I made an online order and when I paid it said my order would be ready in 23 hours. I called the restaurant and Carlos was very helpful. He corrected the pickup time and said everything would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove over and was greeted by an employee in the lobby. She directed me to an overhead monitor and explained how to locate my order. Find name, see locker number, get food. Too easy! Wings were hot and crisp. Great customer service all the way around!

Ordered online 20 piece with 3 flavors, only got 2 flavors, receipt showed 3. The missing flavor was supposed to be Mild for the kiddo. Hardly any sauce on any of the order. So little sauce that the original Buffalo and Nashville Hot were less spicy than the Medium. Tasted like old, reheated, plain chicken. I tried calling multiple times to see what could be done to rectify the poor experience, but the auto voice kept telling me nobody was available and hung up (That’s why I’m posting this review). Go figure, the sticker they stuck on my bag says “This order was checked by….” and it’s blank. I guess that’s for the customer to fill out then… I should have unpacked everything and checked at the counter when I picked it up.

My family and I went to have dinner and I have to say this was one of our best Buffalo experiences. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, the food was amazing and the store manager, Monica came over to greet us and to make sure we were happy. Thank you Monica and team for the Great service!!

Had lunch here today and was greeted by Carlos, who was so friendly. He explained the menu, so we ordered burgers and wings. Everything was delicious. Thanks Carlos, my Mom and I enjoyed being there.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful and quick efficient service. 6 pieces was enough to fill me up. But Im mostly a veggie person and only eat fast food when I cant cook. Great chicken if youre a meat eater. Okay, Ive been around the world 5 passports, 60ish countries and my palette might be different than yours.

I was super excited when I found out a Buffalo Wild Wings was going to be open in my area.I love that this is a TO-GO place. The employees are all awesome the place is very clean.The shift manager Shana is so kind and explained how it all works it was so easy to know where my food was. I will definitely be back (I kinda have been multiple times already).Keep it up guys :)

Tried Buffalo Wild Wings for the 1st time tonight. Appreciate the use of beef instead of peanut, vegetable or canola oils.A lot more tater tots than I expected in the regular order, I wonder if the other sides are the same.We were missing 2 wings when we got the food home, thus the less than perfect rating.

Honestly I’ve never been a fan of this type of food but something about this specific wing place makes it just right. I go pretty often now and just pick it up and go! Makes me feel welcomed. There’s a manager named Nate who is always bringing up convos and making me feel like I should go everyday.

Great experience overall, great food great drinks, but the best was the service by Nathan F, very respectful and responsible gentlemen. Definitely made my experience worth it and would definitely return!
