I keep trying to give this location a chance when I come by to have dinner. This might be my last time I come to this location. My wings are always cold. Fries are fine. Drinks take forever. Not once do I get checked on to see if there’s anything else I need or if everything is okay. I hate complaining but I will call it as it is and this location is horrible.
Where do I start?? Ordered a to go order girl on the phone said 15-20 minutes it will be ready. Get there waited 20 mins, asked how much longer they said 30 minutes wth!? They took my payment when I walked in so I had no choice but to wait refund would have taken days. Hour later get my food come home and its cold fries are soggy dipping sauce is not even half full. Called for the manager and they hung up. Its ridiculous I need a refund! So sad I love BWW well never return to this location!
When we got there the place was kind of empty which I thought it was a good sign because we were hungry. As we were ready to order I saw two roaches on the floor. We told one of the servers to see if they would kill them but didn’t even made an effort to go see where they were. Don’t go to that location is dirty and service is poor.
I never really wrote reviews before but This location is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever. They constantly take 30 minutes just to take drink orders, the food take almost an hour and comes out cold, the bar drinks are water downed. Absolutely the worst service ever. The hostess are so rude and they just talk the whole time not even doing their job, the bar is rude. It’s dirty and there are holes in the wall right when you walk in. They just need to take this place down, it’s horrible here. Do not come.
I am very unhappy with my Buffalo Wild Wings takeout. I ordered online it told me it would be ready in 30 min, the order is 45 min old and still haven’t received my order. The place is not packed maybe half full on opening night of the NBA championship. I can just imagine what is next. They didn’t even start my order until I got here it looks like. I can’t imagine people waiting for an hour or more to get food.
Lousy service. I placed an order online 6 hours in advance and when I arrived to pick it up. It wasnt ready yet. Im waiting for 50 min and they put the order wrong, I ordered boneless and they gave me traditional.this is unacceptable when a person is hungry and does not get what he pays for, by the way is not cheap.
As you walk in the restaurant the doors are dirty, it also smells bad I Couldn’t even Describe the smell. No one was at the front you can even see the nasty fingerprints people leave behind. I just couldn’t with the horrible smell with dirty carpet dirty floor. Imagine them handling your food with dirty hands. We walked in and walked out fast.
Parking lot next to patio has broken beer bottles and even dirty diapers in it, bar drinks took way too long to come out, didnt inform us that the kitchen was only putting out wings and fries until we tried to order different things, after all that they brought me twice as many wings as I ordered but luckily they only charged me for the 15 I ordered, and the food wasnt what I remember from the last time.In short, they are SEVERELY understaffed so I wont blame the people who did show up to work, but this place doesnt currently have the staff to open their doors, need to get it together
Good wings. A bit pricey for me. Update several months later. Had a double date with church friends. Boneless wings were had by all. Fries way overcooked. Service was acceptable and good. Pricing was BOGO so that was nice. Wing flavoring was average, nothing outstanding. We all enjoyed the evening. I will return.
Horrible horrible horrible! Walked in sat for 10 minutes. Not a single person greeted my wife and I. Walked out. The whole staff didnt know what planet they were on. Maybe if they didnt smoke much weed on shift theyd probably get more money from tips because youd actually be flipping tables. But what do I know.
I am not sure if ordering on Doordash gives the option of mixed wings because I ordered 20 wings and out of the 20 wings I only receive 3 flats. Im a flat person. I only ate 4 wings and let my Ceddybear finish the rest, he was happy lol. Also, they can put little more sauce on their lemon pepper wings. They forgot to put the veggies and ranch in the bag. Im impressed that my wings were still hot ordering through Doordash!!!
My service and food were up to standards. However, this is the dirtiest BWW I’ve ever been in; the parking lot/entrance is gross, holes in the walls, and dirty floors. The worst part of the experience was need to use the restroom, I’ve been in cleaner truck stops in Oklahoma, the stench of urine was overwhelming. Someone should be embarrassed.
Poor slow service. Bar tender was busy watching TV on wrong side of the bar and chatting with derelict waitresses. Seemed like they had no management and were out of many drinks and menu items. Zero stars. Wont be going back unless I get a gift card or voucher. I give them 6 wks tops before they close the doors. Sad.
I’ve been to Buffalo Wild winds plenty of times and have never had this big of an issue. The table was dirty, food took like an hour, and when the food arrived you can taste the mixture of spicy flavors. I’m one to clean my plate, but these wings were not even eatable. Lastly, it gave me a huge stomach ache.Don’t recommend this place at all.
My brother and I went around 10pm on Saturday night and they werent busy at all. For a place that doesnt close until 1am we were the last ones in at 11:30pm. Chicken wings were great and bigger than we expected. Watch out for the spicy garlic, itll definitely get ya. The lady behind the bar makes a mean Margarita. I like mine blended and my waiter said I was the first person that has ever asked for one. The cheese sticks are some of the best youll find around. Highly recommend.
So many negative reviews, and it seems nothing is done about it. A simple reply from a bot to unhappy customers and onward with the continuation of bad service. This place needs a serious revamp in management and employees . Time to clean house and get a respectable bdubs reputation back owner.
We just left Buffalo Wild Wings and was there for over an hour and watched other tables being served food before we got our food and we were there before these other customers. The waitress blamed it on the Kitchen instead of checking to see why our food was delayed. UNACCEPTABLE I WILL NEVER COME BACK
I don’t ever leave reviews but I felt like I had to. Walked in looked for a table LITERALLY every table was dirty with food on it. My brother and I went to the bar which was alright. Went to the restroom and turned right back around when I saw a toilet brush in the sink.I’m not sure how but my food came out cold then my app came after with the fries (which were hot) and my brothers order didn’t come out for another 15min.The bartender was literally talking trash about all the other customers so god only knows what she said about us. (Autumn)I get the staff may be down but this was flat out TERRIBLE.
I called in my order. When picking though, I had to track the servers down, but that wasn’t a huge deal because we all know there’s a shortage of staff. Still, my order was incorrect when I arrived, they forgot my tater tots and french fries, so I had to wait even longer. Afterwards, they still forgot my fries. 😆…There Desmond was ok, but I was extra friendly with them and didn’t get an attitude, even with the mistakes because I read all the reviews about sub par customer service abs I just didn’t want the issues because I was in a hurry. So, all in all, they were friendly as well…but the order mistake slowed me down, that’s why only 3 stars.
I had an amazing time at this restaurant! Customer service was friendly and efficient,they did a great job with social distancing amid the virus outbreak. It wasn’t a lot of people when I went,yet it had a very courteous staff to accommodate big or small groups. I plan to return again,love this location and how delicious the food was!
I ordered the 10 piece boneless with fries combo and got this, sadly when I opened it I was already home and it was too late to do anything since they close early. The fries were cold, I didnt even get enough sauce to cover the wings, some pieces were hard as a rock, doesnt even count as 10 wings, and got only 1 ranch. Waste of money. Imagine coming home from a 12 hr shift to this, what a disappointment 😪😢 This is the worst buffalo wild wings location and terrible customer service too
Just find another location, they have bad customer service since you open the door...from the front door staffs to the manager.Dont even bother to wait for a table, just go a head and sit... dont wait for a server, YOU call them and tell them what to do... and dont even bother to call the manager 🤣 they wont help.
Placed a to go order for 4 orders of the 10pc traditional and fries. The fries were stale like they had been sitting out all day. The wings had so little sauce on them that I literally couldn’t tell what flavor of wing I was eating. The staff I interacted with on the phone and in store were friendly though. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but not a fan of the Cedar Hill location.
Food great; covid clean, waitress/bartender rude and loud, my wife and i are always respectful and peacemakers.but this person was just unprofessional sorry but have to be honest, would suggest managment train all on customer service. Update stop by Mothers day 2022. Hade to be 80° went to set down waitress just walked off did say a word to us ; place smelled like a mens locker room . Sorry to the owner/management but this location has fallen to the dumps. Do wait staff do not know that great service earns $$$$?ended up driving around the corner to there competition
Absolutely a terrible experience. It was like a customer fend for yourself store. Workers walking around with their purse on, and phones out on their check books talking to people on their phone. Our server went to Take a smoke break and never returned told us to pay online through the texting system so other waitresses can’t change the tip total on checks so it must be a reoccurring thing there. Only thing that made the experience enjoyable was when asked to make the wings extra wet they came through.
Dont come to this store very pool service. I came sit down on the table and waiting for 30 mins no one come . Also, the store very dirty and the trash all over the floor. Also, most of the chair the skin was come off and the table as well. I feel very disappointed because I thought buffalo wild wing is a big restaurant and big franchise with good staff training. But unfortunately very very pool staff service. If you want to come yo this restaurant the first thing you have to check make sure the chair and the table look good. I wont coming back here again.
Place looked like it has seen its better days. Just sort of appetite busting odor as we sat down. Booths and everything around looked like it was just worn out. Food was decent but nothing to remember or desire again. Doubt Ill go back unless they close and remodel. Parking lot looked very gross.
Understaffed and had to leave. Only after flagging down a manager could we even get greeted and offered a table. When he told us they were short staffed, we left because the restaurant wasnt when close to busy but it seemed like service works be poor based on the confusion we observed in operations.
The service here is awful. The last three times Ive called in an order either it was incorrect or I receive poor to NO customer service. Once I had to go the bar to pick up my to-go order because 3 employees walked right past me standing at the to-go counter and didnt even bother to acknowledge me. UNACCEPTABLE! I will NOT be patronizing this location.
Im putting 5 star but it is really a zero.*** Owner you need to do something about your place. We were waiting at the table for 20 min. No one came at all.Place look dirty, unclean tables, trash on floor. I know how hard is having a business. You can do better. We left to Hooters. Cedar Hill Tx.5 stars because everybody deserves a 2nd chance. O for service.
I want to make a complaint to Buffalo Wing call they took my order and then when I went to pick them up they didnt have my order supposedly it didnt appear in the system I asked them again to wait and then wait more than 40 min its disgusting this service they are bad to work lousy attention....
Just left this place empty stomach took about 15 mins before we walked out and still no services table in front of me looked like they been waiting for a long time as I notice there drinks was empty. Left and came to hooters down the street and we are already eating our appetizer.
I love eating wings but eating wings at this place is horrible I order lemon pepper and you cant even taste the lemon pepper at all. also had a different flavor Garlic parmesan and It was horrible later on that night after eating there I had to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes.
The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The parking lot was full but there wasnt a lot of people inside. There is an outside dining area. They were implementing social distancing, people were sitting at every other booth or table. The staff had on facial coverings. My honey had Desert heat wings, I had chipotle bbq wings which was recommended by our waiter named Toland. He had excellent customer service. Weve had him once before and he did great. We also observed him treating the other tables that he was waiting on the same. Great customer service always make your food taste better. Thanks, Toland for your great customer service! We will be returning again.🙂
Just to start I never leave bad reviews with nothing positive but we have a first the waiter was really unpleasant, Im not sure if he was having a bad day but he took it out on his guests. Then our food came out pretty cold which ok I get it yall busy but we sent the wings back to fix because they were freezing, they brought a plate same wings back but had put them in the MICROWAVE are you serious. We had a family of 5 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals $97 for dinner for food that was downright nasty never again will I eat there. Maybe if we had good service I might try but even the service was terrible.
We are BWW lifers and eat there all the time. This past time was the first time we ever received our food cold and my sampler with the nachos soggy and it took longer than normal. I had to get home and warm up everything. I called back up there and Ian the manager was freaking awesome and wanted to make it up to us. We had our next order on them. Thats great customer service and that is why we love them. He was even patient with me on the phone and I know some restaurants are not perfect but when you do your best to make up for a mistake, they will get my business always. Thank you Ian.
Where do I start do start by the bartender sayin “oh he’ll Nall as we walked in 😡 oh the waiter say that don’t have no straw 🤷🏾♀️ No one took I order we sat there tried to order an appetizer and the menu was blocked off 🤷🏾♀️ Will not never go back i will tell everyone not to go there
The reason Im giving 5 stars is because of the EXCELLENT customer service received from Autumn. Very professional, attentive, friendly & on top of the table service game. Autumn provided the best service Ive ever had at a BWW. Great knowledge of the menu from drinks to food. Was always one step ahead. I didnt have to ask for extra napkins or to remove dishes from the table. Its been about 30 years since I was a waitress but I do remember when your drink gets to a certain level it should be refilled. Autumn was spot on it. Even with drinks from the bar Autumn asked before I even finished. I really appreciate the job well done & will definitely return asking for Autumn of course! KUDOS! Keep up the great work, smile & dont let anyone steal your joy!
I really dont eat at this chain restaurant, however it was the chosen located for a late business lunch. Initially, our server was not very attentive. After overhearing some of our conversation about adoption, she realized that she had a personal connection with one of our attendees. She stopped by the table, shared her story, and it changed the experience for everyone. I had a salad and mozzarella cheese sticks. Both were fresh and pretty tasty. You never know whose life you may be intended to touch in the most unsuspecting places💞
The staff is really hard working.. I usually go there on Tuesday for take away. The lady at the takeaway counter didnt had a seconds break. She attended everyone so nicely and cordially and with enthusiasm. There are many stores near my place but I feel like always taking my orders from this place because of the staff.
They accommodated us by letting us switch tables.TJ did a great job serving us we made the young man work outside in the beginning where the weather was not too pleasant but he took care of us without a problem. We were happy to move inside so we could enjoy our food. We did have a few requests but TJ remained calm cool and collected and took care of them with no problem, there were 7 of us.
Waited a really long time at hostess station to be seated as instructed by the sign hanging at entrance but no one ever came. Several Employees walked by and they would just look at us and the other people that were also waiting. We ended up leaving. I called afterwards to speak to a manager but as soon as someone picked up i was immediately placed on hold... for almost 10 mins. No one ever answered the phone.
I so sorry to have to write this , I used to love coming here I even worked at this location as a cook when the restaurant first opened. I came here yesterday looking to have several drinks and a giant meal but the waiter Roy who serves me literally made me order food after having only 2 drinks it was extremely embarassing and extremely frustrating I waited tables at some of the busiest and nicest restaurants and bars on the riverwalk in San Antonio and waited tables probably almost 15 years and Ive never even heard of someone doing that I am never coming back to this location I am sorry BWW
Honestly waiter does not have good customers service. And was never to be found. No ones was in the front to sit people. Also we had to wait almost 2 hours to get our food. Once the food came, most of all of my guest food was cold and uncooked. The manager solution was to leave with no pay or he could get all of our food in 10min. But how can that be if our food took so long. We just left since if the food was going to be cooked fast. Obvious it wasn’t going to be cooked well.
I’m in the industry so I never leave bad reviews EVER! But this place is HORRIBLE! waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged for a take out the staff was in the kitchen on their phones while there were at least 10 ppl waiting to be serviced!!! This place needs a restaff ASAP no wonder they rarely get business! So sad. Never again!
That experience was terrible, I tried calling to order ,no answer ,we to the location ,ordered, had a beer while waiting ,finally finished my beer and the 15 wings I ordered still wasnt ready ,while people are coming in and out picking up their orders ,I love bww,new, I normally go to Waxahachie, but I was in cedarhill so I was closer .long story short ,my experience was terrible.
Worst place to come and eat with Family. First of all this place is too dirty and second, host sat us down and no waiter came at all. We were sitting down for 20 minutes so we just end up walking out! If you dont have enough waiters just let people know and it will be our choice if we wait or not!
Really disappointing. The service was beyond bad. This place was dirty and smells like pee. We had to wait to be seated and they were almost empty. When we finally got to the booth it was still wet from the wipe down and yet somehow still sticky. Once the server finally showed, she informed us that the they no longer offer the majority of the things on their printed happy hour menu at the happy hour price. She then brought us the wrong drinks in dirty glasses. This has to be the worst restaurant in this area.
I ordered to go and arrived at restaurant about 29 minutes after calling in order and waited over sn hour for my food and food was awful everything was cold not sure fried wete even cooked hey were cold and soggy wings were cold wont ever order to go from there again if i dined in u could of sent food back and had my order redone the employees were great just super smow and whoever prepared food needs to learn how to cook
Upon entering the restaurant waiting to be seated we waited for about 5 minutes before anyone tried to help us. Once we were seated we still sat at the table about 10 minutes before anyone came and introduced themselves. The ladies restroom was filthy. With it being really slow there the restaurant and restroom should have been cleaner than it was. The high chairs were next to the restroom and they were nasty too. Food was still in the chairs. The employees were too busy trying to win prizes from the game that is there. Not for sure of the female manager that was there bit she wasnt encouraging cleaning actually neither manager was. This will be my last visit to this location.
Service is so slow and sloppy I waited like 45 min for a wrap and it wasn’t even busy like that and the waiter was not attentive at all due to the fact that he was attending multiple tables they should hire more servers or split the tables evenly to actually attend the customers and the delay on my drinks was long.
Terribe service. manager and bartender if you are not a regular they will ignore you. it took the bartender 10min. to acknowledge me get my drink. i placed a food order as well and she ignored it. instead she brought the ticket of my drink. the manager was seated 3 stools next to me drinking with a regular costumer, when he saw and hear my complaint he chose to ignore the issue. (by the way we where 4 customers at the bar son theres no excuse of their terrible service)
We went as a family of 3 to this restaurant on Saturday 6/20/20 about 3 pm. Going to a restaurant during these covid 19 times is a little different. There are still not too many people venturing out. This is the 4th restaurant weve been to since thongs opened back up. Our waiter was terrific! Food came out pretty fast! But going to the few other restaurants weve been to i have to say this place did not appear to have been cleaned at all. There was an odor when you walked in like dirty carpet. They sat us at a booth and the wall was covered in food and sticky. You could see it! I would think that they would have given this place a deep cleaning like other restaurants have, but apparently not. So in that instance we were disappointed. And while all of our fried foods were hot our bone in chicken wings were room temperature, so that was also disappointing.
We will miss this place(we moved)... hot wings and good drinks. My husband and I would come here every Saturday night just to tell each other about our week. We always sat at the bar so we received great service every time. If the order was not to our liking, it was fixed with an apology.
Okay, Ive given them LITERALLY 10 chances before writing this review... Two years of giving this place a chance and they have yet to improve. Terrible food quality! Im glad a restaurant is in the area, and obviously a good place to watch sports, the reason for the two stars, but their food quality is just upsetting every time!
We went on a Thursday (which are normally busy because the boneless special). We called ahead and the guy that answered was super nice, telling us that there is no wait. The staff greeted us with smiles when we arrived. Our server was very polite and brought our food out quickly. As we left, several staff members said good bye with a smile and a Have a good night!... This was the was the BEST service Ive received at a BWW. Definitely coming back.
Ill never go back, my daughter came into town and wanted wings. We sat in the bar area for 20 min and had to ask if there was someone to take our drink order. After another 20 min, I asked about my beer and her lemonade we ordered. The manager/ bartender was to busy flirting with the young girls at the bar and the waitresses instead of taking care of his patrons. I felt totally disrespected as a paying customer. The food was wrong but I was tired of waiting. Its bad when the bartender/ waitress brings you a drink and you have to order another because it takes so long to get a drink. But the topping was when the kitchen staff came out of the bathroom without washing their hands.
Messed up my order when I used grub hub (lemon pepper tasted plain). When I drove to the location they fixed it. I ordered a 2 mixed drinks. They were very weak. I only drink once every two to three months so I can taste when drinks are weak. Staff was nice. Facility was clean. I would not drink here unless you can plan on drinking two gallons to get a buzz.
It was my first visit to this location and probably my last. A friend and I just went in one Thursday night for boneless wings. The service was so bad that I didn’t even understand why. It was a slow night and we were one of three tables. Our glasses of water were empty and we could not find our waiter. By the time she came we were basically done with our meals and all we wanted was water. We weren’t the only ones either the two tables next to us also ordered more water. I then asked the waiter for a Togo plate and our checks. She came back with just the checks but no plate. We didn’t even have time to remind her because she had taken off. We talked and waited around 30mins and she popped in saying “didn’t one of you want a Togo plate?” With that she took our payments and I took my plate and we left.
Great food, good service, laid back environment. My go to for good wings**edit 2018**This place used to be good. We went the last time and the service was just terrible. Our waitress couldn’t remember what our order was, added a bunch of stuff I didn’t order. We never got our appetizer that we ordered. We waited 45 minutes for our food after we ordered. We waited another 45 minutes just to receive our check. I confronted the manager and he was just as careless as the sever. They’ve definitely lost a customer.
Okay so I got the 6 peice wild and fries that were 3.49 although I didn’t say fries were cold in the beginning and I ate like five of them they couldn’t take them off and it wasn’t even enough fries to be 3.49 I don’t agree I manage a restaurant myself and our fries are fresh cut and hot served. At least give me a option of cooking the fries hot and bring them out some hot ones. Not happy but, service was great! Thanks
This BBW use to be an amazing place to have lunch and watch the game with my son but over the last couple years this place has truly gone downhill. We were seated immediately but then no one came to take our drink order. The restaurant was not busy at all. I did notice the wait staff looked like they really didn’t want to be there. They just walk around aimlessly. After waiting 10 minutes to have our drink orders taken I decided to leave. I did let the manager know and he seemed genuinely apologetic but I want to spend my money where the people and environment are inviting. Wont be back to this location.
Fair warning.. this is a long and detailed review! On 07.19.18.. a party of 5 including myself went to eat here. We decided to give it a change and we probably wont be coming back. We arrived and it took about 10 minutes to get one beer for each guy at our table (2, we also werent sitting at the bar since our 2 year old was with us). It then took another 10 minutes to get my mixed drink. We were ready to order an appetizer and that took about 20 minutes to come out to us. My friend orders a beer and it takes another 10 minutes. All the beers came to us warm. They were NOT cold and Im not sure if our server had too many tables or if he just forgot. Then it came time to order and we wait about 35 minutes for 2 orders of hot and lemon pepper wings (about 25 wings total), a buffalo salad, a corn dog kids meal, and a buffalo grilled chicken wrap. When our order came, the wings were fine and so was the kids meal. My friends buffalo chicken salad came with no buffalo sauce, no sauce to even put on top, the wrong dressing, COLD chicken, and it came with cheese after she asked to waiter to with hold cheese. There was also an eyelash in her husbands ranch! My buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce at all as well. I asked a nearby waiter if I could have some and he said of course, yes maam.. and I never got any mild sauce. Our waiter constantly apologized and said that it was his fault for no sauce being on our meals even though he seemed to have written it down in front of us (in the end the ticket said no sauce). After about 15 Im sorries he ended up removing my friends salad and beer for all the trouble. It was a nice gesture, but we wont be back. This visit took too long for decent food and too many mess ups. The staff was very nice though. Our waiter was also very nice and personal, but there were just too many wrong things that happened.
Worst experience at this establishment. Waited at the entrance when it wasn’t even busy to be helped with seating for around 10-15 minutes. After being seated a waiter never came to take our drinks or orders. The table that was seated after us was helped immediately. Sat there for another 15 minutes and we were never helped so we got up and left.
Buffalo Wild Wings, regional offices should visit this location themselves unannounced.I emailed their offices my self with my complaint on the day of the issue, with this location. When i patronize this location. They were fully staffed. It was a Sunday evening.I had made plans to meet with an old friend.We were seated at a table near the door.And never given a second thought. countlessCustomers came and went. I wouldnt want anyone to think all locations were like this.And Im not sure if each location is individually owned. Butt the best way to get the owners/corporate office attention (Dontvisit this store)....Update.I personally emailed the corporate office with my complaint but I was never contacted by anyone from the corporate office with an apology although I was given a voucher for a free meal that doesnt stop this from happening again. Sounds like their not trying to correct the problem. huh ???
Came into BWW for some drinks and food, BUT only got a chance to order a drink, that we knew off the top of our heads—fortunately—because we didn’t get any menus or even offered to bring any out to us. And instead of bringing menus, taking our order or offer to bring water while the drinks were being made, the waitress was just standing by the bar, chatting with the bartender.It took her a while to come to our table in the first place, so that started the annoyance.There are plenty of employees walking around, standing around doing nothing. There is no reason why guest should have to experience such poor customer service.So now we’re just going to finish our one drink and go elsewhere.It’s disappointing because we like the food.Btw, it’s Saturday afternoon, 5:44pm.
I gave it one star only because I cant give it less. We got here on a Monday at ten minutes to noon. Upon walking in we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong smell of what I believe was urine. (Dont pretend like you didnt notice it yourself). Then after standing at the hostess booth for about 3 minutes without being greeted we decided to roam into the seating area before the hostess addressed us. Unfortunately we could tell she was put out that she had to get up and do her job. We placed our order and didnt see the waitress again until we asked for the check. In between, when we got our meal we discovered that loaded tots means some tots with hardened cheese. We could seriously hold the container upside down and the solid chunk of tots would not come out. We spoke to the manager about the tots and he explained to us that loaded means different things to different people. I guess this was my fault for associating the picture on the menu with the item it portrayed. But back to the check, after waiting at the table for the check for about ten minutes we decided to get up and search her out. We have places to be, cant be waiting around for these people to get their act together.
Went for lunch with my brother ordered off the 15 minute lunch special. It took 35minutes to get are food and when the waitress brought us the check we asked why it wasnt free ? She said there was a timer in the kitchen and that she would have let us known if the food was free. This was a 1:35 hour lunch and I will not be coming back. Also it wasnt busy the waitress only had 2 tables.Went with my friend who ordered 20 boneless wings, they came out raw! Manager came out and sent the food back while I finished my meal and nothing was discontinued.Have only had bad experiences at this location and would not recommend to anyone.
Worst location to go. Staff is slow, we had to wait about 30 min to get a table even tho the restaurant was half way empty. When we finally got a table we order right away thinking we would get our food fast; however, we still had to wait for one hour and a half all to get our food cold. Staff was rude and when we ask to talk to the manager he did not even try to apologize for our bad experience. We end up leaving. Such a waste of time two hours for nothing, never going back again.
Very racist in every aspect.I had 0 issues sitting at the bar but the moment Im forced to sit at a table...The waitress was oblivious to the fact I was a patron in her area.I understand it can be stressful but when your area is empty . Thats the last I expect.Definitely wont be returning unless bar seats are available.
Horrible experience, staff and management act as if they as simple mined. Trust me, your order will be wrong. My experience was, I did not receive my receipt and my order was incomplete. This is after reminding the server of whats expected in the order. They did not go over the to go order and needless to say, after getting home, the order is incomplete. Call the manager back, the only thing you get is Im sorry. I know youre SORRY, tell me something else. Time and time again I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but time and time they disappoint me. Stick a fork in me, Im done with this location, probably done with the entire company.
I dont know why this store has such a bad score. Cedar hill is AMAZING. People are so quick to point out the negative instead of telling the positive. my server Sydney was amazing, along with Byonka they helped me find the best sauce for my wings the environment was fun and seemed like a close family. I would recommend this location to anyone. From the management to the host everyone all together is amazing!
Worst experience ever. Walked in at 11:40 got seated until 12:00 was told that the kitchen closed in about an hour which was okay with me. While I was seated I was quickly asked what I wanted to drink (the usual) she left quickly and came back right away with the drinks. My girlfriend and I sat there for about 7-10 min waiting on our server to ask us for our order. 15 min passed by and still nothing 20 min passed and still the same. 27 min passed by and all I could see was the manager standing with other servers at a nearby table starring at us as if they were waiting for us. Manager was very unprofessional as I waved at him trying to get his attention ,as he gave me none I quickly got up to leave when a female server rushed to out table to ask us if he had already been helped, I told her that 30 min had already passed by and that we were leaving. No one did absolutely nothing, not even the manager as he looked at me walk out. Ill never return, ever. At least not during their night shifters. I recommend not to come to this location. Thank you
My boyfriend and I usually come in almost every Thursday and sometimes Tuesdays. Usually we leave satisfied and everything goes smooth, but today we had a less than stellar experience due to our waitress as we spent most of our time waiting for her to come to us and our appetizer got to us about 10 minutes after we had already received our wings. We placed a to-go order as we were eating and got our ticket to pay as we were waiting. About 25 minutes go by and our waitress is no where to be found, so we go up to pay. Up until this point, we were a bit annoyed by the wait time by its understandable as they were busy. When we go up, we get our order after about 5 minutes of sitting/waiting around before an employee stops us to double check our waitress gave us our correct order as other employee saw that she just threw things in. She didnt give us our correct order even after all that wait time. The other employee switched it out for our order thankfully.
Worst experience ever! I have been to my share of bww but this has to be in the top 5 worst ever. They are dirty, the menus were sticky, the waitress and rest of the staff were unprofessional and lacking job skills. The food was cold.. it took forever to get any service and when the waitress finally came through and acknowledged us she sat down and asked what we wanted. We responded by asking for menus [15 minutes later]. The food came wayyyy later and was cold. All in all there isnt one thing I could say good about the place.
Ordered online. I still had to wait almost 15 minutes after my intial pick up time for food. They were not busy! Employee had to check her Apple watch in the middle of checking me out. Very unprofessional! Also, I have a problem with a food service person with 5 inch nails on their hands. Not very sanitary, not to mention the gems on the nails that could get into someones food.
Awesome upbeat staff! They are always busy, but do not forget about you, and keep you updated. I forgot my phone in one of the booths, and our waitress answered the call and told us it was there, that we could pick it up even tho they were already closed! I am so greatful! Thanks guys! Keep up the amazing job!
Horrible experience! I understand the wait , which was 20 minutes . We waited 15 minutes before we got a server and than we waited another 25 minutes to get our 15 wings and this place is half empty since last 20 minutes. This location just doesnt care anymore, been here few times and its always that we dont care attitude .After waiting for 30 minutes noticed place was more than half empty. We walked to the Manger told him about the delay, didnt seemed he cared much as he didnt even ask us about what table we were at or to find out or do anything about why it took that long . We just walked out. Total we spend 50 minutes to get some wings
This Buffalo Wild Wigs has horrible service they messed up my order, tried to make me pay extra for chicken cause they messed up, then not even a minute later the young man that was taking the orders at the front desk started eating the tacos in my messed up order right behind the counter ..Had a mouth full while serving other people not once did he wash his hands or anything … They most Definitely need structure!!!
Went here and was not pleased with the environment. Floors were messy as soon as you walked in. The wings were over cooked and we couldnt eat the meal. Waitress had great service, but Ive been to much better locations than this one. They did comp the meal, but unfortunately we will not be going back.
Waited almost 2 hours for our food and when it came it out it was cold and raw. Horrible service manager and waiter was very rude and disrespectful. Never coming to this location again. The manager didn’t even bother to correct the issue. All the staff is just playing around in the back instead of assisting there customers.
I placed a online order to go. Arrived at the counter and stood there for 5 plus minutes. 3 different workers passed by(one was a manager). I was not acknowledged, no one said sir we will be right with you or anything. Not pleased with this type of service so I left.
Ugh where do I begin. B Dubbs has always been my fav wing joint. Well today unfortunately maybe one of the last visits, its just ashamed that they couldnt meet the standard service requirements. We ordered the usual beer before the wings but for some odd reason our beer sat on the counter for 15 mins. Being thirsty as heck as well as my guest I had to retrieve our own warm beers. When the order finally came it was wrong our drinks stayed borderline empty by the way when my kids ran out of tea I had to get up and ask a manager to fill. Sky (the waitress) never came back to check on us but remembered the check. I wouldnt recommend this location for your wings unless its another waitress, she had way too many tables for her being inexperienced. Fries were cold, my guests desert ice cream and cake were melted, water empty I could go on but nah. However the manager Ian Jones was quick to try and resolve the issue. Im not looking for anything free just a good evening with great food and company. Sad to say this location really disappointed me, if you want wings so bad I advise drive to another location. RIP BWW in Cedar Hill.
The only reason I come here is because they offer a better variety of flavors for the wings. Other than that, the customer service sucks, they need a lot of work. I dined in with my buddy and our waitress was halfway rude and seemed like she didnt want to do the simple tasks I was asking like getting some ranch and extra hand wipes. Even with the to-go, I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody even helped me. The girl came out and looked at me and went back to the back. I had to ask for a manager just to get my order done. The fries suck, which I hate because I usually have to get my wings from here and go to Wingstop just to get fries lol. I come only when I have the craving for some wings.
Bad customer service. After giving me my to go order WRONG they expected me to wait in line full of people. Absolutely horrible, two girls just sitting there expecting us to wait for a mistake they made, they could’ve been doing THEIR JOBS, instead of sitting around doing nothing. I do not recommend coming here.
I popped my Buffalo Wild wings cherry last week with a great friend, that we went to the same high school together. But we enjoyed the Buffalo and jamming jalapeno boneless wings. It was SO DELICIOUS, MY WIFE took me last night for a pre birthday gift and we Enjoyed it again with great customer service by Keisha!!!
The food was great... The girl that waited on our table was busy with another co worker gossiping not attending her tables.. Monica (another waitress)was great and very friendly and took care of me and my friend on getting our ticket.. Was charged for top shelf vodka and was never told..Thanks again Monica for helping us out.. The other girls need to take lessons from you..
When my wife and I pulled up and noticed parking lot not full we should have realized then something was wrong. Especially since March madness was going. When we get to the door we see there is a line. I step inside and see several empty tables but none have been cleaned. So I tell my wife lets go sit at the bar. First thing we notice only one game on all the TVs. They were playing old football stuff from early parcell days. Anyway no big deal we can get them to change to the Duke North Carolina game. Never happened even though asked several times. My wife ordered an old fashioned something new from their menu and we both ordered wings. Well turns out they didnt know how to make it but tried anyway. Girl actually said we dont know how as she brought a sorry attempt of one over 15 minutes after we ordered it. No big deal my wife explains to o girl how to make it but she acts like she dont care and walks off. So my wife just laugh it off and say oh well. Then someone decides it is Friday night at the club and turns hip hop music on do loud that you cant carry a conversation with the person next to you much less across the table. 30 minutes later food finally arrived but it was only luke warm. Wont be going back
The drinks are good appetizers on time, the rest of my meal took and hour because they kept serving people that came in 30 after. The waitress was nice, the manager Cordero was not helpful when I complained. He kind of just stuck his head in the sand as far as having help for the 1 waitress he had working the patio by herself. I wont go back.
Don’t even know where to start I don’t even write reviews , but the service at this location was terrible, they looked to have a full staff and they still could not get people to be seated at a timely manor and even worse could not even serve hot food Wings were barely warm , the waitress could not even stop by and talk to us for the inconvenience of the wait , we spoke to another waitress and she was rude saying “ I’m not even your waiter, I don’t know what you ordered, “ she didn’t bother to get our waitress or even apologize for the wait , and when we asked to speak with the manager we had to wait 10 min more and when we spoke to him he did not apologize and said he can get our food in 10 min But we were waiting already over an HOUR it just shows that the staff is not properly trained and don’t care about their customers ,WE SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS ALL ARE ONE STAR! These reviews are all accurate and it shows that even management who reads these reviews do not even bother to correct the Issue
Horrible server, never checked on us. Did not bring carrots celery and cole slaw as pictured on menu because you have to ask for them then argued about asking for them. The salsa was horrible ketchup based. Could not taste lemon pepper on wings. Still gave 20% tip because server was expecting.
This place was horrible service.Went in Saturday night around 7:30ish and walk right and sat down and they forgot about us 10-15 mins later no one came and said anything to us and they pass us a few times and nothing.Never had experience like this from other locations.They lost my business at this location
We didn’t even eat here. My friends got here before us and were not attended by anybody. We were sitting down for like 5 min when we got there. We decided to drive to the BWW in the Grand Prairie were they attended us as soon as we sat down. All the BWW locations we’ve gone they greeted us as soon and taken an order on our drinks.
The last 3 experiences were horrible!! I Used to go here every Tuesday now i make this my last resort. I walked in & stood there for 10 minutes until someone finally acknowledged me and they messed up my order. I am currently waiting on a order that I was told 45 minutes on & its been a hour and a half, on top of them keep telling me 10 more min. Managers are useless.THE SERVICE & WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE!!
Came to this location for dinner on a work trip. Worst BWW I have ever been to. Ordered boneless wings and fried pickles. The food came out in 3 minutes and this was an instant indication on how fresh the food was. They obviously had the chicken precooked and then added the sauce and microwaved it. The chicken tasted fishy and was just not good. The fried pickles tasted nothing like fried pickles. I ate one of each item, paid and left. BWW is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location was terrible. Go somewhere else!
This is something that can be easily fixed. I along others went to the Cedar Hill BWW location on September 2nd, 2018 at around 5pm. The floor, at and around the table, where they were going to seat us was extremely dirty. There was trash and food on the floor, the entire carpeted floor was sticky. Its understandable to have a messy table but the entire floor was like that. We moved to the bar area and well, the floor was also dirty with spilt liquids. Servers walked passed several times before it was cleaned. This is mainly a management issue. Lastly, the male restroom. The floor was thick in urine. Just standing still my shoes would slide from the slime of urine that had not been cleaned for who knows how long. I chose not to eat there but still accompanied my group, I was disgusted. What made me really upset, I went to the Target and my shoes carried the nasty smell from BWWs restroom. I believe this to be a management problem, the servers are nice and friendly but without direction.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I have to rate it this low because lately no matter which one I eat at I have found FEATHERS on my chicken. Yea it taste great and the service and price a god but what does it matter if I cant eat the wings. I love chicken but I prefer it without FEATHERS...PLEASE fix this ASAP...This is not the 1st time this has happened. When I spoke to the waiter about it they said and I quote they usually cook off in the grease, ummm Im sorry but why do you even receive them with FEATHERS? My family and love the food but will not continue to eat FEATHERS. PLEASE check your food before you bite it!
I have tried on several occasions to give this location a chance. They have never failed to show me why I will never come to this BWW again. In my opinion this location seems dirty, service is very very slow, staff either have poor training or just dont really care about the customers. Food is always cold and mediocre. Mixed drinks are poorly prepared. Again, just my opinion and experience here.
Been trying to convince my wife to come back and when she finally caved the experience at this location only strengthened her argument as to why I will never get to eat wings here. The wings were mediocre and the service abysmal. I will drive 40 minutes to Arlington TX. Pluckers for my fix from now on
Horrible service!! Never going back again! If I could rate less than one I would! I went today 7/6/16 @9:40 everything started okay, but after we got our drinks our server Brooke took 20 minutes to come take our order and I dont understand why if there were hardly any people. We ordered appetizers we asked for ranch she never brought instead went to go talk with her boyfriend or friend who was sitting alone eating. When we asked for the manager, Brooke came back with the ranch and threw it on the table and one spilt. Talked to the manager a tall Caucasian with long blonde curly hair medium sized and glasses I asked if our server was okay because she was giving bad service and attitude and how she was just standing by her boyfriend laughing the manager just said I dont know and started giving attitude as well when we asked for a different server. We got a new server,but was just gossiping with Brooke and boyfriend/friend right in front of us while Brooke just stared us down talking bad about us. I asked for head managers number and they said he was on vacation which was probably a lie! Either way WORST SERVICE EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very rude manager, hostess, and servers!!!!
I wont say the food is bad its the typical mediocre bar food and taste about a star over burger king. Its the constant horrid service that brings the 1 star. Carlie is the only good server here. I can say Weve been here enough to critique what this place is. As a GM of other bars and restaurants I have a feel for the good and bad. Poor management is truly what makes this place a one star bar and grill.
Absolutely terrible service from the time we walked in the door. Waited 15 minutes and a server never came by. Finally had to ask for service and the waitress was very rude. The manager didnt seem to care. Would never recommend anyone going to this establishment if you expect decent service.
The worst BWW I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible and the food was just ok. The wings were cold and the onion rings were mushy. I should have sent everything back. Shame on me. But prior to that I should have got up and left when it took over 10 minutes to get waited on. Who is managing this place?!!

2022-03-13The hostess with red hair ( I think her name was Deli) was so lazy and couldn’t even do her job. I’m sorry but she was getting dirty menus when there was clean ones right next to them. And she could’ve at least cleaned them which I’m sure is part of the hostess job. She was just talking and chatting and not seating people. Until her manager came and had to do her job for her. The tables were so dirty too.On a positive note, Melina who wasn’t even our server was so amazing. She took care of us and we weren’t even her table. She was truly doing more than her job requirement and you can tell she’s a good worker.Now to the food, y’all what is that in the picture. Literally the size of the stickers. Anyways I do not recommend going to this location.Truly only saw Melina and another girl doing their jobs. Everyone else was so bad.I don’t do this at all but I’m just so bothered that people like that are employed. If you don’t like your job then leave.

2022-07-01Came in on a Sunday night and had to wait a little bit for someone to seat us but other than that had no wait getting in (NOTE: This was NOT during football season which Im sure would make a difference). Our server, Erica, was awesome and friendly! She made great recommendations and was a joy to get to talk to. We started with the fried cheese curds (it comes with Southwest Ranch, but I would recommend pairing it with regular Ranch instead) and then we each got a plate of wings. Food was quick and the place wasnt too rowdy! Not my favorite wingspot in Cedar Hill, but also not too shabby!Parking - For a non-football night, we had no trouble finding parking but I could see some struggles if you are going during a popular time.Noise - Like above, we went at a chill time so the noise wasnt bad at all but I could see how it could get loud with a football crowd. This is Dallas after all :)

2021-12-08Ordered from their app. Said 1 hour delivery. No problem! Then the delivery app changes to 2 hours. Then it says no driver. I call the delivery service, they say call the store, I call the store and told that its been waiting for an hour. They ask if I still want it or if I want a refund. I ask to cancel the order because I dont want cold food or food thats been sitting under a heating lamp for over an hour. Says itll be 5-7 business days.***Even after asking to cancel they still deliver the food. Its cold, soggy, and overcooked....Edited to add that I did as requested and filled out the link but I heard nothing back.

2022-01-26We went there last week twice. The first night, the young lady was professional, respectful and attentive. We got what we ordered without any problems or easily rectifiable issues. The next night, the bartender (Brandon) was disrespectful and quite frankly his service was trash. Every time we have had him wait on us there has been an issue. There is always a reason we cannot get what we ordered without it being sent back or being plain wrong. Glasses are dirty and we’re met with his attitude or eye rolling when we ask for another beer. He is nothing like Arielle or Autumn.However this last instance was unacceptable. My partner ordered the same lemon pepper tenders she ordered the night before and received the tenders but with the seasoning in little cup on the side. She had never received the dry seasoning not already sprinkled on the tenders before. So when she brought it to Brandon’s attention, he reached in the tray, grabbed the seasoning and with a condescending look on his face poured the seasoning on her food right there at the bar and slid it back to her. Very nasty and rude. Needless to say, we were leaving. Who does that? Reaches in someones plate and just tosses the seasoning on their food.The first manager was more focused on telling my partner not to use the word “shit,” (not cursing at her but cursing about the situation and poor service). She was not trying to hear the issue just focused on the use of the word “shit.” In the meantime, Brandon is slamming the food we left into the trash and pretty much blowing us off with his arm, like we did something wrong.The second manager gave us a bunch of lip service and basically acted like he didn’t know how to help the situation because he was focused on us knowing this was his first night there. We were pretty much WERE regulars there because we like that it is close and have good food and beer. But the whole situation and handling of Brandon’s behavior was disgusting. So if you go there beware of expressing your concerns about the food you‘re paying for because the employees are allowed to disrespect you at this location.

2022-04-06So I had been to this location before with no issue. Then this week I visit, and to start, the parking lot was a mess. I know this is more on the customers than the restaurant, but the dirty diapers on the ground were already a red flag. Upon entering, there was a weird a smell. I know a food establishment will always have different aromas in the air, but this particular time, the air smelled as if something had spilled and soaked into the walls. I decided to still oversee this, and as I entered through the second door, I saw a sign that read Please seat yourself. This was not a major issue, as I understand that a place may be understaffed, but as I looked for a place to sit, I noticed that quite a few of the tables looked dirty. I turned around and there was a hole in the wall, and there was a trash all over the floor. I had never seen a BWW in these conditions. In fact, there was people standing in line to order food, almost as if it was a fast food restaurant. I dont know if it was just a bad day for the location, but I did not feel comfortable eating at the establishment and left instead.

2022-06-24The bartender named Faith was very rude. My friend just recently got married and changed her name on her ID, so she had a paper copy with her new name and her unexpired hard copy with her old name with it cut off in the corner due to getting the paper copy. Faith would not accept neither ID so we confirmed with the manager that her IDs were acceptable and he said that it was fine. Faith walked away from the bar for 10 minutes and as soon as we got up to leave she went right back to the bar as if she was waiting for us to leave. We were not rude at all we just wanted clarity on the matter and we got acceptance from the manager and she still refused to serve us.

2022-03-24Our waitress was polite but we ordered our wings and she brought them out in about 5 minutes, Im no Chef Ramsay but I know it takes longer than 5 minutes to cook chicken wings. No telling how long the food was sitting back there before they served it to us. Never going to this location again

2022-03-31Went for lunch, they had a sign that said seat yourself. Never seen that before but ok no big deal. Took forever to get served, they brought food out. 1 person at a time instead of all at once with lots of time between plates. We had to ask for drink refills and took almost 30 min to get our ticket. Place was understaffed. Won’t be back.

2022-05-13My husband and I dont go here for the food or drinks. Honestly those aspects are going down hill. We only go because of one bartender. Jazz is a sweet hardworking mom who we go see every Thursday. When she eventually leaves we will most likely never step foot in side a BWW again.
