Let me 1st start off with Service was great!!The heater was out and it was 21 degrees outside but I really do appreciate you were the only restaurant open on 1 of the coldest days in Austin. After working 8 hours and finding hot food before going to my hotel room!! Thank you!!
It’s a wonder why places can’t stay open. .. after being called for a job interview my daughter waited an hour and ended walking out. After she was disregarded. Not sure why she was. Frankly it was rude. I know she waited that long because I waited for her. Very disappointing and discouraging. Horrible management and customer service. At least say hey we will have to reschedule or We filled the position.
I came twice and they said they are “short staffed” though whole restaurant is empty. They close at 12 so I checked in at 11.02pm and I got a response that they close taking dine in at 11 and 2nd time I checked in at 10.30 itself and Restaurent is still empty and employees gave me a quirky response that they are under staffed. 3 employees were just standing idle giving responses rather taking in people for dine in.If employees are like that I blame the store manager. Good luck to the franchise owner.
The service was GREAT!!!! Tabinyou rock for sure. Food was good, hot,and prompt. I give it a 2 because it was toooooo freaking cold in this place. Corporate not wanting to fix or turn the heater on is crazy. It is 30 degrees outside and only slightly warmer in. Thank goodness they paid for hot water to warm up your hands. place
This is worst experience we ever had worst BWW location. We were asked to wait for 40 mins then waiter was very rude and literally she said she is super mad at us. Food was not great didnt gave us the drinks not mentioned last order call!! They close at 12 in night and food is served at 11:55 we just started eating and a lady walks to us and yell at us like complete your food or take to go boxes. She told that we will kick you guys out in 3 mins. Please improve your service standards and this not acceptable. Try to be nice to customers. This is place not at all recommended. Been to many other BWW locations never had this kind of experience.
I have always been a BWW fan and adore the half price wing days(Tuesday for traditional and Thursday for boneless) and have them atleast once a week. Amazing collection of sauces. The drinks menu and the dine in experience are good if done on time. Live sporting events are worth watching from here. But recently the quality of service has gone down drastically. Maybe because of labor shortage or material shortage, dont know what but its really bad currently. Time is not being honored for even orders placed through phone or app. Will go back for the wings for sure; just praying that service improves.
Never even got to sit down. The entire dining area was empty, only the bar area had customers but somehow the wait was 45 min for 2 people. Unbelievable that BWW can’t pay their staff enough to have more than 2 servers on a UFC Saturday night. Incredibly disappointed, will have to find another place to watch fights.
We did entered at 9:30 after 40minutes of wait we got the table and we are group of 8 people.Coming to service, literally she is very mad at us and the drinks we ordered multiple cocktails and beers but we received only 2 cocktails and beers as rest of them are not available. We didn’t even get the last call. We got the food before 10mins of closing and a lady came to us, I think she is the manager she just told to leave or else will be KICKED OUT We just left the food and table. We paid whole bill for not enjoying food or drinks. From the past 8years I have been to multiple locations but this is the worst experience I ever had, I would rate 0 for service if there is a chance
We were hesitant to go here because the recent reviews are terrible but everything was awesome for us. The food and service were on point. No issues. Im only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because we have ordered to-go here before and that was a bad experience. 5 stars dine in though.
I have been to many states Buffalo Wild Wings, this is the worst place I ever have been to. It’s waste of time coming here, you will lose your weekend mood. The customer receiving and acknowledgement is disaster. There is no customers in this restaurant and not a busy place. But you have to wait atleast 45mins for your food and initial drinks as well. I never recommend anyone to this restaurant.
God this place is awful. We go in to have dinner it was about 7 pm on 5-25-22 the girl at the host stand is nowhere to be seen for 10 mins. She then asks if Im here for doordash. She then asked the people next to me and they are there for door dash. She begins attending them gives them the order and runs to the back. Isnt back home for another 10mins and I ask her are you the host? She replied yes. I ask her are you gonna seat us? She said ohhh yeah. She then says hold on and runs to the Togo stand and starts taking orders. So after taking two orders she comes back hands me a clipboard and tells me put your name down Ill call you when Im ready for yall. Thats just so rude then I ask for the manager named Joe who only tells me its an hour wait. That was so rude. Thats it thats all
Update below!It was obvious the staff was overworked. I had attempted to eat here 3 times: twice through door dash and once actually walking in. We arrived at 10pm and they refused our service after waiting 45 min to talk to someone. They told our door dash driver that there was no order to be delivered and upon hearing this I decided to call the restaurant and no answer after multiple tries. I do not blame the employees but I do blame the owners and the management. Worst experience at a BWW.Update: Seems like they got some staffing, it took awhile but good job on making changes yall!
Strike 1: Serves Pepsi ProductsStrike 2: Terrible Clipboard Style MenusHatch Chile Queso was good but not great. I liked it but my wife said it was too sweet. Not sure where the Hatch part comes in because it was not particularly spicy.Another review mentioned the breading on the boneless wings and they are right. They are not Lightly Breaded like the menu says. Its fine for me, I like them that way. But if youre looking for something lighter youll be disappointed.I liked the size of the servings, both Traditional and Boneless. The Buffalo Medium sauce felt too mild to me, but my wife said the Buffalo Hot was a bit too hot. And there are 2 levels of heat above them. So its really down to preference.Service was excellent. Seated promptly. Server was attentive and helpful with ordering, food, and refills.Probably wont be back. I like to have soft drinks with dinner and Pepsi Products just dont cut it. Let me know when Coke takes over. 🙂
That is my favorite Buffalo wild wings in Austin. Usually I go there on Tuesdays because they have the buy one get one free offer on boneless wings. On Tuesday nights the wait isn’t much and the service time is pretty average. I have heard that on game nights though there is a huge crowd and you might have to wait for quite a long time. I love the medium sized or the large size wings because the come with 3 to 4 choices of sauces. My favorite sauces are of course the Parmesan garlic and the Asian zing. If you really want that spicy kick go for the mango habanero. Their cheese curds and mozzarella sticks are amazing as well. For drinks I love the ginger lemonade. I wouldn’t suggest getting desserts here because the ice cream was hard and frozen but the brownie was real nice. They give you extra sides of blue cheese and ranch as well as some celery sticks and carrots. It is a huge complex so parking should not be an issue but you might have to park further doing crowded times. The vibe inside is pretty good and they have a lot of screens where you can watch the game. They have a bar area as well. I have gone back here many times.
Where do I begin. Their is so many unprofessional people that work here. Especially the manager Joe. We were literally standing in the line for 15min for them to tell us it’s gonna be an hour wait. Waiters kept passing by didn’t acknowledge us and especially the manager unprofessional place they need a whole new management up in there.

Whoever worked tonight 2/11/2021 messed up my order and forgot my sauces.Ashley or Ashton was sooo rude. I ordered 10 wings and paid $20 but when I called that they didn’t give me my sauces they were sooo rude and hang up on me 3 times...If you don’t feel like working or helping don’t work in customer service!!!!! Me and anyone I know will never go back to this place or order from them again.
I love this place I usually eat in the dining room but today I ordered online and picked up my order. To my surprise my food was just being put on the shelf labeled online orders so that was a good start, but it wasn’t til I got home and opened my food all up that I noticed they gave me super cold fries, then it made me try the chicken and the chicken was dry as hell. Disappointed in this location smh.
I like Buffalo Wild Wings and their wing deals but I eat there a lot less because of the issues I get from this location. From ordering on their website I often run into issues. On several occasions I’ve had food that’s been marked “delivered” in their specific ordering platform but hasn’t even begun being prepared in the restaurant. I’ve had tickets “lost”according to management and food being delayed by 2 hours. When I do finally get my food something is missing like the dressing or condiments.I think this location needs to shut down online ordering when it’s busy. Us paying customers desire good tasting food and all of our items too, even when it’s being delivered. They can’t keep up with the demand. It’s not the delivery people’s fault of the staffs fault, it’s a BWW management issue. Don’t overload your staff for profit, because mistakes will be made, there will be significant time delays, and you’ll just end up with unhappy customers
First time in this franchise. It was Monday at noon. Staff were friendly. Ordered bone in teriyaki wings with onion rings. Five minutes later received order. The wings and onion rings were cold. Only got wingetts no drumetts. The teriyaki sauce was poured over the wings . The wings were dry and over cooked. Must have been left overs from Sunday. Given a few napkins. Hello this is a wing restaurant. Messy food requires moist towelettes. Had to go to the bathroom to wash hands. Restaurant and bathroom reeked of Clorox. Some one needs to call “Bar Rescue”. Will not return to this franchise again. Expect to get blanket response seen on other reviews. Let’s blame this business lack management on Covid and personnel shortage.
Ordered delivery from here. Got 20 boneless mango/jerk and fries. Food was delivered but it was wrong. Drove up there since I called 5 times and nobody answered just for the manager to say theres nothing they can do. It clearly says on my receipt 20 boneless and fries but on the ticket I got 20 boneless of the wrong sauce and mozz sticks. So I was stuck with cold food that I didnt order after paying 32 bucks. Do better.
How y’all gonna send someone off with 40 wings and only one thing of ranchEdit March 21: We’re done with bdubs, apparently you can now only order 2 sauces with boneless, for years we’ve gone and got our order divided up between up to 4 sauces, alright whatever we’ll just get some drinks and get some bone ins so we can have more of a variety with flavors. No bar coverage for most of our stay and then found feathers in our wings.

We arrived at 8:10 and placed our name on the wait list at 8:13 under my husband name Ron, the hostess said should be around 30 minutes we got text and it said 35-45 min, so we waited in our car which was parked in front of the entry. We waited patiently and started to see people pull up after we had waited 45 minutes and just walk in and get seated. We had called before coming and was told that no call ahead wait list was available, we continued to edit and saw two more groups pull in and get seated right away. The restaurant was not busy so I told my husband we should go in and check. We get in and the hostess and wait staff were standing around talking and we waited a few minutes before someone came to ask us how many in our party. I explained to the girl that we already had been waiting now for an hour and no one has text to call us and people have been just walking in and not waiting. The hostess then said to have a seat any where we like because the tables have been cleaned. We sat a table that did not have a closed sign. Another girl comes over and tells we can not sit there and needed to move to another area, I explained there was not a sign and the hostess said we could sit anywhere. She got pretty rude and said no you can’t sit here, I then asked her where she would like us to sit, she said anywhere. This was our first time trying your restaurant and must say I was ready to just leave at that point, but my husband wanted to stay. There was only two waitresses and service was very slow. We were going to order an appetizer but after waiting to just place an order we decided to just order dinner. My husband ordered wings and fries bundle and I ordered hatch chili burger, the food was decent. We understand you are short staff, but the waitress that asked us to relocate was just standing around talking and our waitress was doing all the work. I don’t think we will be back for dine in at this location, terrible customer service!!! We paid extra for my husbands French fries that should have came with the 10 wing bundle that he ordered.
Went to dinner with the family. Waitress was quick and attentive. They are very understaffed, so there were entire sections of dine in not open just to warn anyone. To-go seemed to be going quickly. Our meal didnt take long. Almost no patron was wearing a mask upon entering or exiting. But the employees still are wearing masks. Food was great. Got my desert heat wings, which are the best. If you havent tried that dry rub you need to.
I understand that Veterans Day can be hectic but the service was horrible. I order food to-go at 12:55 p.m and was told that it will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour, a black gentleman with glasses took my order. I came back around 2:00 p.m and was told my order was not ready. It’s now 3:02 p.m and I have been waiting and was told that my name was in the system but not my order. The gentleman even repeated my order the first time I ordered. I spent 2 hours here to get food for me have to re-order. I had to leave with no food, this is unbelievable. I will not order here again. A waste of time where I could have been at another restaurant.
Doesnt close until 12a but does final call for the bar at 1030pm while the games are still occurring. Staff were very short with customer and seemed annoyed that we came in late. Food was cold when we got home. Fries redipped but luckily I made the refry before I left. Redeemed my birthday wings and asked for bone in. Got all boneless wings that looked and tasted like they were old but dipped in sauce. B-Dubs must do something about this. I still tipped the nice waitress but will be contacting corporate.
We were told the wait was 30-45minutes (text system confirmed) but they didn’t text us a table was ready until after an hour. An honest wait time would go a long way. Also, the girl up front was clearly not happy to be there, which made us feel uncomfortable. The place looked messy, which didn’t excite us. Masks were not being worn right by their staff, with many just using it as a chin strap. If you’re not going to wear it properly, why bother wearing one? We ended up going next door to Red Robin instead, and had a great experience there. We won’t be coming back to this location again.
It takes me 20 minutes to drive from home to this place, so I always try to place the order before or as I leave. The last few times, it takes them 10-15 minutes to take my order. Today, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I walk in, the lady was sorting togo cups of ranches, while I’m still on hold. I hung up and placed my order. While I was there, the phone rung again, she again put that customer on hold. I’ve been here for 10 minutes. She still has not answered the phone. If you dont wanna be a cashier, then find another job.
This BWW is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too, we waited 25 minutes to just get helped by our server (Tabi) and when we finally got help she would roll her eyes and have a stank face every time we ordered something. She was extremely rude and then after we finally ordered our pitcher of beer it took another 25 minutes to just get that, I’m sure she did it on purpose seeing how the place wasn’t packed at all. The tables were all dirty and so was the floor. That was the first and only time we got helped. I urge people to not come here
From the moment we entered we were treated with complete and total disrespect, from the young lady acting as receptionist to the manager handling the cash register. Clearly they lack experience in helping their patrons. They were rude to the point of being belligerent. I can not recommend this establishment to anyone. A true, utter disappointment.
This place was horrible! Sigh on front door states they are following CDC guidelines, but out waitress was not even wearing her mask properly. We had to wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged and for our drinks to get to the table. Had to wait another 40 minutes for our food.once our food finally got there, ot was cold...hardly any sauce on wings, carrots were old and dry, and the fries were cold and stale. $65 wasted on horrible food and service. Would not reccomend this place to anyone!!!
If I can give a ZERO I would. Called before arriving to make sure on wait time. They stated no wait at all. Took less than 5 minutes to arrive. When we got there they told us to take a seat anywhere we liked. No tables available due to dirty tables with food trays from other customers. Then when the waitresses saw us told us with an attitude that we needed to wait in front for a table because she wasnt ready. We explained front hostest told us to go in. She then rolled her eyes and said go ahead and wait infront. She went back into the kitchen area and told the front girl something, again looking at us with attitude. When we went BACK to the FRONT the girl there said that because there was a game later that the kitchen was going to be busy and cant seat us now because they are waiting in the CLEANING staff to arrive. (At this point I felt like telling them well let me clean off a table to seat my family) . That it would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. The place looked really EMPTY but with a lot of dirty tables. The blondie at the front and Burnette with fake eyelashes waitressing working today 10/2/2021 around 3:30pm need to work on their customers services skills. Im a regular customer and great tipper. But these employees just had attitude, and did not want to work. I had no rush to be seated. We were willing to wait. But it was the attitudes that pushed me to go eat next door... got treated way better and with a smile.
Considering it was a Sunday, mid football time, the wait was understandable. Not too long, and Alyssa was amazing! Bartender/server/busser/barback, she was doing it all and still was smiling the whole time. Id steal her to my company in a heartbeat if I wasnt visiting out of town. Went in for lunch was very hungry and I love the wings. Sat at the hostess stand for five minutes I understand it happens. Then when we were seated we were never greeted. We sat there for fifteen minutes and no one even acknowledged us. I will not be going back to this location. Im in the industry and I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt but when we walked out the server that sat us and walked by us twice just looked at us walk out along with his manager.
Placed an order online. Missing wings plus some of them were undercooked 🤢, missing carrots and celery, missing ranch. Ordered half flats and half drums, received all flats...Honestly, this place needs better management. Last time i went for dine in, they only had one waitress for the entire place. 😵😵😵😱😱😱😨😨
My first time visiting this establishment. It was the worst experience from the beginning. We stood for a long time to get seated, the food took an hour to arrive, it was cold, not tasteful at all, we didnt even get the full order, my tater tots came when I was almost leaving. It was 3 in our party and nobody finished the wings or sides for that matter. Worst experience ever, I dont think Ill ever go back, money down the drain. So sad😐. Im only rating it one star because otherwise, I cant post my review.
They are open and ready for you. The food is good. think they are great fried pickle chips. Plenty of tvs to watch you favorite sports and plenty to drink. Staff is friendly and helpful. Chicken wings were not as crispy as I like, but I think next time I can ask them to cook it a bit longer. Also need to up the spice was not as spicy as I was going for, the mango habanero was the best, but more sweet than spicy, for me.
Buffalo wild wings has great food, great service, and friendly staff ! Also when a mistake is made, although this has only happened to me once, theyre willing to make it right. When they accidentally got a take out order wrong, (bone in instead of boneless) they gladly refunded my money, and let me keep the food. All I expected was maybe a discount on a future visit. I would and will definitely return in the future. I recommend them highly for takeout, and dine in if you want to watch a game.
Our server didnt bring us water or silverware, took 15 minutes to bring us the drinks we ordered, took another 20 minutes to bring us a simple order, then brought us the wrong food and took another 20 minutes to bring us back the same item just tossed in a different sauce (which by that point was lukewarm). When we tried to order a second drink with him, he told us to hold on one second while he got someone elses order, then we watched him bring out orders for another 20 minutes without ever coming back to our table. We tried to pay at the front, then he told us to wait some more. We eventually tabbed out with the bartender (named Marquis) who told us that our server (named Chris) was in training. We didnt see anyone who looked like a manager anywhere on the floor, and it looked like this Chris guy was a total fish out of water with no supervision at all. If this is an example of what servers here are getting trained to do then that says something. Corporate, take note.Id call this bad service, but that would imply we even got service in the first place. Ill hit up Wing Stop next time instead.
The customer service was great everyone was really nice. Wings and fries were good, margaritas on the rocks were ok(small size for a margarita) I ordered a mojito it was bad it had no mojito flavor at all, it didnt taste like there was any alcohol in it honestly it just tasted like carbonated water with a lot of syrup 🤢
This particular BWW is alright. Food is good. Service could be better. Went with group for late lunch. Based on service, I would not jump to return to that location or maybe I wasnt fan of our particular server. Or maybe current labor shortage is factor. Idk but server seemed to have some...biases. Who knows but there are so many sports bars and wing places in North Austin...despite food being decent this particular BWW would not be my first/next choice.
So I wanted to order some traditional wings and had no car. So I go online then find out something is wrong and I can not order traditional wings online because the website was messed up is what they told me. So I settle for boneless wings and a delicious looking chocolate cake. My food gets here about an hour or so later and my wings hardly have any sauce on them and no cake. They told me it would take up to 10 days to refund my money for the dessert. At this point I dont even have an appetite anymore. I worked all day serving tables and just wanted to relax and enjoy some of.my favorite wings. Im very disappointed and will never order online again.
The wings are tiny things and the sauce was not my favorite which was made worse bc it was just too much on them. I didnt mind the dry rub seasoning that I had on some but it wasnt anything to write home about. The cocktail that I had was the best part of my meal and being able to watch the basketball games is always a plus. I just really expected more from those wings from a wing place.
I ordered a regular potato wedge via Ubereats and was notified my order was ready. When I arrived to the restaurant no one was working the pickup/Togo counter and there was a line growing. When the young lady did come out it took an additional 5 or so mins to tell her I was here to grab an order of fries because others were placing orders Togo. When I ask for my order it was clearly not ready and she walks back to the kitchen. When she returns she casually states that the restaurant ran out of wedges and that I can get something else. When I ask why I was able to order to begin with she noted that the order was available at the time i ordered but unavailable afterwards? I then casually asked to speak to manager. LAUREN, if that’s even her real name, came out looking visibly annoyed and essentially asked what I wanted. I asked why it took so long to tell me that my order that I drove 20 mins for wasn’t even available. She said they didn’t have wedges all day and that they noticed Uber and that my refund and any customer service complaintsshould be directed to them. That’s fair, but she was so cold and rude about it and then when I pressed her about it she became more defensive and said I needed to speak to them and actually accused me of cursing when I NEVER did. Either she lied or she assumed and wasn’t listening to my complaint because I never cursed once. When I asked for her name she said Lauren quickly and walked away. “I” actually had to tell HER to have a good night before leaving dumbfounded. Won’t be coming back. Mistakes happens; attitudes and how you make people feel last. LAUREN can go; furthermore, she’s lucky I didn’t read her down the way she stereotyped me and assumed I would. Won’t be coming back and will be notifying her leadership.
Great place to watch sports and UFC ppv action. solid beer selection, in fact i would say that sums up the joint nicely solid. lots of solid menu options and good wing sauce selection.Edit: just not the same post-covid. Maybe out of their control, but once multiple locations had NO wings at a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. Multiple times issues with their UFC coverage. Technical difficulties but prolly just dont bother to purchase smaller cards? Fine if so, but dont tell me for an hour youre working on it, only to tell me when I stop ordering doesnt look like we are gonna get it working uh huhObviously understaffed, and food didnt get any better. Disappointing
Picked up to go order. Had to wait a few minutes when I arrived, but time was reasonable. The lady working to go was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. I ordered lots lots of wings. Overall, I was very happy with my order . Food was hot. Order and sides were correct. To go packaging was neatly done. They have a boneless wing special on Tuesdays, so price was very reasonable. Restroom was very clean and also smelled good. Small issue with consistency of dry spice coating on dry wings and I think one of the sauces could have been mixed a little more. I ordered five types and I would definitely reorder four of them. This location is very consistent with delivering a good product.
This is crazy! UFC fight nights are the biggest draw. Setting here on a waiting list 2 hrs long while the restaurant is half full. Not because of social distancing, but because the “kitchen is backed up and they are short staffed” they are turning people away because of the wait. Totally crazy!!
I have been here 3 times and each time they have messed up my order. First time the wings were cold and service was bad. Second time the waiter didn’t tend to us we had to go find her and get her to get us drinks. Today 11/15/2020 I orders wings with a side of fries. They brought out my fries and no wings, brought out Mac and cheese which was suppose to be with a meal before even getting the full meal. Then I order fried pickles and cheese sticks and never receive the cheese sticks. They brought out fries instead of fried pickles. Everyone got their food and my son had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get his food. Worst service and place to eat. This NORTH LOCATION.
Ordered for pickup Buffalo wings 2 sides of celery and carrot sticks and ranch dressing, got home and the celery, carrots, and ranch dressing were missing. When I got there it was not busy and there were about 5 employees hanging around the counter, yet noone even checked to make sure my order was complete. I guess I should have checked but my job is to pay, theirs is to serve.
The food was yummy! I ordered their new brisket burger and it was super delicious. The fries were a big serving and seasoned well. The hostess could have been friendlier and the waiter could have been more attentive. But overall the experience was good. We went around 1230 and despite being lunch time it was not packed.
A family member just picked up chicken and fries from this location. It was my first time ordering from here and I won’t be back. I can’t believe how dried out everything was. Surely the cooks could see how dry and unappetizing the food was, so why would they send it out? I would have gone to Whataburger and paid $5 if I wanted dry, reheated tenders. Instead I paid $30 thinking I would get fresh food, but ended up trashing most of it. I should have driven the extra distance and gone to Cane’s.
Never in my life have I been given a Refill here! They drop off my drinks at the beginning and then never come back. I love the food but it’s not good when you have to wait a million years for it. When we go it’s usually late at night and NOBODY IS THERE and we still never get spoken to.
Reply to management:Ill go ahead and elaborate right here on Google reviews. I ordered delivery and had to call two hours later to find out what happened. They said orders get lost sometimes and its not their fault because they use 3rd parties to deliver. They offered to remake the food if I pick it up. I reluctantly agreed because I was still hungry. They said to pick it up in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my food. Horrible service and others in the lobby had the same problem. Very bad service and very unorganized. This has happened every time I order from this location.
Sad to give a low score but the waitress said it all. It was a busy time But in this time period, you need to have good staffing.Great cook kitchen and busboy you keep the table clean for the next quest.As for the waitress...being intentive IS a great part of you job.
I go here mainly because my son likes their chicken so it gives us something to bond over.Their chicken (always frozen then thrown into a fryer) is always a salt fest so to me its just not an enjoyable experience.We wait for Tuesdays (traditional for him) and Thursdays (boneless for me) because on those days they will double up on the orders at no extra charge. Otherwise its one expensive bill for chicken you can get elsewhere for a lot less money
Ordered food here to-go and they completely messed up my order. Went in to order food and the host Ashley told us she would bring it out when it was ready. After sitting at the bar for over 30 mins we go to check on our food and we find out Ashley had just forgotten to let us know our order was ready because it was sitting out and ready to go. When we got home half of the order was messed up. Tried to call multiple times and was able to get through twice but both times their host Ashley was not able to figure out how to place someone on hold and instead hung up the phone. This is the worst bww location by far.
My 1st experience was not good stood for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to look for my order that turned out to be waiting in the hot box but he was to busy chatting with a lady and didnt have time to check it before. Then after paying $41 dollars for my order no fries with 2 of the meals just chicken. So disappointed
Sadly, it was a disappointing visit. I used to go to BDubs for all the games but havent been in a while. I stopped in with my daughter to grab lunch last week and we felt like an inconvenience. When we came in we had to wait several minutes before someone even acknowledged us at the host stand. Then once we were seated, it took a good 5+ minutes for our server to come and get our drink order. Once our food came out, it was cold. I wanted to complain to my server but she never came again. We finally had to get another server to get our check for us and it had an extra chicken sandwich on there that we didnt order. We eventually got it take off but man, what a hassle. Ill take my business somewhere that appreciates their customers.
Extremely rude cashier! grayson to be exact! Acting like if i was begging for something rushing me in my order making faces, making noises just the worse experience in a while for reals........MANAGERS do something train your cashier better!!! For reals if they dont like their jobs put them in the kitchen horrible customer service!!! Im a regular to this restaurant but never deal with this cashier before! Just nasty attitude overall not a good customer service.....from the beginning of taking the order to the moment she delivered my wings.
Working from home is a new normal and some nights you just feel like ordering out. Mistakes happen and thats fine, but its hard to justify positive feedback for a bad experience.Management is nice and friendly and I appreciate the pressure the staff is under during a pandemic but waiting on hold to speak to management only to be told more than once management is busy and cant come to the phone is pretty dishonest. I called one time because a mistake was made with my order and the manager was able to address it by offering a refund. I later realized that I had given them the wrong info for the refund and called back. Twice I was placed on hold and hung up on. I was finally able to get past whatever person was sandbagging callers by saying Management is busy and cant come to the phone.I give full marks to the manager on duty and the food not being cold (despite me not getting my entire order which is why the manager had to refund me to begin with) when it arrived on time but the public facing employees are taking shortcuts with customer service and with getting orders out correctly.Once again, its a difficult situation were all in but feedback has to be given when appropriate.
Came to see UFC 253 arrived about 8pm and asked for a 6 person table. Took about an hour to get seated which is understandable due to Covid restrictions. Once sat, it took forever to get drinks or food, the waitress consistently let our drinks go empty, got our order wrong twice, and never once cleaned our table. Around 11pm I was cut off from ordering alcohol and told that I had too much to drink even though I was showing no signs of intoxication because they were considering a pint glass a triple. Our server Vivian was rude, inattentive, and careless. I agree with the tons of other one star reviews, BWW is great food, but pass this location up.
Thursday is my favorite day to go because the BOGO boneless promo.The breading wasnt thick or dried out, which is a problem Ive head before. It tasted perfectly fresh; same with the fries. I love the garlic parmesan here more than anywhere else because its viscous but can be a little salty.They have wifi and its necessary because it is a tmobile deadzone.
Insane. Waitress comes to our table two times within an hour, AFTER 10-15mins for her to even come to our table and tell us she is our waiter. She then takes 20mins to get us a straw, and the food takes over an hour. We never got the opportunity to eat there, because the entire experience was ruined. This is horrible service all around, the manager made it no better.This place wasn’t even in the slightest busy, just wow.
This is the worst bww location I have ever been to. They completely screwed up my order every time. They are very light on the sauce and the food was cold. This time I ordered Asisn zing and mango habanero with one of each sauce on the side(for an extra cost of .60 each). When I got my food the boxes were labeled right but when I opened said boxes at home they were boneless buffalo wings, no sauces and cold. I had never tried Buffalo flavored boneless before but they were disgusting. I highly recommend you skip on this location.
Avoid this location. I waited over 25 minutes at the front without being helped, trying to place an order just to be told the kitchens closed after 11:30. I arrived shortly after 11, they were still bringing food out to tables while Im being told the kitchen is closed. I even tried calling before coming to place my order over the phone but no one would answer the phone. Either suffering from poor management or theyre avoiding working.
Used to be nice. But the last time I came here the food was overpriced, over cooked, and cold. The one and only female waitress in the back tends to disappear for a long while and then comes back and never smiles. So its best to order and pay right on the spot so you dont have to get stuck there for a half hour trying to pay after you eat.
The boneless wings i got were tiny and almost all breading. Wings tasted stale and a weird taste. Not sure if it was the sauce or the chicken, but one of the two was bad. Dry fries. Better off buying bagged dozen chicken at the grocery store. Never going to a BWW again, or at least this one.
This was my first Buffalo Wild Wing experience. I ordered the family bundle; takeout. The sevice was fast; the order was correct; the easoning was good and the staff was friendly. The family size fry was more like a large, not enough to feed 5. Would have preferred to see staff wearing a mask. Overall good experience.
Service was alright. The first time i went, the waitress sat us down at a table that wasnt even cleaned. There were water marks on the table and trash on the floor. The second and third time i came the waiters were pretty nice. Refilled and drinks and had a conversation with us. The food was classic buffalo wild wings tasty so i cant really complain. Overall the experience was pretty good.
I went there 2 days ago and ordered a Traditional wings medium ( 15 pieces) for carry out. After coming home I realized that they have given only 12 piece of wings ( 4 wings in each flavors). This location is almost 19 miles away from where i live. I drove that far just bcz I love love their flavors. Anyway will never gonna go back there
My boyfriend and I used to eat here frequently, but then we had a bad experience and decided to stay away for a while. We chose to give this location another shot today on 11/1/19 at 11:30am (which is over a year since the last time), and we are treated poorly by the hostess and waitress. The hostess was not friendly when seating us at a normal table with chairs next to another group of people. There were only 4 other groups in the restaurant, 3 of who were African American and seated at the booths, and 1 other group of Caucasian people seated at a table next to us. The waitress was tending to all of the African American customers at the booths, but was not approaching us or the other Caucasian customers. The waitress just slouched at the register when she was done helping them. Both the hostess and the waitress were also African American and we felt very strongly disciminated against after waiting for 10 minutes with no service. We just left. We will NEVER step back in this place again.
Service was good. Their boneless wings are not lightly breaded. They are chicken nuggets, heavily breaded. I personally didnt like them. Ive had them before a while back, thought I give them another go. Onion rings were delicious... We all like different things try them YOU might just like them.
Food was great, flavors all there just as how I remember for years. Great enviroment especially on Sunday. Was crazy busy but the staff accommodated for everyone and was very attentive to the customers. Our every need was satisfied in a timely manner. I even spoke to a manager about an issue I had with the rewards program and she was very respectful and kind about it. Great location, never been dissatisfied with them. Our go-to location.
I love buffalo wild wings. I usually go to a different location. I thought Id try this spot out and the waiter was very friendly and kept checking up on how we were doing. Never reached the bottom of our drinks before he refilled them. I wish I would have remembered his name but the service was great, I would definitely recommend going to this location. It wasnt so busy either, and I went on a Saturday night.
I always enjoy B-Dubs.The wings are great, the beer is cold and the service is good.They were particularly busy tonight with a packed house for the World Series opener and Wing Tuesday.They warned me when I came in that the wait for food would be about an hour. I said fine, and asked for a particular booth that had been vacated but not yet cleaned. I told the young man that Id be happy to wait until they got around to clearing it if I could sit there. (The bar was full as was most of the dining room.)The young host said No problem, Ill go clear it for you now. Which he proceeded to do right away.I was seated and my server came over, again warned of the wait for food, took my order and i was enjoying a tall Lagunitias IPA within a few minutes.Its good service like this that keeps me coming back to this location.
Sorry. I forgot to put in any information in when I placed this review. I love BDubs for the environment. I mean who doesnt love to go watch sports, drink a cold beer and eat some good food? Except...yall lacking in that last part. No matter how many times I go, my order gets messed up. I get food I didnt order, food that completely wrong, or something along that sort. I wish I could say it was the kitchen, but the waiters and waitresses arent very attentive and on several occasions I have just gotten up and got my own refill or sought them out. I understand its a busy environment, but it just leaves something to be desired and leaves a lot of room for improvement.
Worst service. My server Will was hanging on his phone all the time and didnt really care to ask how is everything even once until we were done eating. Next, we charged our cards multiple times and that too incorrect charge. I called and spoke with Manager Molly; she didnt even really care to look up in her system what and how many charges are wrong. Asked me to wait till the charges are final on my credit card. Never going there again either recommending anyone to visit this restaurant
The staff is the definition of apathetic. Not to mention untrained and inept. One time I ordered a limeade without the extra flavoring, and explained it for over 45 seconds... Surely enough, I got an orange flavored limeade. Waitress just brought it expecting me to just be ok with it, and didnt know how to respond when I told her to take it back.The food is... Sub par to say the least. Burgers will often come out cold.Overall, if youre a dude and dont care about service and food quality, and just want to watch the game, then you will love this place.
Hand Breaded Chicken Tender Wedge Salad was the biggest disappointment/ripoff I have had in awhile. 1 boneless nugget of chicken and half a head of lettuce. Looks nothing like the picture. My buddy ordered 10 boneless wings and fries and his bill was less than mine. Really sad. I wont come back.
When we arrived there were only five tables of people. the other tables were dirty and had dishes all over them. The place was not busy at all and there were plenty of employees to have cleaned the tables. I ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer but did not get any marinara sauce. When our food arrived my drink was empty and I had to ask for a refill. by time I got the refill I was almost done eating. My wife ordered the Buffalo mac and cheese which turned out to be disgusting. It was so disgusting and she sent it back. Also the cooks were in the kitchen on their cell phones. Our waitress was very pleasant and therefore I did give her a tip. Having been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before I would not recommend this one to my friends.
The service was so bad and slow we had to cancel our order and eat somewhere else. From the moment we ordered to the cancellation 40 minutes had passed. On top of that the waitress was not attentive. Everything was just slow. We were looking forward to some wings and beers and celebrate a birthday. Definitely, highly disappointed.
WOW extremely rude cashier over the phone. I’m honestly shocked how these people can be employed. Order was given on Feb 27 at 6:50. I placed a $100 order and she was acting like she was doing me a favor by being on the phone. Few things that went wrong1. Initial person who answered the phone said it would be 45 minutes than cashier answers and says it’s an hour and 15 minute wait. I told her that’s not what I was just told. Her response was “I’m just letting you know” even after I told her what added the 30 minute wait in 10 seconds lol2. Was trying to hang up the phone as quickly as she possibly could.3. Didn’t even repeat my order before she hung up, so now I can just hope and pray my order is ready in an hour.I won’t be going back to this location. I’m not shocked Buffalo Wild Wings is going out of business, they deserve it. EAT LOCAL.
Came here with a friend walked in and stood at the front for a while guess well seat ourselves:). Our server was amazing he was attentive to everything we needed didnt have to ask for anything extra. Drinks were refilled, food brought out quickly and most importantly he had a great attitude. Will definitely be back for some more amazing customer service
One star because my server was nice even though he forgot our drinks twice. And since we were one of maybe four tables in the entire restaurant & bar it somehow managed to take our food forever (at least 30 + min)to come out cold and not tasty. $117.25 + tip later boxed it up to take home warmed it up today and was still disappointed with the food and money spent. Don’t recommend.
The service and food were horrible the salad was old, the wings were undercooked and the sweet tea tasted as if it had been sitting there for days! My son and I got sick to our stomachs after eating here. When we walked in we couldnt be seated properly, no one was at the front to wait on us. I had to go to the bar to ask for help! As we waited we could hear the staff yelling and using profanity in their conversations in the kitchen and they were very loud! We will never eat at this place again! They dont get any stars from me, but 1.
After a long 10 hour drive, all I wanted was a little down with my family time before heading to bed for some rest. I arrived here at THIS BWW and received the most horrible service EVER!!! Not very be coming of a restaurant I often visit (at other locations). My family and I had to leave after not one, not two, but THREE different servers past us and didnt acknowledge we were sitting at the table that was unclean (by the way). All we ask is for respectable customer service, it is not hard to do! Please bear with us, we are short staffed, would have sufficed but that was not offered AT ALL!!!!
Service was poor and slow. Ordered mozzarella sticks with drinks never received them. Server forgot to put them in and didnt say anything until I asked about them. Food came out cold. I asked to have it fixed it still came out cold. Our waitress pumpkin head would just disappear so I had to find a new waiter. Worst Bdubs ever.
TERRIBLE option during COVID. We ordered for curbside pickup. We pulled up to their designated spots and called in as the sign directed. Their response when answering the phone was, Yeah, you can come in and pick it up. We pushed back by explaining that we were counting on curbside contactless pick-up, but they just said there not doing curbside right now. No explanation. Yikes. This wont be an option for us EVER AGAIN.My partner went inside to pick up the food. There were so many people inside in the lobby, so many with masks below their nose or no masks at all, crammed into the lobby waiting for food. Employees were the same. Multiple with masks below their noses, no regard for safety. Severely understaffed.
Drinks here are usually pretty good, but the chicken really went downhill. I ordered boneless wings hot w/ sauce and they basically served me popcorn nuggets with this powdered buffalo stuff. I wouldve been better off going to KFC and tossing their popcorn nuggets it in Franks hot sauce for much cheaper. I guess the company is trying to cut corners with cost by giving customers the lowest quality food possible. Staff is pretty good, but they need to revamp the whole food line or lower the prices.
We just ordered Medium traditional wings with Thai curry and Parmesan Garlic sauce. Chicken is not properly cleaned. We got feathers on top of the pieces. We reached them regarding this issue but the way they responded really worries me. These guys are very much ready to give another order but no one takes responsibility of customers health. I won’t be returning to this place any more 🙏
Though it was not busy, Waited for 10 mins before they come and take the order and waited for 35 mins to get the order in our table… even ppl came after us started receiving their orders before us.. waiter just thrown the order on our table and left ..didn’t even provide any spare plates..worst behavior..never come back again
I like the selection of beers on tap & the service at the bar is usually quite good. The TV selection is great - as you can always find your game somewhere. The food, no so good. Everything is salty! But, I mean, any amount of beer can probably make it taste right! ;)

I love the wings here but honestly, if they were cheaper Id give 5 stars. We dont eat there as much as wed like due to cost. Also, days that they do 1/2 price wings they make you pay for ranch... So they dont actually want you to get discounted items. Its my #1 issue with the place. Especially since buying wings and drumsticks at the grocery store is some of the cheapest meat you can buy and wings dont have a TON of meat on them anyway. I just think that, if they are going to advertise 1/2 price anything they shouldnt make you pay extra for things that are normally free.
Waited for twenty minutes.... no one even took our drink order. Eight servers passed by, one even made multiple stops to the booth behind us. This is not the first time service has been bad but this was definitely the last time were going. Were going to eat dinner at Wings n more tonight! Where we get get lovely service and delicious wings every time!
Good atmosphere, decent service. Wings are solid, with a great selection of flavors and fair prices. Best part about it is consistency, I have yet to get a wing with a pinfeather still attached, or that weird slightly off flavor that is about 1 in 10 at most wing joints.
I picked up a to-go order. When I got home I realized they messed up. I called them, and they told me they could replace my wings if I brought the wrong wings back. Which is not terrible, but they didnt offer any discount or refund or extra side. I decided not to go back to replace my food because my other food for my family would be cold since we eat together. I would lose more by driving back than eating the wrong wings. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy and lack of urgency to correct their mistake.
First and probably last time ordering wings here. Saw an ad for 20 trad. and 20 bone out with fries for $34.99. Had it delivered ....10 sweet bbq, 10 parm,10 Nashville hot, and 10 thai curry. Bone out wings small and the wings besides the curry were bland. The fries taste like cardboard...basically the overall meal was disappointing. Go somewhere else!!!
Slow service, uninformed staff, a hair in my food, wilted lettuce for a salad, and Caesar salad dressing that tastes like mayo... Just a few highlights from my dinner. I have no desire to return. Looked like I was not the only one--75% empty at dinner on a Saturday night during football season! The chicken is okay, but they have a lot to improve upon to make this place worthwhile.
When I entered there wasnt anyone at the entrance, so I sat at a table and wasnt attended to until 5 minutes later. I ordered a water and a sandwich and the wait was already over 15 minutes and there was maybe 5 tables in the entire restaurant and most of them had already eaten. I was on a time crunch, so I left without even getting my meal. Wasnt the cleanest Ive seen as well compared to other places. Was my first and last experience here.

2022-04-01These current insane wings prices made me look elsewhere for cheaper wings which led me here. Well, let me just say, you get what you pay for!I ordered the spicy garlic and mango habanero sauces. While both flavors were actually tasty, they really skimped on the sauce and they ended up being dry (see pics) so I wish they were saucier. The chicken werent cleaned too well and still had feathers which is really unappetizing. And the following day, I was feeling somewhat under the weather stomach wise.I would say look elsewhere if you are really craving wings. And if you have to eat these wings, chug some beers first and maybe eat in a low light environment so you dont get turned off by the visible feathers!I probably wouldnt be back.

2022-04-26Very good food and excellent service today. My wife and I met here for lunch today and sat in the bar area. We both got 10 boneless wings each and cheese curds. My wife got 5 honey barbecue and 5 parmesan garlic. I got all 10 spicy garlic. These sauces were great. I think I liked my wifes parmesan garlic best.

2022-02-06Safety hazard!!! Officially the worst BWW location!!! Dined in on Feb 5. Nobody greeted and offered a seat, had to seat on our own. Our server, didn’t know types of beer they sell and asked an ID from my 57 year old dad (gray hair) and 52 year old mom. But this is not the worst what happened. We ordered wings with bones and fried pickles. When we were eating wings - we noticed feathers sticking out, server was near our table at the moment and laughed at my dad showing feathers sticking out commenting “its just a feather haha” . But after that we noticed more feathers in other wings and asked her to take it and show to cook. It is unsafe if they don’t clean the food before cooking and don’t care. Server has left with the wing and never showed up after that , no apologies no comment. Nothing …. Just get the f out here and don’t bother attitude. Please think twice before showing up here. 2022-01-12Tonight 11Jan2022, By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I only saw my waiter/server 1 time in the first 30 minutes after being seated. I was never asked how everything was quality wise. I was never offered a refill. The server was more interested in talking to his female co-workers trying to be a funny guy instead of doing his job. I don’t even know his name because I barely saw the guy. African-American male, approximately 6’ tall and both arms were tatted up. We asked for more carrots and celery which he said he would get, and he never returned. I could understand if it was busy, but the restaurant was practically empty. To be honest, his lack of professionalism made it to where I will not be dining at this location again. At least the food was good. That is why you even get the 1 star.

2022-05-21Not very busy for a Friday night. They are definitely understaffed, so we didn’t mind waiting an extra 20 minutes for our food. We totally understand that. But to forget side sauces, veggies, fries, and make one order bone in instead of boneless…from an online order?? That’s a little sad :( Food tasted decent tho. I think highlighting or checking off items on the receipt as you bag them would make it easier not to forget items in the future. Overall not worth $50

2022-02-09One staff at the register. Busy night. We ordered to take out. Old salad was serve in hot bowl but a fresh replacement was given when we asked. Took a very long time. Will not be back at this location with the server wearing his mask below his nose any time soon. I miss NY BWW

2022-02-14Could be more organized. It was super bowl day so I understand the volume of orders, but you have to be able to prepare for that. Put in my order for pickup and 5 and didnt get it till 5:30. Lot of people in line were pretty frustrated and the employees werent able to give clear answers on wait time. Wings were also not as good as always.
