order online they wont prepare untill you go there.I had to wait 10 mons at the reception, no person were available. The bill clerk was not friendlier and attentive towards customer.
Worked for BWW for a long time and I just had the worst Buffalo Ranch Wrap ever. I called in a to-go order 5 minutes before I arrived. I sat inside and waited 20 more minutes. I live 5 minutes down the road. Got home my wrap was cold, not like room temp. Almost refrigerated cold. The cheese inside never melted. The chicken was cold. It was wrapped so loosely it fell apart when I tried to pick up the first half. I know its an enviroment mostly run by kids and young adults, but its still a business and restaurant, but seriously get your s*** together. I shouldnt have to wait 25 minutes for cold food.
So I just called to place an order and a guy by the name of Jake (?) answers the phone and places me on hold. After 5 minutes i call back thinking he forgot only to be placed on hold again. I told him that i just spent 5 minutes on hold and he says Im busy dealing with customers right now. It was quite rude. I love this location, the food is on point but this guy should not be working there if he is going to be a jerk about his job. Nobody is forcing him to be there to deal with customers. I took my bussiness to the Stassney location and they didnt place me on hold forever nor were they rude.
WORST SERVICE EVER!! Got seated and after 10 minutes of none of the 4 servers acknowledging us we left. There were approximately 5 tables with people eating. One server at the table next to ours asked if the needed water refills more than once while we didnt even have water! Notifying corporate as this seems to be standard here.
Stood around for 17 minutes until someone asked what I needed after being passed by several staff members and then my order wasnt even ready, had to wait additional 20 minutes for my online order to be cooked. Wings were very spongy not crisp didnt taste fried. Bad experience overall 👎
I ordered four boneless wings (Tuesday special) and a beer. The bartender asked me if I wanted the basket of 8 (which is not on special). I told him no and he informed me I could take them home if I wanted. I told him that was too much, I just want four to go with my beer. He brought 15 and a to-go box along with a bill for $20. I was the only person at the bar, theres not really an excuse for messing up that bad. I was pretty pissed so I paid it and left (I know, should have said something).The food is indigestion fuel and the service is... well, its inaccurate at best. The only reason I would go back is if I had a chronic disease and only Buffalo Wild Wings had the cure. Come to think of it, those rebranded Hell-McNuggets are churning up gut froth something fierce. Please pray for me and my decimated colon.
Went here after the state cross country meet on Nov. 12, 2011. Was late afternoon, it wasnt busy at all. Took half an hour to get our drink orders taken, and another half hour to get our meals ordered. The food took forever, our sons order wasnt right, and most of the food was cold...oh, and our appetizers, that we specifically asked be brought before the meal, came out with the rest of the food. I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one is not typical at all.
Server wasnt wearing gloves when he brought out our drinks or when he brought the food out. Monday, August 17th around 3:30 pm to 4:40pm.He also took some cash tips from another table that left and also didnt sanitize his hands when he went to the next table.If he gets The Rona , i wont be surprised.
I like the buffalo wings here. I wouldnt say it is better than WingStop, but the environment is better than WingStop for sure. They have a lot more televisions with more sporting events on. The service is not bad either and the prices are what I would expect at any other place. This is a great place to hang out with friends and watch a game or too. The beer prices are great also. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Walked in to place an order to go but no one was there to take my order. I waited for about 10 to 15 minuets then I called the place and got an answer. About 5 minuets later manager comes out. Asked me if anyone has taken my order. I said “No” I been here waiting for about 15-20 minuets. He said no you have not and I been watching you on camera. Then I said you should know that my order has not been taken smfh. Done with this place even though I like their wings better than pluckers. Here I come pluckers
I love buffalo wild wings, but this location was HORRIBLE!! Ordered 2 kids meals w bone in wings and the meat was slimy as the skin was chewy. I took it back and the ONLY thing that improved was the fact that the ice machine had ice this time. There was barely any sauce on the wings & they had no crisp at all! I definitely wldnt recommend this location!! The one on Parmer is superb!
Poor service here. Waiters walk around with long faces. We asked for napkins and out waiter told us they were low on them so we had to use the wet naps. Moments later a group of business men were seated and were given napkins and silverware (they gave us the plastic) lol. So if your not in business attire you wont get the good stuff. After I complained waiter gave us napkins and said he was breaking the bosss rules -_-
The worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been!I love BWW but they have the worst employee training and horrible manager.I sat down and wait about 20min and none of the waiter/waitress didnt even serve.I was really mad about just sitting down there for 20 mins for nothing so I talk to the manager and all she said was Im so sorry. Ive been there several times and everytime I go there, there service is always horrible!! I rather go to Pluckers or Wingzup but here.DO NOT GO THERE unless you order for take out.
Horrible experience ordering through the phone, the person I was talking too was so rude, horrible customer service. Can’t even imagine that I called again to add sauce and the guy that was answering hung up the phone I wasn’t even done talking. Regret choosing this place never eating at this location!!! Also Angel should find another job if he’s going to treat people like that... Just got my food and he didn’t even add the sauce that I asked for and had the audacity to charge me for it wow worst place ever!!
The hosting was nonexistent and the service was as fast as molasses. Our dipping sauces were forgotten. The celery and tomatoes were made of styrofoam. The carrots were water logged and the onions were stretchy. My burger had obviously been under a heat lamp long enough for the cheese to turn to wax and the burger to become microwave chewy. The only saving grace was the appetizer,soft pretzels, because they were fresh.
Really bad service........ they took over 30mim to bring our food with few customers inside and when we needed refills it took over 10min. The manager at that time had an attitude,I think her name was Molly. No wonder people stop going at that place. I dont recommend anyone going their....
Horrible Service!!! We ordered to pickup 18 wings and when we came home and checked, we only got 10 wings. So we called these guys and they said, they would give us credit for our next order and said that we needed to just call and give our name and number. When we called a few weeks later and asked regarding our credit, they said, they did not even have a history of the initial order and refused to give us our credit. Did not expect this from BWW!
I love BW3s and this was by far the worst one ever. OVER HALF of the place was empty with unbussed tables and the hostess (who was very rude) told us they werent seating anyone for 30+ minutes because the kitchen was so busy. Huh?We told them that we were fine sitting and watching the game and getting beers until the kitchen was back up and running and they said they werent taking bar orders either. We would just have to wait up front. WTF?!?Worst experience ever, Corporate should revoke their license. Wings, Beer, Sports is the motto, but not at this BW3s. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, they mearly shrugged when we said we would go elsewhere. Great job hiring your staff.
We were seated and ignored. We tried to get someones attention, but to no avail. As a waiter myself, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after 20 minutes my party and I left. Its one thing to wait to be served because its busy, but there was hardly anyone there and many staff members.

2022-04-24I took the family on a Saturday for dinner and we got there like around 8:30pm more a less. They were trying to figure out were to sit us because the manager came to tell us that he only had to servers working. We finally got a table and ordered. They took 1hr or more to serve our food and the only reason we didnt leave is because it was late already and we were craving wings. Even the manager was running around. Close to the hour of taking our order another guy comes out from the kitchen to ask us what we had ordered. Fifteen minutes later he comes out with our order. The guy at the front was not helping at all when he was not busy. I saw people get up and serve there drinks. They had not enough employees that night but the food was okay. We ended up leaving the place close to 11pm.

2022-02-09Ill keep giving my business to the competition, because I dont believe Ive ever been satisfied with this location. I get that there are bad days, but Ive given this restaurant multiple chances to get it together. No one is ever up front for a pickup order (waited 25 minutes for someone to come up) cold wings and soggy fries.. to them claiming they did not receive an online order (twice) to ALWAYS having rude staff (to a degree, I understand because its hard in the restaurant industry) but by looking at these reviews, I see one thing has not changed, this place is still struggling to keep staffed and to provide quality service and fresh food. Yall should work on that or just shut it down. Because at this point.....🤦🏾♀️👎🏾

2022-05-08Stood at the greeting desk for over 10 mins with no one acknowledging us, even with a female server coming over and working around and next to us. Never said hi or asked if weve been helped or anything. If my buddy and I werent so hungry, we wouldve left.The server/bartender was friendly enough, but didnt really listen to our concerns. We asked for a recommendation for an appetizer that wasnt very heavy since we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us and he recommended the loaded nachos or sampler platter. Those are large, heavy items.

2022-05-11Overall the wings were excellent but, side salad was wilted. Upon arrival service was slow, it too about 2 minutes for someone to come upto the counter to help. The person was not sure of the status of the order and other patrons waiting for food seem to be frustrated from waiting. Fortunately my was was only about 5 minutes.

2022-06-17My family drove all the way here from Manor. They had a sign on the door saying they wouldnt sit parties of more than 6. We had 7. Two adults and 5 children. The host came out after 20 minutes. They refused to accommodate us. We offered to split up and they still refused. We offered to just let the five kids eat and the parents not eat, We are sorry we cant do that. We ask to speak to a manager and we never saw the host again. As we were waiting for management no less than 15 people walked in waited for a host then went somewhere else to eat. The manager was a coward and refused to come out and speak to us. I will never be back.
