If you are coming in you have to speak with Mary Burr. She has an incredible eye for interior design and was tremendously helpful in helping me get exactly the right furniture for me and my home. I have a very particular taste and she was able to make my vision come alive and help ensure I had a beautifully designed space perfect for me! Couldnt be happier with her expertise and customer service.

I have bought several pieces from cantoni over the years. My assistant broke a wheel off my office chair and I was praying I could get a replacement wheel as I love this chair. This chair was 5 years old so I wasnt hopeful, however Perla was able to find it and send me a new one. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
I bought an American Leather sectional sofa from Cantoni. They sold me a Guardsmen Warranty in case of accidental tears. I know it’s not directly Cantoni’s fault but that is a vendor they choose to do business with and is a total scam and fraud. They do not stand behind the warranty. Do not buy the Guardsmen warranty. Total waste of money.
I purchased furniture for my home through Cantoni and it was truly a world class experience. I’ve always wanted to stand out and have furniture that is one of a kind and truly original- Cantoni gave me that opportunity with their amazing selection and the expertise of their interior designer, Janet Baker.Janet helped me every step of the way. She is a master designer and transformed my home with her ideas. I love the way my house looks now. My home has a clean and contemporary chic look now and I get so many compliments from everyone that comes to my home.I would highly recommend Janet and the designs Cantoni offers for anyone looking to achieve a luxurious and unique look in their home!
Whether its been for a special piece of art-glass or the small side table in my bedroom sitting area or the beautifully designed TV cabinet that I searched for a long time and finally found at Cantoni; I can always depend on a good selection of what Im looking for and be sure it will be of high quality.The other nice thing is that Im given plenty of time to look around without someone breathing down my neck. Then if I do find something the transaction is taken care of quickly. Delivery of my rather large TV cabinet was handled very professionally with all the packing taken away. Cantoni provides great service from beginning to end.
Where do I begin with this company. My husband and I just relocated to Dallas from the North East just 3 weeks ago, we are shopping for furniture for our new empty nesters pad. We went to Zuri, Euro Modern Living, Roche BoBois and a host of other stores. In the end we settled on Cantoni. I found a beautiful sectional in the warehouse that we immediately fell in love with and purchased. Today it was delivered, but unfortunately we ordered the chaise on the wrong side. We had two of the most polite, professional and friendly delivery technicians assist us. Chris Anderson and Chris Robinson are AMAZING, did I say AWESOME!!! I might just buy more pieces from Cantoni if they can deliver it, no just kidding. They are Rock Stars..... They brought the sectional into a very narrow entry way, then up 18 flights of stairs, and set it up. Then we realized it did not fit our space so they had to rewrap it and take it back down stairs to the truck. Even if we had kept the sectional, they were SUPER AMAZING and RESPECTFUL to have in our home. Im hoping they will be the same technicians to deliver the next sectional.Now we are waiting for Julie to schedule the delivery of my sectional with the chaise on the other side. We purchased our bedroom furniture from Cantoni a few years ago. It was exactly what we were looking for and was not available in Fort Worth. Delivery went exactly as promised and I hung the wall mounted units myself. The instructions were easy to follow and the mounting hardware was first rate. The drive from Fort Worth to Dallas was well worth the satisfaction in the product and the service from our representative at Cantoni.
Expensive expensive expensive. Did i mention expensive ?Beautiful unique furniture from Italy but over priced by thousands of dollars.Everything here is over priced possibly because it comes from Italy they said. A total bedroom set might cost you ten thousand or more. If you have that kind of cash, by all means, indulge ! Otherwise , browse a while . It is still so worth the visit

2022-05-08Weve made a few purchases from Cantoni, and have always been satisfied with the service, and especially the quality of their furniture. The showroom is inviting, and well-thought-out. I, especially, love the kitchen design area. Granted, the prices are on the higher end, but the quality is phenomenal (if you have to move, be sure you have VERY strong movers, because the furniture is HEAVY). You can also customize certain pieces, particularly sofas. Salesperson are always knowledgeable, friendly, and will spend as much (or as little) time as you would like--definitely not aggressive or pushy. Were not rich or wealthy, so shopping here cant be a regular event. But, when the budget allows, we will certainly purchase our furniture at Cantoni.

2022-07-22As a long term customer of for over 20 years, I will never spend another dollar at Cantoni.This business has the worst customer service in the furniture industry, not to mention High dollar store.I have spent thousands of dollars with Cantoni and after my experience today with the service department and the General Manager (Richard Banone) I am walking with my wallet and I hope everyone that reads this does the same.Never mind the number of items I have purchased over the past 20 years, and irregardless of the fact that I have a current order pending delivery from Italy.I had a friend drop off a black leather electric recliner that I purchased years ago. The chair is in like new condition, but the motor has gone out and the chair no longer reclines. It is a simple Motor replacement. I also never questioned anything about a warranty because I know the chair is no longer under warranty. I just wanted Cantoni to replace the motor and tell me how much I owed them.The service department told my friend they could not accept the chair because they no longer carried that manufacturers And therefore; could not get parts.After I got the call from my friends, I called Cantoni as my friends had the chair on a flat bed trailer as they headed to their lake house for the weekend.The woman I initially spoke with and whom I have actually purchased furniture from, told me the same thing she had told my friends. I said: “look, I don’t care that the part is not from the manufacturer of the chair. It is a simple motor replacement.”I got no where with her and asked her to transfer me to the general manager. This is when I had the misfortune of speaking to Mr. Babone (I guessed at the spelling?)He basically told me he agreed with me that this should be simple, but without approval from the owner he could not accept the chair.He told me he would reach out to the Owner and call me back.He did not call me, but I later was told he called my wife and when she called back, he was in a meeting. The same response I received each time I called.If the GM isn’t authorized to error in favor of the customer, this business truly does not understand the lifetime value of a customer and they have lost, this long term customer forever. I may not be able to change the manager or owners mind about service, but in this day and age of open communication, I certainly can share my experience with the world.I am also not your average customer, I am the former CEO of a very large publicly traded service related business. Yes, I am somewhat of a service expert and the owners of this business clearly are in the wrong business because standing by what you sell doesn’t mean or say “as long as we carry the manufacturer in the small print”Buyer be ware and stay away from Cantoni.

They are definitely our go to store.We are always taken care of, design help is outstanding and the product is superior. We can always find what we need.No need to ever go anywhere else.

2022-02-24My lovely wife and I had a fantastic experience with Cantoni. We completely renovated and connected 2 apartments in a high rise in Uptown Dallas over 2 years. Cantoni designed and built the kitchen of our dreams with all Miele appliances and beautiful Italian cabinetry (throughout the flat). After extensive shopping our designer, Neal Stewart (who is excellent, talented, and a joy to work with), helped us pick all Cantoni furniture which matched the apartment perfectly. The designers at Cantoni were thoughtful, artistic, responsible, professional, and gave us the dream home we have always wanted. We cant thank them enough.
