I had a great experience, from the beginning of my rental date to the end it was a simple, easy and fast. There was some confusion on my part but Sikiru A. the manager was kind and very helpful. Thank you Enterprise I will definitely recommend and come back to this store.
Wish i could have read google reviews before even attempting to go to this Sienna enterprise location. Sikiru Asifatu aka Branch manager is sure making a name for that location that I am surprised he still works there. my wife has our 7seater Honda pilot go into the body shop due do an accident. Geico got us a reservation that we decided to pick up close to home... Unfortunately it was a wrong decision, customer service is zero, empathy also zero . Its spring break, how do I fit a family of 6 in a little Toyota corolla.. even with us offering to pay out of pocket Sikiru refused to get us a larger vehicle and was quick to say we could drop the little Toyota corolla and walk home, when I told him he was being rude he was quick to call 911 like I was going to be scared to talking to an officer. Filled with lies and outright bad behavior Sikiru should never have to talk to a customer over the phone or in person ever again. Well that business has lost a customer and I am sure going to take up that lack of courtesy by Sikiru with cooperate.
Enterprise is an “Iconic American Brand” and the service is fantastic at all it’s branches with this exception of the “Sienna Branch”. You will be disappointed at the lack of professionalism from its Branch Manager “Sikiru”. The employees are rude and lack compasión and decency and this is a direct reflection on its Manager “Sikiru”. Their bad business practices include keeping you on hold for over 30mins, terrible scheduling, terrible operations decisions. A company is supposed to increase its revenue explain to us how the above is helpful for this specific branch.
I had issues with enterprises as a whole all day, but this location in particular was highly disappointing. The young man who helped me seemed a lil defensive as I was voicing the issues I was having with the company. The branch manager just stood there and said nothing until about 10 minutes into the conversation. No sympathy for my issues and a very rude demeanor. Now I remember why I stopped using Enterprise!
This location is terrible and the managers keep changing every few months. Mike is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He was very rude and unprofessional which leads me to believe he won’t be there much longer after reading one of the previous reviews. They tried to charge me for a outstanding balance I already paid for. When I called to find out what the problem was, mike yelled at me to never call there again and that my business was no longer needed. I have rented from them for YEARS and no manager has ever talked to me in that manner. He would not let me speak kept talking over me and told me there are other locations that would serve me but he would not. I have called corporate several times and never heard back from the district manager (called them 3-4 times). I guess this is the new normal for enterprise to take all your money but give you horrible service. Some of the other staff members weren’t so friendly either at this particular location. They need to shut this place down and start over because it is hit or miss with who you interact with. They never answer the phones so good luck with that! The assistant manager has more professionalism than the manager (mike) which I guess she was brought in to help him. I can’t remember her name but she was more pleasant than mike and the other staff was. I should’ve went to a different location but this one was close to where I live and at the time, the manager was much more understanding and easy to work with.
The worst experience we have had at Any Car Rental !The guy Sikiru A at the Sienna location who is the Branch manager was extremely rude with my husband and I. We were supposed to pick up a car because our insurance adjuster reserved it for us for today. How the companies work together we don’t know the process . We don’t get into accidents everyday ! Some empathy goes a longgg way !!!The guy was talking to us like we are some kids off the street trying to teach them business .We really ticked him off when we said we were going to make sure we write a review on him and also report him to corporate for how rude he was .The rude tone , the language and the lack of Assistance from someone who’s in a customer facing role is something we have never experienced !!!!!Enterprise needs to read all their reviews and take immediate action on how their staff conducts business at this location.I will be reporting this incident to Enterprise corporate , the insurance company corporate who partners with Enterprise to make sure my woes are heard.Times are tough , there’s a shortage of cars … we understand all that . What I don’t understand is the reason behind lack of assistance or being downright rude .
Back in July we needed a rental while our truck was being repaired. It took a little while to get a truck but they finally got one. Went to pick it up and it had been smoked in. Due to the shortage we went ahead and got it, turns out the smell was way too bad and had to return it due to the smell making us nauseous. The next day they had a different truck that was good to go. Fast forward 2 months and we finally get our truck back from the body shop. We had short notice and didn’t get a chance to clean the truck. We left the rental at the body shop so they could come pick it up. Upon picking it up they claimed we had a dog in the truck and it made the employee “nauseous” and billed us a cleaning charge. We never let a dog in the truck, we signed the paperwork that said we wouldn’t. If there’s dog hair in the truck it’s the little bit that may have been tracked in on our clothes. This sounds pretty vindictive by the woman that works the front due to us returning a truck that had been smoked in.
Sikiru is the manager and he was a true professional. We had some confusion with my son being 20 years old and what car he would qualify for. We came in on Saturday and he found a way to make it work. Sikiru made it work and I felt like he had our best interest in mind.
Literally the worse Enterprise ever. Sikiru A. was rude and offered no assistance. He had an attitude when I walked through the door, claiming that I’d made a “last minute” reservation. He took my license and debit card, then proceeded to tell me there would be a $300 deposit which was not a problem, given I’ve rented at other locations several times in the past. I asked about discounted rates through my insurance and he suddenly became defensive and then began to speak in a condescending tone regarding the rules related with using the insurance company. After all of this, he says “I can’t help you because you’re going to go through the insurance company anyway”…I asked if he could not help me because of the insurance or because of the lack of vehicles. Then he switched and said it was because the lack of vehicles; although it was several vehicles parked outside not to mention, I was able to reserve the car online. I asked why didn’t I receive a call, he said “it’s only me here” although his female co worker walked out as she heard me become upset. Sikiru is unhappy with his job, so he likes to make others unhappy. Treat your employees better Enterprise, a lot of them are miserable such as this gentleman.
I gave them one star only because its the lowest it will allow me to do. The workers were rude unprofessional and down right shocking to be honest. Theres no way the corporate office isnt aware of it because in conversation with just a random stranger at the grocery store about that location the stranger said shed also had issues with this particular location. The black guy is the utter worse person to be in customer service and i hope yhat location loose customers untill he is fired .
Judy (I believe that was her name) from the Sienna location, Judy answered when I called Enterprise, and made a reservation, and also I requested a ride, and Judy picked me up. After arriving and getting everything together. She was very sweet and so kind to show me around the car. She explained to me on how to open the gas tank, and trunk, where the lights and windshield wipers were located. Good and Very Useful information one needs after taking off. I appreciated this greatly because often times when I rent from Enterprise, no ever shows me anything. Its like heres the keys, theres the car, and Go for it. She was one of the best persons Ive ever dealt with while renting a car.
Spoke with Mike who said he was the manager. Let me start out by saying he was extremely rude. It was over toll charge...I took the toll with the rental car for $6 but they charged me another $16 for service fee which the agent did not tell me about when I went to pick up the rental car. I read horrible reviews about this location before but now I experienced it for myself. The manager Mike kept cutting me off before I can finish my sentence and told me to dispute with my bank which I will. As far as Mike being a manager....I think cooperative should pick someone else to lead this location. I did call cooperative and place a complaint so hopefully something gets done about it.......Mike please learn to listen to customers instead of cutting them off especially when your agent did not give out accurate information
Failed to have a reservation at scheduled time. Called once but did not follow up, no email nothing. Now I am late for businessEdit:Tried this location again. This time, they did not even call to inform me that they did not have a vehicle available. I called before going to the location, and surprise! No cars available despite holding a reservation. Worthless
The online check in process was very efficient, convenient and easy to navigate. I was given a nice upgrade on vehicle as well. However, returning the vehicle was very inconvenient as this location does not have a key drop. Therefore, I was charged an additional day even though I had the vehicle back just shorty after 6 pm. If you have a job and get off after 5, it is difficult if not impossible to have a vehicle back by 6. Staying open until 7, or having a key drop would be very convenient for working customers.
I came here because I needed a car and was renting one through my insurance. Customer service was exceptionally well. The car I rented needed and oil changed and they called me and because I liked the car so much and didn’t want to get another one, they asked me if I wanted to take it and I agreed. Would recommend them to anyone!
I really appreciated the service at this location. We had to go out of town on a family emergency which resulted in us having to return the car later than we booked it for (out of our control). Miguel was very understanding and accommodating. We would absolutely rent from this location again.
This enterprise very impressive they are very organized they are very set up for the Covid-19 .They practice safety first.The out standing employee Michael and Judith they kept me informed until they found the kind of vehicle I was looking.Not only that their personally was on point. They were a pleasure to work with.I give them a ten plus .Awesome Customer service.Thank you!
We have used Enterprise many times in the past few months, and we always work with Drew Ganem. She has always gotten us what we need when we need it. She answers all of our questions, and it has been a joy working with her. If we have any future rentals, Drew will be who we call for assistance. Thanks for your help Drew!!!!
Clean car. Very professional young man took care of me. Needed a rental car this week, made a reservation at another location. Stopped by to same store very close to my home. The same man was there and rented me another car. Will never rent from another rental company.
10 stars if I could. The Branch manager exceeded my expectations after the Sugarland store disappointed me twice, Sienna location will always have my business as long as Andrew Strickland is managing it. He needs to manager all the Fort Bend County locations.Thank you again Andrew!
We are regular renters from the Enterprise, Missouri City, Texas location across from Sienna Plantation and work primarily with Ross Williams and the team there at the location, including Andre and Nick, etc. But this holiday week we were looking for a large SUV all over the city and could not find one, but Ross and the team were able to find, not only what we were looking for, but went over and above and got a great vehicle for us. Enterprise, Missouri City, Sienna Plantation, has been our vehicle rental company of choice for us, and we look forward to working with them exclusively in the future. If youre looking for a rental car company location, this one is the one for us and I recommend them for you too!
I made a reservation for a car rental for a quick trip to Dallas last weekend.I showed up at the store to pick up the vehicle and had to wait a few minutes for them to get a vehicle ready. I believe I rented a intermediate sized car but was upgraded to a SUV. Vehicle drove great, rental process was very smooth. My only problem was the vehicle was just cleaned and the cleaning job done on this was terrible.
I have been an Enterprise loyalist for more than ten years. I cannot think of no other when I need a rental car.I am very satisfied with their customer service. The people at the Sienna Plantation location are no exception. Andre treat me with excellent professionalism. The other members of the team are also very accommodating and friendly.
Zero stars... was involved in a car accident and my insurance placed my claim with this Enterprise location. I called in around 9:30am and spoke with Branch Manager Kyle Nelson. He said that he had my claim on the screen and named my insurance company. I then asked if he would have someone pick me up and he said he didnt have anyone that would be able to pick me up until 4pm. I advised him that if I were able to get a ride sooner I would be there and he said okay but for me to provide my pickup address just in case I didnt. When I arrived (as I had someone bring me) he then said that he didnt have any full size or smaller vehicles available at my insurance approved price point however he could place me in a larger vehicle for an extra $6 a day. He then gave me a dirty car that was not topped off and kept my car key as I drove off and never once called to tell me he had the key. When I pulled back up he walked outside laughing and dangling the key. His reasoning for not washing the car was its raining but if its that big of a deal Ill wash it. Bugs were all over the car and he said thats what happens when people drive it. I told him he needed to take customer service classes to which he replied hes been in the industry for four years and is the top associate in his region. I am very displeased with his arrogance and the service I received. I have contact corporate as well as filed a BBB complaint. I am an executive member with your sister company National and have been truly disappointed the couple of times I have rented from this Missouri City Enterprise location.
Set up rental online. Reserved an SUV to take my daughter back to college since our car broke down the night before. Went to Enterprise and they informed me that they did not have an SUV. However, nothing was denoted online that they did not have the size of the car that I reserved. I was told that I could wait around to see if one would be returned but a time was not given. Our drive was 5 1/2 hours to college and we had to check into the dorm at 2:00 pm due to Covid and the University not wanting a ton of people arriving all at the same time due to social distancing. I did not have time to wait around. I scheduled the first available time slot of 7:30am at Enterprise. If I was told online that they did not have an SUV available I would have chosen another company to rent from. However I was told by an employee that we do not keep our inventory updated online. This in my opinion is poor customer service. They had a truck for a much higher rental rate but rain was forecasted for our trip so all of our stuff would get wet. It felt like the old bait and switch scheme. The only car they had was a very small Nissan car. Had no choice to take it and switch cars with my husband since his car was larger than the only thing available at Enterprise.
I rent from Enterprise at least 2 weeks out of the month and I love the service. Ross Is The Man! He takes GREAT Care of myself, our companies and our team - we dont rent from any other rental company. You cant go wrong renting from Ross and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.Dwight
If I could give a zero I would. This location had extremely perfect service before they got a new manager. I dont even use enterprise anymore, because the new manager was so rude to me. I had literally spent over five grand with this company in less than a year. Never again
I reserved a vehicle a month before pick up and when I went to pick up, my vehicle was not ready and time couldn’t be confirmed. The branch manager was a able to get vehicle from branch about 40 minutes away. So I was able to get vehicle about fours later than planned. Did get discount BUT missed out on the day plans we had. So my advise is, don’t rely on this company honoring a reservation without wiggle room in plans.
The car I was refently rented had the unfortunate odor of poorly disguised cigarette smoke. And, the car was not particularly clean. I also found the inside cover for the trunk area to be completely damaged.Since I was spending the really high daily complete insurance premiums, this was not an inexpensive four day rental. To be fair, I knew I was not getting a high end full size car, but I would have appreciated and expected something in much better condition.When I told the clerk about the issues with the car, not once was any concern or apology expressed. Not cool...My normal Enterprise experience has been light years better than this.
The Sienna Enterprise was much more pleasant than the Missouri City office where I found the staff starting with the Manager to be impolite, rude and antagonizing to not just me but everyone in the lobby. I had an insurance rental and was given money for a van, pickup or small SUV. Without searching the Manager stated that all units were reserved. He then told me to call or come back after 4:30. When I returned the parking was still full of the same mini-vans and small SUVs from that morning however he claimed he did not have anything to rent. I understand if a location is at capacity however he didnt try to upgrade me and he was very rude. Not only that but after 4:30 there should have been an accommodation. The Sienna branch personnel are much more friendly and accommodating. While they didnt have the units available initially they continued to search and eventually found a unit, contacted me and switched out the unit to a unit that was more suitable.
Zero star. The Enterprise at 10330 Hwy 6 Ste L, Missouri City, TX 77459 needs competition. The Manager, Sikiru Asifatu was extremely rude to me in the presence of my kids. I understand that there is a shortage of vehicles but I asked him for an upgrade and he told us to be thankful we didnt have to walk. He then threw some sarcastic utterances about how lucky I was to even have a vehicle because my reservation wasnt made in December like everyone else did, and people plan ahead for spring break, before letting us know he had a right not to serve us because it was his business and he was the manager. He said he had a long list of people waiting on vehicles if we didnt want it. He called the cops on us! Im in shock! I was about to leave a google review but several people beat me to it. I guess Enterprise doesnt care because he still works there and has the same attitude.Im throwing this out there- If you are able to start a business, look into opening up another vehicle rental company with descent customer service around Sienna. Its time for that branch to to run out of business.
From the time I picked my car up to the time I returned it the service was awful. They didnt even greet me when I came in to get the car and when I returned it no one was even in the office and I had to wait 15min. I will definitely be using a different Enterprise next time.
NEW BRANCH MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! I had scheduled a pick up at 9 am for a 3 pm pick up at 3:15 with my kids with at school the driver still had not arrived. I called back and he said he is sending a driver. Still at 3:45 without a driver arriving i call corporate office. They then called the branch and connected me. Then this new branch manager says there there is no rental available and no driver to pick up but will work something out. Its 5:25 and still no calls or driver. Had to get my Parents to pick up the kids at 5;00 pm from school! Never going to rent enterprise again.
The staff at this location needs training. I reserved a vehicle online and showed up to pick it up but they didnt even have a car in the class I ordered. They lost a license plate for the only car in the class I had reserved. This was compounded by the fact that the car they did provide had an expired registration. After a two hour wait they finally found another car at another location. They tried to rectify the situation by giving the 3/4 gas tank free. At least that was some token Upon returning the car the wait was again very long as the attendant tried to remember to take the keys out to the vehicle to check mileage.
Enterprise is no longer at this location. They are at Kroger at 8511 HWY 6. Even after I called and spoke to a rep from the location the day before! I got dropped off with no vehicle, I was picking up my rental after Hurrican Harvey!!! Now I dont even know if I will be able to get a car I have to walk 3 miles. And if I dont get one its 7 miles back to the house Im staying at. WAY TO DROP THE BALL ENTERPRISE!!!!!!
Very bad place to rent a car. I would never go back to this place. Mr. Damien was so rude to me. My car had an accident so my insurance company made an arrangement to rent the car from them. when I went to pick up the car they rented me Nissan sentra and I told them that I am not used to drive this so if you can give me Toyota corolla or some other kind of car which I am comfortable. so they said ok and nobody called me for a week. so finally I went to that place and asked to exchange my car with the Toyota corolla which somebody was returning. so they asked me to come back in the morning so I went back next day morning and Mr Damien told me that somebody already rented that car. so I asked him that why you did not call me .He was so rude. I was really upset.
Very bad they stoled my wifes wallet. She left her wallet in there and came back for it, and they said they didnt see anything when she know she left it in there! We had bearly left the place and came back but they didnt see anything! Plz make sure you dont forget things because they dont give u anything specially if its money wise!!!!
I wanted a full size vehicle but was told that wasnt available and that they would give me a call if they had one available. Problem is, they never pick up phone calls or return calls after they have achieved their goal of putting you in some vehicle and have their charges going.Kind of a cheap way to deal with people
Zero stars, this place is horrible they never have any vehicle available other than the compact size. I made reservations for a full size car but when I got there they had nine available. The vehicles are always dirty and disgusting. I’m not sure how the call themselves and rental car agency when they never have inventory poor excuse for a rental car agency!!!

2022-07-15Customer service here is beyond ridiculous. I’m not sure if the gentleman I spoke with was a Branch Manager or associate but his behavior was beyond demeaning and unhelpful. I don’t expect a business to bend over backwards for me especially when a part of the error here was on my part. I do however expect good customer service and the decency to speak with customers with dignity. I encountered an issue and this gentleman literally disengaged in a conversation with me stating that “he was not about to engage with me” creating a false narrative that my husband and I were hostile. I know this is just a Google review but I really hope this branch has some customer service training soon. Based on these reviews on Google the Branch is the issue. He was overly aggressive for absolutely no reason the odd part is he blamed the agrression on us,

2022-07-15Shukuri the manager is very rude! no one here answers the phone. I was in the store and the phone just rang and rang with no one answering it. Some one standing there but just won’t answer the phone is just rude. Tried to get help with a swap out and was just given a no with no follow up or offers for assistance. People just flat out being rude. I was sent to your office for assistance so you telling me no one would send me to you doesn’t make sense and then telling me you know the manager there is irrelevant. I understand being busy and having high demand. I didn’t ask to speak with the manager you came and spoke to me and when I tell you, you can call who sent me since you’re not understanding it, don’t tell me your not calling and your about to go on your lunch break.

2022-06-16I have yet to have a decent experience at this location yet(I have been routed here multiple times to my dismay)Save yourself a headache(10/10 your reservation will be cancelled upon your arrival, and dont dare ask them to help locate another vehicle because according to them, that isnt their job), the management is unorganized rude and unpleasant to deal with. He has not an empathetic bone in his body and his disrespectful disposition precedes him. The lack of respectful communication or tact the employees at this location display with customers is unbelievable to say the least.

2022-03-29Im very disappointed with this location. The young guy that helpedme was difficult to work with. I made a reservation under my insurance for a rental. I came in only to be told there was no car. I didnt receive a phone call or email. I asked the younger guy to help me find a car. I asked him to call for me to secure another car at another location.He simply stated that he doesnt do that. That makes no sense. my reservation was with that location they knew of the computer problem and they didnt try to make things right.

2022-06-05I hope some one from Enterprise would read this. My business/family have been loyal customers with Enterprise for 15+ years. We rented cars in states and out of states to be disrespected by a representative “Manny” and his branch manager. I have called numerous times to ask for help. I also emailed Enterprise CARE hoping some one would respond. I am going to leave a review on all platforms to express my frustration. The founder Jack Taylor believed in complete customer satisfaction. That’s why the company always ask if the consumer was completely satisfied with the transaction.We had an issue with the vehicle and requested for roadside assistant. After 3 hours, the vehicle was towed to an Enterprise storage lot and we were scheduled for another vehicle. It was simple as pick up from one location and drop off at another. That’s why so many out of state plates are seen at an Enterprise parking lot. Long story short Manny called confirming the reservation which I replied he asked if I have any concerns or questions. I said yes and began with my concerns and questions. I believed Manny was tired with what I have to say and completely cut me off and said “it’s closing hours and I’m calling to only confirm your appointment”. I apologized and confirmed the appointment. He replied great asked me again if I have concerns or questions. I said yes and he cut me off again and said “not those questions”. He claimed he was recently hired and did have answered. It sounded like a tactic to avoid customer questions. I confirmed the appointment.My wife showed up for the appointment, due to we had used her information on the current contract and customer service had put her as the renter. Many showed the car he reserved for us. He provided the pricing of the rental as a new contract. My wife explained to him we had a rental it’s at the storage lot. We confirmed this with Customer service several times over the phone. We asked to do a switch, which a common thing that we have done in the past without any problems. Manny said he can’t rent us the car unless the lot can give him info of the the towed car. We asked if he can call customer service. He said no. Well maybe he was instructed by the branch manager because Manny called the branch manager on speaker phone and the manager was yelling “get me off the damn speaker” if I heard correctly. Is this customer service Enterprise intended for their long term customers?I went ahead and call Roadside Assistant for help. They told me they can give Manny all the info he needs and for him to call them. Manny refused to call again. We asked Roadside if they can call and they did without hesitation. Manny heard the phone ring and did not want to pick up. My wife asked Manny if he can answer the phone ringing in front of him. There were other consumers in the office looked shocked due to Manny behaviors. He ignored my wife and walked away. After numerous requests for Roadside to call back Manny answered the phone. Roadside got back on the phone with us and said Manny refused to rent a car and it was not right. Roadside created a case for management to get involved. Manny then told my wife due to limitation he does not have a vehicle to rent. We asked about the vehicle he reserved and he replied “this is not how it works” without giving any other details.After the phone call with Roadside, Manny became very aggressive and disrespectful towards my wife. I told Manny I would do a new contract since I was not on the original contract. Manny told me he would not rent to “PEOPLE” in my household. We asked Manny about being a new employee as he mentioned, maybe he had missed information because we rented numerous cars from Enterprise using the same address. Since we had different properties I told Manny we would use a different address if need to or even with our LLC/business. Many said “I know enough not to rent to PEOPLE in your household”. He said it several more times aggressively. My wife ran out crying due to his comments were directed toward us as Asian people under the same household.

2022-04-08Management very difficult to work with. Had to renew my DL and only had a paper copy from the Texas DPS (with pic and 2028 expiration) as well as a new PDF showing the license is valid and the new card is on its way (valid 60 days from April). Still had old card as well.Manager told his employee to leave me at the body shop with no ride and return to the office. I followed him back to office to speak face to face but he refused to rent to me and offered no solutions. Employee was great, manager was not. Wife is also on policy with a real DL card, but I didnt even get to offer that solution. Told me to call and complain to the 800 number.Called Geico and changed over to Hertz. Enterprise continues to disappoint.
