Ordered an Angry Whopper & a #1 with cheese. First photo is the Angry Whopper & the second is the #1. Both burgers had like 3 slices of cold cheese. Bacon was burnt crispy & I was missing the onion jalapeno crispies.
Everytime I have gone here Im always disappointed by the way they prep their meals. Even though I know things arent going to change I still keep coming back giving them the benefit of the doubt and sure in enough same oh thing. The burger buns I got on my kids meals today were hard and stale and I didnt find out till we got home like always because it was ordered thru drive thru! Cant you all get your stuff together??

Messed up the order once and forgot an item. Went a second time and received the forgotten item, but they messed up the burger Again. & i know people make mistakes so I always converse with respect. As I received my order the second time, i said thank you and the cashier just looked at me annoyed.

The daytime is bad but the night time is just horrible. They really don’t care about their job, probably a bad manager, but they don’t know how to charge you and they treat you like you’re taking up their time. Super rude and takes a long time to get your food. Which doesn’t make sense bc the fries were cold af and the burger was okay. It’s been way over a year since I’ve had a “whopper” but one of the Instagram followers mentioned it, I got one…..the best burger in forever…..hot, nicely prepared, juicy and damn tasty. This place is a good place or location. It has a comfortable feeling to it. But the plants outside needs attention. At entrance the door handle is messed up. As you walk in the place looks a bit dirty. And the fountain drink station was dirty too. Theres a tile opened at North side door ceiling. Right next to it a dirty looking tile needs to be replaced. And the cook does a poor job at making Burgers. I came here to this place like 4 times. And all 4 times the cook messed up. Each Burger 🍔 i bought on different days was missing a tomato 🍅 slice. The 5th time I came i made sure my burger was complete. But the cook still made my burger wrong. Theres a certain order the burgers are supposed to be built. But my burger 🍔 look like the cook made it in a bad manner like careless and sloppy mind you. So...thats why i give this place 3 ⭐s. This is a good store but bad management and terrible cook. This store needs to shape up. So that others may enjoy a good meal here with family and friends.
Love a good Whopper, but their post-quarantine service is TERRIBLE! Are they or are they not open to dine-in service? Drive-up no longer accepts on-line coupons from their app. App has become pretty useless to me.
Burger King isnt too bad but you still have to let them know not to put mustard on your Whopper. A Whopper does not come with mustard and ketchup they should have learned this in training.
Very disappointed.. I understand they were busy but the cashier taking my order at the drive thru never let me finish ordering with out interrupting me by constantly asking if i needed anything else. I get home. My order was wrong. Did not get a receipt. Called over 15 times and no one ever picked up. The meat on two of the burgers was raw plus were not made as per my order. As Im typing my son is still calling and no answer. Wont be going back

It took for ever in the line waited over 30 min and when I finally got to the window they didnt know my order so then I had to repeat my order again. As I was driving away from the window we realized that I didnt have my daughters fries she had to go inside to get them
This is the Alamo BK and I love it! The food is fresh, the fries are hot, and the service is fairly fast. Sometimes the staff look half dead or unintrested by their facial remarks. They dont necessarily go the extra mile but its forgivable b/c the food usually comes out really fast. My main complaint though, is that they tend to close like an hour early and Ive asked why and Ive been told by management that they run out of supply for their promotional items. Lastly, I love this location b/c the manager here always honors a generous military discount and I really appreciate that. Ive been going more frequently b/c of that kind of acknowledgement. So I strongly support this location for its food and speed.

Employees are very sad. I know fast food isn’t the best job (worked in it for 6 years) but customer service here is lacking a bit. Also. Same consistency with the coupons. Some don’t care others will FIGHT you to you don’t give them the coupon code.

Presented a $10 gift card at register, cashier Julia said she did not know how to process it. We showed her what to do but she tried and said it was invalid so we paid the entire $16.22 in cash. When we arrived home we checked on line and found that the gift card was indeed valid.Also we ordered a vanilla milkshake for my wife. In error they made a strawberry shake. When I informed the employee that we had ordered vanilla she insisted that we had ordered strawberry. I showed her our receipt which proved we had ordered vanilla. We waited several minutes until she finally made a vanilla shake.Service was horrible! As we were placing our order Julia stopped twice to speak to another employee and completely ignored us. Then she claimed she could not process our gift card. Unbelievable!! I will never return to that location!!

Disgusting experience. This is the closest burger king to me and I will not go to this location again!! I would rather drive 8 more miles to the other BK than go to this one again! They were under supplied, didnt have what i was asking for and the lady was very rude and sarcastic to me! To top it off, my chicken sandwich was burnt so i threw it away, my wifes whopper had been overcooked as well and the fries were well undercooked!

But they have most rediculous reserved/accessible parking for people that have a condition that need a closer parking place because they have difficulty walking or are in a wheel chair.Their reserved parking spaces are in rear of establishment by the trash cans none the less👎. Just wanted breakfast for the family, I arrive home missing 4 of my 8 sandwiches. I drive back and ask for my missing sandwiches, the lady packs in sandwiches and free large hashbrowns in new bag. Im happy with the fix till i get into my car and count before i take off. Still missing 2 sandwiches, go back in severely disappointed and get my 2 other sandwiches before going home. I rarely have good experiences with this location.

I ordered two whoopers at 10:00pm there were no cars except for myself in the drive thru. When i got home ,which is litteraly 3 min from this burger king , my food was not only cold the patties were hard and the burger were thrown together like if the employee was not only blind but angry ...I also ordered nuggets that were so hard i almost chocked.. I googled the store phone num and called many times their phone was disconnected! I had to go back and asked for a manager who came out of his office just as messy as my burgers were..Horrible!!! He asked if i wanted a new order or my money back no Im sorry for the inconvenience. He then asked his employess several times to make my order fresh and proceeded to toss the burgers that were sitting under the heater i assume for hours... NEVER GOING BACK.!!! I had to call the Burger King in Donna for the same num that was disconnected ..BE SURE TO ASK FOR FRESH FOOD AT THIS LOCATION OTHER WISE YOU WILL GET YESTERDAYS FOOD! !!!
Ok, 2 stars means i disliked it. Here is whyWhile their line was short, and the #8 original chkn sandwich was hot and juicy, the restroom looks like a mess. No mirros, no towels, not clean. Warranted, the restroom is shared with a liquor store, Im not sure if BK has direct hand in the cleaning and updates of it.Pictures are provided. I am more than happy to make an edit once they are corrected.

Theres always an issue with this store. Theyre under construction, or having part of it remodeled, or under new management, or messing up your order. Its better to drive the extra mile and get McDonalds, Whataburger, Churchs Chicken, or Arbys. But hey, thats just one girls opinion.

Went through drive through at 9 pm & they took forever just to take the order. I ordered a whooper & kids meal nuggets. I get to the window to pay & the 2 girls are talking playing w.eachother then they tell me they dont have the drinks i choose. I picked another drink & they still took forever to get the food. I go home to find out they only gave my daughter her fries no nuggets. I went back & spoke to some random dude & the girl i spoke to at the drive thru window & they both acted surprised when i told them the situation. The chick wouldnt have missed anything if she wouldve actually been working instead of laughing her ass off w. some other girl she was working w.While Im waiting the same girl forgets shes the order taker & has a drink thrown at the window & another girl had to remind her to finish taking orders. I asked for my recipt & they had already thrown it in the trash so when i got home i called & asked for the 1800 number & the assistant manager says its on the recipt. I advised her that the guy threw it away & she repeated that the1800 number was on the recipt then changed her story saying that they only have a website i would have to visit to complain. I asked her for her name & her managers name & she kept hesitating but she was quick to give the area managers name. by the time i got to eat my food was cold. Never getting anything from this bk again!
Ordered cheese sticks just to get home to breaded sticks with absolutely NO CHEESE inside. Over cooked and hard. This BK always has some type of problem. If I could post the photo I would.

Home of the Whopper! Always a good crowd during breakfast but not a long wait to get your food! Lunch crowd a little bigger but still not a long to get your food!!! Service has always been satisfactory.
Being under the circumstances we are in right now it was fast service , I was disappointed with the chicken nuggets were a little over cooked.
Ordered thru drive thru. Get home, order is wrong. Go back to get correct order. Manager has poor customer service. Did not want to comp anything because it was wasting product even though I had to waste gas for their mistake.

Service is slightly slower in comparison to other Burger Kings Ive visited in the valley, but the food has always come out well. The location is usually very clean, and doesnt have a lot of visitors. Just be wary of parking at this time, since there is some construction going on, so parking is kind of limited.
We asked for ice cream but they said it didnt work. Then 5 seconds later they gave another lady some ice cream. We kept asking over and over if they had some and they still said no. The new one is snooty and got our orders wrong a bunch of times.

Went twice & no ice cream. Bought a Texas Double Whopper & when I got home I was so disappointed the meat was bigger than the bun! I called & they said they didnt have the regular buns so thats why they put a small bun but they didnt bother telling me this when I ordered it.

2022-04-20Ordered the spicy melt. Very disappointed. The meat was dry and was cold and not fresh at all. I was expecting a great burger and ended up with a half cold non juicy meat patty burger. The fries were the only fresh item on the menu. Unfortunately I will definitely not come back to this Burger King.

2022-03-23Its Burger King, almost never disappointed with their restaurants. Thought it was awesome that this one still had quite a selection on their value menu, unlike McDonalds!!! Big thumbs up when you have children. Northern Wisconsins Burger Kings dont offer as much and charge higher prices.

2022-02-16I went there with my mom to grab dinner! The cashier was very nice and I felt very comfortable until this lady, who I assume was the manager, came and started being very rude. Ive noticed that most of the workers are high schoolers, so one should know that its not their fault if they mess up an order or something, because as a high school student myself, I know how hard school and work life can get. Overall, great workers, terrible management!

2022-04-11Good place to eat in just depends when you go. Mornings are good and professional if any mistakes they are always willing to fix it and its clean . Now evenings during the week are terrible those kids are unruly, very rude, and loud with music on. I feel for the managers in the evening because he send my order back twice for them to remake it how I ordered and they still got it wrong until he went back to make it himself. Its every evening that i go in that this happens. They need more mature and professional employees.

2022-06-07This BK isn’t completely bad, but it does need a new speaker and monitor system in the drive thru. They can’t hear your order and they will constantly ask you to repeat. So frustrating! I wish I could say it’s super clean inside, but everything feels sticky. Maybe it’s their cleaning products??? I don’t know. Nonetheless, it’s a fast food restaurant with coupons so what do I expect right? So my rating is a 3.

2021-06-30So an ex-employee shared this on a chat mentioned that the general manager who threatened her to lose the job because she wouldn’t sell products the products either had been expired or ice cream machine would not be cleaned only once a year there is no pest control on a monthly basis that’s why there is always rats & possums in the store.managers in the store are either drunk or do drugs not to mention names

2022-05-28Clean your soda machine . my sis made me return the one from drive thru and i got the Fanta.. So the common drink taste like stale water or rot water... My sis right now at 3a.m is puking every 10mins since 1a.m. . I dont feel sick because I didnt taste that drink......

2022-06-05Good Whopper burger. Fresh bun and veggies. Fries were just so-so. Only reason we went here was because we had a coupon.
