The staff castro graphics were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Special thanks to my boy Freddie for doing such a great job on the truck.
Salvador and his team have done 4 jobs for my daycare with in a three month period. They are very professional, always meet the deadline, and will make sure you are happy with their service. I always go to them for my print needs because I know they will do a great job.
They are nice and friendly. I got my⚾ baseball ⚾ team caps and shirts there and they were ready in 4 days . That was the fastest time from all the other ones ive gone to. Thank you Salvador and Karina Castro.
If you have a couple of hours to waste to get service come here. You walk in and there is alot of people just standing around waiting to get service. They dont even acknowledge you are there. Second time here first time it was the same story. I am a firm believer of giving people a second chance maybe it was just that one day , but no. Also their sticker material is really thin compared to other places. Definitely not 3m quality ,might be why they are $10 cheaper than another sign place nearby,but it doesnt justify the extremely long wait , my time is worth more than saving the $10.
They need to get either more staff or do something about their customer service!We order a couple of things from here 4 months ago they said our order would be done in about a month witch is understandable because our order was very large. We tried contacting them after the month had passed but no response for several days when we finally did talk to someone they said our order wasnt done and to call back again in 3 weeks for our order. We called back a month later AGAIN and tried contacting them for several days AGAIN but no response. So someone finally answered and told us that someone cancelled our order! We were never contacted by anyone to let us no our order had been cancelledAnd they did nothing to fix just a Sorry and if we wanted to put in the order again..... We did not order again because at this rate we would have our order in 2 yearsVery upset with this company
I got to say my first time going there and customer service is TERRIBLEEEEE !!! Not only you go inside and nobody greets you , they dont talk to you ask you what do u need and how can the help you and be with you in a minute offer you a seat or something. I had to be standing there like 30 min before somebody actually said something to me I saw another customer walking in and the same he was just standing there for a loooooong time nobody said something to him . Then we did my design and the person left I dont even know her name she didnt even mentioned it , so she left and left me there sitting on the computer by self for hours with no updates I didnt know what was going on how long was gona take she could of at least said they started working she could of lied to me and told me it was gona be done it 20min and I would of been happy but no no updates nothing I even asked another employee how much longer it was gonna take and she just said they were working on it thats itThen I had to spend another 20 to 25 min WAITING for somebody to come and charge me and again people dont tell you nothing they just pass by talk to their Co workers and they dont take their customers into considerationI been to other businesses were you walk in people greet you and if there busy theyll tell you we ll be with you in a min how can I help you are you been helped please have a seat and sebody will take care of you when available then if it takes long they come and give you updates they even tell you how long its gona take and if you want to wait or leave you know these small things believe it or not make a big difference in how a customer feels specially when you wait along time and they dont take you into consideration they didnt even said simple appreciation word THANK YOU .I wasnt even happy with my desing they made the name of the company so small you can barely see it the person she didnt asked me how big I wanted or even told me how big it was going to come out. I didnt expected it to be so small I thought with their experience and knowledge they were going to make it a decent size wich I didnt mind
Excellent service and great quality of the products they make. They have done signs, t-shirts, embroiled logos and cups label for my company for the last 2 years with responsibility and accountability.
All I can say was dont waste your time or money. My Graphics were full of air bubbles. And both doors both passenger and Driver were completely off center very obvious. they looked at me like I was crazy when I showed them with a measuring tape how far off they were.

I sttod at the counter for over 15 minutes. 4 people behind the counter walked past me. Not 1 would even acknowledge my presence nor say someone will be with you shortly. So I walked out where they were working on one of the trucks. Watched 2 workers installing stickers for another 10 minutes. Nothing! I needed graphics for several of our trucks. Guess Ill find someone that wants our business.
I have been to this place on multiple occasions trying to do business I own a food truck called Chopps Kitchen and, every time I go they purposely ignore me, skipped over me and I know it’s purposely because every time I go I’m the only black person there and the rest our Hispanic. Today will be the last time I return to this place I’ll take my money elsewhere.
They never answer the phone. I try to call and see if they are open before i come. It says they are open now but they arent. Iv driven across town twice and come here to see that they are closed when the hours that they posted say their open.

Ive taken all my business to them for over 5 yrs, but their service has gotten terrible in the last year. The owner is hardly there & the attending personal could care less about tendon to your needs or products. GONE ELSWHERE !!
Slow customer service. Ive been there 5 times and noone helped me so i left. Dont think it should get a good review if they they dont help. I guess you have to look like you hve money. Too bad needed alot of work done.

Customer of years .. previously they served very well but now it is terrible .. I arrived at 7:30 am to be the first person and it turns out that the owner was not there and he is the only one who could make the design that I wanted .. wait !! !! I arrive at noon and I went to eat and it turns out that I come back and they never did !!!! I had to return the next day and I went out until the afternoon .. two days only for my signs .. take a vacation if you plan to do something .. it is not the same service as before .. 🙄🙄😔😔

2019-01-28These are the best people in the city when it comes to Quality and exceptional service! Ive had 5 tractors and trailers wrapped and everyone has been durable and perfect just like they were done yesterday! Just take a bilingual person with you to translate in the event theres no there at the time who speaks English, but its still no problem. Just have a wait a little longer for someone whos bilingual to assist you. But the Quality hands down is totally worth every minute!

2021-05-06I came to simply pick up a sign that was already paid for. I thought looking at the professional appearance of the building that this would be a great company to use for future business. The set up was phenomenal. Customer service is disgraceful.Walked in... no one addressed me, said hello or even looked up from what they were doing. Finally after like 15 - 20 minutes someone said did you come to pick up something?Thank God it was a quick pick-up otherwise I would have walked out long before hand. Customer service is everything. They need to work on theirs tremendously.

2021-01-24I had a great experience at Castro Graphics. The entire process was top notch and professional. They have the best prices That I could find. The only advice I would give someone getting work done here for the first time is to come early or prepare to wait a little while before they can service you, I went first thing in the morning before they opened and there was a small line, that line only got longer after they opened, but the process was still fast for the exceptional quality work they delivered.

2020-10-28This is my third time coming to Castro graphics and my last. All 3 times I came, I was NEVER helped until I asked multiple times. Never greeted or anything. The first day I came, I noticed that everything person that came after me who happens to be (Hispanic) would get greeted/ helped whenever they walked into this business. I’m clearly looking around for help and no one seem to card because I was not Hispanic. I would highly recommend going to a wrap shop that treats all races with respect, being that I’m a paying customer and showed respect while waiting to be assisted. The staff/owner is the issue here, not the team that wraps FYI. I felt invisible and was actually recommended here and that was an mistake.
