2019-02-11Carpenter Real Estate is the best!! As a long established family business Fay and Johnny know all of the properties in town extremely well. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable in all matters local real estate, they are both very friendly, helpful, and honest. Fay went above and beyond helping me purchase a home in town and continued to help out even after the sale went through. I cant recommend these guys more highly!

2018-02-02I cant say enough good things about our experience with Carpenter Real Estate. Both Fay and Johnny Carpenter are detail oriented, kind, patient, funny, and did I say patient? We must have looked at 30 houses before we decided what we wanted. Yet they seemed thrilled to help us keep looking til we got it right. The closing went smoothly thanks to their attention to detail. And office manager Lindsay is very professional, sweet, friendly, and efficient. This firm goes out of their way to define customer service. Very pleased.

2019-10-12We have used Carpenter Real Estate for a couple of transactions and we were completely satisfied with the service from Johnny and the rest of the firm. They have years of experience in this area, know the properties theyre selling, know how the different agencies involved will work to help you out and work hard to make it a totally pleasant experience. They also make you feel like you are already a part of the community, and an old friend! Johnny is the friendliest person (even AFTER the deal is done. Doesnt forget you like a car or insurance salesman might after the deal is over) in town, has extensive knowledge to impart and doesnt mind doing so. If we ever need to do a deal again, we would go immediately to him.
