Went for lunch today not as good as usual. Ordered the lunch special for $8.00 comes with ice tea so great deal. HOWEVER, Chicken Parmasiana was overcooked and chewy and a little burnt. Spaghetti was delicious and cooked perfectly. Side salad with house dressing and bread were good too. Ice tea was too dilute. Maybe I will stick with the Eggplant 🍆 Parmasiana like my previous visits, thats always great.
This place is literally amazing. The food is so good and flavorful they have a wide variety of dishes that are all really tasty. The service over there couldn’t get any better the waiters are so nice and respectful they always come and check up on you and get you anything you want. When I went we had Jose as our waiter and he was so respectful to us. This is a 10/10 restaurant with very cheap prices.
Went in to this restaurant with my niece and just loved it. Never saw it before, and can’t believe I’ve missed this place all these years! Love the people first of all, so friendly and make you feel like you’re in a New York Or Chicago Italian restaurant and I really miss that! The food is so wonderful, you really get the flavor of the authentic Italian spices and aromas of the great foods of Italy!!!! So wonderful to have found this place, friendly people and great food! What a combination!Cindy Okon
Decided to check this place out for lunch. Pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Im always looking for an Italian place that offers a spicy marinara and this place delivered! Very happy with the food and service. Our server was extremely polite and prompt. We will go back and try more again soon!
08/18/22 UPDATE:Not sure what changed here but this place has gone down hill tremendously. Went here for lunch. Was seated rather quickly and drink order taken at same time. Then waited 25 minutes until I had to walk up and ask if anyone was going to take our order. Ordered two salads off the lunch menu. On the menu it states lunch entrees come with soup and bread. Never saw the soup. My father and sister went 2 days later ordered off the lunch menu and never received their soup. When the asked about it the waitress with attitude said well she ordered the salad so I brought her salad! This used to be one of our favorite lunch spots. We will not be back! Stay away if you are looking for good service.
This is by far my most favorite Italian place in the metroplex. Their specials are always worth ordering and they even have stuff off the menu as well. Everything Ive ordered is amazing. Atmosphere and service is always great. The bruschetta caprese is the absolute best! Family friendly and a great place for date night.
We always enjoy dining at this cool little restaurant. Its cozy, quiet, has well trained staff and GREAT food. Today I had a lunch special of Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and marinara, a green salad with Ranch dressing, fresh-baked bread and iced tea all for only $7.50!
When we eat there food is good. Ordered family spaghetti and meatballs a few months ago and the pasta was like mush - over cooked for any Italian restaurant. Was offered a complimentary meal but that was not my intention so I did not take up the offer. It was just an alert to them. 2 days ago ordered the family chicken marsala and the very thin chicken ( which I like) but very small portions ( which I thought was too slight ) and then an over abundance of pasta for 6 of us ,1/2 was not eaten and discarded. The salad was chunks of lettuce and a few small pieces of tomato. I dont think the value of these family meals are worth it so that will be my last endeavor. Eating in - yes. Ordering take out - no.
We had my wifes 50th birthday party here and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family and the service was awesome. The best part of our evening was the delicious entrees that we had. I cant recommend this place enough. If you are looking for an absolutely enjoyable dining experience, then this is the place!!! Great staff, authentic Italian food, and cozy atmosphere.
3 1/2 stat5They are doing a lot with a small space. Friendly atmosphere, good food. Seafood Pasta was ok, shrimp was small. Stuffed mushrooms were more saucy than what I had hoped. Garlic bread was too thick but had good flavor. I would try it again and work a different angle. I will update my review once that happens.
This in my opinion is the best Italian place in Arlington/Mansfield and Ive been to them all. The garlic bread is excellent and their soup Pasta Fagioli is unbelievable. Their dishes are spot on as well and tastes fresh and the flavors are good. Everything Ive tried there, Ive liked. Im a regular now.
We visited on a Saturday night during prime dinner time. We were greeted and seated immediately. We had very attentive service, and the food came out quickly. I know a lot of businesses are struggling with help. This one was not. They must treat their employees well because everything was efficient and tasty!
I have been here 5 times and each time has been awesome! Today was no different! I feel welcome each and every time.I bought to-do food for the family once and my daughter ate from my moms plate of chicken Masala and today this was the place she chose for her birthday dinner. Shes like, I want that meal you got that time you brought us something. I love this place so I was like, word! This is absolutely my go to for Italian. Checkem out! Youll likeem too! They even prepared my baby a birthday Cannolli!
I went here on a whim during my lunch break since it was close by and was expecting just typical run down pizza place. Boy was I wrong! Its a charming actual restaurant that also has amazing lunch deals if I may add on. Love the atmosphere of the place. Very pleasantly surprised with my experience and chicken parm was fantastic!
I usually have a good experience here and love the food. Today I placed a to go order and when I arrived I was at the counter well over 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing there. The older woman, whom I assume was the hostess, told me she would be right with me. She then proceeded to get a couple their drinks, acknowledged that she had given a customer the wrong entree, cleaned a salt and pepper shaker, walk to the kitchen, came out the kitchen and went to the other side of the restaurant and back to the kitchen. There were at least 6 other staff people walking past me and not one said anything. Management needs to work on greeting customers and not leaving customers waiting extended periods of time.
It wasn’t as great as the reviews The calamari was not good and the stuffed mushrooms were okay. The soup you get with a few entrees was bland, noodles were falling apart and it seems like it was just warmed in a microwave. The veal Parmesan was pretty typical but it had slices of mozzarella on top that was barely melted and my meal was lukewarm. The pasta my family got were all steaming hot. I ordered lasagna after I said I did not like my original meal and it was pretty mediocre. They definitely made sure it came out hot then.
The server was very nice and attentive and the food was good but when my husband and I walked in earlier that day and asked if we could make a reservation the guy at the door told us they didnt do that. We were getting a group together later for my sister-in-laws birthday. The reviews also mentioned how some people had reservations. That was the only thing Id say about my experience that was kind of a downer.
This is my wifes and my favorite restaurant. We have always enjoyed the food and service every time we have eaten at any of their locations. So when it came time to choose a location for our wedding reception, we asked Cafe Sicilia if we could have it at their Arlington location. They were happy to help us make it happen. Joe, Lucas, and their staff took AWESOME care of everything! From selecting the menu, to setting the tables and for sure the incredible food and service. They treated us like family and made the entire event very special.
This little talion restaurant has big Italian taste. We eat there frequently. The servings are more than generous. And the prices are very reasonable. We used to eat at Olive Garden and then we found Cafe Sicily and we went back to Olive Garden for dinner we realized what a disappointment we would never return to Olive Garden again. Our new Italian go to is Cafe Sicilia.
Got a lunch special today - so much food for the price! Entree, soup or salad, and an iced tea - for $8! I had the calzone and it was full of meat and cheese, all well-seasoned and flavorful. Husband got a stromboli and he devoured it, while saying more than once how amazing it was! The dough was fluffy and soft, so good! We each had a side salad, which was a good portion for lunch and the house dressing was unique and tasted great. We are definitely going to order from there again - lunch specials are awesome! Weve been for dinner before and it was all fresh and so, so good! Very satisfying and worth the money and the calories 😉
Stumbled upon this place while looking for Italian food to celebrate my son’s 30th Birthday. We’re so glad we found Cafe Sicilia!!!Cozy, quaint atmosphere with nice decor.Great food, courteous and attentive staff. Good prices. The marinara was excellent. We all had the Chicken Parmesan...delicious. Generous servings are sure to satisfy even the hungriest of appetites. We’ll be going back...it’s a gem! Definitely recommend. I invite all to go and experience this wonderful little slice of Italy.
My family and I went here for Sunday lunch and my family loved it. Environment was nice, food was good. We all got lunch combos and definitely worth the price. Portions are a good size for the price. Im not a big fan of Italian food so Im giving it four stars but I know my family would give it a five.
Came for dinner last night and was left speechless by the food. The Rigatoni Vodka was just so good that I ended up cleaning all the sauce off my plate with no shame. Everything we ordered was amazing and the atmosphere felt like I was at home with the kind staff and owner. Will definitely be back!
We stopped in for the first time about 3 months ago. From that point on we have made this place our Sunday lunch date. The food is always delicious and the staff from the manager to the waitresses/ waiters is always on point. Nice friendly welcoming faces is something we truly enjoy. I invite you to come give them a try.... you wont be disappointed!
We tried several items on the menu and the flavor was great. The price is in par with most local independents and service was great. They delivered even though we came into the restaurant and ordered. The only thing that could have been a bit better is on the tomato bread, the slices could have been thinner and the spaghetti could have had more sauce. I would recommend this to a friend.
Good service and good Chicken Parm, only keeping them from getting 5 stars is my side Ceasar salad was served with the dressing on the side. Having to mix my own Ceasar salad at the table is awkward. Also, Id suggest refrigerating salad plates. Salad on a cold plate is nicer.
I never really liked Italian food until I tried this place! I order from here at least once a week if feels like. The chicken Alfredo is to dieee for & I always get at least 2 meals out of it sometimes 3! I crave this place 😂 their ranch is also my favorite, inducing the cheese bread. I love it All! Can’t go wrong with cafe Sicilia!
This is the real deal, folks! They use 00 flour for making the pizza and garlic rolls. Almost nobody does this. The flavor and texture this gives both items is incredible. Thin New York style pizza with a crust that is nice and chewy. Only one other place in Arlington, Texas that has pizza this good and its in Dalworthington Gardens. We have had most of the menu at Café Sicilia and never had anything that wasnt truly excellent. Great pizza, nice people, good service, and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?
Mostly wonderful, and nice options for vegetarians. We got 3 pastas and a white pizza. The pizza was great, the lasagna primavera was good, and the pasta treat was great. But we didnt give it 5-stars because the pasta barese was not very good and because Im pretty sure they used frozen broccoli in the lasagna primavera (it was totally mushy). If they would use fresh veg, it would certainly enhance the dish. The pasta barese had a slightly interesting taste, but was mostly just oily and bland. It only had a tiny amount of spinach in it and Im pretty sure that spinach was frozen (no texture or flavor to speak of). I bet if they tweaked the recipe and used lots of fresh spinach, that dish could be a winner too. All in all we were happy and well go back and try more of their dishes.
Its kind of hard to find nice Italian restaurants in our area. I am very surprised at how good this place is. I got the Tortellini Michelangelo, my wife the baked ziti, and they were both great. It is well priced and the staff is very nice. We will definitely be back as this is our new go to place for Italian food!
Surprisingly good little Italian cafe! I wasnt expecting the flavorful marinara, the perfectly fried calamari, or the large portions. A little over $50 included two large entrees (I had the Chicken Parmesan, my wife had the Seafood Alfredo), the calamari appetizer, and two desserts. Very reasonable considering the quantity and the quality. We will be back!
What a gem! I love hole in the wall places like this. Its nice to get the kind of service that is personal and good and not contrived by corporate training. Food was fresh and authentic Italian. It is so hard to find authentic italian food around here. I sure hope they can stay in business, because their prices are so low! I recommend you come eat here before they raise them! I was very blown away by how nice the ambiance was inside. Its better than eating at Olive Garden, yet half the price. And on top of that, the food is authentic. Did I already say that? So what are you waiting around for, go there!
I love this place!! Their food and service is always great! They are awesome with kids too! We had been going to the one in Bedford before moving to Arlington, but the food is identical awesome here! The lunch price is the best Ive found lately too. Only place I ever go for Italian!!
We worked a reception at this wonderful restaurant tonight. I have to say that the staff, service and food was top notch! From the moment we walked in, we were treated as part of the family. There are a lot of choices out there with chain style Italian restaurants, but if you want to feel like your eating at home, this is place to be. I look forward to the opportunity to work another event at this location and will most definitely visit in the future. #djzamoradfw
Youll feel like part of the family! So welcoming and homey, you feel like youre in grandmas dining room, surrounded by friends and family. Great decor and atmosphere but nothing compared to the incredible staff and the food, to die for! Seafood fettuccini, must have! We will eat here over and over again.
It has been quite a break from me before I decided to return to this restaurant, after being a frequent customer of Cafe Sicilia for years. I have been second guessing myself and holding myself back, because the previous time I went before the last visit, I had the worst experience ever and cannot stand how rude some wait staffs are. However, I have decided to give them another try, I am glad I did. Though that same waitor who waited me that time where I had the worst experience at the restaurant did not change, I decided not to let that bother me. The food is good and quite enjoyable; I decided not to let that one bad waiter affect me from enjoy the food and visit them. However, it will be better if the management of the place take action on the waiters/waitresses who does not treat their customers well (i.e. the skinny tall guy with long hair).
The food was good, and the bread wonderful. House salad is simple iceberg. I liked that the lunch specials were good on Sunday. Service was good. Sweet waitress.Just an FYI ... Theres a $3 extra charge if you split a meal. Not so great .... the manager scolding us about sitting with friends who also had a Groupon. Yes, its in the fine print. No, it wasnt planned; we chose the same place after church. Separate checks. 2 peeps on each check/groupon.
By far the best Italian food in the area! And Im not just hyping it up. This food is really good! Now that I know that there is one in Arlington, I will be coming here more often.Great food, great service, good prices and a clean establishment, what else could you ask for?!5 STARS FOR SURE!!!
Great roll to start out. calamari terrible tasted like crawfish, chewy not light and tender. salad nice, large but pricey. should split one. main dishes too saucy, overpowered dish. ingredients good just not put together very well. not terrible could be better. service was good.
Entire family didnt like their meal. My Stromboli was good but the rest of the meals were Alfredo based pasta dishes... my son had meatballs, and my wife had chicken. The meatballs tasted boiled and the chicken tasted microwaved... I tried both and agreed with them. The chicken says GRILLED on the menu but when the waitress was asked she admitted it was only baked and not grilled. The meatballs were obviously frozen and reheated, as they were very rubbery and soft versus firm and textured of meat. Finally, the Alfredo sauce was VERY bland and needed a TON of salt to make it taste of anything beyond just cream. Real Alfredo sauce should have a flavor of parmesan and butter, but all we tasted was the cream only. All in all, I am personally not sure how this restaurant has such high marks given a basic Italian sauce like Alfredo was done SO poorly... maybe their claim to fame is bc of a different dish, but our dinner was NOT worth the $70 total ticket we paid.
Our family ate at Cafe Sicilia for the first time tonight after teying many other pizza placea on the area. We were not expecting the experience that we had. This is a service restaurant not counter service like other local places. We were served fresh and hot garlic rolls which were delicious! We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms which were cooked to perfection! Our son had the fettuccini Alfredo and says it is the beat he has ever had. We enjoyed a hearty medium pizza between 3 people. The toppings were generous, the crust was perfect, and sauce was fantastic! The price was amazing as well as the cute decor with an outdoor Tuscan theme. We will be loyal Cafe Sicilia customers from this night forward!
Our first visit, went by the reviews and we were not disappointed. Their menu selections are sure to give you a wonderful Italian experience. The prices are better than reasonable for the generous portions, that you will most certainly be taking some home to further enjoy. It is BYO Wine, which is ok, considering most places charge you $5/7 a glass, better value w/ your own bottle!
The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything we have ever tried was amazing. I will say the deep dish pizza tasted a lot like the rolls, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing. The service is kind of slow in my opinion, but I guess good food takes time. We usually just spend the extra time eating rolls and enjoying the company. Today was a little disappointing however. We never received any rolls which could have been because it was very busy and a little chaotic. Drinks took a little longer than usual to refill also, but again forgivable as it was busy and once we asked another waitress helped out right away. The problem was when we went to pay with our Groupon, it was refused. I know today was a holiday, so I intentionally read the fine print on the Groupon 3 times to see if it would be excluded. There was no such info in the fine print. There were no signs posted anywhere on the outside or inside of the restaurant. So we had no way of knowing we would have to pay full price until after the meal was eaten. I think this is poor business practice and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth even after the yummy calzone!
Food is great. Never a wait which I just don’t understand because every time I come here it’s delicious. We always order the antipasta salad and it is my favorite. Tonight it was fettuccine for the and pizza both of which were super hot and fresh. Check Groupon and see there is usually one available and it makes the visit even better

This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. when I I need a good lunchon, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. good and diverse food and a large list of dishes.professional crew, and pleasant mood. Also, the expence is good. I suggest this place with no hesitation.
Service was great. Food was excellently presented and tasted wonderful. Portion was large! Enough to take home, but could have been what was ordered, pasta dish and fish florentine. Like that they are byob! Desert portion was small for the price, but good. Will return!!!
Friendly staffs. Food taste is above average and the price are very reasonable. It maybe the location, but I find this place the least busy among all the Italian restaurants in the area which is good. I can just stop by and order and be on my way in less than 30 minutes.
Everyone looked like they were really enjoying their dinner and service. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to use a groupon that his mom bought him for his birthday. Our server didn’t wait on us, aperently he had family at the table next to us there for a birthday so he was distracted (according to the hostess). Some one else took our order, the hostess brought our food.we couldn’t get our water refilled or napkins. Another lady brought a check 2 minutes after we got our food and we definitely weren’t even close to being done. We had to go to the hostess stand to get a box and pay for our food because no one came back. The table next to us had a server stop and check on them 4 times after they got their food, to check on quality. We couldnt flag anyone down because they wouldn’t look our way. We could not even use our Groupon in the end. Definitely not worth it.
Awesome customer service and speedy service. The food was delicious. I got the Fra Diavolo (hot for the spiciness) with shrimp and I loved it. My partner got the baked zitti and he loved it as well. The serving size was big enough for leftovers. At last the complementary bread was fresh out the oven and scrumptious. Definetely recommend and look forward to coming back!(:
Love this place. Was looking for a decent Italian place to eat and tried quite a number of places in Mansfield an Arlington and all of them were just meh....but this little hole in the wall surprised me. The bread was freshly made and delicious, the sauces definitely home made and the soups....wow, just wow. My wife had the shrimp alfredo which honestly the alfredo sauce was one of the best Ive ever tasted. I had the veal piccata and it was absolutely delicious! My only recommendation is to not put so many capers over the veal, but everything Ive had there has been delicious and in my opinion is the best Italian place to go to in Arlington/Mansfield area.
I really wanted to love it, but the food was just alright for me. I had the lasagna and tiramisu and my daughter cheese raviolis and mozzarella sticks. The best part of the meal was the mozzarella sticks. The lasagna was all pasta water down sauce and a few piece of ground beef with cheese on top. The tiramisu was a big let down for me. The top layer of cream was delicious but the bottom layers were watered down and without any flavor. My daughters raviolis were decent the sauce was the hero in both pasta dishes. I just wish the food had a little more passion in flavor. I wouldn’t go back.
This is a awesome spot. Great food at decent prices. I love the chicken alfredo fetuccine on their lunch special and it comes with drink, salad/soup, their rolls and it was AWESOME!!!!! Not only is the food great but the staff are awesome and very friendly. The waiter and manager good took care of me and my friend today. This was a pleasant and great exprience. We will be back. I would like to give a special shoutout to the individual who paid it foward for me and friend today. Thank you!!!
Love love the food here and eat here often but ordered food that was delivered and had a less than ideal experience. Ordered on the phone and the person taking the order ask if Id be paying in cash and if I would need change and said yes. When the driver arrived he gave me my food and I handed him cash. He asked how much changed I needed back and I said $15 (my order was $19 something and didnt want to tip him change) he replied back well they only gave me $10 in change... looked at me for a second then dug through his wallet for another $5 and then proceeded to tell me I need to be specific with how much change Im going to need next time. Just a super awkward unpleasant experience.
Great food, nice atmosphere, was looking for a quaint little place and think we found one... will definitely go back, I had eggplant floretine and my better half went basic - angle hair pasta with marina sauce. Very good food, excellent value, went on a Friday night and didnt have to wait 5 mins to be seated.
Never eaten in, always get delivery or pick up. I am not a fan of Italian food but thier food is just amazing and and a hidden jem in the area. If you like sea food get the. Seafood fetacheni with pink sauce. All the veal dishes are also amazing. Bread is amazing. Nothing special in the appetizer department but dont worry an entry is more food than you can/should eat. If you have not tried, please do!!
I would give 0 stars if possible! I will never eat here again! Food was okay, good but not great. Lucas, the manager, was terribly rude and mean. I dont know why he is still working there and has not been fired! He yelled and screamed at us after we offered a brief suggestion. He reaction was totally uncalled for!
I have been ordering from Cafe Sicilia on Matlock for over three years, and have loved there food. Tonight I ordered two 10pc wings and a large New York style Pizza, $30bucks plus the tip, which is always generous. I get my food, pizza looks great but the wings have 8 in one box and 9 pieces in the other. Some might say it’s no big deal, but hey I want what I paid for. So I call and speak to the person who answered the phone and she tells me you receive a 10 piece for Dine in and an eight piece for carry out. Then she told me that on her menu it says 8 pieces. I told her I’m looking at the menu online and it says 10 and I offered to send a screenshot. Then she gets the manager who proceeds to tell me the wings are proportioned by size and not by piece count. And I’m like, so why did you tell me I would receive two 10 pieces? They offer to write my name in a book to get 3 pieces with my next order. At this point I’m likely not going to order again because i feel they don’t appreciate my business. 5 minutes later I get a call from them telling me I’m no longer within the delivery radius and they can’t deliver to me. 😂 I called them back and asked had they moved the store because I hadn’t moved my damn 🏡. I was actually 😡, but had to laugh 😂 and write this post to cool off. So disrespectful!!!!Update: Im just reading the response to my post 12-19-18 9 months later. I see where they said there owner would reach out to me directly. Surprise! They never did...... And what about the discrepancies between the manager and employees stories. The fact that they took time out to call me back and tell me they couldnt deliver to me because I actually wanted what I paid for.
Food overall was great, but my mom ordered a cup of water and it had a tap water taste. She said,It tastes like fishtank water. The ice tasted the same too because it was made by the same water, even though my pepsi tasted fine with the ice. The water here apparently has the same tap water problem as the one at our house. Either way I would recommend coming here just beware of the water. 😊
By far the worst Italian restaurant Ive been to!! First it took 45 mins to bring the food and when it came it wasnt even made the right way! I asked for fried chicken on my Alfredo and still got grilled. And the Pizza I would have rather bought frozen! And I never received my salad! So closing this off with a suggestion for future customers dont waist space in your stomach for this (food) ! Just call olivegarden! !! Your welcome!
Literally just left this restaurant incredibly dissapointed and angry. Tried it off of the good reviews and I dont understand why. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were all busted open from being over cooked. Husband got a tossed salad which was water logged and gross. He got the lasagna which was ok, but nothing special worth getting again. What pissed me off is that I ordered the Capellini Broccoli which is suppsed to be Angel Hair Pasta sauteed with Broccoli in a Garlic, Lemon and Wine Sauce. It came to me more like a orange soup. The noodles where severely overcooked and mushy, the sauce was disgusting, and the broccoli was pretty much raw. I went to talk to the manager and I asked why my meal came to me looking like an orange soup, and she said thats what its supposed to be. I said I didnt know garlic came in an orange color and she said thats what happens when you cook it in white wine, WRONG. She didnt even apologize to me for it being terrible and only argued with me!!! Comped the salad and my meal, but our tab was still $20. She was rude and we will never be going back and dont recommend you waste your hard earned money here.

2021-12-07This is a nice little quaint Italian spot in southeast Arlington (not too far from Mansfield border). We’ve come a few times and the food is always good. The pizza is New York style (thing crust) with a bubbling cheese and good toppings. My wife got the ham and cheese arancini balls. The pasta dishes (spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna) were good too.Highly recommend this place if looking for a nice dinner in a good ambience.

2022-06-21Ambience was good, service was ok, food not that great.. We ordered an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and look what came. The mushrooms were floating in soup.. ( should be named floating mushrooms instead) definitely not an appetizer..see the picture I posted.. Didnt taste good either to be honest.. The waitress must have guessed seeing our reactions that we didnt like it.. She tells us yeah here they do it a little differently it cones little soggy, i have never seen it like this anywhere before. My lasagna with chicken was just ok, my wife had a chicken parmigiana which was little ok. Finally finished off with a tiramisu which was good.I feel rates are high for what food they offer.

2022-07-19The food was amazing. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in picking out food. She was also very attentive. I ordered the chicken rollatini and it was amazing. The entrees were very large, and we could have easily ended up splitting. The mozzarella sticks were also great and the bread was very good. I Highly recommend eating here.

2022-06-24I was craving Italian and was struggling finding something my SO and I both would like. Taking a chance we ordered. When I went to pick up my food I was greeted by an amazing breath of fresh air young man. There is nothing better than getting a feeling someone is happy, in general happy. Smiling, conversing and delivering OUTSTANDING customer service. That was all before I got my food home and ate. If the food had been mediocre the service would have made up for it. The food was outstanding. Will be on my go to list when Im in town.

2022-07-02Let me start off my saying I had a wonderful experience last week when visiting this restaurant. The waitress was absolutely amazing. She was was attentive, polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was also delicious. But unfortunately my visit today didn’t have the same outcome. Good customer service from management is what this restaurant lacks. The lady who apparently manages this restaurant should do better. I had my mom and dad order lunch today and the manager was rude on the phone when my mom asked simple questions about the menu. We ordered the chicken parmigiana. The chicken parmigiana was old or as the manager said “it could have been overcooked” so much so my dad couldn’t eat it. I called to share feedback and the manager was rude again and condescending. She seemed to minimize my feedback and was quite dismissive. No worries, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Miss manager I hope you treat your other customers better.

2022-06-21We had a great Fathers Day lunch here. 1st time and wont be the last time. The owner greeted us and everyone was most pleasant and made for an enjoyable time. We had mussels, garlic bread and something else that I dont remember the name but it had cheese and ham I think rolled in balls and deep fried. All was delicious. We had a table of 8 so multiple items were devoured. I personally ordered the stromboli which came late due to forgotten or misplaced. They made it fresh and well worth the wait. I wished I had snapped a picture and it was on the house because of what happened. I truly recommend Cafe Sicillia. Wonderful hidden gem !!!!!!

2021-05-22I was craving some AUTHENTIC Italian and my friend obliged and sent me their information.Yayyyy for friends. Alex was our host and he was soooo sweet and so knowledgeable and personable. We were joking with him several times and he played right along lol. Thank you. He made suggestions and kept our tea coming and....lets talk about the garlic rolls!! Im not the biggest bread eater, BUT my, my those rolls were OUTSTANDING!!I had the Fettuccine Leonardo and added shrimp (6) and the shrimp were succulent and large and had the pink sauce (live a little) and my friend had the lunch portion of Chicken Pasta and the chicken was so TENDER my friend thought it was undercooked (it WAS cooked.)Craving Italian? Wanna try a new restaurant? Swing by and tell Alex 👋
