Great service!!! Patrick was hilarious and professional! Made our day much better and he did great job.
Always clean and friendly service. We like the idea that their milk has a metal seal that you can pock a hole in and use a straw. So we dont have spills.
This is our go to BK, in the past it has been slow and the service sub par like I am bothering them to order. The large fries you pay for you dont get, they put the amount of a small fry in the large container like you wont notice....Went yesterday 04/26/2021 Service was good, friendly people on that day and the french fries were actually large like we ordered for a change but, even though the whopper was really good there was no bacon on it that I had paid for, after ordering 2 double meat, dbl cheese whoppers with bacon I am up to $30, I expect better service as to what I myself actually want and get since I myself am the one paying for it. Is double checking such a hassle? Heads up, I will be going back and give the date and will give my opinion.
I dont know the name of the manager working, shes short and a little loud. She was stressing pretty hard about not getting the orders out. I cant say I blame her. There were 2 other people there working with her, yet it took her 25 minutes to get our food to us. The customers that were already there when we got there seemed to be waiting for a while as well. I dont know for how long. But she forgot to get there drinks out to them, and had to stop working on our order to make tea. No one took her place making orders. They were only taking care of the drive thru. After she finally got everyones drinks out to them, she realized she didnt have any fries for our order, however our burgers were already made and just sitting there thru all this, and still sat there while she made fries. When she finally got our order finished and we went up and got it, we got back to the table with it and our 4 burgers AND or 2 chicken sandwiches were cold. The fries however were hot. We didnt say anything because we didnt want to stress her out even MORE or have to wait EVEN LONGER for our food. Im glad I got to do this review, so that maybe the managers/owners can do something so that this doesnt have to continue to happen to people.
I always have like Burger King I like grilled burgers I love their french fries on their onion rings but they really have a problem with their app every single time I go and theres some kind of a deal going the app doesnt work but you know it just not be my luck I dont have very much of that LOL
The food was what I expected. Waiting more than 30 minutes in the drive through was not. 25 minutes was waiting to order. Not that they were busy, just painfully slow. I assume the strong odor of weed pouring out the windows was a huge contributing factor. They will also provide you with the feeling that you are interrupting them during major brain 🧠 surgery.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Order was wrong and some was missing. After waiting in the drive thru for my order, I then had to go in to get it corrected, which they did. Hashbrowns were cold. Everything else was just ok. Never had this issue at the BK I usually go to.
Probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Which I feel says a lot. Slow is an understatement. When I finally get to pay they don’t know how to add coupon codes so at this point I have already waited in line for an hour I could care less about a coupon I just want out of line. However it seems ridiculous they can’t add a code to an order. Overall painfully slow, terribly trained, and under staffed.
I recommend the dumpster behind taco bell, over this place ordered 2 whoppers with fries got home got two whooper Jr. And small fries.Not worth my fuel to drive back. Cant even cook since tvec had a power outage...what a day. Thanks burger King you made my day even worse.
Just purchased a 20 piece chicken nuggets for me and my mother. HUGE MISTAKE!!!The nuggets tasted as if they have been soaking in old cooking oil over night. Just HORRIBLE. I so dissatisfied and disappointed in Burger King.
Slowest fast food place Ive ever been to! 30 mins from the time I placed my order to receiving my food. Were they busy? No... counting myself 3 cars in the drive thru. An this is at 645 at night.

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. We Waited approx 15 mins for our food, only to receive a horriably soggy burger, and no condiments for our other food.The female at the window had a very dismissive attitude and treated us with disrespect.Do not eat here.
Horrible experience! I went inside to order lunch at 11. there were two customers in front of me in line, took forever for them to take their orders has only one register was being utilized. Waited another 20 minutes for my food. When I got my food they were out of napkins and the Whopper was atrocious. very little lettuce the end pieces from the tomatoes and the beef patty look like it was run over by dump truck. They were understaffed and didnt have the supplies that they needed to run their service. I will never go back to this location.
If I could give no stars I would. Told cashier I had 2 orders to make and after i was done with the first, the cashier walked off to wash her hands for 5 minutes. Ordered 40 nuggets and got 23. Ordered 2 whoppers and got plain burgers with ketchup. Pathetic.Edit: after being open for a while, BK has definitely turned around. Great service, friendly staff. The past couple of months Ive had no issues with any of the food.
The food is as expected at clean Burger Kings. It is always served hot. During high traffic times the drive thru can take longer than normal.
Eh its Burger King they never get my special order right but its what Ive become accustomed to. I only eat the impossible whopper anyway. And try to minimize fast food consumption totally so Im rarely there but ALEXA AT THE DRIVE THROUGH IS ALWAYS THE NICEST HAPPIEST MOST LOVELY PERSON WHEN I AM THERE

The food is decent. Its not terrible, but its not good, either. The place is new, but it looks like it could be kept up better. I wouldnt be surprised if some time down the line, the newness of this Burger King wont seem so new anymore. I do like the coupons they have in their app.
When to the New Burger King in Athens today 3-5-2021 to get a Whopper and Crispy chicken sandwich, well the grill was not working, this is a NEW BURGER KING. All that anyone can get is the crispy chicken sandwich, ok Im good with that. People let me tell you when I bit down into the sandwich, not only was the buns dry and hard but the chicken was too. SHAME ON THE MANAGER OF THIS BURGER KING FOR ALLOWING PRODUCTS TO GO OUT OF THIS PLACE JUST TO MAKE A SELL. I BELIEVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR EQUIPMENT IS HAVING TROUBLE AND WOULD COME BACK AFTER YOU HAVE THE GRILL UP AND RUNNING TO PUT OUT QUALITY PRODUCT BELOW SUBPAR.
Three cars in drive thru counting me. Took 15 mins to take my order and had repeat it twice. Took another 5 mins to pay. Then when I get my order person handed me my order. Did say a word. Then I found hole in my bag. Lets say i had fries everywhere. And this was after 1 PM and lunch rush was about over.
For being new I had high hopes. The burger was cold, cheese not melted, forgot to give me the cookies for the kids. Also all our burgers were wrong.
Ordering was like pulling testh. The girl had no idea what she was doing hand other people were just standing around. Im sitting here right now. There are maybe 4 people who havent been served. Got my order in at 9:19. Order arrived today 9:35. My sandwich was wrong. I brought this to their attention and theyre allegedly making me another sandwich. Its 9:50 now and Im pretty sure theyve forgotten about me. Worst service Ive ever had anywhere. Hire some competent employees who are capable of completing simple tasks without having to ask the manager ever 5 seconds. This is just terrible. I guess I wont be coming back and I hope other people learn from my mistake. Just a bunch of kids hanging out and slacking off instead of doing their jobs... *Eventually got refunded after the 30 min wait, but Im still waited 45 min for a sandwich...
I waited in the line for 15 minutes at least and I was told they have no whopper meat. After ordering anyways I was then told after paying I would have to wait on my chicken product. Then I waited even longer and when I left and I opened my food it was burnt and the bacon was missing from my burger.
I had a horrible experience at the Athens location tonight. I got off work at 9:30pm and decided to stop by Burger King on my way home, for a “quick” burger. I got blocked in at the drive thru and had to wait over 35 minutes to get my Whopper w/cheese! I was going to back out after waiting for 10 minutes, but 2 other cars pulled in behind me, so I was stuck there! It will another 10 minutes till I placed my order, and after I placed my order it took well 15 to 20 minutes for me to get my Whopper w/cheese & completely liquified Strawberry Shake! This definitely was NOT the best experience to have after a long day at work! Or any other time really! I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but considering it still kinda brand new, you would think they would have the shit together! I very seriously doubt I will be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to anyone else! This is why Athens can’t ever keep a decent fast food place! Get it together people!
Went to the drive thru before lunch rush. 10 cars in line. Line was moving quick, hardly any wait. Food was great. Will be back.
This store is less the a year old. So being a new store it still looks really clean. The cashier Melissa was truly a nice person. She repeated my order and also helped me on coupons and she smiled and had a great personality. Thank you Melissa.
Went through the drive-thru there was four cars ahead of us and it took 16 minutes to place an order then it took another 15 minutes 2 pay for our meal and we seen 2 cars gave up and left. So now as we was getting our food we notice the girl looked really high and it took her a bit to count out our change🤨 Someone needs to get a better manager to manage this restaurant as its losing business. Surprisingly the food was good but poor management 🤔
My food is ALWAYS messed up. All I want is meat and cheese. Thats it! They not only mess it up Every. Single. Time. But the cook comes to the window and asks you how you want it, comes back with it WRONG AGAIN! Like how hard is bread, chicken and cheese. Will not be returning. As a manager if a fast food restaurant, I highly recommend going someplace else. Do not waste your time with horrific service and food.
The only reason I didnt give a one star review is because when we finally got our food, it was decent. The girl at the counter was so high she couldnt understand what we were ordering. Plus, the people making the food were working so slow, I could have driven over to dairy queen, ordered and eaten it before they had our order ready. Worst experience......waited 30+ minutes and was denied veggies on the side because they dont have a button for that but i order the same exact thing every time I come there and theyve always done it. My entire order was completely wrong, had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it corrected. And the 2nd time they STILL messed up one of the burgers! I had to go back in AGAIN to get it fixed. How hard is it, to listen, and make some simple cheeseburgers CORRECTLY. Absolutely unacceptable.
Got order wrong twice , gave food to another person , got money back , asked who the persons working name they refused to give it , threw money on counter and was very rude to myself and others happened today at 230 pm and was really bad customer service
11 minute wait time.I walked in to order a Jr. Whopper Burger. I was the only one in line, or waiting for food. The cashier was not friendly. Did not smile. Did not greet. She lazily took my simple order, with all the enthusiasm of waking up with a hangover. Very unprofessional. I thought it would just be her, but looking in the back revealed that every single employee and manager had the same attitude of just not caring. I ordered the Jr. Whopper combo, with a medium milk shake, and it took 11 minutes for my order to arrive. A couple of other patrons entered shortly after i finished my order, and I watched the clerk cheer up and happily hand them their food, like a good CSR. But when my order came up, it was lazily put onto a tray, after I had specified To-Go by the manager, with a dead-ish expression that implied his mind was HEAVILY elsewhere.I was a bit irritable at the time, coming back sunburned from 4 days of camping, and having previously tried another establishment.So upon seeing the quality of service, and care, and that my food was being trayed, not bagged, I sternly told the young manager Its To-Go. This made him perk up a bit, I can only assume because he knew I was about to also publicly call out his and his crews poor attitudes.4 days camping, and my food was better than their kitchen of cooks. I work graveyard shifts for gas stations over the weekends, every week. Im paid minimally for it. I have days where I can be grouchy, but Im told this is the norm, and that is unacceptable. Im paid less than all of these hacks by the way.Food was made with spite.Food was paid with spite.Food was eaten with spite.Stay home folks, cook your own meals. Whatever they are, youll feel far better than dealing with this place.

I waited in line for 36 min when I finally got to the window the workers were goofing off the cashier at the window gave me my drink and shut the window and proceeded to get on her phone. Then I finally get home and my order was not even correct. I want be going back thats for sure. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Slowest Burger King in the state of Texas, you will wait In the drive through for 30 min. It takes them 10 to even take your order in the drive through and there will only be 3 cars in the drive through. So if you have an hour lunch break DO NOT GO THERE.
They do the best they can with how short staffed they are, and still have a smile on their face after getting yelled at in the drive thru by impatient customers. props to them.
The food is OK but not worth the price and the wait. Slowest drive thru in town. There were 6 cars ahead of us, took us over 30 minutes to get our food. Plan on at least 5 minutes per car. Once in line you are stuck so plan accordingly if you only have 30 minutes for lunch.
Good food. The service seems very friendly by comparison to most places in Athens. If I had a complaint would be the poorly designed parking lot and drive through. Keep up the good work. My order has always been correct.
Took forever to take orders from two cars in front of me and i had to repeat my order a couple of times and the onions on my hamburgers were the best things and i dont like onions that much and the shake had all the syrup on the bottom and not mixed in at all
Ive never had such great customer service in my life!! Soo friendly and kind! When they first opened the drive thru was constantly backed out to the road but if people would park and go in like I did Everytime they wouldnt have to wait forever!! 🙄 I got my food quick and it was hot and fresh. I love the food and the customer service is absolutely amazing. ♥️ My son also loves the new play place .Nice to have something besides mcdonals!
They are slow and rude. Took 20 minutes to get a whopper meal. Then there drink machine was having issues and they told us it wasnt there fault cause they just checked it 10 minutes ago. Then when a cusfomer complained the manager Alicia raised her voice to her and got really rude. Then was giving her mean looks and talking bad about her as she walked out. I could understand if it was rush hour that they would be slow bug it was 11 and only 2 cars came into the drive thru and 4 people in the store. Thats no excuse for taking 20 minutes to make food. 3 of the 4 walked out. If they offered less than 1 star, i would select that one.

Really, really slow service. The drive thru is also slow which backs up and blocks cars trying to leave the inside dining area. They keep the tea behind the counter and it takes forever to get a refill.
Who tf designed that drive through? its always backed up to the street because the cooks are so slow so the people who parked cant get out unless the people in the drive through are nice enough to maneuver which takes a group effort. the first time through the drive through was 2 days after they opened. I was in line for about 20 min for 5 10pc (and only got 2 sauces btw). I figured it was new place, new crew, working out the flaws. 2nd time I was there about 20 min for a couple burgers & 3 10pc. this time I watched the clock, 34min for 3 10pc. this time I said the wait time is unacceptable and she acted like she had no idea we were waiting that long. ive been inside twice and its no faster. if I had a big order I could see it but I only got 10pc. thats whatll drive business away fast as possible.
All the tables were dirty when we walked in. I had to clean a table to set down. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. There was a lot of standing around. I saw one lady dig in her nose as she was wiping down the ice cream station. I will not go back.
Thought I would try for breakfast for first time. Not crowded like McDonalds drivethrough. Now I know why. 2 lousy pieces of bacon on a full size croissant. And it cost $2 more than the meal at McDonalds. Will not be back.
The cashier was picking her face while taking peoples orders. Then not even washing her hands, grabbing orders that were completed. One of the burger makers, wasnt even paying attention to how to make the burgers, just adding things like normal, even though people had specific things added or taken off. I literally stood there watching this as I waited for my order.
Wait wasnt to bad for amount of business. They need more help to clean when noontime busy. Burgers neither seared nor touched by flame, probably true at all Burger King nowadays.

The sour dough bread was so hard I couldnt eat it. I was only able to eat the center of it. I love the King, first time Ive ever got disappointed.

Burgers are good but sometimes they are out of meat or other amenities. Cleanliness of tables and countertops dont seem to be a concern always dirty and sticky. Not good for a new restaurant

The food is good but the driv thru line makes it not worth it. There are many other fast food chains in town that I’d rather take my business to because I know I won’t be waiting almost an hour to order my food. You have 2 windows. Use them.
Took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and chicken fries. Usually I am asked to pull up to wait on my order. Not sure why the people in front of me weren’t asked to do the same.

The food was great but I really did not appreciate the way the manager Teresa was treating the cashier Patrick. She actually stomped her foot and slapped her leg becuase he needed change.
This location continues to struggle post grand opening. The interior has been filthy with NO clean tables every time I have been inside. Expect a 15-20 min wait in the drive thru weekdays at lunch.

The Flavor you expect from A BK and the service is getting much better at this location.
The facility is brand new so its clean. The staff are friendly. But do to what appears to be a lack of staff the sevice is oh so slow.
Waited 25 minutes for our food and when we finally got our burgers they were cold

2021-08-21Order completely wrong, not toasted and burger was cold. Menu board (left side) inoperable. Store #25385, order #72. Repeated order twice and when order was read back at payment still wrong and she said I told them to correct it. See attached photos. Also asked for no cheese or lettuce. Got both and they threw in some bacon also. One car in front of me and 7 behind me. Took almost 20 minutes to get my order. I can only imagine how long the last car had to wait.

2022-03-05We love good deals and with Burger King coupons we get in the mail we really save money on some favs. We have asked for substitution for buns on one hamburger out of three and was afraid they would either do them all the same way, but they were very attentive to our order every time we have went there. They are very nice at the window, masked for COVID precautions. Everything was in the bag! Great food for the price. Make sure you try the jalapeno bites, nice treat.

2022-02-25Asked about 5 dollar your way meals(no longer available) then said I would take the 2 for 10 meal got the 2 for 5 instead. Service has declined nobody is ever at the pay window. Love the food but I understand why the drive thru is empty at lunch time. Will go elsewhere or go to Canton BK instead for awhile.

2022-06-10This is the worst shift ever at Burger King I mean nothing was fresh straight salt on fries I ordered no tomatoes and they just took some off a old burger this is the 2nd time they didnt do their job its time for burger King manager to do their job and make sure their crew does their job.I wont recommend anyone going to eat there!!!

2021-10-18There was only 2 people working when we went through the drive thru, around 10:30 pm. But they were still pretty quick getting our order, paying us out, and getting our order done. Everything was correct in the order and it was good. They were doing great, even though short staffed. The girl that was working the window/all of drive thru was really nice.
