Fast drive thru...chicken Jr was not hot..Burger was not hot..fries were hot. Its not uncommon to get hot food using drive thru window.
BEST BK IN EDINBURG!!! Customer service is great ! The food is by far the best Ive had from any bk in Edinburg.The ladys working tonight did a good job put all condiments in the bag and the whopper was smacking the jalapeño poppers where soo good to the cook back there thanks that was delish.They are always nice and the food is always delightful will be coming to this one more often even if I have to drive further away from home.10 out of 10

BK in Alamo, TX.....Bad service at the drive-tru. T-Mobile Tuesday offers Free 🍔 from 🍔🤴, but if you dont go on that day Burger King staff will tell you you cant get it that it must be on that day. However that is not true you can use it any day as long as it is before next Tuesday and that you have the code available. Even thought I spoke to the Manager there were two Assistant Managers (Miriam and Abraham) that said that they cant do it because it wont work. I did tell them that other 🍔🤴have done it and had never had issues with it. Very bad communication here and or training. The Assistant Managers themselves were very rude and unwilling to help. Its embarrassing that a customer has to tell them how to do their job specially them being Assistant Managers.
They have messed up my order more than once even though they do offer something when they mess up, it just happens too often.They didnt allow us to make 4 separate order in drive thru when the one off 107 is fast and does.
Good place to get an ice cream cone its only a dollar. Im not much into fast food especially Burger King due to the amount of trans fat and saturated fat in the burgers. But Ill take a ice cream for a dollar anytime
The lady that was taking our order was very rude. we were trying to use our t mobile promo codes and they kept saying we could only use 2. when in the t mobile tuesday guidelines, no where did it say we could only use 2 per vehicle. she was giving us attitude and was clearly annoyed.
When I went to go get a combo the fries were burnt to the crisp the burger was stale the vegetables that it had were old the patty was dry my soda was flat and it had no flavor and it tasted like water and overall everything was overpriced, I do not recommend this burger place.

We walked in 3 minutes before they closed because the closing hour online is wrong. The manager was so nice and took our order. We tried to tip them and he wouldnt take it. My respect to him for being so professional, great customer service!

The girl taking the order was doing her best Bon Qui Qui impersonation. She had about as high an interest in giving good customer service as the counter she could barely look over. In all seriousness it was not good and thats coming from someone who works in the service industry.
Not so great cuz they didnt having enough people working during there little lunch rush we waitied about 15 to 20 minutes one guy on grill one girl in drive thru one cashier and the manager and it wasnt until I got up to complian that the manager came up to the front to help the cashier get the orders out

Service was fast, cashier was friendly....but chicken nuggets and onion rings came out looking extra crispy and had old oil taste.

2022-03-23I went march 22nd 2022 the manager was extremely rude to me because she didnt hear my order right and when I told her my order again she gave me an attitude and told me to say my order right next time with an attitude she snatched the money out of my hand very rudely and threw my food and money at me & she had tats on her arms and it was around 6pm .

2021-10-21The Pfizer burned. But edible. Chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks were not. Chicken nuggets were burned beyond edible. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and doughy. Two stars because the Whopper Juniors actually were pretty good.

2020-12-27This BK is pretty good. My kids like the original chicken sandwich, and my husband and I like the Whopper. If you keep your receipts and take the survey on it, you can get a free whopper burger with the purchase of a Whopper combo. There are also coupons you can get in a paper ad in the mail every month. We like coming here and eating for our family of 6 for under $25. You can save on a decent meal using coupons!
