Horrible experience. We only kept our belongings here for 8 months and when we went to retrieve them there was mold all over our nice furniture and rats had gnawed and deficated on our brand new kitchen table chairs! I spoke with a supervisor who made hefty promises as to how they were going to help us out considering their lack of climate control and pest control cost us extra time and money in moving our things out. When i got final word back i was offered a lousy $50 And a sucks for u basically. We paid these people $900 for a terrible experience. Take your business elsewhere!

Great price brought me. Never really had any peoblems*. When these guys noticed I had vacated my stuff over New years (attentive, they must check for locks on every unit daily–nice)), they called me the next day they opened and asked if Id emptied it myself and was no longer needing their service. When I said that was correct, they went out of their way to offer to refund the charge for the month that had been auto-withdrawn–i figured that was lost money because I hadnt notified them in advance, so I was super impressed and pleased.*NOTE: The gate closes at 10 pm, and that includes exiting! Dont get stuck inside! I almost had a very bad night once!

Jonathan and Barbara made my out of state move so easy and convenient! I cannot say enough about the personal service at CentTex Storage of Bastrop. I will not forget these wonderful people!

J.D. was very helpful and friendly. He totally took care of us. The facility is well lit, gated and reasonably priced. Bastrop area received alot of rain while we were renting the unit. The unit remained dry, did not experience any water damage. Best of all, NO bugs! :) Would recommend to all. Very nice experience.

I had rented a corner storage which was damage by a trailer running into the building. By this taken place during the rain experienced my items were damaged due to the storage flooding. My Sons bed was warped, television damaged, my bed to was damaged along with some smaller items. I did report the damages which occurred and even reported damages to the building which caused this to occur. Due to me residing out of town I was unable to visit on a regular basis but when I did my heart melted seeing the damages and knowing I was a single Mom and things were hard enough on me. The company in no way wanted to help with the items damaged due to the damages caused to there building they simply made excuses. I do feel the person employed at that time made excuses she stated they did daily walk arounds but, why did they not notice the big dent and that you could see through my storage. This caused a bug infestation, I have never seen so many black widows and spiders in my life. I was so disappointed and discouraged to get my items in dis belief of what took place. Also when I did call to discontinue my storage I gave my information the representative at that time took my information assured all was completed and I noticed my bank had been drafted. I called to discuss with her and she made excuses got upset an hung up on me. I used no profanity in only wanting an explanation I called back 7 more times never received and answer I had to drive to the location and believe I was very upset. By the representative handling the situations as she did just made me even more upset about the items lost. I would not recommend this place of business because the staff has no Customer service skills what so ever.

I rented a unit here after the fire last year to store what I had left. They gave me a great discount and Ive been a customer since. I recently downsized my unit and again, rates very competitive with anyone else in the area. Two thumbs up !!!

Rented a climate controlled 10x20. The unit was cooled, clean and secure. Barbara and Jonathan were great at getting me set up. They have parking too. 5 stars!!!!!
